Based in Baltimore, MD, The Bayfront Club is a sophisticated wedding venue. This country club and community center sits on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. They welcome every stage of weddings, from ceremony to reception. This exclusive venue invites you to trust in their expertise, so you can concentrate on experiencing every part of your day. With a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces, this flexible venue wants you to design the day of your dreams. The Bayfront Club offers the option to customize a package to suit your wedding day needs. These plans can be as all-inclusive as you wish and can incorporate things like catering or table design. The team at the club is happy to take care of bartending, equipment, and coordination. Between 300 and 350 guests can be accommodated in a variety of settings, which you are given control over. If you have dreamed of a waterfront wedding, an outdoor ceremony space could be the right fit. From here, it’s a smooth transition to an elegant cocktail hour on the deck, where you and your loved ones can enjoy the stunning sunset. For one-of-a-kind photos, pose at the end of the pier and look out over the vast waters together. Colorful landscaped gardens are also ideal for beautiful pictures. The ballroom bathes its occupants in natural light, for a sunshine-filled seated meal. This connection to the outside is complemented by soaring ceilings and stone accents. The Bayfront Club, as well as hosting weddings, is also popular for residents of surrounding Sparrow Point. It regularly holds after-school clubs and community classes, so everyone in the local area can enjoy the elegant space. This venue is managed by Catering By Uptown, a company with more than 40 years of experience in the industry. BWI Airport is less than half an hour away by car, for the ease of guests flying in from out of town.

Just had my wedding here on 10/06/2023. Everything about it was perfect! The scenery, the food, the drinks and the service! Our wedding coordinator Nekesa was so friendly and accommodating. Myself and all of the guests loved her! So many complements from my guests about EVERYTHING about this place. I would 100% recommend the Bayfront Club! My wedding day was more than perfect.

Just had my wedding here on 10/06/2023. Everything about it was perfect! The scenery, the food, the drinks and the service! Our wedding coordinator Nekesa was so friendly and accommodating. Myself and all of the guests loved her! So many complements from my guests about EVERYTHING about this place. I would 100% recommend the Bayfront Club! My wedding day was more than perfect.

The Bayfront Club is the most beautiful venue, on the water and is very spacious! My husband and I recently got married on 09/16/2023, but had booked through Anne, who was SO helpful and patient as we were navigating wedding planning during COVID in 2021 (we actually booked this venue before getting engaged, as my husband proposed to me on the dock!). Ever since we booked with them, we always felt supported by Cassidy (and later on, by Zoe) who answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Working with Joseph as our day-of coordinator was amazing- he made everything seamless and stressfree for my husband and I the week of our wedding. He was one of our favorite parts of working with the Bayfront Club, and miss his energy even to this day.We will always recommend this venue to anyone, even just to tour its picturesque views!

I can’t say enough great things about the Bayfront Club! The venue is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. The food was great and there was plenty of it. I recently got married at The Bayfront Club and it completely exceeded my expectations. My day of coordinator was Karyssa, and she was amazing from start to finish. My ceremony started late due to shuttle issues not involving the venue, and Karyssa made sure to keep everything flowing. She kept me sane & calm. The food was also excellent. All of my guests kept telling me how amazing the venue was! I would recommend to anyone - this place is off the charts!

The venue is GORGEOUS first of all. The view is amazing over the water. They run a tight ship and it runs like a well-oiled machine. We worked with Tracy on all planning, and she was amazing! M y husband and I were looking for an inclusive venue for our July wedding and the Bayfront club was exactly what we were looking for! The venue itself was beautifully set on the water and the outdoor ceremony was magical. Catering by uptown provided all of the food, the cake, the waiters, and the open bar. We all had a great time and everyone is still raving about the crab cakes. It made everything so easy and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Would absolutely recommend using this venue to my friends and family!

The venue itself was beautifully set on the water and the outdoor ceremony was magical. Catering by uptown provided all of the food, the cake, the waiters, and the open bar. The Bayfront Club and Catering by Uptown made the experience of planning a wedding during a pandemic as smooth as possible! We were drawn to the venue because of its previous life as a moose lodge that my now husband grew up in. However once we found out the amazing packages offered we were sold. Catering by Uptown provides a fairly all-inclusive package, including venue, food, drinks, cake, and a lot of décor options, at an affordable price. The staff was so nice to work with and accommodated our needs. The Bayfront Club itself is a gorgeous venue with beautiful picturesque water views. The food and cake were amazing. Having our wedding at the Bayfront Club was everything we dreamed of!

The Bayfront Club and Catering by Uptown made wedding planning so simple! We picked the menu, decor, timeline, everything in one meeting and could make our changes in the portal which made everything so much easier while not living in the area. We loved the whole process and ended up with a magical wedding! Everyone we worked with was professional and helped us create our perfect day! Our only complaint was that as we progressed in planning, we switched team members/contacts making it difficult to know who we should be contacting during transitions from planning to production to our day of supervisor. However, we loved each of them and could not have been happier with how the day turned out. We kept waiting for a big wedding fiasco to drop, but Chelsea was so helpful on our wedding day and made sure that everything went smoothly, and we made it through the day so effortlessly! Plus, our families were happy to be hands-off during set-up and tear-down so they could truly enjoy the day with us!

Catering by Uptown and Bayfront Club absolutely exceeded our expectations. My husband is Bolivian and it was very important to us to have Bolivian food as a part of our wedding day. Not only did we have a traditional Bolivian dish, but it was incredible. All of our guests loved it. It stayed true to the Bolivian roots and was delicious. They went above and beyond to make that possible for us. On top of that, the cake was amazing and also the miniature desserts they prepared for us were raved about by our guests. Bayfront Club looked absolutely stunning and they set up my decorations to the tee of how I wanted it. Everything was nothing short of perfect. Stephanie Hutson, our coordinator for the day, was absolutely phenomenal. We cannot say enough good things about her. Without her I don’t know how the day would have run smoothly. She was an absolute angel. From making sure the timing of my entrance song was set up perfectly to fixing my dress when the bustle broke. Thank you to the Bayfront Club and Catering by Uptown team, you all are amazing!

Catering by Uptown and Bayfront Club absolutely exceeded our expectations. My husband is Bolivian and it was very important to us to have Bolivian food as a part of our wedding day. We use this venue on November 7th 2021 for an evening wedding. The day my wife saw the venue she fell in love with the atmosphere and wanted to book it immediately, so we did. The inside was spacious, beautiful with many color and lighting options. The rear grounds where the wedding takes place was amazing, new deck, new arch, and new sod. There was nothing to dislike about the venue grounds. The day of coordinator (Chelsea) we had for the wedding was perfect, she was top of everything, dressed appropriately and handled anything we needed during our day. The day of, the food was as we wanted, filet cook medium and you could cut with a spoon. The chicken, melted in your mouth and the sauce to die for. We honestly couldn't ask for a better place for our special day. We also had the crab dip which disappeared as fast as it was brought out, and all the Hors d'oeuvres were tasty. I do recommend this location for anyone, its all inclusive and was worth the money spent. Now, we did hear some bad reviews on Facebook groups about this place, especially the food and Wedding Planner changing. Our wedding planner did change midway through the process and there was a 72hr delay for email responses. The food critique, I addressed in an email about our concerns and what we expected from them on our day. We did get a wonderful response from the Head Chef ensuring that our day would be prefect and it was. overall I give them 9.5/10, would be a prefect 10 but the email delay annoyed me, 72hrs seems long when spending $15k+ at a location. A simple \"I look into it and get back with you\" would have sufficed as a fast response, vs 3 days later. The Scanlons

My fiancé and I were 4 days away from our March wedding with Catering by Uptown’s other location The Villa when it had to be canceled because of COVID. We worked hard to reschedule our new date with The Villa for July. As we drew closer to July, things weren’t looking promising but Shonda made sure we were comfortable with knowing what was going on and if our big day was even going to happen. After much back and forth and lots of unknowns, Shonda and the Catering by Uptown team allowed us to consider hosting our wedding more comfortably at an outdoor location. We were provided the opportunity to get married at the Bayfront Club for our rescheduled wedding and we did! Everything ran smoothly with our DoC, Eileen and we couldn’t have been happier. It has been such a hard time for all brides but the whole Catering by Uptown team made sure we knew exactly what the restrictions were and how to still have the wedding of our dreams!

We LOVED The Bayfront Club! Being on the water was the dream wedding I didn't know I wanted! The incredible views, the gorgeous decor inside, and the massive deck for the evening made our wedding absolutely perfect. I loved that the bridal suite had some privacy from other guests, and it was the perfect place to have a little bit of quiet time with my new husband. All of the accommodations were incredible, and my guests raved about the gorgeous venue.

We LOVED The Bayfront Club! Being on the water was the dream wedding I didn't know I wanted! Bayfront Club was a beautiful venue and the food was great - guests send their compliments to the chief. But Eileen, our day of coordinator, is the star of the whole day. She was incredible and had everything under control (including my husband's 5 yo nephew during the ceremony!). Everything was set up how I wanted it, everything ran on time, and she is just the sweetest lady to work with. Props to catering by uptown for holding on to such a stellar employee for so long! <3 It was a perfect day.
