My husband and I had our wedding at Adam's Estate in late December and all of our guests had an amazing time! Our entire wedding party and families were able to stay on-site in the most beautiful cottages for our wedding weekend, organized by the lodging manager, Jhoanna. We had our rehearsal dinner in the boathouse area on the lake, which was so convenient, because no one needed to leave the property for the entire weekend. It was so nice waking up on wedding day and walking a few steps to the gorgeous bridal suite with all of my bridesmaids and family. The groom and his groomsmen also appreciated sleeping in without having to worry about any travel logistics!We worked primarily with Abbey Brown, one of the event managers, who did an outstanding job. We also hired Abbey for Day-of-coordination and she saved the day MANY times. She organized vendors, helped with decor and made sure my day as the bride was totally stress free. As a bride who planned her entire wedding, I was really concerned that I would be stuck coordinating logistics on my wedding morning, but Abbey was an absolute boss and took over everything on wedding day! It was truly a pleasure to have our event at Adam's Estate and our entire weekend was an absolute dream thanks to Eve Bass (owner), Abbey (coordinator/event manager) and Jhoanna (lodging manager).

My husband and I had our wedding at Adam's Estate in late December and all of our guests had an amazing time! Our entire wedding party and families were able to stay on-site in the most beautiful cottages for our wedding weekend, organized by the lodging manager, Jhoanna. We had our rehearsal dinner in the boathouse area on the lake, which was so convenient, because no one needed to leave the property for the entire weekend. I will start by saying that you may think you are choosing Adams Estate, but it really is choosing you. This magical place will speak to your heart from the moment you arrive. I was the mother of the bride and my daughter made her decision from the minute we drove up to this beautiful property. We canceled our second appointment that day at another venue because the bride knew there could be no other choice.There is a peace and tranquility here that can’t help but put you at ease. Our experience was simply elegant and tasteful from start to finish. The vision became reality with Eve’s help. She is very attentive and responsive. The cottages are immaculate, perfectly decorated and comfortable and gives everyone a chance to be together days before and after the ceremony. We only looked at one venue and signed the very same day. If you’re looking for a venue that isn’t a barn or a beach like we were, there’s no place better. We also used Eve as our day of coordinator and she was so helpful, patient, and accommodating every step of the way. Our guests loved staying on site for the entire weekend and we were really happy to have done our rehearsal dinner in the boat house as well. The getting ready areas are spacious and worked with 15 girls getting ready. We’re looking forward to spending a weekend on site in the future to relive the memories.

I will be raving about my wedding day for the rest of my life, and ALL because of my amazing vendor team which included Eve and Sean at the Adam's Estate. The amount of compliments we got on the venue and the beauty of it was INSANE! The Adams Estate was the most incredible venue, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Every one of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was and being able to stay on site was an extra bonus. Booking our wedding from the UK and only seeing videos and photos, Debbie our events Manager was extremely helpful and professional every step of the way. She ordered sparklers for us, gave recommendations for vendors including ones that weren’t on their preferred list and even changed the date of our wedding with no extra charge due to a hurricane. Without Debbie, our wedding wouldn’t have been possible. I would recommend the Adams estate to all that are thinking about getting married in Florida. I had a small wedding and it was perfect, but also perfect for a large party too.

We had a very small wedding (about 40 guests) and were able to host most of the party on site in the Estate's cottages overnight. The cottages are absolutely jaw-dropping; almost all of our guests commented that they wished they could live in them full time! Everyone believes that their wedding is/was \"the best\" wedding, but I've never heard anyone rave about a venue like our guests did about the Adams Estate.Some other fun things we did:-Brunch for our guests in the boat house (an underutilized space for sure)-Rehearsal by the pool for serene photos-Dinner AND reception under the stars on the patioBut your options are limitless here. Eve and everyone on the team were always available to answer questions and accommodate all sorts of odd requests. If we could get married again, I would do it here.

You can find beautiful venues all across Florida but Adams Estate offers so much more than a gorgeous setting for a reception.* Cottages. Their beautiful cottages on property are modern and homey. Our families and closest friends stayed with us at the cottages, where we were able to spend quality time with our loved ones all weekend instead of just one day. We had a small rehearsal dinner on property and the day after the wedding, we hosted a breakfast (pjs and mimosas) at one of the cottages.* Bridal Suites. The spacious groomsmen loft has a beautiful setup with a poker table and a ping pong table. The bridal suite is every girl's dream, with unlimited space to help organize everyone's belongings and still have extra room for beautiful pictures.* Team. Everyone we worked with at Adams was genuine and a true professional. However, Debbie was my main point of contact and played a very active role throughout the planning process. She was always quick to reply, actively provided information and services before we even asked, and shared great advice & expertise. She was so accommodating and her work gave me peace, knowing that we were in great hands.

THE ADAMS ESTATE TEAM IS AMAZING! From the moment we stepped on property and met with Eve to walk the venue the first time, we knew we had to our wedding at this estate. It's beyond gorgeous and during \"golden hour\" nothing compares to the views and photos we got on the lake, by the trees and around the grounds. On top of that Eve and her Team ( Debbie and Julann, to name a few) make the process seamless and easy. I didn't even have a wedding coordinator, though they would have added that if needed it, and I felt ZERO stress during my planning process in regards to the estate leading up to and day of. We also stayed on property for two days and did a rehearsal dinner the night before with all our friends and family. And the Team helped me with every question, helped my in laws when they wanted to the see the property prior to the wedding, they even gave input when I needed it and couldn't decide on napkin colors. And added bonus was it felt like they were just as excited for us to get married as those who we invited to the wedding. I cannot say enough great things about this Team and property. From small wedding to large they work to make everything work and exactly the way you want it. Thank you EVE! And your team, you all made our weekend amazing because we were not worried about a SINGLE THING.

From the moment I toured the Adams Estate as a potential wedding venue, I knew there was something special about it. My mom and I both teared up when visiting because of how special it was, and how Eve was so kind to us and treated us like family when giving us a tour. The Adams Estate has everything I have ever dreamed of in a wedding venue - a timeless, classy estate house, breathtaking landscaping, and for staff like Debbie and Eve who were there for us every step of the way. Debbie was there for us anytime we had any questions, and made the wedding planning seem effortless! Our wedding day was picture perfect, and surpassed anything I could have ever dreamed of. Even in the midst of unpredictable weather in the hours leading up to the ceremony, Debbie was very flexible with all of the vendors and made my dream wedding happen in the garden still. From the moment I toured the Adams Estate as a potential wedding venue, I knew there was something special about it. My mom and I both teared up when visiting because of how special it was, and how Eve was so kind to us and treated us like family when giving us a tour. The Adams Estate has everything I have ever dreamed of in a wedding venue - a timeless, classy estate house, breathtaking landscaping, and for staff like Debbie and Eve who were there for us every step of the way. Debbie was there for us anytime we had any questions, and made the wedding planning seem effortless! Our wedding day was picture perfect, and surpassed anything I could have ever dreamed of. Even in the midst of unpredictable weather in the hours leading up to the ceremony, Debbie was very flexible with all of the vendors and made my dream wedding happen in the garden still. The wedding day was perfect and everything ran so smoothly. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! It truly was a fairytale day, and I felt like a princess at this venue. We are so grateful for the Adams Estate, for Eve & Debbie, and for everyone who made this day so perfect. It is preserved to maintain its southern charm but flares of modern touches peak through. I would recommend to leverage the tent, especially if you are getting married in the late spring and summer. The open air terrace is beautiful, but the heat is a bit much as the sunset.But you are in for a treat for that sunset! It is impossible to get a bad picture. The Adams Estate , with all of its classic, romantic, southern charm, is nothing without its staff. We were introduced to this restored family estate by Eve, one of the owners, and she cried when we said yes. And that kind of emotion and support is what you want on your wedding day. Eve then introduced us to Debbie, the event manager. Debbie was organized, kind, and creative and I would strongly consider asking about wedding coordinating services if you decide to book at the Adams Estate. All in all, I am so happy the Adams Estate was part of my fairy tale!

Every aspect of the Adams estate is beyond beautiful. The hanging moss trees with the peaceful tranquil lakes is a breathtaking romantic landscape for a wedding. The estate house has so much space inside, as well as outside on the terrace for guests to have so much freedom. They include a huge white tent so you don’t have to even worry about rentals! It’s perfect for any guests concerned about covid…. as ceremony, dinner and dancing can all be outside if you choose. Inside the estate house, the bride suite upstairs is a girls dream land to get ready with her family and best girl friends. It’s so cute and so much space to get ready and hang out all day. What makes it even better (when I thought the place couldn’t get any better) is that the owner Eve Bass is the kindest, most honest, sincere person you will meet. She goes above and beyond to make your dreams come true and make your day so special. I am forever grateful to her as our day turned out more amazing than I could have ever imagined. She was also our day of coordinator and everything was flawless and on point. She has great recommendations for other vendors in the area to help you. She also is very honest and reasonable about prices. For example we were going to pay for a 2nd bar and she told us it really wouldn’t be necessary for our amount of guests, as the 1st bars bartenders could handle it… she is honest and looking out for your best interest! Another cool benefit of the Adams estate is they have cottages on site!! Literally you and your guests can rent the most clean/huge/chic cottages to stay at. They are right next to the estate house on cute “cottage row”. Our entire wedding party stayed with us on cottage row so we have so many memories from hanging at the cottages before and after our wedding day also. They have a great pool which has a lakeside view. We were not able to find any venue that had a benefit like this. This place is truly special! All of our guests couldn’t stop asking how I found the Adams Estate. They said out of all the weddings they had been, they had never seen a venue like this! They were amazed and in awe by its beauty. Trust me when I tell you, I researched and visited several venues in central Florida (other estate houses also) and nothing comes close to the Adams estate. They book up quick and we had to wait some time for them but it was so worth it! I believe the venue makes the photographers job easier as it has so many spectacular views and spots for pictures/videos. It’s views are right out of a movie! Thank you Eve and the Adams Estate for truly making our happily ever after wedding day come true! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

Eve, the owner, met us and gave us a tour and told us the history. Such a kind wonderful person. So compassionate to the fact that my daughters fiancé was military and that we would have a small window to work with. (By the way they have a long history of military in their family) We let Eve know that this is where my daughter wanted her wedding. She kept in touch with us giving us updates and when we were ready to book with a date she had the contract to us immediately. After that she worked seamlessly with us and our planner. They were building the cottages at the time and as soon as they were ready to be booked Eve let us know. Being that we were the first to book for that wedding she promised us first shot at booking which we did. I can’t rave enough about the property , the lake view the gorgeous outdoor patios and the communication. The cottages are also beautiful. All of this during the ups and downs of Covid. Do not hesitate to book this venue and the cottages if you want the most private, romantic , magical wedding. Extremely reasonable costs. The guests are still raving.

I was recently a guest at an Adams Estate event and was blown away by every aspect of the venue! We started by checking into one of the private homes onsite available for rent. This house was stunning. It rivaled any high end hotel in Orlando for sure. Our first event, just a few steps away was a cocktail our and dinner in the boathouse which was highlighted by a stunning sunset over the lake. We then moved out to the terrace behind the main house to dance the night away. I'm already working on a family reunion. Renting the homes will be the perfect place for everyone to stay and gather! Bravo Adams Estate Team! I can't wait to visit again!

We had the cottage row booked out for the weekend, so for us, it was like having the property to yourself for the entire weekend. Adams Estate is the most amazing venue for any occasion! The estate is so beautiful, and it’s the perfect setup with the accommodations (cottages) right there. The cottages are like your own house, and they’re so clean and beautifully decorated. The estate has a GIANT bridal suite, and they have thought of EVERY detail. The groom’s suite is also spacious and a fun spot for the boys while they get ready. The flow of the whole estate is perfect for our weddings. Nothing feels cutoff or separate from the party. Eve is absolutely FANTASTIC! She was so helpful and ready to answer any questions or offer advice. We will definitely be back to host more events. The boat house is perfect for wedding/baby showers. The terrace is great for corporate events. You just can’t go wrong!

The Adam’s Estate was a beautiful setting for our November wedding. Eve and the staff took great care of us, communicated well, and were overall extremely friendly and helpful! The entire venue is clean and well kept, the bridal suite and grooms getting ready area (the Boathouse) we’re roomy and a perfect area to get ready in. Even with some rain on our wedding day, the permanent tent allowed us to have a beautiful ceremony and reception. Look no further for the perfect venue for your wedding! Adams Estate was everything we dreamed of and more. From day one, Eve was attentive and helped us bring our vision to life. The setting is picture perfect and romantic on the lake with beautiful trees, Spanish moss, and a historic home with space for all. Our guests and bridal party were in awe by how beautiful everything was. Our party also took advantage of the cottages on property and felt right at home in our own little neighborhood for our out of town guests. It was so convenient to be right on property before and after the wedding and not have to worry about traveling. It was also perfect to have our ceremony and reception at one space. It truly was a dream come true and we would recommend this wedding venue to all. The service was impeccable and we felt so taken care of throughout the entire process, even when we weren't sure if the weather was going to hold out. Our day was truly magical and we are so happy we found this place and met Eve and the entire team at Adams Estate for our wedding. We wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else. Thank you Eve and Adams Estate!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. Eve was phenomenal, like out of this world amazing. She helped me keep from panicking when we were about to be rained out and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. On top of that the estate itself is stunning and a beautiful backdrop for any wedding. Truly with a place as beautiful as this you need very little in the way of décor.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Eve was so patient and understanding through the entire process. I changed my mind about little details about 50 times but Eve was still on the same page with me every step of the way. Beautiful venue. I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The upstairs of the estate house was perfect for me and all my girls getting ready. My husband loved the boathouse for him and his boys to hang out in before the ceremony started. I wish I could rate higher than five stars, because our day was absolutely more than perfect.

Adams Estate was the first venue that my now husband and I viewed and we knew immediately that was place we wanted to get married. The property is absolutely beautiful and has such an amazing, warm family feeling. On the day of our wedding there was a 100% chance of rain, but it was not just rain there were hurricane winds and it was scary outside. As we know, no one can control the weather, but Debbie immediately jumped into action and made our outdoor wedding into the most beautiful indoor wedding! I am a control freak and a worry wart however, I felt completely comfortable with the AE team and Debbie working so hard to make everything perfect. Thanks to Debbie our ceremony in the boathouse was BEAUTIFUL and the tent walls made for a perfect reception and dry dinner. Our wedding was everything I wanted and more! We highly recommend Adams Estate and Debbie as your planner!! Oh and be sure to book the cottages on the property. They're beautiful as well and make for the perfect wedding weekend!

WOW WOW! I had an amazing experience working with the Adams Estate and couldn't have had a better wedding day! Eve Bass and her team were nothing but helpful through the entire process. My husband and I visited the venue 3 times during the planning process and Eve was always willing to answer any questions we had and fill in the detail gaps for us! Our wedding party loved there time in the bridal suite and groomsman suite! Our wedding guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue was and have been raving about it! I couldn't recommend this venue more! If you're looking for an all-inclusive venue -- this is it!

SPECTACULAR!!! We held both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding and reception at Adam's Estate. From the first meeting to our final goodbyes, Debbie, Eve, Tanner and all of the others, were professional, caring, patient and knowledgeable. They made us feel like family and worked with us to make sure every detail was worked out and perfected! The boathouse is the perfect venue for the rehearsal dinner. It's industrial atmosphere and design gave a modern flare to the rehearsal dinner and festivities. The outside ceremony was traditional and beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake. Having the tent over the dinner area really helped keep the guests warm and was plenty spacious for all of our guests. There was plenty of room on the terrace for dancing with the DJ booth, 2 bars, heaters and cocktail tables on it. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset during the reception. The inside of the home was open for the photo booth and for our guests to keep warm and socialize. We loved the traditional feel of the home and its history.I would definitely recommend Adam's Estate as a wedding venue.

Adams Estate hosted my sister's wedding and it was a magical experience. Eve did an excellent job from the time we reached out for info all the way through the ceremony and beyond. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions and make sure we had all of the information we needed to make a decision. She accommodated every need we had from evening and weekend phone calls while planning to helping coordinate with the florist (we used Bluegrass Chic - another amazing company). Eve is an ordained minister and officiated for us and she blew us away - her words were so moving and heartfelt, it brought us all to tears. Eve is a pleasure to work with and made our wedding planning (during Covid-19 to add) extremely easy and seamless. We can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else and are so pleased with our decision. From all the planning and preparations ahead of the big day, was made easier with the help of Eve and her staff. They are thorough in their advice, direction, lists of vendors and preparations!They are able to keep you calm and as stress free as possible!The accommodations for the bridal party, the groomsmen and on site cottages are 2nd to none!The grounds are simple but fit any decor style for a wedding or event! The sunset over the lake add to the ambiance and make photographs even more stunning!The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times and guests were all treated respectfully and efficiently!The layout of this property had room for many guests without feeling crowded. Room to move about from dining to dancing to bar to cake area to restrooms! This property allowed us to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams and we could not be more happy with the owner, the staff and the facility of The Adams Estate!

They are thorough in their advice, direction, lists of vendors and preparations!They are able to keep you calm and as stress free as possible!The accommodations for the bridal party, the groomsmen and on site cottages are 2nd to none!The grounds are simple but fit any decor style for a wedding or event! The sunset over the lake add to the ambiance and make photographs even more stunning!The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times and guests were all treated respectfully and efficiently!The layout of this property had room for many guests without feeling crowded. Room to move about from dining to dancing to bar to cake area to restrooms! This property allowed us to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams and we could not be more happy with the owner, the staff and the facility of The Adams Estate!

From the moment we stepped onto the property at Adams Estate, my husband and I knew that this was the place that we were meant to get married. We fell in love with every bit of this venue between the history, the immaculate Estate House, the newly renovated Boathouse, and the charming cottages. We hit the lottery with the fact that booking here meant we got to work with the incredible Debbie Tennick as well. Debbie is an absolute rockstar, she went above and beyond to make our day perfect and was such a joy to work with every step of the way. The attention to detail that this venue puts into everything they do is unmatched to anything I have ever experienced in the event industry. I would highly recommend Adams Estate to any bride in search of a venue that is going to make their wedding weekend magical, it is truly a hidden gem. We will most certainly be back to stay at the cottages or host events in the Boathouse in the future!

This place is beautiful! It is mostly geared towards an outside wedding and ceremony, but they have tents for you to rent on the terrace which turned out lovely for us with beautiful draping and lighting. We also paid an extra fee fir an AC unit in our tent which was the best decision we made. Even though it was cooler for FL in October, it was still much needed and appreciated by guests that we had that. The bridal suite at this venue is a dream bridal suite. It has multiple bedrooms and rooms for you and your wedding party to get ready in and hangout in all day. The groom suite is a new addition to the venue above the boat house which was the perfect man cave for my husband and his groomsmen. Debbie was our coordinator who was an ideal coordinator. Very attentive and responsive with any and all questions or changes we had. Strongly recommend this venue, it captures everything you would want in a FO wedding.

Adams Estate is an absolute beautiful location right on the waters edge. Eve Bass is very accommodating and on every detail. Our ceremony was on June 20, 2020. We had a lovely intimate wedding and was able to have a Zoom wedding because Adams Estate has WiFi on the entire grounds. We had around 150 people attend via Zoom from 12 countries in the world. Cottages are located on the property. They were very accommodating, large gathering area in the living room, fully equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. This was perfect for my husband and myself to be able to stay in separate locations prior to the wedding but also have a space to get ready. Highly recommend Adams Estate to any future couple!!

Adams Estate was an amazing venue to work with the last two weeks to put our daughter’s wedding on after her original venue wouldn’t be open and available to us for her date due to Covid-19. Eve was so gracious and understanding of the predicament we were in. She had many great ideas as so many of our plans had to change with the venue.Debbie was so reassuring the night of the rehearsal as we needed weather plans with a tropical storm churning in the gulf. Debbie and her staff the night of the wedding were phenomenal as we were hedging our bets with the weather. They catered to our guests so graciously and were there for anything we needed as the evening progressed.The preferred cater, The Catering Company of Central Florida did a beautiful job with the food and there was more than plenty for our guests to enjoy! The two servers kept the food plentiful and were so helpful cutting the cake. Our guests raved about the food!We are so thrilled friends recommend the Adams Estate to us as the venue was so picturesque. We think it turned out better than our original venue would have! The estate home situated on a lake and the large trees for shade and the terrace overlooking the lake, we found out a bad photo could not be taken there!Everywhere you looked was a photo op! We can’t wait to get the photos back from our amazing photographer, Hannah Glo! We will be enjoying them for years to come!

Adams Estate southern charm was the absolute perfect backdrop to our wedding. With the home being tucked away in Florida groves and surround by old oak trees with beautiful hanging moss, it truly just felt beyond romantic and timeless. The outdoor ceremony site is everything! It is so beautiful that we used absolutely no flowers/decor, nothing for the ceremony and just let it's natural beauty do the work. The house itself was perfect for getting ready for the entire day. There is nothing like this venue that even compares in Florida. It is so stunning on its own and our wedding was everything and more at Adams Estate.

The Adams Estate is a dream wedding venue. Upon arriving and driving down the long driveway that leads you from the main road to the grand Estate off in the distance, you see orange groves to your left and a lake on your right. The home is classic, elegant, and every room has a stunning view of the lake. The home is well-suited for an event of any size. The upstairs bridal suite is spacious and comfortable for the wedding party, and the expansive property grounds provide several options for on-site ceremony locations and tent set-ups. The backyard lawn was perfect for my dinner tent and the brick terrace was set-up for my live band and dance floor. The venue manager was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Adams Estate more!
