Abundance Hill began as a renovated dairy farm, located in the rolling hills of Central Pennsylvania. Now available for events, Abundance Hill has hosted over one hundred events over the past five years, including weddings, milestone parties, showers, and barn dances. After purchasing the property in 2003, the current owner, Elizabeth Fetter, has done extensive renovation to the 1890-built farmhouse, completely rebuilt the post and beam barn, and installed a gazebo, orchard and extensive parking areas. Inside the barn, restrooms, and a galley kitchen were installed, to support the many events that have been hosted at Abundance Hill. The barn facility is quite large, and can seat up to 200 guests comfortably. In addition, there is an interior area for entertainment and dancing, and a large exterior west-facing deck. Parties renting the facility have access to the gazebo and full grounds as well.
