So happy my husband and I chose Aria for our reception! From beginning to end, the process was so smooth. I had been to Aria previously for a wedding and thought the location was absolutely beautiful. The moment my husband saw it for the first time he fell in love, and we knew we had to have our reception here! Lina was extremely helpful, as was the rest of the staff throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding, we felt so relaxed as everything came out perfect! Just as we envisioned and discussed during our final meeting. The staff and maitre d’s were so helpful and attentive. The food was amazing! We had family and friends raving to us about the location and food and just how beautiful everything came out weeks after the wedding. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! 10/10!!

We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding! The chapel was stunning, the ballroom was immaculate, and the food was amazing. The staff was incredible, from the planning process to the day of. Andrew and Greta were so helpful and answered our many, many questions. The bridal attendant and maitre d' were so attentive and handled everything. I can't fully express what an amazing job the entire staff did, and I would highly recommend this venue! Thank you so much for making our wedding the best day!!

We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding! The chapel was stunning, the ballroom was immaculate, and the food was amazing. My husband and I are so glad we chose Aria as our wedding venue! The new chapel is absolutely stunning! Aria combined both of our must haves - the European Italian garden/villa vibe for me and a ballroom so all of our guests could see us at once for him. Funnily enough, I grew up in a town over from Prospect and had never been to Aria before until we went for our initial tour and I was blown away. Throughout our two year planning process, Andrew was patient with us as we asked a plethora of questions and provided great input upon our request. After a disappointing tasting experience at one of their showcases in March 2023, Andrew listened to our criticism and concerns and promised that the feedback would be relayed. He reassured us that it was not a good reflection of what our actual wedding day would be like; and he was right! On our wedding day, the food was incredible! Everything was plated beautifully and was so flavorful - a huge difference from the tasting we attended. Guests are still raving about all of the food! Speaking of food, our bridal attendants, Gino & Klea, took incredible care of us! Both kept refilling our drinks and were kind enough to pack up all the left overs for us, including our cake! We left that night with a tray of pasta, any remainders of our entrees, desserts and pastries from the Venetian table and about 2/3 of our entire wedding cake! In addition to ensuring our needs were met, the bridal attendants and Maitre D ensured the ceremony and reception were executed flawlessly. One of the best things about Aria is they have done a lot of weddings and their expertise allows you to relax your actual wedding day. I did not have to think or worry about a thing that day which was invaluable. We could not be happier with how things turned out!

When my husband and I were planning our wedding and visited Aria for the first time, we immediately knew this HAD to be our venue. We recently got married in the stunning new chapel on August 19th and celebrated in one of ballrooms afterwards. Not only are the grounds and facilities gorgeous, but the service and attention that we received was incredible. I cannot stop dreaming about how beautiful our wedding day was, and I can truly say that this is because of the amazing staff at Aria. The team made our planning and wedding day seamless! At the end of the evening they even helped us to pack all of our things and packed us our extra food and some cake for us to enjoy later, which we thought was very special. Speaking of food, our guests could not stop raving about how great our food was as well. We would give Aria greater than 5 stars if we could, and would definitely recommend this venue to others!

Aria is a stunning venue and they provided quality food and alcohol to our guest for our wedding. The four stars is due to my ceremony not being carried out as planned. I had an usher walk down the aisle (which shouldn't have occurred) and my broom carrier did not carry our broom down the aisle as the broom was placed at the alter beforehand. Lastly, we did not get the ability to light our unity candle as the ceremony felt rushed due to tardy of our officiant which was no fault of Aria's nor our own.Overall, we were complimented on our wedding by our guest as one of the best wedding's they've ever attended. ♥

We got married here in April 2023, and we absolutely can not say enough wonderful things about Aria. The venue itself is grand and beautiful (honestly pictures do not do this venue justice; we almost didn't even tour here)- our guests were amazed by it. Futhermore, our guests were in awe of the amount of food at the cocktail hour in addition to the quality of their dinners. Their team was dynamic and made the planning process easy. The day of management, especially our bridal attendant absolutely blew us away- she was attentive without being overbearing and was always forward thinking. I can say without hestiation that this was without a doubt the venue of our dreams. Thank you Aria!

I love Aria so much! From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. Lina helped me and my fiancé throughout, she was very friendly and responds quickly. I liked how organized they were and gave us a timeline list to focus on. Aria took care of everything except our decorations and center pieces. My maitre d was very helpful and attentive, she helped with my dress and every time I looked down at my table she had brought me a new drink. The food was very good, everyone loved the steak and stuffed shrimp. Lina even came down to our sweetheart table to see how everything was going during our wedding. Everything was perfect and beautiful. The only thing I wish was different was the food tasting, we didn't get that option because of covid but it was ok since the food turned out very good.

All of our request from having sparklers during our first dance, ordering a special tequila and having Haitain beef patties were made possible. On the day the attendant took very good care of us. Aria was the perfect facility for us! We used the bridal suite which was a perfect addition to kicking off our special day. The chapel is literally perfect. The terrace gorgeous, and the ballroom speaks for itself! But we think a perfect venue is about more than just the beauty of the facility. It’s also about the food and the staff; both were a 10/10. Out guests raved! The staff, especially Tina, made sure my husband and I ate all our yummy food! The kitchen cooked everything perfectly! We were so thrilled we choose Aria! Definitely worth it!

Aria was an amazing venue for our wedding this past weekend. Our guests raved about the food and the beautiful grounds. The bridal attendant and the maitre d' were so attentive and amazing. (Cassandra and Pier) The venue was absolutely gorgeous and everything we had hoped for. The only reason I gave it four stars was because we wanted to take our first look and bridal party phots before the wedding, but had to pay additional money for the extra hour just to have access to the grounds for photos (we did not know this when we booked it). Overall, a great place for a wedding and amazing to work with!

We mostly worked with Lina during this entire process and she was absolutely fantastic to communicate with every step of the way! She was always quick to reply back. Easy to make all my appointments with. Great billing plan which made it affordable vs one lump sum upfront. Whenever I asked for a recommendation she would always have an answer. She helped set us up with a to go tasting meal of chicken and seafood dishes vs going to the dinner option. We loved the grouper and all their food in general haha We were able to have my husband's friend Bob marry us which was fun. Lina helped us all with the paperwork process with the City of Prospect. The day of all the staff at Aria were very nice and accommodating to us and our guests. We also got to meet the owner and asked if my now husband was allowed to touch/play the piano quick and he said yes! My husband loves playing the piano so it was sweet he able to even though the sign says not to. We liked that the owner was very hands on with his business.

Aria made our wedding planning process super super easy and for an open bar, a lot of good food, and length of reception was budget friendly . We were concerned that we'd feel \"unspecial\" because another wedding happens at the same time as yours but we felt very well taken care of. I also appreciated how organized they were and their processes to keep everything on track. Special shout out to our bridal attendant who made a makeshift wedding topper when our baker forgot our topper.

We loved the way they all went above and beyond to please us and were so attentive to making every detail perfect. They are so accommodating and had so much patience with us bringing all our belongings before the big day. They kept everything safe, organized and set up perfectly for us. The staff is all so warm and welcoming. Lina is amazing to work with and our wedding attendee was unbelievable and didn’t miss a beat. She made sure we had everything we needed and was there 24/7 to take care of our needs on our special day. They make you feel right at home and confident for your big day! The food is absolutely delicious, service is impeccable and the venue itself is just gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend them for any special occasion!

We had the absolute BEST experience at the Aria because of your venue and staff. Guests who have never been before described the venue as elegant, classy, and sophisticated. The staff boxed up all food and placed our decorations on the cart so we could enjoy every single minute until it was over. The professionalism, charisma, and excitement the staff showed (especially Andrew and Lina) during our appointments made the experience such an incredible journey. The two Bridal Attendants we had all night were phenomenal and always asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything else. I would have nothing improved at our wedding because it was the most perfect Wedding day we could have dreamed of, all with the help of Aria.

I was supposed to get married in March 2021 at Aria, thinking that after COVID-19 Pandemic it would all be okay to have my wedding. My fiancé and I consulted with Aria monthly since September of 2019 where they told us we would just have to wait and see what the state of CT would do regarding the lockdown. The consultant at Aria continued to tell us that we would have to see in February if the state lock down would be lifted. As a bride I could not wait until February 2021 to decide if I was going to be able to host my wedding for March 2021. Aria gave us no direct answer until we asked them again in December 2019. They reported to us that we would not be able to have a 25 person wedding, which we were given the option to have a 25 person wedding at our 6 month meeting in September 2019. Therefore we decided to not have our wedding at Aria due to the lack of clear information. They gave us the option to reschedule our wedding but if we wanted the price that we were locked into, it would have to be in the same season just different year OR not have our wedding with them at all. Since we decided to not have our wedding with Aria we tried to get our money back due to being written in their contract Aria shall not be responsible or held liable for its failure to comply with the terms of this agreement as a result of the following: fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, AND any other Acts of God or causes beyond the control of Aria. Should such a situation occur and Aria be unable to host your event, ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS will be RETURNED.” Due to the pandemic being beyond the control of Aria our deposits/payments should have been returned in full. However the individual we worked with at Aria reported that the COVID-19 pandemic is not an act of God or beyond Aria's control, which is strange to me because having the state of CT shut down and not allow any events seem to be out of Aria's control. We fought this as much as we could without legal authorities and were able to get 50% of our deposits/payments back. Although we are grateful for the 50%, we are still disappointed and disgusted at how they are able to keep our money for an event that we were not able to have because of the state's restrictions. In the end we have had a terrible experience with Aria and as a COVID-19 bride I shouldn't have been put through what I was put through with Aria.

We searched for a wedding venue for approximately 3 months before we found Aria. The second we walked into the lobby I knew that it was the place for us. We worked with Lina throughout our entire experience (which spanned well over 2 years thanks to COVID) and she was an absolute gem! She answered all of our questions and helped me through the entire process. On the day of the wedding Katya and Michele (I'm not sure how to spell their names) were our attendants and they were fantastic! Katya made sure that we were in the right place at the right time. They always made sure that we had something to eat and drink - which is surprisingly easy to forget on your big day! We received so many compliments on the venue from our guests. No one could believe that a place like that was located right in Connecticut. We cannot say enough great things about Aria! They are all so friendly and accommodating in all aspects. I'm pretty sure the owner even came into our reception to make sure that we were happy with everything!

We didn’t even enter the building before we knew this was going to be the place where we were going to get married. The grounds at Aria are beautiful, but the lobby and ballrooms were stunning. They were booked out about a year and a half but were the only venue to have a room minimum (75) that we knew we could meet. Throughout the planning process, Lory and Lena were extremely responsive and more than willing to answer each of our questions. We went to a couple of their Monday night dinners expecting to try some of the wedding options, but they only offer some of the pasta and hors d'oeuvre choices – so while it is a fun experience, don’t expect to try wedding food. We also weren’t impressed with the quality of the food at the dinner. We also got to go to the tasting that they offer once a year for their booked weddings. Again, we weren’t able to try any of the main courses as they were just on display. There were maybe two hors d’oeuvres that were options but everything else available to try appeared to be a station that you could add to your wedding package. Again, it was a very fun experience and you did get to taste the cake from most of their preferred vendors. Even though we were nervous about not trying the food, the wedding day came and went and each item on our menu was PERFECTION. We still hear today how amazing the food was there and were told that, although the main courses were amazing, the cocktail hour was even better! So take Aria’s word for it and all the reviews that their food really is the best. The ceremony and reception went by seamlessly and was so organized by the staff that I didn’t have a thing to worry about. We can only hope that we are invited as guests to Aria so we can experience this beautiful and amazing venue again!

Absolutely gorgeous!! We had our wedding on 11.3.19 and the experience with Aria was seamless. The team is like a family. Easily accessible for hundreds of questions from a nervous bride! Staffed with a professional, friendly, and accommodating team! Delicious food - and plenty of it!!! Beautifully and elegantly designed - it’s like living your own fairytale for the day!! My husband and I had the best day of our life!! Lina, Lory and Kelly were amazing to work with. Anytime we had any questions or concerns they responded quickly to our emails and phone calls. We are so happy we chose Aria and we wish we could relive our day over and over again. Every single one of our guest said the food was amazing and the venue was so beautiful and breathe taking. Our bridal attendant was AMAZING and we were treated with love and respect the entire time. Aria is like family to us now ! We can keep going on with how amazing Aria and all the staff were to us and our guest. If you don’t choice Aria as your wedding venue you will be so disappointed. If you're looking for a perfect venue in CT to host your wedding reception, Aria in Prospect, is the place to go! As a native New Yorker, I was skeptical about having my daughter's wedding in CT but from the moment we walked into this beautiful venue I knew we had to have her wedding here. The hilltop views are breathtaking, the banquet rooms and outside gardens are magnificent and the food and service cannot be beat! Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The Geloso family treated us like we were members of their family. Joey Geloso, one of the owners, met with us a few times prior to the affair and was so helpful and accommodating. He helped us select the menu and worked with us to make it as affordable as possible. On the day of the wedding, the Aria staff worked tirelessly to make sure all of our guests had all of their needs met. The cocktail hour stations were exceptional, the main course meals were served promptly and were delicious and the Venetian Hour was absolutely amazing, From the prosciutto station to the fried dough station to the crepe station to the gelato station I don't think anyone could have left this wedding hungry! There just aren't enough good things I could say about this venue! I highly recommend it to everyone and I hope to be a repeat customer in the future! Aria is the BEST!

If you're looking for a perfect venue in CT to host your wedding reception, Aria in Prospect, is the place to go! As a native New Yorker, I was skeptical about having my daughter's wedding in CT but from the moment we walked into this beautiful venue I knew we had to have her wedding here. The hilltop views are breathtaking, the banquet rooms and outside gardens are magnificent and the food and service cannot be beat! Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The Geloso family treated us like we were members of their family. Joey Geloso, one of the owners, met with us a few times prior to the affair and was so helpful and accommodating. On the day of the wedding, the Aria staff worked tirelessly to make sure all of our guests had all of their needs met. The entire wedding day itself was wonderful! The bridal attendant, Dimitrio, was fantastic! The only things I would nitpick about, are as follows:- More communication leading up to the wedding day - for instance, my husband and I had been bounced around between 3 different event planning staff - two of which were switched without our knowledge. No one notified us of these changes, and we did not hear from anyone until we called, each time. It just felt very disorganized leading up to the day; but the day itself was incredible.- The expectations of the wedding party in terms of reception set-up need to be further clarified. We were told certain things would be set up for us, but this was not the case (unclear on details, but my bridesmaids had to scramble when we already had an incredibly limited time-frame as it was).Otherwise, this was an absolutely beautiful venue. Thank you for the perfect wedding day!

I am in awe with the service we received from Aria for our wedding. They did an amazing job from the planning, up until the reception. We received an amazing first impression of the facility and service after meeting Kelly at the front desk. She was so sweet, so friendly, and her presence was so warm! My husband and I were amazed at Aria's beauty from the tour she gave us. After, we met Lina, who helped us get the ball rolling. She informed us of different packages to help us fit our needs. Then, we met Lory, who made the process of picking out meals, linens, table layout, seating, etc. so easy and effortless. We were married at our church, so when we arrived to Aria, they were all there. We were greeted on arrival from Lina who introduced us to our bridal attendants Klaudia & Katya. These girls were awesome! The whole night, we had drinks in our glasses, food on our table, one of them kept fixing my hair and had unlimited bobby pins to make sure I looked good in pictures. These ladies were so helpful and attendant, not only to myself and my husband, but our bridal party! Their attentiveness was so appreciated and helpful! The food was delicious, all food palates were accommodated to because of Aria's delicious appetizers, hors d'oeurvres, main plates, donut bar (add on), and drinks. All the vendors we found had been at Aria in the past, so it was helpful because the photographer and videographer knew the best places to take photos (given the rain), how to play the music (given the acoustics of the room), and how to make everything look and sound good. I am so grateful to the staff at Aria for making our day so special, amazing, and simply perfect. If you're looking for a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed with the prime service, attentiveness, and hospitality from the Aria crew. My husband and I recommend Aria wholeheartedly!

First let me say Aria is a beautiful place inside and out. The decor is upscale and elegant and the grounds are beautiful. Me and my husband married at Aria on 2/24/19, the staff and service there was amazing. We never wanted for anything. They set up all my decoration since I did not have a wedding planner. As long as you package everything and its not in multiple pieces they a more than willing to set up the venue for your big day. Our bridal attendant was amazing she tried to hold me together even though I failed miserably lol. Lory and Linda from Aria were just amazing during the process working with me, answering my emails and returning my calls almost immediately all the way up to the day before. We could not have asked for a better venue or staff to help us make our most special day as perfect as we imagined it to be. Thank you.

Words can not describe how magical my wedding was at aria! It was truly a dream come true. Aria made my wedding go so smoothly. Right from the beginning when we booked Aria 2 years ago. All the staff made my wedding so stress free. I wouldn’t change a thing. Lina is amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. And our wedding attendants made sure my husband and I were well taken care of all night. They made sure we had our drinks and made sure we had time to eat. Speaking of eating the food is delicious! The venue is amazing. The decor and chandeliers make the venue look beyond elegant. I will never ever forget this day and I think I can say the same for all of the guests. The food was incredible and it was so beautiful. We did a Christmas wedding and the decor was AMAZING. She did everything without us even asking! She even boxed up a little bit of every food choice for us to enjoy the next day! We enjoyed our day/night to the fullest and we would recommend Aria to EVERYONE!!!! The owner even came out a few times to check on us. The next day we came back to get all our stuff and it was nearly boxed up, our extra cake was refridgersted overnight and they quickly sent us off with everything in tact! Great service! Great good! From Lina, to ownership we were able to create the wedding of our dreams with them. We were able to customize menus and drinks to create an atmosphere most of us just dream about on our wedding day. Every single person that not only attended this wedding but saw pictures is in complete awe of the facility, the food , the grounds and I could keep going. - [ ] We got married on Friday 9/28/18 and everything from start to finish was AMAZING. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but it was raining all day and didn’t look like it was going to stop. Joe and his staff held out until the last possible minute for us to make the decision. The sky cleared and we were able to have it outside! Our bridal attendant was Claudia, she was the BEST. Every way we turned she was there making sure we had everything we needed. She set up our decor flawlessly and made sure it was packed up at the end of the night. We received so many compliments on the food, the venue, the flow of the day, and the professional service overall. There are so many photo opportunities inside and out. Our guests told us that the waiters kept the tables clean, were right there for any requests, and the waiter Fox made a notable impression on our parent table. We HIGHLY recommend Aria if you are looking for nothing less than EXCELLENT. Thank you to the Geloso family, Aria, and all of the staff for allowing us to have a flawless fairytale wedding.

Aria was the first and only venue that we looked at the weekend after we got engaged. After booking with Aria directly following our tour, they exceeded our expectations throughout the entire wedding planning process. There is truly no other venue in Connecticut that “wows” quite like Aria does. From the lush gardens, fantastic patio, and absolutely exquisite ballroom, all of our guests were blown away the second they stepped into the grand foyer. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, all of the Aria staff members were kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful. While we worked mainly with Lina, who was phenomenal, the entire Aria family catered to our every request and need. While we had heard that the food at Aria is out of this world, we can now attest that is truly is absolutely exceptional. Some of our guests thought cocktail hour was the dinner! Both my husband and I come from big Italian families, and everyone could not stop raving about the food. We cannot thank Aria enough for helping make our dream wedding a reality. If we could give them 10 stars we would. They truly hit it out of the park, and ensured our wedding would be smooth and perfect, which it was. On the day of our wedding, we had an absolute blast, and that wouldn't be possible if it weren't for the Aria staff. Thank you all so so much!

Our wedding was August 2018 and Aria made everything absolutely splendid! Our maitre d, Michel, was wonderful. He took good care of us, was always very attentive and was very gracious to my photographer when she requested additional time. Our food was delicious! The bartender made my guests feel special by remembering their drinks. Aria truly delivered an amazing experience. My favorite Aria moment was when the lovely staff member who was carrying my train to the aisle whispered in my ear that they were so excited for me!

Aria's services was compared to the Breakers in Florida and let me just say Aria's was superb. At first tour Aria was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married. It is beautiful, well maintained and updated unlike many other banquet venues I looked at. The downside of this venue for me was during the planning portion which was less than desirable and quite frustrating at times. They only have one menu tasting a year! They do not advertise this or tell you when that date is when you book with them so my husband and I missed the event because we were never emailed about it. We had to pick up food to go in order to try it before selecting our menu-it was not the experience I was hoping to have. Aria also does not provide you with one point of contact for your wedding planning so it was frustrating to find the correct person to email with any questions that I had and several times my emails were not returned. It was also a surprise to me that they only offer rehearsals the Monday or Tuesday prior to your event-which didn't work out for much of my family or bridal party who were traveling.In the end Aria did deliver a perfect day. My guests RAVED about our cocktail hour and how you didn't even need to serve a sit down meal afterword. We received many compliments on the meals we choose and they accommodated our request to change the sauce on one of our choices. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and they were attentive to my husband and I the whole evening. The drinks were strong and bartenders were quick. Everything we discussed in our final meeting the week of was executed just as we requested.Overall, Aria did a great job but if you are one who is detail oriented and organized I would consider another venue and avoid the hassle. They did hire a new person in the office who we worked with briefly, who was excellent, so hopefully they will improve the behind the scenes operations.

I got married at Aria on Sunday, July 1. It had to have been one of the hottest days so far, but the staff was still so pleasant and not complaining. My bridal attendant, Chrissy, was beyond amazing. I can not rave about her enough. She was so wonderful, went above & beyond to make sure we had a great time. Our matre-d, Michele, was also amazing. He was on top of things at all times and always pleasant. I could not have asked for better people to be there with us on our special day. The food was amazing, everything from cocktail hour to dessert. The waitstaff were all so sweet. I could go on and on about the staff there. My only complaint would be the bridal suite was 77 degrees almost the whole time. Multiple staff tried to accommodate us by putting the temperature down but to no avail. It would not go under 76. I wished they'd turn the air conditioning on the night before or earlier in the morning so it was more comfortable. Either than that, my day was perfect. All thanks to Aria and their amazing staff.

My husband and I were married here on May 12, 2018 and we couldn't be happier!! Aria was the first place we looked at, and I instantly knew we would not have to look any further to find a more perfect venue! Our entire experience with Aria was exceptional, far exceeding any expectations. With every phone call and meeting leading up to our big day, the staff at Aria went well above their duties to make sure everything was exactly as my husband and I wanted it. The day before the wedding we showed up to bring all of our décor and discuss last minute details; it was during this meeting that I broke into tears as I explained my day would be ruined because the weather forecast called for scattered thunderstorms throughout the day. My ceremony would have to be moved inside, rather than outdoors on the amazing garden area, and my first look photos, which were supposed to be in front of a beautiful waterfall in Southbury would have to find another location. It was in these very moments that the Aria staff showed how much they truly cared! Kelly and Lina did everything in their power to make my day as amazing as I had hoped! They instantly calmed my nerves showing me step by step what the ceremony would look like in its new indoor location, and even gave me permission to come early and use any part of Aria for my first look photos, including the other ballroom, garden area, and patio. They dried all my tears, and made sure we found a solution to every problem and fear. When the day of the wedding arrived, the entire day went off without any issues. The venue looked beautiful from top to bottom, and the service was exceptional! The ceremony was gorgeous, despite having to be moved inside! My bridal attendant never left my side, always there to calm my nerves, reassure me that I wouldn’t trip down the staircase, and get anything and everything that I could have asked her for! The food was amazing and our guests could not stop raving about how delicious and beautiful everything was! Kelly was also our Justice of the Peace and did an amazing job! It felt as if we had someone we had known forever marrying us, since we had been working with her so closely for over a year. Lina also stopped by during the reception to check in and make sure that everything was going as we had hoped! The staff was friendly, professional, and so accommodating, always going above and beyond! Despite the gloomy weather, Aria made my wedding everything I had DREAMED of, and I could not have asked for a more amazing experience! The venue and staff are truly amazing and I will recommend Aria to anyone for years to come! Thank you for everything, our day was absolutely stunning all because of everything you do!

Aria was one of the first venues we saw when we were venue searching about 1.5 years ago. It was one of the few places that both my fiancé and I agreed on. Throughout the past 1.5 years Aria was always responsive when we needed. They schedule appointments about every 6 months a year leading up to the wedding to go over certain details and make sure everything is in line. The actually day/night of the wedding went off without a hitch! We had to have our ceremony inside due to weather but, it was still such a beautiful setting. Seats were set up on the dance floor and at the tables so there was a seat for everyone. Besa, my maitre de, was just amazing. She stayed by my side for most of the night and made sure myself, my husband, and my family had everything we needed. The bar and wait staff were also so pleasant and professional! Seriously could not have asked for a better venue to host our wedding!

When my husband and I were looking at wedding venues last year, we immediately fell in love with the grounds and ballrooms at Aria. Even the lobby and common areas are absolutely stunning. After meeting with a sales manager, we were pleasantly surprised that their quotes included price per person WITH tax and tip, which we really appreciated. Because we didn’t necessarily get the date we wanted (we had limited options without going into the following year), Aria even gave us free up lighting and a free dessert. We got married on Friday, April 13th, 2018. We were lucky enough that there was not an event going on the day before and that Aria allowed us to decorate the ballroom the way we wanted to. While we were setting up the ballroom, Joe (the owner) stopped by to make sure everything was okay. Although we knew it was early to have the fountains on, we asked Joe if he could get them to work. Sure enough, on our wedding day, the fountains and waterfall were running! We were lucky enough to have a gorgeous day (sunny and 70 degrees!) and the fountains just added to the beauty of the day. Joe was even present on our wedding day to congratulate us, and he checked in with us multiple times. Aria completely exceeded our expectations. We knew the food would be excellent, but the service was phenomenal as well. We had some special requests to speed up the process of the courses so that our guests could spend more time on the dance-floor, and Aria was more than accommodating. Not only that, but our guests were amazed at how each time they returned to their table, their napkin was formally placed at the setting. Our butler, Miguel, kept the room running smoothly and Chrissy, our bridal attendant, went above and beyond to make sure we always had a drink in hand (including our parents). We were so appreciative of her checking in on us and helping us get through the night smoothly. The delicious food, gorgeous ballrooms/grounds, and outstanding hospitality from EVERY employee (including the owner, Joe) make Aria, hands down, the number one best wedding venue in Connecticut!

Our wedding was one month ago and it was my DREAM wedding! It was absolutely perfect. Aria is the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen. Our wedding was March 30, just at the end of off-season and the price was unbelievable for what we got. I really wanted to get married outside by the gazebo but the weather wasn’t cooperating and luckily enough for me I was the only wedding that night and they offered that I had my ceremony in the other ballroom! It was beautiful. My bridal attendant was AMAZING and was right next to me every time I looked. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and venue.

Getting married at Aria was the most memorable experience of our lives. We were very nervous when picking a wedding venue because we wanted to make sure that everything would be just what we wanted. The entire process, Aria made sure that we were planning our wedding just the way we wanted. They guided us through every single detail, making sure that we were happy and assuring us there was nothing to worry about. There are several opportunities to try Aria’s great food, as well- such as attending their monthly Monday night dinners. When the big day came, Aria helped everything run so smoothly. Their staff was amazing and our bridal attendant, Besa, was absolutely incredible. We also had an Aria staff member, Kelly, officiate our wedding and she did an amazing job. The food was AMAZING and our guests complimented it so much. We really wish that we could relive our wedding night. We truly thank Aria from the bottom of our hearts. If you are looking for a venue that will make your wedding a dream come true and treat you like family, we highly recommend Aria!

I just had my ceremony and reception there in the big ballroom and couldn't be happier with them. Everything turned out amazing. When finding a venue the most important thing to my husband and I was the food and the food went beyond expectations. Everything tasted amazing and we had no complainants from our guest. We also couldn't be happier with the service. They set up all the decor exactly how described. We also had the most helpful and sweetest bridal attendants. I would definitely refer Aria to anyone who is looking to get married.

Our wedding on March 31, 2018 was truly one of the best days of my life. Aria is a beautiful venue, the food was amazing and the service outstanding! So many guests commented how good all the food was (awesome cocktail hour!) and how attentive and professional all the wait staff was. To top it off our bridal attendant was the sweetest woman. I couldn't have been happier the way everything turned out. I highly recommend Aria: the ballrooms are beautiful and the outdoors/ view made for some really beautiful photos. Plus the up lighting really turned it into party mode and they allow the sparkler exit there which was so much fun!

WOW. We never could have dreamed of a better place for us to celebrate on our wedding day. Our \"Big Fat Greek-Italian Wedding\" had over 250 guests, but \"Ballroom A\" allowed for all of our guests to sit, stand, and dance comfortably. With family and friends traveling from all over the United States and Canada, we wanted to make sure that they had a great time at our reception. Aria has broken the mold. Aside from the beauty of the venue itself, the staff was empathetic, friendly, and supportive throughout the wedding planning process. On our wedding day, my bride and I were treated like royalty. Aria assigned members of the staff to be there for us for everything from drinks to lighting. The quality of the food was phenomenal. You could have sliced the filet mignon with a fork! Since our wedding day, we have been showered with compliments expressing how gorgeous the wedding reception was. And the photos...my God, the photos! Make your photographer happy and choose Aria. Look no further. If Aria is on your list, it should be the only one on it!

We were thrilled to have had our reception at Aria! Everything from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere was outstanding! We had so many compliments from guests on how fantastic the food was and how much they ate! That was very important to us. We both had been to so many weddings in the past, and there is nothing more disappointing than low quality food... that isn't a concern here at all! We loved it so much, we decided to have them cater our Christmas dinner! I had a waitress assigned to me, and there was a waiter assigned to my husband the entire night. Anytime I turned around, she was there to help me with anything I needed! She even helped me take my heels off and put my comfortable shoes on! She was amazing! We had a huge bridal party - 9 guys, 11 girls, and 4 kids, and we all fit in the bridal suite perfectly with room to spare. They brought all of the cocktail hour food upstairs for us which was so convenient. I can't say enough about Aria. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic wedding venue!

They were always friendly in their interactions with us during planning and they were happy to accommodate our requests for non-traditional wedding details.The venue itself is just gorgeous (we continue to receive many compliments on it from our wedding pictures) and was also the most affordable of the locations we looked at.The only slightly negative aspect of our experience was with the cake bakeries that Aria included in their price, but as that was not specifically part of Aria's service it wasn't worth lowering our score of the facility at all.

It is difficult to put into words how perfect our wedding was in October and the significant role that Aria played in making it so. It goes without saying that Aria is one of the most beautiful venues in the area.. everyone that walked in was so blown away with the grand staircase, gorgeous ballroom, and breathtaking outdoor space but the service was exceptional as well. You simply cannot find a better valued venue in CT. The food was unbelievable and abundant (to the point our guests thought the cocktail hour was the full meal). Our personal attendant was with us the entire night ready with a drink in your hand before the ice melted in your last one.. she even bustled my dress when my MOH didn't remember how! They were absolutely fantastic and every bride and groom to go through there should expect the best night of their life!

Love love looooove this place. The staff were very attentive and the coordinators were extremely organized. The entire night was seamless and flowed incredibly well. Staff pay attention to detail based on the wedding coordinators notes. They meet with me multiple times to make sure every detail is covered based on my expectations, etc. We had a handful of people with food allergies that were not ignored by the staff. Thank you Lina and Donna!! We had the time of our lives!

There aren't enough words to describe the beautiful experience we had at Aria! As soon as we pulled up to the property, I knew this was the place we needed to get married at! We met with Lina and she was very helpful. Everybody was...Kelly, Donna, or maitre d, & our bridal assistant. I went to every bridal showcase and their monthly Monday night dinners to try the food, which was UNBELIEVABLE! The whole process of choosing our menu, linens, even bringing our decorations/favors was a pleasurable experience. The ambience of ballroom A was magical. The grounds & views are spectacular. Let's not forget the Bridal suite....just fabulous. Every room was spacious & oversized...plenty of room for everyone. Every inch of that venue reeks of glamour & elegance. And what a treat to walk down the dual staircase. Every time I went there, I just felt so special! I can't thank Aria enough for an unforgettable evening. I can't wait to come back for another dinner or to host another event!

When touring Aria for the first time, the view, the landscaping, the fountains and waterfalls on the patios, the decor and marble floors were everything we had dreamed of. Having been to several weddings and events at many of the other popular venues in Connecticut, Aria was without a doubt the best looking venue.We met with Lina who was our coordinator and she showed us around Aria prior to booking our date. Both of the rooms they offer to host your reception are absolutely stunning! However, when Lina walked us to the grand ballroom and we stood on the balcony overlooking the room, our hearts were set to have our reception at Aria. Between the marble dance floor, large bar, huge chandeliers, breathtaking staircase to enter for the bride and groom, and the outdoor patio with an amazing view, everything was perfect. Being told that we could have our cocktail hour inside and outside on the patio, just added to our excitement even more. After booking our date, we met with the staff at Aria to pick our menu. Every bride and groom wants to ensure their family and friends enjoy the menu set for their special day and while it took quite some time to pick the \"perfect\" menu, the staff at Aria was with us every step of the way giving us advice, and their honest opinions on food selections (which was not only helpful, but appreciated). We even added \"extra touches\" such as a Sushi chef making sushi during the cocktail hour, and even a gelato station and crepes station for dessert. These were a huge hit at our wedding! We were married September 16, 2017. Although the experience of planning our wedding was still stressful as anticipated, the staff at Aria were always available every step of the way to alleviate some of our stress. They offered constant advice, suggestions, and were so patient. Lina especially offered much of her help, even down to the detail of how we could fold the napkins on the table to accommodate a menu we wanted to provide each guest with. The team at Aria are nothing short of perfect and they all work together to ensure your day is everything you dreamed of. The day of our wedding each staff member made us feel so special. Lina went out of her way to show my husband and I to the grand ballroom before the reception to ensure the decor was setup exactly how we wanted and they did an amazing job. Besa, our bridal attendant, was absolutely amazing as well!Our entire wedding at Aria far exceeded our expectations. The evening was just magical. The cocktail hour as well as the food and desserts were nothing short of amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the wedding was and what a stunning venue Aria is. Many had even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.I would recommend Aria to any couple seeking a venue for their wedding, or even to those who are looking to attend their events. Lina made the planning process enjoyable and made sure to pay close attention to detail every step of the way. She was prompt in answering questions and never made us feel like an annoyance. Sonia was also a delight to work with! The waiters were extremely professional the day of the reception, and my guests could not stop raving about the service they received! Not to mention, the food is the best around and people are still talking about how amazing it was (and just how much food there was!). Besa, our attendant for the day, was an angel who kept making sure my husband and I had everything we could possibly need. We chose to have our ceremony on site, and this made for a seamless evening that flowed very nicely. The photos came out beautiful thanks to the gorgeous scenery and landscaping on site. The owners and staff at Aria make sure that every single detail is thought out, and their main goal is to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. I don't have a single complaint about our experience at Aria, and would HIGHLY recommend it to any couple looking to have a beautiful fairy tale wedding, and one that you and your guests will never forget!!
