Owned and operated by Whitetail Ridge Gold Club, this venue is an expansion of their established wedding business. The facility features a number of places to host indoor or outdoor celebrations, as well as additional spaces to make your day even more special. You may choose to host your ceremony outdoors with a pastoral setting as your backdrop. After saying "I do" you can wander the property to discover many attractive opportunities for photos. Their reception space features dazzling chandeliers and original woodwork that come together to create a chic rustic interior. For a relaxing start to your big day, the property includes get-ready rooms to complete your final preparations with loved ones. Ashley Farm offers a range of packages to best meet the needs and budget of your event. These packages can include a reception of up to 6 hours with a house, standard, or premium bar. Ashley farms is an amazing and beautiful venue. But what makes it stand above the rest is the professionalism and staff members. Amanda is amazing and she is the reason I had the most beautiful perfect day. The venue is gorgeous and well maintained. Amanda insured everything was in place and ran smooth and I cannot speak more highly. The food was amazing. My guests are still talking almost 4 weeks after the wedding of how great it was.

I remember the first time stepping foot onto this property, my then fiancé and I were astonished by its beauty! Then our wedding day came and it was exactly what we though! Amanda was a huge help to us, and even people in our family were commenting on her, because she really was that great! The food was awesome! (Wayyyyy better than the initial tasting) all the employees were amazing! Set up was all taken care of by the team and they were very quick to help with taking all our decor down and help pack it. Everyone at our wedding was commenting on how we found such a beautiful venue. Ashley Farms truly made our day special.

Oh my goodness! I can’t not compliment, Ashley Farm and Amanda, our wedding coordinator, enough! The Ashley Farm ensured our wedding day was absolutely perfect! From our first tour Ashley and Amanda were helpful and available. All of our guests continue to comment on how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. My husband and I got married at Ashley Farm on June 18, 2022 and it was a literal dream come true. The staff at Ashley Farm are amazing. Amanda got assigned to us as our day of coordinator, but she was so much more. She helped me through the entire year planning; answering my millions of questions, and she did so much for us that I didn't have to hire a wedding coordinator. She kept everyone on track and time on our actual wedding day, she set up all of our decorations, table numbers, seating chart etc - she really goes above and beyond and is the absolute sweetest. As for the venue itself - it's gorgeous. We had our wedding ceremony outside and it was perfect. Cocktail hour was on their patio by the bar, which everyone loved, but the reception barn really steals the show. It is two floors - do not be deterred by the two floors (I was initially, but it is not an issue at all) - our guests who sat up there said it was great, and we got a lot of cool dance floor shots from up above as a bonus! The venue is simply stunning on it's own. The food is outstanding. All of our guests raved about it and just the beauty of the venue. Everyone kept asking \"how did you find this beautiful place?\". I would get married here again and again. Highly recommend.

Ashley Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding day. We fell in love with this spot the minute we toured it! We loved the private location and the staff we met with also that it is family owned. You can definitely see how much pride they put into the events they have. We could not have asked for a more perfect day! It rained a lot in the afternoon before our ceremony and the staff did not skip a beat, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and change our ceremony location. Amanda was such a joy to work with and made us feel calm and relaxed every meeting we had leading up and on the day of. She is such a hard worker and we received so many compliments from our guests on her professionalism/dedication as well as how wonderful the venue was! Thank you Amanda & Ashley Farm for the most amazing wedding!

Ashley Farm exceeded all our expectations! There are no words to describe how incredible both the venue and staff are. For starters, the venue itself is just breathtaking! Walking into the barn truly gave us that fairytale feeling! Many of our guests mentioned to us that this is the most beautiful venue they have ever been to. There are endless spots to take photographs, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything came together! The food was delicious! They did an amazing job setting up all our decorations! From getting ready in the adorable bridal suite, to ending the night with smores at the bonfire- the whole day went perfectly! The staff, and the family who owns the farm, are just as incredible! The two coordinators, Ashley and Amanda were both so kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding went perfectly thanks to the entire staff at Ashley Farm. They worked together seamlessly, and were so organized and on top of everything. We primarily worked with Amanda, and she was the BEST coordinator! She promptly answered all of our questions leading up, and kept everything running smoothly the day of. She was there every step of the way, and was always so friendly and helpful. She really paid attention to every little detail! She even worked with us on tweaking the bar menu so that we could add White Claws to our package! We were so grateful to have her help! The most amazing part was how accommodating they were. My husband and I booked our wedding for 2018, and that year I became very sick. It took months for us to figure out, and the entire time we were in communication with Ashley & Amanda, and they were SO understanding and empathetic to our situation. They told us not to stress- they’d hold both our original wedding date, and one for the next year, until we figured it all out. We did end up having to postpone our wedding, and they not only let us reschedule, but they even put our original down payment towards our new date, AND honored all of the 2018 menu pricing. I can’t even begin to tell you how much that meant to us. I don’t know that any other venue would have done that.. they were so wonderful to work with, and we were truly blown away by their kindness towards us during an already difficult time. Choosing Ashley Farm was the best decision that we could have made. We could not recommend them enough!! You will NOT be disappointed! I can only hope every couple gets to have the amazing “dream wedding” that we did with this venue. Thank you Ashley Farm!!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Ashley Farm in September 2019 and we loved it! The venue has great areas for guests to go but that are close enough to walk to. I loved both options (indoor and outside) where the ceremony could be. The house was great for the girls to get ready in and the boys enjoyed the garage space. Everything was beautiful and set up exactly as I had envisioned or better! Rachel was great to work with and answered my thousands of questions along the way. :) The outdoor bar area is separate from the dance floor, so we did wish that was more cohesive so guests could enjoy both at the same time, but both areas were still beautiful. Our wedding and reception was this past September at Ashley Farm and it was absolutely PERFECT! Not only is Ashley Farm the most stunning venue but the staff is absolutely amazing!! It is months after our wedding and we still have guests telling us how beautiful the venue was as well as how amazing the food was!! Amanda and Ashley were the absolute best ever and made the day flawless! We could not have asked for a better venue with a better staff!

Our wedding at Ashley Farm was a little over a week ago, and we haven’t stopped smiling. Amanda went above and beyond to organize and execute our dream wedding. For a venue that has only been open a year, they have thought of everything. Our wedding was the first of the season, yet there were no visable kinks. The staff did everything in their power to ensure that everything was perfect, and it was. The farm itself is beautiful, but all of the special (and thoughtful) personal touches that go into the planning made it magical. We would highly recommend reaching out to Ashley or Amanda if you’re considering a rustic farm wedding. Many family members and friends have reached out to tell us that it was one of the best venues they have ever been to. It was a dream come true!

Ashley Farm is the perfect venue if you are looking for a rustic, charming, and romantic setting. Ashley Johnson is a fantastic wedding coordinator. She is detail-oriented, was quick to respond to our concerns, and genuinely enthusiastic in wanting to help make our day what we hoped it would be. We got married on the 12th rainiest day in Chicago-land's history, with a tornado watch to boot, but our day still was more beautiful and wonderful than we could have imagined. Throughout it all, Ashley and her staff worked tirelessly, keeping up a positive attitude, and overcoming every hurdle the weather threw in our direction. One of the great things about the interiors of the barns at Ashley Farm is that they are a striking backdrop for photos if the weather is not allowing for outdoor ones. We were thrilled with our photos in both the ceremony and receptions barns as well as the farmhouse and Gasoline Alley. The only concern our parents brought to our attention later was that the appetizers ran out at some point before everyone had gotten some. We were able to confirm that they had provided the amount we had agreed upon. Ashley was very open to talking over this following our wedding, and was already brainstorming ways it could be prevented in the future. We suspect that because all of our guests had to stay in the reception barn instead of milling around the other areas, the appetizers went more quickly than normal. I would highly recommend Ashley Farm or Whitetail Ridge as a venue. I know I would do it over again with them in a heartbeat.

I luckily stumbled upon Ashley Farm right when I get engaged last year. I attended their first open house and that was all I needed. It was the perfect venue. My reception was September 22 and people are still talking about how unique/amazing Ashley Farm is. The food and service were excellent as well. Ashley was very helpful during the entire planning process and never failed to make me feel very calm during wedding chaos.
