Aloft was amazing to work with! They were able to customize and adjust with us as we asked questions and brought up other concerns. The chef was very conscious of any food allergies as well. The food was also incredible!! Everyone was talking about the steak (get the Thai chicken skewers as the appetizer, trust me). During the wedding weekend there was always someone around if we needed them. The entire team was very professional and very easy to work with.

Aloft was absolutely incredible! Dani and Amanda made sure everything was flawless, their team set up everything I brought in myself, the food was amazing and despite having a recall of an appetizer the day of our wedding, their chef whipped up a superb spinach puff!! We booked our wedding at Four Winds Bridal show and the team of professionals blew us out of the water! Dani and Amanda made me feel absolutely confident in my wedding day from the very beginning through the end!
