2Gather Event Venue hosts weddings in Auburn Hills, MI. This turnkey ready property offers couples everything needed for an unforgettable event. A beautifully presented setting, couples can make use of its multiple spaces as they see fit. Situated only minutes from downtown Detroit, it is a conveniently located venue for guests arriving from far and wide. Its staff includes dedicated events professionals who have years of experience helping couples to create wedding magic. 2Gather Event Venue is located in a modern building designed with a keen eye for stylish details. Entering the banquet hall guests will be struck by the space on offer. High-reaching ceilings establish a light tone which allows the room to breathe, with natural light flooding in from floor-to-ceiling windows. Wooden beams add a touch of intimacy and warmth to the room in combination with the glow from its modern lighting fixtures. Outside a chic redbrick courtyard offers space with bistro lighting for a cocktail reception in the fresh air. 2Gather Event Venue welcomes gatherings of all scales. Whether celebrating with just close friends and family or 225 guests, couples can be sure of a spectacular event. A member of staff can be on-hand to assist to-be-weds throughout their wedding experience. The management operates an open vendor policy, allowing couples to choose the wedding professionals who best suit their partyâs needs. They are, of course, happy to help couples with this decision and can provide a list of recommended vendors. Rental of the property includes access to catering space and furniture rentals, making it easy to host an extensive dinner reception. A security guard can be provided for events, and the staff is happy to help with the setup and cleanup of the party. 2Gather has EVERYTHING I dreamed for my wedding! It was a huge priority for me to have the ceremony and reception all at one location, ample onsite parking for our guests, wheelchair accessibility, and a beautiful setting. 2Gather checks every box!!What absolutely won me over was the sliding glass doors in the ceremony room â this allows for the feel of an outdoor ceremony, without the commitment of being fully outside (given weather changes). This allowed for our guests to remain âindoors,â and the massive sliding doors to be opened if the weather was mild enough for our late October wedding (it was!). The massive windows in the reception hall gave the evening such an open feel, compared to traditional stuffy wedding halls. Our guests couldnât stop mentioning how beautiful the venue was. I LOVED the patio attached to the reception space, which allowed the guests to play cornhole outside if they didnât like dancing, or wanted to get away from the music for a bit. We rented patio heaters to put outside, given the evening temperature would be too cold to enjoy, that ended up being a great decision! The staff were extremely accessible for all our questions throughout the planning process, and Jennifer and Gianna were amazing!The one item of note with 2Gather is that all of the catering, bar service, day-of coordination, DJ, etc, are hired Ă la carte by you. When hiring this venue, you donât get the âall in oneâ package price. There is a lot of coordinating that needs to be done on your end to piece together the vendors that will be making the day possible. I can see this being overwhelming to some couples. I am very âType A,â so I felt I was able to keep all of the moving parts organized, but it was a lot to keep track of at times. That being said, 2Gather has a list of trusted vendors they recommend working with if you need suggestions, and we had great success with them! (You Plus Me for catering, Miss Mixology for bar service, and Prestige Weddings and Events for DJ/Coordinating). I truly cannot recommend 2Gather and all of their incredible staff enough!! The venue is beautiful and the entire team was helpful, supportive, and made sure I had the most perfect wedding of my dreams. I worked specifically with Jennifer & Lexi and they treated me like I was the only person getting married there this year, which was such a special feeling. The venue is beautiful and the entire team was helpful, supportive, and made sure I had the most perfect wedding of my dreams. I worked specifically with Jennifer & Lexi and they treated me like I was the only person getting married there this year, which was such a special feeling. When my husband and I first toured 2Gather with Jennifer, we knew we couldnât see ourselves getting married anywhere else. 2Gather was the first venue we toured together and we were filled with joy after seeing how beautiful it was. We were planning a fall wedding and I was ecstatic imagining the fall scenery. Fast forward to our wedding day on 10/27/23, we are overjoyed! The entire crew at 2Gather made planning our wedding as simple as it could be. Specifically, we worked with Gianna throughout the planning process and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was nothing short of perfect. She was prompt with her responses and had flawless design ideas. We gave Gianna a vision but she was the one who brought it to life. Walking in the day of, I felt a sense of relief because I knew we trusted the right people to get the job done. Everything was beautiful down to the last detail. The ceiling, patio, ceremony hall, everything was exactly how Iâd pictured. The entire venue was so warm and inviting that walking inside felt like receiving a giant hug. Their cleanliness is unmatched and the bathrooms were spotless. The bridal suite was gorgeous and spacious, and the mimosa bar was a great way to start our morning! I held out hope that the fall colors wouldnât bloom until the week of our wedding and WOW! I had never seen more picture-perfect colors in my life than what I saw surrounding the venue. I lost my dad a few years ago and was terrified to go through this milestone without him. Not only did he give me the perfect fall day, but he ensured I was in good hands the entire time. Thank you Gianna and Jennifer for everything you did for us from the day we said âyes to the venueâ to the day we said âI doâ!

Literally the best venue ever!! Everyone is so helpful and always there to accommodate you. I had the best experience and have so many people still talking about this venue from my wedding. The staff is amazing and so organized. They helped me a lot especially without me having a planner and planning everything on my on. Whatever help they could provide to me they did. Most of my vendors came from their provided list and were sooo helpful!! All the way down from my linen, to the decorations, to the florist, to the caterer! Literally donât know what I would have done without my 2Gather Team!! If youâre undecided on this venue, itâs a no brainer the best place to have your wedding ceremony and reception. My wedding photos came out so beautiful. The venue is so modern and sleek. And the outdoor patio at night is a MUST for photos!! I highly recommend this place!! You will not be disappointed in the service or quality!! The best wedding event venue!!

My fiancĂ© and I werenât sure if we wanted to have a wedding or not because both of our families are in Michigan but we were in a completely different time zone across the country. We are SO glad we found 2Gathermore because they made long wedding planning so easy.We toured the venue virtually in November with Jennifer, and she was so nice! After touring, we knew we loved the venue but still werenât sure if we wanted to have a wedding. On 12/31, we signed our contract with 2Gathermore and it was smooth sailing from there!2Gathermore makes wedding planning SO easy. They have a list of preferred vendors to take out the guess work, but you can of course find your own too! We did a mix of both. 2Gathermore was the only venue we found where we loved the aesthetic and you could also customize with your own vendors/make your wedding exactly how you want it. They have different ceiling packages which can really help you achieve the look you want! Throughout the planning process, 2Gathermore would check in and make sure we were staying on track. We didnât tour our venue until 5 months after we signed, and let me tell youâŠ. The venue is even more amazing in person! The video tour clearly already sold us, but the in person tour confirmed we made the right decision.Whenever we told people we were having our wedding at 2Gathermore, they had nothing but positive things to say.2Gathermore made sure my wedding experience was perfect from start to finish.Thank you 2Gathermore for making our wedding day a dream!

2Gather was everything we could want in a wedding venue. The building and property is beautiful with so many customization options and places for great pictures. My wife was able to get completely ready for our ceremony in their spacious bridal suite with all of her bridesmaids while I was able to spend time with my groomsman in the grooms suite, shooting pool and watching tv. Not only did we get to relax with our loved ones before the festivities but we also were completely taken care of by their top notch staff who helped us throughout the entire process in the lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. We got so many compliments from our friends and family on how beautiful the venue was. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather of an outdoor summer wedding while the guests got to enjoy the A/C on the inside during the ceremony with their state of the art ceremony space that combines both and outdoor and indoor wedding feel. We couldnât have asked for anything more for our special day and we would like to thank Jennifer and Gianna for all of their hard work and assistance in making our wedding a day we will never forget!

Jennifer and Lexi literally popped some champagne when we booked with them and we knew right away from their communication and details that they would be wonderful to work with, and they were absolutely fantastic! The whole staff made sure our day went smoothly and handled anything we asked while putting drinks in our hands so we could enjoy it. They gave us their expert opinions on timeline and other details and communicated with all our vendors to keep everybody informed. Lexi captured photos and videos of the âbehind the scenesâ and the team set up our escort cards, favors, and other items early on so we didnât have to worry about doing it after our ceremony. Not to mention the venue is just gorgeous! We highly recommend this team and venue and canât thank them enough for everything!

An amazing venue with amazing staff who helped us from start to finish! I honesty can't say enough good things! Jennifer and Lexi made the planning process exceptional! They provided a list of vendors after we booked and hosted multiple open house events where we could meet various vendors and ended up forming an all-star team who made the day absolutely perfect! We also had so many compliments on our wedding day about how beautiful the venue was! Do yourself a favor and book 2gather as your venue, you wont be disappointed

An amazing venue with amazing staff who helped us from start to finish! I honesty can't say enough good things! Jennifer and Lexi made the planning process exceptional! They provided a list of vendors after we booked and hosted multiple open house events where we could meet various vendors and ended up forming an all-star team who made the day absolutely perfect! Tour, book and save yourself the time. Trust me you won't regret it. This venue is the perfect blend of charm and convenience. The green space around the building and huge windows offer natural light and a woodsy feel just a ten minute drive off I-75. Our guests enjoyed easy Uber rides from all over the Metro Detroit area, easy parking, and nearby hotels without us sacrificing any ambiance or vibe. The layout and amenities at the venue met every single need. We wanted a secular but meaningful ceremony and their built in ceremony space was perfect. The interior design and decorating of the whole venue is a great balance of neutral but aesthetically pleasing, complimenting our theme beautifully and contributing to our overall feel. The ceiling fabric, fairy lights and custom chandeliers made the end result breathtaking. Most importantly, Jennifer and Lexi and the whole team were exceptionally helpful and supportive. I never felt like I was being upsold and their list of preferred vendors was a lifesaving starting point on our smaller than average timeline. Thank you Lexi for being with us every step of the way!

This stunning and super customizable venue was the perfect place for our wedding. Jennifer gave me a tour of the venue while I was in town for only a few hours. Jennifer and the entire staff were so kind and helpful the day of the wedding. They made everything run so smoothly and are an outstanding team.We used the venue for getting ready, the ceremony, the reception, and as a backdrop for photos. We loved having the venue all to ourselves and not having to share space with other weddings. The venue is absolutely stunning!!!! It was everything we could have dreamed of! 2GatherMore is the perfect wedding venue! Communication all the way up to the day of was spot on; I always felt like a priority talking to Lexi and Jennifer! The venue itself is beautiful! It's modern, feels secluded, and I loved being able to have our ceremony and reception in one place. I also loved the layout of the building; the overall flow going from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was effortless and allowed for the team to set up and teardown without any guests seeing it (huge thank you to Bobby for doing such a great job setting up and working so well with our flower crew!). We opted to use their ceremony coordinator and she was super helpful and made everything go smoothly. We also got early access to the venue to get ready there and there was plenty of room for us to get our hair and makeup done! I know the guys had fun playing pool too!We had 100 people at our wedding and had a huge dance floor in the center of the room but it didnât feel empty. We had edison lights and the light backdrop as decor and once the sun set it felt magical! They also have string lights outside so we could play cornhole late into the night!There isnât a thing I would change about our wedding day and I give a lot of credit to the vendors we worked with! We had a wonderful experience for our wedding in March 2022.Some of the initial reasons we were interested in 2 Gather were the location, cleanliness, and elegant appearance of the venue. The location is tucked away from the main road so you have privacy, yet it is conveniently located near expressways and hotels. The building is beautiful inside and out, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for photos. The interior is classy and neutral. The bride and groom suites are spacious and convenient. As the bride, I appreciated having a separate bathroom for the bridal party. The venue is clean, well-maintained, and updated. These were all important initial priorities for us when choosing a venue! However, the warmth and helpful nature of the 2 Gather team is what really solidified our decision!From the first phone call with Kim and our first meeting with Jennifer, we felt very welcomed and they showed genuine excitement for our special day. We primarily worked with Jennifer through the planning process and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease about any concerns along the way. Lexi was also great and helped with last minute details! When having your wedding at an open-vendor venue, be prepared that it may take a little extra planning since you do have to coordinate so many detailsâŠbut we felt it was totally worth it! You are able to choose what you both really want for your wedding day! You are not limited to only what a venue offers. The team at 2 Gather will definitely help with recommendations for vendors if needed. 2 Gather also included items that some other open-vendor venues did not, such as tables and chairs, ice, lanterns, and easels.We appreciated the virtual layout of the ballroom that was provided, as it helped immensely with seating arrangements! Jennifer was creative in helping us maximize the space for our larger wedding. We loved that we had the whole place just for our friends and family, and that everything was so flexible. We loved that our guests were able to mingle around throughout the building during the reception. It felt like a big fancy house party and that is exactly what we were going for! Some groups of guests were at the bar, some at the photo booth, some on the dance floor, some watching a game in the groomâs suite, some gathering around tablesâŠeveryone loved it! Our guests complimented us on how awesome the venue was all night! Jennifer checked in on us during the evening, which was really sweet. Absolutely amazing! My husband and I booked with Noahâs event venue about a week before they went bankrupt and tried to take our deposit, but luckily because of Noahâs we found 2 gather more! They are absolutely amazing and I canât tell you enough about how great they are. Weâve basically planned 3 weddings now due to Covid and being with 2 gather more made it so easy and theyâve truly been with us every step of the way. Planning a wedding is difficult but 2 gather more will be the easiest decision you make and will make wedding planning seem easy. We have our wedding in November this year (2 years after our original date) and I would wait another 2 years if it meant being at this venue working with Kim and her team. We cannot recommend her enough!! Update:We just had our wedding yesterday and it was beautiful! Everyone was saying how beautiful our venue was and how amazing everyone working there was. This venue is a dream! John and I had our wedding in November of this year and the day was nothing short of perfect! The grounds are kept up very well, including lighting on the building and twinkle lights on the trees of the patio, which makes for a magical outside (especially under the stars). Walking into the venue, you are blown away by the space, decor, and cleanliness of the inside. It truly has everything that one could ask for on their wedding day, including a bride and grooms suite, a ceremony room and reception room, setup kitchen for your caterer, and you get the whole building all day! Kim and Jennifer were also very helpful with everything and allowed us to view the venue multiple times before the big day. The software they use to display table layout is very professional and makes it so easy to visualize what it'll look like on the day. I can't say enough about this venue and the staff, and we are very happy to have chosen 2 Gather More for our wedding day!

We went through a good amount of venues before we ended up choosing 2 Gather. Even with a change of staff from the pandemic, the venue had great communication. Kim and her staff are wonderful people to work with. Overall this is the most beautiful venue and once your ceremony and reception are set up you will be in awe. This gem of a place has beautiful scenery surrounding it so you wonât even need to travel far for pictures. If you want a seem-less, and amazing wedding, we recommend choosing 2 Gather as your venue.
