If you're wondering whether or not to book your special day at Agave Estates, do it! This stunning venue, from the moment my husband and I walked in, captured our hearts. It couldn't have been a more \"us\" venue, and I think it will be for you too! From the moment we decided to book with Agave, we were taken care of by all of the staff there. They handled all of our reception concerns, and offered a wide variety of options in their all inclusive package. From the first tour, the floral appointment, grand food tasting, and meeting our wedding coordinator, we felt so welcomed with tons of collaborative ideas, lots of open communication, and more! Food was a huge deal breaker for us, and attending the grand tasting solidified our decision. Everything that we ate was super tasty, so you can't go wrong with that. The cake company that they work with, Gina's Cakes, were beyond. All of our guests said that it was some of the best food and cake that they've ever had at a wedding. But, the icing on top was our coordinator, Stephani. I never realized that an in house coordinator would be something that I needed, as I'm super organized. But, boy was I wrong. Stephani was an angel sent from above. Every single question or comment I had, she had an answer for. It's cliché to say that she held our hand throughout this crazy year of life and wedding planning for us, but she literally and figuratively did. She did everything for us, from making sure that we were comfortable and happy with all of our decisions, to literally being my top contact the past few months. She was quite literally amazing, and I would give her a raise myself if I could. If you're wondering how the pictures would look at a rustic, hacienda venue, the pictures I attached below say it all. The place was just beautiful, from the outside to the inside. The outdoor area was so magical, with the pool and lights, and lush garden greenery. The indoor was just so perfect for our aesthetic December wedding. Not much decorating was needed at a place like this, so we were so blessed and happy to have found this place.BOOK AGAVE now, they made our magical dreams come true on our special day!

Venue - beautiful but the air conditioning does not work sufficiently in the reception hall or the suites. Every time I or someone else mentioned that it was hot we were told that was the best they could do and it couldn't be made any cooler. I was promised at the tasting that this wouldn't be an issue. I had guests leave early because it was hot so my exit photos are sparse with people. I have also never had sweat literally drip down my thighs like that and I grew up in South Texas and South Florida.Sales person - misleading & used deceitful tactics. Glad she doesn't work there anymore.Accounting - personnel are rude and elusive of information.Contract - you can't see the literal terms until you make your down payment and sign at which point there are no refunds.Coordinator - made a lot of really uncouth comments to myself and my family members throughout the entire planning process, did not actually care about the end result and it showed both in photos and socially. Poor communication. She steam-rolled over me on several requests and did things to her own preference. I was humiliated by both her instructions and lack of instruction. Things she specifically told us to do during rehearsal looked terrible in photos.Catering - were ultimately no issues and food tasted great.Florist - initial consult was uncomfortable and I was treated as though I was inconveniencing her, she made insensitive comments and was not very clear that anything you request that doesn't involve only white roses will cost extra but end result was exactly as specified.Photographer - really friendly guy and does great work if you encourage him with a little flattery. The photos from the beginning of the night are mediocre but suddenly after my husband told him we were big fans the photos got way better and more artistic. His office personnel pushes the extra package add-ons way too hard to the point that pricing was unclear when I actually did have questions and it made me uncomfortable to speak to the photographer, which ultimately ended up with me not getting a lot of the shots I had planned for.Photo Booth - the attendant was missing multiple times throughout the night, kept \"running out of ink\" and I was unable to have as many photos as I would have liked with my guests and of my guests considering I paid extra for unlimited prints. Does $200 constitute 25 photo prints in total?DJ - ultimately did great until he took a request from one young guest to play EDM music and most of my guests were boomers. Paying attention to the audience and abiding by the brides instructions would have been helpful.Cake/ bakery - Cakes by Gina was nothing short of amazing from the tasting all the way to the wedding day. Highly recommend.Waitstaff - they were way too quick to take my food away so I hardly got any of my dinner or cake. I purposely packaged favors so that each guest could have two or more and somehow every single package of candies were gone with none left over. As I mentioned previously, most of my guests were boomers and diabetic so I'm having a hard time believing that all of the candy was taken by guests.Bartender - used poor word choice when a guest asked for a whiskey \"neat\" and gave that guest the impression that we did not go \"all out\" for our guests and event.Hotels nearby - DO NOT RECOMMEND - ESPECIALLY THE HILTON. Support local business and do airbnb instead.

Having Agave as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Because Agave is an all inclusive venue we had no stress while figuring out our vendors for our wedding. Agave has DJ/ MC services, florist, cake, catering, bartending, and day of coordinator. From the start the professionalism of their team was wonderful. We kept open communication with all of the staff involved and they always got back to us in a timely manner. We sat down with Amanda and shared our vision and she explained that Agave was more than happy to help us make our wedding come to life. Later on we were assigned to our coordinator, Stephani. Stephani was nothing but amazing! She went above and beyond to make our day feel special and organized. We were always on the same page and communicating with her was very easy. We wouldnât have it any other way. Our wedding experience was perfect at Agave.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and I credit it all to the staff at Agave EstatesStephani, our wedding coordinator, was ON TOP OF IT. She is so personable and so detail oriented. I felt like someone in my family was taking care of everything for me, I was so confident and comfortable throughout the entire planning process. Tomas had the pizzazz!! Every photo we got a preview of was beautiful, and I genuinely enjoyed all the photo taking (which means a lot because I am not a fan of being in front of the camera, lol) Joy, our bartender, was so sweet and made delicious drinks for everyone so efficiently!! it truly was a pleasure to talk to her and have her be a part of our day!DJ Bryant was a gem!! He had everyone dancing, even people I didn't expect to dance!! His song selection mixed beautifully with the songs we had requested to play at the reception, and he blended the songs together perfectly for our ceremony. He definitely brought the energy!!The rest of the staff, from the door attendants to the welcoming woman for our special day, was so polite and accommodating. We truly appreciate everyone who brought our day together. They say something goes wrong on everyone's wedding day, but ours truly was perfect and went off without a hitch.The venue itself was so beautiful, we hardly had to bring any decor! It was a huge relief to cross that off the list in the last few days before the wedding. If we had to do everything again, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Agave Estates!!

I cannot rave enough about Agave Estates! As a bride who had to plan her wedding from hundreds of miles away, they made everything seamless and helped me throughout the entire process. There are so many details that you may not think about, but Agave ensures that they are taken care of. If I could relive that day over and over, I would and I wouldnât change a thing. Having Julie as our coordinator was such a relief. Being able to trust her on my wedding day is a gift I will always treasure. I didnât have to think about anything the day of my wedding and I was able to focus on having fun and getting married! A big thank you to all of the staff, and to Julie for helping make our day so special.

Yâall. 84 days. We got engaged on a trip to San Diego at the end of March 2023 and we booked Agave 84 days before our wedding date. We got married on 07/01/2023 â and it was marvelous! No one can believe it came together that well, that fast. I still canât! I still canât believe my husbandâs crazy idea to just get married on my birthday. đ Smallish wedding (140) but we all got the works and Julie Polk was the perfect planner! Not exhaustive but hereâs a glimpse of what I got, most things included: Get ready suites with common living spaces for both families, a beautiful courtyard ceremony, stunning quicksand bouquets & bouts, passed hors dâoeuvres (add-on), a fruit & veggie table, open bar, dj, mouthwatering served dinner, served champagne, a photo booth, a stunning cake, beautiful photography, videography (add-on). They even accommodated my live & surprise slideshows on a larger projector, the late night Whataburger table (thanks to the Pin Oak W for delivering), extending event time, and so much more. Julie helped so much with the setup and take down of my little details I DIYd like: table numbers, menus, and large photo boards. If it wasnât for her and my MOH it would have been tight to accomplish all of that! Not to mention keeping me on track and ensuring I had enough time for my outfit change for the sparkler exit! There is no question this would not have come together if I had chosen an âall-inclusive venueâ that really JUST offered food-dj-tablecloths. Thanks for a beautiful day đ„č.

Where do I start⊠if you want an all inclusive beautiful venue and stress free wedding look no further! Agave is a beautiful venue, the people here really care about you, and want you to have the best experience and make your dream a reality. My coordinator Stephani Peralta was absolutely amazing! She listened to me, took care of every detail, made suggestions, and was there to answer my questions literally at any time of day she was a text or call away. She made sure I was happy! Everyone on this team was so helpful and pleasant to work with. We still have family members talking about how beautiful the place was and how attentive the staff was. I couldnât have chose a better place.

She listened to me, took care of every detail, made suggestions, and was there to answer my questions literally at any time of day she was a text or call away. She made sure I was happy! Everyone on this team was so helpful and pleasant to work with. We still have family members talking about how beautiful the place was and how attentive the staff was. I couldnât have chose a better place.

Agave was so accommodating and welcoming! Stephani is the best wedding planner you could ask for! The food was delicious ( We did upgrade quite a bit: Filet, smoked gouda sweet potatoes, and charcuterie). We did dual entrees with 2 passed appetizers and we barely got any because everyone loved them so much! Luckily stephani made sure that she put some aside for us while we had photos. There was so much food we ended up with a mass amount of cake to take home! ( that is NOT a negative on the cake because it was great too). Alfonso (officiant) made sure that no religion was included and kept the ceremony to exactly the time we wanted. Ivan (DJ) found all our esoteric songs and played exactly what I wanted with room for requests ( he did ask that it was okay to take requests before he did too)!. Tomas the photographer was very detailed and I look forward to seeing the finished photos. The only problem was the flowers were not what I wanted. I made 2 specific requests and they were not followed (and I paid an upcharge). Flowers were just incorporated into Agave so hopefully they work out some of the kinks in that. Even with the flower mishap I would recommend to anyone; which is why I didnt lower the star rating.

My husband and I recently got married on November 18th, 2023 at Agave Estates. Still sounds so crazy to say husband but here we are! It was a dream wedding come true!We worked with Stephani Peralta and she was AMAZING! I know she worked so tirelessly to make our special day the most relaxing & easy-going wedding we could have asked for. Not only for us, but our entire family! My husband and I really wanted to have a simple wedding at a beautiful venue. We even decided to not have too many flowers/centerpieces because the venue does all the ambiance for you!There was nothing that Trevor & I had to worry about besides our attire & seating chart. But even with the seating chart, Stephani dove right in and helped us out. All the vendors we worked with through the venue were spectacular. Best cake ever with Cakes by Gina, beautiful flower bouquets from Bella dia Floral, and DJ Ivan killed it!!We had a tough ask to for our multicultural wedding. My husband is Dutch /American, & I'm Colombian/Mexican and all parts of our family raved about how well the DJ put all music together! He was so welcoming too for our Hora Loca, we even had guests go up to him to request him for a few parties coming up!I 1000% recommend using Agave Estates if you want a flawless, beautiful, dream wedding! I wish I could do it all over again haha!

My husband and I recently got married on November 18th, 2023 at Agave Estates. Still sounds so crazy to say husband but here we are! It was a dream wedding come true!We worked with Stephani Peralta and she was AMAZING! I know she worked so tirelessly to make our special day the most relaxing & easy-going wedding we could have asked for. Not only for us, but our entire family! My husband and I really wanted to have a simple wedding at a beautiful venue. We even decided to not have too many flowers/centerpieces because the venue does all the ambiance for you!There was nothing that Trevor & I had to worry about besides our attire & seating chart. But even with the seating chart, Stephani dove right in and helped us out. All the vendors we worked with through the venue were spectacular. Best cake ever with Cakes by Gina, beautiful flower bouquets from Bella dia Floral, and DJ Ivan killed it!!We had a tough ask to for our multicultural wedding. My husband is Dutch /American, & I'm Colombian/Mexican and all parts of our family raved about how well the DJ put all music together! He was so welcoming too for our Hora Loca, we even had guests go up to him to request him for a few parties coming up!I 1000% recommend using Agave Estates if you want a flawless, beautiful, dream wedding! I wish I could do it all over again haha!

The venue is gorgeous, all of their onsite staff and vendors were amazing and very easy to work with. My husband, Chris and I got married on May 13, 2023 at Agave Estates in Katy, Texas. This was the very first venue that we looked at in our search for the perfect place and visited other venues, but nothing compared to the beauty and overall ambiance of Agave Estates. From the day we decided that this was the place for us all the way up to our wedding day, it was so easy and seamless. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The lighting and landscaping throughout are perfectly placed and gives you a destination wedding vibe. A huge plus for us was that they provide all of the decorations for the reception and have a selection of colors and styles that will work with any wedding color schemes making the entire area look classy and elegant. The entire staff at Agave were so professional and helpful but our wedding coordinator, Stephani Peralta was absolutely amazing. She was on top of every little detail during the planning and especially the day of. From calling our vendors the week prior to ensuring everything was on schedule, reminding us to bring our personal wedding decorations the day of the rehearsal, confirming details on specific requests for our ceremony, and was able to handle and take control of things that were thrown her way with a calm approach which kept me from stressing out. We had initially wanted to have the ceremony outside, but it rained the day of our wedding. We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute and she was able to make that transition quickly and everything looked as though we had planned to have it inside. She was a tremendous help and really went above and beyond. The vendor partners that Agave uses were top notch and unmeasurable. Everyone could not stop talking about the catering by Two Forks and how amazing the food was. We used Cake by Gina for our wedding cake and Bake my Day for our groom's cake. Both had such attention to detail not to mention delicious. Our photographer and videographer, Tomas Ramos Photography did such an amazing job on our photos and provided us with a documentary style video as well as a highlight video that we were able to share with everyone. The way they were able to put it all together really made us feel as though we were reliving the entire experience all over. The DJ, Ivan Rojas, made the entire reception a blast! We were so excited to see everyone on the dance floor and having so much fun. Although it is not needed, he offers a lighting service throughout the reception area at a very reasonable rate and it fun to have the different colors with the music as everyone was dancing. Our Officiant, Alonso scheduled a time to chat with us and get to know us a little. The ceremony was beautiful, emotional, and joyous. He did such an amazing job; you would have thought that he had known us for years. We used Adorn Artistry for hair and makeup. Marlo, Shelby, and Sarah arrived early, kept us on schedule and our hair and makeup held up all night.We had the pleasure of working with Sarah with Agave Floral. I am more of a visual person, but her experience and knowledge put me at ease, and I just knew that everything she put together was going to be beautiful. She walked through everything with us and gave us ideas using flowers and greenery to go with our colors. The entire venue looked so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would gladly repeat the entire experience just as it was and definitely recommend Agave Estates as a wedding venue.

Julie, my coordinator, had everything organized from the first meeting all the way until the end of the reception and I loved working with her. There is literally NOTHING that went wrong. Ivan, the DJ, was so personable and fun to work with. He knew exactly how to keep everyone on the dance floor and had the ceremony songs perfect. Tomas, the photographer was exceptional. I didnât have to give any suggestions on pictures or film I wanted. He was extremely nice and hyped us up! The staff at Agave is amazing and Iâm so grateful I chose this venue. Julie, my coordinator, had everything organized from the first meeting all the way until the end of the reception and I loved working with her. There is literally NOTHING that went wrong. Ivan, the DJ, was so personable and fun to work with. He knew exactly how to keep everyone on the dance floor and had the ceremony songs perfect. Tomas, the photographer was exceptional. I didnât have to give any suggestions on pictures or film I wanted. He was extremely nice and hyped us up! The staff at Agave is amazing and Iâm so grateful I chose this venue. The floral and cake company that is included is also wonderful! The cake and bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I will forever remember my experience and couldnât have chosen a better venue. Thank you so much for everything.

Where do I start??? We were initially planning on a destination wedding, but things fell through. So a home wedding was in order. I found their sister venue 1st (Mara Villa), but it was slightly too small for us. Jessica told us about Agave Estates, which was the PERFECT fit. This venue is so beautiful and was the best choice for us. The great thing about this venue is... while they supply so many vendors for you(Cake, flowers, DJ, food, photo booth, etc.), you may opt out of using their vendors without penalty. The best part of everything Agave has to offer is the wedding coordinator. We thought the wedding coordinator would do the bare minimum and ensure the venue was okay. Boy, was I WRONG. Our wedding coordinator was Stephani P. She literally made sure every single detail went smoothly for not just us as the couple but the wedding party and guests as well. She answered any small detail question I had with a smile. You can tell she REALLY loves what she does. I don't have enough space to thank Stephani. I also would like to thank Kim(the financial person), who was on site for our wedding. The toilet in the prep area wasn't working correctly, thanks to Houston's random Christmas freeze. She and another gentleman repair the toilet. She was LITERALLY in the bathroom fixing the toilet. Talk about other duties outside of her scope of practice. If you are torn between two venues... PICK THIS ONE!

Our wedding at Agave Estates was phenomenal. We fell in love with the grounds the first time that we toured the venue. We imagined such a romantic and whimsical wedding and It definitely was that. Agave does a great job with their included vendors.Cakes by Gina was absolutely amazing. The cake is absolutely delicious. The Dj Ivan was awesome. He took our suggestions in his own knowledge and created a wonderful night. He was receptive to request and was able to follow the mood of the night. Be included linen and decor that is included is a lifesaver. We did add some pops of color, but we were not too concerned with adding too much more because the place is beautiful in its self. Our dinner that we chose was delicious. The wait staff was very attentive. The bar package was just right. Photo booth was a big hit. Our guest had so much fun with all the props and printed photos that we added onto the package. Everything was very organized and flowed very very well. Most of that is a big thanks to our coordinator, Julie Polk. What can I say about Julie? She was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful and offered great Suggestions. She really ran the show for us and we can't thank her enough. Julie helped manage our big wedding party and family and was there for everything that we needed. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Agave, and all of their services they offer. We have comments pouring in of how beautiful and fun our wedding was. What an amazing night.

All the vendors that work with the venue were really flexible and wonderful.For those of you that are Hispanic and/or Spanish speaking, this place is perfect because it fits the aesthetic of our culture and the staff is Spanish speaking, including most of the vendors the venue works with. A lot of my family is only Spanish speaking, so that was really helpful.I got tons of positive feedback on the food and cake. We later found out the cake vendor is actually related to the best man, and he told us that she is one of the best bakers in town. People keep reaching out to me to ask for the info for the vendors for the food, cake and DJ.It's easy to see why this place keeps getting rated \"best of\". We had our wedding here in June 2022. It is such a beautiful venue. Julie was such a help with planning. We had a smaller guest list (around 100), but it could definitely hold a larger crowd. The main reason we chose Agave is because dogs are allowed in the ceremony, and during the reception they can stay in bridal suite in a crate. It worked out perfectly. Tomas was our photographer and made us feel so comfortable. There was a hiccup with the DJ and the sound system, but it was what it was and we still had a fun time.

Agave Estates was such a great choice for our wedding venue. Not only was it absolutely stunning, but the team made the daunting task of coordinating a marriage seamless and easy. Our coordinator was Julie. I couldnât have asked for a better person to help us out. She was very friendly and helpful. Equally important to me, her communication was spotless. She always answered her phone whether it was a phone call or text message, and believe me, there were a lot of those! She made it her personal duty that the wedding commenced smoothly, which it did. Additionally, all of the venders used were also great to deal with. If youâre looking for a beautiful wedding location that is also turn-key, look no further!

I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding or any other event. Where to begin? From the initial meeting to the final to the rehearsal and finally to that magical day. Agave Estates and their entire staff came through with flying colors for my daughterâs special day. Our wedding coordinator, Stephanie, took care of every detail. As much as I thought we had on our plate I canât imagine what it would have been like if we had her job too! The banquet staff were friendly, polite and attentive. The attendants were helpful with our needs and the groundskeeper did an awesome job setting up for the outdoor ceremony. Oh, and we canât forget about the bartender! She had her hands full! The vendors they work with are outstanding! Several guests commented that it was the best dinner theyâve had at a wedding. The cake was gorgeous and came out exactly as my daughter had envisioned and the florist created the most beautiful bouquets and mantle piece. Lastly, I want to acknowledge the accounting staff who was equally as friendly. Itâs fun to plan and design your perfect wedding (like buying a house) but people have to be paid and itâs not easy being on the other end having to do the collecting so kudos to you, Kim.

Our coordinator Julie was an absolute godsend, she helped with absolutely everything. I started planning my wedding a month before the day and she worked super fast and efficiently. She coordinated with all of the vendors and our wedding turned out gorgeous. She accommodated all of my needs even though I changed my plans several times even the day of the wedding. The event itself was well organized and went smoothly, and Julie was sure to let the entire wedding party know exactly what we were meant to do and when. Sarah the florist did an amazing job, all of the arrangements were stunning and she was able to perfectly capture exactly what I wanted. Joy the bartender was super nice and accommodating. The photographer showed us some of the pictures during the event and they were absolutely beautiful. The cake was delicious and looked beautiful. And despite not working with us for very long the officiant wrote a beautiful speech for the actual service. Overall my experience with Agave Estates and Julie was an incredible one, I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants to get married. We had an absolute great time here! The views were amazing and the venue itself transports you to another world. You forget that there is a busy street right outside. The staff that worked with us were spectacular and professional. The venue is very spacious despite its looks, and very well maintained. We were assigned an amazing coordinator named Stephani, that went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went smoothly and beautifully! She made herself available when we needed her, to make sure we stayed stress free. She worked very well with our outside vendors to make sure nothing was missed. Family and friends loved her personality and how comfortable she made everyone feel. Our outside vendors stated that she was very fun to work with and very flexible. The DJ Ivan took our song list and preferences to heart and made sure we stayed dancing all throughout the night. We loved his energy and attitude! The food left our guests wanting more and they were impressed at the quality and taste! Very delicious and they can also accommodate any diet restrictions and allergies. Our biggest regret was not being able to take a photo with all the staff that night, especially Stephani. We HIGHLY recommend this venue and staff for any event you can think of. Great energy, great vibes, GREAT PEOPLE!!! I believe some of our guests are also planning to tour this venue for their upcoming events! We are very grateful to have had this team work with us on our special day. Truly a night to remember!

We can't say enough good things about how wonderful our wedding was at Agave! We went in to the venue looking for a place with great ambiance and got so much more! A one stop shop made it so easy. I didn't know what to expect of needing a wedding planner but I'll tell you, Stephanie Peralta was a must! Had no idea how crazy things would get the day of the wedding but it did and she made sure every detail was perfect. She made sure the flowers were held perfectly, guests were comfortable, ceremony timing kept to our timeline, and was available every step of the planning process to answer any questions. I can't even begin to tell you all that she did but she worked her tail off to make sure the day was perfection. I could not have done it without her. The venue DJ, Ivan Rojas, took our songs and recommendations and made the party a hit! We told him to go with the flow, if people wanted to dance to adjust as needed and by the end of the night we were all on the dance floor having a blast. The photographer, Tomas Ramos, what a GEM! He was so much fun, so professional, and based on the few pictures he showed me the day of the wedding, he blew me away! He knows his craft and how to made beautiful pictures come to life. The staff was pleasant and although it went by so fast, I know so many were working in the background to made the day so very special. You won't be disappointed if you chose Agave! Such a wonderful experience.

She helped us create arrangements and bouquets that were in line with our vision and budget. Everything was perfect. They were so nice from our first consultation to the wedding day. We had just enough .... you don't need a whole lot since the venue is perfect on its own, so you can keep it simple or go all out with your florals, and your wedding will look terrific either way!Catering was spot-on, and the food tasting helps you decide what you want while having a nice evening out.Photographer.... wow. Like wow. The photos and videos are what you have left after the wedding. Tomas knows all the spots to get great photos, and he is gifted in what he does. The photos and videos are incredible! We opted to add-on the videographer with him because that was important to us, and he did an amazing job.Our wedding planner was Julie, and she was not only endlessly helpful but had a ton of patience! I had lots of questions and so did MOG. Special requests were handled seamlessly, and she made it easy for us since she helped wrap up final details, coordinate with all our vendors, set up our day-of timeline, everything.The only vendor we didn't go with was the officiant since we already had a close friend and pastor to do that for us. We talked about the wedding for weeks after, and guests went on and on about how great the wedding was, how beautiful it was and how much fun they had. I wish we could do that day over again exactly the same! Be sure you add Agave Estates to your list of venues to check out. I know if you choose them, you will be SO glad you did!

We opted to add-on the videographer with him because that was important to us, and he did an amazing job.Our wedding planner was Julie, and she was not only endlessly helpful but had a ton of patience! I had lots of questions and so did MOG. Special requests were handled seamlessly, and she made it easy for us since she helped wrap up final details, coordinate with all our vendors, set up our day-of timeline, everything.The only vendor we didn't go with was the officiant since we already had a close friend and pastor to do that for us. We talked about the wedding for weeks after, and guests went on and on about how great the wedding was, how beautiful it was and how much fun they had. I wish we could do that day over again exactly the same! Be sure you add Agave Estates to your list of venues to check out. I know if you choose them, you will be SO glad you did!

Our wedding coordinator Stephani, was heaven-sent, she went above and beyond to help make my vision come to be. Many of our guests complimented how delicious the food was. We booked Bella Dia Floral through Agave, Tawnya's florals, were absolutely STUNNING, she created a floral arrangement that included a vine that went up the fire place. Our guests were amazed. Ivan, the DJ, absolutely killed it with the playlist we asked him to go off of. CakesbyGina, also booked through Agave, not only was the case gorgeous, but it was SO delicious! Again, our guests complimented everything from food, cake, florals, staff to music. 10/10 recommend! Wish I could relive our dreamy day!

The venue is gorgeous. From the outside, you might be skeptical since itâs so close to the road, but once you walk through the entry gates, it is like you stepped into a private oasis. You canât hear any street noise. The grounds are expansive and full of flowers and greenery. One reason we chose the venue is that there are so many places for guests to sit, mingle, and enjoy their time. I didnât want to feel like everyone was cramped into a small space, and at Agave, you donât have that issue at all. We had to postpone our wedding because of COVID-19, and the staff worked with us the best they could. We settled quickly on a new date, and everything moved smoothly from there. The bridal suite is TO DIE FOR! Itâs beautiful and functional and the perfect place to get ready. Amazing setup for the makeup artist and stylist and plenty of room for the entire bridal party, their dresses, my gown, etc. Thanks to the coordinator, banquet staff, and many people involved in making our wedding happen, the day went off beautifully and went according to schedule. Stephani, the coordinator, ensured our timelines were set and that everything the day of went according to that. One of our family members, who is also an event coordinator, even commented on how smoothly it went. When an important relative wanted to give a speech at the last minute, Stephani was on it! She ensured it happened, and we were so happy about that.Overall, we give the venue and experience 90% satisfaction. There were a few things that happened that somewhat reduced the experience. They are worthwhile to share because they speak to customer service. The first is this: we had a kidsâ table set up for the 7 children in attendance. One of the kids colored on the linen. We found out because apparently, the owner watches the party through video. That was so weird to me but not the worst part. STAFF APPROACHED MY GUEST, who was the guardian of the child, and asked for their credit card to pay for the linen. I was horrified when I learned about this and the way in which my guest was approached and spoken to. This should have been settled with me or my partner. The second part is related to the first. We overheard a staff member talking about the kid when we went to change clothes in the suite. They were talking on the phone with someone, presumably the owner, and said, âSome F-ing kid wrote on the table.â We heard this firsthand. I know people complain about guests, but to overhear it on your wedding day when youâve paid a good chunk of money to have your wedding there felt awful. By the way the staff behaved, you would have thought someone broke dishes or put a hole in the wall. The third is: As I was getting ready to toss my bouquet, I was told to throw it off to the side of me, not up and over. That in itself is fine and a good tip. But then, the staff added, âIf you hit the lights, those are $25 each to replace.â It was so inappropriate at the time and took me out of what was supposed to be a fun, great moment with my friends and family. To end on a great note, the DJ, Ivan Rojas, killed it. He played an amazing mix of cumbia, bachata, dance hits, and nostalgic dance hits. Our family raved about the DJ the next day. He was incredible.

Your coordinator will reach out to you to walk you through the process and then all the vendors begin to reach out. We used all the vendors Agave had to offer (catering, floral, DJ, cake, photography, bartender, officiant)- I had nothing but great experiences with all of them! The staff was SO kind, attentive, helpful, and just all around amazing. The food was delicious (we had plated chicken dinners and sides). The cake was BEAUTIFUL -wait til you go to your cake tasting ;) Ivan the DJ played all the songs we wanted from our playlist- and kept the dance floor poppin' all night! He was THE BEST! Special shout out to Stephani Peralta our coordinator- she always made herself available to us and was quick to answer any and all of our ridiculous questions and concerns. My wedding coordinator was the absolute best! Despite the rain, they were ready and willing to move everything outside if the rain stopped. It did not stop raining, so we had the ceremony inside and you couldn't tell the difference. Everything was so prefect and went how it was supposed to go and it wouldn't have been able to be perfect without Stephani, my wedding coordinator. I did not have to worry about a thing, she was ready and there when I needed her.

Agave was really a beautiful venue. We did the all inclusive package. Our guests raved about the food. We got the cilantro chicken and spinach lasagna dinners. Several of my guests commented that it was the best wedding venue and food they have had. The coordinator, Stephanie was on top of everything. The floral that was included was AMAZING and exactly what I wanted. I ordered extra floral and Tayna did an beautiful job. The bartender that came with the venue was fantastic and many of my guests commented on her ability to remember drink orders. The cake vendor that came with the venue was delicious. They did forget to put the grooms cake out, so that was a waste of money. My only complaint of the evening was the photographer that came with the venue. He did great with the planned portrait part, but when it came to the ceremony, I had to literally track him down and tell him what to photograph. Often times he was in the corner standing and not taking pictures at all, and i paid for 4 hours of extra photography. At times he was acting almost as a guest. When I danced with my mom, one of my bridesmaids had to wave him down. I did not get certain photos I wanted because I was overwhelmed. But as a professional, I felt as if he should have captured these moments. For example, I would have loved a photo with my dog that was in the wedding but didnât get one. I am hoping the photos he did get are beautiful. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

We couldn't have asked for anything better. Stephani is incredibly easy to work with and is an amazing wedding coordinator. She takes all the stress away from you so that you can just concentrate on your big day. We were able to enjoy our wedding and dance the night away as the logistics were taken care of by Stephani and Julie. The location on it own is BEAUTIFUL and you are able to add additional touches if you'd like. It is all inclusive so there isn't much that you need to plan on your own. The DJ was excellent, we loved the photographer, we have heard from multiple guests how much they loved the food and cake. We could not recommend Agave Estates more. We told them on day one that we wanted a wedding where we could relax and enjoy the day, and we did. Thank you, Stephani.

In addition, every single person I worked with at Agave was so kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to help me. Lindsey was fantastic at helping me get my wedding booked. Then, I had the most wonderful opportunity to work with Stephani as my wedding coordinator. The Day of my wedding went extremely well. It was truly âThe Best Day Everâ! Because of my wedding coordinator Stephani, my entire wedding day flowed smoothly and effortlessly. She was there for me the entire time helping my entire family and wedding party feel comfortable and at ease. I will be eternally grateful that Stephani was with me every step of the way on my wedding day! I now consider her as one of my life-long friends! Lastly, I want to mention how grateful I am that Agave Estates is an all-inclusive event venue. I am a super busy working woman who has no time to do anything. Agave made my wedding planning super easy as they have all- inclusive wedding packages! Every single vendor included in the Agave packages was simply amazing! The flowers, cake, DJ, photographer, were all superior in their services. I am amazed! I am one lucky bride, and I have the beautiful photos from Tomas Ramos Photography to prove it!!!

I can't recommend Agave Estates enough!Our wedding was on 12/18/21 and was the same day a HUGE storm and cold front came through, which made me VERY worried about how our wedding was going to turn out, but having Julie Polk, our coordinator, was the best thing because she kept us all calm and collected and helped us restructure our special day to work around the storm and still be the best day of our lives! The venue itself is breathtaking and all of the staff and vendors were so amazing and professional to work with! People always ask me how hard our wedding planning was and how stressful it was, and I could honestly tell them my wedding planning experience was stress and worry free. All-inclusive venues are the way to go, especially this one!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything about this venue was perfect. The building is beautiful, and the grounds are so clearly well tended you can feel the care they put into them. The catering was AMAZING. Both my husband and I had friends and family calling afterwards just to tell us how good the food was. Itâs been 3 weeks now and weâre still talking about it. Janet the catering manager is kind and amazing. The bartender was fantastic, with such an amazing stock. Ivan the DJ was great, he was one of the best DJs Iâve ever seen at a wedding. Our floral with Bella Dia floral was beautiful. I cried when I saw my bridal bouquet, I canât believe how Tawnya put together exactly what I wanted after just a few phone calls. But most of all I canât give enough praise to our coordinator with Agave, Stephani. She made all my dreams come true. She was accommodating beyond expectations, and such a kind and supportive friend throughout the entire process. Having her be apart of this entire process was a blessing, and a privilege that I would wish every bride could experience.

This is not a paid review. My husband and I had actually planned on eloping, but my grandma (my world, my light) said she wanted a wedding. So we chose a venue that was nearby for convenience. Between our two families we needed room for 200 without breaking the bank. We could not have been happier with the results! There were several last minute guest drop outs due to illness. However, even with the changes, everything went off without a hitch! Agave Estates is an all inclusive venue, but they allow you to remove vendors or parts of your package that you may not need. All of the vendors provided by the venue weâre spectacular! Each vendor had several options and add ons available to give you the wedding of your dreams. A giant shout out to Tomas our photographer, PJ our videographer, Ivan our DJ, Angelo our officiant, Tammy our florist, Julie our coordinator, the entire Agave staff who provided services the day of, and a very special thanks to the in house catering. My husband is Vietnamese and I am Hispanic/White. So we had quite a hard time trying to decided how to please all the cultural food palates. We went with the buffet style instead of plated to be sure that everyone was happy with their portions. There were several menu choices for us to pick from. The meal was delicious and everyone from all cultures enjoyed it!The venue is beautiful and very spacious. We had an outdoor ceremony followed by the indoor reception. However the staff was ready to convert to an indoor ceremony had the weather required it. The dressing space is spacious and provides multiple areas for seclusion. The outdoor areas provided the perfect getaway for guest as well as gorgeous backgrounds for photos. There is plenty of parking available on the venue premise. The venue also partners with a nearby hotel that will provide a shuttle so there was no stress after our open bar. Our friends and family could not stop complimenting the entire event. Everything ran so smoothly. Several people told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended.

My husband and I could be demanding (to say the least) at times and our wedding coordinator Stephani Peralta handled everything with grace and professionalism every step of the way. She worked endlessly night and night to make sure our night felt special to us and that we were comfortable with the process and our vision coming to life. We can absolutely say that our wedding would not have been a success without her! The DJ Ivan that comes with the venue did an absolutely amazing job as well. Do not get anyone else! We had a mixed Spanish/English wedding and he was able to cover all the bases and make sure everyone felt comfortable and welcome. Anything 150-225 would probably be right in the zone of a comfortable crown in this venue. Another convenience of this venue was Cakes by Gina, don't bother looking for another cake vendor! This venue is able to easily coordinate between all of our vendors and Stephani Peralta did the most amazing job coordinating between our florist, photographer, makeup artist, cake, DJ, Mariachi band and late night snack food company so that my spouse and I could do our best to enjoy the evening! This venue is as close to all inclusive as you will want to come while still being able to add your own creative touch that the crew was able to work with/around and even help us clean up at the end! The staff was attentive and the bartender Joy is absolutely amazing. One of the servers was even kind enough to record our last dance on my spouse's phone as we had already dismissed the photographers. In case you can't tell from everything above Agave Estates went above and beyond and we can't be grateful enough to the team there for making our dream day come true.

Iâve had the pleasure of managing this hidden gem of a venue in Katy since 2015 and I canât wait to share this experience with you!
