Located in The Woodlands, TX, Addison Woods Wedding and Event Venue offer a historic and charming property for couples to happily wed. This property is proudly run by the Woods family and has served as their residence for three generations. In years gone by, this expansive site has been used as a working farm and food store. Now with a plethora of renovated event spaces, this venue has opened its doors for couples to celebrate weddings and other milestone celebrations. Addison Woods Wedding and Event Venue offer a range of indoor and outdoor event spaces. For those seeking to make the most of the Lone Star State’s sunshine, the lawn is great for ceremonies. These manicured lawns allow couples to exchange vows under old-age oak trees and rejoice in complete tranquility. The lawns also make for unforgettable cocktail hours. As the sun sets over rolling hills, couples and their loved ones can mingle and sip on thirst-quenching beverages. Alternatively, traditional ceremonies can take place in the Laura May Chapel. This neutral-colored chapel is complete with large windows that allow light to flow throughout the space. This event space’s blank canvas allows couples to decorate the Chapel and flawlessly showcase their styles, personalities, and one-of-a-kind love stories. Once couples have tied the knot, they and their guests can celebrate long into the night at the Reception Barn. Featuring vaulted ceilings, iron chandeliers, and swinging doors, this 6,000 square-foot space can accommodate up to 220 guests. The Reception Barn can be configured in a variety of ways and has ample room for dining guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment. Additional facilities at this venue include a veranda, bridal suite, groom’s cabin, fishing pier, and more. Upon booking your big day at Addison Woods Wedding and Event Venue, you will receive complete access to the ground and its facilities. The team at this venue will be on-hand to make sure that every fine detail is addressed. You can also be provided with a list of trusted and reliable vendors to help bring your visions to life. You may also work with outside vendors of your choice for further convenience. This venue also includes a dedicated and professional planning coordinator who will be on-site throughout your entire celebrations. This enables you to enjoy your festivities as the coordinator makes sure that everything runs without a hitch.

Our experience with Addison woods has absolutely exceeded our expectations. We actually booked in July of 2020 prior to them even breaking ground on construction. Throughout the entire journey they have been wonderful at keeping us updated and helping us plan our dream wedding. In the beginning, they were happy to give us tours of the venue so that we could picture what to expect, and always promptly answered any questions or concerns that we had! The venue is actually family owned by Kady and her husband, and you can tell they really put their heart into their work. In fact, every other venue we looked at prior to finding Addison woods basically had a shack for a grooms suit, and just a place for the girls to get ready. However, Addison put so much consideration in the groom and bridal suites, they are AMAZING. The boys will be entertained all day, and love every second of it. It's very aesthetic. And ladies, the bridal suit has like, four different rooms, perfect for pictures!! Not mention the chapel and reception area are literally jaw dropping. Overall we can't say enough to thank the team at Addison woods. Even when we ran into some hiccups in the planning process, the venue was kind enough to work with us toward a solution. They were always there to help us navigate the planning process and figure everything out for our big day. 10/10 we absolutely would recommend this venue and the team that comes with it!Miranda & Austin

Stop Scrolling!!!! This is your venue! This is your perfect place to have your blessed chapel and reception in the place. It’s nicely tucked away with a beautiful landscape and large enough to hold up to 220 people. The bridal suites are so lovely and the grooms suites is perfect for the men. It has a pool and poker table along with a putting green and fishing pond.Now, let me begin with how well Ashley communicated with us. She would go above and beyond to help us. This venue is the perfect price and I would highly suggest doing the packages. My husband and I looked all over Houston and found the packages here were the best prices to include our linens, flowers and coordinator Shannon and Amber. The bar package was perfect! Coopers went above and beyond to accommodate us too. Everything leading up to this was perfect. We were able to get exactly what we wanted. All of our guests raved about how great our wedding was and how much they loved this venue. I would highly check this place out and get the packages because it saved us. All and all, we had the best wedding because of Addison Wood, Ashley, Shannon and Amber coordinating and coopers for the bar. It’s such a wonderful venue. Please check it out.

Addison Woods was our last one to view and it just felt RIGHT!! The venue is so beautiful and has everything that we were looking for. Everyone on the Addison Woods team is so kind and replied to emails and questions very quickly. We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.

We had our wedding at Addison Woods in November and it was PERFECT!!! It rained allllll day but thankfully the venue and chapel are gorgeous enough for all those indoor photos we had to take. Of course I wish we could have gotten photos out by the trees but I am very pleased with how everything went! The location is awesome. Practically right off of the highway but you wouldn't even know when you are there! We really love how spacious this venue is. The grooms suite being off on its own and the THREE different areas for the bridesmaids to hangout and get ready was sooo nice!! My husband and I got married on Saturday, October 21st, and it was the greatest day of our lives! Addison Woods is the venue that has everything you could possibly be looking for. When we first toured, we were able to fully envision our day and it went exactly how we dreamed of. From the beautiful reception barn, to the wide natural area with beautiful oak trees, the perfect lawn area for the cocktail hour of your dreams, a groom’s den that any groom and groomsmen would love, and more, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. On top of the venue being perfect, the people that work at Addison Woods are what make it better. The Woods family and staff take a lot of pride in their venue, and their story into how they turned their piece of land into a wedding venue is amazing. The most perfect wedding venue in North Houston. It exceeded every expectation I ever dreamt of! Such kind and genuine people that run the place too - they acknowledge that it’s your big day and do everything they can to help. My venue manager stood close to our sweetheart table to make sure we were able to eat dinner before people came up to talk, and they gave us a moment alone before our reception to enjoy each other with apps and drinks waiting on us. My bustle broke during this time, and my venue manager and coordinator used safety pins to help me out! They were also willing to sew it back, but I decided to just change out of the dress after danced anyway. 10/10 recommend Addison Woods. Such a beautiful venue and an amazing experience ❤️❤️ (SO dog friendly too! My pup had the best time there)

The venue managers were quick to respond any time we had any questions while planning our wedding, and our event went with no issues at all. I toured almost 10 venues in the Houston area and this was by far our top choice. We love the dedicated indoor ceremony space in the chapel, spacious reception hall, and the amenities (bride/grooms getting ready spaces) were gorgeous and modern. We got so many compliments the day of our wedding of how gorgeous of a wedding venue it was. Almost all of the vendors we selected came off of Addison Woods’ preferred vendor list and they were all great to work with as well. I highly recommend this venue for your next event!

Since the day we book a tour at Addison Woods, my husband and I knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding. We received a lot of compliments from our guests, my bridesmaids loved the bridal suite,it is so beautiful that doesn’t even need much decor.There’s no hidden fees everything is in the contract and any questions that you have they respond quickly. Addison Woods is hands down the prettiest venue! We got married here June 2nd and it was the best day ever. The staff at Addison Woods are very friendly and accommodating. You can tell that they really care about their venue and about their customers! If I were to do it all over again I would choose them no question!

THIS VENUE! My husband and I booked it without stepping foot on the property because of the amazing 3D tour available and wedding videos on their website. When we were able to make it out to the venue after booking, we were THRILLED that it was even better in person! Our guests raved about how beautiful it was. We LOVED the natural flow of events and that our guests would have a designated area for cocktail hour. We had kids playing on the tire swing, couples enjoying the champagne cart & porch swing, families reuniting, and grandparents enjoying the veranda. The set up was perfect for all of the “extras” including our photo booth and late loved ones display. The trees are incredible, and it really has the “estate” feel without feeling pretentious :) My bridesmaids and I loved the getting ready suites and felt we had plenty of space. I was so thankful that the groomsmen had their own cabin, this was a venue that actually had more than a closet (lol) for the guys, and they made good use of the putting green too! If you’re looking for a beautiful venue, with a great staff, that your guests will love just as much as you, this is the one!

The outside space is perfect for cocktail hour and yard games! We also loved the bridal sweet and grooms cabin, the staff was wonderful and super easy to work with! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a gorgeous spot in The Woodlands!

I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding day! The bridal suite and the grooms quarters were so cute and amazing for our large wedding parties! We had our wedding at Addison Woods about a month ago. It was such a beautiful venue! The staff was so helpful in the planning process to guide us through the steps leading up to the day. They always answered any questions we had very promptly. The day of the wedding, they were incredibly accommodating with any question or concern that we brought to them. The day turned out better than we could have ever dreamed. We highly recommend this venue!

They always answered any questions we had very promptly. The day of the wedding, they were incredibly accommodating with any question or concern that we brought to them. The day turned out better than we could have ever dreamed. We highly recommend this venue!

Such a beautiful venue and great location! I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Addison Woods the minute I stepped on the grounds. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was so helpful! Especially considering we were planning our wedding from states away. The guys loved the grooms suite with all the amenities and it was so fun getting ready with my girls in the bridal suite! The only issue I ran in to was that prior to our ceremony, which was being held out on the lawn, all our guests gathered in the reception barn. Understandable considering how hot it was outside but since that is where the bridal suite is it was difficult not to have people see me before walking down the aisle. I hadn't thought about it when we were taking our tour but definitely something to think about if you're planning to have your ceremony outside. Other than that we absolutely loved having our wedding at Addison Woods.

Where do I even start! I am so thankful that this is the venue we chose to have our wedding at. Not only is it a beautiful venue, but the staff was truly amazing! Carrie and Ashley and all of the other staff were so amazing to work with. Because we are a same sex couple, we had a hard time finding venues and vendors to work with us. This was not the case with Addison Woods. They welcomed my partner and I from the start. They went above and beyond, and they exceeded all expectations. Their response time to emails was almost immediate, and they answered every question or concern that we had. The venue itself was absolutely amazing, even the bridal suite and grooms quarters were beyond anything we ever expected, and the chapel was so charming and perfect! There is no doubt in my mind that I will be referring my friends and family to this venue in the future. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

I got married at Addison Woods on April 8, 2022. It was truly the wedding of my dreams! Addison Woods is so beautiful and the staff are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. I hope to attend a wedding at this venue as a guest someday! I got so many compliments from family and friends about how beautiful the property is, and it took so little decorating because of how pretty it already is! 1000/10 recommend.

Overall getting married at Addison Woods was a great experience. I was able to come by the venue several times to look at it and they were easy to get a hold of and flexible. They worked with us on a price since we snagged a cancelled date that was less than two months out so that was super helpful. Some things that were a bit disappointing, they wouldn't let us use our biodegradable confetti, or bring in outside dessert not from our caterer, you must have a licensed florist to hang the greenery on the chandeliers, we couldn't light our lanterns because they weren't in glass and didn't tell us during setup etc. Small things mostly. We did have to pay an extra fee at the end of the night because they were concerned we would go over our allotted time because we had a lot of decor to take down ( mostly a DIY Wedding) Overall Addison Woods was a beautiful property with good people to work with and a very easy process!

My best friend got married at this venue and it was so dreamy ~ beautiful, modern, chic farmhouse vibes. The staff, vendors and bar service were all fabulous. Addison Woods was everything my husband and I had dreamed of and more for our wedding!!! I toured back in July when they were still under construction and I knew it was going to be perfect for us. I could tell the passion and vision that Kady and Cody had for the venue and I booked immediately. Kady was so helpful with all questions I had leading up to wedding day. First off, the bridal suite was a perfect amount of space for me and my 9 bridesmaids. We had one hair and two makeup artist in the vanity area and plenty of room to move around. The reveal mirror upstairs made for a perfect, unique space for my first look with my bridesmaids. The guys also had a blast on wedding day in the grooms cabin and on the putting green. There was 15 guys hanging out over there and they had plenty of space. Our ceremony in the chapel was flawless and the filtered light coming through the trees behind the altar made for the best pictures. We had 160 guests and the pews had plenty of space for all of them. The reception space was perfect for our crowd. We did our grand entrance down the stairs from the 2nd story of the bridal suite and it was so much fun! The tables and chairs were so nice and the space is so beautiful with little decor. The veranda was also a big hit on wedding night for my guests that weren't on the dance floor and I was also able to put a back drop out there that my guests got great pictures in front of. There were so many great spots for pictures on property and I could not be more pleased.

This is a family owned business who only do their best to offer an amazing venue. The beautiful draping old oak trees that cover the land, the modern farmhouse pavilion with a front porch couch swing, that gives that old southern vibe, the party grounds right off the big patio where they have a nice sitting area around a fire pit, corn hole boards, lighted oak tree, to the 4 areas set aside just for the bride and bridesmaids, which includes a makeup room equipped with 6 chairs, a bathroom with a shower, a coffee bar in the lounge area and a small patio beautifully decorated right off of that. The property also has a lovely white church with handmade pews and a large wooden crossed all made from Texas small family owned businesses. This family really took pride into making this venue so special to meet anyone’s needs. The grooms cabin overlooks a small wooded pond that they have stocked with fish with a large wooden pier where you can fish or just enjoy the scenery. The grooms cabin or “men’s cave” is beyond words for any sports enthusiast as it has a nice pool table, putting green outside, 3 large screen tv’s, it’s own shower, barbers chair and set up and small bar for entertainment. Any man’s dream cave! Needless to say, this family has done a remarkable job on providing anyone with a beautiful wedding, party, graduation party, birthday party, company event, ect in an amazing location located right off I-45 snuggled right between The Woodlands and Spring Texas in its own little paradise. I would recommend this venue 100% to anyone looking for all I have described above- a little piece of Heaven for your needs. Feel the warmth when you walk in and leave with more love in your heart❤️

My husband and I fell in love with this venue and toured it from the ground up. However, the weeks leading up to our special day we were extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and miscommunication by the staff.From the beginning we were told several things that turned out to be untrue. Starting with their designated liquor vendor, Southern Pours. I was told several things about their services that turned out to be completely off base. I was blindsided last minute with hidden security fees and minimum fees that completely differed from what was originally told to us by Addison Woods. Luckily Southern Pours was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They worked with our budget and their bartenders were the very best and served with tact, poise, and attentiveness. I was especially impressed with how they worked with us through Addison Wood's miscommunication about their services.My coordinator reached out the owner SEVERAL times for various issues without so much as a call back most of the time, definitely not timely or attentive.We were told in our tour that their golf carts would be available to help take guests from their cars to the chapel, chapel to reception, etc. This is one of the main reasons we booked here due to elderly grandparents and handicapped guests. Not only was this a complete lie, the staff wouldn't even allow my coordinator to use it to take me from the bridal suite to the chapel to avoid the massive puddles covering the sidewalks.We were also told that the TV's in the grooms suite would be functional for games or at least basic cable. 2 of the 3 aren't even hooked up to anything, and the 3rd had family feud playing on repeat with no remote in sight.The morning of my wedding as I'm getting ready and settling in, the owner walks in the bridal suite and begins to open cabinets and make a list of all the things they need to restock on their \"Walmart run\". As my coordinator is taking the groomsmen in the chapel for a quick rehearsal she runs into a staff member taking out a dead flower arrangement from the week prior, and also notices SEVERAL dead bugs scattered around the chapel floor. Not sure why these things weren't taken care of prior to the 12 hour window we paid nearly $12,000 for.Needless to say I was very disappointed with the way we were treated, and the blatant carelessness/nonchalant attitude of the venue's staff and owners, considering how excited we were and how much my husband and I paid from our own pockets. We can never get this day back.

Addison woods is everything you would want in a venue ! We enjoyed our tour with katelyn , she went over the property and as well answered all our questions .
