Allegro Wedding & Events Venue Reviews

10/10, absolutely recommend! During our wedding search I had Allegro saved as one of my front runners, but had my sights set on another popular venue in Dripping Springs. As soon as we pulled up to Allegro and met Amber for our tour, we knew we found the place. Not only are the views incredible, but the team there treats you like family. Amber, Michele, Zach, the entire team was so sweet, welcoming and accommodating. The entire grounds were absolutely immaculate every time we visited. We got so many compliments from our guests. As an added bonus, they don’t nickel and dime you to death! The service at Allegro was leaps and bounds ahead of anywhere else we toured, and I’m so glad we made the decision to get married there. You won’t regret getting married at Allegro. Reviewed on 20-12-2023

Thank you to the entire Allegro team as we navigated through the planning phases, final walkthrough, and during our wedding day! We were introduced to the Allegro team by our planners, Raecca Camat and Kris Ussery of Gatherings Reimagined, as they are one of their preferred vendors. Amber was warm and welcoming to us newly engaged couple. We could tell that she and her team put a lot of thought into highlighting what makes Allegro an amazing venue. We wanted the peace and quiet of the Texas hill country and a venue that boasted its views. Their location is tucked in the city of Dripping Springs which was perfect for what we envisioned when it came to our selection. We fell in love with our first walkthrough with Amber and Whitney. Will Ferrel’s character in Step Brothers said it best, “There’s so much room for activities!” We first chose our ceremony location to be just outside of Grace Chapel, but we opted for the Garden Lawn during our final walkthrough as it really highlighted the Texas hill country views we want our guests to enjoy. The venue also offered FIVE cottages as onsite lodging option, which came extremely helpful when we were looking for ways to accommodate some of our out of state relatives. Our questions were answered promptly and they truly knew how to create an amazing space for our big day. Some highlights on their wedding package allowed us to have a full day’s worth of access to the entire venue during our wedding day, an hour dedicated for breakdown, and complimentary shuttle service with one of their partners if our guests booked with certain lodging options around the area. Since our wedding day was during F1 weekend, we were not able to provided the shuttle service to our guests as the lodging partners were fully booked. However, it was nice to know that this was an option for guests if we had a different wedding date. During our initial search, they were honest and transparent about their packages and prices — something we truly appreciated during the initial stages of our planning. We wanted to know what we were getting into when it came to what a venue offered with our budget before getting into a walkthrough. We also appreciated the many preferred vendors they are partnered with. This helped provide options for us to explore. It gave us the peace of mind that these vendors are trusted and their service is top notch. It was also a plus that there was already a bar vendor (Peak Beverage) with our package. This checked one thing off our list and again, gave us the peace of mind.Amber and the Allegro team was extremely generous enough to offer complimentary access to the cottages the night before the wedding day and provide an earlier arrival time for our hair and makeup (Mistique Makeup). We were able to provide a lodging option for my mom, my mom’s partner, my aunts and uncles, and my grandma’s sister (That’s 11 people!) It just goes to show how hospitable Allegro is. During the wedding day, we felt very taken care of with Kassidy as the events manager. She was just as warm and kind as the rest of the Allegro team — always attentive to the needs of the couple and everyone around them. Amber and Michele were so accommodating to us and our guests, stopping by to give their best wishes before they left. I am so glad we celebrated our wedding at Allegro! The teamwork is amazing! Everyone was professional, proactive, and just as excited to celebrate their clients’ weddings and events! Reviewed on 25-10-2023

Allegro was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. From the beautiful venue itself, to the management team being AMAZING, we could not be happier with the experience with this venue. Amber was so communicative and helpful throughout the planning process, sending ideas and answering every little question along the way. They were so flexible with our needs and worked with us to make sure our day was perfect. They make you feel like family throughout the journey, and we cannot recommend them enough! I cannot recommend this venue more. My wedding day was made perfect because of the ENTIRE Allegro team. I can guarantee that that Amber + Michelle + Co. will be the perfect calming presence that anyone needs when planning a large event. The grounds are immaculate, the venue and chapel are cool in the summer, cabins are an absolute must for any event. You should have absolutely no doubts then considering Allegro and the amazing people that run it! This team truly cares about their clients and guests and giving each and every person that steps onto property an experience of a lifetime. Reviewed on 05-07-2023
Dorothy Kallmayer(other)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-10-2022 First, I hate how long it took me to write this review. My daughter was married at Allegro in October of 2022. We could not have picked a better location for so MANY reasons. The view, individual locations from within the venue (Chapel, Barn, Pavilion, and Cottages), and the staff. Amber and Whitney were absolutely the BEST! They helped with suggestions on vendors and so much more. They allowed me to visit several times prior to the event for planning proposes. They recommended an amazing day planner (A Bride a Day) to help me on the day of as I was doing all the planning for my daughter’s wedding. One the day before the wedding they assisted me in getting the place fully ready…I did my own decorations, so it was a lot. On the day of the wedding, they were present for the entire event. They made sure that I (the mother) and my daughter (the bride) had everything we needed. Even the simplest of things that I would have missed because I was busy or entertaining, they made sure I didn’t.The Venue itself is beautiful down to every touch. We liked having the Groom and Bridal Cottages for getting ready, the Chapel for the service, Pavilion for the cocktail hour, and the barn for the reception. Plus, it holds a lot of people. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Reviewed on 14-04-2023
Janelle Gates(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-09-2022 Looking back on our wedding there is not a single thing I would change! From the initial tour to the day after our wedding the Allegro team made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. One of the major reasons we booked this venue, aside from it being absolutely gorgeous, was due to Amber and her team. Amber responded to my request for a tour quicker than any of the other venues we were looking at and that was an accurate representation of her communication style throughout our wedding season! She promptly responded to emails, calls, and texts (to her personal phone!) at pretty much any hour. Many of my questions and concerns would come late at night or over the weekend, Amber addressed all within a miniscule amount of time. She explained everything to me in great detail and walked me through different possibilities if I hit a wall with any of my planning.Upon the initial tour I was concerned the venue may be too small to accommodate our wedding size (200) while allowing our guests space to move around. During one of my many visits to the venue (Yes, Amber let me pop by multiple times!) Amber arranged the reception floor plan for me so I could see what things would look like on the night of our wedding! This was such a huge relief and from there forward I was confident that our guests would have more than enough space to celebrate. For brides out there that hate lines - I was also concerned that there were not enough bathrooms on the property but we liked everything else about Allegro so we took the chance. I was happily proven wrong the night of our wedding! Not once was there a large line for the bathrooms.Another great thing about this venue is that there are so many different areas to use throughout your special day! We opted for happy hour under the pavilion, ceremony under the trees, and the reception in the main hall but I was definitely torn with all of the other great options. I went to a wedding at Allegro a few weeks after our own and it is safe to say it felt completely different. The venue has such a beautiful base which allows for brides to add on easily and make their wedding day completely their own.Since opening, the Allegro staff has been determined to make the venue top of the line! The accents are gorgeous and clearly thought through. The cabins, which were used for getting ready and overnight guests, were carefully curated with luxurious furniture and art. Our wedding party had everything we needed for getting ready and my husband LOVED having a TV in the groomsmen cabin for pre-wedding football! Amber and the Allegro staff were essentially like another part of my wedding day team! Amber was always checking on me to make sure I was feeling great and seeing if my Day of Coordinator ran into any issues. She even held the door open for me as I began my walk down our aisle! She provided my DOC with a walkie talkie and they were in constant communication the whole day. When I say I didn’t worry about a thing on the day of our wedding, I mean it! Leading up to the wedding Amber and her team bent over backwards for me. We were able to arrange an early drop off of a few wedding items, she allowed me to extend our rehearsal time, and she provided me with many connections for vendors. I can’t even begin to recommend Allegro enough. For many venues you will be just another bride. At Allegro you will be known and treated as though you are one of their best friends getting married!
