I had a horrible experience with AC Hotel Ballantyne. I would highly caution brides looking to book with them. We booked them for our hotel block and every bit of dealing with the sales team was a headache. The hotel staff was rude and dismissive for many of my guests, they don’t care about customer service only making a buck. If possible we have vowed to never stay at a Marriott chain again. It was the only dark spot on our wedding but we tried to not let it get the best of us!

We worked with AC Hotel Ballantyne for a Welcome reception & Farewell brunch for our out of town guests. They were extremely helpful during the planning process & the room and food were exactly what we were hoping for. The staff is kind & very helpful!
