Arts Ballroom Catering and Events Reviews
Brittany Platt(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-02-2020 I wish I could rate the Arts Ballroom more that 5 stars, because it really deserves it! My husband and I were recently married there (Feb 2020), and our experience from the moment we walked in for our first tour to the last few minutes of our wedding day was outstanding. This was the first venue we looked at, and we walked out knowing we didn't need to see any other venue. The service, staff and management were spectacular. Kayleigh was our wedding coordinator, who was extremely accommodating, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Her and her team made all of our \"wants\" come true. The compliments and praise (especially for their cocktail hour, food and service!) are continuing to poor in from our guests, which makes booking this venue the best decision we made to celebrate our special day! My husband and I recently tied the knot at the Arts Ballroom and two weeks later we're still getting daily texts/remarks from my friends and family about how fantastic the food and venue were. The dessert room was a tremendous hit with both the kids and adults, everyone has a different food-based memory as the Arts truly goes over the top when it comes to food. We had a number of folks with dietary restrictions and everyone felt the venue handled their needs well and delivered high quality food.We worked mainly with Taylor (after the original event specialist we were working with left the team between us signing the contract and us preparing for the wedding quite some time later) and she went out of her way to understand what was important to us, communicate what she needed from us, and coordinate with us when we wanted to ship a number of things to the venue as we live in NY (we shipped things and everything worked out great!). On the day-of she was always nearby and willing to help me get the wedding of my dreams, including having the chairs rearranged when I wasn't in love with the original design, making sure the chuppah was set up to our liking, making sure all the décor elements we brought were laid out according to our vision, and keeping me up to date on the schedule of the day. I have anxiety so having someone so attentive to my needs and communicative early on in the day melted away some of the anxious bride thoughts that popped up and made it so much easier for me to just enjoy myself and worry a bit less.Everything that was important to us on our day was perfect. One small thing was that when we were asked the flavor cake we wanted, we requested raspberry marble (and had menus indicating that flavor to our guests) but when we cut into the cake we noticed it was actually lemon pound cake. While we were disappointed, the flavor of the cake wasn't that important to us and we didn't put a big stress on it so we weren't upset longer than a minute as the rest of the day was perfect.Have your wedding at the Arts Ballroom if you want to have the delicious food-filled wedding of your dreams! We were married and hosted 165 guests at the Arts Ballroom in July 2023. It was truly a perfect day and the venue stood out to us from the first tour all the way through to many of our guests commenting on the ballroom from the stairs to the food and *especially* the dessert. Everyone that we worked with was extremely helpful and open to any of our unique ideas... including our flip cup ceremony entrance with our bridal party! Taylor was excited, responsive, and often volunteered to help me with things to make my week of the wedding so much easier. I would recommend Arts Ballroom to any couple! Reviewed on 06-08-2023

The Arts Ballroom was the first venue we toured for my daughters wedding and we fell in love with the facility and the description of food service. It is so elegant with a modern look and just the aesthetic my daughter wanted. Afterwards, we toured another popular downtown venue but it looked so worn out and tired and just could not compare in any way. We canceled all our other venue tours and booked Arts Ballroom. It was the best decision we made. We had Alaina initially and then Taylor as our wedding coordinator. I did the overall wedding planning for my daughter and we were so amazed by how responsive Taylor was to answer our questions and was able to guide us on making the most of this incredibly beautiful venue. Emails were typically answered in a day and no more than over a weekend. After our menu tasting, we knew we picked the right place, as all of the entrees were fantastic. We didn’t get to try dessert because it is a full Viennese Hour with so many amazing stations and our guests couldn’t believe it. And that was after a cocktail hour of 32 different passed appetizers, top-shelf liquor and 3 chef stations that we selected. Our guests raved about the food and service during the wedding and still compliment us more than a month later on how fantastic it was. Seeing my daughter come down those beautiful stairs with all eyes on her to meet her father and then walk together to meet her fiancé in front of the beautiful fireplace covered with flowers was a beautiful moment. Also, the upstairs mezzanine was great to have during the cocktail hour and reception. The facility is just perfect. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and all the people who work here. Finally, the location on Locust St right off of Broad near City Hall provides the perfect spot for the iconic first look or other wedding photo of your choice with City Hall background. Our very large wedding party and extended family stayed at Cambria Suites, biggest bridal suites anywhere downtown which was only a 2 minute walk to the venue. Arts Ballroom was a dream to work with from start to finish and would recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on 25-07-2023

There are absolutely no words to describe how truly amazing it was to have our wedding at Arts Ballroom. We had our wedding 3 months ago, and to this day, people are still talking about how they have never been to a wedding like ours! They couldn’t believe how beautiful the venue was, how much food was there, and how delicious it was! I had the opportunity to work with several event specialists. during our engagement and planning process, all of whom were great to work with. Whenever contacting anyone from the Arts Ballroom I received timely and informative responses. What truly made our wedding unforgettable was having Chris and Michael working with us during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. They step by step walked us through everything to expect at the rehearsal and then was there to make sure everything went perfectly the day of the wedding. They were always at the right place at the right time and communicating with us, our families, our DJ, and their other staff members so everything ran smoothly. They were even there to fix my husband’s button on his tux that fell off about 2 minutes before our ceremony started. During our tasting, one of our servers was Maya, who I also found out was a bridal attendant. I requested to have her as our bridal attendant for my wedding and am so glad I did! She was so sweet and helpful during our tasting. On our wedding day, she was always there with a fresh drink or whatever else we needed, before we even knew we needed it. Like many others, we shopped for other venues before deciding on Arts Ballroom. There is absolutely no comparison for everything you get at Arts Ballroom in terms of quality, quantity, and price. On top of that, they make you feel like royalty on your wedding day! I hear of many brides that say they loved their wedding but they didn’t even have a chance to eat or enjoy the day because they were always running around and making sure everything was running smoothly. This will not happen to you at Arts Ballroom if you work with Chris, Michael, and Maya. I was able to enjoy cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert as well as dance the night away with my husband, all without worrying about anything! They were absolutely incredible!!Overall, if you want to have the most amazing and stress-free wedding in a beautiful venue, you need to have your wedding here!!!! Reviewed on 29-04-2023
Susan Mchale(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-03-2023 We were married here in March 2023 with about 125 people. We had an easy time planning as the staff were really responsive. As an out of state couple there was some difficulty scheduling tasting dates, which we could have made easier by requesting to start the process earlier. The venue also has accessories like table numbers, card boxes which reduced our total cost. Olivia, Chris and the entire team ensured the day went off great. Reviewed on 23-04-2023
Thomas Celona(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-03-2023 We got married at the Arts Ballroom in March 2023, and we had the perfect wedding day thanks to Olivia and all of the staff at the Arts Ballroom. We honestly can't say enough great things about this venue! The Arts Ballroom was the perfect space for our 140 guests. The ballroom itself is beautiful, so we didn't have to do much in the way of decorations or flowers. And you can't beat the location right downtown. We echo all of the other reviews that rave about the food - and there's A LOT of it! Our guests were all wowed by the seemingly endless choices in both the cocktail hour and the dessert room. Food was a top priority for us in selecting a venue, and the Arts Ballroom did not disappoint. Everyone on the staff was focused on doing whatever they could to make our day special. They were extremely accommodating to any requests we had, and Olivia was responsive in addressing all our questions along the way. The venue did a great job of coordinating every aspect of our day, and the best part was that everything was included - there were no additional fees or up-charges along the way. We would absolutely recommend the Arts Ballroom to anyone looking for a venue in Philadelphia. A month later, all of our guests are still raving about it and saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to! Reviewed on 11-04-2023
Erin Dwyer Coyle(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-12-2022 We had our wedding at The Arts Ballroom on 12/16/22, and I don't know that I will even have enough space here to convey what a WONDERFUL venue this is! From the second we walked in for our initial tour, we knew The Arts Ballroom was special. The GM, Chris, was warm and welcoming and delivered on every promise he made, and then some! Here were a few highlights for us:-The planning process was seamless. Chris and Alaina were prompt to respond to emails and were always 3 steps ahead of us on planning. No detail was too small to consider and they noted every request I had and incorporated all of them into our wedding day.-The food! There was SO MUCH food and it was all delicious. We have heard from many guests that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. From the abundance of passed hours d'oeuvres, the cocktail hour stations, the amazing sit-down meal and then...the dessert ROOM! I especially loved that our guests were presented with a menu during our wedding and didn't have to make their meal selections ahead of time. Huge crowd pleaser!-The staff: I don't know that I have ever worked with a more professional, polished, and kind group of people. We, and all of our guests, were waited on hand-and-foot throughout the day. The team took special note to care for some of our elderly guests, too. All of our guests complimented the interactions they had with the staff. The bartenders remembered people's drink orders, and there were even a few fun surprises that the staff threw into the day to make us feel extra special!-The actual venue is gorgeous. It is spacious (we had 170 people and had plenty of extra room to move around, and a large dance floor in addition to space for our 11-piece band). It has the perfect mix of old Philadelphia charm, with the new, clean, polished look. I wish I could get married here all over again so I could experience the magic of the Arts Ballroom over and over! It's a hidden gem in the city, and you won't regret having your event there. Grace Dougherty(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-06-2022 I highly recommend having your wedding at The Arts Ballroom! We booked the Arts Ballroom in December 2020 and got married in June 2022. We booked the Arts Ballroom because of the location in the city, the beautiful room with the grand staircase, and all the food options that they offered. What we got was so much more than we could have ever imagined. The staff was a delight to work with, in particular Alaina and Chris. Alaina answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and when she wasn’t available to help us with something, someone else always was. Alaina offered smart suggestions and helped coordinate with the seating chart, decorations, and our food and drinks options. Chris was our day of coordinator. He made sure that everything ran smoothly, that we never had an empty drink, and we got to eat dinner because Chris loaded up several plates with different options for us. My bustle on my dress ripped and Chris was there right away with safety pins for my sister to fix it. He also got our parents, bridal party, and anyone else we needed for specific things like the cake cutting, tour of the dessert room, etc.Besides the amazing room and staff, the food was so delicious. We told our guests to come hungry because the cocktail hour included passed hors d'oeuvres and 5 food stations. We had a buffet for dinner with beef, chicken, and seafood options, plus pasta and vegetables. Finally, the star of the night…the dessert room. We had our wedding cake, but in addition to this, there is a whole room dedicated to dessert. There was a chocolate fountain, assorted candy, cotton candy, cheesecake, milkshakes, waffles, a donut wall, and so much more. It was like we were in Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. Our guests could not stop raving about all the food options! The best part of all these options was that everything was included! We didn’t have to pay an upgrade for the stations or dessert room. Plus, top shelf liquor is included in their regular package, it isn’t an upgrade. The Arts Ballroom even had a couple of surprises for us as bride and groom. It was so fun to have these little extra surprises since you plan the whole wedding and know everything that is going to happen.Overall, I would recommend the Arts Ballroom to anyone getting married. The price you pay is a steal compared to other venues in the city. However, the quality of service and food are not lacking because of that. In fact, they far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I hope one of our friends get married there so we can enjoy a wedding at the Arts Ballroom as guests. If we had to do it again, we’d choose the Arts Ballroom every time! Danielle Nicolino(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-06-2021 I got married here in June of 2021. Right after the city opened fully after COVID. We had to postpone our wedding from December due to the shutdown. I will say during that time, they were not accommodating at all. It was pretty difficult but it was a difficult time for everyone. They were going to charge me to move the wedding a full year because they couldn’t sell my date? But if I moved it six months I wouldn’t be charged. Didn’t make a lot of sense. So my husband and I decided to get married in six months…and forgo our winter wedding dream. After that it was a little rough getting to the wedding in terms of communication. Lots of ‘I misspoke’ about big things like wedding count and final payment but I’m overlooking that and trying to give grace through the COVID times of our wedding planning. The wedding itself was perfect. For all the troubles and tears they really did deliver. The venue looked beautiful and the staff set up my centerpieces for me since I didn’t have a planner or anything. Everyone that worked the day of the event were fabulous. Super accommodating and friendly. The food. I can’t say enough about the food. It was unbelievable. Everyone could not stop talking about it. No one will leave hungry and everything is amazing. The cocktail hour had so much food that I had to remind my guests there was a sit down dinner to follow. And the desserts. Words don’t do it justice. It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. My guests kept telling me they were in heaven. I will say…I thought the place was pricey but after actually doing the day, it was worth every penny and then some. So even with all the headache leading up to the ceremony and reception, I still give this place five stars. It’s beautiful (I barely decorated because I didn’t want to take away from the look), food was phenomenal, staff was almost over accommodating the day of. Great place to get married. And I thank them so much for making the day the best. Reviewed on 04-07-2021

William Cowan(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-10-2019 Absolutely flawless! We had our wedding at the Arts Ballroom and it was the best choice we made out of all our vendors. We originally had 5 venue tours booked throughout the city, but when we met Kayleigh and toured the Arts Ballroom, we cancelled the remaining four and booked with them the next day. Kayleigh was a great event coordinator, was always available for questions, emails never went unanswered, and without a doubt, made the weeks leading up to the venue and the day-of run so smoothly. We (and our guests) were blown away by the in-house catering provided by the Arts Ballroom. When we first met Kayleigh and saw the list of food options, I asked “How many butlered hors-d’oeuvres of the list of 30+ do we get to choose?” I didn’t believe her when we said we get all of them, and I still thought otherwise the day before the wedding. No, it was true, we got all of them (plus additional stations). The kitchen staff had no problem cooking perfect main courses for all 180 of our guests. Later in the night all of a sudden the dance floor was clearing and we went to find out why (I mean, Love 77 was keeping everyone dancing all night so far!), and then we saw the dessert room. Quite literally, we found all of our guests splurging on desserts. I don’t want to spoil it all, but make sure you somehow save room for it. Lastly, the staff were a complete step above what I could have expected. Waiters / waitresses constantly filling our guests’ water glasses, taking alcohol orders from the table, and always being present and able to help. We were also provided with a personal attendant, and she knew what I needed before I even had the chance to think of it myself. You might be a little hesitant due to the layout of the room, but trust us, compared to everything the Arts Ballroom will do to make your night unforgettable, this will not be an issue at all. Bryan Capone(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-11-2019 We had a great experience from start to finish. From their manager/owner and our coordinator (John and Alaina), to the awesome desert station...it was perfect. The space was great for us (220) and we think that is the max size before it would get too crowded. The service was great, everyone worked hard during the reception and our guests were well taken care of. The cocktail hour had great appetizers, and they were all around the room. There is one large bar (we had 3 bartenders), and the bar service was great. One thing we suggest is if you have less than 200 guests, get an additional sky bar in the same room as your reception. The setup of everything was great, they treated us well, food was very good...overall we loved it and we highly recommend the Arts Ballroom. Reviewed on 12-11-2019
Geena Schiavo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-09-2019 The Arts Ballroom is hands down, the classiest and most elegant wedding venue. My husband and I were so extremely pleased with everything, as were our guests! In particular, they were all completely blown away by the food, especially the deserts! So many people came up to us and said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! All of the staff were extremely professional and easy to talk to. They were very attentive at all times and everything went so smooth. Alaina, our coordinator, was very quick in getting back to us whether through email or phone calls. She took care of everything! A few things my guests have said: best food I’ve ever had at a wedding, super attentive service, more food than I’ve ever seen at a wedding, i wish i could have eaten more but there was so much food i couldn’t get to it all, gorgeous venue, how have I never been to a wedding here before? Beth Cooney(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 26-05-2019 We could not have been more thrilled with our May 2019 wedding at the Arts Ballroom. We had both our ceremony and our reception on site. I'll begin with the space: The grand staircase and chandeliers make the space feel so elegant. Unlike many of the ballrooms we visited as potential wedding sites that seemed kind of stuffy and stodgy, the Arts Ballroom feels modern, bright, and clean. We had 199 guests and the tables didn't feel cramped or crowded and there was plenty of room for the dance floor. Also the suite upstairs for the wedding party is spacious and was really nice to have before the ceremony. The staff: Kayleigh was our on-site coordinator and she was outstanding. She responded to emails promptly and the answers to my requests were always to the tune of \"no problem!\" or \"it's already taken care of.\" When I asked more detailed questions she always gave comprehensive, detailed answers. She was truly excellent and made the process seamless for me, my husband, and our families. Thank you, Kayleigh! The day of event staff was also super helpful and really friendly. A few guests have mentioned to me that they were really impressed with the staff - the team was efficient and delightful! Finally, the food: Holy smokes. The cocktail hour was unreal - I highly recommend the seafood station. My husband and I were too busy greeting guests to sample all of the cocktail hour food and we have some serious regrets about it! I've been to many weddings, enough to know that I shouldn't expect a perfectly cooked piece of beef at dinner. However, that is exactly what our guests received! A friend commented that the his beef entree was better than what he'd had at Butcher and Singer (a high end steakhouse in PHL) the week before. I was lucky enough to sample all of the entrees (chicken, beef, fish) and they were all delicious. The dessert room is what really knocked everyone's socks off - fondue, s'mores, cotton candy, cannolis, Federal Donuts....and this is all in addition to the cake from Isgros! The day after the wedding we stopped by to pick up some gifts, signs, family photos we had used as decorations. The Arts Ballroom team had packed everything up neatly for us. I have been at weddings when at the end of the night the bride and groom realized...wait, we have to get this stuff out of here now? How are we going to get this stuff home?! The fact that we didn't need to worry about that stuff on our wedding night was so nice - and indicative of the level of service you can expect from a wedding at the Arts Ballroom. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience; we are so glad we chose the Arts Ballroom for our big day! Reviewed on 12-06-2019
Stephanie Cohen(parent)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2019 The catering team and venue was just perfect for our wedding. I had never been to an affair here, but it was recommended by a colleague at work. So, we stopped by to check it out. They are fully set up and the venue is clean and beautiful. Kayleigh made planning so easy - scheduling tastings, suggesting room layouts, working event planning and day of management. She had the full support of the owners and a great catering staff that truly seemed to enjoy what they do. The food was excellent! Appetizers were abundant and delicious. As our guest count came in, they made adjustments to ensure best flow and service. And, they fully accommodated my last minute requests - never a problem, always with a positive attitude. I was totally comfortable using Kayleigh as our wedding planner. She understood our vision, took the lead, and executed flawlessly. Elegant venue, with a friendly, skilled team. Perfect afternoon. We had our Wedding Reception at the Arts Ballroom in October of 2018 and having been raving about it ever since. We have already recommended the Arts Ballroom to 2 personal friends and are more than excited to recommend it to everyone we talk to.To be honest we thought that we had found our venue before we visited but we both knew once we walked out that The Arts Ballroom had the perfect combination of Character, Location and Value. What we did not fully understand was the level of Service that we would receive leading up to and the night of our Wedding. The Character of the bar, the entrance via the stairway and the fireplace cannot be beat. You would never expect to walk into a full-blown ballroom in the heart of Philadelphia but our guests were all hit with the “wow factor”. As for value we did not think that we could afford the Arts Ballroom until we met with the team and they helped us personalize the night’s offerings. The team (Kayleigh (event planner), Chef Billy, John the owner and Katerina our personal assistant the night of the wedding) were so accommodating and we were able to personalize our event to reach a price that honestly beat the high and low-end competition. NOONE had a clue that we had cut back on some of the offerings. Our guests raved about how much food was at cocktail hour, how beautifully it was displayed, and how good it all tasted! The bar was the star of the night as it offers all high-end spirits and they were able to make all of the drinks that our guests requested. We were personally blown away at the tasting that they invited us and our parents to. At this point; we had signed a contract and paid a deposit, but they BLEW US AWAY with the personal touch that was frankly unexpected that night. They let us try 6 combinations of meat and fish, served wine and made us cocktails! The Chef Billy even came and sat with us and helped us finalize our menu. He appreciated our love of steak and noticed that we did not have a carving station at the cocktail hour so added it to our contract (free of charge) and worked it himself the night of our Wedding. They were so receptive to our suggestions and requests; whether it was food or booze. We still feel in debt to the generosity of The Arts Ballroom and hope that everyone can share our same experience. We are so confident that you will have an equally amazing experience using The Arts Ballroom now grab your phone, call (215) 621-8561 and ask Kayleigh what dates they have available! Felicia Steele(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-11-2018 Our wedding at Arts Ballroom was everything we could have hoped for and more! My fiance Steve and I were set on getting married in the city, which can be pricey. We did our due diligence and shopped around, but compared each place against Arts Ballroom - the pricing we ultimately received for the location and what was included was EXTREMELY reasonable. We initially signed our contract with an Event Specialist named Mallory, who left the company soon after. Our transition to working with the next Event Specialist, Alaina, was very easy and smooth. Alaina was attentive throughout our entire planning process and very responsive. The fireplace, the chandeliers, the windows - it's all incredible. We also loved working with Kayleigh. She made things so simple. Whatever ridiculous question I had, she was on top of it. She helped us so much with absolutely anything we needed, was happy for us to come into the space a couple of times beforehand, and even let us borrow umbrellas when it started to rain. From the very beginning, John was very accommodating with the packaging and pricing. After we booked the date, our event specialist Alaina Pacella was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She was what every bride wants. Quick with responses, resourceful, and devoted. I could tell Alaina treated this wedding like it was her own. She found a way to make all of my 'extra' requests happen without any hassle. (free soft pretzels delivered to guests as they left, sparklers, extra food requests..ect.) During the reception, Alaina and John both worked tirelessly to make the event fabulous for everyone! They communicated with my other vendors before and during the event to make sure I didn't worry about a thing! It is very rare to have a venue owner work during a Saturday night wedding. That proves how devoted he is to his clients. Our reception ended with a HUGE dessert room which was one of the highlights. All of our guests continue to rave about the food at our wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to get married in the city. I chose this venue because it was the best package I saw. The ballroom is absolutely stunning, modern but traditional, with high ceilings and amazing lighting. The venue space flows perfectly, and the set up is amazing. The venue has tons of detail that makes it a unique and gorgeous ballroom that your guests will not forget. Beyond the space, the staff are the nicest people I have ever work with. From day one, they made it clear that their purpose was to make our dreams come true. They never said no anything and worked with us to build and menu/contract that fit our dreams. The food was delcious and there certainly was no shortage. I rarely hear people rave about food at weddings, but my guests could not stop talking about how blown away they were. From the cocktail hour filled with lamb chops, sushi, paella and more, to the dessert room with every sweat you could ever dream of including a smores station and donut wall, no one left hungry. Even better was the beautiful bar and amazing top shelf alcohol. The best part of the venue is the amazing event staff. Our coordinator, Alaina, was the nicest most professional person and made wedding planning the least stressful thing ever. She was always so calm and reassuring, and made sure that we had nothing to worry about. She was fabulous at being in contact with all our vendors, and made sure that I never had anything to stress about. She is extremely responsive on email/phone, and always followed up on all our questions. On wedding day she was somehow always everywhere she needed to be, and made sure that we had the best time ever. She checked in with our parents frequently, and really made everyone at the wedding feel cared for. The servers and bartenders were extremely professional and great at their jobs, and had fun the entire night. The owners are great and are very visible, they make sure to attend your prep meetings and they are present for the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. The venue was recently renovated and we received so many compliments on the architecture, lighting, and sheer glamour the venue provides. Although i loved my florist (and certainly went “modest” flowers) - the venue is so beautiful - you don’t even need to adourn every table with centerpieces and flowers. Having a new wedding coordinator/staff and catering company half way through the process can certainly make one nervous however this staff knocked it out of the park. Several aesthetic change and the big undertaking of redoing the kitchen was accomplished on time. All changes that occurred only made our night more fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Alaina was a delight and was there for any and every little question I had every step of the way. The location is perfect. His family is from central PA and unfamiliar with the city and they had no problem getting there and parking. Don’t be worried about older guests or those requiring special access. They can accommodate. All of our vendors raved about working with arts ballroom and commended our choice. Their decor allows you a lot of freedom with your own choices. The setting is beautiful! The staircase and chandeliers create a breathtaking backdrop for our entrances. Our coordinator, Kayleigh, was top notch and helped us keep on schedule with all the things we needed to do. They handle everything (except flowers and entertainment) and run like a well-oiled machine. The space is great, especially with the secondary cocktail area. Those that want more conversation and drink can hang out in the other room and those wanting to dance can stay in the main ballroom. The food was excellent (!!!) and your guests will not go away hungry, that is a guarantee. They have a great spot upstairs where the bridal party can relax before the event starts.
