I could not say enough good things about Avante Banquets! They are above and beyond amazing! My fiancé and I were blown away with how great of a job they did with our reception! They were so accommodating and responsive! The hall was absolutely beautiful and Monica and all the staff made sure our day went smoothly! We received so many compliments from our guests and just overall couldn’t be more thankful or happy with Avante and all their hard work! I highly recommend using them for your ceremony and/or reception!!

I could not say enough good things about Avante Banquets! They are above and beyond amazing! My fiancé and I were blown away with how great of a job they did with our reception! They were so accommodating and responsive! The hall was absolutely beautiful and Monica and all the staff made sure our day went smoothly! We received so many compliments from our guests and just overall couldn’t be more thankful or happy with Avante and all their hard work! Avante was outstanding. They were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to meet our every single need/request. Their team really aims to please, and they far surpassed expectations. I can’t tell you the number of people who came up and said ours was the best wedding they’d been to. The food was amazing. One of the biggest deciding factors for me on wedding venues was the food. Avante has the best food of any venue we have ever been to. Guests loved it. The Avante team even spent time helping us set up a Pittsburgh cookie table (which is a tradition for my in-laws). All of the staff was just so great. Our coordinator Tracy was fantastic. The servers and bartenders were awesome. Their entire team's interactions with all of our guests was warm, friendly, and personal. Thank you Avante for making our wedding so spectacular. I can’t recommend them enough!

We're a bit overdue for this review - by about a year - but it doesn't change how wonderful our experience at Avante was. My husband and I had our wedding reception at Avante last year, and it was everything we dreamed of. Every bit of our day at Avante was perfectly taken care of by Missy and her team. Missy was extremely responsive to our questions, accommodating of our different needs, and so helpful during the planning process. The venue is a newer space with a wonderful suite, an incredible ballroom, and even outdoor space for guests and photos. The food was also incredible - the guests were raving about both the chicken and the steak. I even remember our tasting experience at Chicago Prime Italian in Schaumburg being such a wonderful time with our family; the Avante team really took good care of us. Usually venues will dime and nickel you for every request when it comes to weddings, but we were so pleasantly surprised at how the Avante team cared for us like we were family! I recommend Avante to anyone in the Chicagoland area looking for a beautiful, yet affordable venue for their wedding.

My husband and I had our wedding at Avante and it was beautiful!! Missy was amazing in helping us plan everything from beginning to end. We had 4 date changes due to Covid and she continued to help us through all of them, being so accommodating every step of the way. The room was absolutely beautiful and set perfectly. The food was delicious as well! They have a beautiful bridal suite and the second the bridal party arrived, their wait staff had appetizers ready for us in the room. Absolutely love this venue and plan to host many more events here in the future!

If we could give this venue more than 5 stars, we definitely would! We recently had our wedding at Avante Banquets and it was absolutely amazing! With having to change our date due to the pandemic, they worked so well with us! We primarily worked with Missy, and she was super responsive, kind, and so helpful! The venue was affordable and BEAUTIFUL! We had so many of our guests comment on how beautiful the venue was, and how amazing the food was! I was a groomsman at this venue in Sept. and this place rocked! I never write reviews but it was THAT cool! We had a groom's room upstairs because they had the whole venue to themselves and that was fantastic. Us guys were chillin' in the room having a couple cocktails while we waited for the ladies to get ready for the ceremony so it was good bro time. This place is super extravagant and if I ever get around to asking my girlfriend to marry me- this will be the spot! The atmosphere, the staff, the food, etc. etc. Can't beat it!

I attended a friend's wedding a couple months and this venue was clean, stunning and the food was beyond delicious!!! Even the wedding cake was good and I don't usually eat cake! I wish this place was around back when I had my wedding 7 years ago!! The people that worked there were super sweet and always making sure everything was clean and up to all the new standards.

I need to share our story. No one should have to deal with this or any other nonsense while planning the best day of their lives. Kevin and I booked our wedding, with attached venue, in March or April of 2018. Our initial coordinator was fired because she ended up stealing from the company and promising couples unfeasible things. We were NOT notified of the change in coordinators until I reached out and asked for a meeting. Fast forward to 4 months ago, I get a phone call saying that they no longer can accommodate us in the outdoor tent due to “McHenry County” regulations (what?!) but good news, they can accommodate us in a ballroom and it comes with a bridal suite. (We were promised a bridal suite would be built for the outdoor tent bride. This still has not been built from my knowledge). Okay, great. Fast forward to 2.5 months ago when I get a call saying the can NO LONGER accommodate us on our 10.10.2020 dates AT ALL because they can “only have 50 people per day.” (WHAT?!) They wanted me to move our wedding forward a week (my birthday) or 2 weeks. We were absolutely not willing to do this so I suggest let’s think about doing it next year. Well, that weekend I told them to NOT contact me until the following week as I was at a wedding all weekend. That weekend, I was emailed over and over to sign the contract for next years wedding. At this point, we are fed up. We did NOT sign that contract as that is not what we wanted and THEY CAN NOT accommodate us on our original signed contract date. We emailed them, asking politely, for our 2nd payment back and they could keep the deposit because we understand the times and situation. NO RESPONSE. A week or 2 goes by, I get an email from the owner completely dismissing our email and he was talking about the buffet we wanted....(what?!)Then, we reached out to a lawyer, who sent a certified letter asking for all of our money back as we are entitled to it since they cancelled. There is nowhere in the contract about cancelling unless we cancel, which WE DID NOT, they did.Now, it’s been a month and they have also ignored the lawyers letter. Now 17 days away from our wedding, we have to start a lawsuit to get our life savings back from this unreasonable venue. This was an absolutely horrible experience to go through. We had to scramble and find a whole new venue, new invitations etc., within 2 months of our wedding date. I understand you’re a business but you messed up. Own up to it and do the right thing.

We are so happy with how our wedding on 2/8/20 turned out. Missy is amazing and was a delight to work with. She answered all our questions quickly and we felt that she really cared about us which made planning our day very easy. The venue itself is beautiful and very new so it doesn't feel like a typical banquet hall. The food was great, the best we've had at a wedding and we had numerous guests tell us the same. We hope to attend another wedding there as a guest in the future to get the full experience, but we got so many compliments on the venue, food and service that we couldn't ask for a better venue.

We are so happy with how our wedding on 2/8/20 turned out. Missy is amazing and was a delight to work with. She answered all our questions quickly and we felt that she really cared about us which made planning our day very easy. The venue itself is beautiful and very new so it doesn't feel like a typical banquet hall. The food was great, the best we've had at a wedding and we had numerous guests tell us the same. We hope to attend another wedding there as a guest in the future to get the full experience, but we got so many compliments on the venue, food and service that we couldn't ask for a better venue.

We recently got married at Avante and it was hands down the best day of our lives thanks to Missy, Tommy and all of the avante staff. I usually don’t ever write reviews but I know for wedding planning, picking a venue is one of the BIGGEST decisions and that’s why I want to write about how amazing Avante was because I want everyone to book here!!! Missy has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond for absolutely every little thing! She helped out soooo much, even to the point where she contacted outside vendors for me (which i know is not her job but that’s the kind of person missy is) she was constantly seeing how she could help out and let me know what I was forgetting, she made me less stressed throughout the entire process and even though she probably wanted to block my phone number sometimes she was so quick about getting back to me and seeing how she could help me out or what she could do. She does SO much and did sooo much for me, I don’t know how she does it but you are truly lucky if you get to work with Missy, amazing is an understatement!!! Tommy deserves just as much credit! He was on top of everything and every person in my family who talked to Tommy absolutely loved him! Such a genuine guy, and on the day of he made sure everything went perfect from start to finish. Every one of my guests talked about how amazing the wedding was, with 250 guests and 4 courses, it sounded like it was going to be the most insane dinner service but the staff handled it PERFECTLY. Even the bartenders, Tommy made sure they had a perfect number on so not too many people were waiting for drinks and you don’t realize how important that is until day of! I barely had time to make it up to the bar but at the end of the night the bartenders made sure to come up to me and congratulate me and my husband, definitely something they didn’t have to stick around for but did and it was just another example of how amazing everyone at Avante is.Tommy and Missy made sure all the littlest details were accounted for, even things I didn’t think of. Booking at Avante was easily the best decision we could have made, not only were the people that worked there amazing, but the venue itself is beautiful!!! There are so many cute decorations and it is so elegant! The surrounding area is even perfect for pictures. I literally can’t put into words how amazing our night was. If you’re thinking of booking at Avante you will NOT be disappointed! We received compliments all night long and our guests said it was one the best weddings they’ve been too! Thank you so much Avante, we can’t thank you enough for everything you guys did!!!!

We had such a great experience with Avante! Missy the coordinator was wonderful to work with, we could always get a hold of her if we had questions or needed anything. Our son and daughter-in-law just had their wedding at Avante. Tommy and Missy made their dreams come true along with their wedding planner. They were all there from the beginning stages of planning till the day of the reception. The cocktail hour went well and the guests were able to get their appetizers and cocktails without waiting. Dinner service was smooth because Missy and Tommy worked with the vendors to make sure the timing for cake cutting, speeches and specials dances were planned according to the dinner service. Tommy went out of his way to thank us more than once.The wedding was over 300 people but you would have not known this because the room was set up beautifully for dinner and dancing. The dance floor was roomy and people danced the entire evening. Never once did we see a line at either of the two bars because Tommy and Missy made sure they were well staffed to accommodate the crowd. So many of our guests let us know how beautiful the venue was and how well the event was run. Tommy, Missy and the wedding planner made sure Emily and Sean’s vision of the best day of their lives came true!We would recommend Avante’s to any one looking to have a beautiful event.

Missy and Tommy were always easy to reach and were incredibly helpful. My sister's Polaroid camera ran out of batteries part way through the reception and Tommy found her new ones so she could continue to take pictures throughout the night. Each table had their own server during the dinner hour and they were all very attentive. The food was incredible! We continue to get compliments on how impressed our guests were with the quality of the food. We chose this venue because they made us feel like family and were as excited as we were about our wedding. I highly recommend Avante to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We recently (6/8/19) had our wedding reception at Avante and it was beyond wonderful! The banquet hall was beautiful and they took care of decorating it beforehand for us. Missy and Tommy were always easy to reach and were incredibly helpful. We recently had our dream wedding at Avante banquets! Throughout the entire process the team at Avante made our wedding planning a delight. They helped to coordinate the event and communicated so well every step of the way. The venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the food they serve from the hor devours to the main courses is out of this world. The day of the wedding the staff was so accommodating and made sure that everything was perfect! The banquet captain even put together my centerpieces! I can not say enough great things about this venue and the team at Avante. If you want to ensure your dream wedding or event and the absolute best experience for your guests make sure to have it at Avante Banquets!

We got married here August 2018 and had 350 guests. The venue was so beautiful! The food was so delicious! The day after, we had so many of our guests telling us how good all of the food was!! We were literally told it was the best wedding they've attended, and such a memorable night for them. Personally, I had so much fun on my wedding night and I'm really glad we decided to go with Avante. All the people we worked with were great. Missy was so wonderful to work with on all the details during the whole planning process. She's so sweet and responds quickly to emails. She worked with us on our vision and how we wanted things to be. Tommy, the manager, stayed the whole night making sure everything went smoothly. We also met the owner, George, very kind and welcoming. Overall I'm really happy with our experience.

My husband and I had our reception at Avante on August 4, 2018. We truly had the BEST experience and everything exceeded our expectations. Missy, Tommy, and all of the Avante staff were incredibly easy to work with and went out of their way to make our wedding personal and perfect for us. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having our wedding at Avante made our experience so much more pleasant. We don't live in the area and Missy was very accommodating with our limited schedules and working with us from afar. All of our guests could not say enough about the quality of the food and what a wonderful time they had. We would would highly recommend celebrating a wedding or any other special event at Avante!

The staff at Avante goes way above and beyond to make the day one to remember. We had a little over 200 people and rented out the entire space for our wedding reception: The ambiance is truly beautiful. We had a great space and plenty of dancing room for our friends and family. The food and drink package was great— everyone raved about how everything tasted. Missy and Tommy were I wonderful people to work with to help us make it a night to remember! I highly recommend you check out this venue!

My husband and I got married here on February 3, 2018. We had a wonderful experience and the venue is absolutely modern and BEAUTIFUL. The most common compliment of our guests was that the food was fantastic-- MANY people even said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Also, the waitstaff were such nice people and get an A+ with the service they provided. I believe the owners of this venue have true integrity and care about the people who book with them. They certainly will work with you to make sure you can accomplish the wedding or event of your dreams. However, I am giving them 4 stars because in the contract they promised a \"day of wedding coordinator\". I do not believe I received this service. The woman who was working the day of to \"coordinate\" our wedding didn't do a lot of coordinating at all. I only saw her once and she left halfway into the event. When people did try to find her, they couldn't. I would recommend bringing in your own coordinator if you feel you need this service.
