The Barn at Trinity Peak was an amazing and beautiful venue. Carolyn and her staff were very attentive to our needs and very helpful. Our guests also gave us several compliments about the silo bathrooms and bartenders. I highly recommend this venue.

As the venue is beautiful and my wedding was wonderful, it would have been better if Carolyn was not there. Contrary to her promise, she was the only person that added stress to my day.She went out of her way to tell me a groomsmen spilled beer on himself right before walking down the aisle only to tell me after that it was OK and he was dry. It was not an overly hot day, however, the barn is only cooled by large industrial fans with only the bar in the back room having A/C which led to a lot of guests to want to stand in there. As it was time for the dance floor to open up, they moved only a few tables making it too small to accommodate 120 guests and when we asked if we could move a few more tables to make a bigger space for dancing it was a big ordeal and we felt as though we were asking a lot.The bartenders were great, the help was great, especially Jane/Jay? She made us feel so special and attended to. It is unfortunate to say that and the end of all of this, I just feel scammed. Even a groomsmen had to ask me who Carolyn was and why she was there making everything more stressful for everyone throughout the day. Thankfully, everyone at my wedding made the day perfect and special, but I can't understand why of all people, the owner of the venue was the one to give me this negative remembrance of the day.

She is very fairly priced and I had so many guests saying how nice Carolyn was and how beautiful the venue was. We were very happy with our decision to host our wedding here!

We got married at the barn on 5/14/21 and it was a perfect day. From the first time my husband and I toured the venue, we knew it was special. I love the mix of rustic real barn vibes with silo bathrooms, combined with modern updates, like the uplighting and heating/cooling. The grounds are immaculate, with a beautiful outdoor ceremony spot, and several locations for great pictures, including cherry blossom trees! We love that the whole venue seemed âopenâ with the barn doors remaining open to the outdoor cocktail area, and the indoor lounge connecting to the main area. The best part of the venue was Carolyn and her staff. She answered my many questions and had tons of advice and knowledge to give. Carolyn was so helpful and welcoming, she made the barn the perfect venue!

My husband and I loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at Barn at Trinity Peak! Carolyn was so helpful and patient during the months leading up to the big day and was such a HUGE help on the day of! She has a ton of props and decor to use, which saved us a lot of time and unnecessary expense. We got TONS of compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was. My husband and I truly had a perfect wedding day and Carolyn was a big part of that. Would definitely recommend this venue!

Carolyn and her crew at the Barn at Trinity Peak were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are so welcoming we really felt like we were at home and at the same time their professionalism was note worthy. Their knowledge and relationships with other vendors helped us immensely with planning. The venue itself is STUNNING. We had our ceremony outside and our reception in the barn. Although Carolyn was happy to let us use any decor she has (which is quite a bit!) the space needs minimal decorating. We highly recommend the Barn at Trinity Peak to any couple looking for a wedding venue in the future.

The Barn at Trinity Peak was hands down AMAZING. From start to finish Carolyn was great to work with. Our wedding day was seamless, her staff was spectacular and don't even get me started on just how gorgeous the venue is! The barn with the new garage doors is bright and airy in the daytime and cozy at night, perfect for celebrating on the dance floor.Our outside ceremony was spectacularly beautiful as was the flow from the cocktail hour outside straight to the reception in the barn. Her staff helped guide our guests so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The shuttle from the parking lot down the road to the barn went as often as my guests needed and nobody was left stranded or waiting. I wish I could give TBP 10 stars. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Carolyn and her staff were wonderful and the barn was top notch stunning.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the Barn at Trinity Peak. We attended a summer family wedding there and to begin, the place is very nice looking, but they have a huge problem keeping their guests comfortable and cool.As it was a summer wedding, the temperatures were higher, and they offered no air conditioning in the main barn where all the guests sat for dinner and dancing. When asked, they said that the barn fans would cool the venue, but that was definitely not the case!! It was hot and sticky, which made it difficult to enjoy. A few fans circulating in that size facility, does not work, it just moves the hot air around. In addition, they closed the large barn door at approx. 9:00 p.m., making it more miserable inside. They have one room in back away from the main hall that is air conditioned, but that is away from all of the activity and festivities. So please beware, that barn fans do not cool the barn down, and it does make for a very uncomfortable experience for your guests:(

Beautiful Venue, exceptional staff, best day of our lives.The owner Carolyn made everything run like clockwork as was only one of the many reasons we booked this place. It was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive of similar venues in the area. In my opinion it is the prettiest and most well maintained rustic venue that I saw by far. We loved the personal touches we could add that complimented the gorgeous things they already had. Our pictures turned out better than imagined and we got endless compliments from guests on what a unique and beautiful venue we chose. I have another friend who asked if I wouldn't mind if she could get married there too. Before we picked I read other reviews most of which were all raving about this place, I think the only negative review I saw was probably someone of an older generation who didn't quite understand the rustic wedding thing....so that really reassured me, and that's why I am writing this now as I want to reassure other couples who are nervous to choose a venue just like I was. Thank you Thank you Thank you The Barn at Trinity Peak!

I had my wedding reception here and I am so thankful for such an AMAZING venue that made my day so perfect! I couldn't think of a better barn venue. The owner, Carolyn, made everything absolutely perfect and flawless. The site was amazing with so much to offer.

The Barn at Trinity Peak was overall a nice venue. Our ceremony ended up being indoors which was not exactly what we were hoping for. We rented the grounds for a rehearsal, only to find out we were not allowed to go inside the barn because it was already set for a wedding happening the next day. We wanted to rehearse inside as poor weather was expected for our wedding day. Carolyn added a bit of unnecessary stress moments before the ceremony was going to start after one of her employee opened a door which caused a shade to bend, caused by backdraft of air after she opened windows. The venue only seats 160 +/head table (on the main barn floor, we sat 10 guests per table) if you choose to do a buffet style dinner. That information was not clear to us until only a few weeks before ceremony. Because our guests needed to sit in the barn for the ceremony, the aisle was not wide enough for three people to talk down at once (bride was walking with both parents). Overall, we and guests had a fun night, we just wished we knew a bit more about the venue, prior to booking.

We canât say enough great things. Our wedding this September was perfection. The ceremony site was nicely arranged and well manicured. The staff was excellent. Using a mix of the Barns large array of decor in addition to our own, it felt truly 5 stars from beginning to end! We would highly recommend this venue!

The Barn was the perfect venue. We liked that we could get married outside and have our reception on all on site and use the caterer we wanted. The setting was so beautiful that we barely had to decorate.

The Barn at Trinity Peak was a better venue than we ever could have asked for. Carolyn is so nice and great to work with and it was so easy to set up beforehand and the entire reception went smoothly without a single problem. It really made our day great. We have got more compliments on our wedding and the classiness of our reception than we ever could have without this venue. We would strongly recommend the Barn at Trinity Peak; it's worth every penny.

Our guests continuously used the words \"perfection\" and \"elegant\" to describe our event. The Barn at Trinity Peak is spacious, providing a lot of roaming room for guests. We had about 115 guests and a full band; we had plenty of room for a dancing and celebrating. It even sprinkled late in the evening and the barn was a perfect oasis and we didn't skip a beat. We loved The Barn and would refer it to anyone to celebrate their wedding or any special event!

Carolyn Hewitt (Owner) After I moved back to WI in 2013 I totally renovated my 1800 dairy barn transforming the space into what is now known as Barn at Trinity Peak. From its southern yellow pine plank floors and stunning, vaulted ceilings to its prized stucco silo restrooms, Barn at Trinity Peak oozes nostalgia â plus, itâs incredibly Instagrammable. I have been in the event business for over 30 years. We are as hands-on as you want us to be. We assist with set-up, all tear down and include day-of coordination. We provide an stress-fee day. In the free time I like to spend time with my dog, Olive.
