Applejack Pumpkin Patch was established in September of 2007, born out of a family tradition for pumpkin farming. Owners Scott Berggren was inspired by his brother Kirk’s pumpkin patch venture. Scott and his wife Renee had enjoyed helping their family create this patch where loved ones could come together and make precious memories. This prompted Scott to carry this tradition on to create his branch of the family’s pumpkin patch, and thus Applejack was born. Its evolution into a charming wedding venue all comes back to the company’s ethos, where family comes first. They delight in the opportunity to help you host your special day surrounded by rustic beauty in their one-of-a-kind event space. You may host your ceremony outside, enjoying the beautiful prairie views around you. You’re invited to breathe in and savor the pastoral landscape as you make your way down the aisle as newlyweds. Outdoor celebrations can be arranged, and the expansive yard space can host up to 300 attendants. An elegant reception can be hosted in the indoor event space, which can hold a capacity of 100 of your treasured guests. Your meal and evening celebration can be illuminated by the romantic lighting of the overhead, hand-forged chandelier. In order to create a seamless celebration for your special day, this venue has high-quality facilities that your chosen vendors are welcome to use. This includes a fully-equipped catering kitchen for all culinary needs. Additionally, the barn-style structure on the property features a loft area that can be used as a get-ready room for you and your wedding party. Assorted yard games can also be arranged for entertainment during your reception. The proprietors of the venue are budget-conscious, offering you an immersive experience at an accessible price point.
