The venue itself was stunning, guests loved the food . However we felt our rehearsal was rushed for them to get as many couples through as possible. I have autism and I needed more time so if you need more time individually with the space ahead of time be wary if you have a Sunday wedding. The windows and place we chose to wed in the venue had weird lighting so if possible I'd do the opposite wall but it was super pretty. Things were mostly served on time but I did not feel super special from the Coordinator themselves, they barely spoke to us day of and head table service really didn't exist for us. The upstairs rooms for extra privacy and changing was a nice bonus. We really appreciated having that space and the building itself and all of the landscaping was gorgeous. Reviewed on 13-01-2024

Beautiful venue and great food. A lot is done in house and they have some vendors on hand that they recommend if you need help finding those resources (cake, florist, suit rentals). We only went with the bakery - cake was ok. There’s a nice place upstairs to get ready. There is also a balcony indoors and outdoors, it was warm enough for us to go out to get some air and nice night pictures. We got married there on a Monday during peak season, which lowered the requirement of people that you would have to pay for from 150 guests down to 75. For our rehearsal and our wedding day, Amanda took over as our coordinator, and she was nothing shy of amazing as well. These two women helped me execute my dream wedding perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone I know. It was a huge weight off my shoulders as the bride to not have to worry about what is next and what we haven't done yet. She coordinated timing with the DJ and the photographer also! Lexi Parks(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-01-2021 We originally had our wedding booked with Andres however when covid struck we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our dream day. After going back and forth they were not able to come up with any dates that would work for us so we had to cancel our wedding reception. Which crushed us. After coming to terms with the fact we were not going to be able to have our dream wedding we had requested Andres to return any additional payments we had made (not the deposit since that was non refundable) and they sent me back a letter in the mail, no phone call explaining or even an email after I tried reaching out 3 times, saying no, since we cancelled we were not getting any of our money back. This just kicked us when we were down because now we can't even have the wedding at another place since we have to start from scratch to save up more money.Overall an extremely upsetting experience. My company, family and friends have been using them for years but given this interaction an how they are treating clients during a pandemic that is not in anyone's control its, its unlikely we will return. Lori Tretter(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 18-09-2020 I can not say better things about Andre’s. Due to COVID-19, I had to postpone my original date from June 5th to July 17th and then had to cancel. Because the groom was in the military, we were refunded due to the pandemic and military preventing him from coming home. When he finally got leave, i tried one more time and reached out to TJ to see if there was a chance that a date was open during the times he was home. I really didn’t think we would get another chance with the venue we fell in love with, but he gave us the date we wanted for the same price as the first one! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the service was amazing. TJ was quick to respond to my millions of questions with no issue. Amanda, the wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding, was extremely accommodating, helped me relax, and really made the whole expensive flow smoothly. The prices are amazing!! There’s no catch to the prices. Open bar AND good food? With an add on for a cheaper and beautiful cake?? I’m still in shock. My guests loved the food and keep commenting on how beautiful the wedding is. I never expected my ceremony and reception to be so beautiful. The downside to me was the hotel that the fox run has shuttle service to. A lot of people had problems getting into their room with their card and they forgot to our rose petals and champagne in my room for after the wedding, which I had paid for. But that has nothing to do with Andre’s. The ceremony was inside. It wasn’t like a typical ceremony with all of the chairs in the middle, but I didn’t mind having only close family in the middle. The reception was also inside and it was incredible. We also used a DJ through their DJ vendor and he was amazing. When I had to cancel, i was trying to find another place to go simply because I felt bad about canceling/postponing so much at Andre’s. No one else was as accommodating and as cheap - especially during a pandemic!! I will suggest Andre’s to ALL of my friends and family and get married. Extremely impressed!! Reviewed on 21-09-2020

All decorations are provided for the reception (tablecloths, glassware, lighting). If you choose to have your ceremony outside in the pavilion you will need to decorate that yourself. It is very bare but with decorations of your own you can make it look pretty good. TJ was my coordinator and he always responded pretty promptly with any questions or concerns that I had. It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding (even though it poured down rain during the ceremony). Lightning strikes just for me as I entered the aisle. Pretty cool! The pavilion kept most of us dry, though everyone knows how that st. Louis weather can be. \r\rAndres was great, because they did give us the option (like a plan B) to have the ceremony in the reception hall...but I was plenty happy with it being outside =) \r\r The Andres staff were awesome! They were so nice. TJ was our coordinator, and always answered all of our questions. He could be a little flaky sometimes, but he kept good enough notes to keep us straight from every other couple. The food was amazingly yummy! Guests are still talking about that a couple weeks later. I really wish I could have eaten more! \r\rThe only thing that really went wrong was a miscommunication between Andres and the Fox Run venue, where we did not get pink napkins on the tables, and the townhomes were not prepared for us, which was disappointing. TJ apologized for the problems, and did make sure we received a refund for those missed details. \r\rOverall, the value, and service was amazing, and we would recommend this vendor to everyone. \r Reviewed on 28-05-2015

Shannon Maechling(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-09-2014 A venue is a very particular, individualized piece to the wedding day, so it's very important to get one that fits YOU! After scouring the web for potential venues, and finding tons and tons of places that looked like my high school multi-purpose room, my fiance (now husband) found Andre's Banquet & Catering - specifically, the Fox Run Carriage House location in Eureka, MO. It was practically love at first sight! We called and made an appointment to tour the place and find out more info (i.e. - cost). The drive was a lot longer out than we initially wanted to go, but once we pulled up and got out of the car and looked around, the long drive was all but forgotten! The Carriage House is a beautiful venue. We met with John Jr. who took us through everything - and I mean everything. I had a list of questions ready to go, and I didn't have to ask him 1 by the time he was done. To our surprise, the venue included the cake and the DJ. Andre's offered two packages - which is wonderful for a couple on a budget (like us) or for some that can afford to splurge a little more (uh, not like us). Andre's has a few select vendors for each imperative part of the wedding. They schedule taste testings in which those vendors are present (and often provide sweet deals). They also arranged for the tuxes (from Jim's formal wear) to be brought to the guys at the rehearsal dinner, and then the guys were able to leave the tuxes there at the end of the reception (they just had to bring a change of clothes of course). And since there really isn't anything around there as far as lodging, Andre's also has an agreement with Fox Run to rent out 2 apartments that are a parking lot away (and these are big apartments - which were PERFECT for getting reading the morning of, and a very easy place to get back to after the festivities concluded). Any time I had a question, I could call John, Jr. or T.J. and if they didn't answer the phone, they got back to me within a couple of hours - if not sooner.\r\rThe rehearsal (on Thursday) was quick and painless. The food was so delicious (we went with the amaretto carrots, veal parmigan, and cannelloni). \r\rWe got married at outside under the pavilion (which we had decorated with a lattice backdrop, spiral floral structures, aisle runner and pomanders). They provided the chairs, a microphone & speaker system, and a table for our planting ceremony. We could have paid to have the DJ play music, but instead, my uncle and cousin provided the ceremony music. \r\rFor the reception, we had paid a couple of upgrade fees for the reception (including chair covers, bottled beer, and square tiles for the centerpieces). The night was stress free - T.J. took care of facilitating the flow of the evening, from the toasts, to the meal, cake-cutting, and dancing. \r\rAndre's is truly something you should consider if you're looking for the most easy, stress-free, one-stop-shop, friendly, efficient, cost-effective venue! The beautiful venue had large windows, gorgeous chandeliers, plenty of space and a wonderful view! The only thing I would suggest is that the interior needs a little updating, but they graciously covered the columns with lighted tulle and it looks spectacular! \r\rThey do catering through Syberg's Catering and it was PHENOMENAL! I don't think I'll eat anything as good as their apricot chicken ever again! \r\rFox Run's package also includes an open bar and the ability to come in before hand to decorate (if there isn't another event planned), which really helped us. \r\rWe did a lot of comparisons before we settled here (even though it was my first pick anyway), but when it came down to it.. Fox Run's Carriage House was the best DEAL too! For everything that is included, you get the most for your money!\r\rI also have to say that we put down a deposit and had to move our date TWICE.
