Historic Landmark with Elegant Space in St Louis
Located in the heart of downtown St. Louis, MO, Anheuser-Busch Biergarten is a brewery wedding venue available to host your celebrations. From the ceremony to the reception, our team works with couples to design an event as magical as they are. Entertain guests in one of our event spaces available and enjoy a crisp beer while creating long-lasting memories. Anheuser-Busch Biergarten has indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate all event types. The refurbished BEVO Fest Halle is an intimate space rich in history. The hall was built in 1917 and now comprises Rockwood tiles and Tiffany chandeliers to form the backdrop to the ceremony. This area can host up to 110 guests and has a private bar and trolley service for use on the day. The German-inspired Biergarten provides a relaxing atmosphere to dine and socialize after exchanging vows.The urban-style outdoor Biergarten has an updated tented roof and heating equipment to keep loved ones cozy and comfortable no matter the weather. The Outdoor Biergarten can hold up to 280 guests. The Lager Room is a perfect space for a smaller reception or also a Ceremony only. This space can hold 220 for a Ceremony and 75 for a Reception! There's also a wedding suite that the couple can use to get ready. Anheuser-Busch Biergarten has everything a couple might need for the special occasion. Our in-house wedding coordinator handles the day of coordinating as well as additional vendor requests. Bar and catering services are provided, with staff on hand to serve and clean throughout the day. We are your one-stop shop!

We had an AMAZING experience having our wedding at the Biergarten! I cannot say enough good things about this venue and Heather (their wedding coordinator)!! She made the entire planning experience very easy and was always there to answer any questions that may arise. She answered every e-mail/text promptly throughout the planning process. The day of the event she helped make sure every detail was exactly how we had envisioned it. If there was an issue during the day, I didn't know what it was because she just took care of it! We had an emergency during the reception, and she handled it with ease. She treated my husband, myself, and our families like her own!As far as the venue, the food was fantastic! I had so many compliments on the food selections and how fun the venue was. Our guest's favorite part was definitely the brewery tours! If you're looking for a fun venue and STL themed place I highly recommend Anheuser-Busch Biergarten.

Our wedding here was absolutely wonderful! Heather, our wedding coordinator, did a phenomenal job. She made the day 100% stress free, communicated wonderfully with us prior to the wedding, and made sure everything was perfect and in place! The staff there are all so kind and also did a wonderful job making the day/night go by smoothly. The whole wedding here was a dream and we couldn’t recommend this place more! The grounds are beautiful, and we received tons of compliments on the wedding space and service. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

The crew at AB created an atmosphere for our wedding that we will never forget. From the moment we selected the venue, Heather was there to answer our countless (truly countless) questions, no matter how big or small. The night of the reception, the bartenders and crew at AB were so accommodating. One of the bartenders was constantly looking out for my husband and I to make sure we had beverages and water. He even saved our signature drink for us after it ran out so we could end the night with our special beverage. This was the best night of our lives all because of the amazing service, hospitality, and kindness of the AB staff and Heather.

From the Clydesdale during cocktail hour, the brewery tour that was offered to guests in between and the drink selection, it was everything we could’ve asked for! Heather is the best to work with and was always available to answer any questions I had prior to the big day. I was most concerned about getting dinner service completed quickly so we could enjoy the dance floor, and Heather helped make that happen and got everyone through the buffet line 30 minutes ahead of schedule! We are very happy with our decision in choosing the outdoor Biergarten for our wedding ceremony and reception with 200+ guests! It was the perfect venue for us and we have gotten SO many compliments from guests that attended!The guests loved the brewery tour and Clydesdale visit between the ceremony and the reception! It was a unique experience unlike any other wedding. The food was amazing! Many guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, especially those mashed potatoes! All dietary restrictions were accommodated, which as a vegetarian bride, was greatly appreciated! We also enjoyed the drink selection, including the countless beers on tap!The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! We could not have asked for a better ceremony space. The fountain behind us was the perfect spot for flowers, making for gorgeous photos. We got all of our wedding photos taken in different spots around AB and with the Clydesdale! There was no need to go anywhere else. They also allowed our dog to be in our wedding, which was something that was very important to us! One of the best parts of choosing this venue is that you get to work with their coordinator, Heather! She is knowledgeable, quick to reply, and is very detail-oriented. She made sure everything turned out exactly as we wanted it! She was there with us all day making sure everything went smoothly. Her being there helped to calm this nervous bride, which is no easy feat! She took care of everything that was thrown her way and we cannot thank her enough!!I could go on forever! Look no further! This is the perfect venue that will forever hold a special place in our hearts! We can’t wait to come back and celebrate with some beer in the future!

Choosing the Outdoor Biergarten for our venue was hands-down the best wedding decision we made. Our day-of coordinators Heather and Jerrica were knowledgeable, friendly, and receptive to our every need. Best of all, their services were included! The venue itself is so beautiful and iconic and it blew our guests away. Between tours of the brewery during cocktail hour, the awesome selection of beer and setzers, and the atmosphere and history embedded in the location, our guests could not stop complimenting us on how much fun they had. We did a buffet and multiple guests came up to us during the night to tell us how amazing the food was as well. Bonuses like cornhole, a fire pit, and photo ops with the Clydesdales make this venue one-of-a-kind.Lastly, we can't emphasize enough how smoothly everything ran, thanks to Heather and Jerrica's detailed planning. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the big day and got to put all our focus on fun.

Choosing the AB Biergarten as our wedding reception venue was the number one best decision that we could have possibly made for our STL themed wedding day! Not only is the Biergarten gorgeous, but the wedding venue coordinator Heather is so incredible to work with!! We absolutely LOVED working with her throughout the entire process and she made everything soooo incredibly easy for us!! She is so kind, caring, adaptable, accommodating…..I could literally go on for days. Anything we needed was always answered or taken care of quickly no matter what curveball we threw her way. This venue is so great because they handle pretty much everything in house from the food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. We very much appreciated that they take care of all the cleanup at the end of the night and pack it up for you so you can enjoy every single moment. Their in house chef and team are so incredibly talented and our guests have told us that the buffet was one of the best meals they have ever had…and not just at a wedding! They have so many options, but we are still dreaming of those pork steaks. Our guests loved everything about the the experience and AB even provides private brewery tours to add to the whole guest experience. We really enjoyed how naturally beautiful the venue was; from the wooden decor, copper fountain and popcorn string lights-everything is just gorgeous.We are so thankful that we chose AB and Heather to handle our special day. I couldn’t imagine it any other way! They make the entire process fun, enjoyable and just so simple. They are simply THE BEST and we have so much love for them.

Being a transplant from Los Angeles, I was looking for the most “St. Louis” place to have a wedding that would be unique for not only my out-of-town guests, but also something different for my bride’s local family and friends. The Anheuser-Busch Outdoor Biergarten knocked it out of the park! Providing, not only an absolutely gorgeous venue for the ceremony and reception, but also a distinctive experience that you just can’t find anywhere else. We also added the full-bar option for guests who wanted to have cocktails instead of beer/AB products. Then, in addition to bringing a Clydesdale out for guest/wedding party photos, the brewery offered complimentary tours to all guests in the cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception – that was a big hit with the guests! The other key-factor that you just can’t get anywhere else is the brewery’s Senior Event Coordinator, Heather. Heather just made it ALL happen – and that’s putting it mildly. We didn’t hire an official coordinator, but took Heather’s advice on DJ, Officiant, Rehearsal Dinner location, and a few other miscellaneous details. All her recommendations were easily the best choices, and we could not have been happier. And then during wedding week, my bride worked closely with Heather on decorations and finalizing details. Heather always made herself available to us and was very responsive to all our questions. The actual wedding day, of course, was a different set of details on a whole other level. Heather handled everything with such grace, she made it look effortless – which, in turn, eased all of our anxieties, allowing us to actually enjoy our own wedding and spend that much needed time with our guests, and each other. And in addition to Heather, the entire staff, including bartenders, servers, and auxiliary staff were all expectational, to say the least! And finally, having the wedding at Anheuser-Busch also allows for great Groomsman, Best Man, Ring Bearer, etc. beer-related gift ideas. On top of that, we ordered Anheuser-Busch tasting glasses engraved with our wedding date & AB logo as wedding favors for all guests. It’s only been a month and we already want to renew our vows just so we can hold another event at the Anheuser-Busch Outdoor Biergarten.

I cannot say enough about the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten as a wedding venue. Their coordinator, Heather, makes the whole process seamless, and she is organized, helpful and lots of fun to work with!! The food was outstanding, the staff was professional and went above and beyond the night of the reception. It was a magical night in every way. If you are looking for a unique, \"St. Louis style\" wedding venue, the Biergarten is your place!! We wouldn't change a single thing!!

The food was outstanding, the staff was professional and went above and beyond the night of the reception. It was a magical night in every way. If you are looking for a unique, \"St. Louis style\" wedding venue, the Biergarten is your place!! We wouldn't change a single thing!!

Epic!! This unique venue was perfect! The brewery campus is beautiful and offers plenty of iconic places for pictures. You can even have personalized beer bottles or a Clydesdale at your event. Beginning with a fantastic wedding planner and ending with the perfect final dance – it was a dream wedding. Heather was our wedding coordinator and she was invaluable. She offered recommendations of multiple vendors. Each vendor my son and his wife selected were excellent. Heather not only communicated with us but she communicated with each of the vendors. As an example, my son and I went to the DJ for final preparation, Heather had already sent them a minute by minute schedule of events. She was onsite and was with us the entire day. Everything ran smoothly because Heather tended to every detail. Because of Heather, we saved money by not needing a day-of-coordinator. Two days before the wedding we dropped off boxes that included personalized napkins, signage, candles, photos for a memory table, and more. We never gave it another thought because we knew that it would be taken care of. In between the wedding and reception our guests could take an optional tour of the brewery. It was great to hear everyone talking about the history behind Anheuser-Busch and the brewing process. If they didn’t realize it before, after the tour they all could understand the history and uniqueness of Anheuser-Busch.The Biergarten was beautiful! We loved the 12’ horse troth turned into a water fountain. Not only was it unique, it acted as a divider in the best possible way. When the dancing started the troth acted as a bit of a buffer which made it easier to have a conversation with someone without having to scream over the music. The front portion of the Biergarten was dedicated to the party. Huge dance floor with a beautiful bar and pub tables so if you didn’t want dance but wanted to be part of the action you didn’t have to awkwardly stand at the edge of the dance floor. The food was delicious! We had a tasting several months before the wedding which included most of the food options. We were so impressed. The Executive Chef described each food item before we ate. She went to each table to answer questions and talk about food modifications and she took notes to ensure the couple was happy with their dinner selections. During the planning I told my son that most reception food is not memorable. Boy was I wrong! We heard so many compliments and our guests said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Kudos to the Executive Chef and her team. In addition, Heather was there to answer any questions. The staff was amazing the entire day but my example tells of next level service. My son had taken boxes to the Biergarten two days before the wedding. He had a few moments to himself so he went to the public café and ordered a beer from Andrew. He went to a table in the back of the café to write a letter to his bride. A little bit later Andrew appeared with another beer. They struck up a conversation and realized that Andrew would be working the bar at his wedding. At the reception I went up to Andrew and thanked him for the kindness he showed my son. It’s just another example of the great service we encountered with all of the staff. If you are still reading this review I want to assure you that I am a real person. I know this may sound too good to be true but it really represents our experience. I highly recommend the Biergarten!!

If you wanna break the mold and get away from a hotel ballroom reception, then AB is the answer! It’s iconic and will make your wedding extra special. Many of our guests said it was the best venue they’ve ever been to. The biergarten itself is a lovely space and we loved that we were able to build upon it to fully transform it into an elegant and stunning wedding reception. The beer selection cannot be beat. It was a truly unique experience having so many taps available and our beer-loving family and friends were IN HEAVEN! And it was a total bonus to have brewery tour for our guests on the day of our wedding. Heather and her team were wonderful; they accommodated all of our requests and made our day very special. Heather answered every question no matter how big or small! We love AB and would recommend it 10/10 times. We look forward to coming back to AB and reminsicing on our special day.

First off, the venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredible. Our guest enjoyed the Brewery tours in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Secondly, the FOOD! We received so many compliments the entire evening about how amazing the food was. Lastly, the team…I mean this alone is your reason to book this venue. Heather, is absolutely amazing. When I walked in to the Biergarten, we loved it, as it is absolutely stunning. But it was Heather, with her bubbly yet calm demeanor, that we knew this was where we were meant to have our reception. She communicated directly with our vendors and set up all the decor on the day of. She literally was our life safer. I didn’t worry one time on the day of the wedding, because I trusted her so much! The AB team (bartenders, servers, event staff) were so kind. At the end of the night, my family was helping to pack things up and the staff came right over and encouraged us to go home and that they would get everything for us and have it ready to be picked up in the morning. We truly can’t say enough about this venue and this team. Best.Day.Ever!

We had our daughter's post wedding luncheon at the Biergartenand it couldn't have gone better. Our guests enjoyed a tour of the brewery and a visit to the horse barn (rain kept the clydesdale inside). We wanted a non-typical after wedding experience and we certainly had that. The food was excellent, a true St. Louis experience for our out of town guests. Heather was the most professional and helpful planner we have experienced. She was friendly and easy to get along with. Most important she was a huge help to my husband who had to step in and host the event alone because I suddenly was not able to be there. We will definitely consider the Biergarten for any of our future events. Our daughter was so happy and she won't forget the experience.

Anheuser-Busch was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! We initially had everything scheduled for 2021, but with COVID we had to postpone until 2022. Throughout the changes, the Anheuser-Busch team was absolutely wonderful. We worked directly with Heather for all coordination and she was SUCH a dream. She answered all sorts of questions and helped us figure out the little details all the way until the big day! She was extremely available, and very detail oriented. She and her team did such a wonderful job setting up our centerpieces, and other little wedding decor items. The food and service was absolutely fantastic! All the servers were incredibly kind and detail oriented when it came to set up and take down. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Our guests loved the complimentary tour, and we paid to have one of the lovely Cyldesdales available for an hour for pictures. We had our reception in the outdoor/tented Biergarten. I recommend making sure your DJ does a few good sound checks, as we did have some issues with speaker placements and echoes in the tent. It made it difficult to hear toasts and get the sound for music to the right level - but it worked its way out throughout the evening! If you're aware of the echo ahead of time, it should be easy to set things up so that it isn't a problem.We absolutely loved having our wedding with Anheuser-Busch Biergarten, and will always enjoy coming back to re-live memories of the big day.

The day my husband and I met with AB's event coordinator, Heather, over two years ago (COVID-19 wedding - lol), we knew that there was no better place in STL to host our wedding reception. The biergarten is always beautifully decorated and the price is very competitive. Plus, it's the perfect place to show off the beauty and history of STL to family and friends from out of town. In addition to the beauty and affordability of the space, AB's event coordinator, Heather, events team, and catering team, are all absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I ended up rescheduling our wedding celebration twice due to the pandemic. During each reschedule, Heather was unbelievably flexible and great at communicating about the changes. As our day got closer, we inevitably had some annoying last minute changes to our guest list and plans for our vendors, all of which Heather took in stride with a smile. She never once made us feel like a hassle or a burden. The day before our reception, we were concerned that the weather might not cooperate with us, so Heather had us come down to the brewery to talk about our options. Luckily, the weather didn't end up being an issue, but if it had, I have no doubt in my mind that Heather and her team would have moved heaven and earth to make sure that our guests were taken care of. During our reception, my husband and I didn't have to lift a finger the entire evening. The food was truly amazing (big shout out to the biergarten chef and catering team!), the space was beautifully decorated with our decor, and the atmosphere was so fun and laid back. It's two weeks out from our wedding now and we are still getting messages from our friends and family about how much they loved celebrating at the biergarten! If you're a couple that loves St. Louis, enjoys good beer, and wants to work with genuine, kind, hardworking folks, then look no further... you've found yourself a wedding reception venue at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten!

The biergarten is always beautifully decorated and the price is very competitive. Plus, it's the perfect place to show off the beauty and history of STL to family and friends from out of town. In addition to the beauty and affordability of the space, AB's event coordinator, Heather, events team, and catering team, are all absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I ended up rescheduling our wedding celebration twice due to the pandemic. During each reschedule, Heather was unbelievably flexible and great at communicating about the changes. As our day got closer, we inevitably had some annoying last minute changes to our guest list and plans for our vendors, all of which Heather took in stride with a smile. She never once made us feel like a hassle or a burden. The day before our reception, we were concerned that the weather might not cooperate with us, so Heather had us come down to the brewery to talk about our options. Luckily, the weather didn't end up being an issue, but if it had, I have no doubt in my mind that Heather and her team would have moved heaven and earth to make sure that our guests were taken care of. During our reception, my husband and I didn't have to lift a finger the entire evening. The food was truly amazing (big shout out to the biergarten chef and catering team!), the space was beautifully decorated with our decor, and the atmosphere was so fun and laid back. It's two weeks out from our wedding now and we are still getting messages from our friends and family about how much they loved celebrating at the biergarten! If you're a couple that loves St. Louis, enjoys good beer, and wants to work with genuine, kind, hardworking folks, then look no further... you've found yourself a wedding reception venue at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten!

We very much looked forward to having our ceremony and reception at AB so our wedding had a St. Louis theme and we'd always have a place to go back and visit. Heather was wonderful to work with! She was very informative and actually listened to you to understand what you wanted for the big day. We were also going to be able to have a Clydesdale there to take pictures with! Sadly, due to COVID we did not get to have our wedding at the Biergarten due to them not reopening yet. We look forward to visiting in 2021 to have a drink to celebrate though!

The flood of 2019 will be discussed for years to come by many, but for us, it will be known as a time that let us know how truly blessed we are. You see, the flooding happened at the time of our wedding and unfortunately, less than 2 weeks out, our original venue flooded and we needed to find a new location. We were lucky enough to receive the help of Anheuser-Busch Beirgarten in not only giving us a physical venue for our wedding, but an unbelievable wedding experience. We were treated as every Bride & Groom should be treated. The event lead, Heather, took absolutely everything off my plate and put it onto hers. She made sure everything was perfect and that nothing was my problem. She was there to solve all of my problems even the ones I never knew I had! We dropped our centerpieces, table extras, card box, and seating chart off with Heather the night before, and she made our vision come to life when we walked in as husband and wife the next night better than we even imagined! Heather also contacted all of our vendors a few weeks before the wedding to communicate setup times, a timeline of the reception, and more, taking on the role as coordinator. We truly didn’t have to worry about a thing the entire night because of the AB team. Finally, our friends and family are STILL talking about how awesome it was to be at the Biergarten, the incredible food prepared by the Biergarten chef, and the space’s overall fun, relaxing atmosphere - the perfect combination for everyone to let loose for a night!
