Established in 1816, Armstrong Farms is a 7th-generation barn venue available to host weddings and other events in Saxonburg, PA. This property offers a unique setting to celebrate with family and friends, and create memories to last a lifetime. The on-site team welcomes you to the estate to enjoy a peaceful wedding day surrounded by rolling countryside. Armstrong Farms provides a picture-perfect backdrop to the wedding celebrations. The 200-year-old family estate blends rustic elegance with a historical charm that is felt in every nook and cranny of the grounds. The venue was originally established as a bed and breakfast in 1996. Since then, the farm has welcomed hundreds of couples, all with a unique love story that weaves through the estate. The property features two restored barns to host the celebrations - Fieldstone and Westminster Preserve. The former is the epitome of refined elegance and sits between rolling pastures, offering scenic landscape views. The barn can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests, or couples can make use of the outdoor deck that can fit a further 30 people. For celebrations of more than 180 guests, Westminster Preserve is the perfect fit. The vast space is complete with high ceilings and original beams decorated with twinkling lights for a romantic setting. The barn comes with an adjoining arbor, ideal for a cocktail hour under the crimson skies. The team at Armstrong Farms is delighted to share their piece of joy with couples and their loved ones. From the décor and furnishings to the music and food pairings, this group welcomes the pair-of-honor to decorate the blank canvas to their taste. The venue offers on-site accommodation for family and friends to lengthen the time spent with loved ones for the occasion. With various packages available, couples can look forward to an array of services before, during, and after the wedding day. Armstrong Farms exceeded our expectations. We had our wedding at Armstrong Farms Westminster Preserve on July 7, 2018 under the love and care of coordinator Marlene Micko. We had looked at a handful of other barn/farm venues in the area and talked to several coordinators, but none of them even come close to Marlene. We live in California and first spoke to Marlene over the phone to get some information on the venue. From that first call, we knew AF was the one. Prior to speaking with Marlene, we had already visited the Pittsburgh area (where we are from) to visit venues but didnât feel strongly about any of them. Plus, several of the coordinators at other venues really turned us off. After we first talked to Marlene, I asked my parents to visit AF and they loved it. Marlene was so nice and easy to talk to that we ended up booking the venue site unseen. Planning a wedding from across the country is a bit nerve-wracking, but Marlene made us feel completely taken care of from the start. She took every step to ensure we were well-informed throughout the entire process. She provided us a several suggestions for vendors, which is great because we had no idea where to start. We ended up choosing most, if not all, of her recommendations, including the caterer (Hoffstots), florist (Julie James), and the bakery (Main Street Bakery in Saxonburg). Marlene also took videos of the property, took time to explain every inch of the space, and regularly sent pictures of different things we asked for. She even worked with her husband to create a 3D scale model of the venue on google sketchup! Yes really!! This was incredibly helpful because we could play with layouts for the reception all of the way from CA. Even though we only visited the venue twice before the wedding, with the help of Marlene, we felt like we knew the venue in and out. The venue itself was beautiful. We lucked out on our July wedding day with blue skies and temperatures in the 70s! But even leading up to the day, we thought it might be over 90 degrees. Marlene reassured us that the new tent on the property would be a good alternative for the ceremony and that we could make the call the day beforehand. Marlene also worked with all our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. Seriously, we didnât have much to worry about. Having the whole venue to ourselves for the weekend was also a huge plus. We and several of our guests were from out of town, so we had an amazing home base at AF all weekend. The house and cottage on the property were great. We had several of our close friends stay at the house which could easily sleep 12+ people. All in all, AF and Marlene are amazing and you will not be disappointed. Our wedding day was a perfect day.

WE WISH WE COULD HAVE ATTENDED OUR OWN WEDDING AS GUESTS!!!!What an amazing venue! The barn gave us the ability to have our ceramony downstairs and reception upstaris, all while allowing the entire wedding party to stay on property Friday-Sunday. Very cozy quarters too!We absoutely loved our wedding planner (included), Deanndra. She was flexable during our planning proccess, making our day go smooth. She was also boots on the ground on our big day, ensuring everything ran smoothly, which it did. Most of our vendors, photographer, caterer, DJ, ect, have been at Armstrong Farms before, making everything run smoother. We can't say enough about this venue, it was absoutely wonderful. We had a December wedding and it was decorated beautifuly with what we (my wife and I) picked from their barn full of decor. We had 13 tables, about 120 guests, and that was just enought room for dancing without feeling cramped inside. RECOMENDATIONS: For catering, go with Stephens Kitchen and Catering (Butler, PA). He and his wife were so wonderful and the food.. Just wow! (GET THE HOT CHOCLATE BAR!!!)DJ: Pifemaster, 10/10. This guy kept the party going!Bartending: Rays Bartending. Fantastic servers and they could make you almost anything. Our special day was about becoming one under God, with family and friends aroud, but let me say that Armstrong Farms will forever be an unforgettable part of what made our big day so special.

This venue is absolute perfection. They have 2 locations and we booked the Westminster Preserve location. We immediately knew this was the spot as soon as we saw it. You get the site from Friday (Noon time) to Sunday (11am). There is housing on the property for the bridal party and best part yet, you can bring your dog! They also have a âprop shopâ to utilize for your decor, so I had to buy very minimal decor, which ending up saving us a ton of money! They provide a day of coordinator and if you book I hope you get Deanndra. Deanndra was a gem to work with. I am so thankful she didnât mind my random early morning /late evening texts because something popped into my mind. She made our day run smoothly. Her communication is a 10/10 and she helps you every step of the way even if you ask her for her opinion on something she will never steer you in the wrong direction. If I had a company, I would hire Deanndra! This venue along with Deanndra made my wedding dreams a reality. I would highly recommend Armstrong Farms and their team for your big day.

Our coordinator, Kristi made every single detail of our day perfect and seamless! It could not have been the wedding of our dreams without this venue and Kristi! We would get married here a million times over!

Armstrong Farms Westminster Preserve exceeded our expectations. My daughter-in-law dreamed of an outdoor wedding under a beautiful tent and barn- that's exactly what she received (and then some). From beginning to end Armstrong staff (Marlene, Shannon, and Kayla ) cared for every detail. They answered numerous questions and guided us through each step- even helping us to select vendors that they knew had a great reputation. It's wonderful because we rented it for the whole weekend, The bride, groom and extended family were able stay on the premises and decompress, not having to run everywhere. We had the rehearsal dinner on the beautiful deck that overlooked the pond and ceremony site. A view that was stunning- especially at sun set. It was nice that family was able to get ready on site- and eased any fears of late arrivals etc. A huge shout out to Marlene who assisted us in rehearsal dinner preparations. As well as an enormous shout out to Shannon and Kayla who saved the wedding day. We had a hiccup in the afternoon where florist forgot to deliver the ceremony arch. These ladies thought outside the box and secured an arch from their all so helpful prop shop. They decorated themselves with remaining flowers. it was gorgeous, and I must admit much better than what florist was going to provide. Again- I can't say enough about the gorgeous venue and amazing staff. If I could give this a 10-star review, I would- you will not be disappointed if you choose this for your venue.

Armstrong Farms is the dream wedding venue. They have houses on both venue properties to allow for overnight accommodations for the couple and friends and family. We got married at the Westminster preserve venue which was absolutely beautiful. The venue coordinators are extremely helpful in making your dreams come true and your wedding day to be perfect.

We had our wedding at Westminster Preserve on June 24th, 2023. The wedding ceremony and reception went absolutely perfect all thanks to Armstrong Farms amazing coordinator Deanndra Wetzel. She went above and beyond for us, and we truly donât know what we would have done without her! Any worries that I had she completely took care of, and made sure EVERYTHING went so smoothly. We had so many vendors but she was the one we appreciated the most, and she was included in the venue! We met before the wedding and spoke very often prior making sure all the details and plans were perfect! She gave the best advice and genuinely cared about our wedding! We truly cannot thank Deanndra Wetzel at Armstrong Farms enough!

She went above and beyond for us, and we truly donât know what we would have done without her! Any worries that I had she completely took care of, and made sure EVERYTHING went so smoothly. We had so many vendors but she was the one we appreciated the most, and she was included in the venue! Our daughter was married at Armstrong Farms at the Fieldstone venue in April 2023. Our daughter and her husband wanted a rustic setting and Fieldstone was perfect. Fieldstone is rustic, but not a barn. The Fieldstone building and the surrounding grounds are lovely. The staff was excellent: Marlene Micko, with whom we initially booked the venue; Kristi Sherge, in the office, during our planning process; and nearer to the event, Deanndra Wetzel, who was our Armstrong Farms coordinator for the day of the wedding. Each of these people was responsive, reliable, and very helpful. The high quality of the staff played a big part in our decision to choose Armstrong Farms. We also hired a wedding planner, who was familiar with Armstrong Farms. Having your wedding at a place like Armstrong Farms, where you have to provide your own venders, can be more work than having it at a place where everything is provided; but you can choose your venders to suit your style, your vision for your wedding, and your budget. Our daughter had her heart set on an outdoor wedding, but, of course, alternative plans are necessary in planning, to take weather into account. Armstrong Farms allowed us to be flexible with our planning. Due to a prediction of rain, we had the wedding ceremony on the wrap-around porch -- it was a lovely setting -- our daughter said that should have been Plan A to begin with. Before and after the ceremony, we were able to take many beautiful photos on the grounds. The Fieldstone building was great for the cocktail hour and reception. Everything about the wedding day was wonderful! Many guests told us that this was the best / most fun / most beautiful wedding they had ever attended! Thank you, Armstrong Farms!

Armstrong Farms was probably the biggest \"wow\" factor to our wedding. SO many guests commented on how beautiful it was and how well-run it was. This is mostly thanks to Armstrong Farms! Morgan was such a great coordinator, everything went very smoothly and she handled everything very well. Everybody the whole time was super friendly and we didn't have any issues at all. Having the prop shop available was really nice, and she clearly had everything planned perfectly. We couldn't ask for anything more. The price was reasonable for the fantastic venue, and they were really flexible and had great features. The air conditioning worked just fine for a July wedding.

We had our wedding at the Fieldstone location and it was perfect in every way. I absolutely love her. The only thing that was difficult is that we had to arrange everything besides tables and chairs. It would be great if they had packages that included a bit more. But in the end our wedding was perfect and went off without a hitch. Absolutely book them if they are available!!!

We cannot get over how perfect our weekend was at the Armstrong Farms Fieldstone venue on May 21st. The house onsite and cottage down the road allowed us to offer our wedding party a place to stay all weekend. This was great for wedding party members traveling from out of town! Our coordinator Kristi couldnât have been more perfect and helpful throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. The inside of the barn was beautiful and comfortably fit our 120 guests without looking too crammed or too empty. The cocktail hour in the basement was a literal dream - and all of the guests were grateful for the AC blasting on the 90 degree day in May all throughout the barn! The outdoor ceremony was perfect, but even if it rained, the basement of the barn would have been a beautiful ceremony too. The huge wrap around porch and large outdoor space created a safe space for guests in the world of Covid. Guests raved about how beautiful everything was and how they loved the option of indoor/outdoor. We even had several people say they would be looking here to get married. Since the porch is covered, this venue would have been a PERFECT option if it rained. The bonfire after party was a blast and the perfect way to end the wedding weekend!Cannot recommend this venue enough!

Our coordinator Kristi couldnât have been more perfect and helpful throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. The inside of the barn was beautiful and comfortably fit our 120 guests without looking too crammed or too empty. The cocktail hour in the basement was a literal dream - and all of the guests were grateful for the AC blasting on the 90 degree day in May all throughout the barn! The outdoor ceremony was perfect, but even if it rained, the basement of the barn would have been a beautiful ceremony too. The huge wrap around porch and large outdoor space created a safe space for guests in the world of Covid. Guests raved about how beautiful everything was and how they loved the option of indoor/outdoor. We even had several people say they would be looking here to get married. Since the porch is covered, this venue would have been a PERFECT option if it rained. The bonfire after party was a blast and the perfect way to end the wedding weekend!Cannot recommend this venue enough!

We got married at Westminster Preserve on May 7. It was wet and cold, but it was still beautiful. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and although we didnât get to really utilize the outside space, the barn and tent were amazing and guests loved it. We fell in love with this place the minute we drove up to tour last year. They also used their gators to drive us and our guests back and forth so we didnât get wet or muddy. The fact we got to stay right on the property the whole weekend with our friends and family was amazing. You also get assigned a coordinator. We had Lori and I cannot begin to describe how amazing she was. She answered all my very detailed and pointless questions, gave suggestions, found different places/things for us, and kept me SANE for months before the wedding. The day of the wedding we had to switch from outside ceremony to inside the barn and it went flawlessly. Lori handled all the guests and vendors and gave me nothing to worry about. When our bus did not come back for the last trip and left people stranded, Lori came back to the venue and literally drove people to the hotel they were staying at. She deserves 10000 stars.

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Armstrong Farms! AF is the perfect place to get married if youâre looking for a barn and indoor/outdoor wedding!!We had our big day at their Westminster Preserve site and it was everything we could have imagined. We had the venue to ourselves for the weekend, so we stayed at the house and cottage on site! We had plenty of time to decorate on Friday before our rehearsal dinner at the house. Our wedding day was SO beautiful! Our ceremony overlooked the pond area and was perfect for the end of summer. We had dinner in the tent and reception in the barn. It was so cool to have three separate areas to move to throughout the night. The barn was well lit with strand lights and we had plenty of space for the dance floor with extra tables for our guests to sit at. The tent was so perfect for dinner - our guests could eat and then get up and walk around the venue and enjoy being outside. We had the most perfect night and everything flowed so nicely. Aly was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing to work with! She was so helpful throughout the whole process and even helped us get organized on Friday. She made sure everything was in place on the day of and helped our vendors figure out where to go and where to set up. We canât say enough good things about Aly!

We had roughly 200 people at our wedding and that was a great number for this venue, lots of room for dancing and activities outside. Our day of coordinator Deandra was excellent in ensuring that everything behind the scenes was going smoothly and was able to address anything that needed to be taken care of. We booked the venue for the entire weekend and it was a great atmosphere to do our rehersal dinner and get ready all on site. The venue itself is a little bit more pricey than some of the other venues out there but it is absolutely worth it!

This was the perfect site for our wedding. We used the Fieldstone Barn, which was beautiful both inside the barn and provided a beautiful landscape. They also have availability to rent 4 separate lodging options (one directly next to the Fieldstone Barn with a fire pit that our bridal party used following the wedding). This was really helpful to provide lodging to family and our bridal party, and we were able to have our rehearsal dinner at one of the homes! Kristi (our coordinator) and owner Andy went above and beyond to answer all questions, provide multiple viewings, and they organize a vendor meeting so everyone is on the same page and timeline before the wedding. Things could not have gone more perfectly with Armstrong Farms!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We had Lori as our coordinator and they were LOVELY! She was very quick to respond to my texts and emails. Kept me very calm and helped us out so, so much. We used Westminster Preserve October 10. The trees were beautiful, weather beautiful, and so much space for everyone to space out with COVID. We rented chandeliers and vintage furniture to have a non-rustic vibe and the guests LOVED this place. I cannot say enough good things about this venue.

I literally did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day! My husband (who is not the event-planning type) also loved working with them and said so many times how great Armstrong was to work with. They were so flexible and kind throughout the whole process! Kristi Sherge was amazing to work with and always SO responsive. She answered every question and concern I had leading up to our big day. The owners, the Allens, are so nice as well and Andy even stopped by the evening before to check in to make sure everything was going smoothly with set up. The use of the farmhouse is truly invaluable as well. Kristi set up a table for us outside on the patio and we held our rehearsal dinner out there, which was nice to have as a back-up because our original rehearsal dinner plans got canceled due to COVID. Armstrong is also the ideal place to have your wedding during COVID because there is so much space to work with. Our guests raved about the amazing location and how comfortable they felt about attending our wedding. You also really get your money's worth at this venue-- it's truly a great value. I can't say enough amazing things about Armstrong Farms and would encourage any bride and groom to look at Armstrong for their big day. I also knew that IF we had to change our date due to COVID that Armstrong would bend over backward to work with me to make sure our day went off without a hitch. I had zero wedding day anxiety at Armstrong because I knew everything was going to fall into place perfectly, and it did. If you are a laid back bride who enjoys adding your own personal touch to your wedding through DIY, this venue is for you! COVID or not, I'd pick this venue time and time again. I could not have asked for better coordinators. With COVID going on, I was all over the place emotionally and was not sure if we would still get our wedding day. I can't say enough good things about Armstrong Farms!! We had our wedding there on October 19, 2019 and our expectations were far exceeded! Lori, Andy and the entire staff were amazing throughout the entire process from touring the venue to breakfast the morning after. We feel very fortunate to not only have had such a beautiful location but also such friendly and accommodating people to work with during such a momentous time in our lives. An extra special thanks to Lori- she was a lifesaver and helped us through everything (big and small) along the way!

I hate to even write a review like this, but I will always have this feeling about our wedding day and it's not a good one. We chose to get married at the Fieldstone Barn location because it met all of our must have's.. unique, air condition, ceremony site, cocktail hour floor, weekend rental. It also gave us access to their \"prop shop\" which came in handy MULTIPLE times. Fast forward to the week before our wedding, we go through the weekend plans, everything is planned down to the hour. During our final meeting, we discussed our card box and who will responsible for it and the gifts. Very quickly, Armstrong Farms employees say they will take responsibility for the cards & gifts - they will be locked away in the office. We thought great, thatâs one less thing we have to worry about. Our wedding day was perfect. Our timeline moved according to plan, I was getting pictures sent to me as the venue was setup and everything was beautiful. All day, our guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was. Now, we are home getting ready to leave the next day for our honeymoon and go through our cards and gifts. While we were going through them, I notice a few things might be missing, but figured with all the boxes we packed up maybe they were elsewhere or maybe our guests forgot them. We go on our honeymoon and I'm still thinking I didn't get a card from one of my best friends since I was in grade school - so strange and unlike her. We get home from our honeymoon and go through our cards one last time. We notice there are over ten cards and gifts missing.. We search high and low, call family members but the gifts just aren't with us. We start to contact our guests (mind you these are reliable guests who are VERY close to us and have always been very generous). We explain itâs not about the money or gift, itâs the fact that their gift might not have made its way to us and that is NOT okay. Our guests told us they 100% placed their card in the box at the venue. Several of our guests also shared that they placed two cards in at the same time (we received one card, but not the other). I reach out to our venue coordinator; she says they aren't at the venue. Then, I called the manager of Armstrong Farms because that answer just didn't sit well with me. How aren't they there? The manager tells me she will call me when she's back in the office. Couple of days go by, I get a short email that the cards aren't in the office â but they will keep an eye out.. I replied to her that I was disappointed considering Armstrong Farms voluntarily took full responsibility for our cards and gifts. Then, I get a call from the owner and we go through it all again. He told me to check with family members because sometimes family picks them up to keep them safe⊠My wedding was over a week ago â no one is holding onto our cards and gifts. When I asked if his employees had a background check he never said yes, so I'm assuming that's a no. The owner tells us we will hear back from him within a week - it's been over a week, no follow up. I write this because I will always have this memory about our wedding day. We should have asked a family member to care for our card box, but we gave trust in the $10,000 venue. Iâm very disappointed with the outcome and that our perfect day will forever have this cloud over my memory. If you rent this venue, ask a family member to tend to your gifts and get insurance that will cover such a horrible situation.

If I could rate this venue more than 5 stars I definitely would!! We got married at Armstrong Farms Fieldstone Barn on April 27th, 2019. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and Anna who coordinated our wedding, was so incredibly helpful and sweet and made sure our wedding went smoothly and exactly the way we planned! I CANNOT thank Anna enough! I highly highly recommend Armstrong Farms to anyone getting married. Having the venue for 3 days made the wedding day low stress, the prop shop allowed us to decorate everything exactly as we wanted, and Anna was AMAZING and made sure our only priority was to have fun and get married.

Westminster Preserve at Armstrong Farms was our dream venue! The beautiful old barn set in the rolling hills is the perfect backdrop to any wedding. The new permanent tent they added this past summer was a huge asset in expanding the space and making sure your guests donât feel trapped in a ballroom. We loved that the venue was essentially a blank canvas, we could decorate the space to our desire and bring in exactly the music and food we wanted. Armstrong farms provided us with a long list of their approved vendors, but also allowed us to bring in new vendors. The biggest assets at this venue are the coordinators, they go above and beyond to make sure your day goes as planned. My husband and I are originally from Pittsburgh, but currently live out of state and had to do all the planning from afar and on a short timeline. Our coordinator, Marlene, was a godsend in making the process easier for us. Not only did she help coordinate the event on the day of, but she was there for every step of the way when we needed her. She gave us advice on vendors, decorations, and timelines. Despite some questionable weather, we were dead set on having the ceremony outside. Marlene and her crew gave us a few options and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. On the day of, Marlene was there to make sure everything went smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our favorite part about this venue was the cottages. We had all our closest friends stay the entire weekend with us. From the ceremony & reception to the late-night bonfire and finally the Sunday morning brunch, we had the ultimate wedding weekend surrounding by our favorite people. We truly could not have asked for a better setting.

My husband and I just married on 10-6-18. Armstrong Farms was our first venue visit and only. We booked right away! There are two beautiful barns to choose from, but we went with the climate controlled barn. We were captivated by the beautiful barn set up, the housing that was provided for us/ wedding party for the weekend, and that we were provided a coordinator that would make our wedding day go smoothly. Our coordinator, Anna was absolutely amazing. She truly did her job and much much more. I don't know what we would have done without her. Everything was perfect and she kept everything in line and to plan. Our guests gave so many compliments on how beautiful the barn was and looking around at everyone enjoying the wedding and the outdoor wrap around porch, I knew we made the right choice! The farmhouses that were provided were close and convenient, however they could use some updating especially with lighting and electrical. Otherwise, we took full advantage of the things offered to us for the whole weekend and it all worked out perfectly! We also worked with Marlene initially and she was such a wonderful help and really helped us make up our mind. Big thumbs up! :)

Armstrong Farms , Fieldstone was wonderful for our ceremony and reception. Anna, our venue coordinator was so helpful and often was a step ahead of us taking care of every detail. The barn was available for us to decorate on Friday. That evening we had the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the venue .Many items we needed for decorating were included in the prop shop. The venue was clean and very well kept. It was so wonderful to have 2 nights stay in the farm house and the cottage included. The night of the wedding we did no cleanup. The next morning they provided our breakfast and all of our items were on tables. We packed up and left in about one hour...... so easy! I would strongly recommend Armstrong Farms.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful farm. From the very beginning everything was perfect. Our first look at the venue and meeting Marlene was just wonderful, she was kind, warm, and the most friendly person you could ever meet. When we finally booked the venue, we received it at a much cheaper price for a Sunday wedding. Our original coordinator did not complete with us but Andrew filled it. He is partial owner of the farm and was filled with knowledge helpful tips to make us feel confident in our planning. We used Stephenâs Kitchen as our caterer as he was highly recommended by the venue and it was such a wonderful suggestion. Andrew and Stephen work flawlessly together. Andrew was with us every step of the way, answering any phone calls, email, or texts leading up to the wedding. The prop shop is a huge plus as we used a ton to create our centerpieces. You are able to provide your own vendors and alcohol which is a huge plus. Now the day of was beyond our wildest dreams. Andrew helped with everything...from seating guests and guiding cars, to passing out water while waiting for the ceremony to start...he was truly a jack of all trades. He kept the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception running smoothly the entire time. Armstrong Farms exceeded all of our expectations and it is truly a day I will never forget. Our guests complimented on our well cared for the entire property was and how it is completely on another level to other barn venues. We also had a house and a love cabin for our guests to stay in. The closest true hotel was 20 minutes away and we were able to provide a school bus transport at a very reasonable cost at the suggestion of Andrew. We booked Roengick Transportation Company, definitely use them if you book here. Near the sunset time, Andrew took myself, my bride, and our photographers on his gator to get some of the best sunset pictures ever. We honestly wouldnât change a single thing aside from the 90 degree September weather. Thank you Armstrong Farms for being so warm, welcoming, and accommodating to both myself and my bride!

Kristi was our wedding coordinator and super helpful with everything and answering all our questions. The owners are great as well! We were at Westminster Preserve, the ceremony site is so pretty. Then the barn and tent made the reception complete! Having the 2 cottages that were included in the price was also great because it was more like a wedding weekend. Anna even helped me bussle my dress - she was literally there for our every need. She kept things running smoothly and made it so we didnât have to worry or stress about the little things. Armstrong Farms is the perfect place to get married and not only just to have one beautiful day, but a whole beautiful weekend. We then met our venue coordinator, Anna, who I canât even describe how much of a lifesaver and wonderful of a coordinator she is and was to us. She answered my millions of questions, gave me vendor information and advice, helped call all our vendors to schedule times and make sure everything ran perfectly, and was there to help the whole wedding weekend. Anna even helped me bussle my dress - she was literally there for our every need. She kept things running smoothly and made it so we didnât have to worry or stress about the little things. Armstrong Farms is the perfect place to get married and not only just to have one beautiful day, but a whole beautiful weekend. Thank you so much Armstrong Farms, you made my wedding the best I could have ever dreamed of.

Armstrong Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend. The grounds and the Fieldstone Barn are absolutely gorgeous. It made for a fantastic weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch on-site and every part was perfect. Each vendor they recommended did a fabulous job and we cannot thank them enough for coordinating everything. Anna and Andy were so kind and organized. All of the events of the weekend went so smoothly that all we needed to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. Their hard work is what allowed us to have a stress-free month leading up to the wedding and a weekend that was better than we ever could have asked for. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!

My husband and I got married on June 16, 2018 at the Fieldstone location, and I cannot stop gushing over how perfect this venue is! From the moment we drove up the scenic drive to that red-roofed barn, I was in love! Marlene walked us around to both Fieldstone and Westminster Preserve so we could see both venues, and we checked out the guest houses that are provided to you for the weekend. Marlene is so wonderful to work with, and you can feel her genuine excitement for you and in helping you prepare for your special day!The price is well worth what you get out of your entire wedding weekend, including a coordinator, the two guest houses, breakfast on Sunday, use of the Prop Shop decorations, the post-reception bonfire, and so much more! Marlene and our coordinator Anna were so helpful in letting us know which details were more necessary than others, as well as providing a list of the best vendors to work with. We decided on Armstrong Farms probably within a week of getting engaged, and then all of the big decisions regarding other vendors fell into place right after that with their assistance. I cannot say enough good things about our coordinator Anna! She was phenomenal and always available to help and answer questions. During the wedding weekend, it seemed she was everywhere at once to provide her assistance! She had all of the decorating completed on Friday/early Saturday, she made sure everyone was on time and where they were supposed to be the day of the wedding, and she even provided drinks for the wedding party during cocktail hour as we were taking pictures and throughout the night to my husband and myself! Anna was a saint and willing to drive back and forth to the Prop Shop to gather or return extra items for us, and they always had extra things on hand for us to use in case we forgot (such as the cake knife and server we conveniently left at home)!Getting to use one venue for the entire weekend completely takes away the stress and pressure of worrying about logistics and cleanup, not to mention the convenience of the wedding party getting to stay on-site in the guest houses. We had rehearsal at the barn on Friday and brought our own food for a cookout for the rehearsal dinner. The Fieldstone barn has a spacious kitchen/prep area and a grill to use, which worked perfectly for us! The accommodations provided and ease of using the barn and guest houses for the entire weekend are what really made our wedding weekend exceptional. I can't tell you how nice it was to wake up on Sunday and head over to the barn for breakfast, where all of our decorations and everything we brought were already cleaned up and packed up for us to take home. The folks at Armstrong are total professionals who really do think of everything to make it easier on you. Not to mention the surrounding area of both venues is beautiful and makes for breathtaking photos! I don't think anything I say will be good enough to describe Marlene Micko & Armstrong Farms. My daughter and her fiancé wanted a beautiful rustic setting for their wedding and we knew the moment we pulled up to Armstrong Farms that this was the place. There we were greeted by a wonderful woman, Marlene, whose energy was just infectious. We booked Westminster Preserve that day. Marlene helped to guide us every single step of the way. The wedding was this past Saturday and I am still getting calls and texts about how extraordinary the entire day was from beginning to end. I've had guests say they felt like they were in a fairytale. The ceremony was perfect in front of the water (which included 2 hilarious geese). It was simply breathtaking. Hors d'oeuvres were served in the barn, complete with white lights throughout that created the coolest ambiance. Dinner was served in the spacious airy tent that Armstrong Farms just installed. We had a large wedding (280+) and it accommodated everybody VERY comfortably , along with the food stations (kudos to Nikki from Bistro-To-Go...people are still commenting on the delicious food, Lisa from Bloomers Floral Studio for the gorgeous flowers, and Becky & Kierstin from Event Source for providing the beautiful linens and dinnerware). After dinner the party continued back in the barn with dessert and dancing. And when that was over many guests made their way back down to the water for a bonfire and S'mores. People even pitched tents for a sleepover! Whether she was chauffeuring guests in the golf cart, directing the wedding party, making sure everything was running smoothly, or doing countless other things, Marlene was MAGNIFICENT and always smiling and working to ensure everything was perfect. The best part of life is creating beautiful memories. Thank you Marlene & Armstrong Farms for helping us do just that!

My husband and I were married at Armstrong Farms in May of 2018. I cannot express enough how amazing the entire experience was from the staff to the venue. We loved the option to book the entire venue for the weekend of our wedding which is what we chose to do. We had our ceremony at Westminister Preserve and out reception at Fieldstone. It was wonderful to not worry about having everything cleaned up and packed directly after the reception, especially since we were the only party booked Friday through Sunday. We also enjoyed that included in the costs were two farm houses, Fieldstone and Drake's house, these two homes were so helpful for having guests stay and for the groomsmen. We worked mostly with Kathy and Anna but all staff members we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kathy and Anna were on top of everything! From last minute changes to picking weeds out of the yard before the ceremony started! Both were so calm and kept the event flowing effortlessly! Kathy and Anna made sure our experience was flawless and it was even with some rain, they made everything perfect! It was a pleasure to work with both.The venue itself is absolutely immaculate, stunningly beautiful, every guest at our wedding commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how beautiful Fieldstone is. We were all blown away by the incredible service and beautiful grounds, we are incredibly happy with choosing Armstrong Farms as our wedding venue, it was an absolutely wonderful experience and I cannot Thank Kathy, Anna and the entire Armstrong staff for all their hard work. I would absolutely reccomend Armstrong Farms for any occasion!

Our wedding turned out amazing at Armstrong Farms on 10/21/17! Originally we wanted 10/7 and were hoping to use the pond at the Allison Anne barn for the ceremony and the Fieldstone barn for the reception. However we found out that the Allison Anne barn is no longer used for weddings. Kathy convinced us to book the 3rd weekend in October when they stop booking Westminster Preserve and agreed to let us use the pond there if the weather cooperated and the pond grounds weren't too mushy. We lucked out and the weather was perfect and the everything worked out as planned! They were very accommodating to our requests! Plus all of the housing was available that weekend so we booked everything up and were able to have our families, bridal party and many of our friends stay with us the entire weekend. Marlene was a fantastic venue coordinator and made sure everything went off without a hitch (I swear she was everywhere at once!) Price included lodging at 2 houses for Fri-Sun and use of their prop shop which has tons of decor. You really don't even need to buy any decorations if you don't want to. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Our day was perfect because of it.

The bridal party stayed in the houses on the property the night before which was cozy and comfortable and so convenient to be just steps from the venue. This. Was. The. Most. Perfect. Venue. I cannot even put into words how happy we were with Armstrong Farms, its staff, its location, and its amenities. My now husband and I happened upon this place and the moment we walked into the barn at Westminster Preserve we knew this was it. They had 1 weekend in July available and boom, 5 months later we were married there! We were so happy that we were able to customize everything ourselves, from the caterer to the bartender - but the venue has a fantastic list of vendors and we ended up going with someone from their list in almost every category! It really gave us the flexibility to spend money on the things important to us (food, booze and entertainment). The venue is gorgeous! The grounds, the twinkling lights in the barn, the arbor - hardly any decoration needed, but for a little oomph - the prop shop was a welcome surprise! I added a few things here and there, but really it had everything I could have wanted. Having the cottages on the property for us and our bridal party to stay was so fun and really convenient! We also had our rehearsal dinner and brunch at the Farm as well, so it really gave us ample opportunity to spend time with our family and friends, most of whom came in from out of town. My family LOVED being outside and fishing in the pond, and we had lovely weather so our guests played cornhole outside late into the evening! Finally, we cannot say enough good things about our coordinator, Marlene. She was with us from the very beginning, guided us poor wedding naive souls (without ever being pushy and always helping us to do what we wanted and felt comfortable with) and truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for her help and guidance! I highly recommend Armstrong Farms, especially if you are looking for something more low key and down to earth and something unforgettable!

We got married at the Westminster Preserve at Armstrong Farms and it as absolutely incredible. I am from Pittsburgh, but my husband and his family/ friends came in from New Zealand so we rented out the love cottage and the big house for the whole weekend. It made things alot easier and it was great that we could use the bonfire after the wedding was over. Marlene was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. Warm, efficient, and great to work with from start to finish. Everyone was stunned with the beauty of the venue, and I loved the freedom to make the wedding whatever I wanted. The prop shop was amazing to use for last minute decor on a budget. Just can't reccomend this place enough.

We got married at the Westminster Preserve at Armstrong Farms and it as absolutely incredible. I am from Pittsburgh, but my husband and his family/ friends came in from New Zealand so we rented out the love cottage and the big house for the whole weekend. It made things alot easier and it was great that we could use the bonfire after the wedding was over. Marlene was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. The entire day was planned out and she helped keep everyone on schedule.If you want an outdoor wedding, but need an indoor space in case the weather doesn't cooperate, this is a great option. This allowed us time to set up and gave us extra time to have with some of guests because stayed the night with friends and enjoyed the breakfast the following morning. We were extremely happy with our decision to have our special day here!

Thanks to Armstrong Farms and its staff, it absolutely was.From the moment we walked on to the farm property, we fell in love with the place. It is secluded, peaceful, and beautiful. We got married at Fieldstone Barn (one of two locations on the property). The miles of surrounding pastures and the beautifully restored barn was the perfect location for us.Our wedding coordinator was Marlene. By the time the weekend was over, I felt like I was saying goodbye to a best friend. Marlene did not stop from Friday to Sunday to make sure that our family had everything we needed to host the perfect wedding.At the rehearsal dinner on Friday, she reassured us that the barn would be cleaned up and ready to go the next morning for the wedding. On Saturday morning, Marlene made trip after trip from the barn to the farmhouse (that myself and my bridesmaids were getting ready in). If we did not have something, she brought it. There were minor things I never even thought of that she brought to our attention. No bride should have to worry on her wedding day, and Marlene made sure that I (and my mother) had nothing to worry about.Even our VENDORS (DJ, florist, caterer) were raving about how wonderful of a place Armstrong Farms was. If the vendors had a question, Marlene addressed it so that we did not have to field phone calls or questions the weekend of the wedding.Even on Sunday morning at brunch (yes, they offer a brunch on Sunday morning in the barn so that you can say goodbye to all your recovering guests) Marlene was nothing but smiles. She truly made our wedding so perfect - i could not imagine having it anywhere else.

Armstrong Farms Fieldstone Barn was the last venue we had visited and the best by far. My husband and I are so grateful for all the things that Amanda Miller did for us throughout the whole process. The barn itself is beautiful and our wedding turned out more beautiful then we could have every imagined. Amanda was so kind and helpful throughout everything. The monday before the wedding we had a family emergency that I called Amanda one to try to get a plan B just incase and to be reassure that everything was going to be ok. Our venue was the biggest and most important decision in wedding planning and I donât think we could have made a better decision! We loved everything about having our wedding at Armstrong Farms (Fieldstone barn). We fell in love with the venue at our initial meeting and was then sold on everything that was included - the weekend package with lodging, rehearsal dinner space and set up, use of the amazing prop shop, and the best part a day of coordinator! We booked in August and got our coordinator Amanda assigned in December and she was fantastic! She was way more than just a day of coordinator, she was in constant contact with us leading up to the wedding, answering any questions we had and working with us to make sure we had all our vendors. A few weeks out we had a final meeting with her to go over all of the details which she then confirmed with all the vendors right before the wedding and was the main POC at the wedding. She was around all weekend starting at noon on Friday to make sure we had everything we need for setting up, decorating, etc. We didnât worry about a thing on the day of the wedding and no one in my family had to be at the farm to make sure the other vendors knew what to do & where to set-up, it was such a relief to have a professional like Amanda be there on our day. I canât imagine the day going as smooth without her. Now back to the venue, it was the perfect space for our rustic romantic wedding. We had the downstairs with a bar and music for cocktail and then the upstairs for the main dinner and reception. We had 100 guests and there was plenty of room for eating and dancing. It was a beautiful space and the minimal decorations that we used from Armstrong Farms enhanced the natural beauty. We really could not have been happier with having our wedding here and everyone involved. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

My husband and I had our reception at the Fieldstone Barn on 10/01/2016 and we had a wonderful experience! Besides the beautiful barn and picturesque setting, we really liked that we were given access to the barn for the entire weekend. We were allowed to begin setting up Friday at noon and could clean-up on Sunday morning. This relaxed schedule let us set-up exactly how we wanted without feeling rushed. Some of the other barns that we looked at had 3 weddings in the same weekend and you had to be in and out very quickly. We just felt like that we would be too rushed under those circumstances. We also liked the the Fieldstone Barn had both central AC and heat. October in western PA can vary greatly in terms of temperature,so having both options was great! Kathy was very good to work with. She communicated with and kept track of our vendors on our wedding day, so we didn't have to worry about any of that. She also let us borrow items from the \"prop shop\" that we used for decorations and centerpieces at our reception. We were very please with our reception at Armstrong Farms!!

We chose Armstrong Farms (Fieldstone) as the venue for our ceremony and reception in October. 2016 The barn itself is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. The leaves hadn't yet changed for our early October wedding, but it still made for a gorgeous setting. Also, because the venue is so beautiful in its natural state, it made decorating easy as it didn't require much. We could go on about how lovely the venue is (it is!), but my husband and I both felt like the most value came from the coordinator on staff at the venue. She worked with us in the months leading up to our wedding, and the day of to make sure that everything came together. We could never have anticipated how much we would have relied on her, especially the weekend of our wedding. From tracking down a steamer to use on bridesmaids' skirts to making sure we had butter for mountain pies for the post-wedding bonfire, she was the best! It was also so convenient to be able to stay so close to the venue in the farmhouses that come with the rental. Additionally, it was great to have the venue for the entire weekend. We were able to decorate on Friday, have our rehearsal dinner there that evening, and didn't have to clean up/pack up until Sunday. Overall, we can't say enough good things about our experience with Armstrong Farms.

I can't begin to explain how amazing this venue is!! We had our ceremony and reception here at the Westminster Barn and we have gotten nothing but compliments and great remarks on what a fantastic place it was! The view, the space, plus Kathy and her son made our wedding day one we will never forget. Kathy and her son made our day go so smooth, I didn't have to worry about a single thing! All of our other vendors knew their roles and where to set up because of them. And while getting ready-I did not have to do one thing, but relax. They kept checking in on me and during the reception they played the role of telling us when to cut the cake, when to do the first dance, etc., they kept our drink glasses full, and snuck us away during prime time sunset pictures! ANAZING! This place and the people are fantastic and our day was nothing but perfect!! I recommend this venue to ALL!

My husband and I are so grateful for all the things that Andy Allen did for us throughout the planning experience. The barn itself is beautiful and our wedding in turn was beautiful. The farmhouse was wonderful, my girls and I stayed there the night before the wedding and had hair and makeup come to us the morning of the wedding, it was great. Andy Allen was our coordinator and was seemlessly there the day of my wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly, I can't say thank you enough. We were recently married at Armstrong Farms - Westminster Preserve. The weekend was absolutely perfect. We worked with Amanda and she was responsive, answered all of my questions throughout the process, and was there the day before and the day of the wedding to make sure that things went smoothly. She was wonderful.The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and the expansive area so guests can dance if they'd like to, kids can run around outside, and guests can visit on the deck or in the yard. It's also a completely perfect place for pictures. I can't say enough good things about this venue. We had a great wedding and have received so many compliments on the venue and farm. We would have our wedding here again in a heartbeat.

We were recently married at Armstrong Farms - Westminster Preserve. The weekend was absolutely perfect. We worked with Amanda and she was responsive, answered all of my questions throughout the process, and was there the day before and the day of the wedding to make sure that things went smoothly. She was wonderful.The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and the expansive area so guests can dance if they'd like to, kids can run around outside, and guests can visit on the deck or in the yard. It's also a completely perfect place for pictures. I can't say enough good things about this venue. We had a great wedding and have received so many compliments on the venue and farm. We would have our wedding here again in a heartbeat.

We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding day. It was the first and last venue we looked at because it had everything we wanted. Even leading up to the wedding if we had any questions big or small, the staff was always so helpful to answer or accommodate. The day of the wedding we had nothing to worry about. Our coordinator (Andy Allen) was so on top of it and all of our family and friends loved him and wanted to be his best friend haha. Everything was so perfect and our guests cannot stop telling us how beautiful everything was. The resident geese were also a huge hit and became a part of our bridal party :) Everyone got a kick out of that. Our bridal party and family loved that we could stay on the grounds the whole weekend which was amazing because no one had to drive anywhere. All around- best weekend ever.

Our bridal party and family loved that we could stay on the grounds the whole weekend which was amazing because no one had to drive anywhere. All around- best weekend ever.

We are so very grateful that we chose to get married in the Fieldstone Barn at Armstrong Farms. Kathy and her family have a wonderful venue, and they make you feel extremely comfortable and at ease with their frequent communication. They are so very friendly and accommodating. Having the lodging on site was so helpful; our families even stayed in their bed and breakfast suites and in another house all within two miles of the barn. Everyone was so impressed with the beauty and charm of the farm and nearby Saxonburg. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous. Kathy allowed us to choose centerpieces and other decorative items from their \"prop shop,\" so everything was already laid out for us when we arrived on the premises. I loved our wedding so much - the barn was the perfect location to host all of the people we loved most! Thank you to Kathy and the rest of the family. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I highly recommend booking this venue now, and quickly, as slots fill up well in advance. My husband and I were just married on 8/13/16 at Armstrong Farms Westminster Preserve. I cannot sing enough praises about this place. It is simply breathtaking and was perfect for my rustic-vintage wedding vision. I fell in love with it when I saw it. I worked directly with coordinator, Amanda, who is the absolute best!! Amanda is knowledgeable, organized, very responsive, and just the nicest person to work with. She coordinates with all vendors and executed the planning leading up to, and the day of the wedding, seamlessly!! I had no doubt the vision of my wedding would come to life with her managing behind the scenes, and I was not disappointed! It was better than I ever imagined!! Westminster Preserve is not climate-controlled and we had 90 degree heat and humidity on our wedding day. There is a wonderful breeze at Westminster along with an industrial fan, provided by Armstrong, which provided comfort for all of our guests in August. There are 2 houses on site for the wedding party and family to stay over for the entire weekend. We did not opt to do this due to having our ceremony in our church, but we did utilize these for the bridal party to relax prior to presentation at the reception. This site has gorgeous landscaping for photos, including a pond! We even had a red vintage pick-up truck parked in the grass on our wedding day for photo ops. I could go on and on! Thank you so much to Armstrong & especially Amanda for making my wedding day the most perfect day ever, which I will remember for a lifetime!! xoxo

Words can't even describe how much I love Armstrong Farms Fieldstone Venue and all the staff members who contributed to make our wedding day beyond exceptional, especially our coordinator Marlene. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the day was flawless. She directed the rehearsal perfectly and was available for the whole weekend. She was always easily accessible through e-mail and answered the million questions I had in a timely fashion. The barn was at the top of our budget, but we were able to use a majority of our decorations from their Prop Shop including center pieces, table numbers, rustic windows, banners etc which helped save money! Every single guest said how much they loved the setting of our wedding and called it \"casual elegance\". The use of the old farmhouse and the guest house to get ready in before the ceremony was wonderful which also saved money in place of a hotel room. The venue was perfectly landscaped which helped make such wonderful backgrounds for our pictures! I could go on forever on how amazing the venue and staff are at Armstrong Farms, but book your wedding there and find out for yourself!

The farm was more than we wanted to spend on a venue but it was worth every penny. Andrew and Kathy were amazing to work with and always very responsive when I had a million questions. My husband and I got married October 3, 2015 at the Fieldstone Barn. We had a truly wonderful experience with them. Amanda was our coordinator and was so responsive and always helpful in planning. They also have an adorable \"prop shop\" where you can reserve anything from signs to jars to table numbers. And least of all, the venue was GORGEOUS, especially when lit up at night. There is also a house on site that you get for the whole weekend, and you can have an after party bonfire there as well. It was such a relief to be able to be onsite and completely set up on Friday afternoon. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone and everyone who will listen to me!

My husband and I got married at the Fieldstone Barn on October 10, 2015. Kathy Allen was more than helpful. When we got there on Friday, we noticed that the caterer did not set up the tables for us to decorate. She helped us get everything set up and even helped with the centerpiece placement. She also went out and got us a second grill when we realized we would need another one for our rehearsal dinner. She made our entire weekend stress and worry free. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything was absolutely perfect! She kept us on schedule and made sure our guests felt welcomed. The setting for the wedding was absolutely beautiful. Everything was freshly landscaped and decorated for fall. We could not have asked for a more picture perfect wedding. Kathy Allen went above and beyond her call of duty for us. At the end of the night, Kathy was helping my grandparents get back to the suites in Saxonburg when my grandparents were involved in an accident. Kathy rushed back to the bonfire site to inform our family and led us to the accident scene (no one was hurt, luckily). We could not thank Kathy enough for all of the love and support she showed our family over the weekend. She is truly an amazing woman.

We absolutely LOVED the farm setting, with the geese and donkeys in our wedding photos. If you are looking for a rustic, but still a very formal and elegant wedding venue, I would highly recommend Armstrong Farms. Kathy Allen, the owner, is a genuinely wonderful woman to work with. She will be there for you from day one of your planning process to help you along the way; she and the rest of her family (the whole business is family run) have a wealth of knowledge about wedding planning, and are more than happy to help with finding vendors, giving decoration suggestions, or anything you can think of! My husband and I had a wonderful wedding weekend (yes you get the farm for the whole weekend!) with everyone at Armstrong.

I am the mother of the bride and our wedding was on August 29, 2015 at Armstrong Farms in Saxonburg, PA.We had looked at many, many other venues and nothing came close to what Armstrong offered.The venue and grounds are breathtaking and the entire staff could not be more helpful or competent and caring.Our wedding planner became our friend and ally.This facility is full service from rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. Armstrong is accommodating to every situation that may arise.Our planner was Andy and he was the kindest, most caring and most knowledgeable person we ever dealt with.No matter what came up, one call to Andy would remedy any issue. All of the wedding guests were in awe at all that was provided by Armstrong, including suites and housing for the bridal party and out-of-town guests. Andy was able to coordinate all aspects of the wedding, and he was able to facilitate a smooth transition for all events. I have been trying to think of even one thing that could have used improvement and I cannot come up with anything. For anyone who is looking for the perfect venue for the perfect wedding, you need not look any further than Armstrong Farms. It is the ideal place to create the memories of a lifetime. My daughter and her husband are still reeling from the perfection of this day. I honestly do not think any other venue can come close to the experience that Armstrong Farms and its team of experts provided for this special day. My only regret is that the wedding is over. I will be looking for any occasion to use Armstrong Farms in the future. Please, check out the venue before making a final decision for your big day. You will not be disappointed in what you see. I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the owners. First and foremost, the setting is beyond breathtaking. We viewed our venue, the Fieldstone Barn, in February and even with everything covered in snow, it was still stunning. Come our wedding date on August 15, it was even more than I could have imagined. We got some amazing photos in the afternoon when we arrived from our ceremony, and got even more stunning photos at sunset. \r\rKathy Allen was my event coordinator and she was amazing. I felt like I was working with my own mom! Her experience with coordinating weddings was unmatched, she communicated directly with all of the vendors I selected to make sure they knew where the venue was and when they could deliver everything. I have a really busy life working a full time and part time job, and she took SO MUCH of the work out it for me. In addition, her âProp Shopâ came in so handy when I needed decorations, whether they be table numbers, old windows, glass jars, chalkboards, you name it, she had it, and it was all at my disposal. \r\rI was told by quiet a few of our guests that ours was the best wedding they have ever been to, which was quite a compliment, and I know that the venue had a lot to do with that! \r

My husband and I got married this past Saturday 8-8-15 and it couldnât have been more perfect. Everything went exactly how we wanted it to. Kathy at Armstrong Farms was very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. There wasnât a guest that was amazed at how beautiful everything was. I would pick this place again if we had to go back and do this over! I loved that we were able to stay at the venue the night before and were able to get ready there, it made thing very easy. The bonfire was such a nice touch at the end of the night and a nice way to relax after such an eventful day. Thank you so much for letting us have our wedding with you we absolutely loved every bit of it!!!

My husband and I got married this past Saturday 8-8-15 and it couldnât have been more perfect. Everything went exactly how we wanted it to. Kathy at Armstrong Farms was very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. There wasnât a guest that was amazed at how beautiful everything was. I would pick this place again if we had to go back and do this over! I loved that we were able to stay at the venue the night before and were able to get ready there, it made thing very easy. The bonfire was such a nice touch at the end of the night and a nice way to relax after such an eventful day. Thank you so much for letting us have our wedding with you we absolutely loved every bit of it!!!

We got married at Armstrong Farms Westminster Preserve on July 18, 2015 and I honestly could not have imagined a better day! We fell in love with the Farm the minute we saw it. Armstrong Farms was very accommodating to any of our requests or needs. Our coordinator, Amanda was awesome!! She was very helpful during the planning stage and throughout the weekend, helping with last minute decorations and helpful suggestions. I cannot tell you how many comments we have received saying how nice our wedding and venue was! Everyone had a great time. Thank you Armstrong Farms and Amanda!\r\rBrenda

Armstrong Farms was the absolute most perfect wedding venue for our 5/16/15 wedding. When looking for a venue, we looked at various farms, hotels, wineries, etc and nothing even slightly compared to Armstrong Farms. We absolutely fell in love with Armstrong's the second we got out of the car on our very first visit. Every piece of the farm is very well manicured, beautifully landscaped, and just beautiful. Not only did we fall in love with the farm and all it had to offer, but we had the absolute top of the line wedding coordinator. Amanda went above and beyond any expectations we could of imagined. She was so helpful every step of the way and always available for assistance whether it be to texts, calls, or e-mails. Amanda was always there to offer her expertise, advice and help. We felt so calm and relaxed the day of the wedding knowing that everything would be perfect with the help of Amanda. Our wedding guests and vendors such as our photographer and videographer just raved about how they loved working with the people at Armstrong Farms and how beautiful the venue was. I couldn't have been any more pleased with Armstrong's Farm and our coordinator, Amanda. Our wedding weekend was so perfect. I was so sad that it was over so quickly. We are already talking about coming back to Armstrong's for our anniversary weekend as they have such beautiful cottages you can rent for the weekend. I recommend Armstrong Farms to any couple ready to have the wedding of their dreams, it sure was for us! :)

Words cannot express how happy we were with our experience at Armstrong Farms. The Fieldstone barn is a gorgeous setting for a wedding. Our pictures around the property are stunning. The landscaping is manicured so well. The accommodations were great for our out of town bridal party who didn't have to pay for hotel rooms. The best part of our wedding process was working with Andy. He was the most accommodating, patient, pleasant coordinator we could have asked for. Anything we wanted he made happen, no questions asked and always with a smile. It is refreshing to work with someone who does their job because they love it. My only wish is that I could relive it all over again because we had such a wonderful time and are so very pleased with every detail. \r\r

I simply could never have asked for a better wedding weekend, and that is in great part due to the venue! Our ceremony/reception was held at Armstrong Farms Fieldstone Barn. The location itself is stunning, but for me the show was truly stolen by the wedding coordinator for the farm, Andy. He was incredibly patient and quickly adapted to our requests. He was present throughout the weekend to assist with whatever necessary. Such a trooper! In addition, we were able to stay the entire weekend in a few of the farm houses on the property, meaning our enormous 20 person bridal party was able to enjoy a great deal of time together. The feedback the we've received from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive as well. We had about 200 people in attendance, and not one complaint! The dance floor was full the whole evening, and the bonfire that is provided afterward was a great deal for fun for everybody! I highly recommend this venue for a scenic and memorable wedding day.

After their wedding, i hear a lot of people say things like \"it was great, but.....\" or \"I loved it but i would change.......\" I can honestly say that there is nothing the staff at AF could have done to make my wedding weekend any better. \r\rFirst, let me start by saying that the venue is a great value. You can get in the barn from noon friday to noon sunday, PLUS a house and suite for the bridal party/out of town guests/ whoever at your disposal. This gave me plenty of time to decorate and more time to relax! They have an amazing \"prop shop\" where you can borrow centerpieces, signs, and other decor, for no extra cost. Tables, chairs, basically all the essentials and then some were taken care of.\r\rThe staff could not have been more helpful. You are assigned a contact/coordinator that is there with you for the whole process. My coordinator went way beyond the call of duty. He made sure the bridal party had snacks during pictures, handed out extra water to guests (on a 90 degree day in May), and basically make sure that my day went off without a hitch. When the caterer forgot that the bridal party was supposed to be served, my coordinator jumped right in and was helping with that right away. If anything went wrong that day I still have no idea because it was all perfect. \r\rNot to mention, the venue is down-right BEAUTIFUL. They had a Gator that took us up on the hill of the farm, and all around for photos and I cannot even wait to see them. The barn is so beautiful that you can get away with simple decorations and spend your money elsewhere. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed in the sense that if you need to grab something from the prop shop, it's no big deal. If you need someone to oversee the cake arrival, it's taken care of! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I highly recommend Armstrong Farms to anyone looking to have a beautiful barn wedding.

We got married at Armstrong farms April 18th 2015 and it was a truly amazing experience. We used their Fieldstone Barn venue and it was beautiful, the grass was perfectly maintained for our outdoor ceremony even though we had plenty of thunderstorms in the week leading up to the wedding. Inside the venue is fantastic with plenty of space for cocktails, reception and dancing along with a modern rustic charm that created a wonderful atmosphere. We had looked at several other barn venues around Pittsburgh and this was hands down the best that we saw.\r\rKathy was very accommodating to all our needs and great at communicating with us up to the date. She also lent us a number of decorations she had available and even allowed us to bring our dog to the ceremony which was very important to us. She did a great job on the day coordinating with all the vendors and helping us keep to schedule (I would suggest you clearly clarify timing and priorities with them ahead of time as I sometimes felt a little rushed by Kathy, but both my groom and I have not had a lot of experience with weddings ourselves so this was mostly our fault not making clear what mattered most). \r\rI am from England and much of my grooms family is from out of state. This venue lends itself perfectly to that as it offers onsite accommodation and accommodation nearby in Saxonburg (the most charming little town) and Cranberry. Use of the venue was also included for the Friday afternoon allowing us not only to get some of the set up accomplished but to use it for the rehearsal dinner also which was very convenient!\r\rOverall our wedding day was completely perfect and we have a lot to thank Armstrong Farms for in helping to make that happen. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I already have a number of friends who attended the wedding saying that they plan to have their wedding their too (once they find the right guy!).

My husband and I got married at Westminster Preserve this past August. Armstrong Farms was the perfect location for our shabby chic wedding. I didn't wan't a \"cookie cutter\" wedding. I am an avid DIY'er! Armstrong Farms provided the space for me to create my wedding exactly how I wanted it! I am still in awe on how beautiful everything looked. We had planned to have the ceremony outside, however, the chance of rain brought everything inside. Our ceremony took place downstairs. It was perfect! Amanda was fantastic to work with. She organized the vendors and didn't take a moments rest on the wedding day! I fell in love with the idea of having a weekend wedding. Armstrong Farms was perfect!

The site was gorgeous, and the accommodations were wonderful. Kathy Allen is an amazing owner, who obviously loves what she is doing with her farm! Amanda Miller, our coordinator, could not have been more helpful, and the wedding weekend- it is so much more than just a wedding day- went off without a hitch (and apparently, Amanda could have arranged that as well had we asked!) We skipped the horses, but the ceremony by the pond, the games on the lawn, the joyous dancing and the concluding bonfire provided memories that will last forever. (Saxonburg is a hidden gem as well) Thank you Kathy and Amanda for making my daughter's day as special as she has always dreamed it would be!

We just recently had our reception at Armstrong Farms at the Westminster Preserve barn. Everyone we talked to raved about how much fun they had and how beautiful the location was. We had an outdoor dance floor covered with lights, there were lounge chairs set up outside, and the staff was extremely friendly, open to our ideas, and helpful. One of the best parts? Our bridal party and close friends were able to stay at the farm houses next to the venue instead of driving to a hotel or renting a shuttle. After the wedding we had a bonfire set up by the lake so we could all relax, then we made breakfast the next morning and we woke up. Love love love this place!
