We were so happy we chose A View Venues to hold our ceremony and reception for our wedding. We worked one-on-one with Katina, who was absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend working with her. Not only is she knowledgeable about the wedding industry, she stays on top of new venue layouts and designs and she's a great person to be around too. She was there from start to finish for us. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everyone was in their place, vendors included, and made sure everything ran smoothly.We rented out 2 of the 3 rooms at A View on State. There was so much room for everything. They also updated their bridal suite, which was an added bonus, and they were willing to show us any table layout we wanted during our meetings.Everyone at A View was very professional and so wonderful to work with. They met with us whenever we thought we needed to, even if it was just to pick out napkin colors. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a ceremony or reception venue in the Greater Omaha area.There are so many perks to working with them, it's hard to capture them all in one review. They have everything you would ever think of needing in a venue. Go check them out for yourself, they're the best!

We were so happy we chose A View Venues to hold our ceremony and reception for our wedding. We worked one-on-one with Katina, who was absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend working with her. We could not have picked a better location for our wedding. Nowhere else could we have gotten a great and beautiful venue for such a reasonable price. Everything the venue comes with really takes a lot of stress off of the couples. For the most part, all we really had to worry about were our center pieces. They allow for multiple meeting to help nail down all of the details. Pharna was there with us for every step of the way, even when we were at our most nervous, she was there to lend a hand and ease our minds. We received so many compliments about the venue and ceremony space, not only that but all of the staff were super helpful and everyone loved our bartender, she was awesome. We honestly could not have had a more smooth and enjoyable wedding day, that is also thanks to our amazing day of coordinator (included with our rental of the venue) who kept everything on schedule. Getting married at The View on state was the best thing my Husband and I decided on. Pharna was so helpful and very sweet. Helped us every step of the way, and answered our questions right away. Getting married at The View on state was the best thing my Husband and I decided on. Pharna was so helpful and very sweet. Helped us every step of the way, and answered our questions right away. My husband and I wanted to elope but our families wanted a wedding. The view on state was the first and only venue we looked at. I have absolutely no regrets. It's a beautiful location for an outdoor ceremony. I had zero experience on planning but the view hosted a wedding expo on site to coordinate with other vendors. There are regular meetings to talk through the planning and what the site provides (site decor options, drink plans, etc). I couldn't have asked for better help to coordinate for the day, especially from Pharna who ensured everything was going to go perfectly.

The absolute best!!! Katina, Pharna, and their whole team made our wedding absolutely perfect! From handling the timeline, all the details, all the decorating and cleaning up, handling our large wedding party, etc. The day went off without a hitch and everyone loved it! Can’t recommend enough!

I cannot say enough positive things about A View on State! Katina, our coordinator throughout the planning process, was AWESOME!! Katina even came up and checked in the day of our wedding, on her day off!! The decorations and facilities were beautiful! A View schedules 3 meetings (you can have more if you choose) throughout your planning process to make sure every detail of your day comes together to create your dream wedding! We wanted a venue we could hold the ceremony and reception at the same site and A View delivered! Jena, our day of coordinator, made sure every detail of the day ran smoothly!! We could not have asked for a more perfect day for us!! The staff at A View played a HUGE part in this!

This venue is very beautiful and spacious. Thankfully our wedding was the only one that day because of the College World Series. The venue usually has 3 weddings going on at the same time and I couldn’t imagine having to share the space with anyone else. That would have been extremely difficult for pictures. We also met with a different person each time for meetings however it felt like everyone was all on the same page of how we wanted the wedding. My biggest complaint is about our coordinator. They said that I would get my own personal coordinator and that we would have another one running the show as well. Well I don’t know if everyone took off the day but I only had one coordinator who did not keep things together. She was kind of rude to my bridesmaids and my groomsmen. She barely spoke two words to me except to tell me that I need to get everyone to rehearsal as I was scrambling to get ready in my bridal room. And to quickly usher me down the aisle. I was trying to get things together and calm myself and she kept saying “everyone is waiting for you we need to go” in a very rude way with no empathy at all. After the ceremony I didn’t see her again. I was under the impression she would help the flow of the wedding but once we got inside from pictures things started to feel gracefully chaotic. If I could have had my coordinator actually help with the flow of things like I was under the impression she would then I would have had a more positive experience. It is one of the reasons we chose this venue. Overall the place is very beautiful, I’m not entirely sure if I would pay $13,000 again just to have a wedding here but it was definitely a positive experience aside from the coordinator situation.

Working with a view was okay, but left me feeling uneasy. Each meeting we had, we worked with someone new. We never EVER had the same person more than once which was really stressful. When we had concerns with our other vendors they (A View) empathized with us, and even reached out to them at points to get the communication rolling which was appreciated so much because it was one less thing for us to worry about. My biggest complaint is wedding day we had a seating chart but due to some changes the seating chart didn’t match the number of chairs we needed at the tables. We had communicated that with the number we had been texting, yet, we still didn’t have the right amount of chairs at some tables. & they verbalized their understanding VIA text. Including tables who had the right amount of people with the seating chart provided. So, as the bride I was having to scramble around to find more chairs since they didn’t do what we had been communicating about. Pretty pricey for what we got, but they did provide a lot so it kinda made up for the price. Overall, I don’t know that I would have another wedding here just due to the fact that things we’re constantly changing & for how much money we spent we didn’t have the right things set out for wedding day, but everything did come together and it did look beautiful.

DO NOT USE Very unprofessional staff, including the owner. They don't care about their clients whatsoever. There are many hidden fees that will show up at the very last meeting that were never discussed. The bar package is the bare minimum and they will not honor any special requests. The staff might not even show up to your event, which happened to us. I would never recommend A View venues to any of my family or friends. The owner is just as bad as the staff.

Our wedding was in Oct 2022. We booked with A View On State in 2020 to ensure that we get the date and time that we preferred. We did lots of research and loved everything that came included such as setup, tear down, table linens, chair sashes, day of coordinator and so much more. With that being said, you definitely pay for what you get. Our total to them was roughly $10,000 and that was before their price increase in 2022. Overall, we had a good wedding day but I’m here to write an HONEST review from a people pleasing, Type A Bride so here it is.We got assigned to work with Katina. We heard very good reviews about her from friends so we didn’t worry at first. At the first meeting, she told us we had to cancel our Photo Booth (through Complete Entertainment) because they are exclusive and can only use A View’s photo both (which is more expensive for less perks). They had a list of items they were exclusive with (had to solely use theirs for extra cost) and that wasn’t on it. Katina kept turning us down and saying no to a lot of our questions and concerns. It rubbed us the wrong way and that’s when we should’ve backed out. Our second meeting, Katina wasn’t even there and hadn’t even notified us before hand to reschedule or anything. Zoe worked with us and she was the sweetest thing and we got a lot accomplished. Our third meeting, Katina was there but we got little done and were limited to just an hour because they were closing (I definitely understand that but this is kind of a big deal, you can spare 30 mins). Our fourth and final meeting, was mediocre. I felt like there was still a lot of planning to do and felt like Katina was ready for it to be here and over by how care free she was. On the wedding day, doors were locked for quite a while (we were only allowed to enter at noon for our 4:00pm ceremony) they probably opened around 12:15 which set us behind schedule already. As we’re getting ready, a lady named Brittany introduces herself and says she’ll be taking care of us all day. That was a complete shock to me because we had talked with Katina over a span of two years for this! Katina knows the colors, my style, my wedding party and this lady only knows the notes that Katina left. I was so frustrated and things were going wrong so I just had my own wedding planner take charge of everything and Brittany sorta just supervised. I (too politely) asked where Katina was and Brittany said it was just her day off and she doesn’t work Saturdays. Excuse me?! If I had known that before, I would’ve requested a different coordinator. Why the heck are you my assigned coordinator if you don’t work Saturdays? Honestly, I wish we had Brittany for the entire two years because she was so sweet, helpful and fun! She really made us feel heard and cared for. Sadly, she told us we were her last event with A View. After our honeymoon, I got an email from them saying that not enough people drank alcohol and we owed them and additional $400. I was so over them and just wanted to cut ties that I just paid it.To sum it all up, I feel like they care more about the money than actually assisting you on one of your most important days.

LOVED A View on State for our ceremony and reception venue. It was so nice having both in one place. The only difficult piece was figuring out an alternate photo location in case weather was bad. Otherwise, EVERYTHING was taken care of. We debated between a few venues, but what stood out about A View was the things included, and their involvement in the process. I cannot imagine how much stress it would’ve added to have to figure out table rentals, linen rentals, coordinating all the vendors, etc. At A View, though, it’s all taken care of. Our wedding was a party from sun up to sun down, all made possible by A View! We did have one small hiccup when our video wouldn’t play, but they made it up to us by providing a free champagne toast for our head table. 10/10 recommend A View on State!!

Everyone we worked with throughout the whole process was great and Lindsay was THE BEST day of coordinator! From the first time we walked into A View on State I knew it was our venue! This place is a DREAM! We booked our date almost 3 years in advance. From the gorgeous reception room to the amazing covered ceremony space all of my must haves in a venue were covered. And more! No place even compared to A View!!! We worked with Katina and she really helped to make all of my dreams a reality, and also made sure all of my concerns/questions were answered. I couldn’t recommend them more!

From the gorgeous reception room to the amazing covered ceremony space all of my must haves in a venue were covered. And more! No place even compared to A View!!! We worked with Katina and she really helped to make all of my dreams a reality, and also made sure all of my concerns/questions were answered. I couldn’t recommend them more!

First let me start by saying, I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and things may have been different had we not been. However, the utter disrespect from this venue is outrageous. We spent over $12,000 on our reception and the venue tried to nickel and dime us over several things. They charged a credit card at the end of our reception without written permission from our contract. The OWNER whom I spoke with on several occasions told me one thing based on my concerns simply to keep the money we had already given them because I tried to cancel several times and ensured me that she would handle the situation personally to be able to enjoy our reception and then told her staff another which became a huge headache for me because of said nickel and diming for no apparent reason. When I say it was literally nickel and diming I mean they refused to give us a refund on 1 gallon of iced tea which was about $15.00. They refused to change our guest count because of an addendum that we signed which we would not have signed had the owner Brandi not told us she would handle and take care of. Telling me I would be able to change things after signing the addendum when in reality she did not. I WILL NEVER use this venue again!!! They are only after your money and don't care about the customer experience.

A View on State was the perfect place for our wedding. We had a hard time finding a venue where we loved both the ceremony + reception space, but A View on State had our hearts the second we visited it. The ceremony space is gorgeous and COVERED--it gave us peace of mind that even if it rained, at least there was some overhead covering. The reception areas are spacious and gorgeous as well, plus we loved the ability to customize many different aspects to make it unique--no reception looks the same. Keep in mind that a bunch of things are included in the price you pay (table cloths, table runners, plates/cutlery, etc.) but if you want something that isn't in the \"included\" section, it is an up charge. In addition, if it is a decor item they offer, you HAVE to use theirs, you are not able to bring in your own. Rehearsals are day-of, which was a little stressful. We were lucky that we were the only wedding that day--otherwise you could have up to 3 weddings happening at the same time, which would give you 1 hr to have the outdoor pavillion space for your rehearsal, taking photos, etc.We worked with numerous staff throughout the planning process, which got a little overwhelming not meeting with the same person every time or last second meeting with someone else you weren't planning on. Every person we interacted with was friendly and professional. Taylor was amazing and very helpful when discussing decor (as well as was not pushy, even when we were over time) and Autumn (day of coordinator) was truly great as well. As soon as we met with her a few weeks before our wedding we knew we were in good hands--she kept things running smoothly day of as well as consistently checked in with us to make sure everything was going well.Overall we were very happy with our wedding + reception being at a View.

Katina met with us so many times, she was running out of pen colors to keep track of our revisions; yet every detail we had discussed over 1.5-year span was executed beautifully on our wedding day. To all the brides considering options for venue rentals in the Omaha market, I promise you will not be disappointed by entrusting your perfect day with A View on State. The outdoor ceremony under a covered pergola is beautifully landscaped and there is no other spot like it. Their all-inclusive packages take the hassle out of rentals. Their day of coordination ensures everyone is in their spots and all vendors are organized. When our videographer didn’t show up, Katina spent two hours getting ahold of the company for us. She handled and fixed all hiccups seamlessly. Our priorities were timely communication, professionalism, and day of coordination, and the staff at A View went above and beyond to take care of us. It was the experience of a lifetime, and we will forever be grateful we chose to start our next chapter at A View on State.

The room was set up completely different from how we agreed. One of the tables was cramed into a corned making it very awkward. On top of all that, they were horrible during all of covid. I can't believe we paid so much forthwith to make everything more stressful.

Both ladies far exceeded our expectations and made the entire day run so smooth. My husband and I had no complaints or concerns because everything was already handled! Setup, tear down, transitions throughout the day were flawless and we received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue looked. We would recommend A View to all wedding couples. The backyard ceremony space was gorgeous and really helped pull our fall vision into life. Thank you so much Katina and Taylor! Our day was a dream.

A View on State was the perfect venue for our wedding! I have always wanted an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, and having both at the same location was a must. The staff, especially Katina and Brittney, were wonderful to work with! They were prompt with all their communications from when we initially reached out to them through our wedding day. They helped us set up our decorations day of, answered any question right away and were prompt and thorough in explaining their covid precautions and updates. Our day of coordinator (sorry I forgot her name) was amazing and helped our day run smoothly without any issues. We decided (with one minute left in our reception) to extend it an extra hour and Brittney took care of that without our reception missing a beat. Our wedding day went perfectly, and much of that credit is due to the staff at A View on State. Cannot recommend them enough!

A View Venues have the best wedding venues in Omaha! They have 3 locations all together, and I used A View on State. After hearing horror stories from other brides about their venues, I truly appreciate all that A View has to offer. A View is honest and straightforward with the services they provide throughout the whole process. There are no surprises and everything runs so smoothly with the A View team. The A View staff goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. Even with COVID my guests thought everything went so well and was handled well by the A View staff. When you use A View you don't need to think about things or ask for items, because the A View staff already have it handled.Another perk with using A View is all of the other vendors I used (caterer, DJ, photographer) love having weddings at A View. They say the A View staff is great to work with and the layout of the venue meets all of their needs. Unlike places like the Barn, where kitchen space is almost non-existent. If other wedding vendors love working with A View over their competitors, you better believe it's because high quality vendors enjoy working with other high quality vendors. Overall, I highly recommend A View Venues. You truly get what you pay for and my friends who did not use A View have told me if they could redo their wedding, they would use A View as their wedding venue! Other places we toured made us feel rushed and like they didn’t care if we got married there or not. The girls were very accommodating for us, and when we ran into a problem, the owner herself had called and offered help. This was way beyond expected and greatly appreciated. I am so glad that I chose A View on State as my wedding venue. I remember walking into my first appt. with the staff and after a few minutes of speaking with them I was sold. The place looked better than I could have ever imagined on my wedding day. The staff was very helpful through the entire planning process. All the money that was spent was well worth it and you get a lot for the value. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose A View on State!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about A View on State and their entire team! We worked primarily with Katina, and she was so awesome! She was extremely patient when I changed my mind multiple times and met with my whenever I requested! The entire team is so helpful and gives recommendations to help make your dreams a reality and make the space match your vision! They give you a list of preferred vendors which is super helpful when looking for other vendors to help complete your day. They also work closely with numerous different amazing vendors in the area which takes the stress out of how all the vendors will work together to make your day a success. The day of our wedding went so smooth and the space looked beautiful. I’m so thankful we booked with A View and would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for the perfect space for their wedding!

The venue was beautiful and the staff was great leading up to the day of the wedding. The ceremony space had trash everywhere that had to be cleaned up last minute. The day of coordinator was not very impressive and the staff was very rude during clean up. They yelled out that we had 5 minutes left of clean up and one of the bartenders felt the need to say \"Yeah, 5 minutes until we start throwing your shit away\". Needless to say we were not thrilled about this.

Where do I even begin? We could not have chosen a more amazing wedding/reception venue. The Staff, service and amenities were simple AMAZING. From day one we knew was with out a doubt where we wanted to get married and celebrate. Brandi and her team answered every single email I sent quickly and without hesitation. I felt super annoying with all my little questions but they never for one minute made me feel like I was an inconvenience. We worked with several of the ladies throughout the process and every time they were all consistent and on the same page. Nothing got lost in the shuffle. Every single one of them was great! On the actual day of our wedding everything went so smooth and effortless. Our day of coordinator was so great. She kept the entire day/night going without a hitch. She was a busy bee from the minute she got there until the very end. She was literally our superwoman. We were also able to pay a small fee to have all of our decorations held at the venue until Monday which was a god send. No one wants to pick up and pack after their big celebration. What a buzz kill. A view also hosts a vendor night every year in February. This was so helpful as we got to meet with their preferred caterers, bakers, vidographers, etc... This is where we met 90% of our vendors. We really got to see if we clicked with them. A View may seem a little pricey at first but I believe you get what you pay for and we payed for excellence. We had to do virtually nothing on our wedding day besides show up and have a good time. A View on State is absolutely incredible.

Overall A View on State made for the perfect venue for my wedding and reception. It was absolutely beautiful and the planning process with the ladies was great. I didn't give it a 5-star just for the few hiccups that we did have. Nothing major though. I had asked at my 10 days before meeting which lady was going to be my helper for the day and the person they told me was not the same one that I got on my wedding day. This scared me a little because they lady we got was one I had never met before. \"Me-Yay!\" turned out to be amazing! Another minor things was we had a video play at our reception and they didn't bring down the white projector screen which made the video hard to view. Lastly, was the drink tickets. We had purchased drink tickets for our very close family and they were not even handed out until I asked about them the night of... Which I though was odd because we had already paid for them. So I am not sure if my family was able to take advantage of their drink tickets by the time they received them. Just nit-picky things though. My day was amazing! Thank you

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!We booked both the Redwood and Willow rooms for our wedding since we had so many guests. We had our ceremony at 4 pm on the pavilion and the reception immediately after inside. Since we had 2 rooms booked, we had 2 sets of bathrooms, 2 bars, and room to move around including 2 game tables in the back for kids which the guests loved! We used Hy-Vee (156th & Maple) as our caterer since they were the most reasonably priced for our large crowd and were on The Views preferred list. The food, flowers, and desserts were amazing! We also did a s'mores bar through Hy-Vee which was a huge hit! The staff at A View are basically built in wedding planners! Communication was so easy!! They were so helpful during our meetings and quick to answer emails; even for our friend that decorated our event! We loved that the linens, lighting, and screen projectors were included in the cost. And the venue is SO GORGEOUS that you don't have to decorate the hall itself!Seriously, we didn't have a single thing go wrong!! It was a perfect day!!!

THE best venue we could've ever dreamt of. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, friendly, and on their A game! They remembered every small detail I had told them during the year of planning, and made our vision come to life! From day one, they make you feel like their most important client. They can work with a lot of different budgets, so don't let the price scare you (for example, Hyvee is one of their prefered caterers if you want a more affordable food option). There are a lot of optional add-ons so you can completely customize the room and make your vision a reality. We ended up getting married inside because it was too cold to get married outside (12/8). (The venue lets you get married outside no matter the temperature. It was our own cut-off limit). We reserved the larger room and curtained off a quarter of it for the ceremony. They made that room look more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. The curtain ended up being a nice backdrop for indoor pictures, too. We did brave the cold and took outdoor pictures as well, which I'm so thankful we did. A View on State has beautiful outdoor scenery for a backdrop. Overall, we couldn't be more thankful for this venue!

We mostly dealt with Britney and I felt she really took a lead and had great suggestions, not only with the reception, but other important details of that day. They also have a great list of food vendors to choose from, and it was great having a few great options than have to sift through and try and find other vendors. We loved having A View on State host our reception. Amber was always timely in her communication and made sure we had plenty of meetings to ensure everything would run smoothly the day of the wedding. We loved that the venue was all inclusive so we didn't have to rent or buy all the extra details people don't think of, like linens and lighting, from multiple different vendors. They also had a comprehensive list of other preferred vendors that made finding a caterer (Pleasure Your Palate - highly recommend), florist (Arwyn-Lu Designs - also highly recommend), and a DJ easy during a short engagement. One of our favorite things was that we just had to drop our decorations off the week of the wedding and they took care of decorating, whereas so many other reception sites would have required our family to come in the afternoon of the wedding. We so appreciated that our family and friends could enjoy the wedding instead having to decorate! The day of the wedding they were attentive to all the little details, down to dishing up our food at the buffet line so I wouldn't spill on my wedding dressing. We highly recommend A View on State!

We had to move our ceremony inside last minute and they are very accommodating and helpful. They wanted everything that day to be perfect and it was.

We used A View on State for our St. Patrick's Day reception and couldn't have chosen a better location! Everyone we worked with was amazing, and they have a system so that if you text a number it goes to all the coordinators for a quick response which was a huge relief in case we had something come up! The space is versatile with gorgeous stained concrete floor so you can make the dance area as big as you want and anywhere unlike other venues with a separate floor. Each room has it's own bridal and groom suites that are secured so you can get ready there and leave personal belongings in there! We fell in love after touring the place and talking with the coordinators. We worked mostly with Britney and the owner who were very professional and caring. We used our church for the ceremony but they have an amazing area for ceremonies as well! Definitely at least tour this place!

The venue staff were very professional to work with and really seemed on top of their stuff. They were flexible with me adding last minute RSVPs, and Brandi especially was very accommodating to help us find a way to afford having our wedding and reception there. The View on State venue was very pretty and cozy for our reception, and the outdoor area worked perfectly for the ceremony. We had no parking issues for our 4pm ceremony, though it seemed to fill up for someone else’s 5:30pm ceremony and someone else’s reception. Brittany and Amber were also really good to us with providing details about the space since planning long distance I couldn’t visual it or measure certain distances. It was really a great value for what we received! Now the negatives...I didn’t like that I only met the day of coordinator that morning. I wanted more of a relationship with them so I could trust them and be confident they could carry out my vision. It worked out OK though, mostly because I had already arranged my own help for the day for directing/coordinating so the day of coordinator didn’t really do that much for me. Also a negative - we definitely could still hear the reception first dance/special dances happening next door during our speech time. It wasn’t awful but was noticeable as the doors aren’t completely sound proof. Last negative - you aren’t allowed to book the ceremony location for rehearsal just as a heads up so you’ll need an alternate and similar location if you plan a day before walk through. If your ceremony is simple though, a day of walk through in the space should be fine! And those were really the only negatives! Thank you for an overall amazing wedding experience ladies!

They did such a wonderful job making our wedding day go smoothly. Everything looked so great and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I would also highly recommend getting the champagne toast! Our guests are still talking about having champagne all night. They give you the option for a poured toast or champagne all night and it was totally worth it.

Don’t get me wrong, the ceremony and reception space were beautiful! But, when it came down to the specifics is when we had a problem. First off, we had one hour of free alcohol for our guests. The venue started it at 6:00 (my ceremony was done at 6:00). Which means there was no one in the reception space till basically 6:30. We paid almost $2,000 for 30 mins of free alcohol for our guests. I got 1 drink out of it. Second, my day of coordinator was someone I have never met before so, she had no idea what I wanted. She did a a fabulous job once I explained to her everything. I met with tons of different people who didn’t communicate so, I had repeat myself ALOT. Third, talking to different family members getting everyone seated and ready to go was hectic. Lastly, I understand there is no outside alcohol. But, I didn’t know I had to babysit 300 people to make sure there was no alcohol in the parking lot. We were charged $500 because someone was drinking in there car at the reception. The venue needs to inform everyone attending the reception about the outside alcohol policy. That is not my job as the bride to tell everyone and keep an eye on them.

The view here is awesome - including the deer! Our assigned consultant was Amber and she is wonderful to work with. A View's owner Brandy is great as well. We hit some pretty big bumps in road and they helped us get through them with ease. The venue itself offers multiple choices for gatherings, can easily go from outside deck for ceremony to inside reception/still have access to outside deck. Rental fee includes several options of items and the vendors they use/suggest we found equally as awesome.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at a View on State. When we signed the contract over a year in advance it seemed like they really knew what they were doing. As far as the decorating the room and presentation of the reception, that was amazing! The room was gorgeous and was exactly what I wanted. As far as customer service, that was another story. The venue had too many rules as far as what we could and couldn’t do which affected some of what we wanted for the wedding. The owner was nice to me, but extremely rude to my mother who was helping me plan since I lived across the country. The day of the wedding was horrible. Through all the planning and explaining what we wanted, the ladies were extremely confused and were running around trying to run three receptions at the same time. During the planning I worked very well with Brittany, but the day of the wedding they gave us someone else who had not been around for any of the planning. She seemed very confused and was not available like I thought she should have been to be the wedding coordinator. There were many times I had to have my bridesmaids to go get her. Before the ceremony we had problems with them having a wedding at 4:00p.m. and then us at 5:30p.m. They made it seem like everything would go fine, but my DJ could set up and test like he wanted, and my pictures were only allowed in a certain time frame. When the ceremony started she then did not set up our sand ceremony, so we had to do it after we cut our cake. She didn’t tell us where to go after the ceremony was over, so we were confused as to where to go. She didn’t collect family members even though I had sent them the list. I didn’t get the family portraits that I wanted. My husband and I felt that everything that could go wrong went wrong. For the reception, she wasn’t present like she should have been. My photographer almost left because she didn’t keep the flow going. The DJ and a family member had to step in to help her out. My family paid a lot of money for their venue and services and we were extremely disappointed. The venue also only takes cash only payments. In the future I think they need to spread wedding ceremonies out and not have them within an hour and half of each other so both parties can get what they paid for.

Staff was great leading up to our big day, but was a nightmare after our wedding. Tried making our parents pay another thousand dollars more for “extra” guests during our reception. They determined this by “counting plates” after people had already gone up for seconds. Absolutely ridiculous to do to people on the day of their wedding and weeks after without correct information on the invoice. Minimal professionalism/respect towards clients after the fact. So disappointing that one staff member’s lack of professionalism made our experience negative, even AFTER our wedding day!
