I had my wedding at Arrow Park in October 2023. After touring many venues the prior year, I knew Arrow Park was the one as soon as I stepped foot on the property. If you are looking for a venue that will 'wow' your guests, this is the one. We had our ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour in the mansion, reception in the pavillion, and the after party down by the beach. Our party was constantly moving around, experiencing new sights and places, and it made for an unforgettable evening. Not to mention, the staff is excellent. They have great relationships with just about every vendor in the area, especially caterers, so you don't have to be intimidated by Arrow Park being a raw space. From planning to party, Arrow Park was really everything my husband and I could have asked for in a venue.

Arrow Park is the most beautiful venue in the Hudson Valley area! They were so easy to work with and did so much for us. Santino was our coordinator and he was amazing! We got married on Thursday, October 26th, 2023 and had about 70 guests. We were able to use the garden, mansion, and pavilion for our wedding. We lucked out on the weather! It was 74, sunny, not humid, and the foliage was breathtaking!What I loved about our wedding at AP was that we did not have to share the venue space with any other event. It is all yours for the day! We were able to get ready in the mansion, which was really important to me because the bridal/groom suite are stunning! Many of our guests kept on asking how we found the venue... It's that beautiful! The reason I have AP 4 stars instead of 5 (on service) is because of some things that I feel like they can definitely work on. I had done all I could to be extra organized and clear with directions. For example, on one of the boxes that had the dinner menus, I had written in permanent marker to put 3 on each table. Some tables ended up having 1 menu and some ended up having 4. My sister and I had to fix that before the wedding started. There was also a mix up with the table numbers that could have been avoided if someone had just gone in once everything was set up to make sure things were put in the correct spots. Because of the table numbers not being on the right tables, it did confuse the caterers and caused dinner to be delayed for some tables.This is super minor, but I was told I was going to have a bridal attendant for the day of. This person was no where to be seen. It would have been awesome to have her when we took photos.If I had to do my wedding all over again, would I still choose Arrow Park? ABSOLUTELY!!! We loved our Sunday fall wedding at Arrow Park. Of the 15 outdoor/indoor venues we visited Arrow Park was by far the most beautiful. The property is expansive, classy, historic, and comfortable - with tons of space and options for a private, unique event. We planned our wedding outdoors, but did a last minute pivot to their indoor spaces due to rain, which turned out better than we could have imagined. Santino and Kelsey were engaged and responsive throughout our planning process, very open and encouraging of our creative ideas, and generous with their time from start to finish. We shared our weekend with a Saturday wedding with no issue - the staff executed a seamless turnover and was ready to roll when we arrived to set up. We used Chef Cava, one of their preferred caterers, and guests raved about it. Overall an excellent experience. We feel like part of the AP family now, and are already looking for excuses to go back.

We are beyond grateful to have had the privilege of working with the team at Arrow Park and to have the memory of our wedding at this beautiful venue. They did an absolutely amazing job executing our vision of a whimsical, dreamy summer wedding. With our big ideas feeling overwhelming to us, they made all our dreams feel possible. They helped us plan, organize and coordinate with other vendors and gave us excellent recommendations. The Arrow Park team was very responsive and accommodating to us wanting to visit the venue to better visualize plans and to have a tasting with our caterer leading up to our wedding. The weekend of our wedding couldn't have gone any smoother. We had some guests stay in the mansion and everyone adored the staff, as well as the venue. The venue is incredibly stunning, we tried to take advantage of every inch of the property and ended up with so many special memories. It was an overall great experience, we can't recommend this beautiful venue and rock star team enough!

Our wedding on October 3rd, 2023, at Arrow Park was pure magical! From the moment we arrived even in the winter, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of this venue. The day was unreal. The most beautiful foliage of the New York fall, a lakeside paradise surrounded by nature's best, making every moment picture-perfect. The ceremony at the garden went perfect, the staffs provided golf cart just in time for us to transport from the beach to the garden. The bartending service was exceptional during cocktail hour, offering a refined selection of drinks that added a touch of sophistication to the celebration. Each beverage was expertly crafted and served with a smile, contributing to the overall enjoyment of our guests.Following the reception , the beach campfire after-party was a delightful extension of our celebration. With a selection of cold drinks and delectable snacks, it provided the perfect opportunity for our guests to unwind and continue the festivities in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.The overnight stay at the mansion was a luxurious experience. While there was a minor hiccup with the room name list, it did not got printed like promised, that caused some confusion for our guests, we ended up texting everyone the list. But once settled, the elegance and comfort of the mansion truly added to the overall magic of the occasion.Moreover, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made our experience truly memorable. Their friendly and accommodating nature ensured that everyone felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the event.Arrow Park isn’t just a venue; it's an experience etched in our hearts. Despite a tiny bump here and there, the overall journey was pure magic. A massive shoutout to Arrow Park for making our dream wedding a reality—we’ll cherish every moment forever!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Arrow Park as our wedding venue! The venue itself is stunning, and it truly felt like we were transported to an Italian Tuscany wedding. Our guests can’t stop talking about how beautiful it was.But what truly sets Arrow Park apart is the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. One standout moment was when they made a quick run to a craft store to purchase a scrapbook when we couldn’t find our guest book. That level of dedication and service made our day even more special.I can’t recommend Arrow Park enough for anyone looking for a dream wedding venue with top-notch service!

We had our wedding on Labor Day weekend and it was just absolutely perfect! The venue worked with me for months to tweak and design every detail and I could not have been happier. Weather was perfect, staff were kind, grounds are unbelievably stunning, and the old world charm just hits different. Barely any need for decoration at this beautiful space. 10 outta 10!

I could spend hours writing this review. Figuring out exactly what to say, and highlight, has been incredibly difficult. There are not enough stars I can give Arrow Park. Any and every category you can think of, they are perfection. From the moment I saw the space (the only space I saw) I knew that was it. It’s charming and beautiful, elegant and relaxed, rustic and modern, elevated and laid back. It’s everything. I could go on for pages about the actual esthetic and truth be told, I probably would have booked on that alone. But, BUT, the staff. At this point I’ll say they’re friends. From the moment we toured the property we felt as if we’d known the staff for years. They’re warm, inviting, accommodating, communicative, punctual, flexible, the list goes on. You bring them a vision and they make it happen. From the moment you tour, until your wedding day, and far beyond, they’re pure magic. Arrow Park is such a hidden gem. Having lived in Monroe my entire life, I was shocked to learn there was a wedding venue, THIS wedding venue in my hometown. It’s tucked away on the most stunning piece of property full of beauty and charm. You’re literally transported from a small town in upstate New York, to your own private world. Whether you want sleek and modern, bohemian, rustic, disco, cultural, backyard, or the most elegant and elaborate wedding you’ve ever seen, they can do it, with ease and grace. Arrow park will make your dream wedding a reality. There are endless possibilities. Mansion, Courtyard, beach, garden, pavilion, any and all, they give you EXACTLY what you envision, and more. I will never be able to thank them enough for making my dream a reality. I will never be able to say enough about how truly incredible they were, and continue to be. Arrow Park is a dream come true and the perfect backdrop for an intimate, romantic, whimsical wedding! We had been searching for our perfect wedding venue and had nearly given up hope on finding a location that checked all of our boxes. By sheer luck (and a google search) we found Arrow Park! After our tour of the venue we knew we had to have our wedding there! We got married in October 2022 and everything about our day was exactly how we envisioned it. Working with the staff to plan and coordinate our wedding the year leading up to the wedding was a breeze. Our day of coordinator, Santino, made sure everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding and was available by phone anytime in the 2 months prior to our wedding and even helped make some last minute changes due to rainy weather the day of our wedding. The overnight accommodations are also spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The vendors Arrow Park recommends are also amazing and so easy to work with. We can’t recommend Arrow Park enough to a couple looking to get married surrounded by mountains and a beautiful lake! Our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of our venue!

My husband and I got married at Arrow Park 9/17/22 and it was absolutely incredible. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself (which is obvious if you visit any day of the year). The staff was lovely and communicative throughout. The accommodations were excellent. We got married in the garden which was beautifully set up without us lifting a finger, followed by cocktail hour in the mansion and a fantastic party in the pavilion. I would say the only thing that we weren't thrilled about was that there was only one bar during cocktail hour and our guests had to wait on a long line, which made our cocktail hour slightly less enjoyable. Still, it was the most amazing day and we are so, so thankful for Arrow Park.

I don’t even know where to start with this place… From the second we visited, we knew we needed to get married here. It is so unique and impeccably maintained to its original form. Arrow Park is truly a gem and unlike anything else in the area. Then there is the people. Santino, Des, Kelsey, the bartenders, and the house staff went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure it was perfect. They were attentive to our guests, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and were flexible along the way. They were extremely responsive over our two year planning period and were so helpful with answering all of our questions. Our guests could not stop talking about this beautiful place and they all wanted to know how we found it. Thank you Arrow Park for such an incredible experience, we would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

It was during the venue search process when I drove onto Arrow Park's property for the first time. As soon as I turned off Orange Turnpike and onto the property, I knew this is the place I wanted to get married. It had blown away any other property I previously visited. We booked a micro wedding and had the cocktail hour and reception in the mansion due to impending weather (the manager made the call to have the cocktail reception indoors even though we preferred everything outdoors and they were right! It POURED during dinner so we were grateful for their expertise) - months later, people are still talking about how great the property was. We took pictures around the property before the event started and there were SO many great options for backdrops. We hired a one man band to play during the event and he moved easily thru the venue and kept the music going for our 4 hour event (Sami Eldebs - everyone is still talking about him too!). Rosco from Love and Rosemary catered our event (he works with Arrow Park) and the food was INCREDIBLE. I still think about it occasionally. We rented out both cottages for our families to stay in after the event (we went 4-8pm) and continued to spend time with them late into the night - no need to find another place to continue the party! My wife and I stayed in the mansion for the night and the attendant on duty drove us back and forth from the mansion to the cottages on a golf cart to make it easier for us - AMAZING. It was one of the best nights and we can't say thank you enough to Des - she was so nice and helped the whole day go off without a hitch.

We had the best wedding at arrow park! The venue is GORGEOUS and the staff were extremely helpful! We had a wonderful after party and stay at the venue with our friends as well - the accommodations are very unique and whimsical. The options for both indoor and outdoor weddings are breathtaking, all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue and asking how we found it. So glad we chose arrow park!

The venue as pictured is absolutely beautiful. We had a 50-60 person baby shower in this magical autumn setting! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the view of the glistening lake as well as each of the beautiful rooms for dining and lounging. The ceramic antique fireplaces were awesome! Staff helped us decorate the main dining room beforehand which was a huge help. Will definitely book here again! If I ever get married, I would like to have my wedding here.

Fairytale WeddingWe held our wedding here yesterday and it was nothing short of magical. Arrow park is an absolute gem. The beach, tree lined path, mansion, courtyard. Everything! Is amazing!Like any bride I must’ve gone through a million venues and read so many reviews. Arrow park is it. The people here are amazing. They took care of us every step of the way. We also had back of the house catering and Lb entertainment and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our families stayed the night at the mansion and could not stop raving about how lovely everything and everyone was. If you’re looking for romantic nature vibes, definitely check our arrow park!

Our experience at Arrow Park was nothing short of INCREDIBLE!! There is no other setting like it. It offers a beautiful array of unique space for parties of all sizes. From its gardens, to it Mediterranean style mansion, to your very own private lake. What more could a person want for a perfect venue?! When you first enter Arrow Park’s Estate you are greeted by its enchanting driveway, with tall trees that escort you all the way up to the mansion. You can’t help but feel like you’re in the French Riviera. The mansion itself, is nothing short of a fairytale. It is perched up high on a hill that oversees a private lake. Inside there are lake views, grand fireplaces, balconies galore, a sunroom and a library. It really makes the perfect setting for any occasion. It also has 12 bedrooms that can accommodate you and your guests. Arrow Park has a lovely garden (for ceremonies), a private beach (for your after-party/bonfires or a giant pitched tent) and a pavilion (that can serve as a Plan B space if Mother Nature calls for inclement weather). But if you want to switch it up, you can, because of their flexibility. They really work with you! When you have an event at Arrow Park, you have the entire property all to yourselves. Which is very nice if you’re looking for that intimate feel. You are guaranteed, no party crashers! One of the greatest perks Arrow Park offers, apart from its privacy, is that there is not shut-off time. Meaning you can party till whatever time you like! Arrow Park comes with their very own liquor license and special tailored packages which is nice because you don’t have to go looking around for liquor vendors. As for food, Arrow Park allows you to choose from a list of their excellent caterers (trust me, you want a list, shopping around for top notch caterer is exhausting. They did the dirty work for you!) You won’t be disappointed with Love and Rosemary or any of the other caterers on their list. They also recommend excellent vendors, Dj’s, photographers and florist. Make sure to go to at least one of their Bridal Shows. Each vendor has worked with the Arrow Park team and as a result, our experience with the vendors was streamlined and above par. Like the property, there is no other staff in the world like the ones at Arrow Park. They are exceptional! Where do I even begin? Des, Brittney, Tom, Johnny, Santino…the list goes on and they never miss a beat. Concerned about every detail, they really listen and implement your requests to perfection. They go above and beyond every time; and anticipate every concern! Did I mention it was a monsoon on my wedding day and they made sure that rain did not stop my parade. We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating staff. We were 1000000000% satisfied. If you want a venue and staff onsite that will take stress away and help you to customize your dream day, these are the people, and this is the place for you. Look no more! You will blow people away with a wedding/event here and you will be so grateful for this decision! Thank you to everyone at Arrow Park for knocking our wedding day out of the park. You are Simply THE BEST!

I can’t not tell you how amazing Britney and Johnny are! From the first phone conversation to our big day Britney was so helpful and happy to be a part of it. The grounds of Arrow Park are a hidden gem for the Hudson Valley. So many great places to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cobble stone mansion was loved by all. I had guests stay overnight. The kids said it was like being in a castle. I did an early September wedding. The weather was perfect. My guests told me it was a magical place. If you’re looking for that rustic but classic vibe this is the place for you. Ask what’s included tho. I had to bring all my own stuff in. It can get a bit pricy, but it was worth it.

Arrow Park is a unique and beautiful venue, and we ultimately had a magical wedding there. However, our beautiful wedding day happened despite Arrow Park staff, not because of them, and there are lots of things I wish I had known before I booked the venue.First, the general manager is beyond difficult to work with. We postponed our wedding because of covid and she made that process an absolute nightmare. She raised the prices for Arrow Park astronomically between when we signed our contract in 2019 and when we postponed in 2020 and refused to honor our original contract prices when postponing. In general there was zero covid flexibility, so if there is any chance your wedding could be impacted by the pandemic please be aware of that. Communication with Arrow Park was also incredibly difficult. No one there seemed to communicate with one another, so different staff members were not in the loop on things we had talked about with other staff members. We also found them to be deeply unprofessional. The week before our wedding, we asked if our hairstylists could arrive at 8:30 am, a half an hour before our 9 am check-in time, to set up. In reply, Arrow Park accidentally forwarded an internal email in which they called us “insane” for that request, and decided not to allow us to check in earlier so that staff members “wouldn’t have to be stuck at work for 1800 hours.” That response sums up how Arrow Park treats its couples: As a chore, and a way for them to make money for their investors and friends. They nickel and dime over absolutely everything. Though we used an in-house caterer for our wedding (who was awesome -- would highly recommend Back of the House Catering!), we wanted to bring in a pizza truck at the end of the night. We were told this would incur an “outside catering fee” of $3,000 + $1,000 cleanup fee, even though Arrow Park would have had to do nothing but allow the truck to come onsite.They also let a lot of important details slide. We paid for an additional bartender because we did not want long lines at the bar. Even with the additional bartender, the bar at our reception was closed for the entire first half hour. We found this absolutely unacceptable. No one ever gave us any indication the bar would be closed, and as the bar was a priority for us and our guests we were deeply upset by this. Additionally, when we arrived at the venue the day before our wedding to rehearse, we saw that lots of flowers in the fountain in the garden where the ceremony was to be were dying. We asked if we could bring in fresh flowers to replace them and were told no. Arrow Park also does not include any of the little odds and ends that you would expect such a high-priced venue to have on hand (cake stand, microphone for your officiant, card box, etc -- we had to bring all of that in ourselves). We ended up hiring a day-of coordinator two weeks before the wedding because the more we communicated with Arrow Park the less confident we were that our day would go smoothly without outside help. Overall, the service here is just far below what you would expect. Though we did end up having a wonderful wedding thanks to the phenomenal vendors we worked with, because of the unnecessary stress Arrow Park caused I unfortunately would recommend couples look elsewhere.

Arrow Park is an incredibly beautiful venue! We had an intimate wedding in August and were extremely happy with our decision to have it at Arrow Park. Every minute of our day was perfect--from getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite in the mansion, to taking photos by the lake, and a wonderful reception under string lights in the courtyard. One of my favorite aspects of this venue is the versatility! There are so many perfect spots throughout the property to get great photos, and multiple options for ceremony/reception. One of the best perks was being about to stay overnight in the mansion with a few of our guests! Leading up the day, Brittney helped us organize everything and she did an awesome job! She really got of sense of the type of couple we are and did a perfect job of coordinating a day we would be happy with. The day of, the staff was incredible and did a great job of keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. We are so grateful for our perfect wedding day!

This review is long overdue! My husband and I got married at Arrow Park in September 2019, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Arrow Park is so unique and beautiful, and the options are endless for where you could hold your ceremony and reception - the property has a garden, an amazing mansion, and even has a lakeside beach area. The venue also has overnight rooms which made it easier for us to get ready with our whole wedding party and parents under one roof. We ended up staying at Arrow Park for two nights and had the rehearsal dinner by the lake with a bonfire the night before the wedding, which made the festivities all the more special for us and our closest friends and family. Our ceremony was in the garden, followed by the cocktail hour at the mansion, and had an outdoor reception in the courtyard with dancing back in the mansion. This allowed us to maximize the variety of spaces Arrow Park offers.Stephanie and Kaitlyn made the planning process so seamless and the day went by smoothly. They were so patient with my numerous questions and multiple visits to Arrow Park during the year of planning the wedding :)I highly recommend Arrow Park - it is such a special venue surrounded by nature. It was truly the dream wedding that my husband and I were envisioning and we would not have changed a thing!

The week before my daughter's wedding weather reports were predicting rain. My daughter was planning an outdoor ceremony in the main garden. A week before my daughter's wedding we were planning to stay at a local hotel. Things change. What can I say about the staff at Arrow Park? Courteous. Helpful. Professional. Those words are not enough. \"Transparent\" seems more appropriate –from assisting guests around the grounds, to magically handling all the events, waitstaff duties and housekeeping of the three day celebration... they are the best. When you know things are being done, but you are unaware that they are being done... is something to be commended. Love+Rosemary (Rocco) handled the catering – rehearsal dinner, cocktail hours, reception and after party. Superb!A historic old mansion, an estate surrounded by forest, a beautiful lake, \"a world away\" (is their namesake). To be comfortable to simply be with friends and family in the mansion, enjoy the views of the lake from the library, sitting on the outdoor terrace, walking in the gardens, or just resting on the dock by the water – inspiring and relaxing – it is all something to experience.For the wedding weekend – it did not rain. The ceremony and garden where beautiful. The reception was in the banquet hall, and there was plenty of dancing, conversation, food and dessert. Afterwards, a bonfire on the beach with s'mores and snacks, a late evening drink, and you can only call it the perfect end to a wonderful day.My wife and I ended up staying in one of the Arrow Park cottages across the street from the main entrance. The cottage was quiet, simple, comfortable, and convenient. I have known of Arrow Park since I was a child. I have never been to a wedding there. To say I enjoyed my daughter's \"destination wedding\" and will only have fond memories is an understatement. I highly recommend both the venue and staff.

Arrow Park Lake and Lodge is so full of gentle love and magic that everythings practically hums with it. My husband and I are both from Europe but due to my parents health travel restrictions, we had to look for a wedding venue close to NYC. We had looked at cool-industrial venues in Brooklyn, mansions for rent in Manhattan, and other assorted offerings, but nothing felt as magically fitting into place as when we drove into the tree covered tunnel of Arrow Park's drive. The staff, Stephanie and Kaitlyn are uber professional, warm, and go above and beyond no matter what the planning or the day itself throws at you. Having family and the wedding party stay at the mansion with us felt like an old world weekend great house party. Post wedding, a lot of the guests commented how many dragonflies flitted about during our wedding ceremony by the lake and how special the place felt to them - we couldn't agree more. Thank you Arrow Park!

We had our wedding at Arrow Park on 8/24/19 and it was absolutely perfect. Stephanie was extremely helpful and accommodating during all the pre planning and Kaitlyn was the best coordinator I could have asked for. The venue, as a whole, is stunning. The gardens where the ceremony took place were so green and the plants, bushes/flowers were perfectly landscaped and so beautiful. The mansion was honestly my favorite part of the grounds. It’s so rustic and unique- our guests took so great pictures here and loved it. We had our cocktail hour here, but our head count was over 100 we had to have our reception in the pavilion. I didn’t love the space because the rest of the grounds are so green, rustic and beautiful and the pavilion was a little dated, but with Stephanie’s help, I had the ceiling draped and my florist helped spruce it up as well. We even had our after party down at the beach- our dj played some music and we roasted s’mores and hotdogs- our guests loved it! Overall-5 star experience and I would highly, highly recommend the venue.

Arrow Park was the perfect venue for my dream wedding. I knew of this venue before I was engaged but didn't choose it until I met Stephanie and Kaitlyn, the two in charge of weddings there. Stephanie and Kaitlyn are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about creating the perfect wedding. They went out of their way to help me with every detail and answer all of my questions. The mansion is beautiful and perfect for our cocktail hour. The pavilion was a great place for our reception and we had plenty of room to showcase our sweetheart table and decorations and also have a great DJ and photo booth. We had our ceremony in the garden and it was serene and picturesque and made the perfect backdrop for the photos.It was the most amazing day ever and it was in great deal due to their hard work. I would not have changed a thing.❤️ 💕

Arrow Park is the ideal place for a beautiful, intimate wedding in a historic mansion. I can go on and on about the vintage elegance of the property. It's truly stunning. Richard, Stephanie, Kaitlyn and all of the staff at the mansion, treat you so well and will go out of their way to make your vision reality. The view from the mansion is breathtaking and really sold us on the venue. The mansion overlooks the lake and the sunset is gorgeous. My guests are still taking about the caterer, Thom from \"Back of the House Catering.\" The food is unbelievable, it's not typical \"wedding food,\" you can tell Thom has a real passion for food and he creates magic! The mansion also has 12 rooms upstairs so your close guests can spend the wedding weekend with you and you have the whole mansion to yourself. Arrow Park is a dream!

We cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and all of its staff. We rented the venue for the entire weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner and our wedding there. The venue, of course, is even more beautiful in person than any of the pictures show. But it was not only the venue that made our weekend unforgettable, the staff was amazing!! And this not only included Stephanie and Kaitlyn (the coordinator) who were indeed fabulous in helping the experience be as smooth as possible but the rest of the staff as well (bartenders, event staff, everyone working there). They were all amazing from the start of the rehearsal dinner to the morning after our wedding, even with us taking longer than we should have to get out of there Sunday morning after our full night of partying. Our wedding weekend was a dream and something we will never forget and it would not have been the same if we had chosen another venue. It was worth every penny!

Wow what can we say what an amazing experience we had with Arrow Park. We knew it was special when we booked our wedding and throughout the experience was friendly and helpful. Stephanie is excellent along with Kaitlyn and the team who couldn’t have done more for us during the lead up to the event and also on the day. We held both a rehearsal/welcome reception in the main house for around 70 guests on the Friday (we had most guests traveling from overseas) and then the main event for 115 in the pavilion on Saturday, we loved having the whole place for the weekend. Our guests kept raving about the location and just how naturally beautiful it was. We worked with the in house caterer recommendation ‘love and rosemary’ which was excellent for both nights, Rocco and team were great and worked with us on an fabulous menu for the Friday night welcome and also Saturday. Can’t recommend AP enough if you are looking for unique, rustic but also classic wedding venue.

My wife and I were elated to have our wedding at Arrow Park this summer! We fell in love with the scenery, multiple spaces and the ability to flow freely around the property. The option to open the mansion to our entire wedding party and families for the weekend made for truly magical moments of bonding that brought everyone closer together.Our primary contact, Stephanie, was attentive, cheerful and on top of everything from our first meeting and throughout the process with countless emails. Kaitlyn served as our main assistant for the weekend itself, and Tom was available evenings and overnight for any issue that cropped up (literally climbing the walls to help us out). Both were incredible and went above and beyond to make everything perfect.We and our guests stayed in the mansion for the weekend, where the cocktail party was also held. The rooms were comfortable and most were spacious. More bathrooms would have been better for everyone getting ready, but it worked out fine. To be honest we were concerned about whether it would be cool enough in the July heat, but the fans and AC units were more than enough, and also not loud at all! The garden was a beautiful space for our ceremony and easily accommodated our crowed of 150+. The hall where we ate and danced was cool, spacious and a good canvas for our decorations, and we highly recommend a live band for the stage! The lake and beach in the evening was beautiful and made for perfect pictures and rowboat rides, and while our bonfire had to be cancelled due to rain, we are certain it would have been a wonderful nightcap to a wonderful day. We credit Tom and the other staff for quickly moving the party and our guests from the beach and up to the mansion before the storm hit.Deserving of a separate review (which we did write) is their caterer, Love and Rosemary, who were absolutely incredible in their food and service.We loved our time at Arrow Park and all of our interactions with the staff, we highly recommend it if you're looking for an outdoor wedding and lots of space. The option of having the place for the entire weekend gives a lot of flexibility and creates a lot of great opportunities.

What a beautiful venue! It is a gem in the Hudson Valley however, they don't have too many extras (well I don't consider them extras but they do). The Reception Hall, that you pay extra to use, does not come with curtains so my groom and 1 groomsman had to go the morning of to put up curtains that we purchased. Otherwise they were pretty easy to work with. Rich and Stephanie were GREAT! They really just want to make you happy on the big day. Stephanie was great to work with leading up to the event and quick to respond to my million questions! Rich was MVP with the golf cart taking us and the guests wherever we needed to go.About a month before you are introduced to the Event Coordinator, Kaitlyn, this is where things were lackluster for us. Kaitlyn was not quick to respond and at 10pm the day before the wedding she emailed us wanted to change the reception table arrangement ... this should have been taken care of days before the event at a minimum. She made us feel like we were a bother to her. I am in event planning myself and I would NEVER give the service she gave.

Arrow Park is a beautiful venue. It is huge and whatever event you are planning, you are given access to the whole property. The pictures taken there are phenomenal. The staff from top to bottom was outstanding. Our wedding/event coordinator, Kaitlyn, was amazing. She was patient, kind, and organized. Stephanie Stack, the venue liaison, was also incredible. She made my partner and I feel right at home. Arrow Park’s caterer, Love & Rosemary, really sealed the deal for us. They were so willing to be flexible with their menu and our add-ons. Overall, excellent experience with this place and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience having our wedding at Arrow Park. It’s a unique space that sits in a beautiful natural landscape of woods, rolling hills, and water. Arrow Park also features a fantastic team that went above and beyond to make sure our big day was unforgettable. We chose to have our ceremony in the Garden space, which was beautiful and vibrantly green for our June wedding. We had a smaller wedding (80 guests), so we were able to have the entire reception in the mansion. They have a separate, newer space for larger groups, but the main house just has so much style and character that we feel it wouldn’t be the same experience if we didn’t have the event there.We loved that Arrow Park had accommodations for sleeping a large number of guests at the venue. This was made even better by the fact that, when you book Arrow Park, you get the venue for the entire night. So the celebration lasted as long we wanted and didn’t need to end at an arbitrary time.Coupled with the unique space and landscape is an incredibly accommodating and professional staff. Our event planner, Kaitlyn, was extremely helpful pulling together all the last minute details we had forgotten, and was always on hand to make sure we had whatever we needed. She even went so far to bring out a table of hors devours, champagne, and water so we made it through our post-ceremony photos. The bartenders were amazing and didn’t disappoint with their drink options. Many of our guests were beer and cocktail aficionados, and everyone raved about how good the drinks were.We also opted for the after-party bonfire, which we highly recommend. The bonfire location is right by the lake, which is beautiful at night. The Arrow Park team brought down a mobile bar so we could have drinks while we roasted smores and played music late into the night. Along with the rooms at the venue is the option to rent two nearby bungalows. These spaces had almost a summer camp feel. We had our friends stay there, which worked really well for our group. We had a magical time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for their special day.

Everything you could have ever dreamed of. Arrow Park was more than what we could have ever hoped for. The location is beautiful, and the mansion is stunning inside and out. What really stood out was how committed and thoughtful everyone at Arrow Park are. From the very first day we met Stephanie we knew we made the right decision picking Arrow Park. She was always very helpful and always willing to adapt to our needs. Whenever we had questions, she always gave us the right guidance and was always there every step of the way. As we got closer to the day, we met Kaitlyn, the event coordinator who was also a huge help. She helped us with all the final details of the wedding and working with her helped us stay calm and not freak out before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was always there ready to help us in any way possible. If we needed anything, she got it done and that helped us enjoy our day. She was always on top of things which resulted in the reception running smoothly. We are so happy we were able to work with Stephanie, Kaitlyn and all of the Arrow Park staff. All of our guests enjoyed the reception and many said they have never been to a wedding at a location like Arrow Park. Arrow Park is one of a kind. We will never forget the great time we had there, and we definitely would recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I got married at Arrow Park on April 28th, 2018 and it was the most magical experience ever. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we fell in love. When you first go up the tree lined driveway, you can’t help but be transported in time to a decade of elegance and artistry. Tucked among the foliage, you find the mansion which could have been directly plucked out of a storybook. And that’s just the beginning. Then you meet the people behind the scenes that will work tirelessly to make your day perfect. Stephanie always answered our questions professionally and honesty. The wedding world can be an impersonal place driven by dollars – but not here. The value of this venue cannot compare to any other ones in this area because of what it offers. Tables, linens, china, things that can run an fortune, are include whereas other venues require separate rentals. Stephanie gave us all kinds of options that met our needs. About 2 months before the wedding we were introduced to Kaitlyn, who directly worked with us to make our vision come to life on the wedding day. She coordinated between vendors and helped with the setup and clean up. We really didn’t have anything to worry about and she took all the stress off that day. The overnight staff is also just as wonderful. Jack made sure that our guests were comfortable and well cared for although out the wedding and the night. No wedding is complete without great food, and this is another aspect that Arrow Park surpassed our expectations. Tom, one of the in-house caterers, worked with us to meet our tastes and our budget. From the cocktail hour to the main dinner, guest continued to come up to us and tell us how amazing the food was. The fact is, the venue made our wedding what it was. Arrow Park offers not just a party, but an experience that you will remember for a life time.

My husband and I had our wedding at Arrow Park in September of this year. We heard about the venue through word of mouth and when we arrived for our tour we knew this was the ideal place to have our wedding. The mansion is gorgeous and is only rivaled by the grounds themselves, complete with wooded trails and a beautiful lake. We were able to rent the venue from Friday to Sunday for our wedding, which made the experience especially unique. We were able to host our entire wedding party (over 25 people!) including our parents at the mansion and accompanying bungalow cabins. The staff at Arrow Park made us feel right at home and were able to accommodate every request we had. I strongly recommend the bonfire afterparty, it was definitely a hit with our guests! If you are looking for a once in a life time wedding venue, Arrow Park is a must.

The historic mansion is not only beautiful in itself but the amazing staff allows each bride & groom to transform the venue into the wedding of their dreams! Billy & I knew from the beginning that we did not want the standard ballroom wedding, so as soon as we pulled down the private driveway lined with gorgeous trees, we knew Arrow Park was going to be the place for us! The lake views from the mansion are fantastic and the property in the middle of the woods is a photographers dream! Arrow Park recommended Mariana Feely, and I’m so glad they did because she knew every piece of the grounds and took incredible photos! (I will be sure to give a more fulsome review of her incredible work separately!) To begin the process with Arrow Park, we first sat down with Stephanie (who is amazing!) to handle all of the initial organization aspects. Her tremendous amount of industry experience allows her to be a great resource and she can answer any questions that you have. Her responsiveness and ability to problem solve allows even the most stressed out bride/groom to relax and just be excited for the big day! On the day of the wedding, we also had an entire team of employees from Arrow Park (including Kaitlin, Richard & Jack) who literally made sure that Billy & I did not have to worry about anything. From keeping our bridal party together for pictures (so we wouldn’t lose them), to bringing us our specialty cocktail (even if we only had a second to take a sip) and also sneaking us away for a minute to make sure we were able to enjoy some of our delicious hors d'oeuvres, - the service from the entire group was truly astounding. We also used Love + Rosemary to cater the event (recommended by Arrow Park), and it was the best decision we could have ever made. Not only was the food incredible (our guests said it was the best and most filling wedding they’ve ever been to), but the attention and service was way beyond our expectations. Lenore and Rocco personally checked on every guest to make sure they had exactly what they needed and that the meals were prepared to their liking. Many people will tell you that as the bride & groom you typically don’t get to eat much on your wedding day, but Love + Rosemary made sure that Billy & I both were both able to enjoy every last bite! (And we sure did!)We then chose to end our night with a bonfire by the lake (which turned out to be the highlight of the evening). Jack, Pam & David were so accommodating and attentive. Our closest family and friends (about 40 people), were able to relax and enjoy the brisk autumn night by the fire and catch up on the amazing day. We then all stayed overnight on property in Arrow Park’s beautiful accommodations which really allowed us to enjoy more than the usual 5 hour event, and truly make the wedding a weekend celebration. The next morning we were even able to have a delicious brunch (hosted again by Love + Rosemary), which was the perfect ending to our big day. We are so appreciative to all of the staff members at Arrow Park & Love + Rosemary, and cannot thank you enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives. If anyone is thinking about hosting an event at Arrow Park, Billy & I highly recommend it – you will not be disappointed!

We were married here in August and rented the property for the entire weekend. I want to emphasize that our actual wedding day was so incredible! The entire weekend was more than I could have imagined and I still can't believe nothing went wrong. There were so many moving parts to be managed (props to our DOC, Alicia & Jack!). The forecast said rain and a Plan B was ready, but we ended up with perfect weather. We did a Friday night bonfire after our rehearsal dinner and they kept the fire going and the s'mores bar open much later than we thought they would! Our friends loved it. They also set up a canoe for us to go on the water and get some of the most amazing wedding photos. After the reception, we had access to leftovers in the kitchen and were able to hang out in the mansion and drink whatever beer/wine/liquor was left. Sunday breakfast was also really delicious - I highly recommend opting for the omelette bar! In most respects it feels like we got our money's worth.I dock 1 star because I did not enjoy the catering experience. They have an exclusive in house caterer that I did not feel was as responsive or helpful as they could have been during the planning process. I had a vision in mind but I also had a budget; I didn't feel like I had any guidance on what I could actually afford and just kind of picked things we had tasted that I knew would be good. It would have been great if we had more than 1 caterer to choose from. At the same time, I am grateful that the caterer was onsite and available all weekend and let us into the kitchen. We stored food in there and always had access to leftovers which I've heard isn't very common at weddings.I also encountered some communication problems. We worked with the property manager for the year leading up to our wedding and 30 days before were put in touch with a coordinator who seemed to have very few of the details we had communicated over the past year. This led to some last minute stress and purchases that I didn't think we would need to make. This was a big deal to me as we live across the country and it wasn't easy to fix things at the last minute. It might be better if couples could speak with the coordinator 60 or 90 days out, and if the coordinator and manager both had the same information on what the venue does and does not supply.

We had a Labor Day weekend wedding at Arrow Park and simply cannot imagine having it anywhere else. The view from the mansion is incredible, the grounds are immaculate, the opportunity for pictures is endless, and the staff is attentive and friendly. There's no need to decorate anything at Arrow Park because everything is already so naturally beautiful. Having rented for the weekend, we were able to take in all AP has to offer and spend time with our friends and family. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and interesting it was, and by the time we left we felt like the staff were our friends.

We had our wedding at Arrow Park in August 2015 and it was absolutely magical. We searched for months in Southern NY/Northern NJ for a historic venue with character that was also affordable and were so thrilled to find Arrow Park. The setting of this historic Italianate villa built in 1909 (former country estate of a prominent NYC family) perched high above a lake is absolutely stunning and so picturesque. You are immediately transported to another time and place when you are there. Stephanie Stack, Elsie Brechbiel, and coordinator Beth were such a pleasure to work with and so helpful before, during, and even after the event (when I left my wedding dress there by accident!). We also have them to thank for referring us to our amazing caterer Rocco. If you are looking for a wedding venue with tons of rustic and historic character that is the absolute opposite of a cookie-cutter venue, then Arrow Park is for you! The mansion and grounds are so beautiful that your pictures will be stunning no matter what. Also being able to stay at the mansion with our wedding party was fantastic and there was just enough space for everyone. One thing to be aware of is that if your event is larger than 75 people you will need to use their pavilion space for dinner/dancing, which is a great space but it was very plain and bare to start with and needed a lot of decor to make it look the way we wanted it to, which ended up being a ton of work because we did a lot of it ourselves with plants, flowers, drapery, lights etc. so if you are going to use this space keep that in mind (unless they have made changes since 2015). The mansion is absolutely gorgeous and needs barely (if any) any decor. We highly recommend Arrow Park and their wonderful staff for any event and we are so thankful to them for making the wedding of our dreams a reality!

Arrow Park exceeded our expectations as a wedding venue. Stephanie was always so prompt in her responses and Kaitlyn, our day of coordinator, was a dream to work with. She brought us champagne to enjoy in our room and made sure we were well fed during cocktail hour by sending us trays of food. She helped the wedding day run so smoothly, even when it started raining right at the end of our outdoor ceremony, and helped make the day as low stress as possible. Furthermore, the venue is gorgeous. All of our guests could not get over how stunning the mansion and grounds were.I will be leaving a separate review for Arrow Park's caterer, Love and Rosemary, but I just had to say we are all obsessed with Rocco and Lenore. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process from making family recipes to catering to our youngest guests. The food was outstanding; all of our guests could not get over how delicious it was. We choose a family style meal and Rocco personally visited each of our guests' tables to make sure they were happy and sent out seconds!We cannot thank everyone at Arrow Park enough for all their help.

Where do I begin?... I had my wedding at Arrow Park this past April and my husband and I could not have made a better choice! From the very beginning, we knew planning a wedding in 10 weeks was going to be stressful, but Stephanie and the staff were incredible. Stephanie immediately set us up with local vendors and recommended loads to choose from. Not to mention, we booked Love and Rosemary as our caterer and were overwhelmingly BLOWN AWAY! Albeit the downpours all morning, Stephanie, Kaitlyn, and Rocco kept the day so easy and effortless. Our guests raved about the Beautiful grounds, the Mansion, and the incredible food. Our overnight accommodations were icing on the cake! The party lasted through the next morning but the memories we created will last FOREVER! Thank you Arrow Park

My husband and I had another venue booked prior to visiting Arrow Park. We both fell in love with beauty and charm and are so happy we switched venues. Arrow Park is truly magical. A gorgeous mansion in the middle of the woods surrounded by so much natural beauty. It is so far from the average catering hall, which is what we loved. Not only is the venue Romantic, vintage, beautiful, and elegant, but the staff is so kind, patient, and attentive. This may sound weird but they are the kind of people you just want to hug. We had our wedding on May 6, 2017. The entire process from booking, planning, to celebrating was so easy. Stephanie was so quick to answer all of my many questions and Kaitlyn coordinated everything so seamlessly. Jack made sure all of our guests staying at the mansion were comfortable and had everything they needed. We did not feel stressed at all on our wedding day and cannot thank them enough! We had the time of our lives and will treasure this memory forever. The Arrow park staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day a dream come true. We highly recommend Arrow Park for your special day, it is truly magical and unforgettable.

What we loved:The venue is stunning. We wanted a green, nature-inspired wedding and the location was perfect for this. The weather was beautiful and had our ceremony outside in a garden area perfect for this type of event. We had our cocktail hour inside the mansion and there was tons of room for our guests to wander and explore. Jack, the person in charge of watching the venue overnight and helping with the event execution, is amazing. He helped our rehearsal dinner run smoothly, took charge of cleanup, drove the guests back and forth in the golf cart, and really just made sure everything was on point. When it turned out we were missing chairs for our ceremony, he took care of it. When we needed our kegs set up for the after party, he was on top of it. We didn't know much about Jack before we got to the venue but, in hindsight, he is probably the best asset this venue has. The rooms and overnight situation is great. We loved being able to stay in the house with friends and family. We also rented the bungalows out for the rest of the wedding party. Staying there the whole weekend made it extra special. What to consider:As with the wedding industry in general, there are tons of extra fees for everything. We got a bonfire one night and that was $500. We were told last minute that there was a $200 fee to have wine served at the tables for dinner (\"wine stewarding\") even though we were already paying for the bartenders (I guess paying them to walk is extra?. My favorite was the $1,500 catering fee that has since increased to $2,500. We did a tasting with the in house caterer but didn't love the food. So we went rogue and booked a caterer with michelin star street cred and paid the extra fee to the venue. But little did we know that the kitchen in the pavilion actually is missing any usable kitchen equipment. So in addition to paying $1,500 for an outside caterer, we had to pay $1.5K to rent usable kitchen equipment. The kicker: the venue offered to let us rent their in house caterers food truck... for $2.5K. It definitely felt deceptive. Stephanie is very sweet and helpful but it was sometimes difficulty to communicate - our impression is that she has too much on her plate. It seems like she's caught between making the investors happy and pleasing guests, which puts her in a tight spot. We constantly felt like we were being up-charged for things that were silly. The venue offers a maitre d' with the booking. We weren't planning on booking our own day of coordinator but friends convinced us it would be good. Best advice we got. While Kaitlyn was helpful, there were a lot of things that were overlooked (we didn't have enough chairs for our ceremony, we were short a table for our reception, no one cleaned up extra trash in the pavilion). It's possible that she wasn't giving us as much attention because she knew we had other help but we felt like our personal coordinator was much more on top of things. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience at Arrow Park. Our wedding day turned out to be more amazing than I could have ever expected. We were getting married in November, and had planned to have the wedding indoors, but when the weather forecast predicted 60 degrees, Arrow Park quickly went to work to move the ceremony outdoors! Working with Stephanie in the beginning was painless, she was quick to respond and answered all of my, many, questions. We worked with Kaitlyn for the day of and she was on top of EVERYTHING. Whatever we needed, she was there to take care of. We used their in-house caterer Love + Rosemary and their team and food was amazing, people are still raving about it. I can honestly say that if anything did go wrong, I didn't know about it and that's a nice feeling to have. I fell in love with the look of the venue when I first found it online and am thrilled that the staff and experience lived up to my expectations.

My daugher's wedding was at Arrow Park in November. The grounds are just beautiful. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful since we aren't from the area. Caitlyn was terrific on the day of. I never thought I would be as relaxed as I was. Caitlyn saw to every detail. I truly enjoyed my daugher's wedding. We used Love n Rosemary for the catering of the reception. The food was delicious. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the entire weekend. It was so nice not to have to travel for the rehearsal dinner or after the reception. The bridal party got to hang out on Sunday morning. It was a very special weekend. We've gotten many compliments from friends and relatives about how wonderful the wedding was and how unique the venue was.

Arrow Park was exactly what we were looking for, for our wedding!! It was the first venue we saw and we should have stopped there. The grounds and mansion truly speak for themselves. It is a photographers dream. Everyone who attended our wedding is still saying how beautiful it was. Stephanie and Beth who you work with both before and the day of your wedding couldn't be more accommodating. They would respond to your questions right away, were never pushy about anything and honestly tried to help you create the day of your dreams. Beth was also always two steps ahead of me on my wedding day. Whether it was to get me a drink, food or help with decorations, she was handling it before I even asked. I have to say our wedding went off without a hitch and everything we wanted came true. We used Love and Rosemary their in house caterer and I can't say enough great things about Rocco and his team. Furthermore, Arrow Parks' staffing on the day of the wedding were also great. From bartenders to parking attendants, everyone was where they should be, smiling and eager to help out. The staff also packed up some of our unfinished wedding food to have later in the night that they kept in their kitchen. We had a larger wedding, 180 people, which fit well into the newly renovated pavilion however, I would say that is probably their max. It was just enough for tables and a decent size dance floor without feeling confined. Another benefit of Arrow Park is the use of the mansion after the wedding. We were able to have our bridal party and both set of parents stay over to spend even more quality/party time with the ones we love. Arrow park created one of the most gorgeous weddings I could have ever imagined and could not be happier with the results. They are truly top notch!

There is so much I want to say about Arrow Park and how wonderful it was to be married there. The grounds are gorgeous and haunting in autumn with so many opportunities to take unique photos. The mansion as well has tons of character we did bare minimum décor for centerpieces. The patio allowed our guests to take pictures with the dramatic landscape and was comfortable for socializing during cocktail hour. The view from the dining room in the house was insane watching the sunset while we sat down to eat. Once it was well into the evening the lighting was cozy and intimate. Arrow Park’s staff, Stephanie and Merry, were great to work with, very flexible with any thing that came up and were super helpful with suggestions. Our wedding day was perfectly chill and laid back just how we wanted it. Thank you!

Thanks to the charming venue and a staff that was a pleasure to work with, both our wedding ceremony and reception at Arrow Park were everything we wanted and more.We fell in love with the cozy, rustic lodge and the gorgeous and expansive outdoor grounds on our very first visit, and the size of the mansion was perfect for our small (50 guests) outdoor wedding and intimate indoor reception. Thanks to the complimentary overnight rooms, a number of our guests were able to celebrate with us late into the night and enjoy breakfast, courtesy of our caterer, the next morning. Our initial contact, Stephanie, assured us that we would also be able to use their pavilion building to accommodate a larger group if we wanted, although we did end up keeping our guest list small.Speaking of Stephanie, the staff at Arrow Park were just as phenomenal as the scenic venue. We were in contact with her and Beth every step of the way, and they were more than happy to work with us to plan all of the details, large and small. Their experience with prior events at the mansion was invaluable in making the ceremony and reception go off without the slightest hiccup. It really was like having extra wedding planners on our side.I can't recommend Arrow Park enough to prospective wedding parties, or even just for social events in general. You're getting gorgeous scenery and an intimate lodge, staff who are eager to help and wonderful to work with, and the recommended vendors are all the best in their class and extremely familiar with the venue. Find some time to visit, and you won't have trouble falling in love with it like we did.

Arrow Park is such a unique and timeless location for a wedding! The architecture and landscaping are stunning and the perfect backdrop for an outdoor/indoor wedding. We had our ceremony outside in the beautiful gardens and inside the lodge. We had 70 guests which was just the right size to fit inside of the lodge instead of the pavilion. Our entire wedding party and close family were able to stay in the rooms in the lodge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having the house the whole night is such a great perk to having your wedding at Arrow Park. You don't have to rush your guests out or gather all of your belongings at the end of your wedding, when you are completely exhausted! In the morning we were able to sit out on the patio overlooking the lake and have breakfast with our friends and family. Our wedding was July 24th and it was 93 degrees. The lodge was extremely hot. Most of our guests were up and dancing anyway, but it could have been a hindrance to some. Aside from that, we will never forget the perfect setting that we picked for the most unforgettable day of our life! I absolutely recommend Arrow Park for a wedding or special event!

As a friend of the Bride, and a long time hospitality manager, I would like this opportunity to tell the future couples out there about Arrow Park Lake and Lodge in Monroe NY. For those coming from NYC, and the surrounding areas, it is an amazing property close to home, yet feels like a whole other world. The one of a kind Mansion has 12 bedrooms, a classic library, and a banquet hall with adjoining sun porch with breathtaking views of Arrow Park. For Weddings of 100 or less, this is a most special venue.For larger events, the newly renovated Pavillion/Hall can host up to 200, with polished wooden floors, bistro lights and its own elevated stage. I have had the opportunity to Coordinate several weddings at Arrow Park, each with its own unique twist made possible by the many attributes of this beautiful property. There is a lovely lake/beach area often used for ceremonies, and later for after party bonfires. There is also a beautiful landscaped garden often used for ceremonies and cocktail hour. When it comes to dining, although you have the choice to contract any outside caterer, their in house caterer, Love and Rosemary, is not only an amazing choice for presentation and palate, but economically as well. From the Grounds to the food to the staff, Arrow Park is a wonderful choice and one I am always happy to recommend. Sandra O'Connell

My husband and I had our wedding at Arrow Park on 8/27/2016 and it was everything I could of dreamed of and more. I had went to Arrow Park sometime around 12 years ago in my first photography course and took a beautiful picture of the tree lined drive way. When I first decided to look at Arrow Park as a venue, I fell in love with how beautiful and rustic the gardens and mansion was, it was the perfect place for my outdoor summer wedding. We had our wedding ceremony in the garden and our reception in the pavilion, and everything looked amazing. Stephanie was amazing and answered all our questions and made feel sure in our decision. Beth helped us the week leading up to the wedding and the day of, she ws pleasant and entrusted and was happy to help with everything so I wouldn't have to worry. Rocco, the preferred vendor for catering made an amazing dinner for my guest. At the end of the day, our wedding was perfect and it is in large part because it was at Arrow Park.

0.5Don't! One corridor had an \"off and on\" power failure before even half of our guests were in the rooms, and the representative tried to \"blame\" it on the use of curling irons and A/C. It was 92 degrees and humid that day, so they obviously are not prepared to service an event in the hot weather. The doorknob in my room fell off into my hand and the door was warped and did not completely close. They did have a man replace it, but the door still did not shut. The main dining room had insufficient portable a/c., causing us to close off part of the party area, and it was sweltering. The \"sweetheart\" table for the bride and groom collapsed when they were just starting to eat their dinner. We had to search for toilet tissue and hand soap for many of the guest bathrooms. The one I shared had a window that did NOT open (without any ventilation), the cold water faucet did not flow, and the bathtub became a wading pool, complete with a cheap shower curtain. The cottages rented were not even ready when the guests arrived, windows nailed shut, not aired out even though we had arranged for an earlier check in previously with the event planner. The bonfire at the beach was a huge mistake!. The path to the beach was inadequately lit and unsafe and the bathrooms were NOT working. The bonfire was made of about three small logs and we were told they didn't have any more wood. It was as if no one expected a wedding that day. We did get a tiny rebate to reimburse the guests that left to book a local hotel room, and a gift certificate for a dinner to the bride and groom,(a month later), but too little - too late.Category: Ceremony & Reception VenueDid you find this review helpful?

Arrow Park is incredibly special. As a wedding venue we could not have asked for anything better. And better then the overall beauty that this place holds, Stephanie&Elsie are amazing to work with. From the moment we met Stephanie she was so kind, knowledgeable and has an overall calmness about her that is so nice to have around while planning a wedding. As soon as she took us around the grounds, we knew that Arrow Park was where we should be married. There are so many different areas of this property- the fun and beautiful lake, the breathtaking garden and the wonderfully maintained integrity of the original mansion. I feel honored to have been married here. Beyond the overall beauty and uniqueness of this property- the staff is great. Stephanie was the main contact that I dealt with for over a year of planning and she just got closer and closer to us. Not only did she never tire of my 20 random questions in a email on a Saturday, or asking to walk around the grounds for the 7th time just because I loved being there so much, she encouraged it! Stephanie wants you to be as comfortable in this space as everyone that has worked there. Stephanie made the whole process so easy and is also a great resource for advice- be it on local vendors or on day before decorating, no question is too small or too big for her.. she is really a lovely person. All in all - our wedding was perfect, getting ready in the mansion, the ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour in the mansion and then we used a tent for the reception. We also had a late night bonfire (offered by the friendly staff at Arrow Park) and were able to use the mansion the next day for brunch. Arrow Park exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier. Elsie&Stephanie were also very accommodating for special requests we had:) We have been married for 6 weeks now and still hear daily about how beautiful Arrow Park was. Thank you Stephanie & all of Arrow Park for making this day what is was, exceptional.

Our experience at Arrow Park exceeded our expectations! As the mother of the bride I was totally amazed at how wonderful the experience was. The estate is simply beautiful. The stone mansion is elegant with its many fireplaces, tiled flooring, outdoor patio and exquisite views. The outside setting is more casual with the newly renovated pavilion and lake. Spending an entire weekend with friends and family added to the experience. Stephanie and Beth went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. We could not believe the time and attention to detail that they provided which made this a magical experience. Many of our guests said that it was by far the best wedding that they have attended.

I just had my wedding at Arrow Park at the beginning of July and it was the most magical weekend of my entire life. The property is a perfect mix of rustic and elegant - my guests were blown away and didn't want to leave! I am so happy that we decided to stay for the entire weekend - although it did increase our budget and required a bit more planning, it was such a rare and beautiful thing to have all of our favorite people experience an entire weekend together. Our guests really enjoyed spending the down time walking around the property and taking a dip in the lake. Stephanie and Beth and the rest of the staff were AMAZING!!! Both Stephanie and Beth were extremely communicative, organized and dedicated - they truly went above and beyond to make it perfect. I felt so comfortable trusting them with my special day, I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. The whole weekend went off without a hitch, I am forever grateful to Arrow Park, Stephanie and Beth for creating such a special and memorable wedding weekend!!

How do I even start to describe our experience at arrow park? Stephanie was the first person I had contact with at arrow park and was mainly my contact for the duration of the wedding planning. Stephanie is great! She was super helpful and responded to all of my emails very quickly. Towards the end of the wedding I started emailing with Beth, who is the maitre'd. She is also wonderful! The day of the wedding we arrived with SO much stuff. Decorations, flowers, everything .. Beth put it all together for me. I had no idea anyone was going to do that for me so at first I was a little concerned because I'm so used to doing everything myself. Let me tell you, she put everything together exactly how I would have, but better. She knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to say so. Every one of their staff members are fantastic.On to the venue - weddings go by fast, so fast. I'm so glad we had the chance to make it like a weekend event by renting out the lodge and having brunch the next morning. It truly is a beautiful place that's worth every penny. I hated planning my wedding, it was SO stressful at times. But I loved every minute at arrow park, and would honestly do it all over again because it was just such a beautiful and unforgettable day. Everyone keeps telling me how much of a great time they had. And it was even more amazing that the day after the wedding the families still got to hang out! Everyone doesn't have a chance to get together like that so it really was just a wonderful thing to be able to wake up the day after our wedding and rehash the previous day's events over brunch with your family.If you want a beautiful venue with a fantastic staff then absolutely book Arrow Park, it's guaranteed to be an unforgettable day.

Arrow Park was an amazing venue for a lot of reasons. The mansion is fabulous with breathtaking views of the lake, the grounds are naturally lovely and there are so many opportunities to do great things & to make your wedding truly unique (and the photo opportunities are endless). We used everything: outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour in the mansion, reception in the Pavilion, and ended with a bonfire on the beach by the lake (our favorite). And we stayed in the mansion overnight which was very nice. The staff was really accommodating and open to all of our ideas during planning. We went through a change in management mid-way through our planning, which caused some confusion, but the new management (Elsie and Stephanie) were wonderful and made sure that all the details were covered. And the day of- the staff was amazingly attentive! As the bride I was amazed (and happy/grateful) at how much was taken care of without me even being involved! Definitely would recommend!\r\rOnly cons: As someone who tends to procrastinate and/or forget to respond to correspondence, I could have used a little more prompting from our coordinators during the months of planning. Everything worked out fine, but some decisions ended up being made at the last minute simply because I didn't NEED to make the decision sooner. So I loved the freedom of not being hounded, but probably could have benefited from being hounded a little more. But every bride is different- just ask for which approach will work best for you.\rThey could use more regular staff (regular staff is very small)- the day of we were told a bartender didn't show up & so it took a long time for people to get drinks (but not a big deal). We were also told that the kitchen in the Paviliion had issues so equipment may need to be updated. Also we had a bit of trouble with their alcohol vendor in terms of availability, so if you want anything specific order EARLY and make sure they follow-up.

Arrow Park was the most amazing wedding venue we could have ever imagined. The natural beauty, vintage charm and uniqueness are incomparable. This is a venue where your dream and vision can really come true because of the flexibility. The staff are friendly and helpful and felt like our second family the weekend we were there. Arrow Park is a hidden gem and one of the most unique venues you will find for your wedding.

This venue is absolutely amazing! It is elegant, enchanted and has an old World European feel. We held our wedding ceremony in the outdoor garden area and had the reception at the lodge (it is more appropriately called a Villa - the estate is just stunning). Julia, the manager is lovely to work with and extremely easy going. This location is ideal if you want a destination wedding or have many guests flying in. The rooms in the lodge were charming. Julia is an excellent cook, so if staying there make sure to have the rehearsal dinner at the Lodge. \rI used an outside caterer and had to rent linen and glassware, tent, etc (chairs and tables are available), so it was a lot of effort, but this magical place is worth it. Once the venue becomes full service (i.e. in house caterer etc.,) it will be unmatchable.
