I had my wedding here at the end of September, it was everything and more that we could of asked for. The venue is beautiful from the scenery to the vibe. They brought my vision to life at this venue. With it being an all inclusive venue, it helped us a lot and every vendor that came with them were a breeze to work with.The view of the venue, especially during sunset, is beautiful and very photo ready. Brittany, Ed, and Tina (the wedding dream team) made the day run so smoothly and the rest of the staff were so friendly and interactive. The guest can't stop talking about the food, my glass was never empty, and they kept the energy high throughout the night. We had our reception outside and it was beautiful! I can't say enough great things about the team and location. I recommend Bear's Best 100%!!

We were lucky enough to get married at Bears Best last Friday. Our day was everything we wanted it to be and working with them was flawless from start to finish. From working with Tina over a year ago, you can tell right from the start that bears best are wedding pros. Planning from out of town I had two main wishes in mind for a wedding venue: 1. I wanted to be able to do both the ceremony and reception outdoors 2. I wanted an all inclusive venue. Bears best offered both options and were very responsive. Tina sent us a virtual tour video and we booked without ever having seen the venue in person. Last October we flew to Vegas to visit the venue and do our tasting and the minute we saw the place in person we knew we had made the best decision. Throughout the planning process and on the wedding day the team led by Brittany and Ed made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Bears Best to all couples: the venue is gorgeous and the whole vendor team is high quality. The food was delicious and many guests commented as such. Thank you to Brittany, Ed, and the bears best team!

There is no where else in Vegas that could come near the beauty of Bear’s Best. Not only is the outdoor set up, STUNNNNING, they were amazing to work with. Brittany is super quick to respond and help, and Ed took care of you like your own butler! Could not have asked for a better group, and the food was AMAZING! Amazing amazing experience hands down

There is no where else in Vegas that could come near the beauty of Bear’s Best. Not only is the outdoor set up, STUNNNNING, they were amazing to work with. Let me start off by saying that Brittany and Ed are your wedding dream team. They are hands down the only people you want taking care of your wedding. From the beginning with the planning process, to the final moments of the wedding day they made sure every single thing went perfect. The venue itself is gorgeous-- we had our entire wedding outdoors (mountainside reception). Every single guest was in awe with the views, the food, service, etc. As a bride, you are naturally stressed out with everything going on but I have to be honest the day of the wedding Ed and Brittany took every ounce of stress and made it the best day of my life. They made sure that all I had to worry about was having a perfect wedding. Going into smaller details, the food was fantastic and our guests could not stop talking about how great it was. The layout of the bars, dance floor, and tables was spaced perfectly to mingle and enjoy the night without feeling too crowded ( we had 185 people for reference). The decor was exactly what I had envisioned-- the day before I had given Ed and Brittany all of my centerpieces, decorations, etc. and they beautifully arranged it all the way I had wanted. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue was, but all I have to say is if you are wanting all inclusive, the best wedding team, and beautiful scenery for your wedding... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Would recommend 1000 times. Thank you Bears Best!!

Let me start off by saying that Brittany and Ed are your wedding dream team. They are hands down the only people you want taking care of your wedding. The Bear’s Best Events team made the day of (plus all the days leading up to our wedding!) enjoyable, relaxing, and painless. They not only made our experience personable, but also helped us host a truly beautiful, polished, and seamless event. A very special shoutout to Tina, Brittany, and Ed for their talents and love. We would not change a thing about our wedding day, and we cannot recommend Bear's Best and their event team highly enough!

Having our wedding at Bear's Best was a very easy decision. From the moment we arrived for a tour we knew that it was going to be a great event. The staff is incredibly responsive, nice, and very flexible. The outdoor venue is beautiful with the mountains in the background and all of our guests LOVED the decorations from Bear's Best. People could not stop taking photos of everything. They helped us communicate with all of the vendors and on the day of the event we really felt like they took care of everything to make it not at all stressful. If we did it all over again, we would still pick Bear's Best without hesitation.

Absolutely top notch wedding in every way. We just had our wedding at Bear's Best and they exceeded every single one of our expectations. We flew out here from the east coast to be married and are so happy with our decision. Ed and Tina helped more than we could have ever imagined, both before and during the wedding, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. All of our family and friends said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and are still talking about it.VENUE:The venue was absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony was held outside with the mountains in the background and it was gorgeous. Ed laid out flowers on the ground and we had the columns at the altar and it looked perfect. The ceremony ended just before sunset and timed perfectly for our photos. From what we heard the cocktail hour was great, and then the reception was perfect. Our tables looked great, we loved the centerpieces, and everyone was raving about how pretty everything was.FOOD:We had hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour - crab cakes, Greek cheese pies, and egg rolls - and they were all amazing. We had a plated dinner - beef with mushroom sauce, chicken with sun-dried tomato sauced, mashed potatoes, and veggies - and it was literally the best meal I have ever had at a wedding. The cake was red velvet with a cream cheese frosting and was incredible. Everything was top notch.ENTERTAINMENT: RJ from Knight Sound DJ was everything we could ask for. Before the wedding he asked us if we had any other preferences other than what we sent before the wedding, and he made sure the wedding was a fun party. He got people out on the dance floor and kept them out there with fun music.PHOTOGRAPHY:Alla was a great photographer, enthusiastic, and commanded everyone effectively to make sure we finished all of our photos before sunset. The videographer was really nice and we are looking forward to seeing the video of the ceremony.PHOTO BOOTH:Smash Booth was an absolute blast and everyone was raving about the photo booth for a few days after the wedding. It was really cool how you could get the gif of your photos if you wanted.Again, thank you to Ed, Tina, and everyone who made our wedding so amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

He was there every step of the way and made sure everything we wanted for our special day was done. Tina Randall & Brittany Biscailuz (Events Director) Tina: I got my start at Bellagio Hotel and have been coordinating weddings and events for 13+ years now! Bear's Best is by far the most beautiful place I have hosted weddings. When I am not at work, I am home with my husband of 16+ years and our 3 little ones making memories!Brittany: I graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Event Management. I love everything about weddings and have been doing them for 5 years now. My favorite thing in the world besides Alabama football is making your dream wedding come true. Bear's Best is truly a dreamy place to get married at.
