Aldea Weddings at The Landmark is a historic wedding venue located in Mesa, AZ. Originally constructed in the 1920s and since lovingly restored, this family-owned and operated property has been hosting milestone celebrations since 2015. At Aldea Weddings at The Landmark, you have an array of options to choose from for your ceremony and reception. You and your beloved can exchange vows in the elegant outdoor gazebo, with the luscious greenery surrounding the property providing a picturesque backdrop for wedding photos. The venue’s luxurious banquet hall also serves as an ideal location for dinner and dancing as the evening progresses. This remarkable event space, featuring sparkling chandeliers and a large hardwood dance floor, can comfortably accommodate up to 200 wedding guests. Separate get-ready suites are also offered, providing you and your partner with a comfortable space to relax before and after the ceremony. The experienced team at Aldea Weddings at The Landmark offers a range of services to help manage your momentous occasion. Their custom wedding packages are designed to suit many styles and budgets. The venue’s expert planners offer services such as day-of coordination and vendor management, along with the setup and teardown of event areas. Essential rental items such as tables, chairs, and linens are available, in addition to china and glassware. The property’s in-house bakery can provide a wedding cake should you desire one, and cake cutting services are also managed by the property’s staff. We were amazed by the professionalism and organization that went into our wedding. Aldea’s team ensures that every aspect of your wedding is covered and they are super easy to work with! And very flexible too. Our wedding was gorgeous thanks to Tyra, Joseph and the rest of the Aldea team. We brought in lots of personal touches but truly none of them were needed because they already had so many decorations to choose from. I can’t recommend Aldea enough. We chose the Silver package and felt it was a great value for all that was included.

Literally the best venue. The place is so picturesque, the staff is phenomenal, the prices are great and the packages they offer are the cherry on top. My wife and I just got married here in October 2023 and everything about our wedding was perfect. And that is owed to this amazing place and their staff! I know they have other locations as well across AZ, and I can only imagine how fabulous they are. You cannot go wrong with Aldea! Thank you so much for making our wedding day special and right out of a fairytale! We loved working with you!

My husband and I got married at the Landmark on 3/3/23, and enjoyed every second. Picking the Landmark for our wedding venue was easily the best wedding planning decision we made, hands down. I cannot say enough kind words about the tireless work Joseph, Tyra, and Krista did to make certain our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, and then some. They truly gave us the perfect wedding, down to the last detail, and I am forever grateful to them for their care, attention to detail, and professionalism.

I will forever be recommending The Landmark and Aldea Weddings!!! My husband and I just had our wedding ceremony/reception here and I can wholeheartedly say it was the greatest day of our lives! Everything was run so smoothly, I never for one second worried about a single detail. From the beginning of touring the venue, to choosing and working with our vendors, to working with Tyra to design our day and work out every detail, everything was perfect. All of the vendors we chose through the venue were amazing, so responsive and easy to work with. And Tyra above all was AMAZING - the best event coordinator we could’ve ever asked for. We had so many guests complimenting how beautiful and fun the venue was too. We truly had the best wedding day ever!!!

My husband and I got married at the Landmark in February 2023 and we cannot express how incredible our experience was. Tyra was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations from the day we booked, wedding plans, and wedding day. Throughout the wedding planning she was beyond helpful when working with vendor communication, keeping personal details organized, and made us feel completely taken care of. On wedding day my husband and I were her TOP priority and she made everything run seamlessly. She directed us where to go when, but was incredibly discreet to make us feel comfortable. The entire staff was helpful and professional, and we cannot express how happy we were with our entire wedding experience thanks to The Landmark team. They truly cared about us and made us feel very special and loved. We had amazing feedback about the venue from our guests, and would HIGHLY recommend The Landmark to any couple. We are so happy we booked with this venue. They were so accommodating, professional, really listened to what we wanted for our special day and executed it perfectly! Not only is it affordable, but the process was so easy and stress free with their recommended vendors. We can’t say enough good things about the day of coordinator, TYRA! she’s literally the sweetest ever and is so great at what she does. She made the day go so smoothly and was also just super fun and easy going. Love her! 10/10 recommended booking with this Aldea weddings!

The Landmark team are absolute pros at what they do! The packages they offer and their amazing vendor partners made the planning process a lot easier. They were responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding, but they really shined on the day of. They took care of *everything* without being asked, which allowed us and our guests to enjoy the day without any worries. Even though you are just one of their many weddings, they make you feel so special and that is something unique to this team of people. The venue itself is gorgeous and offers a variety of options for ceremony and reception. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready and eliminated the stress of traveling to the venue, which was more valuable than I realized. I would strongly recommend The Landmark to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

We are so glad we got married at the landmark. Joseph was so helpful during our early conversations and when there was a mixup with a vendor, and Tyra was an amazing event coordinator. Living out of state we needed a venue we could trust that would include some vendor credits, and I could not be happier that we went with the landmark. Everything was so beautifully done and well organized, we barely had to think about logistics once we landed in Arizona thanks to Tyra. At the end of the night, everyone was able to dance until the very end because the Landmark team did such an amazing job with getting us all packed up. I would recommend them a hundred times over.

I can’t say enough good things about the Landmark venue and the staff there! The grounds are absolutely stunning, and provided an easy flow for guests between each event. The bridal suite was INSANE, I could not have asked for a prettier space to get ready with my girls. Most importantly though the staff was better than I hoped. From the planning stages to execution on the day of, they were so supportive, professional, kind and truly relieved a great deal of stress. They set up the venue beautifully, always made sure we were comfortable, communicated with other vendors about schedule so I didn’t have to be the middle man on the wedding day. Like I said, I really can’t say enough good things! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with AMAZING staff this is the one for you!

From start to finish Joseph and Tyra made the entire process perfect and easy. We planned our wedding in an eight-month period but because they have all their vendors built-in it made it so simple to do. They accommodated all of our needs and worked with us to make the day personal to our taste. On the day of, they take care of everything and make everything seamless. The venue space is set up perfect with a separate ceremony area and your option of having everything outdoor or indoor . There's a beautiful bridal suite that was perfect for getting ready day of and a fun area for the men. There's nothing we wouldn't change about our big day. If we could do it over again we'd choose them every time.

WOW! Where to start. Krista and her team go above and beyond. They are friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy, and truly engaged in your vision and how you want your day to go. Krista and her team are there for you every step of the way, they really took the stress out of planning and let me tell you planning a wedding is not easy!!! The venue is gorgeous and their vendors are also wonderful to work with. Our day was magical. Not one thing went wrong, our guests were gushing over how beautiful everything was. I could really write for hours about how amazing our experience with Aldea was but I will try and keep it short. Living in Texas, they made planning a wedding from two states away so unbelievably easy. They were extremely accomodating when it came to meetings and all of the details that came along with planning. They were there to help and answer questions every step of the way.Our wedding could not have been more magical. Their team made my visions reality and it was truly the most beautiful day ever! Not to mention all of the small attentions to detail that really made the day that much more special. Thank you to Krista, Tyra, Joseph, and everyone at Aldea for everything, you were all phenomenal! 5 stars, 10/10, 100% recommend The Landmark!

The team at Aldea is so amazing from start to finish. We were originally going to get married last year but had to move our wedding date out due to Covid. The landmark was able to make this transition as easy as possible communicate with our excellent group of vendors they team up with. The location was beautiful and there were so many options for décor and set up. They do all the small thoughtful details and make this day as stress free as possible. We got married October 2021 and it was a magical amazing night. Joseph and Krista were so helpful in answering any questions and helped coordinate everything to perfection. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience! I recommend this venue to anyone I know getting married!

We got married at The Landmark in November of 2021 and we could not have been happier with our choice of venue. Krista at the location was the nicest, most professional, and most accommodating event coordinator I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with, let alone interacting with on such a detailed level like a wedding. The preferred vendor list the venue gives you is exceptional, and we picked our florist, caterer, and photographer through them -- they were all the best of the best. The Landmark took care of a lot of correspondence with the vendors as well. The entire staff was so easy to work with and really kept the night moving smoothly. I am recommending them to anyone I know who may have a wedding in the near future!

We had our wedding at the Landmark last month and could not be happier with how it turned out! Our wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020, but they were very accommodating when it came to rescheduling. They reached out to all our vendors and were able to get everything switched to our new date very seamlessly. We loved that the venue is all-inclusive as it made it very easy to plan and select the vendors! And for vendors that are not included with the cost of the venue (hair, makeup, rentals, tux, etc), the Landmark has a ton of great recommendations. One of my favorite parts about the all-inclusive nature of the venue is that because you choose from their list of approved vendors (which are all great by the way), a lot of these vendors already know each other and have worked together before. We had a couple meetings as we got closer to the wedding where we nailed down all the details, big and small. Krista and Amanda were very thorough in the planning and decor meetings and answered all our questions and helped bring our vision to life. The decorations were beautiful and everything was set up so nicely. On the day-of, all we had to do was show up and get ready!!! And at the end of the night, they had all our bags, gifts, guest book, and other belongings all loaded up into our car ready to go. After the wedding, we received so many compliments about the ceremony, the decor, the set-up, the reception, etc. And a month later we are still receiving compliments! We always tell people it is all thanks to the wonderful staff at the Landmark and their amazing vendors. I would recommend this venue (or any of the Aldea Weddings venues) to anyone getting married!!

Amanda and the entire staff at the Landmark are amazing. Very responsive and timely. They communicated with us very efficiently and answered all the questions I had. They have you come in for a design meeting where you get to share all your ideas and choose from a wide variety of decor, linens, and other details. We saved a ton of money just from not having to buy all our own decor but using the ones they have on hand. Our wedding ended up getting postponed 5 days before the date and the staff at the Landmark helped us find a new date 3 weeks later. The stressful postponement ended up going so smoothly because the staff coordinated with all the vendors to make the new date work. The day of was 100% stress free for me as the bride. Amanda took care of every detail from decor to communicating with vendor to making sure we had all our belongings at the end of the night. I truly got to enjoy the day and that wouldn't have been possible without the Landmark. I only have positive things to say about the Landmark!

The Landmark checked every one of our boxes! Not only is the space a perfect blend of historic meets modern but it also features picturesque outdoor garden spaces and versatile indoor ceremony/reception rooms. In addition to the beautiful property, working with the team at the Landmark is such a pleasure! They make the process simple from start to finish. We chose the Silver package, that included our core vendors, so it was really a \"one-stop-shop\" process for the bulk of our wedding planning. The pricing was an incredible value and they made it easy to pay down our balance in even monthly payments. Overall, they made the process fun and did everything in their power to make all of our visions come to life! They even made our two COVID postponements less painful by being extremely understanding and accommodating. A few other factors that really set the Landmark apart from the average venue include:•\tthe fact that all tables, chairs, ceremony seating, cocktail tables, etc. as well as an extensive selection of decor and linens are all included in the venue cost (many other venues make you bring these in yourself or pay extra to rent them)•\tindoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options available•\tspacious grooms room and bridal suite (allows you to get ready onsite and provides a private space for your wedding party throughout the day)•\tdedicated event coordinator throughout the planning process plus additional day-of coordinator support, as well as security and a bartender included in the venue cost•\tthe ability to bring in your own liquor (which means big savings vs. traditional bar packages)•\tnearly everything is flexible/customizable (want to bring in your own signage? use a family friend for your cake? start your event earlier in the day or later in the evening? your options are endless!)•\ttheir pricing is totally transparent which means no surprise expenses or hidden feesWe highly recommend The Landmark (or any of the Aldea family of venues) to all couples looking for a streamlined planning experience, a gorgeous event space, and a staff that genuinely cares about making sure you have the wedding day of your dreams!

The Landmark was love at first site for my husband and I when venue searching.What we loved the most were the accommodating staff who went above and beyond for us. It took an emotional toll rescheduling our wedding twice due to Covid, but we’re very thankful that we found The Landmark because they were very empathetic.I loved that there were many options for spaces, from the ceremony, first dances, and cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. And don’t get me started on the bridal suite! The property is beautiful and brought my fairytale wedding vision to life, without having an enormous budget.I’ve heard nightmare stories of other venues, and am so thankful we found The Landmark and had the support of their spectacular team and vendors.

We were married on 3/13/2021, and our day was perfect! Our coordinator was Amanda along with Krista and Joseph who are all extremely helpful and responsive to all communication via email or phone. They helped my disorganized, type B personality plan a fun and beautiful wedding for 120 guests. We used their carefully curated list of vendors who they know will deliver amazing results. We chose all of our vendors from their list and were extremely satisfied with the role they all played in helping make our day special and stress free. It is worth mentioning that the venue itself is beautiful, but also had added amenities; an impressive bridal suite turned 'nap room' for tuckered out flower girls along with a room for the guys. We can't recommend this venue enough!

Everything was perfect! After 1 rescheduled date and lots of guest cancelations, we were still able to have our perfect wedding day! :) they definitely worked around us to make sure our day would be great. We had planned our wedding before the pandemic and paid a little extra for our guest count so we were able to figure out where to put our extra money in.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We found Aldea through a friend and looked at all their properties but we fell in love with The Landmark right away because of the greenery & the beautiful backdrop with the gazebo. Joe & Krista made the process so easy on us and made it possible for our dream wedding to come true even during the 2020 pandemic. I could not have asked for a better venue and coordinators; they truly are the best at what they do, most professional yet relatable people and they help make your dream wedding more than affordable. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did! I could talk about how great Aldea is all day and I wish I could re-live our big day over and over again :)

I first heard about Aldea Weddings through a friend who is having her wedding at their Tercero location; she had nothing but gushing reviews on how awesome the team was. One of my biggest requirements for a venue was coordination help, and wow did the Aldea team deliver!! Not only were they the biggest help handling your typical wedding planning issues, but they were also so supportive and patient while making big decisions regarding COVID. Many have asked how stressed out I was planning a COVID wedding, but my honest answer back is that I didn't feel much stress at all because of the coordinators!I could also write a book on raving reviews of their vendor list that they provided. Our DJ, desserts and caterer were absolutely phenomenal (we had family take care of the flowers, otherwise we would have chosen one of their options!). I recommend The Landmark (and quite honestly, any of their locations) to every engaged couple I know! I wish I could get married all over again just so I can work with them! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Krista and Joseph and The Landmark. We had our wedding 10/31/20, and needless to say it was rough trying to plan a wedding during this pandemic. I cannot say enough good things about Krista and Joseph; they responded to numerous emails promptly, held multiple additional meetings when I couldn’t decide on decor, and made everything an absolute breeze. I am also the type of person who hates planning, so the fact that they have the decor, the vendors, and basically anything you could really need made it so, SO easy. We also decided to change our layout significantly with less than 2 weeks until the wedding, and even though I was in full panic mode, near tears, they were so reassuring, they were flexible and accomodating, and they absolutely nailed every detail. They also have amazing vendors, so if you are also the type of person who doesn’t like to to a significant amount of research to find what you need but still want to have a bomb a** wedding, look no further.I want to relive our wedding over and over again; it was just perfect in every way. We would choose this venue again in a heartbeat, and are so thankful we had Krista and Joseph involved in our wedding. Thank you guys SO much for making our day perfect!

This is the perfect wedding location. From helpful staff that is passionate about supporting your vision for your big day to the dreamiest vendor list available, this is the best place to host your big day. Joseph was so attentive and helpful pulling everything together for us. I personally made most of my own signs and programs and they were able to set up my vision perfectly. Wedding planning can be stressful, but I never worried once knowing that the Aldea team was supporting us every inch of the way. Our wedding dreams came true and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I cannot rave about this venue enough! My husband and I were married here on November 8th, 2020. When we booked the venue, COVID was not on our radar at all. The Landmark worked with us to plan our wedding appropriately, following restrictions. Our wedding was more than I could have ever imagined. From the moment we walked into the venue, I knew this would be the one. Krista and Joseph are so kind and accommodating. They let my personal flair shine, and helped to plan the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t be more happy & thankful!

I can’t express enough my gratitude for the people working at Aldea at The Landmark. Krista, Joseph and Nicole did not disappoint and were there for me and my husband through every step of the way. Throughout the process they were always super helpful but they really kicked it up a thousand notches the day of the wedding. They didn’t let me lift a finger! They made sure we had what we needed and if we didn’t have something they got it for us. It legit reminded me of the wedding planner with Jennifer Lopez. So on point every step of the way. I can’t recommend this venue enough. Not only because it’s beautiful but because they are here to guide you through the confusing and stressful nature of planning a wedding.

My husband and I are so incredibly grateful we chose The Landmark for our wedding day. Krista, Nicole and Joseph were all incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process and answered all of our questions quickly and happily. Our actual wedding day was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and they decorated the venue exactly to our style. One of my favorite parts about this venue is the bridal suite - it is such a gorgeous room and it felt so special to be there with my mom and bridesmaids to get ready before the big day. The staff moved the actual evening of our wedding along perfectly and so smoothly. Plus their prices are one of the most affordable we could find while touring other venues. They also recommended to us the most amazing vendors, which made planning a LOT easier. We went with their suggested florist, cake bakery, photographer, DJ, and catering service and are so happy that we did. We cannot recommend The Landmark enough!

I want to start out and say that my wedding went absolutely perfect because of the employees at the Landmark. We started working with Joseph and Krista and worked with Nicole the day of our wedding. I love every single one of them! They are the kindest, most reliable, fantastic people, I have ever met. My wife and I had to get married quickly due to my mother taking ill and Joseph and Krista made sure that every step of the way was taken care of and that if I needed anything, they were on it. We met with them several times through the months and every single time, their positive personalities solidified how right of a decision it was to go with The Landmark. The venue itself is beautifully set up and with a large hedge around the outside of the property, has an intimacy that is suited for any wedding. Their wedding packages made them affordable but also stress-free. They have linens and centerpieces and anything that you would need for your wedding. In addition, we provided our own florals--I made the centerpieces and archway piece and all the wedding party’s flowers--and The Landmark--Nicole and Joseph--put them all out and beautifully decorated the entire venue with our extra florals. They placed some in the water fountain and it was breathtaking. I got the fairy tale wedding which I never thought I would get with our five-month planning. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you do. You made me feel like a beautiful bride marrying my beautiful wife in such a beautiful venue that I still have people telling me how perfect our wedding was!!!!!

The first time I stepped into the Landmark I fell in love. From that day everyone at the Landmark has had such great communication and have been so sweet and caring. Krista and Joseph are amazing. My day of coordinator was May and there aren’t enough words to explain how well she did with everything. I didn’t stress out at all. Everything went perfect and I mean perfect. She would check on me and even tell me where certain decor is going to go. She was the kindest and made sure I wasn’t stressed one bit. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I had it outside on a Sunday and you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. The other coordinator that helped, Nicole was amazing too, made sure I had everything I needed to go to my hotel the night of and made sure my ride came. Thank you everyone ❤️

The Aldea staff at The Landmark made wedding planning so easy and fun! Krista was available for all of my questions from the very start of our planning journey to the day-of. Not only are the grounds gorgeous on their own, the detail the staff puts into decorating for my day was perfect. I do not know how I would have done it without our day-of-coordinator, Nicole! She made sure to check in on me throughout the day and ensure everything (from vendors to timeline) ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing from start to finish. If something went wrong, I definitely didn't know about it. She stayed the whole night, made sure we had our signature drinks waiting for us when we signed the marriage license, packed up all of our stuff, and I am sure much, much more. If you want a gorgeous venue with an incredibly helpful staff that makes wedding planning a dream, The Landmark is the only option!

An exceptional experience. My wife and I just got married here. We felt very little stress leading up to the wedding because the pre-existing relationships that The Landmark has with it's vendors are phenomenal. The vendors are true experts at working with the venue and it makes for a very smooth sailing experience. The Landmark team are flexible and truly put making the wedding day special as their first priority. Our day of coordinator, Nicole, was detailed, organized and communicative. During our wedding day she was attentive and responsive to all our needs and last minute requests. In addition, she was both sweet and personable with us. Oh my goodness. Having our wedding at The Landmark was the BEST decision we could have made. So many times I felt like I was doing something wrong because it was SO EASY! They communicated everything, they helped with any issues. Literally was the best day ever thanks to them. When planning a wedding you constantly hear of how stressful it is, but with Aldea, they take all the stress away, and make it fun! We loved our meetings with them. The staff here at Aldea Weddings at The Landmark is absolutely phenomenal. Our primary staff member was Krista and she was just a doll. Her attitude was great and she was always there to answer questions or give her opinion when I needed it (and I needed it quite a bit). The venue itself is gorgeous. When you see it for the first time, you almost think it's a huge house. We loved that aspect because it felt comfortable as soon as you walk in. AND IT'S SO GREEN! My theme I was going for was \"Garden Romance\" and this venue sold that feeling.What we loved most about Aldea is that it's all-inclusive. They recommend vendors that they've worked with in the past so you don't have to necessarily spend all your time researching. Breaking it down between a few vendors took the pressure off of me to look at every vendor in Arizona, because believe me I would have. All of our vendors were wonderful. We were a bit dissatisfied with our choice of photographers but WE chose them and that is not on Aldea.When it came to wedding day, some things came up and Joe stepped in to be our coordinator for the big day. Although we had primarily worked with Krista in the planning process, the way the staff works together is unbelievable. He didn't miss a thing and I believe that is due to the communication of the staff at The Landmark. The were transparent with us and that was very much appreciated. I even made some last minute changes to the seating charts and guest lists and they were so easy-going about my annoying accommodations. I have already recommended them to several friends that are planning their weddings. Keep doing an amazing job all!!

We were so happy to find a place like Aldea that offered such great vendors, with a beautiful venue and great service, all at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough phenomenal things about this wedding venue and Joseph and Krista. I was an out-of-state bride, and I was nervous about trying to plan a wedding from across the country. Krista and Joseph were incredibly flexible with my schedule and always professional and sincere. They were always a smiling, friendly presence that I sometimes very much needed during the craziness of planning a wedding. My sister is actually the person who found The Landmark online, and she had us pop in during a visit to Arizona. As soon as I toured, I could not imagine anywhere else I would want to have my wedding. The neighborhood surrounding the venue primarily consists of used car dealerships, which might not be for everybody. However, as soon as you enter the iron gateway into the venue, you are completely transported to an intimate, charming venue (on the historic register none-the-less!). The venue is in a fantastic location, which is a quick Uber/Lyft/Shuttle ride away from many popular hotels and destinations.The entire planning process was as stress-free as one could make wedding planning to the point where it almost sounds too good to be true (but it is definitely true!). When you book with The Landmark, you are given a list of preferred vendors. There is no extra fee or penalty if you do not use one of these vendors and you bring in your own. The vendors suggested are absolutely wonderful. We used Babbos catering, Infinity Entertainment for the DJ, AZ Flower Fix for flowers, Ivonne and Travis for photography, Piece of Cake, By Tyler (videographer), and I Do Rentals for yard games. All of these vendors were recommended by The Landmark, and they were absolutely phenomenal. I actually had a minor hiccup with the original preferred florist; he became incredibly unresponsive. It was one month before my wedding, and I still had not heard from him beyond the initial time I reserved him for my wedding date. Krista and Joseph were on-top-of-it. They actually called me and said they found a new florist (AZ Flower Fix) they want me to use instead of the original preferred vendor. They assured me they vetted this new one and sincerely apologized for the original vendor dropping the ball. Within two days, I had my flowers picked out for my wedding day, and they were perfect. This flower hiccup comes to show the dedication Krista and Joseph have to their clients' happiness and weddings. I appreciated them recognizing their clients were having difficulty communicating with a vendor and then them trying to remedy it as quickly and professionally as possible. In addition to no fees if you do not use a preferred vendor, you are able to bring in your own alcohol and take what is left over. We bought liquor from Costco, which The Landmark recommended we do. They provided coordination with vendors, day-of coordination, and bar-tending services. The Landmark does so many weddings that catering to your specific style almost seems second nature. You can tell they absolutely love what they do, and you can be confident they will get it done and give you the wedding of your dreams.We had a spring wedding. The ceremony was inside, and yard games were set up outside along with cocktail hour. The decorations were absolutely spot-on, and the coordination was incredible. My wedding day and the days leading up were incredibly relaxed and stress-free. The wedding coordinator at The Landmark handled absolutely everything, so all I had to do was relax and enjoy the experience. Then at the end of the night, all of the items I brought in (leftover liquor, images for memorial table, floating candles, etc.) were all loaded into the back of a family member’s car. It was seamless and a well-oiled-machine. During the reception, there was a miscommunication by the shuttle service thinking the last shuttle was at 10:00 pm when it was actually at midnight. The Landmark day-of-coordinator handled it immediately, so we did not need to stress about it.One thing I had been nervous about was the lighting during the reception. I am not the type of person to dance if the lights are super bright. The lighting was perfect! There is no need to pay for up-lighting around the room (unless that is a look you are going for). Any pictures you see of the reception with dancing is bright due to using special camera settings and flash.This venue is unparalleled to any other we looked during our wedding search. They are extremely responsive and friendly. Their packages are reasonably priced and are completely customizeable. Krista and Joseph put their clients first and really strive (and succeed) in making the wedding experience as enjoyable and perfect for the couple as possible. Every couple is unique, and they recognize this and cater the wedding day experience to each individual couple.

Location: When you step foot inside those iron gates it is like you completely forget where you're at. The Landmark transforms into an intimate wedding venue tucked behind tall greenery that makes the location very private. It is conveniently located just 3 miles from Tempe Market Place where our guests stayed at the newly built Hilton.Vendors: The Landmark provides a list of their preferred vendors-- the officiant, DJ, Flowers, Catering, Cake and Photographers. They made it easy to select! All of our vendors were great and took care of us but we highly recommend Wendy Rocket with Infinity Entertainment and Ivonne & Travis Photography. These two were wonderful! Wendy was especially great, she got our guests excited and the energy level was high all night. Our guests keep raving about her! NOTEs: 1.The Landmark will confirm with your vendors and iron out ANY kinks (if there are any issues) but it doesn't hurt to over communicate with your vendors as well. 2. Our florist was not very responsive to emails but Krista and Joseph as well as our photographers assured us that his work is beautiful and that the end product would be perfect--and they were correct. Our flowers were awesome! On site Coordinators: AWESOME! Krista and Joseph were very responsive with all my emails and questions and took great care of us. They did a wonderful job with all of the details. Krista listened to what I envisioned and made it even more beautiful. The day of coordinators were very helpful as well. At the end of the night the car was packed up with everything we brought in and the left over booze--it was so convenient! We had THE BEST DAY. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I went to several venues all over the valley in AZ. We came to the Landmark and instantly knew our search was over. There are two main factors we looked at when selecting a venue: the venue itself, and the people we would be working with. Joseph and Krista have such a welcoming personality that we knew we would work very well with. It is so evident they love what they are doing and they want to provide the most special of special days. The venue itself is gorgeous. I love the options that allow you to choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony where you aren’t locked into that decision when you select a venue. The historic details are to die for and add such a special element. After selecting The Landmark as our venue, we were so excited. The packages they offer are reasonably priced and allow us to add our own customizations. Being an out of town bride, I loved having a preferred list of vendors and people you knew they already trusted and worked with. We were able to contact Krista at every point and if any questions/concerns/issues came up, it was mitigated or resolved that day! You can’t get better customer service than what they offer. The day of, everything went of without a hitch. It rained on our day, but Krista re-arranged and had a back up plan for all the pieces that were supposed to be outside. Even with the rain, everything went smoothly because of her and her team. We honestly could not be happier with all of our selections. The Landmark has everything you could ever want, and the owners make it a truly exceptional venue. I give the highest recommendation to them. Thank you for everything you guys did for us!!

We got married at The Landmark a little over 2 months ago. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. We visited many venues before choosing Aldea, and are so glad we chose them. We chose them because they were one of the very few DIY friendly venues we found and very reasonably priced. Of course if you're going for an all inclusive wedding they have that too. But They allowed us to bring in our own food, cake, flowers, everything really. No fuss, no pushing us toward their preferred vendors. Throughout the whole planning process Krista was absolutely amazing. Any question we had she answered, she gave us ideas and explained everything clearly. Fast forward to the wedding day, again, AMAZING. There was a mix up with our chair sashes for the ceremony. I let Lexi know and she said she would take care of it, she did. Everything else was perfect and gorgeous. I went on with my day and later when i arrived for the wedding i noticed a text from Krista. I had been too busy getting ready and hadn't noticed it. Turns out they were short on sashes for our cocktail hour. Not a big deal, but they went ahead and went to get more from their other location. Keep in mind that we were in Mesa, its an hour drive to the other venue. I didn't ask them to, I would've been fine with something else. But the fact they went out of the way to make sure everything was exactly as my wife had pictured it really and i mean really made me appreciate them that much more. The rest of the night was great, bartenders were amazing, everything was just simply perfect. Clean up was a breeze with Joseph helping out. We were very nervous going in and are very grateful for how helpful they were. Thank you Krista, Joseph, Lexi, and the bartenders, sorry i didn't catch your names. But thank you all for giving us exactly what we wanted. We will always be grateful and will forever sing your praises. TLDR: Amazing staff, Krista is the BEST, beautiful wedding venue, very DIY friendly and very well priced, gave us a blank canvas and let us paint our vision, went out of their way to fix anything that wasn't to our liking. If you're trying to avoid those crazy catering costs, this is it. You will be in amazing hands!

My husband and I got married on Saturday at The Landmark and I cannot day enough great things about the venue, and everyone who works there. There isn’t one thing I would change about our amazing wedding day/night. Krista and Joe were always available to answer any questions. They took our vision and ran with it, and the venue looked gorgeous. We got so many compliments about it. We had Babbo cater, and everyone thought it was delicious. Andy Castano did the most amazing florals and Tony the Entertainer was our DJ and he listened to everything we wanted and was awesome. These are all people who work the The Landmark when you purchase their packages. Caffio drove their truck on the lawn and it was a huge hit with guests!! Basically it was the perfect night and we would recommend the Landmark to anyone who is thinking about getting married there!

Where do I even begin with how AMAZING Krista and the team at The Landmark are. My fiancé and I had viewed all 3 of the Aldea venues, but really fell in love with the history of The Landmark. To preface this, I am not a creative person and wouldn’t even know where to start with the overwhelming amount of wedding planning advice on the internet. Also, my fiancé and I live out of state and really wanted to find a venue that could do a lot of the leg work for us and that was The Landmark. From the beginning Krista was communicative and helped us understand exactly where everything was going in terms of the all-inclusive service. There truly are no hidden fees. When it came to the decorating, I had no idea what I wanted besides the colors and a very romantic feel, with a lot of candlelight. Krista NAILED it. I trusted Krista to make a lot of the decisions the day of because I didn’t want to be stressed out about it, and she is so creative and does this for a living; I knew I could trust her. To all the brides reading this TRUST KRISTA WITH DECORATING. I had a few ideas (like our parents/grandparents wedding photos) but I let her take the lead on this. It was the best thing I could have done for my sanity. Plus, it was fun to be just as surprised as our guests when we saw everything for the first time. About the wedding itself; we chose to have our ceremony inside, cocktail hour outside, then move the party to the reception area. It could not have transitioned smoother. I would strongly encourage anyone who selects this venue to use all the space, it’s so gorgeous, how could you not?! It’s been almost a month since our wedding and we are still getting compliments about how beautiful it was. Our wedding day was smooth because Krista and team handled all the vendors for us and set-up/take down. I don’t know if I could ever say thank you enough for creating such a smooth, perfect wedding day for us. Pick this venue, you won’t be disappointed. Even if you are a hands-on bride, TRUST Krista!! It’s her job to make your life and your fiancés life easier, and she did. Thank you, Krista and the team, at The Landmark!

We cannot say enough about how amazing everything turned out. Our coordinator Krista was absolutely outstanding. We didn’t need to stress one bit. She was always on top of everything and ensured that our day was nothing but amazing. The venue is stunning and you can make it work for you and your style. 100% would recommend them to anyone!

What a truly wonderful evening. Krista was fantastic to work with for our wedding at the Landmark. Incredibly responsive and very engaged from the beginning, Krista was a real partner in realizing our wedding. She walked us through each step in deciding on the decor, as well as confirming details with our vendors. We really also appreciated having her present during the entire course of our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue was stunning, with elegant lighting day of and a very attentive staff. The Landmark is like a beautiful oasis in Mesa.

We had booked The Landmark 10 months in advance and originally had a different coordinator named Alex. We ended up getting a new coordinator prior to deciding on all of the decorations and details, which worked out since Krista was fantastic. We were a little bummed out that one of the trees that we really liked was removed at some point between booking and our wedding. However, the largest tree is still there and I loved how the lanterns and lights looked. All of the designs were exactly as planned and it was a beautiful day. The staff at The Landmark are very professional and helpful. We ended up cutting our reception short by an hour since it was Sunday night and a lot of our guests were not planning on staying until 11 PM. Krista worked with all the vendors and even called our car to have them come get us earlier! The grand exit was rushed since we changed the schedule, but that was our own doing. With the craziness of trying to figure out who was taking what home after the reception, we ended up with a couple missing things. I never found our custom made cake topper, or the massive amount of leftover sparklers. Overall, it was a beautiful wedding day and we are happy with how it turned out.

We recently got married at Aldea Weddings at The Landmark. Our overall experience was AMAZING! The venue is all inclusive which made wedding planning a piece of cake! The bridal suite is beautiful and huge! We had plenty of room to do hair/make up and hang out before the ceremony. We were not interested in buying our own decorations and shopping out a ton of vendors. The vendor list at The Landmark is amazing, we were impressed with every single one of our vendors! Krista and Joseph made sure our day was perfect! Krista did an amazing job with the decoration and keeping the day organized! Thank you so much, Krista and Joseph!

We did the silver package at the Landmark and overall we were pretty satisfied. I liked that the package included tax and tip, made things less stressful. I think they do try to make things low-stress. Unfortunately there were several instances during our planning that were frustrating. About 6 months after signing our contract, the venue accidentally killed a very large tree next to the ceremony space that completely changed the look of the area. They did not notify anyone that this happened. They refused to replace the tree or make arrangements to recreate how the greenery originally looked. The tree was an important part to how the whole space looked and one of the main reasons we went with the venue was because of how green it seemed (not fans of the desert aesthetic). They also continued to advertise pictures of the space with tree on their website. There was another instance where we were adding on a dessert table in addition to the cake. I have emails of me asking the lady of the dessert business for a price quote and explaining what package, and specifying an add on, and she clearly stated the price she gave me included tax. The venue then charged tax on top, saying the vendor was mistaken, and refused to honor the emails I had proving otherwise.There were several times I would email one of the coordinators and they wouldn’t actually answer my question, or would answer a different question that made no sense. It seemed like sometimes they hadn’t even read my email.Also, they used to host a vendor open house every month, which was really great. Apparently they got rid of this at some point, and I had to find out from one of our vendors. There was also no communication about when the next vendor open house would be.The venue also tried to add on rules about drinks a few weeks before our wedding. When the contract is signed, you also sign a form about general rules for the venue, mostly reasonable stuff. They tried to add to this without us agreeing, which was ridiculous. Things did go smoothly for the day of; there was just one thing that really irked me. We had planned to trim the bridesmaids bouquets after the ceremony to reuse as centerpiece florals, which was an idea the venue had and the florist said was very common, not a ridiculous thing to do. I was going to have my girls trim them and then take them up, and had gone over how much needed to be trimmed so they would fit. After the ceremony, our coordinator Krista said she and another employee would take them and get them trimmed and and get them to the centerpieces. I remember stating that they needed a lot trimmed off so they wouldn’t be crooked. During the reception I noticed that the majority of the bouquets were completely crooked in the centerpieces and almost falling out. I’m not sure if they were trimmed at all, if so they only took off an inch maybe. This really bothered me, because we had brought shears and were ready to take care of it ourselves but she assured me they could handle it and they just didn’t.Overall, our wedding was still great and people had a great time. Most likely these issues are common problems with the wedding industry. We looked at about a dozen venues and this one seemed good for the price/package. This venue was also somewhat new. About halfway through our planning time, this company opened up another location and you could really tell that they were focusing all their energy on the new place and kind of neglecting this one.

Aldea Weddings at the Landmark did such an amazing job with our wedding. The Aldea family knows how to coordinate a wedding. We liked The Landmark because it had a nice classic look in an old historic building. You can choose to either have an indoor or outdoor wedding; both options are wonderful. If you choose to have your wedding outside, there is a pretty white gazebo in the background of your ceremony. As far as the wedding planning goes, Aldea helps to simplify everything. They have various price options or packages to choose from but ultimately you pay one package price and this price includes not only the venue and the coordinator, but also the florist, the cake, the photographer, the officiant, the bartender and alcohol, the caterer, and the DJ. They have several options of each of these preferred vendors too. This is great because though you are paying for a wedding package, you still get vendors to choose from such as several different caterer options, various photographer choices, a dessert table or cake, etc. The staff is so flexible too. I truly believe that they will do whatever it takes to help you create the wedding of your dreams. Taylor was our coordinator on the day of the wedding. She did absolutely amazing. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing venue. After our wedding, many of our guests commented on how nice everything looked and how everything flowed so smoothly. A few even said that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to! I would highly recommend Aldea Weddings. If The Landmark isn't the venue for you, they also have two other venues: Aldea at Tlaquepaque and Tercero by Aldea Weddings.

My husband and I got married at the Landmark in Novemeber and our experience was incredible. They were Extremely helpful through out our wedding planning experience. The venue it’s self has a gorgeous vintage feel. The wedding coordinators were all amazing and super helpful. The day of the wedding, they set everything up for us, I didn’t have to worry about anything! The day ran so smoothly and my husband and I were able to enjoy our beautiful day together. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for the perfect place to get married!!

Honestly the best decision I made for the entire wedding. They made it so easy to plan a wedding and were there for every step. You have regular meetings in which they go over everything to help make sure you are not forgetting anything along the way. The site is gorgeous and makes for beautiful photos. We did an indoor ceremony which was perfect since it was so warm outside the day of. Alex was amazing and worked around my crazy work schedule to set up meetings and really helped make things extra special for the day.

We absolutely loved having our wedding here at the Landmark! Alex, our coordinator, was so attentive and helped us take care of everything. It is so nice having a venue that is all inclusive- we really did not have to worry about bringing in much of anything on our own and we knew that everything would run smoothly day of. It is a lovely venue, and the bridal suite especially was amazing!! We highly recommend!

This venue is perfect for your special day! Most importantly it is truly ALL INCLUSIVE( venue, food, alcohol, decor,ceremony, appetizers, day of coordinator, everything)! My husband and I decided to cash flow our wedding so budget was VERY important. We got EVERYTHING we were looking for from this venue. The owners Evelyn and Joseph are fantastic! Our day of coordinator was Alexis. I can never find the words to thank this Angel properly. She was right there anytime she was needed. My own personal 'wedding ninja', lol. She made the day run smoothly. I loved not having to task my friends, family, or myself with any major 'day of', errands or setup. I could go on and on about Aldea Weddings at The Landmark. I will end by saying don't make your decision on wedding venues until at least going to visit this one!

I was so happy that we booked with Aldea at the Landmark! Our wedding day was absolutely amazing there. Leading up to the wedding day, the staff (specifically Alex) were so helpful in helping us prepare, answering all of our questions, and making us feel comfortable! The vendor selection that they have is excellent, but are also flexible if you want to bring in an outside vendor. We used all of their vendors and they worked together really well. It was also helpful working with their vendors because Aldea does a lot of the communication for you. You can't pass up the value of this venue either! It was one of the least expensive venues we saw, but in our opinion, the most beautiful too! Highly recommend the Landmark!!

Having our wedding at Aldea at the Landmark was a great decision! My wife and I got married at Aldea at the Landmark in March. After shopping around all over the Phoenix area we decided on The Landmark because we loved the charm and character of the old property and because their prices were reasonable and competitive compared to other venues in Phoenix. The venue is perfect for a romantic, vintage feel which is exactly what we wanted. Looking back we are completely satisfied with our decision. They are very flexible, lettingyou add your own touches to the wedding and have some amazing vendors to work with. On the wedding day, the Aldea puts a huge emphasis on letting you and your spouse relax and enjoy the day, making sure it is special for you and all the little details are taken care of. Our wedding coordinator, Alex, did an amazing job putting everything together. She constantly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I felt like my wife and I were able to sit back and fully enjoy the day, thanks to all the hard work Alex and the Aldea staff did. Our wedding at the Landmark was perfect beyond anything we dreamed of! We got dozens of compliments from friends and family saying it was the best wedding they have been to and that they had so much fun. I am confident anyone else who gets married at Aldea will have a similar experience!

My husband and I got married here earlier this month. Everything was absolutely perfect. Upon booking we were given an orientation where they gave us all the information we needed to know. We left the meeting knowing everything. Three months before our wedding date we had our decorative meeting. We went over every little detail. Nothing was left out. It made the planning process so easy and I had nothing to stress or worry about. During our final meeting Alex was assigned as our coordinator. She went over all of the details we decided on through out the planning process. She also made sure we didn't miss anything. She made us feel so comfortable. She made sure everything was perfect during the rehearsal and day of. I was so nervous and she even made me feel so relaxed prior to the ceremony. I recommend The Landmark to anyone. They are so professional and truly make your wedding day special! Amazing job Alex, Evelyn, and staff!Our vendors were amazing as well. We used Ivonne Carlton, Andy Castano, Tulip and TeaCups, T0ny the Entertainer, and Mi Catering. All of our guests even recognized how amazing these vendors were. We got so many compliments. We wouldn't have changed one thing :)

The whole team at the Landmark were so supportive throughout the planning process. From our first open house to the day of our wedding, the entire team (specifically our coordinator Alex and the owner Evelyn) were very responsive to our questions and gave the advice and feedback we needed to make informed decisions.The decoration package was so essential to a stress-free day! Literally everything was taken care of. The items we brought to personalize the venue were meticulously inventoried and they ensured we got everything back at the end of the night. Best of all, no one came to me on the day-of to ask questions I didn't have time to answer. The planning process could not have been easier with Alex and Evelyn assisting. They were also very accommodating with any changes we needed to make. I would recommend this venue a million times over.

What I learned through touring over 10-12 venues and then planning my wedding is that where you have your wedding isn't nearly as important as who you have your wedding with. Ever meet someone and just know after talking to them for a little bit that you NEED to be involved in what they've got going on? That is absolutely what we felt the first time my husband and I met with Evelyn and the Aldea team. While on the great venue search, we randomly received an email about a 'new venue' available in Mesa, and on a lark reached out and set an appointment to meet with Evelyn and tour the Landmark facility. Evelyn welcomed us in the parking lot and lead us onto the grounds, and then into the office, which at that time was probably the only area that could be considered finished! Despite the initial hesitation and small desire to flee, it seriously only took just minutes of talking with Evelyn for it to be clear. This was a team with a vision and a passion, and she completely sold us on the dream. We got to see architects plans for the property, she walked us through the then gutted out buildings and pointed out what features were going to go where, and what they dreamt of when this place was finished. We didn't tell her that day, but once we got back to the car, my husband and I knew it. We were in. Being sane human beings, we decided that we would go to one of the open houses at the Tlaquepaque location in phoenix. If there were no red flags, this was the venue for us. We just knew it. Well, long story short, we went to the Tlaquepaque location and toured it. We met the rest of the Aldea family and their vendors and the rest is history! Our wedding was 8 months later, and not for one minute did we have any regrets. Kayla ended up being our on site coordinator and she was incredible. She was full of knowledge and advice, and would always point us in the right direction when it came to decisions. She knew what details needed covered, and allowed us creativity and freedom to personalize our wedding. I literally could not have more positive things to say about Kayla. She was professional, fun, organized, thorough and flexible. She never took more than a few hours to respond to questions, and any time i asked her to follow up on something, i had answers almost immediately. On top of our experience with Kayla, really the entire Aldea family was phenomenal. We felt like any time we showed up at any of the open houses (and we attended MANY), everyone knew who we were, and were incredibly warm and welcoming. My husband and I even got caught 'stalking' the landmark location while it was under construction one day, and Matthew spotted us and waved us in and allowed us to see all the changes and progress that had been made. We really felt like we were part of something incredibly special.Now, exactly one month since our wedding, I feel like I can genuinely say that this was one of the best decisions we made when wedding planning, and not feel like we're just wrapped up in the moment! As a bride in the phoenix area, you are bombarded with options. You can compare prices, locations, amenities, details and on and on and on. Some places might have better options for you - everyone is different. But what i can vouch for is that not only will you have an incredible wedding at the Landmark, you will really feel like you are a part of something special when you work with them.
