Precious Quiroz(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-10-2017 We had our wedding at the Arctic Club and all I can say is wow! We loved every minute of it âșïž Reviewed on 23-10-2017
Morgan Youngs(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-05-2017 We used Arctic Club for our central getting ready location, our wedding night hotel, and our day after brunch! It all went so smoothly. They were very accommodating and super responsive to my questions. People had no issues booking rooms in the block, and they were great about calling up to our suite and letting people up as we were getting ready. It was really a fantastic place for us to stay near our venue! The brunch the next day was delicious and well put together too! Reviewed on 14-06-2017
Charmaine Green(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-07-2016 The BEST venue! We just got married here (July) & I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Nicole was amazing, nice, & helpful. She worked with us to ensure our day was the best. The staff were phenomenal & the dome was beautiful. All my guest had nothing but good things to say about the food. The only thing I was disappointed to hear was how some of my guests had bad experience with the front desk, in particular 2 people. Other than that I could not have found a better venue than the Arctic Club. Reviewed on 25-08-2016
a member (wedding party)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-10-2017 I've been to three wedding at the Arctic Club - all were amazing. The views are remarkable, and the inside is so stylish. I really enjoyed the weddings and I was told by two brides, that the staff at the Arctic Club were great to work with. Reviewed on 19-08-2016

Lauren Roberts(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-05-2015 The dome room really speaks for itself. It's an insanely gorgeous space and just perfect for weddings! I only looked at one other venue before looking at AC. I was prepared to look at more, but once I walked inside the room, I just knew I had to have my wedding there. The wedding coordinator is Nicole and she is awesome to work with. Nicole is organized, prepared, answers emails quickly and was always willing to talk with me about any concerns I had. \rThe food was amazing, as well. Our guests all had great things to say about the salmon and the beef we served. I got a text from a wedding attendee 3 after our wedding asking how the salmon was prepared! \rOverall, it's a really lovely venue and Nicole will go out of her way to help make it a special day for any bride. Thank you, Nicole! Reviewed on 05-06-2015
Abbey Olivo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-11-2014 We hosted our wedding at the Arctic Club and loved it! Such a classy venue and the building has lots of history which makes it very unique for Seattle. We had about 115 guests which fit into the dome room perfectly. The event staff were stellar the day of. We were on somewhat of a budget and by hosting in the off-season on a Sunday were able to get a very reasonable deal on our food and bev minimum. Ben Barker(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-09-2014 Everything went very well from planning with Elaine to the day of execution. The food was great and the wait staff was very accommodating. The only big issue were the bartenders. A number of guests complained about their condescending attitudes and general service. Reviewed on 15-10-2014
Amy DiBattista(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-06-2014 We worked with Danielle Parkins at the Arctic Club. She was fantastic. We held the ceremony in the Dome Room, which is gorgeous, and had a receiving line down in the bar area, then back up into the Dome Room for the reception. The staff was great in turning over the room, and it was great to have all the events in a single location. No driving all over Seattle. There are even plenty of great spots for wedding photos just in a few blocks around the hotel.\r \rWe did have a few problems with guests booking our block. The Hilton website didnât have our information, and the standard Hilton booking phone line didnât either. We had our guests call the Arctic Club itself, and that worked fine, until the block filled up prematurely (we were told it would expand if more people wanted a room there).\r \rThat aside, everything went smoothly. The food was great, you really couldnât tell theyâd made it for 100+ people, each tasted as good as the sampleâs weâd had previously. They were super accommodating for the different layouts we wanted for the Dome Room itself between the ceremony & reception, and then set up the back portion of it for brunch the next day. And since itâs one of the more popular wedding locations in Seattle, they were already used to working with many of the vendors we had, and vice versa. Reviewed on 05-08-2014
Jami Harrison(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-05-2014 Throughout the planning phase of the wedding, the staff at the Arctic Club were always helpful, polite, professional, and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable about the wedding and had wonderful input on how to make things even more special.\rThe venue was perfect for our special day. We had about 160 guests, many of whom stayed in the hotel that evening. The food was spectacular (beyond spectacular, actually) and days later, guests were commenting on how it was the best wedding meal they have had. The staff was professional and kind, and they were happy for us as we celebrated.\rThe rooms were perfect, and it was so nice to have everything in one spot. If we were to do everything all over again, the Arctic Club would be my first choice in vendors to book. They were everything we could have wanted! Reviewed on 15-06-2014
Tillie Goldberg(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-01-2014 BEST EVER! This is the most breathtaking venue. I couldn't imagine it more beautiful but when it was filled with everything for both the ceremony and then reception, it became even better; i truly didn't think that was possible. All of the staff was amazing and really made the big day come to life. 100% would recommend!! Reviewed on 20-02-2014
Monica Bergstrom(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-09-2012 When we walked into the Arctic Club Hotel 2 years ago my husband and I instantly knew this were we would get married. We loved the venue and more important we loved the event coordinator. There were some bumps along the way... we had a last minute move out of state and few months after booking the venue the event coordinator we loved so much moved to another hotel. Let me tell you, being the perfectionist I am I was immediately concerned about how my wedding would come together without being able to oversee every little detail. All of my worries were put to rest on our wedding day. Our wedding was flawless and the dome room was absolutely beautiful. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. Looking back I still cannot believe this was our wedding. Thanks to the staff and the new event coordinator Daneka Sarkies our day was perfect!! Reviewed on 14-10-2012

Michelle & Maya were very helpful and experienced for my February 18th wedding- they know what they are doing! The staffs were very courteous and accomodating. All my guests enjoy the food. This national landmark-turned-luxury hotel has respectful, classy decor throughout, surrounded by history of the original expeditioners during the Klondike Gold Rush. Julia Mitchell(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2011 The Arctic Club is a beautiful, recently remodeled hotel that has kept it's vintage charm. The hotel room made a great setting for \"getting ready\" photos and the Dome Room was the perfect setting for our reception. The catering and event planning staff were friendly, responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Parking on the days surrounding our event was a bit difficult as the hotel only provides valet parking and we had a lot of various items to unload (as would be expected when arriving for your wedding) and the bell hops/valets seemed confused about where to have us park and how to help us. This made our arrival at the hotel feel a bit chaotic, but everything else seemed to run smoothly and without a glitch. Excellent food and service was enjoyed all evening. Reviewed on 25-07-2011

Marisa McKelvey(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2010 The amenities themselves are so so. Like the other reviewer before me, I agree that they are still working out the glitches. But the ambiance, decor and architecture is beautiful. Took most of our couple photos here and they look great. We look like we're in a 1940s film noir movie. Very classy. Reviewed on 26-08-2010
