Lilly and her team (special shoutout to Derrick) are the absolute BEST. The grounds as a whole speak for themself as they are STUNNING in every way - the grandness of the barn, the rolling hills of the fields, a gorgeous lake, stunning converted horse stalls, a separated grooms lodge and spacious bridal suite, wrap around patio with heaters, etc etc etc. I could rave forever about how this was our perfect wedding venue. But to top it all off, Lilly's communication is incredible, she is the absolute sweetest & we always felt like family. Some venues we toured had a real \"nickel & dime\" feel about them and this venue had a \"what you see is what you get\" vibe, which is exactly what you want when budgeting for a wedding. I can't say enough good things, go see it, you won't be disappointed! Reviewed on 21-01-2024
Melanie Fowler(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-01-2021 This venue is amazing, truly a hidden gem. Here’s my story: I began planning my wedding (pre-covid) for January 10, 2021 to be located in Danville, VA (my hometown). We planned the wedding over a year but ended up postponing it twice due to Covid and the restrictions set by the VA Governor ( Feb 27 -> March 28. When the end of February 2021 arrived and the governor still didn’t allow more than 10 people to gather indoors in VA, my husband and I made the decision to move our wedding to NC, which is actually where we live. I knew of Adaumont Farm because it is literally 1 minute from our house (YES - ONE MINUTE) but I never inquired about it because the wedding was originally in my hometown in VA. Well since an indoor wedding for 3/28 in VA was no longer an option again, we didn’t want to postpone a third time. We knew about Adaumont and something told me to email the venue to ask about availability. I received an email back that night and our date of March 28, 21 was available! We actually toured the venue the very next day. So exactly ONE MONTH before the wedding we moved it to a different venue and a different state. You would imagine this to be stressful, right? Well not entirely. Becki was amazing to work with. I truly felt as though she cared about me and my wedding. I was able to use all of my decor I had and it fit perfectly in the venue.! The decor that I couldn’t figure how what to do with, Becki and Lilly gave me ideas and suggestions and allowed me use basically anything they had available in the venue. Idk if this is what they normally do or if it was because they knew how stressed I was moving venues one month before the wedding, haha. They allowed me to come visit the venue on multiple occasions to do some measuring and etc to make sure what I had would fit and work well with what they had. It was truly a dream with how well everything worked out. Now let’s talk about the day of! Lilly and her team are amazing! I had my ceremony indoors as well as my reception. They were able to figure out how to make them both work. I wanted my reception a surprise for people to see after the ceremony and cocktail hour. They put up drapes to keep it hidden during the ceremony and Lilly and her team then converted the entire space into the reception area during cocktail hour. They moved the tables and chairs to exactly where I had wanted. I had drawn up a layout of how I wanted everything arranged and Lilly made it happen! It was perfect! This venue is sophisticated and has the ability to be whatever the bride envisions for their wedding venue. It can be rustic or it can be industrial.. Classy and romantic! Being a covid bride wasn’t easy, a lot of tears were shed during the planning but when I made the decision to move the wedding to Adaumont, a feeling of peace came over me and the stress just melted away. Becki was so accommodating and really helped me to remember that everything truly does happen for a reason. Looking back, I remember sitting in a chair right outside the beautiful arch doorway looking into the reception area when the reception was about to start. I had tears of joy because of how beautiful and perfect everything was. A year of planning turned into exactly what I had envisioned. I feel as though my wedding was always meant to be at Adaumont. Kristen Southard(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-05-2018 I have no words for how incredible my wedding at Adaumont Farms was! The setting and the jaw-dropping property are enough on its own, but you won't understand the true wonder of Adaumont until you've met and worked with Becki and her team. From my first email to Becki, she was EXTREMELY helpful. Every question I had - answered (and I had A LOT of questions). Every concern I had - mitigated. Every worry, fear, and reservation - eliminated. She was wonderful! And so was her team! The day of my wedding, everyone on-site played in critical role in making sure our wedding went smoothly. They cleaned, organized, set-up, took down, and made everything absolutely perfect! My guests complimented not only the beauty of the venue, but also the staff that made it happen. We had planned to have our ceremony out by the lake, but the May weather had another plan. With the threat of rain, we decided to move our wedding under the covered veranda so that we could still be outside - and it was PERFECTION (highly recommend if you want outdoors, but not in the direct sunlight). We moved inside the barn for our reception and the views inside are just as special as the views outside. Even before our wedding day, I knew I had picked the perfect wedding venue, but on the day of the wedding, when Becki showed up \"just to make sure everything was perfect\" and to see me in my gown with my bridesmaids, I knew for an absolute certain that I made the best and only decision for my wedding venue. These people treat you like family, and that's all I could have asked for! Thank you all so so much for making our wedding day that happiest day of our lives! Reviewed on 05-06-2018

Zoe P.(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-07-2017 Oh, where to even begin? Adaumont Farms truly exceeded every expectation we had, and our wedding day was the best day of our lives thus far.Adaumont met all of my husband and I's wedding ceremony and reception desires, and as soon as I stepped foot on the grounds, I knew it was the place for me.All of our guests, some more than once, told us how beautiful the entire venue was. Some had lived in the Triad area all of their lives and never knew that Trinity had such a hidden gem. Everyone was blown away by the gorgeous lake and pergola, and when they entered the stunning reception site they were in awe.Becki, who was amazing to work with every step of the way, made sure that the entire venue was clean and prepared for all our needs. She answered all of my mom's countless e-mails and phone calls, and was accommodating every time we wanted to come look at the venue. We had a large bridal party, yet they made it work for both the skeet shooting and the bridal suite, which was so beautiful. The guys could not stop talking about how great of a time they had, and the staff was great, allowing the guys to enjoy skeet in a relaxed, yet safe environment. My girls were blown away by the bridal suite accommodations, as it allowed us to all get ready together, while still having room to do our own thing if needed.I have begun to tear up while writing this, as I am so thankful to Becki and the Adaumont team for allowing this nervous and stressed bride to have the wedding of her dreams. Thank you for being flexible and available every step of the way, and allowing us to make our wedding dreams a reality. From the bottom of my heart, we thank you. Reviewed on 21-08-2017

Ritchlyn Mohammed(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-06-2017 After viewing Adaumont Farm, I thought the venue/farm was perfect for a rustic wedding. I emailed Becki Arrington, who is listed on the website, asking for more information/prices for a 2017 wedding. After 5 days with no response, she emailed back with one sentence, \"We are not booking for 2017.\" I thought that was very rude and uninviting, especially for a director of events. Her response did not list any reason or so much as to say if the venue was booked for 2017 or that the booking process had yet to begin. Furthermore, I no longer want to inquire about holding my wedding there. Reviewed on 22-02-2016
Carly Balsley(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-10-2015 Adaumont Farm is such a stunning wedding location. I was so happy to be able to use it! The Pergola and Barn are both beautiful locations. It did rain on my wedding day so we had to use the Barn for the ceremony and reception. Still not a bad backup plan. The Barn was gorgeous lit up with candles and the chandeliers. \rAlthough the venue was all I could ever hope for, there were surprisingly too many negatives. \rWhen we arrived for the rehearsal the night before, the Barn hadn't been cleaned (dust everywhere, trash in the loft upstairs and in bathroom downstairs, etc) and the veranda area hadn't been swept, blown off or wiped down. We were assured everything would be handled before the next day (my wedding!).\rWhen we arrived the day of the wedding they were still cleaning which was fine, however the cleaning lady left and the veranda wasn't clean. We asked several times for somebody to please come wipe it down and blow it off but it was never done. My bridesmaids were out there in full hair and makeup (and their dresses!!)wiping down furniture and tables just before guests arrived since the Venue didn't take care of it. I didn't care if the Veranda area was spotless, but this is where the guests would be during cocktail hour so I didn't want them to see all the dirt, leaves, etc that were on the floor and all the mess all over the tables. \rI should also note that several of the light bulbs in the Barn had burnt out (we displayed a lot of pictures so we wanted them to be seen) and we had to ask for towels down in the Lodge where the Groomsmen got ready. The towels were supposed to be provided but weren't anywhere to be found. All of the cleaning issues were incredibly stressful (and embarrassing) and I was shocked that we even had to deal with it and that when we were guaranteed things would be handled, they still weren't. I'm surprised and disappointed.\rThat said, I truly hope this was a one time thing and shouldn't be considered a \"usual\" occurrence. I can't say enough how stunning the venue is but unfortunately my Wedding Day was slightly tainted with all the stress of having to get everything clean before guests started to arrive. I hope this is fixed going forward! Reviewed on 20-10-2015

Billy the representative for Adaumont was so helpful all day, and did a great job with the skeet shooting for the groom and his groomsmen. How ever I was disappointed in a few things. I had asked for paper towels to be put in the bathroom before guest arrived. When I walked into the bathroom halfway through the reception the towels were set on a chair, not in the dispenser, and will spilling all over the floor. Although this is very minor, for such a beautiful place to present them selves so trashy is a shame. I would use this venue again, but would be more firm about some cleaning issues.
