Bartlett Hills Golf Club & Banquets is a wedding venue based in Bartlett, IL. You would be our exclusive wedding reception for the evening where up to 230 guests will enjoy the ambiance of our updated and expanded Ballroom. The venue is elegant and charmingly rustic with mahogany woodwork & beams leading to the vaulted ceiling. Views from the outdoor Veranda and picture windows surrounding the ballroom overlook the sweeping golf course and pond with lighted fountain. We have two different types of Wedding Packages for you to choose from: Our Traditional Wedding Package and our Casual Wedding Package. Both offer exclusive access to the venue for the day as well as all your open bar needs and cuisine. Both are priced per person and can be tailored to fit your needs. Your Classic wedding package includes a 4 1/2 hour premium bar, unlimited wine or champagne with dinner, bridal table champagne toast, fresh flower vase centerpieces, colored linens, plated or buffet selections and wedding cake. Or upgrade to the Ultimate Package with lots of bells & whistles. No venue or room rental fees. Friday and Sunday weddings have no minimums and offer a 10% discount respectively. All off season wedding from November through April have a 10% discount and complimentary hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. The Casual Wedding Package offers a more laid back atmosphere and includes a 5 hour bar, food stations and passed appetizers throughout the dinner service. Bartlett Hills was the perfect place to have our wedding. Evan was super nice, and paid great attention to detail. I mentioned in passing at our food tasting that a specific table would need non-alcoholic wine, and without mentioning it again, the wine was at the table our wedding day. The venue was super flexible with working with other vendors and putting up our own decorations. And the food is very delicious and worth the cost. Me and my husband cannot recommend Bartlett enough!

Bartlett Hills was the perfect place to have our wedding. Evan was super nice, and paid great attention to detail. I mentioned in passing at our food tasting that a specific table would need non-alcoholic wine, and without mentioning it again, the wine was at the table our wedding day. The venue was super flexible with working with other vendors and putting up our own decorations. And the food is very delicious and worth the cost. Me and my husband cannot recommend Bartlett enough!

I canât say enough good things about this venue. I was fortunate as the mother of the groom to be included in much of the planning. From the tasting until the very last minute the night of the wedding , they couldnât be more accommodating and helpful.As I helped with some decorating items - once I dropped them off - they executed everything perfectly and had it packed up and ready to be picked up the next morning. I highly recommended Bartlett Hill Golf Club and Banquets!

I canât say enough good things about this venue. I was fortunate as the mother of the groom to be included in much of the planning. I had my wedding reception at Bartlett Hills in early October and it was incredible! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the venue was beautiful. We worked with Evan, and he was so kind and helped our wedding run smoothly! I sent him countless emails throughout the wedding planning process, and he always responded very quickly, which I greatly appreciated. You get so much for your money with the wedding packages, from the cake to the linens, and everything else in between. I loved that they had some fall decor that we could use to decorate the space, and we brought in some of our own decorations too. On the wedding day, they let us use golf carts to take pictures outside, which was super fun. Overall, I highly recommend Bartlett Hills for a wedding reception!

He was so responsive via email to all of my questions, concerns and needs! All of my guests were so complimentary of the venue, the food and the staff! My only complaints are the following: the fireplace wasn't turned on for the reception when we were told it would be, there were no vases on the head table for the bridesmaids bouquets, there was no greenery on the fireplace mantle as requested previously, and I did not have any sauce on my dinner plate. I checked in with a few guests and the sauce was left out on their plates as well. These are minor complaints. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to have their reception here! I cannot thank the team at this venue enough for making my wedding day an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning of the planning process, the event manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that my vision for the day was brought to life. The staff at the venue were also exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to lend a hand. They made my guests feel welcome and ensured that everyone was comfortable throughout the event. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they truly went out of their way to make my wedding day a success.The venue itself was stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views. It provided the perfect backdrop for my special day, and I couldn't have asked for a more romantic setting. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was maintained to a very high standard.Overall, I cannot recommend this venue enough. The event manager and the staff truly exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a beautiful and memorable location to host your wedding, this venue should be at the top of your list.

FANTASTIC! We held a family bridal shower at Bartlett Hills and it was perfect.The golf course view from the banquet room along with the patio made a perfect setting for socializing and pictures.The team (Ethan and Laura) were attentive but not intrusive during our event. FANTASTIC! Working with Bartlett Hills Golf Club was the best wedding decision we made. We personally worked with Evan, who was fantastic from start to finish. Evan took the time to explain all details of the wedding packages. He was kind, knowledgable, and you could tell he really cares about making your vision come to life. He was available to answer any and all questions throughout the wedding planning process. You get SO MUCH for your money at this venue. Our wedding package included passed hors d'oeuvres, a delicious dinner (bread, salad, soup, entree), the WEDDING CAKE (!!), sweets table, table linens, customized flower arrangements for the guest tables, open bar, champagne service for the head table, wine service for guest tables during dinner, and the use of their decorations for the foyer. On top of all that, I was able to drop off my own decorations a few days before the wedding and explain to Evan how I wanted everything to look. He labeled everything and the room was set up beautifully the day of the wedding. You also get to use golf carts to take pictures around the golf course the day of the wedding. My wedding party and I had a lot of fun driving around with our photographer and videographer. The staff even recommended places to take pictures. All of this was included in our wedding package. I don't know of any other venue that provides so much at such a reasonable price. Weddings are so expensive, but we were able to remain within budget thanks to all that is included with this venue.Bartlett Hills Golf Club made everything stress-free from start to finish. They are professional, exceptional, and down-to-Earth people to work with. So many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had been to in years or even the best they had ever been to. I credit this to the wonderful service that Bartlett Hills Golf Club provides.Thank you to Evan and all staff for making our wedding such a special day for us. We will never forget your kindness and the beautiful memories you helped to create! I'd highly recommend this venue to any and all brides. You won't regret it!

Amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great space, great food, and great service! The food was absolutely amazing from the sandwiches we had for getting ready to the dinner. We decided to go with the casual food experience and 10/10 recommend that! They had plenty of options to choose from and we were able to incorporate some of our favorite food. Thereâs absolutely nothing negative that I could say about this venue. Evan and his team did a fantastic job and I canât thank them enough.

Working with Bartlett Hills Golf Club and Banquets was an absolute pleasure! They are super flexible with whichever vendors you choose, and any requests you have they will find a way to accommodate. We were also extremely impressed with Evan. He makes sure that everything is all set, and makes sure that you have exactly what you need. He is super responsive and always answers with a smile. I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed working with Evan. An absolutely amazing person!The venue itself is beautiful, with wall to ceiling glass windows all around the ballroom overlooking the golf course and beautiful pond, as well as a nice veranda where guests can hang out outside. You can choose to also have your ceremony at the venue, and they offer both indoor and outdoor space. We chose to have our ceremony indoors, and it was perfect. The venue put the dividing wall up and after the ceremony the staff moved the chairs and arch out of the way and moved the tables over, and took the dividing wall down which opened up the entire ballroom for the reception. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef was accommodating to our request to switch from blue cheese to feta for our salads, as well as the dietary needs of our guests. The venue also offers an excellent value for weddings not held on Saturdays - there is no minimum. Our only issue with the venue was that there were so many golfers out that we were not able to go out on the course with our photographer and were very limited to the areas which we could take photos. This is understandable, as we would be holding up golfers, and there's also a risk of safety. We highly recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone looking for a flexible and beautiful venue!

We had our wonderful wedding at Bartlett Hills on December 10. The venue and staff were nothing short of amazing! Our wedding coordinators, Evan and Laura, wowed us from the minute we started our wedding planning process. They were super prompt and attentive to any questions or requests I had along the way. Our wedding day ran so smoothly with their help as they ensured every detail was perfect! We dropped off our decor a few days before the wedding and they set it up beautifully. It was better than I even imagined! They are truly 10/10 coordinators! Additionally, the venue and ballroom were absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony in front of the big windows and the pictures turned out amazing. I highly recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone planning a wedding! We don't even know where to begin other than saying we are so GLAD we went with Bartlett Hills Golf Club for our wedding venue! We had a few options before we visited Bartlett Hills and believed it was going to be a tough choice but after meeting with Evan (The event coordinator) we knew right away they were the right decision. Evan helped us so much with the planning process and even when we sent him a question via email at 10 PM he got back to us right away. At no point did we feel like we did not have enough information or guidance. Also we did not have very much decorations we provided and dropped off what we had the day before. The staff took care of setting up and placing what we provided and did a fantastic job decorating the venue to match our colors. We were so impressed when we saw what they had done from just us telling them our colors. The staff all around was very friendly from the servers to the bartender Karol (Or Carol). All of our guests were very impressed and we received an abundance of compliments regarding the venue. This was the most special day of our lives and we were able to have a great time, stay in our budget, and have a lot of the stress of planning a wedding relieved by the accommodating, personable, and understanding personality of Evan and his staff. Thank you Bartlett Hills for hosting our special day!

Words can not begin to describe how AMAZING this place is. Even, Laura and the team at this placeâŚThere are no words other then you want your wedding or WHATEVER you are celebrating here. When we first reached out Evan he was SO accommodating, patient, and kind. He answered EVERY question we had and raised questions we didnât even know we had. His attention to detail is something to be amazed. The communication with them was so easy and clear. Every time we had a question they would respond so quick. The cost was so incredibly reasonable itâs hard to believe. We got flowers, cake, the venue, open bar all in one.I was a pretty chill bride and didnât know much about decoration but didnât have the budget to hire a decorator. I literally gave Evan a box of what we wanted for center pieces, and another for favors and when I tell you this man made this place look BEAUTIFUL with what he had, he did. I could literally cry with how happy he and his team made me. During the wedding day, it was supposed to be outdoor but there was potential for rain. He gave be OPTIONS on how we where to do the indoor wedding if it rained. But praise the Lord, it did not and we had a beautiful outdoor wedding. It was packed on the patio but itâs just our style, cozy. I had family say how impressed they where with the service. They said the food was amazing and they where so full. They also said that it was one of the best weddings they have been to because of the service, food and of course the people. Overall, Rodolfo and I have joked about getting divorced just so we can have our wedding again. It was so perfect, and so unreal and Evan and his team made this happen for us. Thank you for making the day one we will NEVER forget.

We got flowers, cake, the venue, open bar all in one.I was a pretty chill bride and didnât know much about decoration but didnât have the budget to hire a decorator. I literally gave Evan a box of what we wanted for center pieces, and another for favors and when I tell you this man made this place look BEAUTIFUL with what he had, he did. I could literally cry with how happy he and his team made me. During the wedding day, it was supposed to be outdoor but there was potential for rain. He gave be OPTIONS on how we where to do the indoor wedding if it rained. But praise the Lord, it did not and we had a beautiful outdoor wedding. It was packed on the patio but itâs just our style, cozy. I had family say how impressed they where with the service. They said the food was amazing and they where so full. They also said that it was one of the best weddings they have been to because of the service, food and of course the people. Overall, Rodolfo and I have joked about getting divorced just so we can have our wedding again. It was so perfect, and so unreal and Evan and his team made this happen for us. Thank you for making the day one we will NEVER forget.

Wow!!! This place was amazing. Beautiful grounds for amazing pictures and a beautiful area for ceremony and reception. All inclusive venue is definitely the way to go but what sets this place aside from the others is Evan! Your wedding coordinator and the experience he has is what makes the difference. The venue was ready for anything and everything and Evan was there to make the whole experience a magical one. It even rained and the transition between outdoor and indoor ceremony was seamless. Well organized is and understatement. From my point of view, it would not have been as smooth if we had gone anywhere else.

Before the pandemic, we chose Bartlett Hills because we knew it was a beautiful venue and because it was very reasonably priced compared to other venues we had walked through. I'm the kind of person that needs organization and communication to get through any project, and I felt through this process that Evan and his team were like my own personal wedding planning group.They were always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease. Now that we have had to put our wedding on hold for the second time, we have made the tough decision to postpone indefinitely until things are more predictable, which has broken our hearts, but again, unlike the majority of our vendors, Bartlett Hills was immediately open to refunding our deposits and was more than accommodating.We will always keep this establishment in mind for our future events, and will always be thankful for the time, attention, and care they put into our special day.

I'm the kind of person that needs organization and communication to get through any project, and I felt through this process that Evan and his team were like my own personal wedding planning group.They were always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease. Now that we have had to put our wedding on hold for the second time, we have made the tough decision to postpone indefinitely until things are more predictable, which has broken our hearts, but again, unlike the majority of our vendors, Bartlett Hills was immediately open to refunding our deposits and was more than accommodating.We will always keep this establishment in mind for our future events, and will always be thankful for the time, attention, and care they put into our special day.

I cannot recommend Bartlett Hills enough. Evan and his team were beyond fantastic, attending to literally my husband's and my every need in every stage of the wedding, from planning to suggesting vendors to everything the evening of. Every food allergy was handled without any issue, and Evan worked so closely with us to ensure we had the most wonderful night. We had 175 guests, which fit just right in the space. Cozy, warm, and perfect for a winter wedding.

We dropped off a FULL carload of decorations the week of the wedding and Evan and team took care of setting it all up and everything looked stunning! It made it very stress-free for us! They also took care of the clean up and packed up all our things. They didnât require that we take the decorations home with us that night which was helpful because that was the last thing we wanted to worry about on our wedding night! I cannot say enough good things about Evan. He was very professional yet warm and is great at his job! The food was delicious! Chef Dustin is amazing! He did a fantastic job creating delicious dishes for our guests with food sensitivities and his food presentation is beautiful! The price is very reasonable for Bartlett Hill especially considering all that is included. I definitely recommend Bartlett Hill Golf Club and Banquets!

Bartlett Hills was such an amazing venue we loved it so much! They took care of literally everything for us. We arrived in the morning and got ready on site with all of my bridesmaids in the huge bridal suite, there is even a mini fridge so you can bring food and champagne. We did all of our photos there on the huge grounds and they were stunning. Evan and his team treat you like total VIPs and take care of everything. They decorated the arch and outdoor ceremony site for us and it was so gorgeous. They also handled all of the table decorations, lighting, the cake and everything in between I didnt have to worry about anything. We even had an issue with my uncle and his family cancelling a few days before due to his cancer treatment, and then day of he felt well enough to attend and on such short notice Evan accommodated them with no issues it was so nice and made me feel so happy that they were able to have a meal too. Evan made sure everything ran on time and coordinated with our DJ. The room at night is stunning. we had so many compliments about the venue and decor and people still mention to us how beautiful our wedding was. This was 100% due to Evan and his team looking out for us and going above and beyond. I had just started a new job before my wedding and it was so nice to leave all of the details to Evan's team. The food was outstanding, we had the poblano soup, salad and champagne chicken. We had so many compliments about the food. The wedding cake blew me away, we are actually eating a piece every month on our anniversary and I look forward to that cake slice all month! If you are looking for a top notch wedding venue and team that is on budget look no further. Evan and his team will treat you like a princess and make sure everything is perfect for your day. They work with all of your vendors so that you dont have to manage the day of logistics. It is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them and really just felt this was the best day ever for me and my husband. Thank you Bartlett Hills!

My husband and I had our wedding here over the weekend and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Evan and the staff kept the evening running on time, the food was delicious, and, not to mention, I dropped off all my decorations the day before and everything was put up EXACTLY how I envisioned it the day of. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family that it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I know I couldn't have pulled it off without the support of the BHGC staff. Being able to bring in my Greek sweets was also a plus - and I know that they had a huge mess to clean up after with all the napkins we threw on the dance floor (sorry!). I've already recommended the venue to two engaged friends of mine! Thanks so much guys!

I initially booked the venue with their previous coordinator, Mary, who retired at the beginning of the year. I'll admit that when I received the email announcing her retirement and subsequent takeover of my wedding by the new coordinator, Evan, I panicked. Who was this Evan and was I going to like him? Let me tell you, I did not like Evan, I loved him. I am hands down the most scatter brained bride on the planet and Evan dealt with my forgetfulness and change in plans with so much patience and understanding. Day of, Evan saved me from every single disaster that you can think of. I thanked him at the end of the night and he said \"that's what I'm here for.\" I made most of the decorations but the staff at Bartlett Hills put them together in a way that far surpassed my vision. It was truly perfect. After the ceremony, when we went out on the course for photos an employee was sent with us to make sure everything went smoothly. With it being a golf course there are certain rules you have to follow. Well, my, bridal party was nothing but a bunch of nuts so we put the poor kid through the wringer. He held flowers, purses and sweaters for us, he even ended up in some of our photos. Through it all he was extremely helpful and just an overall good sport about our goofiness and he was very nice when he told us where we could and couldn't step. (No heels on the \"green.\") Overall the experience was amazing. We are already trying to figure out what other event we can hold here. Evan and his team truly went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure everything was perfect. They recently updated the bridal suite and it was perfect for us girls to get ready in. I recently hosted my rehearsal dinner and wedding at Bartlett Hills Golf Club on 11/9 and 11/10/18. Words cannot explain how over the moon we STILL are.Mary and her team are absolutely wonderful. She will work with you and become your friend throughout the process. I couldn't contain my excitement when I saw her on my big day, everything was so perfect. I've been told that the food was the best they've ever had, I've been asked for the bakery's name (which is coordinated through Bartlett Hills) and the service was outstanding. So many details made the day come together such as the servers'white gloves which contributed to the formality that we aimed for, the decor Mary puts int he foyer, the friendliness of the servers during cocktail hour... I could go on and on. They even accommodated our cigar bar outside and helped clear tables as needed on the veranda. We used the flower included with our package, the centerpieces were very elegant. Mary helped us choose flowers based on our description of what we imagined for our wedding. She recommended options that were not the most expensive which further strengthened our trust and relationship with her. If you've made it this far in reading, please book a date ASAP! We booked 18 months out and there were dates already taken. It's a great venue that is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. The pricing is great, it's conveniently located in the Chicago suburbs and has access to many hotels that offer shuttle service. I couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding there. Not to mention my aunt and uncle hosted their wedding at BHGC 20 years ago and still rave about it! It's certainly stood the test of time :)

They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. They made the planning process effortless and really thought of everything. I highly recommend using this venue and upgrading your day by picking the Delux option. Our guests loved the extra features offered. We wanted a late night nacho bar and they not only made it happen for us, they impressed us with the spread. Bartlett Hills is a fabulous place to have a wedding, shower or event.

Bonus points for those autumn colors and whispering willows. The staff is top-notch and epitomizes professionalism. A special nod to both Mary and Evan for their efforts in helping our imagined concept come to fruition. As many of our centerpieces and decorative elements were DIY and self-provided, their years of experience led them to realize our intent, seamlessly help to create our atmosphere, and manage our magical evening in the most proficient way possible.Bartlett Hills menu options are extensive and the quality of the food surpassed all of our wildest expectations. Let me start with the fact that my wedding is not for another 10 weeks but I felt compelled to write a review about our experience so far! I will write another after the wedding as well.We booked our venue for November 2018 in May 2017 and I have been in constant communication with the Bartlett Hills coordinator, Mary, ever since we signed the contract. She has been absolutely wonderful! She answers all of my questions and concerns promptly even when we were 1.5 years away from the big day! She has sent me flower choices, photos of past events, referred vendors and more. She gives me quotes when I ask and she even gave us a special offer for booking our rehearsal dinner through her. She's truly invested in each wedding in a way that makes you feel special. We just had our taste test and the food was AMAZING. The chef came out to speak with us after each course, gave guidance and even crafted special meals to cater to my food intolerances. If you or any of your guests have dietary restrictions, I promise you the chef will take great care. Overall, we couldn't be more excited to host our wedding reception at Bartlett Hills Golf Club. The venue is gorgeous and the staff are excellent, You will be hard pressed to find a better venue at a better price anywhere in the Chicagoland area!

We had our wedding here on 1/6/18 and I was beyond impressed with Mary and her staff. Mary made ironing out the details of my big day so simple and easy. Every time I reached out with a question she was quick to respond. The entire planning process went smoothly and she accommodated me when I wanted to make some last minute changes after the deadline. My guests raved about the food and the overall appearance of the venue. I would highly recommend this place! They are affordable, have great food, and the venue is absolutely beautiful.

We had a great experience at Bartlett Hills for our wedding this October. Mary was super easy to work with. She was willing to work with us on all our requests, and we got to do pretty much everything that we wanted! We wanted an Ice Cream Sundae bar, and Mary absolutely went above and beyond. We are still getting compliments on our Sundae Bar to this day! We dropped off our decorations, which included stuff for the out door veranda. Unfortunately it rained really hard on our wedding date, so Mary re-arranged, and fit in as much of our decor as possible. We were really impressed with the beautiful way in which our decor was arranged! The floor to ceiling windows were great for watching the thunderstorm that went on while we ate dinner. What a beautiful space! Service was really great. Service was prompt and friendly. Everything went SO smooth! We loved having our reception here -- it's like a one stop shop for everything you could want. Affordable, and covers everything from decor to dessert and in between. We are so happy. We recommend them to everyone!

Our wedding was on July 2017 at Bartlett Hills. It was everything we hoped for and we had a wonderful time with our families and friends celebrating our big day. Thank God for Mary!!! We are blessed to plan our big day with Mary. She is truly kind and thoughtful. From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly. Bartlett Hills is a great venue, but what made it unique is Mary and her staff. They genuinely care and very flexible to accommodate us. We had few traditional ceremonies we incorporated within our reception, it was no problem for Mary. She make everything look effortless. The food was good, the table setup and decoration was exactly what we wanted, and the cake was the best!! Mary incorporated our wedding colors and theme to the entire hall very nicely. The Bartlett Hills golf course was perfect for our weeding picture. Please do yourself a favor go see Bartlett Hills and talk to Mary!!

Pretty venue with good prices, but I would caution about booking your wedding here. I did not have a good experience with the wedding coordinator, Mary. I did not feel welcome when we went in for our tasting, and she made me feel as if I was being a pain when asking about different food/plate options. Also, when initially booking our wedding, she had agreed to upgrade a couple alcohol options at no cost with our package, but when I mentioned that at the tasting, she very strongly stated that she would have never agreed to something like that, and personally made me feel stupid. Once I proved it to her through the written emails between us, she once again agreed to it. Then on our actual wedding night, Mary came up to me in the middle of my dinner saying that I miscounted my vendors, and had not paid her enough money. Once again she was wrong, and I had not miscounted anything and had paid the final bill correctly. This was much added stress to my wedding night and pretty much ruined my dinner when all I was supposed to be doing was enjoying myself. Overall, I would not book my wedding here if I had to do it all over again.

My husband and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Mary and Evan for our Earth Day wedding ceremony and reception at Bartlett Hills on April 22, 2017. They were so friendly, accommodating, and resourceful. We signed our Bartlett Hills contract with Mary 20+ months in advance, and she was patient, considerate and accommodating with all of our questions and requests throughout the process. We also loved that everything important to us was included in the package: decent liquors, delicious food, a perfect wedding cake and even some dĂŠcor and guest table flowers. Mary was flexible to and open to ideas, while adding her own expertise into the process to help us create our vision. At our request, she arranged custom-made menu and cake choices as well as âhisâ and âherâ signature cocktails. The tasting setup was so sophisticated and fun! The homemade soups are incredible (we chose cream of asparagus). And for our entrees, we chose a Vegetable Wellington with Basil Cream Sauce, SautĂŠed Chicken Marsala, and Grilled Salmon with Herbed Breadcrumbs.We brought all of our dĂŠcor during our rehearsal dinner with instructions on where to place everything and Mary went above and beyond the call of duty to set everything up in the most perfect fashionâa huge stress relief!We lucked out with great weather on our wedding day and were able to have the most beautiful and perfect ceremony on the patio. Bartlett Hills permitted us to include our dog in our wedding procession, which was very important to us. Mary and Evan were also extremely helpful to our vendors. Most of our guests commented afterward that our day was the most exquisite and fun they had ever been to, and theyâd never had better food at a wedding. I think thatâs a pretty big deal considering our guests were ages 30 thru 87! Mary and her team at Bartlett Hills truly created a perfect day for us⌠we couldnât have dreamt for more or better!

My husband and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Mary and Evan for our Earth Day wedding ceremony and reception at Bartlett Hills on April 22, 2017. They were so friendly, accommodating, and resourceful. We signed our Bartlett Hills contract with Mary 20+ months in advance, and she was patient, considerate and accommodating with all of our questions and requests throughout the process. We also loved that everything important to us was included in the package: decent liquors, delicious food, a perfect wedding cake and even some dĂŠcor and guest table flowers. Mary was flexible to and open to ideas, while adding her own expertise into the process to help us create our vision. At our request, she arranged custom-made menu and cake choices as well as âhisâ and âherâ signature cocktails. The tasting setup was so sophisticated and fun! The homemade soups are incredible (we chose cream of asparagus). And for our entrees, we chose a Vegetable Wellington with Basil Cream Sauce, SautĂŠed Chicken Marsala, and Grilled Salmon with Herbed Breadcrumbs.We brought all of our dĂŠcor during our rehearsal dinner with instructions on where to place everything and Mary went above and beyond the call of duty to set everything up in the most perfect fashionâa huge stress relief!We lucked out with great weather on our wedding day and were able to have the most beautiful and perfect ceremony on the patio. Bartlett Hills permitted us to include our dog in our wedding procession, which was very important to us. Mary and Evan were also extremely helpful to our vendors. Most of our guests commented afterward that our day was the most exquisite and fun they had ever been to, and theyâd never had better food at a wedding. I think thatâs a pretty big deal considering our guests were ages 30 thru 87! Mary and her team at Bartlett Hills truly created a perfect day for us⌠we couldnât have dreamt for more or better!

Mary had helped me for the last year to plan and coordinate my wedding and she went above and beyond to make my day better than I could ever ask for. The staff was so incredibly nice and attentive to our guests they even interacted with people, I was getting compliments all night. I am still astounding by everything they had done for us to make our day perfect, I would recommend Bartlett hills to anyone it's a wonderful venue with a wonderful staff!

Even more so, I brought my own decorations for the entry area and all the table centerpieces of which Mary and her team graciously arranged. When I walked in that day, the entry area and reception room was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Honestly, I was stunned. Mary did such an incredible job. And, the dinner served was delicious! Our friends and family still rave of what a fun reception it was. We look back to the day, and are so thankful for how absolutely perfect and flawless it was.\r\rOverall, a DEFINITE recommendation. Originally, we were to have an outdoor wedding (the grounds are beautiful) but the weather was not with us. Mary made the transition super easy to deal with the morning of the wedding. \rThroughout the entire planning period, each time I'd come up with an idea, Mary was right there making sure it would go smoothly. The food was excellent, and very well priced! We were able to bring in some of our own items that they displayed flawlessly. Overall, the night of my wedding was so easy for me, that I really didn't worry about anything. Everything was done for us which made it possible to simply relax and enjoy the day. If you are looking to have your wedding in a Chicago suburbs location, then I cannot recommend highly enough using Bartlett Hills! \r\rThe service given to us was first class throughout the whole process! Even from day 1, when we explained to Mary that we couldn't guarantee our wedding date as it was all dependent on a visa for myself, she told us not to worry, she'd make it work and we would not lose our deposit. That was a huge relief, and relieved so much stress from us, not to mention a much better response than we received from another venue of 'well you could just have a party on that date if it didn't work, right?'\r\rMary was someone who shows an incredible attention to detail, as well as being incredibly calming and supportive throughout our whole experience.\r\rAs for the venue, it offers great views and our pictures were a testament to that! We were even luckier that everything was so green in August! \r\rThe food too was absolutely delicious, and every one commented on how delicious the red velvet wedding cake was, not to mention how impressively decorative it was! \r\rWe couldn't thank Bartlett Hills enough for making our special day perfect, and we would highly recommend choosing this venue! \r\rYou will not regret it!

Bartlett Hills was the most perfect location for our wedding! The setting is gorgeous, no matter what season you decide to marry. Working with Mary was such a treat. She was so gracious and patient throughout the entire planning process. She was quick to answer questions and was genuinely excited and happy for us. Also, the food is amazing! You can really tell that everything is made fresh-my guests are still talking about it. Bartlett Hills staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Mary and Bartlett Hills. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special.

My wedding on June 7th 2013 at Bartlett Hills Golf Club was even better than I could have imagined! Mary is a fantastic planner and the entire staff there is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention fun! I never recieved a negative complaint from any of my guests about anything! In fact everyone had to keep telling me how wonderful everything was! The entire staff caters to your needs, especially Mary. She was available to answer my questions all hours of the night, even when I would send her emails at 10 p.m. It was almost like she was my personal planner. People still tell me to this day how amazing our wedding was there. \r\rThe food was also so good!!! We opted for just doing appetizers and a pasta bar and i'm so happy we did because there was plenty of food and everyone loved it!! They even packed some of of the leftovers togo. \r\rEven if I could plan the whole day over again I would still pick Bartlett Hills Golf Club!\r\rThank you staff for making our wedding so perfect, you are all amazing and your hard work was very much appreciated!!
