My new wife and I just got married here, and Sheilah was our wedding coordinator. We were incredibly unaware and new to how to plan a wedding, and she was so helpful. When the time finally came, there were literally no issues that we were aware of and everything went so smoothly. Ashton Gardens is such a beautiful place and an amazing price for the venue too. Everything was magical for our wedding, and I know Sheilah was so helpful for it all.

We recently got married at Ashton Gardens North Houston on January 6th. Our day was absolutely perfect!! We used all of the vendors included in our package and they were wonderful to work with. A huge shoutout to our wedding planner Sheila W. for making the planning process so easy and answering any questions we had. Our day of coordinator Anna J. was wonderful! The food was amazing! Everyone has went on about how delicious the food was. Our cake was beautiful and delicious. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day in and amazing vendors.

We recently got married at Ashton Gardens North Houston on January 6th. Our day was absolutely perfect!! We used all of the vendors included in our package and they were wonderful to work with. This is an amazing place for a Wedding and Reception. Andrea is super nice, helpful, and very quick to respond. The photo opportunities are great with a lot of different backgrounds. All and all, my husband and I are very happy we choose this beautiful venue and we recommend it to all of our engaged friends.

I absolutely love Ashton Gardens-North! Such a beautiful and classy venue to have your wedding. I love the glass walls and chandeliers - they fit our aesthetics perfectly. Sheilah did an amazing job coordinating our event. She was responsive and flexible with all of our requests. The facility is stunning and is perfect for a wedding of less than 100 people (even though they can accommodate more). The space was not overwhelming. Iâm glad they are now providing a full package contract to help save time searching for vendors. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue.

This venue is beautiful and works very well for a wedding with 100-125 guests. The package included everything we wanted and made it much easier than hiring a caterer, DJ, etc. My daughter lives in California, but wanted to get married here in Spring, TX, so I did most of the wedding planning. Sheilah was really good about answering our questions and helping us make decisions. Recommendations for improvement:We really would have liked to have the DJ present at the rehearsal to make sure he had the correct music and so that our soloist could have rehearsed.If possible, try to have one planning rep throughout the course of the wedding planning. There were some miscommunications when the planner was switched that caused some stress.

We had our wedding at Ashton Gardens North and were very happy with everything! The venue is beautiful and even though it was a rainy day it did not take away from the experience, and we were still able to get amazing photos. This venue was perfectâŚ.until I started getting phone calls/text the day after the wedding. They all started the same, âI didnât say anything because we didnât want to ruin anyoneâs night, butâ. It seems they started running out of food before the last two tables were served. It was a fajita bar and 20 people had no tortillas and very little meat (they were quite strict on how many pieces of meat each got from the beginning).At least 6 of those 20 got no food at all. There were 150 invited, 148 showed up and I didnât attempt to eatâŚ.this means there was enough food for 127 people. We paid about $20,000 for only 127 of our guests to eat! What makes it worse is either the staff didnât make the coordinator aware or she chose not to inform usâŚ.nor have I gotten a response to neither the email or phone messages I have left. Good news is my daughter had a great wedding, but now feels humiliated over this as am I!!! Despite all the things that were done well, this has situation and how it was handled over shadows all of it!

Everything we dreamed of! From the first moment we saw the chapel we knew this was the venue for us. The glass walls really bring the feeling of an outdoor wedding but all the comforts and planning of being inside. We had a more intimate wedding with about 40 people and the space was a great size for it! Since it was a smaller wedding than they normally hold, we were able to do 2 long family style tables in the reception hall instead of the round tables. Laura was super helpful with getting that and all the other details nailed down! We had quite a few food allergies in the family to work around and they did a wonderful job of working around those. The place was perfect and having almost everything taken care of in the wedding packages was a big relief. Couldnât imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

I am giving 5 stars only because Phoebe and Ann were amazing and I know this counts towards them. My Experience:I struggled to get in touch with someone at the location just about every time I called. The only way to reach someone was by email (Phoebe was fantastic at communicating) which can be frustrating when you are having to wait 4-5 days for responses (that is if you get one.) Phoebe went above and beyond to ensure our needs and wishes were met but one thing to beware of is the day of rental time. For example, if your ceremony is to begin at 7PM, you cannot arrive until 2PM. There were some lightbulbs out in the reception area the day of and they quickly got that fixed. Our DJ (DJ Will) was AWESOME! The food (we selected a plated duet) is just okay but I think that can be expected when serving 180 people. Overall, I think the location could be updated and power washed. We rented chairs for our reception space due to the style and age of chairs provided by the venue (to each his/her own.)

Once I saw this venue, I knew I had to have my wedding here. It was PERFECT. The chapel and ballroom were absolutely beautiful with the large windows and chandeliers. The grounds are gorgeous and makes you feel so secluded but its just down the road from Spring. It does not need a ton of decoration to already have an elegant setup. It was perfect for our intimate wedding. They have multiple packages and vendor recommendations that made planning so easy and the team, especially Hailey Hupp, were so quick to respond if I had any questions. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I would recommend this venue to anyone.

They have multiple packages and vendor recommendations that made planning so easy and the team, especially Hailey Hupp, were so quick to respond if I had any questions. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I would recommend this venue to anyone.

SUMMARY:This venue is wonderful, but you will need to put in some extra effort on your own in order to have a perfect day. I recommend this venue with the caveat that you need your own day of coordinator and you will have the wedding of your dreams! One thing to note is that this venue has just been bought out, so it operates very corporately, hands off, and rigidly. The more you can take on and manage yourself the better your experience will be.PROS: - Beautiful Venue with lots of natural lighting- Space is nice and separated for ceremony, cocktail, and reception- Plenty of space in the bridal suite to get ready on site and small but good enough space for groomsmen to get ready on site- Catering, Bar, and Serving Staff are wonderful CONS: - Managers are not kind or flexible- âDay of Coordinatorâ does not actually serve as a day of coordinator, they serve more as Event Supervisors (essentially makes sure that the venue doesnât burn down)- The venue offers rehearsal only on Monday-Thursday during very early afternoon hours or Day of Rehearsal. - Day of rehearsal will shorten your getting ready time due to the fact that itâs during your rental time. -The venue will assure you that rehearsal will only take 5 minutes. (It absolutely will not. You will need 30 minutes to an hour to make sure that there is enough time to practice placement and walking orders)HELPFUL TIPS:Hire a Day of Coordinator to handle the things that your AG day of coordinator will not do. Examples of what your AG day of coordinator will not do are listed below.- Ensure that âgetting readyâ is on schedule - Ensure that boutonnières, corsages, pocket squares, and bowties are distributed -Ensure all personal decor items are distributed (table numbers, centerpieces, card box, guest book, signs etc)- Ensure seating for elderly is available during cocktail hour - Ensure glow sticks or party items are distributed- Staging the exit car appropriately for exit (our car was not in the right place and the coordinator assistant was not helpful in having it moved so my Mother-In-Law had it moved to be lined up at the end of the exit line) - Ensuring that the Bride & Groom eat first before the guests so that there is plenty of time for table visits. Ashton Gardens is BEAUTIFUL. I had my wedding there exactly a month ago and my husband and I can say their food is the BEST. All of our guests loved the food and the ballroom was just drop dead gorgeous. Not to mention the service the staff was super helpful with making sure everything was set up exactly how and where you wanted it to be . I do advice however to any bride to be who chooses Ashton to please be very time oriented make sure that if youâre gonna get ready at the Venue that it doesnât take too long so that you have a lot of time for those pictures around the whole venue. The only thing Iâd change from my experience with Ashton is to have more time. It sucks to have to pay for an extra hour I did not but Iâd say itâs worth it so that you donât feel rushed or on a time schedule which is not a good feeling. Other than that I canât stress enough about how magically the venue felt to me. I cried when I was venue hunting with my husband and I first walked into the Chapel. The chapel is BEAUTIFUL. Ashton gardens is a perfect venue for that special once in a lifetime day

Ashton Gardens is BEAUTIFUL. I had my wedding there exactly a month ago and my husband and I can say their food is the BEST. All of our guests loved the food and the ballroom was just drop dead gorgeous. Not to mention the service the staff was super helpful with making sure everything was set up exactly how and where you wanted it to be . I do advice however to any bride to be who chooses Ashton to please be very time oriented make sure that if youâre gonna get ready at the Venue that it doesnât take too long so that you have a lot of time for those pictures around the whole venue. The venue is gorgeous, and the chapel speaks for itself. A wedding coordinator is included when you book at Ashton Gardens! Paige, our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, professional, and organized. Not only is she on top of every little detail, but she is so pleasant to work with. It is so evident she enjoys her job and truly cared about making the day perfect for us. She was responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the day. The process of working out our day-of itinerary, setting the details, and customizing the layout of the ballroom with her went smoothly. While the venue does have restrictions on outside vendors, Paige worked with us to accommodate our request. On the day of, she did an excellent job of setting everything up according to my labels and instructions, packing it all up at the end of the night, and making sure everything in between ran smoothly.I think the only thing that went \"wrong\" on our day was that the champagne we ordered for the bridal suite was not provided. I didn't notice until the end of the night when we got to our hotel and found that the bottle of champagne was sent home with us in our to-go bag (yes, they pack up our leftover food and cake for us!). Such a small detail, and quite honestly we were so busy during the day with hair and makeup and getting all our photos in, it didn't bother me at all. One downside of the venue is that day-of access begins at 11am. With request and approval from corporate, we were allowed 10am access. We made it work with our hair & makeup and photo schedule, but the late access time is definitely something to consider if you are wanting to get ready at the venue.We were very impressed with the level of service from the wait staff. They introduced themselves to us (B&G) and checked up on us frequently throughout dinner. They remembered our guests' drinks and offered refills. During cocktail hour, they came into the chapel and served hors d'oeuvres to family members waiting to take family photos. I could go on and on about everything the venue offers and how they think of every detail...but I'll let you find out for yourself when you visit and plan with them.All in all, we loved our day. Paige and the staff played a huge part in making the day as special as it was.

Having our wedding at Ashton Gardens was easily the best decision in terms of planning the event. Regardless of our DJ choice, our cake, floral arrangements, etc, they would have been NOTHING without Ashton Gardens. This venue is GORGEOUS, and I loved having two separate indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception; this was a huge deciding factor for our December wedding. Every step from the initial tour to our grand exit after the reception was seamless, completely enjoyable, and so easy for me. The staff take any inkling of stress out of the picture, and do everything possible to make your day absolutely perfect. Our coordinator, Paige, was a total game changer. She made the day of the wedding sooo fun, handled every single question and detail and made sure that my husband and I had nothing to worry about during the day. The staff are fabulous at Ashton Gardens, we had our drinks refilled constantly, never had less than 2 sips out before we had a refill ready in front of us. We were waited on hand and foot. My husband and I were truly treated as King and Queen for the night. The groom/groomsman have their own special spot for preparations as well. The perfectly manicured grounds provide endless photo opportunities. Additionally, there is a reception center on the grounds just steps away that offers having a quaint celebration for just a few to the most elaborate scale event. Their food and drinks are excellent and my guest are still talking about their meals and how beautiful everything was! Last but not least, you are provided with your very own Day-of Wedding Planner. Beautiful venue with amazing staff! We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day here, from the planning, food, cocktail hour, and our coordinator everything happened perfectly! They let you try a sample menu which really helped us make a decision on our entrees and cocktail bites! Our coordinator Paige was amazing!! She was so professional and quick to reply to any question or concern we had. I still get compliments about how this was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to. I would recommend this place for all couples wanting a stress-free, beautiful wedding!

Ashton Gardens Houston North is a gorgeous venue that lends itself to many great photos. It has a great set up with the chapel right next to the reception hall. The staff, including our coordinator, were really great and attentive the day of the wedding, and made everything run relatively smoothly. However, we would have appreciated more flexibility in the planning process. During the tasting event, the food wasn't great and didn't help us select which meal choices we wanted to have. They were nice enough to offer us a private tasting, but the food then wasn't much better. However, the food was amazing at the actual wedding, so at the end of the day, it made us nervous but everything turned out ok. Likewise, attending some of the planning meetings was a hassle because they would only meet during regular business hours, and my husband worked hourly. All of our issues were ultimately behind the scenes, and everyone who attended our wedding had a fabulous time. At the end of the day, we had a great wedding and we would recommend Ashton Gardens as long as you ask plenty of questions and not make any assumptions about what is included in the package, and expect to pay a bit more than the listing price.

We planned the wedding at the North Houston Location and we lived in Austin.The chapel is beautiful, and the venue doesn't need a lot of extra decorations. We got married at the North location in March and loved it. The venue itself is beautiful! With all of the windows, itâs like being at a classy outside wedding with the benefits of air conditioning :) The accents are so nice that you donât need to invest in many decorations, and with a day-of coordinator included in the wedding package, you donât even have to worry about getting the decorations you do bring properly placed. The food was delicious, and things flowed smoothly despite our original coordinator ending up in the hospital the night before the wedding. We got lots of compliments! Room for improvement wouldâve been that I didnât like that at the tasting, we couldnât pick what we wanted to try. I donât eat seafood and mushrooms, and since they do tastings en masse, they werenât able to accommodate and I could only eat about half of the items they served that night. (None we were options we were interested in for our menu.) The day of, I wish that we couldâve had access earlier to get ready since there were no weddings before us instead of having to come already ready. I also wish my coordinator wouldâve checked in with me just a LITTLE more at least to update on where things were day-of, since she was a stand-in for the one I had spent months planning with. And I was pretty disappointed that we didnât get ANY of our own wedding favors to take home, which I asked about that Monday and was told they'd all been taken home. However, when I talked to my MIL, she said there were actually a few leftover that she had been collecting on a table during clean up and the staff threw them all away when she had stepped away for a bag. Overall, though, we would definitely recommend AG-North! Great pricing, great people, reasonable pricing, beautiful venue!

I got married at the Houston North location, and it was beautiful. Multiple guests remarked to me after the ceremony how lovely the location was. We didn't have to bring in many decorations because the venue is so pretty on its own. Additionally, the food was very good, and the wait staff during the reception did an excellent job.Our coordinator did a good job, even dealing with a mini cake emergency that wasn't at all the venue's fault. We appreciated her working to fix something that wasn't even her mistake. The day of the wedding went very smoothly thanks to her hard work. I felt like I didn't need to worry about anything because I knew she would take care of it. My only complaints would be the following: We knew there was a wedding before us, but when we got there (at the contracted time of 2 p.m.), the other wedding party was still there taking pictures and doing their exit. My bridesmaids and I felt awkward going in to the bridal suite as we had to watch past those people. My photographer had to work around these extra people for about an hour before they left. When we met with the coordinator in preparation for the big day, we tried to take notes about what we were discussing; however, she said she would email us a summary of what we discussed. There were a few times when she didn't send us the follow-up email, so we had to request that information. Note that whenever we asked for it, she sent it shortly after that. In general, working with the people at Ashton Gardens went well, and it was a beautiful place for a wedding. Despite the minor inconveniences listed above, I would recommend this venue to other brides!

LOVED having our wedding here! It's so beautiful and was perfect for my vision. Loved that the bar, catering, linens and coordinator were already there. Erika was our coordinator and she's the best! She brought my vision to life and handled everything behind the scenes the day of. Although our food was great, we wished that the we had been able to try the food that we chose for our dinner ahead of time. They had a tasting but with just a few items from the list of possible choices. We really wished that we would've been able to get our hair and makeup done in the pretty bridal suite but we weren't allowed to without paying more than we were willing. The guys didn't like the small size of the groom's suite either and they mentioned it several times. Overall I would definitely chose Ashton Gardens North if I had the chance to do it again!

I am so thankful that I chose this venue. I have had so many of our guests tell me that it was the best wedding theyâve ever attended. The venue is stunning, the food is delicious and the staff is extremely sweet! I didnât want to pay for a wedding planner and the coordinators at Ashton Gardens (I had Erika) were phenomenal. She helped with every last detail and made me feel so confident that our wedding day would be flawless... and it was!!! I couldnât have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this venue to brides that are looking for a beautiful, romantic venue!

Beautiful Venue. Yummy food. We had a great experience planning our wedding, thanx to Erika Berry! She was so helpful and kept everything under control the day of. The only reason I give this place two stars is because the next morning after the wedding, I started hearing complaints. At the end of the event, when we were making our exit, the wait staff threw away EVERYTHING off the tables including personal belongings of our guests! I am still apologizing to people because of how rude their staff was! When I brought it to the Ashton management team, they made excuses and made it sound like this happens all the time! TERRIBLE! I can't believe that they have such blatant disregard for peoples things!

Getting married at Ashton Gardens was a dream for me! It was the first and only venue I toured and I knew it would be perfect from that first day. It's truly unique in the sense that you get the feeling of an outdoor wedding in an indoor setting. Paris was my wedding coordinator and she made sure that my rehearsal and wedding day went exactly as planned and I wasn't stressed once! I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is wanting a light and airy outdoor feel to their special day! I had nothing but compliments about every detail of the day. :)

Highly, highly, highly recommend! This place was amazing, from the beautiful venue, to the considerate staff, to the excellent catering, Ashton Gardens â North Houston gave us the best wedding experience. My wife and I both have very busy schedules and needed someone who would get a lot done independently and proactively without having to constantly contact us for every detail. Erika Berry, our coordinator was perfect. She is thoroughly professional and was on top of her stuff from day 1, which made the planning go way more smoothly than expected. Another bonus is the catering. You donât have to find a caterer because Ashton Gardens has great food and service in-house. They have a wide-variety of foods and serving options that allowed us to find a perfect combination that stayed in budget. Finally, the highlight of the venue is the chapel. It was numerous floor-to-ceiling windows that give an indoor wedding the feeling of being outdoors. With all of the heat in Houston, this was a great option to get as close to an outdoor wedding as possible without anyone having to sweat through their suit or dress.

It is one stop shop for everything and they made it all so easy the day of. I think if I had to do it again I might get a day of coordinator but mostly to wrangle the guys, hehehe! I LOVE ASHTON GARDENS!!!

Everyone at Ashton Gardens was perfect! Erika was my coordinator and she did a fabulous job making sure that everything I wanted was done just how I wanted it. I was concerned about handing over little details to other people, but they did an amazing job. Everything was just how I pictured it. And the food was delicious!! They are so worth every penny, and I highly recommend them.

When deciding on a wedding venue we read many reviews, and one name continually stood out among the rest-- Erika Berry. After months of planning and a successful wedding, we now know why. Even before we were assigned Erika, based on our interactions with several coordinators, my husband, mother, and I hoped we would get Erika. We were so excited when we received our first email from her letting us know she would be in charge of coordinating our wedding. A review is not enough to express just how blessed we are to have had Erika as our coordinator. She is very detail-oriented and ensured everything ran just as planned. She responds quickly to emails and is very flexible to change. She has such a bubbly personality which made it fun to work with and welcomed all questions and concerns. We loved her jokes and appreciated her ability to make otherwise stressful planning moments stress-free. She is a bustling queen and is so easy to make conversation with. She worked with us to ensure that we had sufficient time to rehearse the wedding the day before and was there early the day of to give us extra time to get ready. The day of, she made sure we stuck to the schedule without being overbearing and allowed us to visit with our guests and enjoy our special day. Many other guest have since approached us to share how sweet Erika was to them. My in-laws lost their keys in their car, and were the last to leave the venue, and she waited for them without showing any sort of frustration for delaying her. Bottom line is she makes a hell of a coordinator and we are so grateful for her. Like many coordinators, Iâm sure sheâs done this a thousand timesâ and her experience shows itâ but what makes Erika special is her ability to make you feel like your wedding was the best wedding sheâs ever coordinated. Her investment in not just your special day, but you as individuals is what sets her apart from many. We loved Erika and Ashton Gardens and would recommend her and the venue to anyone!

First, our wedding day had zero issues! This was because our event coordinator met with us many times before the event and was incredible day of. Erika our event coordinator is a rock star. She is an incredible professional who is attentive, personable, and surpassed my expectations with her high communication skills. She even got me a cupcake on my birthday when we had our last meeting. This shows her love for her position and care for her clients.The food: AMAZING! The meal will taste like a fancy restaurant. We opted for the Chicken Du Chef, Potato Crusted Salmon, and the Mac n Cheese bar. The chef is very accommodating and knows their stuff. Don't be afraid to ask for any differences or extras. They have many packages but you can always create your own menu, that's what we did. The waitstaff is very friendly and professional as well.The venue: BREATHTAKING. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. We didn't even use a florist because of how pretty the rooms are. This venue is worth the money. Looking back, we would do it all over again and even spoke about doing an anniversary event at Ashton Gardens in our future. Thank you to the staff for making our day incredibly special. We love you Ashton Gardens!

I can not say enough how much I loved this venue! They were so accommodating and having a coordinator throughout the day tell me where I needed to be when made it so enjoyable and less stressful for both me and my mother (the real planner). They let me come in the day before rehearsal and I was able to see the best way to have my wedding party stand before the rehearsal. Also the food during the reception was amazing! I had multiple people tell me that this was the best salmon that they have ever had! Our wedding was only 4 hours, which was a concern of mine, but the coordinator is so on top of everything that there is no wasted time and it worked out perfectly! She also let us come in earlier than originally planned so we were able to take the groom with the groomsmen pictures and bride with the bridesmaid before the wedding. Overall they were really able to make it the perfect day for me and my husband and I would 100% recommend this venue to every future bride! BTW: The pictures in the chapel are gorgeous!!!

My wedding was at the Ashton Garden's North location. Erika was our coordinator, and she was outstanding. She is so bubbly and full of joy during every encounter we had. She made the whole wedding process so much easier than I was expecting. She eased all my anxieties, and worked closely with me to ensure the wedding day would be as magical as I had envisioned it. I love Ashton Gardens! We had a great experience with them during the entire process. Everyone was very nice and helpful! The only thing that I was disappointed about was they had a wedding earlier in the day before mine. I was told they would be gone and out of my way by the time our wedding. The bridal party arrived and the reception was still happening. The bridal party from earlier came back to the area where we were getting ready which made things very crowded and uncomfortable. This pushed back my wedding and it was complete chaos in the bridal suite because my coordinator was rushing to flip the reception area instead of being with us. Once the wedding began, everything went back to being amazing! I highly recommend Ashton Gardens, but be sure that there will not be an issue like we experienced!

Ashton Gardens is a gorgeous venue and I knew that I wanted to have our wedding there the moment I saw the chapel. We have absolutely gorgeous photos for memories that we will have forever.
