The Historic Hotel has a romantic vibe unmatched. The staff were over the top helpful and understanding. My husband forgot the cake in the car at resort and a staff member went and picked it up! Truly above and beyond. Reviewed on 14-08-2023
Marissa Newton(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-09-2018 I’ve contacted this venue by phone, email, and even went into the location - yet I have not been able to get a single person to answer my questions or return a call or email. The hotel looks beautiful, but the wedding/event staff is unreliable and unprofessional. Reviewed on 28-11-2017
Karla Perreira-Grow(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-05-2017 We had our ceremony and reception at Ashland Springs. We booked about 9 months in advanced and worked closely with Lora the whole time. On the day of, Jeff took over and was with us from start to end. The experience was indescribably perfect! While it is quite spendy, you are without a doubt getting your money's worth. The English Garden (ceremony) was gorgeous, the ballroom (reception) was perfectly set up, the food was DIVINE, and the staff was professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! Melissa Ludwig(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-09-2013 I am beyond glad that we chose the Ashland Springs Hotel for our venue. Our ceremony was in their English Garden, and the reception to follow in the Grand Ballroom. Loved that we could have both in the same location. The Garden was so pretty with the wrought iron gazebo and all of the natural foliage that it did not need any decorating at all. I especially loved the lights strung across the area; it really added to the ambience. The Ballroom had plenty of space to accommodate our 85 guests, and the built-in dance floor was also very convenient. The catering was superb. Our guests could say nothing but praise about the food. And Gina, the catering manager/wedding coordinator was with us throughout the entire planning process, making sure that everything ran smoothly and taking care of every last detail. Thank you to everyone at the Springs for making our day something that we and our families and guests will always remember. Reviewed on 27-10-2013
Emma Frankland(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-12-2012 We had our wedding in December and the Ashland Springs hotel was beautiful. It was convenient for our guests to attend and many stayed the night at the hotel after the wedding. My husband and I work in event planning so we had a few technical questions that the staff didn't know the answer to immediately, but they went out of their way to find us the answers. They stayed incontact with us every step of the way and worked quietly behind the scenes during the wedding so everything ran smoothly Reviewed on 04-02-2013

As mother of the bride I can say I never had any worries about the wedding day. Gina is a complete professional that cares about her clients wishes. The day was magical. The venue reflected the bride and grooms personalities, the food was divine, the service was top-notch. Comments from our guests were: This was the best wedding we ever attended, the food was GREAT, the atmosphere was relaxing, this event was a hit, just to mention a few. I highly recommend this spot for weddings, engagement parties (which we held here) and rehearsal dinners. Everyone was impressed and the price was right because they took care of almost everything. Michelle Williams(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-11-2010 We decided to have our wedding reception at the Ashland Springs Hotel. We chose the ASH because they were an amazingly beautiful one stop shop, so to speak. They had an in-house wedding coordinator, wait staff, caterer, tables, linens, dishes, table cards, etc. All we had to do was choose wich meal option we wanted. We chose the delux buffet, and while a little expensive at $31 a plate plus 18% gratuity and 7.5% food tax, it was well worth it. The food was fantastic! I have had so many of my guests tell me just how wonderful the food was, and that took away any anxiety I had about the price. The wedding coordinator was so helpful with the set up of the reception. Overall it was just a relaxing experience. Reviewed on 01-12-2010
Robin Rasmussen(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-10-2009 I don't even know where to begin... \rDo you want to be treated like royalty? Do you want to have all of your wedding day dreams come true? Do you want your wedding day to be perfect? Then this is the perfect spot for you. Gina is the on-site coordinator and she truly wants every bride to have their perfect day. Attentive to detail and to the brides wishes, she has it down to perfection. Every time I try to explain my wedding day, I am speechless. All I can say is that I felt like I was a princess for the day and treated like so by everyone at the hotel. I started the day being pampered in the bridal suite with my bridal party where we dressed, we had our ceremony in the breathtaking garden underneath the rod iron gazebo, centered around our closest friends and family. Following, we moved to the incredible Crystal Room. Not much was needed to decorate it- the history of the hotel and the class and style just radiated in the room. The food was to die for! And of course we ended our night in one of the luxurious rooms with a perfect view of the hills. Perfect, just perfect. Even more perfect when it came down to the cost. What made my money so valuable (with catering) was that it included set up, take down of both rooms, linens, tea-lights anywhere I wanted, chairs, tables, silverware, plates, coffee, tea and more. It's still a day everyone I know talks about and whenever I meet a new bride or hear someone is engaged, I immediately tell them to go straight to the Ashland Springs Hotel. Perfection. Perfection. Perfection. Reviewed on 08-10-2010
