Anna Bukowski(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-09-2019 320 Guest Ranch was PERFECT for our Big Sky destination wedding. The outdoor wedding site was everything we dreamed it would be and having our guests stay on site in cabins made it feel like home. Megan and her team did a great job of keeping things running smoothly and addressing any concerns we had. We would absolutely recommend others have their wedding at 320. It's a Montana dream! We planned the wedding from afar and at times, it was hard to get a quick answer from the team. But over the wedding weekend, the team was responsive, friendly and welcoming. We're excited to come back and visit for years to come. Reviewed on 07-03-2020

Meaghan was like a personal wedding planner and had all the answers, tips and recommendations needed to make it a perfect day and made the big day go flawlessly perfect with her expertise. We live in Texas and planning a wedding here in Big Sky from a far was a breeze. All the vendors we used came recommended by the 320 and they were all familiar with the venue and needed no assistance in set up, Joes DJ was amazing as well. This is a highly recommended all in one venue to have your wedding in beautiful Big Sky Country, amazing venue, staff, food, beverages, beautiful lodging accommodations on sight. Jaclyn Butcher(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-09-2012 The 320 Guest Ranch was a perfect venue for both mine and my husband's large families. Most of our family is not from Montana, so to have them stay in the most beautiful part of the state was absolutely perfect. The ranch is situated in a valley that's flanked by mountains. The scenery is so beautiful. There's also wildlife everywhere, and a few resident moose that are always on the property. They take such great care of the ranch, and the scenery is all you need for decorations and a backdrop. \r\rThe events coordinator, Angela, at 320 was extremely helpful and a huge part of planning my wedding from the day I booked the venue, 9 months before. The property is quite large, and we did our ceremony on one end of the property with our reception at the other end. I was worried about coordinating the decorations, cupcakes, flowers, directing incoming guests to the ceremony and then to the correct place after the ceremony, etc. There was actually nothing to worry about. Angela had EVERYTHING covered and would continue to check in with me throughout the big day as I was getting ready in the bridal suite. \r\rAll of our out-of-town guests were able to book cabins on the property, which was a lot of fun for them. It's a ranch with rustic charm... the cabins range from small to extremely huge, so everyone was able to book what they needed, based on family size. For two days, everyone just walked everywhere they needed to go- from cabin to cabin to visit with family and friends, to breakfast, to hike the trail behind the property, etc. I had a pretty rowdy crowd at my wedding, and 320 was so great about it and accommodated to every request with a huge smile.\r\r320 caters all events, and the food was AMAZING. It was one of my favorite parts of the reception. They did a fantastic job preparing a gourmet, buffet style meal that impressed everyone.\r\rThere was a huge storm that went through right after the ceremony ended and right before the reception began that knocked out the power, which was out all night. The staff at 320 hustled around to make sure that it didn't effect the reception. It was a candlelit reception (good thing there was a small generator for the DJ) that was so perfect you couldn't have even planned it.\r\r320 made sure that my wedding was perfect and completely hassle free for us and our families. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, they made sure that everything fell into place for us. Reviewed on 27-09-2012
Natalie R(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-08-2012 We had our wedding at the 320 Guest Ranch in Big Sky, MT and it was absolutely wonderful! Their on site coordinator, Angela, is amazing! It was a destination wedding for us, and she made it easy to plan our wedding from afar! We got married at their tent which is set right alongside the Gallatin River and also has glorious views of the mountains! The reception was in the banquet hall and it provided just the right amount of \"rustic flair\" to our wedding that we were looking for! The food was also absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests, I'm so glad we had our special day here, no where else could have done it better! Thank you! Reviewed on 23-08-2012

Janna Lieffring(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-08-2011 My husband and I had our wedding and reception at this location. My girls and I stayed in the Hospitality Suite which we were able to get ready in the day of. The ceremony was in the garden which is beautiful in the summer and does not require any decorating. Reception was held in the Montana room which was a perfect size for the guests and has great lighting. Catering can only be done through them but the food was great and prices are about average (for catering). Every employee on staff did a wonderful job; the wedding coordinator was very helpful and did what she could for us every step of the way. It was a wonderful place for all of our out of town guests to stay but may have been a little pricy for some. Great location with beautiful scenery! Reviewed on 21-09-2011
