The classic red barn accommodates up to 175 guests for dinner, drinks, & dancing. This climate-controlled building is available for nuptials in any season, from winter wonderland weddings to summer soirees. Weddings at Avenue in Sarver come with comprehensive packages that are designed to create seamless and stress-free experiences. Basic packaging includes, but is not limited to, Day-of coordination, tables & chairs with white linens, gorgeous get ready lounge, corn hole & horseshoe, a children’s room, and more. The venue also provides a wide variety of décor such as centerpieces, greenery, and basic signage. Help with setup & breakdown, bar & bartenders, and a fully functioning kitchen for prep are also available. Additionally, upgraded décor, glass drink-ware, fire pit & s’mores, and coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & pretzel bars are available upon request. They are the perfect host!!! couldn't ask for more!! Booking this venue was the best choice we made in our preparation. They helped us plan and execute a perfect, elegant, and eventful wedding from scratch even if we booked last minute. They also made sure that our personal preferences are included in the preparation and plan. Cathy and the whole team has been super helpful and accommodating. They surely went out of their way to make sure we had the best time of our lives.

A few hiccups in the beginning of the planning process, which was to be expected with a new venue. Overall, we were pleased with the venue and its amenities. Amelia is wonderful at what she does and will ensure your day runs smoothly.

The Avenue was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! We received so many compliments from guests and were beyond thrilled with how our day turned out. The physical space creates an intimate atmosphere without feeling the least bit claustrophobic (we had ~140 guests). The wedding coordinators do such an amazing job of organizing and utilizing the space to its advantage. The decor was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. It was a huge relief that they had so many items in their decor store that were able to be used for our special day.Ashlea was our coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was exceptional with communication and organization. She also has such a calm and collected demeanor that can be hard to find in this industry. She made sure to be in contact with all our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding so we did not have to stress with it.The only thing I would recommend is over-communicating with the bartenders prior to your event, especially if you are providing a multitude of beverage options. We ended up with inexperienced bartenders that were not versed on our printed menu and were at times serving incorrect wines and beers. The service itself was otherwise great, but inexperience / unpreparedness could lead to wasted alcohol if not handled on the front end. Regardless, the Avenue does provide a list of recommended vendors and everyone we used from their list was fantastic! I would 100% recommend the Avenue to host your event! You will get a gorgeous and unique venue with a team of passionate professionals to support you in the planning process.

I definitely give Avenue in Sarver five stars! My husband and I were originally scheduled to have our wedding at another venue, but two months before our wedding, the venue declared bankruptcy. After a tough week dealing with the situation, Avenue in Sarver was the first place we went to to rebook our wedding. As soon as I met Cathy and saw the venue, I felt peace, hope and happiness. She was so kind and compassionate towards us and our situation. Cathy, Jess and Ruby responded quickly to questions we had. Jess did a wonderful job decorating and Ruby was a fantastic day-of-coordinator. The three of them went above and beyond for us. They did additional things for us that we didn’t even expect. There were a couple of things that did not go according to plan, but I would not deduct a star for those things as they were pretty minor. You can definitely rely on Avenue in Sarver to give you a magical wedding experience. They are also flexible and encourage you to be the one making decisions about how you envision your special day. We wanted simple and elegant and that’s exactly what we got! After the wedding I had so much joy and kept replaying the day in my mind. Thank you Avenue in Sarver for blessing us!

I had my NYE wedding ceremony and reception here and it was a great experience! Ruby and the staff went above and beyond and were so accommodating to make sure our day was a success. They made coordination with our vendors so easy. The space is so beautiful and was the perfect place to celebrate. 100% recommend this venue for any celebration!

We just had our beautiful wedding reception at Avenue in Sarver and we have been so excited to leave a 5 star review for this incredible venue. Unfortunately we do not have our professional photos back yet but there is also a gorgeous outdoor area. Our guests loved floating between the inside and outside areas. Everything was beautiful and decorated impeccably. Our team that we worked with could not have been better. Our avenue team made sure to be in contact with every vendor from caterer to cake to DJ to some pizza we ordered late night! Can you believe it? They also donate leftover food and flowers to good causes. I would really think that if you're on the fence, just choose Avenue! One last thing we'll say - we love the Rock N Roll lane address!

Cathy Burnheimer (Owner) Well known in the wedding industry for two decades, Cathy honed her skills as a cake artist and business owner of Frosted Envy. After winning the Food Network show, Winner Cake All in 2018, she started another successful business, Popped Envy Gourmet Popcorn. She also owns Sarver Chocolate Company. Cathy loves being a mother to her three daughters and a wife to Ben. She is the queen of multitasking, but always makes sure each event is special and memorable. Her experience and connections in event planning is unparalleled.
