Nestled in Almonesson, NJ, Auletto Caterers provides couples a wedding venue with waterfront vistas and traditional ballrooms. Gorgeous walkways with idyllic bridges and lush vegetation create a storybook setting. The evening is topped off with plates full of gourmet-inspired food and a charming, classic wedding cake for a nuptial to remember. Since 1945, this family-owned business has provided fine food and gorgeous venue spaces. As a small business, they pride themselves on offering personable service and giving their clients their full attention. They aid couples throughout the entire planning process and love seeing a coupleâs dream wedding come true. They have multiple spaces for wedding ceremonies and receptions, including wine cellars, the Terrace Room, a ballroom, and two acres of romantic gardens. At most, they can host up to 450 guests by combining their banquet rooms. The ballrooms at Auletto Caterers are simple and inviting, allowing them to be personalized to best reflect what the couple is searching for. The Terrace possesses vaulted ceilings and large windows, which allow natural light to enter. The sunset garden has a gorgeous, draped tent for a magical outdoor ceremony that can accommodate summer showers. For the winter months, couples can exchange vows in their chapel-like room which provides guests a panoramic view of the âI dosâ. All of this is set alongside Almonesson Lake which gives the venue an extra romantic feel. At Auletto Caterers, cocktail hour begins in the antique wine cellar for an intimate and welcoming setting. Completely stocked, the cellar has over 300 wines from exquisite, worldwide vineyards. Expert cuisine crafters, they offer luncheon, brunch, and dinner menus and can accommodate any dietary restrictions. Pasta, fowl, beef, and seafood options are plentiful and elegantly prepared for a sumptuous evening. Examples include pork cipollini, chicken marsala, and Angus beef with lyonnaise sauce. They use seasonal vegetables and fruits for fresh flavors as well as high-quality ingredients to cook up their mouth-watering delights. Auletto Caterers employs expert service staff for a refined and smooth running wedding event. To ensure that each wedding feels private and intimate, each banquet room features separate entrances, gardens, and bathrooms.

We knew immediately after touring Auletto's that it was the perfect venue that fit our vision for our wedding day. Jim and the team were absolutely incredible during the entire planning process and the day of the wedding. We did not have to worry about anything and they made the experience stress free (so beneficial, especially for a bride!) The food, the cocktail hour, the atmosphere and the beautiful landscaping of the venue - everything was perfect and guests are still raving about it almost 3 weeks later. We highly recommend having your wedding at Auletto's!

Jim and the team were absolutely incredible during the entire planning process and the day of the wedding. We did not have to worry about anything and they made the experience stress free (so beneficial, especially for a bride!) The food, the cocktail hour, the atmosphere and the beautiful landscaping of the venue - everything was perfect and guests are still raving about it almost 3 weeks later. We had our wedding at Auletto Caterers in September 2021 and it was such a fantastic experience! Jim, Jaime, and all of the Aulettos' staff were so lovely and easy to work with. They stuck with us through two covid postponements and made the planning process so smooth every time. We had the Terrace side of the property and the space and gardens were so beautiful and natural without feeling overly manicured and fake. The wedding day went so smoothly too--thanks to the organization of Pat and the rest of the staff we didn't have to worry about any logistics and got to just enjoy the day. The food was excellent, both for cocktail hour and the actual dinner. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Auletto Caterers to any couple hoping for a lovely and smooth wedding day!

This was the absolute best venue I could have picked and I was plenty skeptical. My prom was here, my sisters wedding was here, my husbands prom was here, and we were worried it would look too similar. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. The grounds are so beautiful it morphs into what you need it to be and I canât even begin to tell you about the staff. My bridal party, my family, seriously everyone just had the best things to say. Multiple patrons said âusually there is something wrong but the food was perfect the alcohol was perfect the attendance was perfect .â What more could you possibly ask for as a bride?! I was shaking and sick with nerves and Nellie and Pat were there to calm me the entire way even Mr Auletto himself helped make sure I ate in the wine cellar. Of course my venue was beautiful but the staff is hat set it over the absolute top. I canât express this in any better way.

Everything about this venue was perfect. From the moment I got there and was greeted by my attendant Nellie, I didnât have to worry about a THING. All my decorations were set, the venue was beautiful, my guests had a great time. The cocktail hour food was amazing and everyone had so much fun at the reception. I felt like a part of the family. Jim found me afterward and asked how everything was and I said âperfectâ! It was an amazing night. I couldnât have done it without Nellie and everyone else at Auletto caterers!

One of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding was choosing Auletto's as our venue. Mr. Auletto and his staff were so helpful and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. They were all so professional and on top of everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing! We got a lot of compliments from our guests about the food and the beauty of the grounds. If you choose Auletto's for your big day, you wont regret it!

My husband and I got married at Auletto's on August 9, 2019. We originally looked at Auletto's because we are high school sweethearts and that is where we attended our senior prom together. We fell in love right away because they offered everything we wanted and more!From day one, Jim and his staff were nothing but professional and kind to us. Jim went over all of our package options in great detail and helped us piece together exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. We were able to personalize a lot of different details for our day.The packages at Auletto Caterers offer so much which makes for an easy wedding planning process! Our package included our wedding cake from Termini's and flower centerpieces from Cook's. Both are phenomenal vendors to work with!! Leading up to the wedding day, Jim met with us a few times to go over details and answer any questions. One week before the wedding, we met with him to go over all the items we would need for that day (seating chart, any extra decor, cake serving materials, etc.). He took those materials, inventoried them, and made sure they were placed in the appropriate spots on the wedding day. At the end of the wedding night, all items were boxed up and loaded into our car. It was such a smooth process!Our wedding day went smoothly thanks to the staff at Auletto's. For one, they were super accommodating to my grandparents who were unable to go down to the wine cellar for cocktail hour. Instead, food was brought up to them and they were waited on from upstairs. Another great moment was when one of the staff sat and colored with my 2 year old nephew while his mother (my MOH) gave her speech. Auletto's went above and beyond to make the day perfect!Auletto's is a wonderful wedding venue with a gorgeous wine cellar, phenomenal views, and very attentive staff. They made our wedding day absolutely amazing!

We recently held our vow renewal ceremony and reception here and it was fantastic! Jim and the staff were so helpful and accommodating! Auletto's was recommended to us after an awful experience with our original wedding venue when we signed with them again for our vow renewal, but I guess that bad experience was a blessing in disguise because we think Auletto's was better!! A family owned venue will treat new customers better than a commercially owned venue will treat returning customers! When we first met with Jim we told him our budget, what we were looking for, what we didn't need, etc. and he worked on customizing the menu to fit our needs and budget. Even the guests who attended both our original wedding and our vow renewal said they felt overall the venue, staff and food was better at Auletto's! My sister and brother in-law said the beef tenderloin was the best they've ever had (I don't eat beef so I didn't try it)! We had a couple vegan guests too and Auletto's made sure they would have plenty to eat! The bridal attendants were very attentive and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed too. I truly have nothing negative to say! We just had a wonderful day and experience!

Jim and Jaime Auletto were very responsive, flexible, and helpful throughout the whole planning process and always went above and beyond to make things easier for us and customize everything to our needs. The price was a great value, since almost everything is included. We looked at several similar quality venues in the area, and they all cost more for less included. We saved so much time and stress in the planning process by going with Auletto's. On the day of, every member of the staff was helpful and professional. Our guests raved about delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. I cannot recommend Auletto's enough.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Auletto's, I'm scheming for excuses to hold another event there. At the start of wedding planning, all I knew is that I wanted to get married at a nice place with good food, and hopefully my guests would have a nice time. Auletto's blew that expectation out of the water. The facility is beautiful from the manacured garden grounds, to the romantic wine cellar, to lastly the pictureques lake view. The food is very good, and my guests rave about the cocktail hour. Jim Auletto is a consummate professional. His staff were attentive and thoughtful. All of our vendors came from his preapproved list and they were all exceeded my expectations. Trust in Jim Auletto. You won't be sorry.

So friendly, so attentive, and were willing to accommodate any idea we had for our special day!The outside patio in front of the lake made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos and the cocktail hour in the wine cellar was so unique and so special. And the food, there was so much food, something for everyone! Our wedding was on Cinco De Mayo and Jim even had mini tacos made for our guests during the cocktail hour! We got so many compliments from guests about the food selections.I feel like our ceremony and reception were so uniquely customized to fit my husband and Iâs style and I couldnât have dreamed of a better venue for the most important day of our lives.

Originally, my plan was to have a backyard wedding. My finance Don learned that I never had a formal wedding and felt that I deserved to have the very best, as he put it\" I am along for the ride Honey get whatever you want.\" I was in the Almonesson area and stopped in at Auletto Caterers Jamie Auletto was very accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. Jim Auletto spent considerable time with Don and I to plan the wedding of my dreams. The Venue as simple but elegant, the food was superb. Having an escort through the whole wedding eliminated all stress. I felt like Cinderella who married her Prince. My wedding party and guests talked about my wedding for weeks. Words can not begin to adequately express my heartfelt thanks to Jim and Jamie Auletto for giving me the wedding of my dreams. It is a memory that Don and I will always cherish.

Jim Auletto spent considerable time with Don and I to plan the wedding of my dreams. The Venue as simple but elegant, the food was superb. Having an escort through the whole wedding eliminated all stress. I felt like Cinderella who married her Prince. My wedding party and guests talked about my wedding for weeks. Words can not begin to adequately express my heartfelt thanks to Jim and Jamie Auletto for giving me the wedding of my dreams. It is a memory that Don and I will always cherish.

Auletto Caterers could not have been more helpful in preparing us for our wedding reception. The management and staff are fantastic, and isn't that half the battle with such big events? They worked with us on some cost-cutting measures. When I expressed concerns about getting large-size, middle-aged me and a large dress into a regular-size restroom they assured me they'd accommodate me (they did). The setting is lovely. The wine cellar and reception food (great variety!) were awesome as best I could tell (didn't spend much time there due to photos, but they did bring food to the bridal suite before we even ventured downstairs to the wine cellar -- what I tasted I absolutely loved). I didn't get to eat much of the main meal, but they did provide me with beef I had loved at another reception but that we didn't put on our menu--I didn't ask; they just did it on their own -- exceptionally thoughtful!). Full disclosure: my food (which was served to the bridal party) was a little cool, but I understand from guests theirs was just fine. We looked at a lot of places before we decided on Auletto Caterers. It was my and my groom's first choice. We both are happy we made that choice.

I was one of those lucky brides to have had my wedding reception at Auletto Caterers on September 16, 2017. The staff was professional but warm and friendly and Jim Auletto and the entire Auletto family make it a smooth and fun experience from the very first day. The food is truly the best of the best-from filet mignon and shrimp and scallop dinners to sophisticated and playful appetizers (think qual legs next to artisan mini tacos) and top shelf liquor, it is truly a one of a kind experience. And the wine cart during dinner and dessert not only impresses your guests but allows you to truly enjoy the experience. And you can't forget about the STUNNING lake views and sunset garden. It is truly breath taking to dance with the love of your life and watch the sun set over an unobstructed view a beautiful Almonesson lake. My family and I have been hosting our wedding receptions here for years and every year it gets better and better (even when you think that's not possible). Jim is always looking to please his clients and do whatever he can to make your wedding uniquely yours. He is always pleasant and courteous and truly happy to be helping you plan the happiest day of your life. On the night of my wedding, I unfortunately experienced a medical emergency and had to leave my reception early and was not able to cut my cake. Jim Auletto personally reached out to me to see how I was doing and offered to host a wedding cake cutting party so I would have the opportunity to cut my cake and celebrate with my family and friends. His generosity and truly caring personality has turned a not so pleasant memory into one of the best things that has happened to me. Auletto Caterers will always hold a special place in my heart for treating us like family and making our wedding day a true reflection of us and nothing short of perfection.

They made me feel confident in their abilities from day one. As soon as we visited with Jim I knew this was where we were going to have our wedding and reception. Every vendor they recommended was completely professional and did an outstanding job. Our wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams. The staff at Auletto's handled everything, even things that I would have never thought of. Because Auletto's handled so much and so much is included in their package, my responsibilities were minimal. The wedding planning process was a breeze thanks to them! Our daughter had her wedding at Auletto July 2nd. Since she lives out of town and had limited time to meet for the preparation, Jim and his team worked closely with us to ensure the preparation was done flawlessly. We just were amazed at the attention to detail and the help we received. On the wedding day our guests were raving about how nice the setting was and the quality and variety of food and drinks offered at the reception. What touched me the most was some of us were using the bridal suite for my elderly alzheimer mom who needed some quietness during the dance, the staff came in to retrieve the appetizer trays left over for the bridal party and saw us sitting there. They offered to bring pitchers of drinks and cakes for all of us sitting in the room. In addition, the cook (Mei) puree my mom's food so she could also enjoy the dinner. The team even helped us to pack everything at the end and helped to carry all to our cars. And our guests enjoyed it so much that they linger on after the DJ called the last song! We have to thank the whole team at Auletto for such a wonderful job done that we have the best memory of the wedding event. Kudos to the team!

Without a doubt, we would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding ceremony AND reception at Auletto Caterers over anywhere else!!! My husband, Mike, and I were married at Auletto's on Friday, July 1, 2016, and it was the most beautiful day of our lives! The Sunset Garden where our ceremony was held was breathtaking with the way it was set up, decorated, and the views in the background. There are SO many scenic spots on site to choose from for your photos and we couldn't be happier with the beauty evidenced in our wedding photos from Auletto's! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, starting from the top with the owner, Jim Auletto, to the kitchen staff and the office staff and more. From our initial meeting with Jim, we knew this was the place for us! He was willing to work with us to customize everything for our day and make sure it was in our budget the entire time! The cocktail hour in the wine cellar is beautiful and the food and wine are out of this world! There are so many options between the cocktail hour and dinner for you and your guests that no one can go hungry! The reception in the newly renovated ballroom was flawless! The venue itself is so beautiful and then they work with you to decorate it more to make it special for your big day, setting up decorations you bring in and adding complimentary uplighting on the ceiling. From start to finish, we could not have been happier with our venue choice. It is so convenient to do everything in one location without having to travel all over and to top it off you get friendly faces, delicious food, and beautiful sites! Hands down, Auletto's is the best of the best for weddings. We are hoping that some of our friends will get married there so we have a chance to go back and experience another wedding since we loved ours oh so much!! I can not say enough good things about Jim Auletto and his team. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to them. From start to finish Jim made the planning process so easy. Included in our package was the flowers for the cake and centerpieces (which we used the same company for the bridal party) and the cake. The venue itself is beautiful. They have just renovated the ballroom and the wine cellar is a fun place to have your cocktail hour and take some great pictures. What sold me at first was the outdoor ceremony space overlooking the lake. However the best thing is the staff. They were attentive to our of guest needs and when it started to rain right before our ceremony they jumped into action getting everyone under umbrellas and keeping things running smoothly to that it was not a problem at all. I think the best way to describe Jim and his staff was that one my guest said they work so perfectly together just like a family. And that is what you get. A family run venue who makes you one of their own during the whole process.

He even bought a popcorn machine because we wanted to have popcorn for a after wedding snack for our guest. It turned out to be a big hit! She was on top of everything! Even getting us bottles of wine before the ceremony and drinks during pictures. I attended a wedding here last summer. Although the grounds are GORGEOUS and the ideal setting for pictures along a lake, I was not pleased with the service. During the reception, our table was never called up to the buffet. We decided to go up on our own after all the tables around us were called. Coffee and tea were never served, I asked a server for tea and they pointed across the room at another server and told me to \"go find them.\" I attempted to chase them down but they disappeared into the kitchen and I never got it! Also, the valet parking is nice until you need to get something out of the car during the reception. I had to hunt down someone to go find the guy to retrieve my keys, it was annoying. If you are in to wine, their wine cellar is great with tons of different varieties. Overall, it's a pretty venue but not where I would recommend for your big day.

I attended a wedding here last summer. Although the grounds are GORGEOUS and the ideal setting for pictures along a lake, I was not pleased with the service. During the reception, our table was never called up to the buffet. We decided to go up on our own after all the tables around us were called. Coffee and tea were never served, I asked a server for tea and they pointed across the room at another server and told me to \"go find them.\" I attempted to chase them down but they disappeared into the kitchen and I never got it! Also, the valet parking is nice until you need to get something out of the car during the reception. I had to hunt down someone to go find the guy to retrieve my keys, it was annoying. If you are in to wine, their wine cellar is great with tons of different varieties. Overall, it's a pretty venue but not where I would recommend for your big day.

I had my wedding the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, 9/6/15. I had about 100 guests in the Terrace room. It was a beautiful day to get married!\rLeading up to the wedding day, Jim, Jaime, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Jim is VERY generous and really worked with us on things such as food and pricing. Many aspects of the wedding caused stress, but I can honestly say that not one bit of the venue process was stressful. They let us come whenever we wanted to go over things, or just to walk around the property. The food tasting was nicely put together in their Wine cellar, and was absolutely delicious!\r\rOn our wedding day, everything was exactly how we expected it to be. Everything that I brought to be set up ahead of time was in its proper place, and the decorations were beautiful. The staff was extremely attentive throughout the day, and made the whole process really easy and smooth. \r\rNow, lets talk about the cocktail hour/dinner. I have heard from so many of my guests that the cocktail hour was the best they had ever been to! Everyone raved about the Hors d'oeuvres. We had lots of hot hors d'oeuvres, as well as stations of cheeses, sushi, bruschetta, etc. This was all down in their Wine Cellar, which everyone loved as well. Jim even let us add a couple of other hot Hors d'oeuvres to the list because I am a picky eater.\r\rDinner was absolutely fantastic! We had the Filet, Chilean Sea Bass, and Savannah chicken. The salad was great, the appetizer of Lobster ravioli was very yummy, and dinner was out of this world! They even brought out all three options to me and my husband, which was great because we got to try everything!\r\rYou will not be disappointed with using Auletto Caterers for your next event! \r

I checked out several venues and this one just takes the cake. The price seemed a little daunting at first, but they included everything, from centerpieces to the cake to champagne on each table to the ceremony time/space at no extra charge. I went to other places that were less per plate, but then those places required chair rental and ceremony space rental and alcohol packages, which ended up nickle and diming us to astronomical prices. Auletto Caterers has exceptional staff and they organized every detail with each of my other vendors. The food was delicious and the place looked great! Jim Auletto, the owner, made sure my day was amazing!! I loved working with him and his family and his staff. I highly recommend them!!!

The area is very picturesque, with many photo opportunities. The staff was extremely helpful in planning the event. The food was excellent. The bartender knew your drink, and had it ready. Auletto Caterers was absolutely the best choice for our wedding. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process and they were always friendly and welcoming to all of our questions and concerns. The day of the wedding everyone was so open to changes and suggestions in case anything went wrong, and it went off without a hitch. We were so pleased with the venue and food throughout the night and the staff was absolutely incredible. We could not have chosen better venue to have our wedding and we definitely would recommend them to anyone!

They were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process and they were always friendly and welcoming to all of our questions and concerns. The day of the wedding everyone was so open to changes and suggestions in case anything went wrong, and it went off without a hitch. We were so pleased with the venue and food throughout the night and the staff was absolutely incredible. We could not have chosen better venue to have our wedding and we definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I could not begin to say enough amazing things about this venue. From the setting on beautiful Lake Almonesson (you can't even tell there's a road anywhere close) to the incredible staff and family that owns the business, this venue exceeded all of my expectations.\r\rIncluded in our prices were our hors d'oeuvres (including sushi!), food, a wonderful cake from Termini's, the venue, open wine bar at cocktail hour, a wine cart at dinner with every wine picked at cocktail hour, and so much more.\r\rThe food was absolutely delicious. The cider braised pork was to die for! The staff made sure that the bridal party had food while getting ready and while we were taking pictures (we did not participate in our cocktail hour).\r\rThe grounds are impeccably kept and there is no shortage of beautiful foliage and interesting focal points for photographs. Plus there's peacocks!\r\rBut by far the best aspect of this venue is the staff. My husband and I looked at several venues prior to coming here and we were never treated very nicely. The owner, Jim, his daughter, and Pat (the maitre'd) went above and beyond from the day we looked at the venue to our wedding day. They made sure we had everything that we wanted and offered to help with everything.\r\rI would not hesitate to suggest Auletto Caterers to anyone and everyone for weddings and any other events.

My husband and I got married at Aulettos this past summer. Jim was incredibly fair and accommodating. The cost per person (sit down dinner, open bar) was surprisingly affordable. We had the outdoor ceremony, wine cellar cocktail hour, and lake view reception all within feet of each other. Our guests were very thankful. Prior to the wedding, my husband and I were invited to view the venue as often as we liked. It was very easy to plan our wedding with Aulettos help. I was very specific with a lot of my planning and Aulettos delivered every detail on the day of the wedding. We were more than pleased with everything! The venue is incredibly clean, beautiful and comfortable. The lake and grounds are stunning. The food was delicious. The staff treated us like family. Every detail was handled with care and perfection. We went with Aulettos recommendations for photographer, tuxedos, and flowers- very reputable companies who worked flawlessly wih Aulettos. Those vendors were each excited to hear we were having our wedding at Aulettos. Our guests had an incredible time as we'll- they're still talking about it! We couldn't be happier with our wedding day. When we saw the photographs and video I was so excited to see the guest tables, sweetheart table, etc. Everything was perfect. Thank you Aulettos- Jim, Pat, Pam, Jackie, Jamie, and everyone else who played a role that I did have the pleasure to meet!!!

We are lesbians, and Jim and his staff could not be anymore accommodating. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and very willing to assist, and the food was excellent!!(as per their reputation) We enjoyed everything; from initial meeting, to planning, to the tasting, and finally our event. The grounds were gorgeous, even in October. We could not have been happier with our choice to go to Aulettos. Proceed with confidence as this NJ staple easily lives up to its well earned, excellent, reputation. Bravo!

They made wedding planning from out of state a breeze. Jim made me feel like I was family. The food is fantastic! I want to go back so I can eat more. The venue is gorgeous. We got married in the garden and had the reception in the Terrace room. Both spots have spectacular views of the lake. Everyone who works at Aulettos is extremely friendly and helpful. It did not matter who I spoke to, they always knew what was going on and what to do. I without a doubt with definitely recommend Aulettos!

They were very flexible with all my requests, i.e. extra ceremony time for Hindu ceremony, cooking Indian food for some of the guests, and even allowing us to come early as a few hours before the wedding to take pictures. They even provided food during our photo session. The owner Jim was amazing!!! Everything went off without a hitch I would recommend this venue to everyone looking for a beautiful venue in South Jersey Area. When my husband and I started researching venues last year, we knew we wanted the ceremony, photos, and reception all done in the same place. We live in Florida, but wanted to get married in South Jersey where my family is, so making things easier on ourselves was the way to go. After going to 6 or 7 different places, Auletto's was the last stop. Mr. Auletto made me feel right at home and went through all the details with me. One of the first things he said to me after we sat down was that he wanted to make everything as stress free as possible for me, which is what every bride wants. He and his team were fantastic from start to finish during the year of planning and on the actual day. Their checklists and forms helped keep me organized, because there are little things that I know I would never have thought of. Once the wedding was over, Mr. Auletto came to husband and thanked him for being such a beautiful couple and wonderful to work with the whole way through. \r\rThe wedding itself was perfect and absolutely stress free. There were so many people on hand waiting on my husband and me, but they were never in our faces or overbearing. The food was amazing at both cocktail hour and at the reception. My husband and I have already said that if we lived up there, we would have every birthday, anniversary party, etc. at Auletto's. Both of our families are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how good the food is!

Jim and Jamie made my daughter wedding her dream wedding on October 19,2013. Everything was as they said it would be and we didn't have one issue and was the BEST. From the garden ceremony, the beautiful grounds to the great food even down do the smallest detail. The food was GREAT. Today when we see friends and family they still talk about how great the wedding was and the food was so so good. And the wine cellar omg its the best. It doesn't matter what I can say about Auletto's it just will not due it justice for there is just so much of a good thing there. We looked at several places and as soon as we walked in the door my daughter knew this was the place.Each member made you feel like family. Nothing was to big or small to handle or ask. They are the best to work with. I always had tons of questions for Jamie and she always answered me know matter how dumb it may have been. If you want the perfect setting and wedding this is the place. They will go over and beyond to make your wedding the best. My daughters wedding was more than what we could have ever imagined. I could really go on forever about how amazing this place is but I'll keep it short. Jim Auletto, the owner, personally works with couples to make sure their weddings are perfect by offering genuine opinions and by being kind throughout the whole wedding planning process. If Jim wasn't available, one of his daughters or trusted associates was there to help. My husband and I planned a lot for our big day and needed to meet with the staff on several occasions but they were always accommodating and super helpful. The day of, Pam and Pat were extremely professional and calming sources for me in making our wedding run smoothly. They were both so sweet in any interaction we had and I am so grateful that Auletto's has people like that working for them on an event that could otherwise be very stressful. Besides the service, our wedding day was pretty rainy but the lakeside view in the Terrace Room was still beautiful and the food was really amazing. Their catering options are a bit more unique than most wedding meals which made for an even better experience for everyone involved. The day was really perfect for both me and my husband and we can't wait to book another event at Auletto's.

I always knew I would get married at Auletto's. My husband and I originally went to my senior prom there (as friends) and so there was a lot of nostalgia for us. While Auletto's is not cheap, they should charge more for what they offer. We were married in the Terrace that looks over a beautiful lake and fountain. They do everything they can to make your wedding perfect, down to the finest detail, from your cake to where you want your programs to sit.\r\rThey do all set up, from the ceremony (if you get it done there) to your reception. Included in your costs are the linens, food, cake, liquor and all the set up. They'll accommodate any weird request you have (for us, we had \"author tables\" instead of numbered, so they set up tables with the signs we created). They also assign the bride a bridal attendant and maitre d to make her life easier (and believe me, this is a godsend). The entire service was perfect, the food was decadent and they even honored my husband's request for Belgium waffles for dessert, instead of the normal finger cakes they normally do. Because of the waffles, they cut all the cake (after we did the first piece of course) and packaged it for all our guests without us paying an extra nickle.\r\rMy only complaint is that there seemed to be a lot of communication issues amongst the staff before the wedding. Since I lived out of town, they had to make different accommodations, since my husband, the entire wedding party and I were traveling from Baltimore, Maryland. Every time I called (at least 15 times throughout all the planning), I had to explain that. Any time decisions were made, what I said to one person wasn't told to someone else, so I would tell the same story 3-4 times. It was frustrating and I would have to document who I spoke to. Other than that, no complaints.\r\rAuletto's is worth your time and money, no question.

They do everything they can to make your wedding perfect, down to the finest detail, from your cake to where you want your programs to sit.\r\rThey do all set up, from the ceremony (if you get it done there) to your reception. Included in your costs are the linens, food, cake, liquor and all the set up. They'll accommodate any weird request you have (for us, we had \"author tables\" instead of numbered, so they set up tables with the signs we created). They also assign the bride a bridal attendant and maitre d to make her life easier (and believe me, this is a godsend). The entire service was perfect, the food was decadent and they even honored my husband's request for Belgium waffles for dessert, instead of the normal finger cakes they normally do. Because of the waffles, they cut all the cake (after we did the first piece of course) and packaged it for all our guests without us paying an extra nickle.\r\rMy only complaint is that there seemed to be a lot of communication issues amongst the staff before the wedding. Since I lived out of town, they had to make different accommodations, since my husband, the entire wedding party and I were traveling from Baltimore, Maryland. Every time I called (at least 15 times throughout all the planning), I had to explain that. Any time decisions were made, what I said to one person wasn't told to someone else, so I would tell the same story 3-4 times. It was frustrating and I would have to document who I spoke to. Other than that, no complaints.\r\rAuletto's is worth your time and money, no question.

When looking for a venue to have our wedding our biggest concerns were outdoor space for the ceremony, the service and uniqueness. Auletto's is the perfect example of good service from the receptionist who was very knowledgable and answered all of my worrisome bride-to-be questions to Mr. Auletto, who is absolutely wonderful and truly cares about every single aspect of his business and his staff, to the staff on the day of. Every aspect of the grounds was well cared for from the beatiful tented garden area for the ceremony to the amazing wine cellar to the ballroom.\rEveryone was courteous and extremely helpful making sure everyone in the bridal party had drinks while we were outside taking pictures. The food was very good and Mr. Auletto made it very clear that anyone with food restrictions only had to ask and something special would be made for them, eventhough we went with a buffet option. \rWe were in the Sunset Garden for the ceremony and the grounds are gorgeous and one of the main reasons I picked Auletto's to have our ceremony/reception. Everything is well cared for and the gardens are continuously changing with the seasons. The wine cellar was the other main reason we chose Auletto's,it gave us the uniqueness we were looking for. For two people who love to go out to eat and try new things the idea of a wine cellar with so many options was incredible, compared to the standard wine options of 2 white and 2 reds.\rI was extremely impressed and would recommend Auletto's to any bride who wants a gorgeous outside ceremony followed by a reception to remember.

They bend over backwards to make sure all of your dreams come true. We cannot say enough good things about Jim Auletto and his staff! Choosing to have our wedding at Auletto's was the best decision we ever made. The location is absolutely stunning, the staff is extremely professional and courteous, the food was delicious, and all of our guests told us our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to!\r\rAuletto's offers extremely amazing value for the money. My husband and I had a short engagement and did not want to have to do a lot of planning. The only work we really had to do after choosing Auletto's was to hire a dj and choose a florist for the wedding party's flowers. Auletto's includes so much in the cost of your wedding that you would be hard pressed to find a better deal. We used two of the vendors that they recommended (Steve & Co DJs and Cook's Florist), and they were both wonderful.\r\rThe staff at Auletto's is so kind and attentive. They truly made my husband and I feel like a king and queen for a day. Their primary concern is making sure that everyone is happy and having a great time. So many of my guests have told us how well they were treated, and that meant so much to my husband and me. \r\rOur wedding was in the Sunset Garden with the reception in the Ballroom (the larger of the two spaces), and even though our contract stipulated a minimum of 125 guests, Jim only charged us for the number of guests we had, which was 111. It is so rare these days to find a businessman who is truly more concerned with keeping his clients happy than making every last cent he can make from them, especially in the wedding industry. At Auletto's, we were treated like family!\r\rFrom the gorgeous ceremony spaces to the elegant reception areas to the unique wine cellar cocktail hour, Auletto's is one of the most beautiful places in South Jersey to have a wedding. My husband and I are hoping someone we know will choose to get married there so that we can experience it all over again!!!

They take care of every detail. The day of the wedding was phenomenal. My husband and I had three attendants with us the whole night from start to finish!! We did not have to lift a finger. We also had our ceremony in their outside tent on the lake..it was beautiful!! They also have live peacocks. Our cocktail hour was in their wine cellar. They offer over 300 wines, which are also served during dinner via a table side wine cart. The wine cellar also serves caviar, sushi, different kinds of cheeses as well as 12 hot butlered hor'dorves. The food during dinner was delicious as well. After dinner a cordial cart is wheeled around to all of your guests. I can honestly say all of my guests had a fabulous time and only had great things to say about this venue.

We just had our wedding on May 29, 2011. It was the best day every mostly due to Auletto Caterers. They were so easy and good to work with. They catered to everything we wanted and needed for our special day. The food was incredible. Several people have told me it was the best wedding that have ever been too and others have even said if they could do it again, or were having a big event in the future they would use Aulettos. The outside is incredible. It is beautiful surrounded by the lake and flowers. You don't need to worry about decorations because the place itself is just so pretty. Jim Auletto took care of every detail. He didn't forget one thing. On that day, I truly felt like a princess. The people at Auletto's made sure that I was able to eat and also have fun. I cant say enough good things about this place. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a venue that is not only gorgeous but also has amazing service and food.

The outside is incredible. It is beautiful surrounded by the lake and flowers. You don't need to worry about decorations because the place itself is just so pretty. Jim Auletto took care of every detail. He didn't forget one thing. On that day, I truly felt like a princess. The people at Auletto's made sure that I was able to eat and also have fun. I cant say enough good things about this place. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a venue that is not only gorgeous but also has amazing service and food.

Auletto's was a wonderful venue for both my ceremony and reception. The outdoor space is gorgeous for a tented wedding - tent is provided and is usable in all weather - and is what initially drew me to choose the venue. The amount of compliments I got on the beauty of the space alone during and after the wedding confirmed my feeling that it is one of the prettiest places to have an outdoor wedding. The price for the reception is completely reasonable, and ceremony is included when you book the reception. No extra fee for the site! I looked in-depth at about four places prior to Auletto's and it had the best pricing options by far. The indoor reception space is beautiful and spacious, and you have the choice between two separate areas. I personally used the Sunset Garden for the ceremony and the Ballroom for the reception. Best of all, everyone who works at Auletto's is extremely friendly and flexible, and everyone is always willing to accommodate your personal wishes. Mr. Auletto is a great man to work with, and the staff made sure everything went smoothly throughout the preparation process and the day of the wedding. I couldn't believe how little I actually had to do. Everything was taken care of. I didn't even have to inform my vendors of anything! The staff took care of it all. Overall, I loved my experience with Auletto Caterers. Everything went perfectly smoothly on the wedding day and throughout the planning. I had endless compliments on the beauty of the space, the food, the service, etc. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Our wedding was in October 2010 and Auletto's is an absolutley gorgeous facility. Very unique wine cellar for cocktail hour, ceremony outside has beautiful view and is great for pictures. The food was amazing from start to finish. The staff is very professional and warm and never too busy to answer questions. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location!!! All of our guests loved it and we are still getting rave reviews!
