Alysha Storud(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-09-2019 Make no mistakes about it... the venue is beautiful! They also do in house catering, and the food was great. A few missteps along the way. I (the bride) was called day before our wedding saying one of the beers we ordered wasn’t available (we submitted our order before the deadline ) I asked them to ask the distributor for something similar or call the groom because I was at a shower, next day instead of 3 Montana kegs like we paid for, ordered, and fit the theme of Montana beers and Washington wine we had 2 kegs, bottled Kona brewery, and white claw. We didn’t have a wedding planner but I sent the timeline in advance and left a copy with the coordinator, but it was still me who told the staff to stop passing appetizers and serving because people were supposed to be getting seated to start dinner and it was my dad that whistled and made the announcement. We didn’t ask to have the top tier of our cake saved... but we didn’t think we had to. They cut up the top that we thought was going to be saved for us and our anniversary and left the partially eaten kitchen cake for us to take home. They also mentioned as my groom and I were getting dinner that they saved us appetizers (Yaay!) but i said save them and we’ll eat our main course quick, say hi to guests and get them later, then they were gone when we asked. Despite us bringing Tupperware and asking to save leftovers there happened to be “none” even though we had about 10 no shows and I remember some of the staff talking about how they are always excited about Miss Patti Cakes’ wedding cakes so it begs the question if staff just eats the cake/ food. Overall I wish we had a planner to help coordinate the venue. Bobbi, the Chef, and staff are all super nice but I think just too busy to plan in the detail I wanted before hand. Angie Armour(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-09-2018 My husband and I were married at this BEAUTIFUL location, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The venue was so well located, close enough to Bigfork for guests to stay overnight at. It also had a gorgeous waterfall that we had our ceremony in front of. As for the reception, there was enough space for over 200 guests to fit comfortably, and the FOOD was absolutely delicious. We received MANY compliments for our reception meal, and we couldn't get enough of it. Bobbi, the event planner for us, was extremely easy to communicate with, and she worked tirelessly to make sure our day was perfect. Any concerns we had, she answered them right away as we prepared our wedding away from Bigfork. The owners are some of the most gracious people we have ever had the opportunity of knowing, and we truly believe you wouldn't be happier with any other place but here. It's true Montana beauty and charm, but also classy and elegant. We will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone! Reviewed on 12-11-2018

Madison Pottruff(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-07-2018 The venue was absolutely beautiful and the day of the wedding went by extremely smooth with Bobby and her team running things, I did not have to worry about anything the day of at all. They think of many things I did not think of in order to prepare and make sure all is in order. They also give you everything you could possibly need in the Bridal suite, which was amazing, including lunch which we greatly needed! The venue also included so many things other venues don't for such a great price. I still get compliments on how beautiful the setting was. However, the only reason I did not give 5 stars and even considered giving 3, is because leading up to the wedding there were a few issues with communication. The chef was suppose to call us 2 different times to finalized the menu, and just never called (the food did end up being absolutely amazing and I got many compliments on it!). Toward the beginning I would not hear back on any questions I emailed the venue and would have to resend the email after a few weeks and it would still take another 2 weeks to get a response, however this communication definitely improved the closer to the day it got. The venue did make up for these issues by discounting the food but it was an additional stress on me. There was also an issue with the wrong beer being ordered for our keg, but they fixed the situation and we were happy with the end result (although the alcohol is suppose to be purchased through them, it is extremely affordable!). They do what they can to fix anything that goes wrong which is great! Reviewed on 20-07-2018

Margies day coordination meant the world to us and the whole setup was exactly as I invisioned it. There are literally not words to describe how amazing Margie, Bruce, and their entire team are..if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! We did most of our planning from afar so we only had a few key meetings with Margie and Bruce before the actual wedding, I could not have been happier along the whole planning line. \r\rThe day of the wedding I had no worries, no concerns, and didn't have a thing to do besides sit in their BEAUTIFUL bridal suite and enjoy time with my girls because Margie and Bruce run such a tight ship. The bridal suite is provided with everything that I could possibly have needed, whether I knew it or not. I didn't even need to look at the clock because Margie kept us so informed and on time. \r\rThe food was amazing and they even crafted special appetizers for us at our request. There was literally not a single thing that we asked for that Margie and Bruce could not make reality. If you are using Brumar, I would STRONGLY recommend using vendors off their preferred list. We used all vendors whom Margie and Bruce referred to as the \"A Team\" because they all have worked together many times before. \r\rIn short, Brumar provided us with the BEST DAY EVER! Rebecca Moat(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2012 I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a beautiful outdoor location among tall trees along with an elegant indoor option for the ceremony and/or reception. The photos on the website don't do this gorgeous location justice. We planned a destination wedding there from Hawaii and were surprised at just how wonderful it was when we finally saw it in person. \rMargie, the owner, is just fabulous. She guided me through all the long distance planning all the while keeping me on track while reassuring me there was nothing to stress over. She coordinates the tables, chairs and linens (without markups) and they offer delicious catering as well. It was so nice to have all of those aspects covered by one vendor! She also knows most of the other local vendors so she can coordinate with them if needed. For example, our centerpiece vases were borrowed from the florist, so we were able to just leave them at the venue without concern.\rThe cleanup was super easy as well. There was no crazy time limit like having everything out on the wedding night. When we came the next afternoon for the decor we had brought, it had all been placed on a table for us and everything else was already cleaned.\rOh! And I have to mention the great bridal prep area as well. There is a beautiful and spacious area next door for the bridal party to get ready with a large bathroom and gathering room. \rEverything was perfect! Reviewed on 20-06-2012

Anything you need, they will make it happen or they'll find way to help you make it happen for yourself! Gorgeous inside and out, cozy fireplace, great lighting, and a awesome bridal sweet. At first I hesitant with the location concerning the amount of people we had. The owners were awesome at figuring out a solution to max our limit of people. It turned out perfect. I also loved that the tables, chairs, linens, china, alcohol, food, staff was all included. I mean of course we paid per person for the food. But the owners were great at understanding our budget and helping us maximize our food. The food was great, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was the fact that I gave them a family recipe for one of the dishes and it was modified. But in the end it still turned out to be delicious. They are also very helpful with any questions I had or giving me suggestions of proper ways to do certain things. My wedding was seamless because of them. TOOK A TON OF STRESS OFF THE DAY OF MY WEDDING! I also suggest having your wedding in the off season, it saved us a lot of money. I know this location is almost double in the Summer.
