Our wedding gazebo is the perfect place to say 'I Do' for an outdoor wedding and our main ballroom overlooks our private golf course giving the perfect ambiance to host your wedding reception. We are dedicated to working with you toward a gorgeous, stress-free wedding day where you, your family and friends can enjoy the views, delicious cuisine and friendly service that Alta Vista has to offer. The most magical day of my life! Alta Vista was so beautiful, our photos were amazing on the golf course and they took us around on a golf cart to different spots. I loved that the ceremony space was outdoors and the cocktail hour was so close with plenty of space on the patio. The reception hall has amazing lighting and we got to pick our color theme. The food was delicious - I had lots of feedback from my guests that the food was really good which I don’t hear at weddings often. Everything about my experience was fantastic - especially the wedding coordinator Amy!! If you have the chance to work with their in-house wedding coordinator Amy, I hope you take advantage because she was so sweet and organized, very responsive leading up to the wedding day, and made my life so much easier - she handled everything and even saved me food for afterwards on the drive home! This was the perfect venue for us and we thank you Alta Vista!

I could not have picked a better venue to have my wedding. Since day 1, Liz met our needs immediately and we just knew it was the right choice. Anna was my go to for any questions or concerns and was always so attentive and got back to me right away. Long story short, this wedding was booked and planned within 3 months of our big day and it could not have been any more perfect without the help of all my vendors. Venue was beautiful! Received so many compliments and to this day still get comments on how much they loved our wedding. Thank you for making this day so memorable!

I could not have picked a better venue to have my wedding. Since day 1, Liz met our needs immediately and we just knew it was the right choice. Anna was my go to for any questions or concerns and was always so attentive and got back to me right away. Long story short, this wedding was booked and planned within 3 months of our big day and it could not have been any more perfect without the help of all my vendors. Venue was beautiful! My husband and I had our wedding in May 2023 at Alta Vista Country Club. I honestly did not have to worry about much about the process because the AVCC team was really helpful. I was guided step by step throughout the entire process. On top of that, the venue is beautiful itself. My photographer was able to capture amazing photos by the bridge which is a must do spot for your wedding photos. Moreover, the food was delicious including appetizers and main course. They were served on time that none of the guests had to wait. I received lots of compliments about the food after the wedding. “Best wedding food that i have had so far” was one of the feedbacks. I am very thankful for Anna, Liz and Amy who worked together to make sure my wedding went smoothly which it did beautifully.

We were very happy with the beautiful venue. Alta Vista Country Club was exactly the place we were looking for to have our reception. The layout of the reception hall was wonderful. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The food was amazing. We received many complements from our guests.

After searching high and low on the Knot for our perfect wedding venue that specifically fit our needs, we found Alta Vista Country Club. We loved how simple they made what could be such a stressful process. Both Anna and Liz were extremely easy to communicate and work with! Every detail that we had questions on were clearly addressed. We truly felt cared for and did not feel like just another customer. We could not have asked for a better duo to work with, as well as a better venue to celebrate our special day. They also gave us a list of vendors who they've closely worked with, which made finding local vendors all the more simple. The venue perfectly catered to our needs, accommodating our large families. The huge parking lot made parking a breeze for a 240 guest list, as well as comfortably fit our In-N-Out truck. The venue had also just undergone renovation and it was BEAUTIFUL inside! Logistics aside, the food was absolutely AMAZING! Our guests were pleasantly surprised how delicious all courses tasted. Secondly, the bar really outdid themselves and kept our guests happy with amazing drinks and spectacular service. It truly was an honor to work with Anna and Liz at Alta Vista Country Club, and we would highly recommend using them for your special day!

The entire Alta Vista staff has been professional and relational. During our entire process, Anna & Liz has been great communicating and helping us along. For almost all our needs, we used Alta Vista’s preferred vendors and got to see exactly why they’re preferred. Vendors were communicative and totally bang for buck. Overall amazing venue and service. The food tasting they provided for couples was an amazing dating night experience and all the meal choices were excellent!! We ended up choosing buffet style and it was a hit amongst guests! Overall beautiful venue with photo spots unique to AVCC and all inclusive packaging made planning so much more smoothly than we could ever do individually!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Alta Vista Country Club in February. Anna and Liz made the entire process a breeze and our day went seamlessly. We utilized many of their recommended vendors and had a great experience with them as well. It was incredibly convenient and picture perfect being able do our photos on the lawn. The food was delicious, the environment was everything we had dreamed of, and we are so glad we had our reception at Alta Vista!

After viewing the beautiful venue and location we decided to book our son's wedding reception at Alta Vista, we initially worked with Liz and then our main coordinator Anna. Both were very professional, helpful, and just plain nice. Everything was explained well and followed up on. They organized it so that we met on certain dates prior to the event and then followed up by email. They made any accommodations we asked for such as a separate room for prayer. We used both the outside lawn area as well as the ballroom and both were set up to our specifications. I would definitely recommend them for any event, they have different packages for different budgets and we felt our choice suited us well. Thanks to Alta Vista management and staff for everything!

AVCC was the perfect venue for what my wife and I were looking for. The ceremony space was gorgeous and specious enough to fit our 200 guests, and the trees provided the perfect amount of shade without causing distracting shadows. We were worried the reception area was going to be cramped with 200, but instead it felt intimate and was absolutely beautiful. The food at the reception was also top notch, and we got so many comments from our guests that it was the best wedding food they've had in a long time. All throughout our planning process, Anna and Liz were so accommodating for us to achieve what we needed for our special day with aid in scheduling and spacing. Even after the event when we weren't completely happy with one of the outside vendors, they remedied the situation so painlessly and quickly. We highly recommend this venue, and you won't regret it!

We want to send a huge thank you to Anna and Liz and the whole team of Alta Vista Country Club staff who helped make our dream wedding come true! We happened to come across this venue through a friend’s recommendation. Other locations we were looking at did not satisfy our likings because there was always something missing. Upon researching and inquiring with Anna and Liz we did a little bit more research and we agreed that this was the place! Location was a big deal for us so we knew that Alta Vista was the place! It is all inclusive, they offer great packages depending on your budget, the meal choices are great (another reason why we picked this place), and they have a great selection of vendors to choose from! The gazebo area where our reception was held provides shade, and there was no problem with the grass as some guests might be wearing heels. They also have a separate bridal room away from the groom’s room so that you can change and get ready. Their golf course is also amazing for formal pictures. Our photographer was able to get beautiful pictures as the sun was slightly starting to set. A little discrepancy though with the country club female members though- despite a sign and a drape separating the locker room and the bridal suit, some country club members kept barging in to the bridal section and they gave us attitude when we told them that this section was occupied by the bridal party. Please keep that in mind and contact your coordinator or Alta Vista if it happens to future brides. Other than that, we LOVED this venue! It was perfect for us! We had the best day of our lives and we wish we could relive the moment at this location! Overall, Alta Vista captured our dream wedding- intimate yet fun!

We had our wedding and reception at Alta Vista Country Club back in November 2021. This review is long overdue. We booked our wedding date during the peak of COVID, and the team at Alta Vista was nothing short of amazing. There were a lot of COVID protocols that still needed to be adhered to leading up to and on the day of our wedding, and the wedding team assured us that our day will go smoothly. Their wedding package was perfect for our needs. We had about 150 guests attend our wedding, and everyone had such a blast. My husband and I aren't very picky with decorations, so their wedding packages came in really handy. The florist they were partnered with for the package I ended up hiring as our Wedding Coordinator - Amy Foster. That was one of the best decisions we made to hire Amy to coordinate with Alta Vista and our other vendors. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and the reception is a very short distance from the ceremony site-- which was super helpful since we had guests who had mobility issues. The package was affordable for our family. The places on the property to take photos were amazing! I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

Me and my husband absolutely loved having our wedding here! We initially came to Alta Vista to tour their space for the reception dinner, but once we saw the outdoor area, we fell in love with it and decided to have our ceremony there. We had a January wedding and I was a bit worried about the weather and worried that our guests would be freezing during the outdoor ceremony, but we were so blessed to have perfect weather! Alta Vista even had a backup plan in case there was bad weather, which I appreciated. I loved the fact that everything was in one location! I was able to get ready there in the morning, have our photoshoots at the country club, and most importantly have ceremony and reception all in the same spot. It was super convenient for not only those involved with preparations but the wedding party, family, and guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and I know our guests loved the food because they were talking about it after the event!Overall, I want to say thank you to Anna and Liz for being so patient and so helpful throughout the whole process of planning our wedding! I am honestly sad that I won't be able to experience wedding planning again. Beyond all the tears and stress, it was the best day of our lives!

This review is LONG over due. After a wedding, life gets back to being crazy and not only that, but Alta Vista also took awhile to get back to us after everything they put us through.We first want to say how we are SO thankful for all the help they did as we approached our big day and how much we LOVED Miguel the day of. He was so on top of it all and everyone was so impressed. BUT from the moment our wedding ended, everything just went from 100 to 1, real quick.They put all of our stuff in a room that we were unaware about. They did not tell us that we had our stuff in a room NEXT to where the rest of our wedding party stuff was placed. This led them to have ALL of our things we wanted back go MISSING. They had my veil go missing, the one my grandmother hand made for me. This had me stressing during my HONEYMOON. If you just got married, you do not want to be stressed on your honeymoon, worried about a piece from your wedding day that is so important to you.After about 2 weeks of searching, they randomly “found” my veil, but ALL of our ceremony details that we purposely purchased or made ourselves to put in our home (so our money didn’t go to waste, like it did) were thrown away. We were happy to have my veil back, but the money we spent on our ceremony stuff went to waste AND something else SO important to us is forever gone.We did a unique unity during our ceremony. We had a canvas and had our thumbprint on it as a stamp. It was so sweet, laughable, and cute, how it was a little messed up and it was something that brought two hearts together that were made into the shape of a heart. A unity.Luckily, our photographer captured it and the final product, but we are still heartbroken (even months after), that we will never have our unity canvas placed in our home.BEWARE that you may lose your hard earned money on two things:When signing the contract, we were told we can move our ceremony time up a half hour or back a half hour, which would also move up or move back our reception end time. We decided to move it back a half hour, to allow for our ceremony to be at sunset and to end our reception at 12:00AM, instead of 11:30PM. Well, we lost 30 minutes of party time. We have emails to prove that we were suppose to end at 12:00AM, but they still ended our wedding at 11:30PM. That is 30 minutes of dancing time for us and our guest that got cut short. I don’t know how much that is worth in money for it, but it is money that we did not get our full package for.Another area we lost money on is that not all of our guest did not receive cake. When I say not all of our guest, I mean 75%! If we knew that only a handful of our guest would get pieces of cake, we would have ordered cupcakes to ensure everyone got something.After speaking with Alta Vista about a refund for all that they put us through AND how they did not give us our full package on our day, they chose not to give us a partial refund. We understand that they are not responsible for our things that are left behind, but we were NOT told where our things were. Miguel and I went on a search through out the venue that night to find out things and never checked a room that they then (after the wedding day) it was in. 
We were wanting to share all about this venue and make sure others got married here because we thought that during the planning process and how Miguel was awesome made us love it, but after getting married here, I do not recommend getting married here.

Alta Vista was an absolutely amazing venue. It is very beautiful, with a lovely gazebo for the ceremony, plenty beautiful scenery for photos, including trees, ponds, and even a really pretty stone bridge. Best of all was the expertise and passion of the staff dedicated to the weddings. We spent most of our time with Ashley, who was amazing, and spent the day coordinating everything and helping us actually pull it off. Miguel was our go-to guy on the day, too, constantly getting us water or drinks, and helping with photos. It’s a gorgeous venue, wonderful food, and fantastic people. I would 100% recommend them!

There are not enough positive words to describe Alta Vista CC. When I set up an appointment to see the venue Taryn was already very helpful. She was the only one to follow up with me after I had checked out the venue. She or her assistant, Hilary, would respond to my emails in a very prompt manner. Throughout the year of my wedding planning, they were always there to help me and give suggestions when I had questions. The days leading up to the wedding was when I was most happy I chose them. I was able to do a lot with their ballroom (without ruining the walls, which was fine with me; they suggested command strips) to make it the unique wedding I had wanted. I gave them several boxes of decor with plans for each them. The ballroom was even better than I had envisioned. They really helped my dream become a reality.Now let's talk about the famous Miguel. He honestly made our wedding so relaxing and enjoyable. We didn't get married at Alta Vista, but I could only imagine how he would have been if we had. He was so hands-on and there for EVERY need. No joke. I kept reading reviews about him; I was so excited to meet him. We drove up from our ceremony and he comes running to us to open our door for us. We get inside and he immediately gets us a drink of our choice. He walked around with us and our photographer to get us the perfect picture opps. Once we got inside, he saved hors d'evours for us to eat with our dinner. He made sure that not only me and husband were taken care of, but all of our guests as well. I was never dehydrated; he would bring a glass of water to my husband and me when we were dancing. He is spectacular! You can tell he loves what he does and just wants to make sure people are happy. Miguel is the BEST.The food was very delicious. When we went in for the food tasting, I was so relieved that their food was so good. I got a lot of compliments from my guests that they enjoyed all of their food. They had a good variety of food to choose from. Alta Vista was incredible in every way. I am so happy we chose them for our wedding venue. It was perfect!

Words truly cannot describe how happy I am that I chose AVCC for my wedding venue!!! The entire staff was incredible from start to finish. Hilary was so sweet in answering all my emails in a timely fashion as well as doing our food tasting and meeting with me whenever I needed her. Taryn was also incredible in answering emails very fast and she was so organized during the rehearsal. We had a large group and she made everyone feel welcomed and at ease. Miguel is my new best friend...ha ha. He was INCREDIBLE the night of our wedding making sure me and the groom always had a drink in hand and always making sure we were okay. I felt catered to like royalty. He even made sure I had enough to eat when too many people were coming over to me during dinner. I am very Type A and wanted everything just \"so so\". The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't nervous, stressed, or worried. They did everything I asked and they truly made our wedding day/night possible. The outdoor ceremony site is GORGEOUS! We had our wedding this past weekend and by 2pm the entire area was shaded so guests weren't warm or needing sunglasses. The grounds are kept beautifully and the gazebo was very clean and ready for use at any time. The indoors were gorgeous also with plenty of room for everyone to walk around. My favorite part were the huge windows looking out to the patio and golf course with the trees being lit up at night. The dance floor is a great size and the room can open up to accommodate as many people as you need (max capacity 250).The food was incredible also! We chose the chicken in lemon caper sauce with veggies and roasted potatoes. Everyone was also given a side salad and bread. I got nothing but compliments at how good and hot the food was and that's hard to do with a guest list of over 200 people!The picture spots were gorgeous also! Miguel rode with our photographer while my groom and I got our own cart to go zip around the course and grounds to find the perfect picture spots. For the price, value, and everything else you get, I will HANDS DOWN recommend AVCC to anyone planning a wedding. Truly, you will not be sorry! I promise you that!

My Husband and I were just married at Alta Vista on Friday, July 15th, 2016 and it was the best decision we ever made! Not only was Alta Vista very reasonable for a summer wedding, they completely took care of us from day one. They were not pushy on selling upgrades or higher packages, which made me feel comfortable. They responded to every phone call and e-mail immediately. (Seriously, a dream come true) They were also flexible when we wanted to have a last minute meeting. I felt so calm the day of, because I knew that I had the most amazing staff. Taryn & Hillary, thank you for the best day ever. Miguel went above and beyond (to the point that family and our vendors noticed). He was literally with us every step of the way- making sure I had water, a drink, or ANYTHING else I needed. He is the best! I hope you consider this venue for your wedding/event, because I couldn't have had a better experience. So many people told us what a beautiful place it was. Alta Vista Country Club is a great venue for an all-inclusive wedding. We had our ceremony at the Gazebo, which happens to be private and very beautiful. We were able to host our cocktail reception outside which was a huge plus for us as our wedding was on the Friday prior to Labor Day. The locker rooms are great for getting ready prior to the ceremony. The outside fire pit worked perfectly for our Photo Booth and Cigar Lounge. The lights on the course trees make the evening views sparkle. This is a great venue that offers wonderful weddings / receptions for all budgets. We elected to do the Diamond Package.\rTaryn was a delight to work with during the planning stages. She took time to answer all our questions and sometimes daily emails. Hilary can easily step in when Taryn is off and they make a perfect pair to help coordinate wedding details. They set up our tables and room nicely that day of the wedding. That service comes with booking your wedding with Alta Vista. Not many places can say that. Another really big plus is that while taking photos, the wedding party is served cocktails and appetizers. Miguel is a superstar and really makes sure the Bride and Groom are treated like royalty the day of the wedding and through the entire reception. Guest love Miguel as he tries to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of during the night. He really spoiled us and also took some great photos alongside our professional photographer. Miguel made sure we stayed hydrated throughout the day/night and it really made a huge impact on us. Miguel ROCKS! The wedding reception went so well guest did not want to leave. Lots of fun, leaving to a sparkler send-off is a blast, great times and memories were made.\rThere were a few hiccups / issues that took place during the ceremony and the staff at Alta Vista did what they could to make sure it did not impact the night negatively. They also took time to hear our concerns a few days later and we felt they listed and responded appropriately. We would definitely recommend Alta Vista for your wedding needs. \r

We had our ceremony nearby and Alta Vista was an amazing nearby reception venue. From the start Taryn and Hillary were amazing, and so helpful. They helped us through each step of the reception planning process. Honestly our reception was one of the easiest parts of the day. On our wedding day we actually spent one of my favorite parts of the day outside Alta Vista in the entry. My hubby and I got a chance to just chill out and have some peace and quiet... And then there was Miguel! I would recommend Alta Vista solely based on Miguel!!! He made us feel like king and queen for the day. I was so hungry and dehydrated and he went sprinting all around the venue to bring us drinks and snacks, and even Gatorade! Definitely needed those electrolytes ;) Overall we had an exceptional reception, everyone commented that it was so beautiful and we had so much fun. My only complaint is we didn't discuss what happens with the cake, and that was partially my fault. By the time cake was served a lot of people weren't in their seats, so they weren't served, a lot of people missed out on cake. When we called the next morning to get the leftovers we were informed they had been thrown out, which was so disappointing. We paid aa couple hundred dollars to upgrade the cake from the standard cake that was included and we didn't even get to keep the leftovers. Other than that most everything went amazing. Thank you Alta Vista!!!

We had our ceremony nearby and Alta Vista was an amazing nearby reception venue. From the start Taryn and Hillary were amazing, and so helpful. They helped us through each step of the reception planning process. Honestly our reception was one of the easiest parts of the day. On our wedding day we actually spent one of my favorite parts of the day outside Alta Vista in the entry. My hubby and I got a chance to just chill out and have some peace and quiet... And then there was Miguel! I would recommend Alta Vista solely based on Miguel!!! He made us feel like king and queen for the day. I was so hungry and dehydrated and he went sprinting all around the venue to bring us drinks and snacks, and even Gatorade! Definitely needed those electrolytes ;) Overall we had an exceptional reception, everyone commented that it was so beautiful and we had so much fun. My only complaint is we didn't discuss what happens with the cake, and that was partially my fault. I am so happy I chose Alta Vista Country Club for my Wedding venue reception in May of this year. It was a beautiful venue with a golf course view. They also offer amazing wedding packages and they have great recommendations to their preferred vendor lists. I chose my florist from Cinderalla's florist through their preferred vendors and I loved her work. I also chose Creative Cakes from their vendor lists and the cake turned out so nice and it was really good. Alta Vista has a wonderful staff and I loved working with all of them, Taryn was very helpful and professional through my wedding planning and was extremely responsive whenever I had any questions & Hilary was also very helpful. I really liked how it was easy to meet with my vendors whenever I had appointments with them at Alta Vista. Miguel was also really nice to me and my family when we would come in for appointments, he always assisted me and my vendors and offered us lemonade :) I was blown away on the day of my wedding, they all worked so hard to set up my venue and Miguel and Taryn were assisting through the reception with anything that was needed. Miguel was so generous and offered my husband and I champagne through out the night and made us feel like royalty :) The service was perfection and all the servers and bar tenders were professional. Also, the food was sooo delicious. I would highly recommend Alta Vista for a Wedding. They have an amazing staff and will definitely make your wedding planning so easy. As a bride, planning a wedding could be stressful and I would have to say that during the process and the day of my wedding, Alta Vista's staff was so easy to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. :)

Alta Vista was a dream come true! Taryn, Hilary and Miguel were wonderful to work with in planning, answering questions and making the process seamless overall! I got married here this past July and on behalf of my husband and I , Alta Vista is amazing! We booked our reception at Alta Vista over a year in advance. On our first meeting, we fell in love with this place and knew this place was the one. Fast forward to about a month before our wedding the banquet manager who we were working with was no longer working there and Stephanie in the interim wanted to meet with us and and assure us that they are on top of everything and not to worry. Taryn who is the new banquet & catering manager emailed us and wanted to also meet with us which was roughly around 2 weeks before our wedding. She went through every detail with us to make sure she had everything correct.\r On the day of our wedding reception, Taryn greeted us upon arrival, let us see our reception before a lot of guests started to arrive. Taryn and all the staff at Alta Vista did such wonderful job of putting the room together. Miguel took over for the rest of the evening and was also amazing! I remember him always checking on us to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything! He is very outgoing and always around if you needed him. There was a little miscommunication with my cake vendor and Alta Vista stepped in and gave us a little cake so that we can cut into for picture purposes( on a side note: we weren't originally serving cake to our guests as we had an ice cream bar instead, The cake we were supposed to have was also just for picture purposes and our cake cutting)\r Overall Alta Vista and its staff were outstanding! We got so compliments from our guests that the food and the venue itself was great! I would highly recommend Alta Vista Country Club to any future bride/groom to be. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have any events where I would need a banquet room. Thank you to everyone at Alta Vista for all your hard work and for making our wedding reception a night to remember!\r

Liz Garcia (Manager) Hi, I'm Liz, the Event Sales Manager at Alta Vista! Ever since a wedding planner came and spoke at my college class eight years ago, I knew that helping couples make their dream weddings come true was exactly what I wanted to do.
