Avenir is the epitome of glam with its stunning crystal chandeliers, large mother of pearl dance floor, modern décor, and classic color scheme. With a name that means “future” in French, Avenir boasts a multitude of stylish spaces with an expansive ballroom including a domed ceiling, a bright and airy indoor terrace for cocktail hour, an enchanting outdoor ceremony space overlooking a lush wooded area, and an elegant indoor ceremony room. With two state-of-the-art electronic curtain systems, Avenir’s ballroom is a versatile space completely customizable for events of any size. Our event minimum starts at $15,000 and will vary based on the season and day of the week. Please keep in mind details such as guest count and menu selections will affect the overall cost. An event minimum is the agreed upon amount you will pay for food and beverage for your event. The minimum amount is based on the demand for a specific date, time, and venue, and will be agreed upon before your reservation is finalized. Kacey was amazing!! She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding - she kept us sane throughout the whole process! She understood our vision immediately and came to every vendor meeting, so we knew we could relax on our wedding day because she had everything handled. Our timeline for the day was so detailed and organized Kacey made sure everyone was where they should be the day of the wedding, made sure everything was getting set up correctly, and made sure we had everything I needed from start to finish. We could not be more grateful for Kacey. She helped make our wedding day perfect! We cannot recommend the Avenir enough!

I know everyone always says that their wedding was the best day of their life, but our wedding at Avenir was 100000% the best day ever! I knew that when I found my wedding venue, it would make me feel some type of way, and when I walked into just the foyer of Avenir, I was so sure without a doubt that I would choose it. I wanted a space that truly felt like it was made for weddings, and Avenir absolutely is. Walking from the entry space to the ballroom, the tall ceilings were everything I could have asked for. Everything was so white and elegant, you could do so much with the space (add your own pops of color here and there, like I did with my koozie favors and floral centerpieces). The chandeliers throughout were stunning and added such a high class vibe to our wedding. Not to spend time talking about the bathrooms, but even the bathrooms were beautiful, updated and immaculate! And the landscaping outside was stunning for photos. Everything was so well manicured and I love the greenery in our photos. Sydney was my event producer, and she was AMAZING. I swear I would send an email and Sydney would answer before I could spiral into a freak-out about whatever it was I needed clarification on. My husband and I live in New Jersey, so we didn't have our in person meeting with Sydney until our tasting, and it was like we had known each other already. Sydney was so knowledgeable about alcohol, hors devours pairings, and everything in between. She was always willing to check on something for me, or show me the up lighting options 15 times before we made up our minds. On the day of our wedding, I have no idea if anything went wrong because everything was fabulous. I'm honestly so sad that it's all over because I had the absolute best time planning our wedding with everyone at Avenir. All of our friends and family continuously talk about how great everything came together. We had about 215 people attend our wedding, and the way the producers set up the entire room and dance floor made it feel like there wasn’t an ounce of space that was wasted, nor too cramped. And last but definitely not least, the food was impeccable. Literally the best food ever. In no way, shape, or form was it \"wedding food\". I never imagined having chicken at my own wedding, but at our individual tasting (since we are from out of state and couldn't go to the group tasting) it was perfect, and even better on our wedding night. We had an open bar, and everyone raved about the bartenders pouring the drinks. I can't thank Sydney enough for helping to create the most amazing wedding for us. Avenir is truly the full package!!!

Avenir was the first venue we toured, and nothing else came close to it. Emily was incredibly responsive and helpful with making our wedding dreams come true within our budget. Our wedding coordinator was Sydney and she was also amazing!!! She was also very responsive and super helpful with the planning process. She had all of the little details covered and helped alleviate a lot of stress, especially the week before the wedding and on the day of. Everything ran so smoothly and all of our guests raved about the venue and service. Highly recommend!

My now husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue! Our event planner Kacey was absolutely amazing. She was easy to get in contact with whenever we needed her and she made sure that everything was organized down to the tiniest detail. I am so grateful for that! On the day of our wedding once we arrived at the venue there was absolutely no need to worry about anything at all. The whole time I had no idea what time it was but it didn’t matter because Kacey and other staff made sure we were where we needed to be when we need to be there. Our attendant Emma was also amazing! She was very efficient in making sure we had everything we needed, drinks, food and even holding my flowers when needed. Family and friends have not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was from the personalized lighting, the overall large space and the cleanliness. Finally, the food. It was incredible, we had the late night cookies and hot chocolate as well and everyone couldn’t get over how delicious it all was! I wish we could do it all again. I still can not get over how amazing of a day we had. Thank you all!

e cannot speak highly enough about Sapphire Event Group, Avenir, or our event producer, Sydney! Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and it was the good people at SEG that made it happen. They had excellent communication, were remarkably diligent and professional in the way they made our wedding happen, and made you feel cared for the entire way through the process. Sydney is incredible, never letting anything phase her, even as some things changed at the last minute. We are so grateful!The venue itself is amazing. Great space for cocktail hour and the dance floor/table set up was perfect. Plenty of room for dancing and a table arrangement that made mingling easy. No one felt stuck in the corner.The entire staff was incredible and the day was perfect. You cannot go wrong with Avenir!

Kacey, our event coordinator, was the absolute best! She was very understanding and very patient with our wedding/ wedding party! Although my and my husband didn't get to eat, everyone was so happy about how good the food was (especially the mashed potato bar for cocktail hour). The venue is very beautiful and comfortably held our wedding guest. Kacey was always readily available to answer us when we had questions; the rest of our wedding day staff were very attentive and nothing short of amazing! The food tastings were the best. Thumbs up to SEG!

We had the pleasure of working with Sydney throughout our planning process and as our wedding producer for our event. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She was readily available to answer all the questions we had and worked to make sure that we were happy with everything. Our wedding on October 7th was everything that we could have imagined. Sydney, Amy (Bridal Attendant), and Maria (Event Manager) were incredible. The day would not have gone as smooth as it did without them. They were a joy to be around—took their jobs very seriously but were also so approachable and kind throughout the whole night. We’re incredibly grateful for the whole team.

We just had our wedding at Avenir on Friday 10/06/23 and it was absolutely amazing!!! Our coordinator, Sydney Davis, helped our day run so smoothly and made sure everything was set up correctly and that we kept to our timeline. It is also a plus how friendly, nice and super organized she is! Also the bridal assistants, Amy and Hadley, went above and beyond! They helped hold my dress to make sure it didn’t drag when I was walking outside, grabbed me food in the bridal suite from cocktail hour, grabbed me a drink each time (I don’t think I even walked to the bar one lol), grabbed desserts for us and just overall waited on us hand and foot all night and I cannot thank them enough! If you are getting married soon I highly recommend Avenir as your venue as it is so beautiful inside and outside + delicious food!!!

My wife and I just had our wedding at Avenir. The venue is gorgeous, the staff was exceptional, and the night was a dream come true. Kacie was our wedding planner, and she was incredibly helpful. Without her, I am not sure how we would have prepared for everything. She was attentive and easy to reach when we had any questions. She was there on the wedding day to keep everyone in line and everything on time. We are grateful for the amazing venue and staff that we worked with. I highly recommend having your wedding at either of their locations.

We recently got married at Avenir, the Walpole location of the Saphire Event Group, and it was nothing short of a fairy tale. They were the 1st location we toured and it was everything I had always pictured in a wedding venue. Stunning, elegant, modern, Avenir has it all, including the most stunning and massive marble white dancefloor that we spent hours upon hours dancing the night away on. From our first tour to the day after our wedding, they were accommodating to every single request, organized and never missing a beat, and an overall pleasure to work with. To make it helpful I broke down some of the highlights that were the extra cherries on top to us:Staff: our first interaction with Avenir was through Emily, who is on their sales team. She was the sweetest, running through every detail, pricing, and question with us on our first visit, and had no problem accommodating multiple visits with us so that both sets of our parents could see the venue prior to making a decision. We never felt like we were being pushed or sold, and no request or question seemed outlandish; she was such a joy. When we booked with them and got to meet our event coordinator/ producer Sydney, it made me feel so secure in our decision. We sat down and she went through every single detail, wrote it down in front of us, gave us a copy, and was really great at bouncing ideas off of, giving suggestions, and helping guide us, without ever making us feel rushed. There was nothing we wanted that they couldn't make happen, and it was all done with a smile on their faces. Day of, we had rain and bad weather, and she moved things around and adjusted timelines that still got us exactly what we wanted and made sure we had enough time and locations for photos, and dinner, which meant so much to us. We had a guest lose their coat that night and they went above and beyond to make sure that even a week later, that guest was taken care of, while also not putting the work on us as the bride and groom. The entire night they were always attentive and so helpful to all of our guests and us. They overall are some of the most professional and kind event staff I have encountered.Day of management: They have an amazing system of having a coordinator for front of the house, back of the house, and someone that stays with the bride and groom all night so you're never looking for them, or honestly really handling anything. They do a good job of having a meeting two weeks before where you can choose all of your \"just in case\" people, so your only responsibility is to have the best night ever. It allowed us as the couple but also our parents and special guests to be in the moment and having the most fun.Food: I have been to too many weddings in my life, with many of the same guests having attended mine, and everyone was raving about the food. Dinner was delicious, prompt (we had an accelerated timeline to open the dancefloor that they handled with ease) and hot. No one walked away with an unhappy or an empty stomach (and we can be total food snobs so that's saying something.) They also had a great selection of entrees to offer that made it easy to accommodate any variation of guests and their dietary preferences, all of which you get to taste ahead of time at one of their tastings. Overall, it really was a perfect night and we have the staff at Avenir to thank for that. We can't thank you enough for helping us throw the wedding of our dreams. If you're on the fence, just pick Avenir!

Avenir is the perfect venue for a large event. We had 150 guests yet it did not feel packed. The ceremony space, lobby, bridal suite, cocktail area, ballroom- the square footage of this venue is everything. The staff is so friendly and professional. Sydney was our event coordinator- the absolute best. She made sure we had every detail catered to and communicated every step of the way. I would love to have future events at the Avenir space.

Avenir is a beautiful venue for Massachusetts – the versatility of indoor and outdoor spaces is key for the variable New England weather. We loved the outdoor ceremony space, the dance floor, cocktail space, chandelier, and the option to use external catering so we booked for all those reasons. One of their preferred vendors served Chinese banquet style meals and this was what we wanted for our Chinese-Vietnamese wedding. The catering vendor was challenging to work with but they delivered in the end and our guests loved the food and service they received. We had a positive experience overall working with Avenir and Sydney, our contact throughout the planning process, and would recommend this venue with tips to keep in mind. We feel our experience could have been better and felt this was because we chose external catering. For example, it was not always clear what was provided with Avenir catering vs not, who is responsible for various tasks during the day of, as well as how minimum spend is utilized upfront. For example, a day of coordinator (Event Producer) is not provided with external catering and we learned this later in the process to our surprise as the wording in the sales conversation and guidebook is not clear. However, whenever we had questions, Sydney was very helpful and addressed them in a timely manner. The process is straight forward so you know what to expect. Our guests loved the venue and shared many compliments on both the outdoor and indoor space. We had a blast at our wedding and appreciate our partnership with Avenir for our big day.

In our planning the venue itself was absolutely stunning. The moment we stepped foot inside Avenir, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The grand ballroom was spacious and elegant, with beautiful chandeliers and high ceilings that created a magical atmosphere. The outdoor ceremony space was equally breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque views.One of the things that stood out to us was the in-house catering provided by Avenir. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. From the hors d'oeuvres ( lamb chops were magnificent! Huge hit ) to the main course and the dessert, every dish was expertly prepared and left our guests raving about the quality of the food. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring that everyone's dietary needs were met and that the service was seamless.Having a wedding coordinator provided by Avenir was a game-changer. Kacey, our coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and had a wealth of knowledge and experience that proved invaluable throughout the planning process. Great personality and easy to work with. Kacey was there every step of the way, guiding us through the timeline, recommending vendors, and offering creative ideas to make our day truly special. She helped alleviate our nerves and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding.Another highlight was the bride assistant provided by Avenir on the day of the wedding. Amy was incredible ! This extra support was fantastic and allowed me to fully enjoy and immerse myself in the day without worrying about the little details. The assistant was attentive, proactive, and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of throughout the event. It was a luxury we didn't even know we needed, but it made a world of difference.Overall, our experience at Avenir was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a stunning venue, in-house catering, a dedicated wedding coordinator, and a bride assistant made our wedding day truly unforgettable. We can't thank Kacey and the entire team at Avenir enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and the care they put into making our day perfect. The moment we walked through the doors, we were captivated by its elegance and charm. The interior was equally impressive, with modern décor and ample space to accommodate our guest list. We appreciated Sydney’s exceptional service and attention to detail as she ensured that everything ran smoothly, working closely with us to bring our vision to life. Sydney's professionalism and expertise were evident in every aspect of the planning process, from the initial consultation to the coordination of the event itself. One aspect of this venue that stood out to us was their accommodation of an Indian caterer. As a couple with a diverse background, it was important for us to incorporate our cultural traditions into the wedding. We were thrilled to find a venue that not only allowed us to bring in an Indian caterer but also supported and facilitated the seamless integration of the cuisine. The culinary team at the venue worked closely with the caterer, ensuring that the traditional Indian dishes were prepared to perfection and served with elegance. My wedding was 4/14/23 at Avenir. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Avenir had everything I was looking for. I loved the beautiful, white, clean ballroom with the gorgeous chandeliers. The large white dance floor was perfect. I was a little hesitant about the dark carpet when I first toured the place and when brought it up to the sales rep she assured me that once the room was full, it gives a much needed contrast to the room and she was so right. Looking back at photos and video, the dark carpet is perfect and I can't imagine light fooring looking good.My wedding producer was Sydney and she is a wedding guru. I have worked at a wedding venue for over 10 years and I can tell you she went over every little detail of our wedding to a T. There is no stone that she will leave unturned when it comes to what you want for your wedding. We ended up with an absolutely gorgeous day in April and switched to an outside ceremony last minute, there wasn't a single beat skipped by the entire Avenir staff, you would have thought that was the plan all along.I had a vendor try to bypass Sydney and reach out to me while we were taking photos pre-ceremony, day of, with set up issues. Panick set in, I called Sydney, she had already figured everything out. She's a rockstar. My brand new husband, 10 minutes into cocktail hour, accidently stepped on the back of my dress and broke my bustle, a potential nightmare. No worries, Sydney pulled safety pins out and fixed it right up. Talk about above and beyond.I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. Sydney coordinated with all the vendors, knew our timeline like the back of her hand, and ran the show. I can't imagine holding our wedding in another venue. The service at Avenir was just top notch. They're professionals, they know what they're doing. The entire staff was amazing. Kaitlyn, our wedding attendant was the sweetest. She was somehow always there when we needed her to be. There was never a time when we needed something that we couldn't look around and she was right there. She also made sure my make-shift bustle stayed put throughout the night. The bartenders were great, I don't know how they kept up with our cocktail hour because our guests can be heavy drinkers, but they did an amazing job. I have absolutely zero complaints about our wedding at Avenir, if we had to go back and redo the day I would choose Avenir again and again. The venue is absolutely stunning. It has that wow factor when your guests walk in and see the ballroom with those chandeliers. What you can't put a price on is the experience the staff has. I don't think there is anything we could have thrown at them that they couldn't handle with professionalism and a cool, collected smile. A big, gigantic thank you goes out to the entire staff for making our day an absolute dream!

My husband and I got married in September 2022 and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. The Avenir is picture-perfect and was the ideal place for both our ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony outside and there was more than enough comfortable seating for everyone. We even had a beverage station for guests to enjoy before the ceremony started. The reception went so smoothly thanks to the entire crew and if anything went awry, we never knew. Leading up to our day, we worked with our wedding producer Sydney. There are no words to describe how helpful and amazing Sydney was with us. She answered every email, call, and question I had, regardless of how small. Every single detail of our wedding was perfect and exactly how we envisioned it. On the day of, Sydney was there as well, working alongside our event manager Maria, and my bridal attendant Serena, making sure everything went as expected. Each and every one of them played a different part in making our day perfect and I truly cannot thank them enough. Our guests had nothing but good things to say to us and were so impressed with the food and service at Avenir. Thank you again to the entire Saphire Event Group. If you are considering having you’re wedding here, you absolutely should!!

Saphire Event Group was our one stop shop at finding a wedding venue. We visited all 3 venues Saphire Estate, Avenir, and The Villa. We chose Avenir due to our personal style we envisioned for our wedding we had in August 2022.Not only is Avenir beautiful, the staff that came along with it was incredible. Sydney was our Event Producer. Sydney was extremely organized that took along of stress away that comes with wedding planning. The day of the wedding the wedding from the organization for our ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception was a dream come true. The food at cocktail hour, entrees at reception, and late night snack were the talk of our wedding. Chef Rob did an amazing job. Having our wedding at Avenir and along with our Event Producer Sydney and the rest of the staff is highly highly recommended.

The second I stepped into Avenir I knew I would be booking my wedding venue that day. The venue took my breath away- from the gorgeous dance floor and ballroom to the cozy cocktail space and grounds. It was exactly what we were looking for in a venue and it truly delivered on our wedding day. Our day was absolutely perfect. We worked with Sydney and she was a dream. She took care of anything and everything we had envisioned for our day. She truly listened and was always so kind. We were so lucky to be teamed up with Sydney. They beat our expectation and were very accommodating with any questions or requests! The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The inclusion of an event producer that helps coordinate planning and execution of your wedding is a huge plus. Sydney was ours and she helped take all the stress out of the planning and the actual day. I would highly recommend using them as your venue!

I had my wedding at Avenir on August 20, 2022. I was always told by many that I shouldn't be disappointed if things go wrong on my wedding day. Safe to say not one thing went wrong! Sydney is absolutely amazing. From the day we started planning she was so quick to respond to my emails with any answers to my questions. Sydney was also very accommodating to when we could come in for meetings and was able to work around our tight schedules. Kelsey and Hillary were also great and would check in time to time through email to make sure everything was going well. The day of the wedding, the whole staff at Avenir was absolutely amazing, accommodating and did not leave my side. Most importantly, the food! We received so much positive feedback regarding the food from cocktail hour all the way to our midnight snacks. I am so happy we went with Avenir. It was the most perfect day ever!

Picking Avenir as our venue was one of the most critical decisions in our wedding planning process. From the beginning, the sales team was very helpful and we were able to attend a group tasting before we booked. The food was phenomenal and all of our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed their meal. Not only was each choice great, they were amazing with dietary restrictions and allergies as well. After booking, we got a book with amazing advice from their experience with wedding planning and a list of preferred vendors. We booked almost all of our vendors off of this list. It was great to have a starting point and know that they were not only an outstanding vendor, but they also had a working experience of the venue. Our coordinator, Sydney, was always available to answer questions outside meetings. Their extensive list of questions about the ceremony and reception prompted many discussions for us and allowed us to fully think through our vision. We communicated what we wanted in regards to the set up and they executed our vision. On the day, we had the support of Sydney, a bridal attendant, a back of house manager, waiters, chef, and bartenders. My husband and I, as well as my whole family and bridal party, were able to enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. The day went so smoothly and many of our friends and family made positive comments about the food, venue and overall experience. We are so grateful that a family friend suggested that we check out Avenir. The ease of mind and overall high quality of food, event spaces and service are quite rare. We would recommend you seriously check out Avenir!

My husband and I could not have been more satisfied with having our wedding here. Our wedding day was simply amazing! From start to finish, we felt very taken care of. Everything ran very smoothly, all thanks to the team at Avenir. We worked with Sydney as our event coordinator. She was very patient and kind with us, very prompt to answer our emails/phone calls, listened to our wants/needs, and even gave us advice when we were unsure. Needless to say, we left our meetings with her very well informed and comfortable with the planning process. On the day of our wedding, Hillary stepped in for Sydney, but the last minute change did not affect the event at all. The transition was so smooth. Not only were Sydney and Hillary incredible to work with, but Serena, our bridal attendant, was super helpful the day of. What a great idea to have bridal attendant! I wished all venues offered this service. We received compliments from our guests about the wait staff who very attentive at the tables, the delicious food, and beautiful garden and ballroom setting. We would highly recommend the Avenir to anyone!

My husband and I had the best wedding we could have ever dreamed of. Brooke Russo was our wedding producer and she was absolutely amazing with her communication, her advice, and just letting us personalize our wedding to our liking. Every question (there were a lot) was answered. She was so kind, and even when there were minor discrepancies, she fixed them and was so gracious to us. On our wedding night she was there to help, and we were pretty sad when we gave her a hug goodbye at the end because she’s been with us the entire journey from start to finish! Avenir itself is a gorgeous venue, the marble dance floor, the chandeliers, the bridal suite, the ceremony spaces. It was all so grand and opulent! We got a lot of compliments from our guests on the venue space and the food. I was pleasantly surprised by how well seasoned and well cooked the food was. Avenir gets a 5/5 for me!

It's too bad they don't do 10 stars because the team at Avenir deserve it. I still think wonder how Sydney managed to stay sane during my wedding. Because during planning it was me and my sister and husband, when we went for rehearsals my uncle took over changed the planning but she still worked with him. We are Muslim so our ceremonies are different but Sydney and the team were willing to learn and work with us. They provided us Halal food agreed to no alcohol and for an extra $500 they can remove the alcohol completely for people to feel comfortable. The ceremony hall was used for muswala! My guests were so impressed and had such a wonderful time. So if your Muslim don't hesitate to contact them you won't regret it

Absolutely amazing!!! Working with the team (specifically Sydney) at Avenir was such a fantastic experience. Not only did Sydney help us step by step of the way, she was available for any questions by email or phone and was ALWAYS so helpful! The venue itself is beautiful and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how beautiful eveything was. The wedding day team was also the BEST (shoutout to Lauren for always being their for me and my husband!) Lauren not only made sure we were never without an empty glass, but she was also there for anything we needed throughout the night. I can’t say enough about the staff at Avenir, and how smooth they make the day go by! I am not one to write reviews but This team and the venue definitely deserves five stars. If you end up choosing Avenir as your venue, just know that you will be taken care of by the amazing staff, you will eat delicious food, and you will get the most amazing pictures in their beautiful garden and interior spaces. This venue is hands down the greatest. They take care of everything for you. I’m very type A and organized and can be a pain to deal with but Sydney our producer was excellent. She was very responsive, had solutions to any logistics issues I had, she even repurposed my flowers for me and set up decorations in the most beautiful way. She was also mentally a rock for me which I will appreciate for the rest of my life. She made getting married during a surge in the pandemic the most calming, fun, and organized experience and I don’t think just anyone has that kind of skill. Everyone was wonderful and catered to us and I would recommend them one thousand percent everything was beautiful and perfect!

There truly are not enough amazing things my husband and I, along with our guests could say about Avenir! Not to mention that it has been 2 months since our wedding and our friends and family continue to compliment all the aspects of our wedding. The professionalism, guidance, and overall love for what they do shows! Sydney was our Event Producer and we could not have asked for anyone better becuase there is no one better! Without her and her team our wedding would have never gone as flawless as it did! The venue itself was beautiful! We loved having separate areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all indoors. The amount of places for photos really are endless! The grounds were very well kept and the foliage was gorgeous (we got married in November) so we got great photos! The food was AMAZING!! BEST filet I have ever had, which was the response I received from all our guests who had it. It was cooked perfectly and an impressive size! All of the food from the cocktail hour, to dinner, then the chocolate mousse and French fry station were fantastic! The ballroom and dancefloor were so elegant and made lots of jaw's drop once reveled to our guests! If we could do it all over again we would and we would not change one thing!

Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect at the Avenir! We originally booked with SEG in 2019 after getting engaged. Our event coordinator, Hillary W., supported us throughout our planning and postponement process and helped coordinate our small elopement in 2020 at the Villa, and then our larger wedding celebrate at the Avenir in 2021. Hillary was attentive throughout the entire process, responsive to emails, and always answered all of our questions and requests. The Avenir was an absolutely gorgeous venue for our wedding celebration. Our guests have not stopped raving about how great the food was, the bar selection, and how much fun everyone had on the oversized dance floor. it was truly the best day of our lives with many thanks to the Avenir staff, especially Hillary and our day of coordinator Amy. I would recommend to anyone!

Working with the team at Avenir was far and above beyond our expectations! Every room, every decoration, every single detail at Avenir has weddings in mind. The way the doors are located and rooms are set up to allow flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception created perfect transitions throughout the day. Each room is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous, clean, modern glam aesthetic with a neutral color scheme that is gorgeous on its own. Both ceremony options (indoor and outdoor) suited our needs and it's rare to find a venue that offers beautiful options for both. The attention to detail in planning the event was impeccable. Every single element of the day was looked after, and we had so much trust in the team in case anything got delayed or didnt' go according to plan-the fact is, everything did! They managed to make everything run so smoothly.We had a guest who requested a kosher meal, and the event producer took the time to find this guest and explain to her the methods being used to prepare her meal, and the chef also set aside a plate of special kosher appetizers just for her. We were greatly impressed by the level of commitment the team had towards making sure all of our guests were comfortable and taken care of. We couldnt' say enough things about our experience working with SEG at Avenir. They made the wedding planning process orderly and organized, and ultimately we had left so much trust in the team on the day of the wedding that all we did was enjoy the day. We couldnt have been happier choosing to have the wedding of our dreams at Avenir!

The Avenir (owned by saphire event group) have the best people working. We booked our venue 1.5 years out before our wedding. When we booked our original event coordinator was Patti; she was extremely helpful. During covid she retired and I started to go into panic mode. When I started talking to our new event coordinator Sydney. She was so responsive and always there day or night to answer questions. The ballroom was flawless, everything looked emaculate and perfect. The dance floor looked like it was brand new. The staff was so kind and willing to help. Everyone has been raving about the food and service they received. The food tasted amazing, everyone could not get enough of. The older crowd invited to our wedding event stated they had never been to a better wedding. They truly made my day a day I won't forgot.

So many aspects of Avenir set them high and above other wedding venues, where do we begin?! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous - classically elegant ballroom and impeccably maintained grounds. Their food is award-winning for a reason!, and they are very willing to work with their couples to accommodate special food requests. But what stands out most is the care - each staff member at Avenir cares immensely about their couples, especially Sydney. Sydney responded promptly and thoughtfully to questions, inquiries, concerns, etc., and it is evident how dedicated their team is to ensuring that each couple has a wedding days that exceeds their hopes and dreams. During the pandemic Avenir went above and beyond to help us reschedule our wedding (twice). We are ecstatic to have been able to have our wedding at Avenir, and would not hesitate to host another event with them!

She was very attentive and would answer all our questions and if she did not know the answer she would get the answer for us. The day of the wedding brides get a bridal attendant. Mine was Amy. She was super sweet she would always make sure that I had everything I needed. Also Maria she would also make everything was running on schedule with food and just the overall layout of the evening. And the food!! Absolutely amazing!! Our guest kept telling us it was the “best wedding food” they ever had! Overall we were super happy with our experience wish I could relive the day over again!!

Our coordinator Sydney Davis was with us at each step of the way, from when we first booked back in early March 2020 (yep...) and throughout the whole pandemic, until we were vaccinated and guidelines were relaxed! They worked with us to postpone our original date, make modifications to our original plans, and were super attentive in the weeks leading up to the wedding date.A huge thank you to Sydney and all the staff at Avenir for making our special day come together so smoothly. We fell in love with the venue as they were renovating it, and it turned out even better than we had hoped for! Think modern, art deco vibe with lots of white marble and crystal. The soaring ceiling is easily the height of two floors and the chandeliers are show stoppers. We got married in June 2019. A year before that we had been to a wedding done by the Saphire Event Group on their other site, Saphire Estate, so we knew the quality of service and food management was going to be great. The venue itself is giant and gorgeous. The dance floor is easily enough to hold hundreds of people. We only had 120 so we had so much room that I was afraid people wouldn't be able to find our dessert station all the way in the back. I think it would be great for a larger wedding party like 200-300 people. We enjoyed having the space and we had a crowd ready to dance, so thankfully it wasn't too awkward with the roomy dance floor. Food wise, we loved everything we tasted and literally could not wait to have our wedding to have more. We had appetizers, 2 entrees, dessert, a midnight slider and fries snack, and coffee/tea and cookies to go for favors. We did the alcohol by consumption and came in at what we expected, considering our crowd. We felt like it was a bonus they offered this option instead of by hour, and their prices were reasonable. Since we were having a relatively small wedding at 120 people, we had to meet their spending minimum for Sat evening slot, which we pretty easily met with splurging more on the food/alcohol. Even then they were more economical than some of the other inclusive venues we visited within 30 minutes of Boston, so we were happy to do this.The whole experience was very professional - we got lucky and had Emma for our coordinator. She has the patience of a saint and is also quick on her feet. She was very clear communicating through all our emails and day of, she saved me during the event a few times when we forgot our traditional costume change at hotel, and my bustle fell down. She was amazing at the timelines and also did all the setup/decoration for me. I would say that some of the event staff otherwise did not perform quite as well, I literally had to hunt some people down when a glass ornament on our sweetheart table broke near the dance floor (I know, bad idea!) since I couldn't see anyone near enough to help and didn't want to risk an accident. The brides attendant was no where to be seen. I want to emphasize that I also had more great experiences with Avenir overall, but I had pretty high expectations going in because of all their reassurances and was disappointed with the particular incidents that happened, including during cleanup when I was very tired and didn't notice when our cake toppers were thrown away on accident. They were mixed in with the left over desserts on the side and we decided not to keep them, not knowing they were placed in the same box. The pastries had fallen over and obscured them, and I'm sentimental so that was a bit of a blow for me.Overall, no regrets, and I highly encourage any prospective bride to give them or one of their other venues a look! I'm including lots of pictures I took during our two walk throughs and wedding.

We got married at Avenir in February! We had such an amazing, incredible experience. Our event producer, Sydney was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She made sure everything went smoothly and really made the day carefree for me. My bridal attendant, Jenna was AMAZING. She was so attentive to me all night long and always made sure had everything I needed. She was great!! My guests raved about how absolutely beautiful the venue was, everyone was asking how we found Avenir because it was such a gem! We are from about an hour away so no one had ever been there. The guests also raved about how delicious the food was- from the cocktail hour apps, dinner, late night snack- (everyone LOVED the sliders) to the cookies and hot coco at the end. Every little detail was just perfect!

Avenir was the venue straight out of our dreams. They were so thorough, detail oriented and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that your day goes smoothly and exactly how you pictured it. Kirsten Wagner was so helpful and our wedding would not have been so amazing without her. What a team Avenir has. And don't get us started on the food. I am dying for someone I know to get married there so I can come back to eat. Yum! You are waited on hand and foot each time you go to Avenir for a meeting. On our wedding day, they made sure we always had a drink in our hands and food on standby. I just can't say enough about this venue. It is so beautiful inside. Our winter wedding had plenty of places for photo taking. We were even sent a monogrammed pillow after we were married. So cute! My husband and I could not have been happier with our experience at Avenir. From the very start, everyone was so helpful and made the planning process easy. The venue underwent some big renovations throughout our wedding planning, and it could not have turned out more gorgeous. Our wedding coordinator, Sydney, was incredible. She made our day perfect, and everything ran so smoothly, leaving us free to enjoy our day. The staff the day of the wedding were just as amazing as Sydney, especially Kim our bridal attendant. On top of all this, the food at Avenir is incredible. Our wedding was about 3 months ago, and we are still getting compliments on how beautiful the wedding was and that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Brides and grooms, do yourself a favor and book your wedding at Avenir, you won't regret it!

The venue was completely updated inside and out from the time we booked including the beautifully manicured ceremony grounds, modern cocktail area & restrooms, and gorgeous ballroom space. We were absolutely blown away by the finished product! Sydney was our coordinator and she was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the planning process all the way to the day of! The food was incredible! We knew this from our tasting, but our guests raved about how amazing it was and how it was the best wedding food they had ever had! We both made it a point to eat our whole meals during the ceremony because we didn’t want to miss out. We never worried about a thing with regards to our venue, which was a huge weight off our shoulders with all the other details we had to plan. Everything went off without a hitch and our day was perfect! We couldn’t recommend Avenir more!

We had a wonderful experience with Sydney and the whole Avenir team! We always felt so welcome from the first visit until the wedding night! Sydney was beyond professional and answered our questions so quickly and efficiently. If there was something she wasn't sure of, she made sure to make a note of it and got back to us as soon as she knew. While the weather didn't cooperate and we ended up with a Nor' Easter on our wedding day, the venue was beyond gorgeous and set up exactly as we had imagined. I can't say enough about the comments we received in how smoothly everything went, how DELICIOUS the food was and how gorgeous the venue was. What people don't see is all of the planning and time that goes into it ahead of time and people like Sydney make every step that much easier.

Our wedding at Avenir went above and beyond our expectations! We toured all three Saphire locations and saw Avenir last. We were blown away by the ballroom as soon as the doors opened and made our decision that day. Sydney was so helpful in the planning process and was always quick to reply when we needed help with ideas, arrangements, seating charts, etc. When it finally came down to the wedding day, I felt comfortable letting her take control of everything on my drop off list and knowing that everything would be set up perfectly. The grounds are always impeccable and both the indoor and outdoor spaces are fantastic for photos. The fall foliage was spectacular for our wedding and there were always people working on lawn maintenance during our midweek visits. The food was phenomenal and my guests have since told me it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The list to choose from has a wide range and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend using vendors from their preferred vendor list. They all work together so well and know the venue like the back of their hand.

We had our wedding there in September 2019 and our experience was nothing less than exceptional from the moment we walked through the door on our tour. Patti was amazing! She answered all of our questions and concerns and made us and our children feel right at home. After booking, our interactions with other staff members especially our event planner, Sydney Davis, were just as pleasant. She made sure everything leading up to our day went smooth and made sure our wedding day was perfect. If anything even went wrong(which I highly doubt it did!) you never would’ve known! 4 months later and our guests are still raving about the beautiful space and the delicious food! (I would kill for some Max & cheese right now!) I highly recommend considering Avenir when you are searching for the perfect space to say your I DO’S!

Avenir was the most perfect venue for our wedding! From the first day we toured it till our actual wedding, the staff at Avenir was amazing. My husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding day turned out. We cannot thank our wedding coordinator Sydney enough for all of her help planning our special day. Sydney was always there for us - helping us plan every step of the way. She helped make our day magical. On the day of the rehearsal Sydney made sure that our entire family and wedding party knew exactly what they needed to be doing and knew exactly where to stand. On the day of the wedding Sydney was the one in charge, she made sure all the vendors arrived at the correct time, made sure they set everything up exactly as to how my husband and myself wanted it and made sure the entire wedding ran smoothly. Our bridal attendant Lauren, I cannot say enough kind words about her! She was always there helping me and making sure I was the happiest bride. She always made sure my dress was in order, made sure I ate my dinner and always stayed hydrated :) She checked on us, making sure everything was going just how we envisioned. Thank you Sydney and Lauren! The staff at Avenir truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone had the best time. My guests were so impressed with their overall experience. From Chef Tim, the wait staff and the bartenders, each and every one of them were AMAZING. We heard so many compliments about the venue, the food, the staff and the drinks. Avenir was simply amazing. My husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding day turned out. She helped make our day seamless as well as Jenna our bridal attendant. Jenna was always there helping me with my dress and checking in on us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. Thank you Sydney and Jenna! The staff at Avenir truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone had the best time. My guests were so impressed with their overall experience. Just got married here and OMG it was amazing. I fell in love with Avenir the moment I saw it, so much so that I booked it without my fiance even seeing it. They just renovated so everything was brand new and gorgeous, chandeliers everywhere!!! All my guests commented on how beautiful the place was. Sydney was the best part of all of it though. She was the most helpful coolest person ever! Someone needed on your side through all the planning, I couldn't be more happy with her. The FOOD was AMAZING, weeks later guest are still telling us about how good the Filet was. Overall the everything was a dream from start to finish.

We were so pleased with our experience at Avenir and working with the Saphire Event Group. We had our wedding 9/21/19, we booked it when they were in renovation stages from Rafael’s. We had to base it off essentially blue prints of what they planned to do with the space - and they MORE than delivered. What a beautiful venue. It was a perfect fit for what I had pictured. They went above and beyond and every detail was carefully thought out. Our planner, Sydney, worked with us every step of the way and was so accommodating and she made sure everything was PERFECT for the day of. And perfect it was! I loved to not have to worry about a single thing. I just showed up and EVERYTHING was taken care of. She made sure everything went smoothly and everything was set according to what we had discussed in prior meetings. She was sure to check in on us throughout the whole process, and the night of, to make sure we had the best night of our lives! I HIGHLY recommend any venue by Saphire, especially Avenir. I would say the only thing would be having an extra bar tender the night of, to help with the flow of our large crowd, but that seems minuscule in the scheme of things. They really care about you and your special day. I’m so glad we chose this venue and this group to work with.

We had a great experience working with the Avenir for our wedding. We planned the wedding in under 6 months, booking Avenir 5 months out. We were sold on Avenir after our tour with Lynne, and we were matched up with Kirsten as our wedding producer. Kirsten was exceptional, and kept us calm and on track throughout the planning, and the team was accommodating to our requests and needs. The space is clean, beautiful and a perfect wedding space, and spacious enough for our 220 guest count. We loved the outdoor space, and were fortunate with the weather to have an outdoor ceremony. We were pleased with the food and desserts, and were thrilled that the Avenir could accommodate our request for Kosher food. We highly recommend the Avenir!

We could not have been happier with our wedding reception at Avenir! Our wedding coordinators were on top of everything and super responsive during the planning phase. As my husband and I were located out of state, my parents were present for all of the in-person meetings, but we still felt thoroughly involved and informed in the process. We planned our wedding in only 3 months and the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Avenir was critical to it’s success. The day before the wedding was the first time my husband and I saw the space in person. We were given a detailed tour and were extremely happy with the space. It is updated, clean, and provided a great flow for the cocktail hour and reception. Our wedding reception went 100% smoothly and we were able to trust all the details to the Avenir staff and truly enjoy our day. It was evident that each member of the staff was confident in their role, had been briefed on the timeline, and was committed to facilitating a positive experience. My husband and I were assigned a personal wedding assistant who did everything from keeping us on track with the timeline, to ensuring we were eating and drinking, to fluffing my dress as I walked around. Additionally, the food was amazing. We ate every bite of our meals and received many comments from our guests on how great their meals were. It was not your typical mediocre wedding food. Overall, we highly recommend this venue. The professionalism and commitment of their staff gave us the best wedding experience we could have hoped for.

This is an honest review. We planned a pretty quick wedding in about 6 months. I was what many wedding producers would consider a nightmare. I probably completed everything late and changed things endlessly, not to mention, my mom and sister also having their ideas and plans. Sydney, at Avenir, is truly incredible. She was more than patient with me and my family and my husband. The food, and yes I mean this, the food was unbelievable. Everyone commented that wedding food is generally bad but this was the best they ever had. I have to be honest, I was so surprised how good everything turned out. We did the filet or the salmon. Both were raved about. For appetizers, we did the short rib with polenta, scallops, chicken, fig and goat cheese and one other naan bread thing. All were excellent. We also did a sushi table in addition to the cheese table and late night sausage cart. Everything was amazing. The night of the wedding, it was only better ... there was always someone there making sure everything was flawless and that Greg and I had our drinks and everything we needed. I never needed to wonder or worry about anything. They truly did an incredible job. We are so happy with how our wedding turned out. Again, Sydney, THANK YOU!

Avenir was the perfect venue for our wedding. All of the details were covered by our event producer, Sydney, and the rest of the Saphire Event Group team. The venue was beautiful even before the renovations, but I could not believe how magical Avenir became after everything was complete. We were the first outdoor wedding after the gardens were renovated and we received countless compliments on the wonderful scenery. We also received compliments all night regarding the delicious food, both passed appetizers and main courses, and all of the support including bartenders and wait staff. Overall, we would recommend Avenir and the SEG team for anyone's wedding. They preserved as much cost as they could for us, were incredibly professional, and make our special day perfect in every way.

For a tricky situation, Avenir completely went over the top to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We had originally booked our wedding with Raffael's which is now Avenir, and they made the transition SO easy without leaving my husband and I worried at all. From the beginning of the process to the end, Lynne and Elizabeth made sure every single detail was in order! The food was phenomenal, and the venue was absolutely breath taking! My husband and I were married at Avenir in August of 2018! EVERYTHING was amazing. The staff was outstanding in making sure that our every need was met and taken care of in a timely manner. There was no point in the entire process where we 2nd guessed our decision to use the venue. The ballroom is huge and gorgeous with an eye catching chandelier that our guests still mention. People are always skeptical about wedding food but our guests left full and satisfied!!There is so much to say about this venue and the people who made everything possible. Lynn, Tina and Sydney were always patient with us and we appreciate everyone's effort to make our day perfect and memorable. You can't go wrong with choosing Avenir!

We met with our producer Hillary on many occasions. She was easy to work with, responsive, and obviously knew what she was doing. The level of detail that the Sapphire Event Group drills down to is amazing. The wedding was perfect; from the service to the food. Nothing could have been done better. People are saying how it was one of the best weddings they had been to. I highly recommend Avenir!

When we originally booked Avenir it was under the previous owners and to say we were nervous was an understatement. We had no idea what to expect knowing that it was under new ownership, but we were immediately impressed by the responsiveness of Heather. Any question or concern we had Heather made sure she took care of. Even the day before the wedding we were calling her with changes and she was SO accommodating and understanding!! Not only was Heather great but the entire staff was absolutely wonderful and everyone truly helped to make our day a success! The venue is gorgeous, and the food was terrific!! Some of our guests said it was the best filet they had ever had! If you want the perfect wedding day I would highly recommend Avenir.

My husband and I got married at Raffaels in June 2017. We set this date and booked Raffaels prior to their renovations because I had been to many weddings here and knew they did an outstanding job. Shortly after we booked, renovations were done and my husband and I were amazed at the new look. From the moment we met with the team, to our last dance, the staff was amazing. I cannot say enough about Lynn, Tina, Joe and Lindsay. I can honestly say I had not one bit of stress planning my wedding because if the team there. The moment I walked into the ballroom, I literally had my breath taken away. Everything was just as I imagined it to be. My family and friends are still talking about how amazing the night was and how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend Raffaels to anyone planning their wedding. We used the Walpole location. The Hingham location is at the South Shore Country Club. They are a great option and value! I was not impressed initially with their responsiveness leading up to the 2nd deposit payment, especially with the lack of communication for the big \"Tasting\" event that they provide 1-2 seasons before the big day. However, I can’t deny the big value add from booking this venue is that their package included so many items! All we needed was a DJ, Photographer, and Officiant for the on-site outdoor gazebo ceremony. (They have an indoor option for unpredictable weather). The brochure they have on here is out of date and you should check their actual website since they made several changes including the package options offered.We used the bridal suite for the getting ready photos and to store the important items as it's passcode locked. They wowed me with the responsiveness AFTER the event when I contacted them the florist Judy's providing the wrong floral arrangements! They immediately called me and arranged a refund.Tina and Lynne are the Wedding Coordinators for the Walpole. We met with them several times before deciding choosing venue and DaVinci package. They updated the brochure to eliminate the middle option (DaVinci) and renamed the others to persuade people to either decide between basic or all-inclusive. I sent Raffaels e-mails with lots of questions throughout and they usually replied within the day. However, it was very annoying seeing only one side of the conversation especially when I asked on several times for \"Reply All\". We had a choice between 2 bakeries for the cake and 2 florists with our package, which we met at the Tasting. We met with Lynne the week after the Tastings to pick out our stationary, linens and napkins! For the Rehearsal, we worked with Joe. The day of coordination we worked with Lindsay. They were both very helpful, especially Lindsay! We forgot to remind them day of that we wanted the extra food not served boxed up. Their location in Walpole was absolutely amazing! From the attention to detail to the amazing staff. My wedding was perfect. Everything was flawless and elegant just like I wanted it. If you are looking for that high end wedding venue for your guests to be completely amazed but don't want to spend the ridiculous amount on a venue in the city. This is your place! My guests have been talking about this venue non-stop for 2 months now. I even had one of my guests who owns a high end place in Boston say that it was the most amazing wedding he has ever been to. I also work in a fine dining facility myself as do my managers and co workers who were invited to the wedding, so you could say we have VERY high standards on service. They said they had never seen anything like it. The staff made sure they were never without anything they needed. The owner Joe is also a sweetheart and very down to earth. They are very honest and real which I loved. Also, it happened to rain unexpectedly on my wedding day and they had the most beautiful back-up room inside for the ceremony. (VERY IMPORTANT) -Thank you so much Raffael's for allowing me to have what my family is calling \"The Wedding of the Century.\"

Everything was perfect! Raffael's did an amazing job! My husband and I were pleased with everything about our wedding. The service was impeccable and the coordinators made the process easy. The ballroom is beautiful, great color scheme, LOTS of space for dancing! We had 250 people and there was plenty of room. A wide variety of food is offered and tastes delicious! I highly recommend the filet and chicken raffael. The bridal suite is a great size and very modern. I got some great photos in here! The property itself offers some wonderful photo opportunities. Our wedding was in October and we got pretty pictures with the trees near the gazebo and back lawn. We couldn't have asked for a better reception! Raffael's was so accommodating and helpful!

We are so glad we went with Raffael's Banquet Facility, in Walpole, for our wedding! The facility was just renovated and it looks so elegant and new. What originally drew us to this venue was the large dance floor in the center of the room, perfect for getting large groups of people dancing! The food was amazing, we did Prime Rib and Chicken. Tina and Lynne were fabulous to work with throughout our engagement and we had Lindsey help coordinate on the actual wedding day. They all were so helpful and kept us organized and moving throughout everything. It was the best day ever and we owe a lot of it to the hard work put into the planning and work done by the Raffael's staff!

Raffael’s was the first place that we went to when considering wedding venues. Instantly, we were impressed by wedding coordinators, Tina and Lynne. They were so helpful, friendly, and trust worthy. We had several more appointments over the next two weeks to see other venues and constantly found ourselves comparing the other venues to Raffael’s. We knew we were having a fairly large wedding of at least 175 people and knew that we wanted a venue that was close to the church. We also really wanted a venue that only held one event at a time. Needless to say, we made a second visit to Raffael’s a couple weeks after the initial venue tour. We brought our families back and booked our September 2016 wedding on the spot. We had the Raffael package, which meant that our table flowers, cake and invitations, among other things, were included. Not to our surprise, Tina and Lynne continued to be amazing through our wedding planning process and were our life lines every step of the way. Tina and Lynne were so awesome that they even brought in carpet and wallpaper samples to show us upcoming updates, since Raffael’s underwent absolutely beautiful renovations in between our booking and our wedding date. The exemplary service did not stop at the planning process. We met with bridal attendant Lindsay, and owner, Joe, as the event got closer. They were also outstanding in helping to make our wedding day absolutely flawless. Overall, we met with and spoke to Tina, Lynne, Joe, and Lindsay regularly and felt very supported in the planning and execution of the wedding day. On the day of the event, Joe was phenomenal. He kept everyone and everything organized and helped us with things from communicating to the DJ to timing on everything. He even made sure that we—the bride and groom—had personalized drink service. He got to know us so well during the planning that when the late-night snack station came out, he brought me a plate of the warm soft pretzels, knowing that I hadn’t had time to eat during the wedding reception but also knowing how excited I was about the new addition of soft pretzels to the late night snack option. Even though we had too much fun and too many people to see to sit and enjoy our meals, our guests are still raving about the food and the venue, in general. Many people have told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

One of my friends attended a wedding at Raffael's and told me about it when I was looking for a venu. So from where I live I took the 45 minute drive in traffic.... And it was all definitely worth it because a few days later I was making my deposit a year before my wedding. This is a fantastic venue for wedding from start to finish. The staff is nothing but amazing, all the planning was dealt with without a hitch, the wedding day was perfect. I've never been a person that has wanted to get married outside but the amount of guest that were attending my wedding... it had to happen! The only thing that I was worried about was the parking lot near the gazebo but it did not even show up in any of my pictures and everything was amazing! My guest loved the outside and were never concerned with anything else. The parking lot was a great way for me to make a fabulous entrance stepping out of the limo before I walked down the isle!

Working with Joe, Tina, Lynne, and Lindsay at Raffael’s was phenomenally streamlined and wonderful! I found them 8 months before my wedding date when the venue I had already booked a year before then told me they were reneging on my contract (the owner sold the venue, and the new owner did not honor existing contracts). Joe was incredibly compassionate and understanding, and he single-handedly saved my wedding! He accommodated our need to serve a multi-course Asian wedding banquet, and his team was the epitome of professionalism in working with my vendors to execute on my vision of the wedding, from the romantic garden ceremony to ballroom foliage wall projections, amber uplighting, ivy string lights on the columns, gold table cloth, topiary plants, photo strings, display paintings, and more. Joe directed the rehearsal, and I particularly remember feeling so at peace and comforted in knowing that I was in great hands. Everything went flawlessly for the wedding, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled! The flowers planted in the garden were gorgeous for the ceremony, and the ballroom was breathtaking. The executive chef worked closely with our caterer to ensure a smooth and efficient dinner service. It was a magical night that our guests still happily reminisce about to this day.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Raffael's in October and it was beautiful. We had so many compliments on the venue and the food in particular. We ended up with significantly less people that originally agreed upon in our contract and we were able to reduce the headcount without an exorbitant penalty. It was clear that Raffael's is truly in the business of helping to meet hopes and expectations and not just in making money. Since I was working full time it was fantastic to have a venue that provided packages that included reception flowers, cake, invitations, linens, food and beverage. Having never planned a wedding before, it was comforting to know that we would attend a vendor meet & greet before we needed to select them. It allowed me to relax knowing the timeline for this activity and that I would be able to see what each vendor had to offer. Raffael's also sent periodic updates (only a couple so that it didn't create more stress) about upcoming milestones and what planning should be close to completed at certain times. This kept my planning on target to ensure that we had all that we would need for the day that wasn't included in the package (i.e. limo, DJ, photographers, etc). Raffael's also made some great suggestions for vendors to complete these activities as well. Every time I sent an email they responded typically the same day. For someone who can't always find time during the work day to talk on the phone, rapid email communication is greatly appreciated. Our wedding coordinator was extremely patient as well. I had forgotten to provide the itinerary until the day of the wedding (!) but no matter what happened she was continually understanding and helpful. Everyone at Raffael's was completely professional and made us feel like our wedding was their only priority. It went a very long way to making us feel as special as we had hoped.

I just had my wedding at Raffael's about 2 weeks ago and my parents are still getting phone calls from guests who attended the wedding complimenting them on such a gorgeous reception. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the service - there is honestly not one complaint I have, and if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. From the onset, Raffael's took care of everything and really provided us with so much guidance and attention. No ask was too big and no question was a dumb one. They really bent over backwards for us in more ways than one. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling meetings and when the meetings occurred they were very organized and helped us stay on track with decisions and timescales. Lindsay helped us design our dream head table back drop and it truly made a statement as soon as you walked into the room. Friends and family are raving about the food too - everything was delicious. From soup to pasta to antipasto to the main course, everything was so fresh and delicious. In terms of the menu, they were so good about working with us on the menu too. I came up with a chicken dish that we thought people would enjoy and the Head Chef at Raffael's created a sample of the dish and had us stop by to try it. Needless to say, it was amazing and it ended up being one of our dinner options. I can't get over how easy they made the entire process. With so many other things for a bride to stress out about, Raffael's really helped to alleviate much of the planning stress. They were so patient when it came to selecting invitations. We selected one early in the process and had a change of heart a couple months later - Lynne actually stayed late with us one night after I got out of work to choose new invitations. I was so happy with how they came out! Not one issue with anything. It was truly a fairytale wedding and I couldn't be happier with selecting a venue as classy and elegant as Raffael's.

I recently got married at Raffael's in Walpole, MA on 9/4/2015. Over the year of planning my wedding Lynne (wedding coordinator) was absolutely amazing! She was timely and efficent with answering all of my questions. If I did not get a response that day I received one the following day (I sent numerous emails!). Lynne was so helpful with helping me with even the little details. They sent me updated estimates after I would mail them a check which was so helpful in keeping track of my payments and bill. They also held a tasting which was actually an event! We were able to bring our parents and they had the ballroom set up as if it was an actual wedding. The chef was on site and was available to talk with during the event. They also had their vendors at the tasting! The owner was also great throughout the process and was even there at my wedding! Lindsay was new to Raffaels (maitre d) and you never would have known! She started a few weeks before my wedding and she did fabulous! Our wedding night went so smoothly and we had no complaints! Our guests keep telling us how great the food was and how beautiful the ballroom and ceremony was. I would highly recommend Raffael's in Walpole MA to anyone! There packages were also great and this is the perfect location for a bride and groom on any budget!\r\rThank you for everything!

What an amazing venue for our wedding! Knowing that about 200 people would be attending our wedding, my wife and I wanted to find a reception venue that could not only accommodate our guests but also maintain a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. Raffael's did that and more. Not only was the event planning staff incredibly helpful during the preparation process, but when the big day finally arrived, they made it so that all of our expectations were exceeded. From the high quality food and drinks to the gorgeous interior decorating and hospitality, Raffael's made our wedding day special, relaxing, and unforgettable. We are still hearing from our guests about how wonderful and beautiful the reception was and how welcoming the staff at Raffael's was. I cannot recommend them enough!

My husband had wanted to have the reception at Raffael's since his cousin got married there 10 years. ago. All he kept talking about was how delicious the food was. Definitely exceeded my expectations.We chose the Raffael Package for our wedding. It was the best value because it included everything, except music, from flowers to cake. The hall was gorgeous. The flowers were beautiful. We did 3 flavors of cupcakes instead of a cake, they were delicious.The staff was wonderful and helpful in all aspects of the day and leading up to it. My guests have not stopped talking about everything from that day!\r The only negative, which has nothing to do with Raffael's itself, was when we went for our food tasting. They use 2 different vendors for cake and you can choose which you like better. Both of them were awful on tasting day(I think the cakes were all made too far in advance and frozen until that day). Definitely recommend setting up a tasting at the cake places themselves before you decide which to use. That's what we did and the cakes were absolutely delicious!
