3/12 Event Center is a historic wedding venue located in downtown Fort Wayne, IN. The original property was constructed in 1886 by the Centlivre family and was home to the Old Crown brewery up until 1976. The building has managed to retain much of its original charm despite multiple rebuilds and renovations and offers a one-of-a-kind setting for milestone celebrations. Start your day at 3/12 Event Center, preparing from the comfort of their beautiful get-ready suite. This stylish room boasts an impressive 1100 square feet of floor space, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, four beds, and salon-style dressing tables. Ceremonies and receptions are hosted in The Old Carriage House, their primary event space.
