We just had our wedding at Arrowhead a few weeks ago and everything was superb. Things were especially challenging for us because we were planning everything from several states away, but Lauren and Olivia were amazing to work with. They were fantastic with explaining all of the packages available right down to the table settings. On the day of our wedding everything ran like clockwork, and we got nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the venue, food and professionalism. I highly recommend Arrowhead and would throw another event there in the future.

We were so pleased with our using Arrowhead for our wedding reception venue! Olivia and staff were professional, extremely responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire process of planning our reception. We were so pleased with our using Arrowhead for our wedding reception venue! Olivia and staff were professional, extremely responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire process of planning our reception. We received countless complements from guests about how wonderful the food and service was throughout the event! My husband and I are so grateful to Lauren, Olivia and everyone at Arrowhead for creating a spectacular reception following our wedding. From our first meeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Arrowhead made it incredibly easy to plan a memorable experience for our friends and family members. The ballroom was elegant, the menu exceeded expectations (special shouts-out to the chateaubriand and the late-night sliders!), and the staff was friendly and efficient. We also felt completely welcomed by the entire team, which was especially important for us and our guests.

We can't even begin to describe how much we loved having our wedding reception at Arrowhead! It is an absolutely beautiful venue, and Olivia and Lauren were amazing to work with during the whole planning process! They made everything so easy and had it all super organized. Everything runs like clockwork there, and it is clear that they are pros at running weddings. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the venue was beautiful, and the size of the dance floor keeps the party going all night! We got so many compliments about how much people enjoyed being at Arrowhead, and we keep encouraging everyone we know to get married there. If we had to pick a venue again, we would 100% choose Arrowhead!

Our daughter recently got married at Arrowhead and it was just perfect! The weather called for rain so the ceremony was moved indoors on the dance floor. They easily accommodated the 160 guests and it was lovely with the huge windows. The rain actually stopped earlier in the day so they could still take photos outside on the beautiful grounds. The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. Lauren and Olivia were so helpful and took care of everything that day so we could just enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend Arrowhead.

They were supportive along the way and helped make our delayed celebration the day we had always dreamed of. Lauren and Olivia think of everything--they are so kind and organized. They are PROs and helped us run the show perfectly. The venue itself is stunning, but the food and space were perfect. I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone!

Itâs been a long ride to get to our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club, but we finally made it, and it was worth the wait!We originally discovered Arrowhead in early 2018 by scheduling a private tour and attending one of their wedding showcases (an excellent way to get a feel for the banquet space, meet with their preferred vendors, and just have fun!). There were many pros that led us to booking, including the following: their reasonably priced packages, their policy in hosting only one wedding per evening, the array of food and drink options, the beautiful and clean ballroom, and their friendly staff. We pretty much knew at once this was where we wanted our wedding at!Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and finally to 2022. During the process of rescheduling, our coordinators kindly notified us of the social distancing measures they needed to implement at the time and were very patient while we determined how to move forward with our event.When we finally gave the green light that we were a âgoâ in 2022, the final planning stages were very easy to complete. Arrowhead provided a worksheet for us to fill out and discuss in a planning meeting with details on our food choices, floorplan, timeline, etc. This helped us get a better idea on how our day would play out. We were also able to hold our rehearsal at Arrowhead the night before, and the staff was there to assist with the walkthrough and any questions that came up.The day of couldnât have unfolded any better! The Arrowhead staff worked with our day-of coordinator (Kara of preferred vendor Sarah Kathleen Events) in setting up the ballroom for both our ceremony and reception, as well as all our other vendors that came in for their services. Everything was set up exactly the way we envisioned, and they made take-down as easy as possible at the end of the evening. The wait and bar staff were so kind and attentiveâdrinks at the bar were served quickly, and the waits continuously checked in with us during dinner to ensure all was well. The event itself was perfectâwe laughed and cried during the ceremony, practically all our guests agreed that we had the BEST wedding food ever, and we danced the night away after dinner!Everyone we worked with over the yearsâAlexis, Brittiny, Alexa, Olivia, and Laurenâwas absolutely wonderful. All were patient with our date changes, easy to communicate with, and answered any and all questions as they came up. I personally had a number of tiny last-minute thoughts/changes as the day approached, and these were quickly resolved, putting my mind to rest.My husband and I without a doubt recommend Arrowhead for weddings and other events!

Arrowhead was an amazing venue to have our ceremony and reception. They have been flexible with a few date changes due to Covid, responsive to emails, extremely helpful with questions and changes we made to our ceremony location, and just overall a great venue for us. The ballroom is beautiful and the food was delicious. We have received so many compliments already about our whole day! We have had other events here before and will continue to do so as the service, food, and hospitality will not disappoint!

We recently had our wedding at Arrowhead and everything went so smoothly. We were originally working with Alexa for the planning process but when she took another opportunity, Lauren took over our wedding and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very patient with all my (and my mother's) questions and did everything she could to make our day absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, Lauren and the team did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and she was consistently checking in to see if we were okay or needed anything (the bride and groom even get a special button during the reception for their own server!). Like a few others have said, we've received so many compliments about how delicious all the food was and the wonderful service. Arrowhead was the perfect place for our special day!

We were originally working with Alexa for the planning process but when she took another opportunity, Lauren took over our wedding and was an absolute pleasure to work with! On our wedding day, Lauren and the team did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and she was consistently checking in to see if we were okay or needed anything (the bride and groom even get a special button during the reception for their own server!). I cannot say enough positive things about working with Arrowhead Golf Club for our wedding. The service from start to finish was beyond superb. Lauren (the Senior Catering Manager), was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating from the very first e-mail I sent inquiring about the venue to the day of our wedding. Additionally, Lauren never tried to \"push\" or \"upsell\" anything that we didn't need, which was truly appreciated throughout this process. The venue itself is truly beautiful with so many wonderful and unique photo opportunities for wedding couples. The food was delicious and the service from their staff was perfection.Our wedding truly could not have gone any smoother (it ran like clockwork!), and we all had such a great time. I would absolutely recommend Arrowhead to any couple!

Arrowhead was amazing! We knew right when we came in we wanted to have our wedding here. The views itself were so nice. Lauren coordinated our wedding and was so patient with answering every question and checking in with us throughout the process. Alexa was a great coordinator to help with our microwedding! She ensured we had everything taken care of and helped us decorate since we didn't have a florist or decor team. She was a great resource when we had questions about food, drink, decor, and photography. We were very happy to have a beautiful back-up location since it rained on our wedding day. The food was amazing, we had so many compliments on the quality of our dinner choices! The wait staff and bartenders were great to work with and we were so happy we chose Arrowhead for our microwedding!

We lost count of the compliments we received that night and days to follow!! Everyone thought the food was above and beyond and talked about how attentive the servers were. There was an unexpected possible cheese allergy in one the starters and the server was quick to find a replacement meal for that guest. Alexia P was very attentive to every email, fantastic job directing her team the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her and her team did an amazing job decorating the hall with items we brought. They left there Christmas decorations up longer for us so we can a Christmas/Winter theme. Every Personal request was considered, whether it was about food or decor etc. We are so happy we found them and chose them to have are wedding at!! Would highly recommend

Alexia P was very attentive to every email, fantastic job directing her team the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her and her team did an amazing job decorating the hall with items we brought. They left there Christmas decorations up longer for us so we can a Christmas/Winter theme. Every Personal request was considered, whether it was about food or decor etc. We are so happy we found them and chose them to have are wedding at!! Would highly recommend

I was thrilled to get married at Arrowhead Golf Club! My husband and I toured several wedding venues in Michigan, Indiana, and the Chicago suburbs but no place gave us *that feeling* until we visited Arrowhead.Arrowhead is beautiful- the decor is classic but modern and the grounds and architecture of the building gave us phenomenal wedding photos. So many golf clubs we toured were beaten up and dingy but Arrowhead looks brand new!!We particularly loved its private garden reserved for outdoor ceremonies- we found most golf clubs will just stick their wedding ceremonies on some random hole! I had been dreaming of an outdoor wedding so this was the major selling point.As a Midwesterner, I also knew I had to make pretty robust rain plans. Fortunately, we had a beautiful sunny day, but the rain option (the ballroom) can be made just as beautiful and the building has several overhangs to utilize for semi-outdoor photos on a rainy day.Arrowhead does kind of ânickel and dimeâ you (annoying but typical for weddings) and they will even charge you for more than 100 chairs at the ceremony. We booked with a wedding coordinator who ended up leaving a few months later so we did have to re-confirm details a few times. But these are not reasons to discourage anyone from booking Arrowhead- the food, staff, service, and setting was excellent and exactly what we dreamed of for our wedding.

We are so pleased that we chose Arrowhead to be our wedding venue! Where you have your wedding is an important decision, and one I felt nervous about. But after we decided on Arrowhead, I felt confident that we were in good hands. We had both our ceremony and reception there, and it was beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous, and we ended up with lots of pretty pictures. The food was delicious! We chose to serve a Peach Bellini during cocktail hour, and it was a huge hit with our guests. Plus our wedding was downright fun. I had several people tell me it was the most fun theyâve ever had at a wedding! Alexis, our wedding coordinator, is a star. She is easy to communicate with and makes things happen for her brides/grooms. I asked her so many questions throughout the process, and she was gracious about answering them all. She has great taste, too, and helped me make a lot of decisions! One of the things I was most impressed about is how great Arrowheadâs relationships with other vendors are. For example, my DJ, Florist, and Day of Coordinator were all like, âWe love doing weddings at Arrowhead!â They all already knew Alexis and the grounds, and they worked flawlessly with Alexis to pull off the big day. It was a super well-run wedding, and I barely had to worry about anything â it was awesome! Arrowhead is on the more pricey side (in my opinion), but it is worth it. If you are looking to keep costs down, I would just recommend booking on a Friday or Sunday, and then carefully picking the add-ons â choose only the things that are most important! All in all, Arrowhead and Alexis are the best. They gave us a beautiful, seamless, memorable wedding.

Arrowhead was the last venue we looked at and boy am I glad we did! I can not say enough about Arrowhead Golf Club! We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here on 8.18.18. We worked with Alexis for all the planning and then Natalie was our \"go-to\" the day of. She was AMAZING! Anything we needed, she was already a step ahead. Everything was perfect. The staff at AGC truly makes the day all about you. The outdoor site was beautiful and very well kept up. Being the only wedding was a huge plus. People do not stop commenting on how amazing the food was and I 100% agree! I am very grateful with how the team at AGC was and would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

We had our reception at the end of December at Arrowhead, and it was absolutely the perfect day! Brittiny and the staff were amazing! We had our ceremony at a church and wanted to do a first look. Brittiny graciously offered us to do it there and use the bridal suite months prior to the wedding even though we werenât doing the ceremony there! On the day of, we had some unexpected snow. Brittiny and the crews were out cleaning the sidewalks so that we could do our first look outside. We didnât ask them to do this! I never would have as it was so cold, but our first look and photos were amazing! Our guests raved about the food and service! The venue was beautiful, especially with the holiday decorations. My husband and I were well taken care of. Arrowhead even gave us a cute gift! Our guests loved everything about our wedding, and we really have Arrowhead to thank! They made the process so easy and enjoyable. They were always VERY quick to answer emails. The price was very reasonable for the quality. We just hope that we have friends get married at Arrowhead someday so we can be guests where there is low pressure for us! It was truly an amazing day! We strongly believe that the two most important vendors for the day are the reception venue and photographer. We hit the jackpot with Arrowhead! We used their recommended DJ, Sounds Abound, and that was perfect also! We used DeEttaâs Bakery for the cake, which is an upgrade, but it is well worth it. Arrowhead also offers another bakery that was ok but not great at the tasting. DeEttaâs allowed us to have multiple flavors for cake without an additional upgrade, and the other bakery did not. Arrowhead took care of everything with the cake. We just had to taste it.I strongly suggest Arrowhead to ALL couples, especially in the winter. Itâs gorgeous. The staff is great, and the food is great. You canât go wrong.

Arrowhead Golf Club was an amazing venue for our wedding day! From the amazing wedding planning team to the services provided during our wedding day we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Brittiny and her team were so professional, they always answered promptly and were so helpful throughout the entire process, really I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. Brittiny went above and beyond to help make all of our wedding dreams come true. She was so helpful and it really was as though I had my own personal wedding planner with the amount of attention and help she provided throughout the entire process. I felt very at ease during my entire wedding day knowing that Brittiny and her team were there to take care of things. The venue itself was beautiful. I had a winter wedding so the venue was decorated from top to bottom in Christmas garlin and trees. At arrowhead they only do one wedding per night therefore we had the entire upstairs to ourselves which made it that much more special. The food was very good, we had many compliments on the food and drink special during cocktail hour. We had salmon, steak or vegetarian as the three options for dinner. I highly recommend the steak! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. We are both so glad we were able to get have both our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead!

So glad we picked the right place for our wedding! The food was sensational and our guests just kept talking about how good it was. They said they couldn't believe how great the food and staff was. We had a wedding with over 200 guests and we didn't hear 1 person have a complaint about the venue. Alexis was AMAZING to work with, the entire time, and she was so great about getting back to me whenever I had questions. She was flexible and made the whole process so much less stressful. Alexis truly made our wedding a night we will never forget. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

Arrowhead provided a lovely ceremony and reception space. We loved working with the people there. They were incredibly friendly and flexible. The night of our wedding, they made sure we could have anything we could think of and more at the ready. They helped this to be a no stress experience. The food was delicious! Some of the best wedding food i have ever had. (Specifically enjoyed the pork and steak!) We worked closely with Alexis and she was fantastic! She made us feel very welcome and like we were important. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a classic and beautiful space with great service.

The night of our wedding, they made sure we could have anything we could think of and more at the ready. They helped this to be a no stress experience. The food was delicious! Brittiny and Alexis were our go to people and they were in one word, INCREDIBLE! Not once did I feel like they didnt have my husband and Is wedding completely under control. Even when things got stressful for us, they just took control and made us feel so much better. Id recommend this venue to anyone that would like a stress free wedding planning experience. All weddings have their hiccups, but man I was blown away by the professionalism and organization that we recieved at Arrowhead. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Both our wedding ceremony and reception were held at Arrowhead Golf Club (AGC) in Wheaton last September 10, 2017.From scheduling, planning, tasting and coordination, AGC exceeded our expectations. The tandem of Alexis and Brittiny was amazing! They were very knowledgeable, thorough and dependable. Brittiny handled the final planning and execution of our wedding program. She did a phenomenal job of making sure that the details of our plans and program were on point and made immediate adjustments when necessary. We felt that we were in capable hands.We heard nothing but praises from our guests. The ceremony site was prestine, the view of the golf course served as the perfect backdrop for wedding. The food were delicious! From cocktails, appetizers, entrees, sweets table and nacho bar, our guests were impressed with the quality, taste and presentation. The service staff was very accomodating and attentive to the needs of our guests. We highly recommend Arrowhead Golf Club to all the couples searching for the best venue and services for their special day.

(I just read other reviews to get inspiration and I echo everything every other 5-start review says.)We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding turned out. The wedding coordinator, Alexis, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I was the annoying bride who emailed her multiple times a day sometimes, but she always responded tactfully and in a timely fashion. On the day of, the staff who tended the head table were super helpful too. We didn't even notice until the end of the night that there was a \"service request\" button we could have pressed sitting right in front of us on the table...because they were always on top of things anyways! They also offered to get the head table cocktails from the bar during dinner (when the bar was closed to other guests), which I thought was a nice touch. The food was delicious! We were actually not super impressed with the food at our tasting, and then it ended up being miles better on the day of!The outdoor ceremony space is really beautiful. When we toured the facility it was late November and the space looked a little dead but when I stepped into the space for our rehearsal (in August) I was STUNNED with how beautiful and vibrant all of flowers looked in the flower beds on both sides of the space.We were a little nervous about our wedding looking \"empty\" because we had 150-ish guests, and the venue can accommodate 300, but it didn't feel that way at all!! The room felt full during dinner, without feeling cramped and the dance floor was the perfect size. I regret not stepping out onto the balconies for fresh air during the night--we actually loved that feature during our original tour but on the day of I don't think anyone realized they were there!!One (very minor) critique---the signage for the women's bathroom is a little goofy, so during cocktail hour when my husband and I were trying to have a moment together, and then while my dress was getting bustled, multiple women accidentally entered the bridal suite room instead of the bathroom. It didn't bother me at all but every guest who did that kind of freaked out and felt bad. We ended up tearing off a cardboard box and making our own little sign to clear things up for people.Being that that is my only critique about the entire venue, we had an amazing wedding at Arrowhead and I would recommend them to anyone. I feel that their prices are very reasonable as well.

I received a call on a Friday at 4:45pm \"reminding me\" my menu for the event was due in FIFTEEN MINUTES. The call was made by Brittiny's intern, whom was the middle man between Brittiny and myself on the call; when I expressed my frustration Brittiny made her intern speak for her instead of resolving the situation in a more professional manner..Yes, we are all human and forget but as a bride planning the remainder of her wedding, I have never received such lack of service from a venue. Everyone else I have dealt with are courteous and ensured my event was taken care of by checking in with me. The event went smoothly, but to add to my annoyance Brittiny did not even check in with me nor asked me if I needed anything further on the day of. The waitressing staff deserved all the credit on making this day possible.

Although we are having a very small wedding, we feel as though we are still considered a valued client.

Words cannot express how happy we were with Arrowhead! Alexis and Brittiny are very attentive and wonderful for wedding coordinators! They are so organized and accommodating. The expo was helpful to see more vendors and examples for the reception. The serving staff for the head table were very attentive throughout the entire night of the wedding. We have received so many compliments on the appetizers and the nacho bar too! People also commented how great it was to take a break on the balcony and in the living room spaces.Our dance floor was packed the entire night and the space is a very good size.Literally every step of the way was fabulous. Alexis and Brittiny are a dynamite team that make every step easier. .I would definitely recommend Arrowhead for a wedding venue!

I just got married at this venue this summer and loved it!! Leading up the wedding day, the wedding coordinator at Arrowhead, Brittiny, did an excellent job at keeping everything organized and streamlined. The atmosphere at Arrowhead was elegant and classy, the food was amazing, and the service couldn't have been better. I chose to have both the ceremony and reception at Arrowhead so I got married outside on the golf course and had the reception upstairs in the ballroom. They do an excellent job making the ceremony site feel private with trees surrounding the area and a white fence bordering the back area. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride who is hoping to have a romantic, elegant, and beautiful wedding!

I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding and experience than what Arrowhead provided for me and my husband. Our person of contact was Brittiny and she put such hard work into making our wedding so memorable. She paid such attention to detail, and her poise, coordination and management skills were unimaginable. It was literally a dream come true! I just loved seeing everything come together. All the guests were thoroughly impressed by all the details Brittiny and the staff put together (especially the woman's bathroom!). There were definitely some bumps in the road, but Brittiny was definitely my rock and helped calm me down when times became stressful. She made sure that me and Drew were well taken care of and ensured us not to have a worry in the world that night. Once the dancing started, my right strap broke and the Arrowhead women quickly took me aside and tried safety pinning it back together. When that failed, one woman actually sewed my strap back on! I couldn't believe it. The staff truly cared about making my night special. And I cannot forget about the service at our head table, Nick. Nick's humor and his dedication to really making mine and Drew's reception flawless made him become everyone's best friend by the end of the night! Arrowhead Golf Club is not only a beautiful location for a ceremony and reception, but the staff there will help make planning a wedding seamless from start to finish!

There was a large wedding reception the same night, but we still received excellent service. The menu was very good, and they worked with us to customize the food and drink options. When people say your wedding day is one of the best days in your life, Arrowhead is the place that will make it true. Alexis and Nikko were beyond fabulous and made sure everything from the ceremony to the end of the night went perfect. We had so many guests tell us our wedding food was the best they had ever had, and we made sure to tell Alexis our food tasted even better than our tasting. We would recommended every bride and groom to pick arrowhead as their venue

Brittiny and the team at Arrowhead were AMAZING. We could not ask for more. She was organized and knowledgeable from the very start of our wedding planning process. She was personable and put my wedding worries at ease. :) The actual wedding reception went off without any issues, even when some of our guests dropped and broke a glass on the dance floor, Arrowhead employees were there in a second to clean it up. I was catered to all night and our day could not have gone any better. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Brittiny and the team at Arrowhead were AMAZING. We could not ask for more. She was organized and knowledgeable from the very start of our wedding planning process. There is no way to express my extremely gratitude to Brittiny and the Arrowhead Golf Club team. Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT in every way!From the very beginning, Brittiny and team put at ease, gently reminding us of upcoming deadlines and guiding us through the wedding planning process. As all newly-engaged couples know, this can be very overwhelming. Her calm demeanor and bubbly personality really made this experience fun! Arrowhead also offers a fantastic expo for their preferred vendors, which really sets them apart from other venues. As the planning process intensified, Brittiny was always very responsive to any question or concern we had.As for the venue on the day, Arrowhead Golf Club could not have been more stunning. The venue itself is so beautiful and pristine that it truly doesnât need extra decorations. The paintings on the walls, the lighting, the carpeting, the bathrooms, were all high-quality, upscale and extremely well cared for. We had all three rooms upstairs, including the grand ballroom for our reception (our ceremony was not held here). Brittiny made sure to find us during cocktail hour, and gave us a moment alone to experience the calm of the ballroom before our guests entered for dinner. I will never forget that special moment, thank you so much Brittany!!!! The chivari chairs, the linens, the candles, every single table looked amazing. We had guests commenting the entire night how breathtaking everything was. No detail went unnoticed!During the event, Arrowhead Golf Club staff, especially Cheryl, were extremely attentive to our guests and us. From the beginning of the cocktail hour to the end of the night, the staff were polite, thoughtful, and approachable about any need we had (including several guests with dietary restrictions). Brittiny being there helping the event run smoothly made us feel extra special. We also really liked that there was a private bridal room. The dance floor was awesome! There was plenty of room for dancing! Everything was gorgeous.We want to go back and do it all again! Our family has said over and over how much they enjoyed our wedding, and we could not have had as flawless of a day without Arrowhead! Thank you, thank you!We would recommend this venue and Brittiny over and over again!

Alexis & the staff at Arrowhead were wonderful for our April, 2017 wedding! My husband and I live in Chicago and have zero ties to Wheaton, but selected Arrowhead because the space is SO beautiful and Alexis was great at giving us any and all information we requested during our selection process. Let me begin by saying how happy my wife and I are, we decided on Arrowhead for our venue. This past Saturday, on our way home, we didn't have anything but positive thoughts about how everything came out and how much fun our family had on Friday. I've had several calls from friends and family members, who keep complimenting us our wedding and venue. Arrowhead is not cheap, but it is a GREAT VALUE, for the venue, food, drinks and extras you can get. During our selection process, I was in charge of the budget, and working with Brittiny, we were able to plan a solid event within our budget. The staff at Arrowhead, goes above and beyond to make sure you and your guest are having a great time. Thank you to the Arrowhead team for such an amazing time!

My bride and I chose to stop in at Arrowhead Golf Club when we were out looking at other places and we are glad that we did. The team at Arrowhead took the time to listen to our concerns and worked with us to make sure that all the requirements of the day were fulfilled. The venue is gorgeous, the food options were plentiful and after tasting numerous items and speaking with the chef, we were able to put together a delicious menu. The vegetarian/special diet requests were extremely well prepared and drew raves from our guests. The Ultimate Nacho Bar was delicious and extremely popular.The service was smooth and any issues (which were never brought to our attention) were handled flawlessly. (Thank you staff.)Our 110 guest wedding was a felt little cramped in the cocktail hour, but there was plenty of space available, people were just swarming the new couple.We also chose to have a rehearsal dinner with Arrowhead. This also went extremely smooth, we had access to the ceremony area the night before the wedding and the food/bar for the dinner was excellent.All in all, after weighing all our venue options, the attention to detail from the staff, the facility, and the overall experience with Arrowhead made out night great and both the bride and groom are happy we decided to stop in.

Arrowhead Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! We hosted our indoor ceremony and reception in their gorgeous upstairs ballroom. Brittiny was our main contact and she was incredible to work with, very responsive and always answered all of my questions within a day or two. I felt like I was in such good hands with her the day of the wedding and it showed. We got so many compliments on the beauty of the venue, and most importantly, the food. Our meals were delicious and our guests raved about them. We loved that we had a private food tasting ahead of time and were able to attend a bridal showcase to try all the wine and hor d'oeuvres. We did the upgraded Exclusive Package and it was well worth the money for the cocktail hour hor d'oeuvres, signature drink, cake and more. I would tell any bride looking for a beautiful venue with an incredible staff to consider Arrowhead. They really made our wedding a night to remember!

We got married on April 8th, and every time we look back so agree everything was perfect! The ENTIRE staff at Arrowhead is so accommodating, personable, nice. Alexis was a fantastic and always had a fast and thorough response with our questions. The wait staff was awesome, so nice, and upbeat. We still get compliments on the food, too - Get the sirloin! Chose them because it's a beautiful venue, we knew we had a lot of space for our guests, and we loved the idea of their 1 wedding per day rule. They definitely deserve the awards they've gotten and the reviews they've received. Thanks Arrowhead for helping give us such a beautiful day!!

We knew instantly when we toured Arrowhead Golf Club that this was the venue for us to hold our ceremony and reception. We were very impressed by the breathtaking grounds and ceremony site. It was also important to us that we would be the only wedding that day at the venue. Our point of contact was Alexis and she ensured that our day was be perfect and that everything went smoothly each step of the way. We advised Alexis at the start of our planning that we had no expectations and left a lot up to her experience. We were not disappointed. Our day was perfect and there is not one thing we would change. The food was amazing! The chef attended the tasting and was able to answer any questions we had regarding the menu which enabled us to make some slight changes. The service was also impeccable and we didn't have to request anything. The bride and groom are given a buzzer should anything be needed. We never utilized it because our servers were right there providing attention. The parents table also received the same level of service as well. All being said, our wedding was beyond fabulous and we truly thank Arrowhead Golf Club and Alexis for making that possible.

When we were looking for a wedding venue this is one that caught my eye! I went to check it out and thought it was beyond beautiful!! I loved that it was an entire floor, beautiful views and so spacious. What I didn't exactly like was some pictures that I saw online made the room look small. In person the room is large and so pretty. Online the pictures make the venue look like someones home or low ceilings. I wanted the pictures to look nice, and maybe the people had a bad photographer but that was something that was important to me. They also have great package deals and the woman who handles the weddings is so sweet and caring!!

Brittiny was my event coordinator and she was always there to answer every (and there were many) emails and concerns I had. They were very timely with any thing we asked for, and took care of the head table and family tables to an A+ rating. I'm so happy I chose Arrowhead as my venue, and will continue to choose them with anything else I need celebrating!

I can't imagine a more beautiful, flawless wedding than the one we had at Arrowhead. My husband and I had our wedding (indoors) and reception on August 20, 2016, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Our main contact was Alexis, and our backup was Brittiny. Alexis was friendly, professional and responsive (and always had an away message up when she was out of the office, so we weren't left hanging), and she was incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Alexis was present during our wedding, and was really just awesome from start to finish. We had less contact with Brittiny, but she was also excellent.The venue is huge and beautiful, and has sprawling golf course views. The guest area for our wedding was basically the whole second floor of the building, and looks very classy and elegant. There's a large hall with a big dance floor, a seating area away from everything where people can relax and talk, a well-stocked bar, and a large cocktail area/anteroom that provided an area for guests to mingle and take a break from the music and dancing.The food was so good. The best wedding food I've had. We chose the filet mignon, the spinach-stuffed chicken, and a vegetarian option. Everything was done perfectly and our special requests were fulfilled with no problem. I've had multiple compliments on how great the food was, and I myself really liked what I was able to eat during the busy evening. We also had a gelato cart and a nacho bar, which were HUGE hits with our guests. And there are TONS of add-on options like these. We chose the upgraded Exclusive Package, and were provided with additional alcohol, a cake, a huge variety of table linens to choose from, and various other upgrades, including additional (delicious) hor d'oeuvres.Overall the service was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. It's pricey, but well worth the money. We had a beautiful, elegant wedding that went off without a hitch.

I can't imagine a more beautiful, flawless wedding than the one we had at Arrowhead. My husband and I had our wedding (indoors) and reception on August 20, 2016, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Our main contact was Alexis, and our backup was Brittiny. Alexis was friendly, professional and responsive (and always had an away message up when she was out of the office, so we weren't left hanging), and she was incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Alexis was present during our wedding, and was really just awesome from start to finish. We had less contact with Brittiny, but she was also excellent.The venue is huge and beautiful, and has sprawling golf course views. The guest area for our wedding was basically the whole second floor of the building, and looks very classy and elegant. There's a large hall with a big dance floor, a seating area away from everything where people can relax and talk, a well-stocked bar, and a large cocktail area/anteroom that provided an area for guests to mingle and take a break from the music and dancing.The food was so good. We had both our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead. We are still beyond impressed with our entire experience. From our first visit to our wedding day, there was constant communication and professionalism from Alexis, our coordinator, as well as the various other staff we encountered.The ceremony site is lovely and you forget that you are on a golf course. The guests do face the setting sun, but the surroundings makes up for that fact. We were married in July and the landscaping was perfect - not too much to draw from us, but enough to keep the space beautiful.We loved that we were the only wedding for the day. There was more than enough space for our 185 guests. The cocktail area and ballroom flowed nicely throughout the night and allowed our guests to step away from the dancefloor to mingle when they wanted. Alexis truly made our experience so wonderful. She was so helpful and accommodating in making our wedding day all that we pictured. The staff was extremely attentive and the food was outstanding. Arrowhead Golf Club was our BEST vendor (we had several great ones) and with how well our wedding turned out , we feel that is saying a LOT! Our primary contact was Brittiny and secondary was Alexis. They were both awesome! Brittiny was always supportive, available, and considerate. She coordinated all of our tastings (they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food choices), timelines, drop-offs, endless questions, etc, while seemingly always being available and willing to give suggestions and guidance when we needed. My now wife's mantra was \"Just call Brittiny and it's taken care off.\" We chose the exclusive package which with all it included like upgraded bar, the cake, extra hors d' oeurve, and more, made it a great deal. Our amazing dinner choices were a little non conventional - bourbon salmon and apple cider pork. To this day, two months later, we continue to get compliments on how delicious all the food was. The only complaint about the food we ever heard was multiple people being upset they did not leave enough room for our dessert (the monogramed treats) and late night snack (nacho bar) both of which everyone said were incredible. Many guests told us it was the best meal they ever had at a wedding. They also loved how the hors d' oeuvres were served, all at once with four choices on the plates rather than having to wait for each one. Arrowhead also went to great lengths to cater to the bride. We were provided with a private bridal suite, a buzzer if we ever needed anything, and were assigned a captain who personally took care of anything we needed. Finally, the place is beautiful. We had a Christmas wedding and the entire place was decked out to the point that we felt we did not need so much of our own flowers. etc. Even in the dead of winter January when we first saw it, its beauty shined. We loved being the only wedding there & having the whole third floor to ourselves. Arrowhead, Brittiny & Alexis, thank you so much! We loved it!

We had our wedding in December at Arrowhead Golf Club and it was absolutely perfect!! The golf club was decorated beautifully with wreaths, lights, garland and Christmas trees.. It was breathtaking inside and out! We even had our ceremony inside the venue and they flipped the room during cocktail hour for our reception! Having the ceremony there made it intimate for our family and friends and it was beautiful from the decor to the chair covers and ties. The entire wedding ran smoothly, the appetizers were amazing and so was the dinner! Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing and elegant our venue was! We worked with Alexis Wiley and Brittiny and they were incredible to work with! Alexis always kept me informed and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Any time I had questions or concerns, she would answer my emails or phone calls. The staff were also amazing the night of the wedding making sure that everyone had everything they needed. The waiters and bartenders did an outstanding job! We will never forget our wedding day and how amazing it was at Arrowhead Golf Club!!! It was truly the wedding of our dreams and working with such amazing people made it that much more memorable for us!!

We had our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead. I cannot say enough positive things about the venue, the food and the staff. Everyone is so accommodating, professional and polite. They thought of things that I forgot and they made sure everything went smoothly and according to plan. The center ballroom is an absolutely stunning location to hold an evening ceremony. The food was absolutely delicious and the Exclusive package came with all of the perks. Every single person working that night was top-notch. A guest even spilled red wine on my wedding dress and the Arrowhead coordinator and head table waitress were right there to make sure I got it out promptly so I didn't freak out. Our coordinator worked with all of my vendors to be sure the night went smoothly. The staff at Arrowhead truly is the best in the business and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking!

We had our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead. I cannot say enough positive things about the venue, the food and the staff. Everyone is so accommodating, professional and polite. They thought of things that I forgot and they made sure everything went smoothly and according to plan. The center ballroom is an absolutely stunning location to hold an evening ceremony. The food was absolutely delicious and the Exclusive package came with all of the perks. Every single person working that night was top-notch. A guest even spilled red wine on my wedding dress and the Arrowhead coordinator and head table waitress were right there to make sure I got it out promptly so I didn't freak out. Our coordinator worked with all of my vendors to be sure the night went smoothly. The staff at Arrowhead truly is the best in the business and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking!

Arrowhead golf club is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue with great service, delicious food and a fun atmosphere! My husband and I were married here in August 2015 and we could not have asked for a more perfect day from start to finish. Leading up to the wedding we worked with Alexis who was ON POINT! She was quick to respond to all of my (many) emails and to give helpful suggestions when needed. On the day of the wedding she made sure that everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of! We had both our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead and we were even able to include our giant great dane in the outdoor ceremony! The food here is plated beautifully and tastes as good as it looks and the serving staff is top notch! The nacho bar is a great late night snack! We knew from the moment we walked in during our venue search, that this was going to be it and we were not disappointed! Thank you so much to everyone at Arrowhead, especially Alexis, for making our big day absolutely perfect!!! We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding. #nailedit

My husband and I could not of picked a better venue. We got married on 9-18-15 at Arrowhead Golf Club and it was just amazing. Every single guest raved about how good the food and service was. The staff was so attentive to every detail that we wanted. The staff is extremely organized and the level of professionalism is astonishing! We were hoping for an outdoor ceremony there at the golf club but it rained and the way the staff worked with me and transformed everything to the inside was just lovely! They really made everything perfect! I would recommend Arrowhead Golf Club to ANY bride! We loved the food and staff so much we had our rehearsal dinner there and we go back on weekends from time to time to eat in the restaurant. The grounds are breath taking, the staff is sweet as can be, and they are in our book the best venue around! Big thank you to Alexis and all her helpers for EVERYTHING you did for us! You made our wedding day perfect!

Alexis and her team were great to work with from the very beginning. We had our ceremony and reception there on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. The ceremony site was absolutely beautiful with the flowers all being in full bloom, we were able to save a little on ceremony decor because of this which is always a perk. It was also really different that my dad and I rode to the ceremony site on a golf cart, something small but memorable. There was a dedicated staff just for coordinating the ceremony to be sure the guests, bridal party, etc were where they needed to be. They also did a great job of ensuring it started on time. The reception space is beautiful with the wood floor, balconies, and wall of windows. Once again, the staff was amazing. I was very involved in every detail and Alexis was very willing through the whole process to take the time to answer questions and provide advice where she could. During dinner, we had a \"captain\" that was dedicated to the head table to ensure we had drinks and food was being served efficiently. After the wedding, we received numerous comments regarding how beautiful the wedding venue was and how smooth it went. A lot of the credit for how smooth it went on the day of was because of Alexis and her team.
