There is absolutely nothing bad I could say about this wedding venue, coordinators, food/service, and overall organization! My husband and I just got married there on December 2nd, 2023 and we were absolutely amazed at how organized all the coordinator were, the professionalism and just overall care they gave us and our guests. Our wedding coordinator was Cocoa Prince- needless to say she is INCREDIBLE!!! She made sure our wedding night was exactly as we had pictured it and went above and beyond for us! The chef was also outstanding as she worked with many allergies for both myself as the bride and our guests. I HIGHLY recommend this wedding venue if you are looking for an overall beautiful and romantic vibe, excellent service, and even more incredible vendors!

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Ashton Gardens and especially our coordinator Cocoa Prince who was our coordinator through the venue for everything she did to help our wedding run so smoothly! She was truly a life saver from beginning to end. Through all of our vision meetings and planning meetings to the day of, she helped guide us to create the perfect wedding day. We truly did have the perfect day and we owe so much of that to her!! Because of her, our wedding day was stress free and we got to pause and enjoy all of the fleeting moments. I write this hoping to help other brides make the right choice like we did in choosing Ashton Gardens!

My husband and I got married at Ashton Gardens this past Saturday and we had the most amazing experience. From the moment that we met Dominique all the way until the end of our wedding she was always just so available to us, always willing to help us, and just carried a warm energy with her. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were ready all the way up until the wedding and then on the wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that we were catered to and that everything we needed we had. She also did the same for all of our immediate family members and our bridal party. I would always recommend Dominique and Ashton Gardens to anyone I know getting married. GORGEOUS venue! We absolutely loved our wedding at Ashton Gardens, and have received nothing but compliments about it! You definitely get your money's worth when you book here because of all of the features included in their packages! Ashton Gardens took care of our ceremony, reception, catering, DJ, invitations, and more! They even assign a planner to help you prepare and setup on the day of your event!We did have some problems with our wedding planner. Our original planner that we had discussed our event with was not able to be at the wedding, which we completely understood. However, the replacement planner that Ashton Gardens assigned us was less than helpful. She didn't arrive on our wedding day until a few hours after set up started and our vendors started arriving. She really did not help much during the day that we could tell. All this to say we wound up getting the most help from the planners and staff that happened to already be at the venue that day. They switched in and out for our ceremony and reception but they were extremely helpful and did a wonderful job! If you are booking with Ashton, I would just say be careful about the planner you are assigned. The ones that helped us the most were Cocoa, Shayla, and Gustavo (many many apologies for any mispelled names).

We found Ashton Gardens through the Knot back in 2021 and once we booked, I knew we were going to love our venue - but we didn't know just how much! Throughout the years of our engagement, Ashton Gardens has answered every question we've had, helped us figure out every detail, and supported us as much as they could with so much efficiency and professionalism. When it comes to Ashton Gardens, I always think - you never know, until you ask!Fast forward to our wedding on November 3, 2023 - of course, there were a couple of hiccups but the folks at Ashton Gardens were so respectable and made sure that my now husband and I never knew there were things that weren't going according to plan. From what people told us, they loved our food selections, the decor we chose, and so much more - I know my husband and I sure did and we owe that all to Ashton Gardens!We also have to shoutout the MVP of our wedding...COCOA! The minute we were matched with her she worked with us so well and fell right into place when it came to our planning. She really motivated us to narrow down on quite a bit of our decisions and she communicated with us so seamlessly throughout the entire process. We're so glad she was assigned to us as our day of coordinator and I know our special day would've gone so differently had she not been a part of our team! She really tries her best to do right by the couple and what they want and I can't recommend nor thank her her enough!

I can't thank Ashton Gardens enough for all of the great work that they did! My husband and I were married a week ago at this venue and I had been concerned when they needed to switch my coordinator one month before the big day but the switch was smooth and Brittany Sayers was exceptional, efficient and helpful throughout my big day. She kept us all on schedule and made sure that me and my husband were kept up to date on any changes being made on the fly. Everything was seamless between her and my Day-of -Coordinator, Brandy Youngel. I received many compliments about the menu and the venue, about how beautiful it was and how great the food tasted and I have to agree! My only recommendations would be to include steak knives when serving a menu with steak. The top sirloin was tender but you wouldn't know it right away having to cut it with a butter knife. Also, we would have liked the food to have been hotter. We had decided to do a buffet but the staff served me and my husband separately at our sweetheart table and the food wasn't as hot as we hoped. It did not diminish from the flavors, though. Overall, this venue is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you Britany for all of your help, effort and kindness throughout my big day!

Brittany, was AMAZING to work with at Ashton Gardens. I was a part of my sister-in-law’s wedding this past weekend and I have to say the venue was 1st Class. I had my wedding here in 9/30/23 and it was amazing. My husband and I chose this venue because you don’t need a lot of decorations to make out wedding beautiful! I want to give a big shout out to our coordinator Arianna! She was amazing, she was very attentive to my husband and I during the whole ceremony and reception. Unfortunately, there were some things that were off, first we were able to start coming in at 430p to start setting up, but the staff was still cleaning up from the previous wedding they had and when we went to go do our fake send off, the staff had starting cleaning our guests drinks and desserts off the tables that were just gotten from the bar. They say should have waited to have those cleared at the clean up time. Other than those two issues we faced, I loved having my wedding here, and wouldn’t have chose any other place.

Oh my goodness! I had my vow renewal wedding at Ashton Gardens (10/09/23). It was so much more than I ever anticipated. The food was amazing. My guests haven't stopped calling yet. They enjoyed the food alot. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and they made it a point to cater to the bride and groom. Ciera was assigned to my wedding. She was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I even tried to tip her at the end of my night, but she politely refused. This last year of planning was well worth every dime that my husband and I spent!!!

Shenilla has made the planning process an absolute breeze. she has gone above and beyond to ensure my fiancé and I can have our dream wedding within our budget. Our wedding day was magical!!! Olivia Thompson was our Coordinator and she was with us during every step of our planning. I was a part of the Johnson Wedding on 9/4/23. First I want to say the venue is absolutely breathtaking. But by far the best part of this event was working with Olivia! She is simply amazing. Ashton Gardens took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning! There’s so much included in their packages that take worries off your plate immediately after booking, biggest for me personally being the DJ. Everyone from booking a tour to the wedding day was easy to work with and as helpful as could be. Our coordinator Amanda is a bona fide superhero; nothing could go wrong with her at the wheel, and our whole day was perfect! The food and drinks (we had the brunch buffet with mimosas) at the reception were delicious, and everything went off without a hitch. Our rehearsal the day prior was made to be foolproof, so there was no worry about anything on the day of. And to top it all off, the biggest note of all, the chapel!!! I fell in love with it in photos, and it’s just as breathtaking in person. The massive windows at the altar make it feel like you’re out in the woods, but you still get the ease of an indoor wedding. If I had to do it again, I’d pick the same venue in a heartbeat!

Overall the staff were so helpful and nice. Our guests have raved about how great of a night they had and we feel the same! Amanda was our coordinator and she was constantly putting in effort to make it a great night for us. The DJ Joe was great, he actually mixed the music and kept the party going. The food was great and no one left hungry. I’ve received so many compliments about the wedding from the guests. My only complaint has nothing to do with the staff. There are two weddings a day on the weekends (unless you buy out the entire day) so you have limited time to take pictures and basically have to come ready. I wish there was a little more time so it didn’t feel so rushed in the beginning. Also, we really wanted to go to our cocktail hour and just enjoy the night but we’re made to wait until our “grand announcement” while dinner was being served. This just made the rest of the night feel a little rushed and overwhelming due to so many people trying to get your attention in a shorter amount of time. If you’re looking for an almost all inclusive venue with great vendors at a reasonable price I would definitely consider Ashton Gardens. We wouldn’t have had the wedding we did at this cost somewhere else. We are very grateful for the work the entire staff put in.

We met Kaylin the first day we looked at the location and it was love at first sight! We signed our contract with her, and was eventually assigned to her as our coordinator as well. There was one small bump in the road that happened before she was assigned to us, but she did everything that she could to make it right and that speaks volumes. So how do I begin....our wedding day was absolutely magical! We had been looking all over Atlanta for a venue that would capture our day. Oh my God we were so tired of driving and driving until one day my hubby was looking online and came across this venue in Sugar Hill. When he sent me the link I was like in tears because HE FOUND it first of all (lol), secondly the landscaping through the chapel windows took my breath away. It was perfect! He knows me so well and knew I would instantly connect with the trees (I'm a Tree Hugger). We called, set up a tour and we were sold, signed and booked before we left! It was truly affordable! We were really impressed by all the little extras included in the price and having the ceremony and reception in one place was golden! Arianna, our coordinator, was simply the sweetest, the best! She listened, followed up, responded even after hours to all my \"what about this, can we change that, is this included....\" and I truly appreciated that! My day certainly would not have been as smooth without her and my guests thought she was just a doll! The food was \"on point\" as most of our guests commented. My hubby and I were on such a high with the day we barely ate BUT from what we did taste it was certainly smiles to our taste buds! I usually refrain from writing reviews. Whether the experience was good or bad, I never take the time. However, this is an exception. There are only a few moments in life that you truly remember and your wedding is one of them. Ashton Gardens made the memory truly indelible. Shenilla, truly sealed the deal on day one of our tour. I usually refrain from writing reviews. Whether the experience was good or bad, I never take the time. However, this is an exception. There are only a few moments in life that you truly remember and your wedding is one of them. Ashton Gardens made the memory truly indelible. Shenilla, truly sealed the deal on day one of our tour. Amanda and the AG team were integral to our wedding being a great success! She was so responsive and able to help with anything we needed, which was a lifesaver given that we were an out of town couple. The rehearsal felt very professional and we were able to get our group up to speed quickly. On the wedding day, she made sure that we as the bride and groom were very well taken care of and prioritized. We never knew about anything behind the scenes and we could go enjoy the day. The quality of service provided by the whole team throughout the reception was spectacular. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed everything that the venue had to offer, to include the food and drink. Where can I even begin??? From the moment my mom went to the open house for me until we got the booking done, everything was absolutely perfect.I planned my wedding out of state, which can be very stressful, but I have to give it to the team at Ashton Gardens because they worked very hard to make a dream come true. I was nervous because I didn't know who my coordinator would be, I was also having a brunch wedding and when the guest count got higher than anticipated I was worried people would have to wait on food and the timeline wouldn't be as smooth.Once the time came for me to meet my coordinator, my husband and I were so glad to meet Ayla. I would give this woman more than five stars if possible. I'll never forget her telling me that her job is to make sure that if she ever asks me if I need anything for my answer to be no, and literally.... EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE ASKED,,, it was always no. She took care of everything, from making sure our rehearsal was on time, and smooth, to labeling the floor so we'd know where we'd stand, to helping set up and pass out communion to our guests, making sure we (bride and groom) had our food right away, to clearing the reception hall so my husband and I could have a private last dance. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The Lord completely blessed us with her. I can tell she loves to do weddings and it was truly a gift to work with her because I was not stressed in the slightest.I also have to mention our wonderful DJ Jojo!!! He was also ahhhmazing! I feel like my husband and I got the A-team! Jojo had fun games already planned out and made doing a playlist a breeze, he even danced a bit which was awesome!Overall, I cannot brag enough about our wedding at Ashton Gardens, I truly feel blessed by the Lord. I just had my wedding at Ashton Gardens at the end of June, and it was perfect! The staff was SO AMAZING! They did not miss a beat! The servers passed the apps smoothly, got everyones plates out so quickly, and efficiently bussed all of the tables through the night! We ended up doing a late night snack as well so the food was continuously going throughout the entire event and it was flawless! Chef Arlene & her team do an amazing job making sure everything is fresh, delicious, and ready to go for guests!The bar was also SO GOOD! The bartenders were so quick and fun! All of the guests loved the bartenders and couldn't stop talking about the signature drinks! We did 'something blue' as one of our signature drinks and it was the best! The staff through out the planning process was also seamless! I always felt like my event was in great hands and everyone was making sure my event was exactly how I was imaging it (the turn out was even better).Out of all of the staff, I was blessed to get Ciera as my coordinator! She is truly incredible! The quality of everything at the venue is top notch, and they work with you on everything that you are wanting!I don't have all of my pictures back yet, but I wanted to touch a few!

The Ashton Gardens team is amazing! They are all very helpful and responsive. Shayla was my coordinator and she is professional, attentive and very knowledgeable regarding my venue questions. I highly recommend this venue.

Some of our best friends got married and few weeks ago at Ashton Gardens and we fell in LOVE with this venue. The staff, food, and gorgeous architecture SOLD us! Amanda Stewart in particular was fabulous. She impressed us with her “take charge”, organized, and fun loving personality! She was so attentive with all the guests and is a wonderful asset to an already beautiful establishment.

We had a great experience! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the coordinators and DJs are amazing! Ayla made our day so easy and relaxed! She was so organized, helpful and easy to throw ideas around with. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator! Our DJ, Joseph was great too! The venue is great because you get the feel of being outside, but do not have to worry about the weather! We had the best wedding day!

After a really long search of the perfect venue we can across Ashton Gardens and it was the most beautiful venue I have ever seen and the experience was so easy and informative. We work with Shenilla and she made this process so easy and fast, every question I could’ve possible have she answer it before I even ask. You can definitely tell by her professionalism that Shenilla know and love what she does. It was a really great pleasure to work with her. This experience was 10/10!!

From the first time I saw Ashton Gardens online, I knew it was the venue for us! The chapel is stunning and makes you feel as close to being outside as possible without actually being outside because of the many windows. The staff was responsive both before and after my husband and I made the decision to go with Ashton Gardens. Shenilla Mentore was very helpful at the beginning of the process when we booked. Kaylin Garcia was our amazing coordinator who helped our day run smoothly. She is easy to talk to, professional and made sure everything was taken care of. Kaylin answered all our questions promptly and made me 100% confident that our wedding day would be perfect. I told her about my allergies to milk and peanuts, and she made sure the staff prepared food to accommodate me. I had no allergic reactions on the day. Kaylin also made sure that bridal party was where they needed to be, vendors knew where to put things and during the reception, she made sure we had all the food and drinks that we needed. The DJ app we had to fill out was intense and thorough, but on the day of, the DJ kept the ceremony music light, reception music fun to dance to, and he hit all his cues and things he was supposed to announce. All in all, I think we had the best wedding day ever!!! This was largely because the Ashton Gardens staff is amazing!! The only downside was our first coordinator was not responsive and then left Ashton Gardens a couple months before our wedding. However, once Kaylin took over, we had nothing to worry about!

AMANDA WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! She was super knowledgeable, attentive, just overall an amazing Coordinator! I recommend her an only her. The only thing that was a bit frustrating is the financial side of things. They are extremely quick to email you the very next MORNING if you missed the timeliness date for the payment. CARLOS, was really rude and unwilling to assist. A recommendation that I have is to allow partial payments outside of the timeline that the VENDOR sets for the COUPLE. Giving them more flexibility to make the payments from the account vs credit will be soo much easier and can help them save money. Be more couple friendly to that extent. But again, AMANDA IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! She helped keep our night smooth and stress free!!! Thanks for everything!!
