1620 Winery & Wine Bar is a wedding venue located in Plymouth, MA. Owners Raquel and Bob Mullaney have lovingly restored a historic shipping-rig factory into a chic event space that exudes rustic refinement. There are two distinctive venues at this location, the waterfront Wine Bar and patio, and the 9,000-square-foot Winery at Cordage Park. Both are ideal settings for special celebrations and the expert team looks forward to bringing your personal vision to life. 1620 Winery & Wine Bar is a versatile venue that is available for your entire wedding journey, from showers and rehearsal dinners to ceremonies and receptions. The industrial-chic Winery at Cordage Park boasts views of an antique railway line and the waterfront. Here, you can say âI doâ inside the main space, surrounded by up to 200 guests. Raquel and Bob have managed to retain the factoryâs original charm, with exposed brickwork, lofty ceilings, and wooden beams characterizing the space. Modern, elegant accents such as voile drapery and delicate light fixtures complement the pared-back aesthetic and make for the ideal backdrop for weddings and parties. Beautiful French doors and stone fireplaces also lend a homely feel to this spacious ballroom. The Wine Bar is also available for special occasions and here you can enjoy drinks on the patio followed by dining and entertainment in the Tasting Room and Bar Room. We can't say enough good things about 1620 Winery. We had our wedding here this summer, and it went beautifully and seamlessly thanks to Jenn & the team. What first caught our attention about 1620 was the tiered pricing based on the type of wedding you wanted. We appreciated not feeling nickel and dimed every step of the way for every decision that was made. The venue is beautiful, and the wine and food are great, but the standout is how easy everything was made from beginning to end. Jenn simplified everything for us, was flexible in accommodating some of our less traditional ideas (having the ceremony in the middle room; having guests process to us instead, etc.), and provided much needed feedback and ideas on how to work around some of our less practical ideas. She coordinates seamlessly with the staff and other vendors, so much so that it really felt like we had no idea how everything pulled together, and if anything went wrong, we were none the wiser. The whole team at 1620 Winery put together a beautiful, stress-free day for us!

When my now husband and I were looking for a venue here in MA we had no idea how much we were going to fall in love with 1620. As soon as we had our tour with the owner, we knew it was fate. Working with Jenn, the coordinator throughout the entire process was a breeze. She made our entire vision come to life and it was one big party as we wanted! She had recommendations where necessary to only further make the night a huge success. The food was absolutely delicious and we were able to bring to life a perfect custom drink for the night. We couldnât have done it without Jenn and itâs such a unique venue space tucked in Plymouth for such a perfect vibe. Highly recommend.

They are incredibly organized and prepared for anything. Jenn, the coordinator, clearly knows how to run a fantastic wedding and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we have no idea! The wine was delicious and a fun talking point for guests. The food was hands down some of the best food weâve had at a wedding (we loved going to the tasting ahead of time, too!) - our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how unique and fun the venue was. We love, love, loved getting married there and would suggest it to ANYONE looking to book with them. We are so happy with our decision to choose 1620 Winery at Cordage Park.

The best venue ever! Jenn and her team were absolutely amazing. So accommodating and willing to work with us to help make our day so amazing. Jenn and her team took care of everything. We got married in what felt like the heart of COVID. January 2021. I'll be honest wedding planning was stressful for me, and postponing just didn't feel like it was in our journey. Jenn not only understood that, she made the most memorable day happen. We were readjusting the plan legitimately up until day of. Jenn's creativity and dedication to making our wedding happen 1. Safely 2. Memorably and 3. In a way that felt authentic and unique to us was amazing. Our wedding day is truly a story for the books... livestreamed, split rooms, cardboard cutouts, last minute minister, party bus for two, the list goes on. Jenn took the chaos and made it into a forever memory. Thank you Jenn, thank you 1620. Truly a beautiful venue, especially if you like me are a lover of wine. Be sure to take pictures everywhere, because the whole place is worth capturing. I wish we could go back just for another photo shoot sometimes, truly gorgeous. Oh and did I say the foods amazing? I'm honestly forever grateful with how our wedding turned out in what felt like such an uncertain time.

Wow! I cannot say enough of how AMAZING this venue is! My husband and I got married 10.01.22 and our guests have not stopped talking about how much fun our wedding was! Jenn Brouder and the staff at the 1620 are truly so amazing and professional! All thanks to them for making our day so special and enjoyable! We loved seeing all our guests happy and having a great time!We had booked this venue out back in October of 2020. My husband and I had toured many wedding venues from resorts to gardens to barns to estates/mansions. Not only were we focusing on the venue itself but also the area where the venue was as well. We had a lot of guests coming from out of town so for us it was important to accommodate our guests to have things to do in the area whom were not in the wedding party. All the places we looked at were either A. Not everything was included in the price of the venue (had to deal with rentals and getting a wedding planner) B. The space needed more additional decor and C. There was nothing else to do in the area.When I finally toured the 1620 Winery with my mom and sister (my husband could not go) I instantly fell IN LOVE with the venue. I instantly knew walking it, this is it. THIS is the one! My sister had recommended the venue since she knew someone who had gotten married there. It had checked off all the boxes of everything we were looking for. The venue fit the esthetic that we wanted (rustic elegance), the venue came with an day of event coordinator and didnât have to worry about renting chairs and tables, the space itself is gorgeous as is and really did not need a lot of Additional decor, and the area of Plymouth has so much to offer and so much history and things to do. This also is a popular area of thanksgiving time, which represented our dating anniversary so it just seemed so right.The owner Raquel was super personable and really enjoyed getting to know her and talking about the space! I instantly fell in love and had to take my husband to see the venue instantly.We had went there for brunch to try there food before we decided to go with them. The food was delicious and Shane loved the rustic space as well so right then and there we were committed to move forwardThroughout the whole planning, the event coordinator Jenn made everything so easy and effortless! She answered all of our questions promptly (we had many) and was so attentive through out the whole planning and the days leading up to the event and the event itself!The day of event could have not turned out better! Her and her assistant (blonde hair forgot her name) was so attentive to me and Shane all night and always made sure we had a drink in our hands and kept asking us if we needed anything!We were a little bit behind schedule during cocktail hour (a little picture family drama but that was not the venues fault was more ours for not keeping track of time) but Jenn made sure for us not to stress out about it and kept telling me to âdonât be sorryâThis venue is a dream and could have not asked for a better place to get married! All our guests raved about the venue and got compliments all night about the venue itself! We got compliments non stop about the food! Every selection we made for the menu everyone said each item was delicious.A lot of our guests said this hands down was one of the top 3 weddings they have ever been to! Thank you 1620 winery! Me and Shane canât wait to come back and visit and do a dinner or wine tasting here!

Beautiful venue with caring, helpful staff. Jenn (wedding coordinator) was very easy to work with! The professionalism and combined experience of the entire team made our reception as enjoyable & stress-free as a wedding can be, which was even more amazing considering we planned our wedding during the Covid-19 pandemic. The 1620 Winery was absolutely beautiful on its own and we were able to use their wine barrels free of charge as part of our dĂ©cor. We got so many comments on how beautiful and unique the space was, as well as compliments on the food! The venue alone speaks for itself; It is absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a unique location that your guests will talk about for years, this is it! Our wedding was so gorgeous thanks to the most incredible wedding coordinator, Jenn Brodeur. Jenn and her co-worker Ashley, plus their entire team, were able to make my wedding vision come to life. They allowed me to bring in all of my decor, in which the staff transformed the entire venue into my dream wedding space. Jenn, Ashley, and the 1620 crew put in an unbelievable amount of effort for my wedding. We were so lucky to have them.If you're looking for a coordinator that will support you leading up to and on your actual wedding day, you will be in good hands with Jenn. From all the stress of the pandemic, postponing, and a few other bumps in the road, they were the most supportive and accommodating during the entire process.In addition to all of the above, the food and drinks are OUTSTANDING. We went with the deluxe menu which was perfect for what my husband and I wanted. The chef let us have a vegan dish on the menu for our guests (which was a great gesture). Our family and friends complimented the food and drinks; especially the 1620 Winery's wine. The bar will have the most popular wines available at your wedding day. A few of my guests are wine connoisseurs and let me tell you, they loved 1620's wine! Also, we were able to have a special signature drink on the menu.The dance floor space was sufficiently large enough for all of us to get our groove on. We went with a DJ, but there is certainly large enough space to have a band or live musician. Our guests had a blast during our big day.The photos and videos from our 1620 Winery @ Cordage Park wedding are stunning; The exposed brick back drop, back wine barrel filled room, beautiful staircase lit up with decorations, and a breath-taking chandelier. BEAUTIFUL venue with fantastic food, staff, and atmosphere! The wedding coordinator, Jenn did a fantastic job making my vision come to life and everyone there was a pleasure to work with. I am still on cloud 9 from our wedding at 1620! I am so happy I was lucky enough to have my wedding there. There are so many things to compliment them for, but I really want to review the service we received while working with 1620, because now having gone through the process of planning a wedding, this is the most important factor in choosing a venue. Our initial venue tour was scheduled by the event coordinator, Jenn, but when arriving, we were so surprised to be met by the owner, Raquel! She sat us down, got to know us, explained all the hard work her and her husband have put into the building and this really impressed us, as we felt so welcome! From there, Jenn was our point of contact for the 2 years of planning and all I can say is WOW. She is amazing at what she does. Jen was my saving grace through Covid-rescheduling. She and the owners were SO understanding and accommodating. We never had to worry about anything working with them throughout the rescheduling. Jennâs calm & patient demeanor is exactly what a bride needs to have in a coordinator when planning a wedding. She is so down to earth, yet an executor â she takes notes and everything went exactly as planned. Our day finally arrived, and Jen and her staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect from the schedule, the food, the people, the dĂ©cor, EVERYTHING. They made it all about us and our day, and didnât let us forget that, which I am forever grateful for. We had one server dedicated to us the whole day and night, Kelly, who is outstanding! She kept us sane, fed and happy throughout the Wedding. I am so grateful to her. You rock Kelly! Lastly, Iâd like to point out that they went as far as to pack up my dĂ©cor nicely and neatly for me to pick up the next day. SO nice of them. Venue: Speaks for itself. Absolutely gorgeous. Food: AMAZING â everyone complimented it & enjoyed their meals. Even the cheese from our charcuterie board was some of the best cheese Iâve ever had. They have plenty of options to choose from and everything was served warm and delicious! Thatâs hard to find in a venue! Finally, I canât say enough great things about this venue and Jenn & Raquel. Iâm so thankful to them, and would recommend this as the best venue in New England!

We could not have been happier with 1620 Winery for our wedding venue (and with the 1620 Wine Bar for our rehearsal dinner!)! They were so supportive with every step in the planning process, and there were MANY steps due to COVID delays. Together, we planned 3 weddings before the actual event took place, but in each iteration of the plan, Jenn was so helpful and supportive, making sure everything would work out and that we were happy and remained excited about our wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and our guests were amazed at just how smoothly everything went. The food at both the rehearsal dinner (tapas and flatbreads) and the wedding reception (swordfish and short ribs) was incredible! We know a lot of couples say they don't get to eat at their wedding, but we made sure we did since everything was delicious! The lay-out of the winery is perfect for moving from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing to relaxing by the fireplace when you need a break from the dance floor. We really can't speak highly enough of this venue and the management team, which supports you at every turn. They had great vendor suggestions and we ended up with an amazing team that made our wedding unforgettable. We will forever be grateful and hope to attend another wedding at the 1620 Winery as a guest soon!!

I DO NOT recommend this place. I was suppose to have my bridal shower here in April but because of COVID19 it got canceled. When we had asked for our $1,000 deposit back the owner told us that she couldn't stating\"how would we stay afloat if we had to give back everyoneâs deposits\". During this time she was able to build a brand new lounge which is opening up in October and we have still not heard back from her about refunding us. This is very bad business.

The space is great for wedding with 100 guests up to 200, and it feels just as cozy with either size. The walls are brick and the floors are original wood planks. Large sets of sliding barn doors separate the large event space and the bar, used for the cocktail hour. These doors provide a great backdrop for pictures. We feel in love with the space immediately. Jenn Brodeur is the event coordinator and she is amazing. She made us feel at home and relaxed from the start and made the whole process super easy and stress free. Our wedding was amazing here and we loved everything about it!!

I truly cannot speak highly enough about 1620 Winery at Cordage Park and their staff! My (now) husband and I live in western New York and I was worried about the challenges of being long distance and planning a wedding. In the summer of 2017 we heard about the venue from my mom whom had met Jenn Brodeur at the waterfront wine bar. At that time, I reached out to Jenn who was so lovely from our first interaction. She sent pictures and ideas of the construction and we planned to visit the next time we were back. A short time later, my parents went to a bridal expo at 1620 and facetimed me. At that point I knew they were hooked. In November we went and saw the space in person, and I found myself blown away. Even with the unfinished floors, I loved the space and Jenn completely sold it to us with her vision board. We then booked for our September 2019 wedding. Jenn was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process and was so flexible with our difficult schedule having to travel back for meetings. Over the course of about two years, she helped bring our vision to life and introduced us to my true wedding dream team of vendors (shout out to Amanda with Petal Gypsy & Hallie Jade Pictures). In addition, Glen is her perfect partner and he was patient and so helpful to us with each detail of planning! My family loves Jenn and Glen so much that my dad needed to thank them personally in his speech on my wedding day. My day was absolutely everything I hoped it could be. The staff is so amazing that when my sparkler send off was cancelled due to pouring rain, a handful of attendants (including Jenn, Glen and Kate) offered to stand out in the rain and hold some lit sparklers for us to get the photographs we had imagined. It was such a magical moment and my heart was overflowing with gratitude. The whole experience was a dream and my guests continue to rave about the space, staff and food. I truly cannot speak highly enough about 1620 Winery at Cordage Park and their staff! My (now) husband and I live in western New York and I was worried about the challenges of being long distance and planning a wedding. In the summer of 2017 we heard about the venue from my mom whom had met Jenn Brodeur at the waterfront wine bar. At that time, I reached out to Jenn who was so lovely from our first interaction. She sent pictures and ideas of the construction and we planned to visit the next time we were back. A short time later, my parents went to a bridal expo at 1620 and facetimed me. At that point I knew they were hooked. In November we went and saw the space in person, and I found myself blown away. Even with the unfinished floors, I loved the space and Jenn completely sold it to us with her vision board. We then booked for our September 2019 wedding. Jenn was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process and was so flexible with our difficult schedule having to travel back for meetings. Over the course of about two years, she helped bring our vision to life and introduced us to my true wedding dream team of vendors (shout out to Amanda with Petal Gypsy & Hallie Jade Pictures). In addition, Glen is her perfect partner and he was patient and so helpful to us with each detail of planning! My family loves Jenn and Glen so much that my dad needed to thank them personally in his speech on my wedding day. My day was absolutely everything I hoped it could be. Itâs hard to believe that our wedding at 1620 Winery was over a week ago now, but we are still in utter bliss. From the very first moment my husband and I walked into 1620 Winery over a year ago, we knew that we had found our dream venue. We both looked at each other and in unison said âWow,â but since it was the first venue we had visited we thought it may have just been our excitement. Nope, after visiting a few other venues, nothing compared, and gave us that âWowâ factor that 1620 did when we walked through their doors. I mean, have you seen that chandelier? Perfection. So, we took a leap on a venue that was still relatively new at the time and are we ever glad we did. Jenn and Glenn are a fantastic team, and they put us at ease right from the very beginning. They are both so down to earth and fun to work with, and so responsive to any question (no matter how silly). We trusted them completely to understand our vision. Our wedding day was even better than we could have ever dreamed up for ourselves. The wedding day was so smooth and seamless. They have it down pat. We didnât worry about a thing on our wedding day, and we could both fully enjoy our magical moment. The dĂ©cor is already so beautiful in the space, so we didnât have to do much (which was great, one less thing to really think about!). The whole space is just so inviting and beautiful. And the food is outstanding. It was SO delicious. Our guests are still raving about our bacon bar! If you are contemplating 1620 Winery as your wedding venue, we cannot recommend it enough. Our evening was magical and the best day ever (Iâm truly not exaggerating). Iâm so sad itâs over because we canât work with Jenn and Glen anymore, but Iâm so happy we have a place that we can go back to again and again for various other events. We had our eyes set on the 1620 Winery from the minute it opened and we are so happy with our decision to have our special day there. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the Winery and everything was perfect. The space itself is so beautiful for a Fall wedding, from the brick to the wood beams and floors and the working fireplace, it's a dream. It was the perfect amount of cozy but also spacious enough for our wedding of 180 guests. Jenn and Glen make a great team and they made us feel very comfortable from the start of our journey to the big day. They have a solution for anything and made us feel so special. The wait staff was very attentive, and Chef Brent is fantastic - our guests really enjoyed the late night taco bar! We've heard from our guests that the bar service was the best they've ever had at a wedding!! We couldn't have asked for a better location for our wedding and we would recommend the 1620 Winery 100%!

Jenn walked us through the whole process and made us feel so comfortable and we loved working with the whole 1620 Winery team. Everything went perfectly at our reception, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. All of our guests were amazed with the space and how \"us\" it was! We were lucky enough to have the fireplaces going during the reception, and it was so cozy and inviting without overheating the space. The food and bar options were very customizable and they could cater to our specific needs (ie: gluten free). The space felt very authentic, and the way they worked the rope into the decor, like on the bar, was beautiful. We also enjoyed the wine on tap! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect weekend thanks to 1620 Winery! As someone who loves reviews, it was slightly nerve-wracking to book a venue that hadn't even had a wedding yet. But Jenn and Glen eased any nervousness I may have had throughout all of our interactions together via email and in person when visiting the winery. We really wanted a unique and rustic venue, which can be hard to find in MA, and as wine-lovers this was perfect. The venue itself is so beautiful and I loved that we didn't have to overdo it on decor because of what is already there. We also did our rehearsal dinner at their Wine Bar downtown and our friends and family raved about the space and food; we were excited to say just wait until tomorrow! Brent, the chef, was great to work with at our tasting and our guests absolutely loved the food from appetizers (must try the lobster mac!) to dinner. We also have to give a shout out to our server Kate who was so sweet, helpful and there for us all evening and at our rehearsal. We loved how they set up all of the decor we had brought in and it felt so nice to trust that whatever they did, would be amazing! The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was so smooth and our guests enjoyed being in the space for the entire night. We cannot wait to see all of our pictures from the day and see what our photographers did with the space, which they said they also had a blast working at. Jenn, Glen and the staff made us feel so relaxed the day of our wedding, that we were able to truly enjoy the evening and take it all in. We could not have asked for a better experience working with 1620 Winery during such an exciting time in our lives and you will not regret it!

We attended their first bridal expo as they were still making the finishing touches on the newly renovated space and we immediately fell in love. From the high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors to the big fireplace and amazing chandeliers, it has so much character that it'd be difficult to find something as unique. Words simply cannot do the space justice and is a must see!Every member of 1620's staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They have a sense of a tight knit family that you immediately feel a part of when meeting with them. Jenn and Glen are absolutely the \"dream team\" as they helped us plan our day to every last detail. I trusted them both 100% with every aspect and they never let me down. Jenn, the event coordinator, was always quick to respond to my texts or emails that ranged from big questions to tiny nit picky ones and that was HUGE! Glen, the banquet manager, was so helpful and gracious for all my detail oriented requests and never bat an eye. Brent, the chef, made an amazing 5 course dinner for our wedding and all my guests are still raving about the food, especially the steak and soup! When we did our tasting, he explained everything about the menu to us and even let us add our own little touches.Thank you Jenn, Glen and the whole 1620 team for an incredible experience! We got married in September and the venue did not disappoint. In fact, it was Hands down AMAZING! Jenn and Glenn were OUTSTANDING! The venue, the service, the staff, everything was flawless. The venue is unique and absolutely beautiful , our guests have not stopped raving about it. Thank you for making our day so special!

Anyone who is engaged and interested in a unique and beautiful venue, wants to work with staff who are unmatched in the business, and have guests talking for weeks, PLEASE look here! Matt & I had the most incredible wedding a few weeks ago with Jenn & Glenn and the entire 1620 Winery team. We cannot say enough stellar things about the people that made our day shine or the space that is so perfect. THANK YOU.The venue itself blends rustic with modern, but with a feel of traditional elegance. The space feels uniquely vibrant and still has all of the sought-after touches of a must-have wedding venue. The attention to detail is unmatched from the overall design of the space to all of the finishings. The custom stone fireplace, wooden beams, ornate grapevine chandelier, integration of rope throughout the venue for a true \"cordage\" feel -- the design is seamless and boasts beautiful lighting - WOW!Our guests LOVED the patio. We saw countless Instagram pics of our party-goers (safely) on the train tracks - they enjoyed the amazing and unique setting and outdoor space from cocktail hour until last call! What a breathtaking place.It was ideal for wedding ceremony on site (although you can also just host your reception here); we took pics inside and outside - pictures near the smokestack was a cool experience. The staff flipped the space so quickly during cocktail hour, and they are there to be your team -- total professionals thru and thru.Jenn (Event Coordinator) â she was calm & collected, had our 100% trust, never showed any sign of stress, and all the while we knew she had a command of all of our wants & needs. She accommodated every question, and made it all work. Jenn never wanted us to worry about anything and from start to finish was a great communicator, transparent, and clarified our questions - never made us feel like we were being a pain or asking a dumb question. And always full of ideas and solutions for making our day perfect. Talking with Jenn is effortless; she is relatable and smart as heck! Thank you!! :)Glen (Banquet Manager) â defines going above and beyond to make sure the entire operation came together seamlessly, from centerpiece set up, perfect linen, recommendations on florals, and assisting with our own decorations. He has an eye for picture-perfect set ups! Doing more than we could have imagined, Glen helped us create a beautiful ceremony space as well. Total rockstar!!!The bar staff was great! There was never a line, and the Pour Guys accommodated our family-favorite requests so perfectly, including our signature cocktail. We couldn't have asked for a better team pouring beverages!Last, but not least, the Chef, Brent Clark- the food was incredible, from stationary display to late night flatbread pizzas, everything was perfect. DINNER was so delicious and guests were raving about the beef filet - WOW! The statler chicken breast is the best weâve ever had. Quality & presentation like no other!We keep replaying this perfect day over and over and we cannot thank the team at 1620 enough for making our dream a reality. The people here are amazing, and for such a new venue, they had all their ducks in a row and made us feel like royalty. The staff here combine a well-oiled, on-time operation with high quality service designed to customize your event to you as a couple. We just wish we could do it all over again! Cannot recommend HIGHLY enough. You will not be disappointed. Check them out!!

Planning a wedding is stressful am I right?! Planning a wedding in a venue that isnât finished and taking that leap of faith on an un-proven venue could be described as insane. My husband and I are so grateful we took that slightly insane leap of faith and booked our wedding at 1620 Winery in Cordage Park. This venue is TRULY one of a kind. Itâs the perfect venue for any other wine enthusiast, glitter loving, and rustic gals out there like myself. Whatâs so great about this venue is how truly unqiue the dĂ©cor and architecture is within the space. It can be dressed up or left simple and still be just as stunning! Aside from the magical dĂ©cor of the venue I have to recognize the team that has made it what it is today. The owners are so professional yet so friendly and welcoming. I feel like Iâve known the 1620 team for years. The event coordinators Jenn & Glenn really stepped up as well to make our wedding day the spectacular event that it was. From Jenn helping me with a last minute seating chart dilemma to getting up in there and bustling my dress on wedding day with my mom, I canât say thank you enough!! To say we are pleased with our slightly insane leap of faith would be an understatement! Thank you to everyone at 1620 for everything!

We are so happy we went with 1620 for our wedding a couple weeks ago. What a beautiful venue - our sneak peak pictures are so beautiful on the train tracks out back! Jenn and Glen made the night go smoothly. One of the more important things for us was to get the meals served quickly to get everyone out on the dance floor as quickly as possible, and Glen was a rockstar at making that happen!! The wait staff WAS INCREDIBLE and always made sure we had drinks in our hands (as well as our parentsâ hands!). We had 170 guests, and had to remove a couple tables to make the dance floor big enough so I would caution having a larger wedding at this venue. We couldnât be happier with how our night went.

We are so happy we went with 1620 for our wedding a couple weeks ago. What a beautiful venue - our sneak peak pictures are so beautiful on the train tracks out back! Jenn and Glen made the night go smoothly. We had 170 guests, and had to remove a couple tables to make the dance floor big enough so I would caution having a larger wedding at this venue. We couldnât be happier with how our night went.

I feel so lucky to have found the 1620 Winery at Cordage Park for my wedding and reception! When my husband and I first walked in, we knew it was the place for us! From the initial stages of planning, all the way through the day of the event, nothing could have been more perfect. Glen and Jenn were amazing to work with - so down to earth and made me and my bridal party/family feel so comfortable. We got ready in the beautiful bridal suite beginning at 10:30am all the way up to our ceremony at 5pm, and were given mimosas, coffee, water and ample space to get ready. Jenn even offered to pick up our lunch for us! We had our ceremony in the same room as the reception, so guests were brought to a separate cocktail space which was gorgeous and rustic while the main room was flipped and centerpieces were set up - all in under 30 minutes! I couldnât believe the efficiency of this team! If I could relive this day over and over, I would. People are still talking about our wedding and many of our friends and family have said itâs the best wedding theyâve ever been to. Dream day at an affordable price with exceptional service. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible!

We were lucky enough to be the first wedding at this brand new, amazing venue. We decided to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the Cordage Park location - and it was the best decision we could have made! The brick walls, tall beams, and big sliding doors were enough to grab our attention while searching for wedding venues. But, seeing their vision for the space really sealed the deal. They had an incredible vision and transformed it in to a beautiful venue. Not only is the space amazing, but their team is as well! Working with the team at 1620 was a dream. Jenn and Glen really know what they are doing. They were the calming, professional presence needed on our wedding day. They catered to our every need and made our wedding day everything we could have imagined. The team at 1620 was easy to communicate with and came up with the best ideas on how to utilize the space, as well as run the day. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue. No one could believe we were their first wedding, everything went so smoothly! The food was another thing everyone raved about. Chef Brent Clark did an amazing job feeding all of our hungry guests and making sure we had a delicious meal. We cannot say enough good things about this venue, the owners, and their team. I HIGHLY recommend 1620 Winery for your wedding day dreams to come true.

We held a bridal shower in the tasting room in July and everything was just amazing! Jen and her team are extremely helpful and accommodating. When we arrived to set up a few decorations, the crew helped us move tables around and made sure we had space for everything we brought. The space inside is just perfect! Everything is cozy and elegant. The wooden bar and rustic accents made for a very unique appearance that wowed our guests. The location is also amazing: from the front steps, you can see the ocean and smell the salt in the air. Leading up to the event Jen was very easy to work with, which kept us calm throughout the entire planning process. She listened to what we envisioned for the shower and gave us the perfect ideas on how to make the event just the way we wanted. She had great recommendations for food and drinks, which were delicious! She was also very responsive via e-mail whenever we had questions to ask.Overall, we had an amazing experience at 1620 winery! We will definitely be going back to visit for fun and will keep them in mind for any future events. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone having an event!

Jennifer Brodeur (Coordinator) Hello! My name is Jenn & I am the Event Coordinator here at 1620 Winery & Wine Bar. I graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in Communications & Management. I come from a 10 year background in the service industry & I have worked in many different Event & Sales Roles from booking to execution & day-of planning. I worked as a Sales intern with the team at Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills & also participated in an internship with Event Planners of Plymouth. My experience behind the scenes & in the front of the house will allow me to make sure your day if flawless!
