This was the venue I hoped to have for my wedding. I booked it in October of 2019 for my wedding in September 2020. I understand 2020 has been insane for everyone including venues and I was very understanding of all the curve balls they threw my way, like not letting me have a buffet, adding on extra costs for packing of food, adding an extra \"cleaning fee\" for COVID, etc. All without giving you the option to cancel and get your large deposit back. The final straw for me was when a month before the wedding they told me I had to change my venue to the Discovery World. I had measurements ,arrangement etc set for The Italian Community Center, three days before telling me we finalized all details for The Italian Community center and then they decided to switch my venue last minute because it was \"not worth opening the building for the few events they had\

We were thrilled to learn shortly after booking that the entire ICC would be remodeled before our wedding. The updates are beautiful and it made for an amazing backdrop to our wedding reception! The food was phenomenal!! The majority of our guests selected the Stuffed Chicken Breast with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. We got so many compliments on Bartolotta's food! The dance floor was packed all night, the restrooms were clean, the lobby area was perfect for our cocktail hour, and most importantly the staff was AMAZING!! Whitney S. is fantastic to work with! She was there every step of the way and made changes with us as things changed last minute. She catered to me and my new husband the night of to make sure we had what we needed! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
