Built in a grand Greek revival style, The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve features towering columns indoors and out. The property’s beautiful grounds are great for an outdoor wedding ceremony or cocktail hour, while the ballroom can be used for dinner and the reception. The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve is able to accommodate up to 250 guests comfortably, and has an on-site bridal suite ready for the wedding party to use before the celebration begins. There is ample on-site parking, or you can choose to utilize the venue's valet services. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible, so all your loved ones can join the celebration easily.

Ellis Preserve is the absolute perfect wedding venue! The space is gorgeous and the food is amazing. Our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour. Meg and Mia also went above and beyond to make our day incredible. They couldn't have been more responsive or helpful during the planning process. And on the day of our wedding, the entire staff impressed us. From the bridal attendants to the assistant Maitre Ds, we had constant assistance all day from the best of the best. We couldn't have been happier with our venue selection!

Ellis Preserve is the absolute perfect wedding venue! The space is gorgeous and the food is amazing. Our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour. Meg and Mia also went above and beyond to make our day incredible. They couldn't have been more responsive or helpful during the planning process. And on the day of our wedding, the entire staff impressed us. From the bridal attendants to the assistant Maitre Ds, we had constant assistance all day from the best of the best. We couldn't have been happier with our venue selection!

PERFECT! That is the word to describe everything about The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve and Finley Catering!!! Our coordinator, Megan, was SO incredibly helpful and supportive with any questions we had. The staff on the day of our wedding were amazing and made any worry I had about the logistics completely go away - they made sure I focused on myself and enjoying every moment. The food - SO GOOD - every single guest told us hands down it was the best food they had at a wedding. Everything about our wedding day was perfect and a huge reason for that was picking the perfect venue.

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve would get 10 stars if we could give it. The venue itself is so beautiful - we fell in love with it the moment we saw it. It is so spacious, modern, and elegant. The bridal suite is set up perfectly for everything you may need. We had an on-site ceremony on the lawn and it was a picture perfect set up! The Finley team is also one of a kind. Megan was our event coordinator and she is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. From start to finish she was highly responsive and so knowledgeable. Our maitre'd, Abel, was so personable and not to mention efficient! The rest of the staff - bridal attendants, wait staff, bartenders - they all knocked it out of the park. Everyone there will do everything in their power to ensure that you don't have to think about a thing! Now for food - their package consists of SO MUCH. And it is not an exaggeration when I say that EVERYTHING was so good! I've had many, many people say that this was the best wedding food they've ever had. From the cocktail hour spread, dinner service, to all of the desserts, no one left with an empty stomach. The signature drinks we chose were also very popular with our friends and family. Overall, our experience with the Finley Team and the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was 10/10 perfection. Thanks to them, we had the perfect day!

Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we owe it all to the incredible team at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve/Finley Catering. We had Tina as our venue coordinator and we ended up using her as our florist as well and I cannot say enough amazing things about Tina and the support she provided throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly helpful and communicative with the venue coordination, and I was beyond impressed with her dedication to making my floral dreams a reality. She listened to my ideas and provided valuable insights, helping select the most stunning blooms that suited our style and budget. The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was a dream venue, and every single aspect of our wedding day was truly remarkable. The bridal suite was spacious and fun, the service from start to finish was absolutely impeccable, and the FOOD - I heard from countless guests that this was the best wedding food they have ever had and I could not agree more. The cocktail hour spread was insane, dinner was delicious and every plate was hot, and the dessert spread was off the charts. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure me and the groom, our parents, and our guests felt special and well taken care of. I have to give a special shout out to our maitre d, Abel. I've been in a lot of weddings and I have never seen a maitre d/day of coordinator who is so on top of things yet so chill at the same time. He was funny, incredibly attentive, and made sure we didn't have to think or stress about a single thing on our wedding day. Abel, Tina, and the whole team at Ellis were nothing short of amazing and we are forever grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped us create. The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve checked every single box of what a perfect wedding should be and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!

5 stars isn’t even enough!! Tina was our coordinator and was so great and responsive throughout the entire planning process. He was on top of quite literally everything throughout the entire day. I don’t think I worried about anything at all because he handled it all. All of our guests raved about the food and the fact that all of the entree’s came out hot! And the bartenders were absolutely awesome too!! The whole day was gorgeous and flawless and I can’t recommend the ballroom enough!!!

Absolute perfect wedding night! Could not of been happier with our decision to have our wedding here. Words can’t even begin to express how incredible Finley Catering and the team at Ellis Preserve were for our April 2023 wedding. Special thanks has to be given to both Megan and Abel for providing exceptional service throughout the entire evening. We began our search nearly a year and half in advance and were recommended by friends in the wedding industry to book a Finley Catering venue. When you have vendors who recommended a catering company you know you are getting quality. Our choice was between two Finley venues, Union Trust and Ellis Preserve, but once we toured Ellis Preserve we knew that was the choice. We loved the beautiful grounds and wanted our ceremony on the lawn but unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate and moved inside but in all honesty the Finley team made the room look exceptional and it came out perfect!! The whole planning process was excellent with Megan. She responded quick, communicated great, and was extremely flexible and knowledgeable. You could really tell she wants to provide great service to her clients. Abel was our Maître D for the event and enough can’t be said about his efforts that night. He made sure the night went off without a hitch and was excellent in providing us service and whatever we needed that night. He made sure we really enjoyed our night and took care of any minor details without bothering us. Now onto the food! We had guests that night say this was the best wedding food they ever had and even a few days after we still have people texting us saying how awesome the food was (get the cheesesteak appetizers and the sushi bar!) Everyone told me the dessert setup was incredible since we were busy dancing. Enough can’t be said about the team at Finley. I would highly recommend them and couldn’t be more happy with our selection!

Finely catering is a dream team! Megan was super helpful in answering all of my questions and never made me feel like an annoying bride. She was so accommodating and made me feel much more relaxed during a stressful time. Alll of my guests are raving at how this was the best wedding ever and it was the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding! Cocktail hour is amazing. Bartenders, wait staff also did a great job! Could not recommend this venue more. I wish we could do it all over again! Book this venue- you won’t be sorry!

The day of coordinator (Abel) was an amazing help and Megan Rodano answered any and all of my questions I had (and trust me there were a lot!) Finley catering is an amazing company. The food, the staff, and the day-of coordination are outstanding! Every bartender and waiter was so friendly and helpful. For our wedding, Abel was our maitre d & bridal attendant rolled into one (which I assume was because our guest count was low, but he was working his butt off all day!!) He was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly thanks to his organization, high energy, and commitment to the event! He truly goes above and beyond–he deserves a raise!! Although everything ended up going really well on the day of, it was stressful to work with our coordinator, Tina, leading up to the event. I thought since we had an off season wedding it would be easier to coordinate, but it seems she may be spread too thin. I frequently had to email reminders so things were not overlooked. For example, we asked three times when we could attend a group tasting, and she repeatedly said it wasn’t our turn yet. Then as it got closer to our date I asked again, and she said we had missed all of the tasting dates and we would have to pay to have a private tasting instead or she would try to fit us into another Finley venue’s tasting. Overall, I think all of the Finley catering venues are a great choice, and I was very pleased with how everything turned out in the end!

We got married at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve this weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Guests are still talking about how great everything was from venue to the food and staff. We started off by working with Megan who was a total angel from the start. She is truly such a pleasure to be around and she is a major part of what sold us on the venue. She is so responsive, so helpful, so kind, accommodating and overall amazing at her job. Seeing her on our wedding day just made me feel confident that nothing would go wrong. She is a major asset to this venue and we cannot thank her enough.Abel, the maitre D is a literal saint. He nailed the entire day and made sure it ran so smooth, and if I had a question, a need, a request, he handled it right there on the spot. It was almost unreal how amazing he is at his job. The day was planned out by the minute and it truly could not of gone any better. We also cannot thank him enough and he is another major asset to this venue.Our bridal suite attendant Shannon ( I think that was her name, I’m sorry if it’s wrong) was another amazing amazing person. She saw me getting out of my heels and without hesitation, came over and switched my shoes for me, she made sure we had everything we needed and was such a pleasure to be around . The food was spectacular, absolutely incredible. From the cocktail hour to the entree’s, I was stopped every 5 seconds by guests raving about how good everything was. It was served timely, it was fresh, I wouldn’t change a thing. The bartenders were some of the kindest souls I ever met and kept the guests happy and filled all night. The staff as a whole are truly passionate about what they do and they understand what an important day this is for the bride and groom and we are so happy with our decision to go with this venue. There is not a single thing I would of changed about the entire experience with Finley Catering and it’s staff. 12/10 experience, I would relive it over and over if I could.

We started off by working with Megan who was a total angel from the start. She is truly such a pleasure to be around and she is a major part of what sold us on the venue. She is so responsive, so helpful, so kind, accommodating and overall amazing at her job. Seeing her on our wedding day just made me feel confident that nothing would go wrong. She is a major asset to this venue and we cannot thank her enough.Abel, the maitre D is a literal saint. He nailed the entire day and made sure it ran so smooth, and if I had a question, a need, a request, he handled it right there on the spot. It was almost unreal how amazing he is at his job. The day was planned out by the minute and it truly could not of gone any better. We also cannot thank him enough and he is another major asset to this venue.Our bridal suite attendant Shannon ( I think that was her name, I’m sorry if it’s wrong) was another amazing amazing person. She saw me getting out of my heels and without hesitation, came over and switched my shoes for me, she made sure we had everything we needed and was such a pleasure to be around . The food was spectacular, absolutely incredible. From the cocktail hour to the entree’s, I was stopped every 5 seconds by guests raving about how good everything was. It was served timely, it was fresh, I wouldn’t change a thing. The bartenders were some of the kindest souls I ever met and kept the guests happy and filled all night. The staff as a whole are truly passionate about what they do and they understand what an important day this is for the bride and groom and we are so happy with our decision to go with this venue. There is not a single thing I would of changed about the entire experience with Finley Catering and it’s staff. 12/10 experience, I would relive it over and over if I could.

Working with Finley Catering is honestly a no-brainer. They make every process of wedding planning seamless and stress free. Our event coordinator, Meg, was absolutely amazing! She walked us through every step of the way and was always available if we had any questions. Day of , there is an on site bridal suite that is perfect for getting ready! We had a bridal attendant Shannon, and a maitre D, Abel that made the whole day flawless. Every single one of our guest thought that the food was delicious. Cocktail hour is stations and passed apps, which my guests loved. The entrees come out hot and are so delicious as well. We had an onsite ceremony which we loved. Once guests arrived at 4:30, they did not have to travel until leaving at the end of the night.Finley made us feel so special on our day and we wouldn't change anything!

Our Maitre'D - Abel - was so professional and kept the timeline moving all night so that everything we wanted to happen did and made sure we were able to enjoy all parts of the day. He was comic relief when we needed it and the best ally to have on a hectic day. I cannot recommend Finley Catering, and the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve specifically, enough. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff who work here go above and beyond to make your wedding everything you want it to be and more. The food, drinks, appetizers and desserts are over-the-top delicious. Our friends and family were raving about the cocktail hour (which is our favorite part of any wedding)! We used many of the vendors that were recommended to us by Ellis, which made the entire process so easy and stress free to plan. We especially loved adding the after party at the venue- which made it so fun for all our friends and family to stay and enjoy the party! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Megan- who helped me plan and coordinate everything from the day we booked our venue. She listened to everything we wanted to happen on our wedding day and made it happen with ease. She responded to every email I sent so quickly and always went above and beyond for us. She was also there for us all day during our ceremony and wedding and kept me calm and on-track all night long. I am so thankful to Megan and the whole team at Ellis for making our wedding the most fun night of our lives and for making wedding planning so much fun and stress free. We absolutely loved working with the Finley family to make our wedding dream come true! We actually started touring at Union Trust, but we wanted more of a nature vibe. After meeting with Michelle, and sharing our vision with her, she immediately suggested the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve! We were connected to Trish and she showed us around the ballroom. After just 5 minutes touring, we immediately knew we wanted to get married outside at Ellis!!!! From there, we signed the contract to secure our date, and began planning the wedding of our dreams! All of our other vendors had heard of Finley and Ellis before, most of them already provided their services there for past weddings too, so everyone worked so well together on the day of. Leading up to our special day, we were connected with Tina who helped us plan the best day ever! Tina was so helpful with all the details, with all her experience she really understood our vision and helped us schedule out our day perfectly. Before our big day we had our group tasting where all the food was delicious, and then our menu meeting where we got to make our food choices (and also choose to our upgrades — we used sparklers for our entrance!!!!!!). Tina did a great job leading up to the wedding and then handing us off to Megan (our maitre d). Megan was an excellent communicator and walked us through how the day would work. Megan also led our ceremony rehearsal and did a fantastic job keeping the bridal party informed of how the ceremony would work. Megan also did a phenomenal job the day of the wedding— from the morning of, having breakfast and lunch fully stocked, champagne in the bridal suite (which is BEAUTIFUL), music playing- it was so nice to get ready to! Then Megan organized the bridal party for the ceremony, and afterwards had a drink for me and my husband and also cocktail food waiting for us in the bridal suite!!!! The entire night was so seamless as she helped the show go on (entrances, dinner, drinks ALL night (constantly had a drink in our hands), cake cutting, bouquet tossing). It was all perfect!!!!!! And then, since we didn’t get to eat all our food, Megan had our food boxed up and we got to eat delicious leftovers the next day! Everyone raved about the food, the drinks and the dessert table!!!!! In addition, all our guests loved the lighting in the reception room (which we got to choose). Everything was so personalized and we can’t thank Finley enough. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted somewhere that had outside heaters/fireplaces so when I saw the patio I was sold. I asked if this was something that was offered in the winter and they told me yes as long as it wasn't raining or snowing. Throughout the planning I reassured with them that the patio with the heatlamps, extra bartender, & fireplaces would be set up for our cocktail hour and I was told the same gyst, weather permitted yes. Well we were blessed with a 60° Feb day so I was ecstatic that for sure the patio would be set up. We also had blankets in baskets with signs that were to be placed on the patio floor as soon as you walk out, so guests could sit around the fire with blankets and their drinks. So you can imagine my disappointment when I got to my cocktail hour with 30 mins to spare and nothing was set up outside. My blankets were placed in the cocktail hour room on tables (we paid $200 to have them set everything up for us and this was not what was explained at all) and the patio was not open. There were no cushions on the seats, no heaters or fireplaces turned on, and no bartender outside. Guests were walking around with blankets in their hands thinking they were wedding favors. I was so disappointed. Instead of spending those extra 30 minutes saying hello to all our guests and enjoying some of our cocktail hour food like we had planned, I searched for the coordinator who assured me they would get it set up right away so I could at least have it for the after party. Ok no big deal, except it was again never set up. All they did was turn on the heatlamps. Then for the ceremony a few of our guests had accidently messed up the aisle runner & decor going to their seats, instead of going out and fixing it before we walked down the aisle they just told us to be careful not to trip. We then paid $25 per person for a lunch to be provided. We ordered it for 14 people and there was not enough. My dad and brothers ended up going up the road to a restaurant and paying for second lunch. They served chicken breast, hummus & some veggies and there was not even a single chicken breast for each person. It was not worth $25 per person. We also had a bridal suite attendant who we saw only once the whole day. After dealing with the mess of the cocktail hour I didn't get to try any of the food so when we were first coming into the reception hall I asked one of the staff (who was very sweet and accommodating to me, no sarcasm) if she could get me a plate of just some random things from the cocktail hour and she apologized and said no sorry it's all gone. 5 mins after the cocktail hour it's all gone? She was able to get me some pasta and that's it. Lastly, I really had to keep track of my receipts. They were constantly getting the numbers wrong on what was paid and what wasnt paid so thank god I made lists of everything. Now let's end on the positives. The venue is gorgeous, they staff was super friendly and kind. The food for the cocktail hour and reception was AMAZING. My guests are still talking about it. Dessert and coffee bar was a hit and they did an excellent job of packing up my decor to pick up the next day to take home. I didn't lose a single thing. The after party was loads of fun and overall the night was a success. I just hope for future weddings they pay a little more attention to details and have a little more organization.

I would definitely recommend having your wedding at Finley ballroom! It is a gorgeous venue with beautiful indoor and outdoor space and is so classy! Although I didn’t eat much of the cocktail hour food, the guests raved about how great it was. The Finley ballroom is a well oiled machine and they definitely understand how to run a wedding smoothly. I love how the main bar is located in the ballroom so your guests don’t have to leave the ballroom to get a drink. I also hate at weddings when you have to wait a long time to get a drink at a wedding and none of our guests had this issue. It could’ve just been that our guest count was only 130, but either way there was no waiting for drinks. The bridal suite is huge and gorgeous and the food they provide is amazing! I’ve been in many weddings where essentially the bridesmaids are at the venue getting ready through both breakfast and lunch but only one meal is provided. My bridesmaids said this was the best getting ready food they’ve had at any wedding! There were very few if any negatives at the wedding. Just a few were the bridal suite was freezing! They were trying to keep it cool while getting ready but it was way too cold, so if you are getting your girls getting ready outfits I’d choose long sleeves. Also the stairs when you walk into the venue are very hard to navigate if you have elderly guests. Overall, we had a great experience with the Finley Ballroom and would definitely recommend having your wedding there!

Our wedding at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was everything we could have hoped for! The whole day was perfect, from the food to the atmosphere to the amazing service. Where do I even begin with how amazing Finley is! Our wedding at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was like a dream. We booked Ellis a little under two years prior to our wedding. We loved Trish Finley and she was a huge part of why we chose that venue. Ellis is absolutely gorgeous! One of the biggest selling points is the absolutely stunning bridal suite. That really made the entire morning so relaxing and enjoyable. Tina, our event coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was communicative, responsive, and very patient with all of our questions. She made sure everything was in place to make sure we had the perfect wedding. We also worked with Brielle and Megan, who were both incredible. They were so kind, fun, and attentive. You honestly don't need a planner with all of the people wonderful people at Finely. On the day of, Shannon was my bridal attendant and she was just awesome. The entire staff is first class! We've received so many compliments about every aspect, but especially the food. The food really is the best! Our guests were particularly impressed with the dessert room. Everything was flawless and we wouldn't change a thing. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Having our wedding reception at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was hands down the best decision we could have made! With only 6 months to plan a wedding, they made booking a venue so so easy. Tina and Megan are the dream team and have been since day one. They were always one email/text/call away. Tina was so helpful with choosing some of the design and decor elements with her extensive experience in event planning and Megan kept us in line with schedule and made sure little things we needed on the day of. Shannon was our AMAZING bridal attendant and it was so nice having her around all day from start to finish. She paid attention to details in the ballroom and made sure we had everything we needed in the bridal suite. I know they all have worked so many weddings but they never made it feel like that. They shared in my excitement for our big day and made us feel so supported and special and we are so grateful for them! The venue itself is so glamourous and doesn't really need much to decorate the space. Everything was super clean and felt very luxurious. The grounds are amazing for pictures and we had ample parking spaces for our guests. I feel like people don't expect to go to weddings and have good food but The FOOD AT ELLIS WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! From the EXTENSIVE cocktail hour, to the entree options, to the epic dessert room, to the philly inspired after party cheesesteaks and soft pretzels. Everyone found something they loved and could not stop raving about it. The staff (bartenders, servers, chefs) were full of life and energy and were so attentive to our guests. We seriously can't believe how perfect our day and we know a lot of it has to do with booking at Ballroom at Ellis Preserve! it is a one stop shop and they take out the stress of wedding planning. Thank you to the whole team who made that day possible!!

We postponed our reception due to COVID and they could not have been nicer. Pushed out a full year but was 1000% worth the wait. We worked with Megan through the whole process and she is a joy. She’s organized but laid back and really put me at ease! Shannon was my day-of attendant and was a gem!! Not only were my husband and I taken care of throughout the entire day with fresh drinks and water, our parents were too! Our guests raved about the food and the amount and quality of the food provided is unmatched! Used the bridal suite to get ready and it was absolutely perfect. We had a band for our reception and chose the Finley after party including a DJ, continued open bar and more food! Elegant, classic, timeless and perfect. We would choose Finley and Ellis again and again!!

A few weeks back, I had my wedding reception at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. I can’t begin to express how thrilled we were with our experience. Firstly, the staff was amazing! Megan and Brielle (the Event Manager and Maitre D’s) were the best team! Aside from being two of the nicest people we’ve ever worked with, they were both total pros. They communicated so often with us and made sure we knew and understood every step of the process. Also, they coordinated with all our vendors throughout the day so that we didn’t have anything to worry about. They anticipated our needs before we were even aware of them. The servers and bartenders were so kind and personable. The service was impeccable! Many of our guests commented how the bartenders were able to remember their orders throughout the night. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names!The food! Wow! Chef Ralph and his staff prepared the most delicious tasting cocktail hour selections, entrees and desserts. A month later and guests are still raving about the amount of options and top notch quality. The venue is stunning inside and out. Our photographer found so many hidden gems on the grounds for first looks and wedding party pics. The ballroom, cocktail/dessert room and the patio area are just gorgeous. Lastly the price was fair and affordable based on the quality and quantity of food and the exceptional service we received. There were add ons that were optional. We opted to add on the flower wall at the last minute and I highly recommend. It makes for beautiful photos! I highly recommend The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. A few weeks back, I had my wedding reception at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. I can’t begin to express how thrilled we were with our experience. Firstly, the staff was amazing! Megan and Brielle (the Event Manager and Maitre D’s) were the best team! Aside from being two of the nicest people we’ve ever worked with, they were both total pros. They communicated so often with us and made sure we knew and understood every step of the process. Also, they coordinated with all our vendors throughout the day so that we didn’t have anything to worry about. This venue has it all! Our wedding was held at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve and coordinated by Finley Catering - and it was amazing. The cost of the wedding was reasonable considering everything they include, and their team is so professional! Megan, Brielle, and the whole team were kind, professional, and made everything go as smoothly as possible from start to finish. We originally had to reschedule due to the pandemic, and they were very flexible considering the circumstances. With our new date we were still able to enjoy a tasting, have our pre-wedding meeting, and the big day went off perfectly. On the day of, a bride's biggest worry is having to handle all of the little details, but with Finley you will have a coordinator, which eases so much of the stress the week and day of! They help with communicating with your other vendors, and allow you to sit back and enjoy your wedding day. My husband and I wouldn't change a thing! Between the outdoor option for a ceremony, the gorgeous ballroom, a beautiful cocktail room and patio, and a hair and makeup suite - you can't go wrong! The Hilton hotel is also located across the street and it's a 5 minute shuttle ride! The food was some of the best dishes we've ever had, the grounds and ballroom were beautiful, the day had an easy flow to it, and we still hear how much people enjoyed our wedding even months later. If you are still looking for a venue, you can't go wrong!

They are true professionals and their venues, even outside under a tent - were MAGNIFICENT.The whole organization from the leadership team, to the venue teams, and the staff is pure class and extremely considerate, respectful, and professional. They made ourselves and our guests so comfortable, welcomed, and we were able to have our dream wedding because of the help from the Finley Catering team.

I can't say enough amazing things about this venue. I am forever a \"Corona Bride\" but I couldn't have asked for a better venue to work with during this time. My original date was 3/28/20. - less than two weeks after the country shut down. Trisha and Kat could not have been more understanding to the situation and did everything they could to reschedule all the couples to the best of their ability. I was rescheduled twice. From 3/28/20 to 7/2/20 to finally 9/19/20. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions at the time, our event could only be held in the tent outside. Honestly, Finley did such an incredible job that I quickly forgot we were in a tent. It was beautiful, beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Megan, the day of coordinator, is the best in the business. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we pictured it and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. To say everything was perfect, isn't even strong enough for how we feel. The service was impeccable, you would not have thought we were in a tent outside the venue. Everything ran seamlessly. If they can do that amazing of a job, with the added challenge of a tent outside, I can only imagine how incredible they are inside their ballroom.The food was out of this world. Our wedding was over a month ago, and I still have people talking about it. From the cocktail hour to dessert and dinner in between, everything was spot on. A beautiful venue - inside and out. Our pictures came out amazingly. Incredible food, great people to work with. Can't ask for anything more. We love Finley!!

We were pretty adamant about keeping the date and the team really worked with us to help make the day more perfect than we could have ever imagined. We tented the front lawn at Ellis and last minute moved the ceremony from a church to the front steps at Ellis as well. The whole Finley team was AMAZING from start to finish during the planning transition and the whole entire day. It even poured right after the ceremony and with the swift actions of their team this didn't put a glitch in the day at all. The whole space was gorgeous, food was delicious and service above and beyond. Even with all the Covid restrictions, the Finley family made our guests feel safe the entire time and made sure everyone stayed dry and had a great time. Truly the best vendor !

Where do I even begin with expressing my gratitude to Finley Catering and all the wonderful people who made our wedding night so incredible! Booking the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve and Finley Catering was our best decision in this entire wedding! From the very beginning, before you even meet anyone, the building and landscaping is gorgeous. Then you step inside and the ballroom is even MORE beautiful! Carly was amazing and really made us feel so special. She was prompt with emails and helpful in any and every way. While we planned this wedding from distance, they always welcomed us in as if we were family at any meeting when we were in the area and were very understanding of making big decisions over the phone/email. Our day of coordinator, Megan, was an absolute dream to work with those final days before the wedding! She was so calm yet so excited for us and wanted the day to be just as spectacular as we had always imagined. Between her and Brielle, we always had a drink in our hands and made sure our parents were a priority and were well taken care of as well. Megan and Brielle worked so well as a team and everything went as smoothly as they predicted, showing their knowledge of the industry and professionalism the whole way. Rachel, our bridal attendant, was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed - even providing a blanket for a cold bridesmaid and adjusting the room temp. We had so many amazing reviews from our guests and it is all thanks to Finley Catering. They know what they are doing and it shows in the quality of their work, food and staff. Every guest was blown away by the amazing food that continued to appear throughout the whole night! I can't send enough thank yous to all those at Finley Catering who made my guests and bride/groom feel so welcomed and so special throughout the entire night. Where do I even begin with expressing my gratitude to Finley Catering and all the wonderful people who made our wedding night so incredible! Booking the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve and Finley Catering was our best decision in this entire wedding! From the very beginning, before you even meet anyone, the building and landscaping is gorgeous. Then you step inside and the ballroom is even MORE beautiful! Carly was amazing and really made us feel so special. She was prompt with emails and helpful in any and every way. While we planned this wedding from distance, they always welcomed us in as if we were family at any meeting when we were in the area and were very understanding of making big decisions over the phone/email. Our day of coordinator, Megan, was an absolute dream to work with those final days before the wedding! She was so calm yet so excited for us and wanted the day to be just as spectacular as we had always imagined. Between her and Brielle, we always had a drink in our hands and made sure our parents were a priority and were well taken care of as well. From the moment we walked into the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve, we knew we found our wedding venue - it is stunning. Our coordinator, Trish, was wonderful to work with during the planning process...super responsive via email (so key) and quick to address any questions or concerns we had. Megan, the day of coordinator, is EVERYTHING. Talk about someone who is absolutely incredible at her job! As the bride, I did not have to worry about one thing -- Megan took care of it all. Also, our bridal attendant/head waiter, Brielle, was an amazing addition to our day. Always kept our champagne glasses filled and made sure we had everything we needed through out the day/night. The food at the Ballroom is unreal and I only wish we could go back and eat everything again! All our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour/dinner and how accommodating the staff was. We had a such a wonderful experience with Finley Catering and we are so appreciative of the amazing day they helped create.

I cannot even start to explain how amazing Finley and the staff at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was. First and foremost, Tricia did not leave our side throughout the entire process. On the day of, Megan was nothing short of amazing. She kept our day, bridal party, and vendors all in check. I had some extra eliminate that were surprises the day of and she did an impeccable job with executing every and all requests with perfection. The bartenders, bridal suite attendant, and all staff were so nice and so accommodating. Guests were talking about individual staff members and how amazing they were the next day and beyond. And the food....the food was out of this world. Guests are still talking about how incredible it was and how much there was. I truly could not have been happier with every aspect of our wedding and the job that The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve did. SO thankful we went with this venue!

This venue is beautiful, you don’t need a review to tell you that. Our pictures are breathtaking both inside and out. But let me just say that the food was incredible and the staff was more helpful than I could’ve imagined. I’ve had guests telling me it was the best cocktail hour they have ever seen. I’ve been to so many weddings where the food was disappointing and I refused to let ours be another one of them. Even the vegetarian option was delicious! The staff went above and beyond at every turn and catered to us all night long. I don’t think I ever had an empty glass in my hand, Brielle or Megan was always there to hand me a full one! Thank you to the entire team at the Ballroom for such an unforgettable night!

But let me just say that the food was incredible and the staff was more helpful than I could’ve imagined. I’ve had guests telling me it was the best cocktail hour they have ever seen. I’ve been to so many weddings where the food was disappointing and I refused to let ours be another one of them. Even the vegetarian option was delicious! The staff went above and beyond at every turn and catered to us all night long. I don’t think I ever had an empty glass in my hand, Brielle or Megan was always there to hand me a full one! Thank you to the entire team at the Ballroom for such an unforgettable night!

We had our wedding reception at the Ballroom on 1/25/19, and I cannot recommend this venue more! From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Carly was wonderful to work with; she answered all of my questions quickly and was so friendly! I felt very comfortable and calm during the planning process because of her help. On the day of, Megan and the serving staff were UNBELIEVABLE. They made sure that we always had drinks in our hands, took special care of our parents and bridal party, and made sure that each and every guest had a wonderful experience. The food was divine - our guests are still raving about it! If you want a stress-free, incredible wedding that people will be talking about for years to come, look no further! My only wish is that I could relive the day over and over again.
