Our two ceremony sites have several photographic opportunities to capture those special moments. A unique bridal dressing room featuring a seating area with multiple vanities are a favorite! We never lose sight that this is your day – no request is unimportant, no detail is overlooked. With this in mind, we offer you the opportunity to customize your wedding's menu and layout details to align with what you have been envisioning for your perfect wedding. We here at Arrowhead will work with you one-on-one and leading up to the date of your wedding with our on-site event coordinator. It was a little difficult to get in contact with them at first, but once we got connected they are great to deal with. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and we could not have asked for a better place to get married. If you are looking for the feel of a high end resort on a lower budget this is the place. Jennifer was great to deal with and everything was set up exactly how we asked for it to be. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly.

I was very happy with Arrowhead Country Club for my wedding ceremony and reception. Jennifer communicated with me enough, though sometimes she was a little hard to get a hold of, but she always got back to me when I needed to most get a hold of her. On the day of my wedding she was on site to answer last minute questions and freak outs that happen. There was also a day of attendant who made sure that I ate some lunch and had enough water before the ceremony. The price was very reasonable and the price is one to beat! Arrowhead Country Club is beautiful during the spring with planted flowers and the golf greens. Take a look at this beautiful west side venue, close to the 101, and book it for your dream wedding!

The Country Club will be happy to cater to you as long as you plan on spending the big bucks. We have a large backyard so we just wanted a spot for a ceremony. Jennifer was very attentive and responded fast until we met. She then found out we were for sure only doing the ceremony. Promised a contract by the end of the week. I didn't get it and didn't hear back. So I emailed twice with no response and left a VM with no response. Then after I called and left a message for another individual she called me back and said they were having issues with generating contracts. Which would have been fine if I was just told that to begin with. Instead I had to track down an answer. Then she set another deadline for me getting the contract, that passed with no word. I then had to reach out again and got a bit of an attitude. I was told not to worry my date was saved but why wouldn't I worry with with kind of service and lack of venues on this side of town. I then started to question whether I wanted to work with this venue. We are even members! Then a couple weeks later I got a contract with no apology about the 4-5 week timeline it took to get it. I did not respond because I was done with them. I did not receive a follow up email or call to make sure that I received the contract. Then even had a full ceremony/reception planned after our wedding time so you think they would be happy to accommodate squeezing in another ceremony. Beware before booking here. Very sad how few ceremony sites we have on the Westside of Phoenix and this is one to avoid.

My husband and I could not have been happier with the way our wedding turned out at Arrowhead Country Club. Amy was wonderful to work with and was so patient and helpful with us during the planning process. She was always available to answer my many (many, many, many) questions, especially since we were planning the wedding from across the country. \r\rThe food was AMAZING! All of our guests really enjoyed the meal and appetizers! Our guests also haven’t been able to stop talking about how beautiful the reception was, not only the décor and site of Arrowhead, but also the atmosphere and we wouldn’t have been able to do that without the help and support Amy provided us during the whole planning process. \r\rAmy had previously worked with most of our vendors which made everything go very smoothly. We were able drop most everything off ahead of time and there were no surprises, problems or concerns of any kind during the whole process. \r\rMike and I were very happy with the service that we received from ACC and would definitely recommend ACC for anyone’s upcoming wedding!

My wedding turned out great! So glad they switched the wedding coordinators half way through to amy. She ran everything perfectly! Great food. We had grilled chicken with pesto sauce. We had so many compliments on the wedding all together.
