A Mountain Retreat for Your Romantic Day
Located in Flagstaff, AZ, Arizona Nordic Village offers a beautiful venue for weddings in the hills. Nestled in the foothills of the San Francisco mountains, this setting is surrounded by stately aspens and pines. The village has more than 40 kilometers of trails and is close to the Grand Canyon, ideal for adventure seekers. Arizona Nordic Village has been helping the people of Flagstaff have fun outdoors for more than 35 years. The team here aims to provide a beautiful, serene setting while causing as little disruption to nature as possible. They are happy to welcome couples planning all manner of weddings, including elopements and commitment ceremonies. You can also renew your vows here. Weddings at Arizona Nordic Village can be held in the pavilion tent, which has enough space for up to 250 guests. The single-day, overnight, and multi-day packages from this venue offer both round and rectangular tables for you to use throughout the day. For dancing, you are invited to use the large yurt, or rent our dance floor. The outdoor ceremony site is set in our spacious meadow, surrounded by ponderosa pines, with a rustic arch located in front of towering aspens. Complimentary chairs can be provided for up to 125 people, while additional seating is available for a fee. Our venue provides an off-grid feel, while also having adequate power located near the lodge and pavilion tent for DJs or any additional lighting you may desire. For power in the ceremony meadow, generators can be brought or rented from us. If you opt for an overnight package, you and your loved ones can stay in the village's rustic cabins and yurts. The team here is happy to suggest vendors that you can work with on your day, but you are free to use whatever businesses you like. Our creative freedom and flexibility will allow you to create the DIY wedding of your dreams!

Arizona Nordic Village Reviews
It's taken me a year to write this review without being livid. My partner and I fell in love with this venue for its stunning views of nature and the flexibility they offered. HOWEVER, their team (Sarah, Morgan, and Kendra) was horrible to work with. They overcharged me twice, they had to reschedule the venue walk through with my planner DAY OF because they forget they had a wedding that day; which was also inconvenient since I drove from PHX and my planner from Tucson. The WORST thought was that I paid to rent out every cabin and room they offered so that our day would just be filled with our wedding party. They double booked and did not communicate this with me, so when I got to the venue the day of our wedding, there were strangers everywhere and the rooms we paid for were filled with people who were not our guests. They did not give me any notice or apologize for this major inconvenience, nor did they do anything to make up for it. What they should have done was paid for a hotel for all of the people they booked who were not apart of the wedding. Instead, they did not give me a refund for the rooms, offer an apology, or give me any advanced notice.

We fell in love with this venue at 1st sight and just have are wedding here. Everything turned out perfect such a great venue but there was some minor bumps I paid Extra for the heating lamps when I got there the lady that was helping with the wedding didn't want to refill them saying I didn't pay for them so I had to stop in the middle of my Reception to go get a receipt to show her that I paid for them. It was a good thing that I kept it And it seemed like she got a little upset that she had to refill them.
