Beau Chene Country Club is a wedding venue located in Mandeville, LA. Attached to an 18-hole golf course, this full-service event space is the perfect location for celebrations full of refined splendor. It features an expansive clubhouse surrounded by lavish greenery and manicured gardens, making it perfect for secluded celebrations. It is suitable for every stage of a couple's once-in-a-life event, including their engagement party, ceremony, and reception. From intimate occasions to large gatherings, there is something to suit every couple at Beau Chene Country Club. Guests can host their big day at the venue alongside up to 300 loved ones. Their spaces boast scenic views of the fairways and lakes, with a patio and lawn area available for use. Soon-to-be weds can exchange vows on the Pavillion or lawn before treating their nearest and dearest to a memorable soirée and dining experience inside. Beau Chene is absolute perfection -- stunning venue, beautiful grounds, professional and friendly staff, delicious food with an innovative and accommodating chef, ample space for guests sizes big and small, and the best venue coordinator in the world. Ashlee is partly the reason we decided to have our wedding at Beau Chene. She is supportive, kind, a wedding expert, attentive, responsive, detail-oriented -- a true partner in crime in all-things wedding planning! She and her staff executed EVERYTHING to perfection, and made my vision come to life. I had zero worries on the day of the wedding because I trusted her and her team completely and I knew I could count on her for anything and everything. We are one of the few couples who decided to do our ceremony by the Oak Tree (vs. the Gazebo) and Ashlee made that vision come to life flawlessly. We got so many compliments from guests on the food, the service/staff, Ashlee, the space -- we couldn't have done it without Ashlee and all the staff at Beau Chene. We are extremely grateful for Beau Chene and we can't wait to come back to celebrate our anniversary. 10/10 would recommend Beau Chene :)

100/10 The best experience we could have asked for. Ashlee and the BCCC team were PHENOMENAL from the start at the first venue tour before our contract was even signed. Ashlee is the best and runs events like the seasoned pro she is! 5/5 stars does not even do it justice how great our experience is. The venue itself was super clean, food was incredible from their in-house chef, and Ashlee had the timing of EVERYTHING down to a science from when the vendors arrived, to having the Groom's party dressed (with their boutonniere on) to helping with the sweetheart dinner, bustling my dress (she did it in 2 seconds), cake cutting, etc. She knows exactly what you need BEFORE you even realize what you need. She's extremely proactive and was the best coordinator for the day of. She went above and beyond. Our venue had a big golf event the same day as well as another wedding the day after ours, but we were 100% catered to like we were the only event going on. The BCCC team was incredible with flipping the venue space before our reception started and the flow of the night was seamless thanks to Ashlee and her team!

Highly recommend BCCC! The staff and Ashlee work together to make sure your day is perfect. Best day ever! The guests raved about the venue and especially the food. Truly a beautiful setting for a picture perfect wedding. I cannot say enough great things about BCCC!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding. It fit the band very well, the building is classy and beautiful with lots of space for people to move around without it feeling empty. I loved that there was an outside area for people to get a little more space but still be a part of the party, and I cannot count how many times we got complimented on the food (\"best wedding food I've ever had in my life\" on repeat). Ashlee was absolutely incredible and made everything run smoothly. It was so much fun, and I'm so grateful that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the entire day, not having to worry about anything as the reception went on. It was a perfect night and I'd recommend this place to anyone for a reception venue.

I cannot say enough about this amazing venue.The wedding coordinator Ashlee went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wedding an event to remember!! Ashlee and her staff were extremely professional . Ashlee made our lives much less stressful as she is so knowledgeable , accessible, and just a pleasure to work with. The venue is beautiful ! The food was incredible and we received so many compliments on how delicious everything was. I highly recommend Beau Chene !!

We hosted our daughter's wedding reception at Beau Chene Country Club and couldn't have been happier with the venue! Ashlee Richardson, the Membership & Sales Director for BCCC, was so professional and helpful in preparing for the event that it was like having your own personal wedding planner. She was very knowledgeable about all the options available to us. The country club has a Bridal Suite and a Groom's Lounge which we opted to use for the bridal party to get dressed on location. It was quite convenient! The outdoor pavilion which overlooks the scenic golf course provided a great backdrop for pre-wedding, bridal party and first-look pictures as well as a location for a personalized sweetheart dinner for our daughter and son-in-law after returning from the Nuptial Mass. The outdoor patio provided a nice overflow space and was equipped with a second bar and an optional chef's station for chargrilled oysters on a half shell, which was a big hit with our guests. Ashlee was so patient and helped us make some great food selections for the passed foods as well as buffet and station items. The chef was superb and prepared a variety of outstanding dishes with a lot of \"Wow factor\". So many guests raved about how much they enjoyed the food. The venue was a perfect size for the wedding reception, even accommodating a super 10-piece band (The Wiseguys) who kept the dance floor packed the whole night. Ashlee made sure the timeline for the evening flowed as needed, from greeting the incoming guests with champagne, to special dances, to toasting and cake cutting, to the bouquet toss, to the second line dance, to a sparkler sendoff for the newlyweds. The evening was stress-free and a lot of fun for the newlyweds and all the guests. The groom's Mom called the day after the wedding to tell us how many of their family members told them they had never had that much fun at a wedding. We highly recommend Beau Chene Country Club for a reception venue!

Beau Chene was the absolute perfect place for my husband and I to have our wedding ceremony and reception. Everything from the the space, the food, the drinks, and the staff was nothing short of amazing. Special thanks to Ashlee for making sure all plans for the day were executed to perfection, such a sweet and professional person to work with through this process. Our wedding was 6 months ago, and we still have guests that rave about the food and drinks at the venue. Could not have dreamed of anything better for our wedding.

Our rehearsal dinner at BCCC was incredible! We had trouble finding a place that could have a sit down dinner for 80ish people on the Northshore and BCCC was the PERFECT place! Ashlee was attentive, kind, and ready to make our event the best! The food was delicious (highly recommend the dark chocolate creme brulee! even the kid's plates were veryyyy tasty!) Between Ashlee and the delicious food, we will always recommend BCCC to anyone!

I would highly recommend Beau Chene Country Club for an event venue. We held our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner here, and it was such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ashlee was on top of every detail from extra touches to impeccable timing to ensure that all went well. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Such a memorable occasion!

I am so glad I chose beau chene as my wedding venue. The event coordinator, Ashlee, basically behaved as my wedding coordinator the day of and I don’t think I could’ve had a wedding without her help. Any problems that arose the day of she was on top of and sorted them out for me so I could focus on getting married. She went above and beyond what was required of her and i am incredibly thankful for everything she did. I was also missing some vendors and she gave me recommendations , all of which were amazing. I got great feedback on the food from the wedding guests and our private meal upstairs was delicious, and the alone time on such a busy day was invaluable. The venue was beautiful so I only spent a minimal amount on decorations , and the trees and lake made for a perfect backdrop for pictures. It was also a lot prettier than other places in the surrounding area I was looking at and also cost less. They catered to our religious no alcohol request as well which meant a lot to us. 10/10 I am so thankful this is the venue I chose. Thank you ashlee!!!

Stop what your doing and choose Beau Chene Country Club for your wedding day venue now! I honestly can not say enough amazing things about Ashlee, her staff and this amazing venue. When my family and I toured Beau Chene we could not be more impressed with Ashlee, her extreme detail to her work and her willingness to be apart of our day every step of the way. We left our tour knowing that all other options were out and this was the place we had to have our Ceremony and Reception. Ashlee spent months answering several emails, texts and calls since I was an out of town bride and hours walking through wedding day details and layouts with me when I happened to be in town. I had choosen to do my ceremony on the putting green under the Beau Chene Oak, which had only been done once before me and with a wedding a lot smaller than mine. Ashlee knew my vision and made every effort for the area to work and ceremony flow exactly the way my very detailed self wanted it. In true Louisiana fashion a random rainy weather forecast showed up around the time of our outdoor ceremony but that was no problem for Ashlee and their team. Luckily for us the weather held out just in time for our ceremony and pictures to go off without a hitch. I had no doubt in my mind that whatever happened rain or shine would be setup and executed to perfection with Ashlee and her team. Our day was beyond amazing, everything was laid out and setup just as planned, Ashlee made sure to take care of us all night making sure we never went without a drink in our hands or a task left undone, the food was incredible and every single one of our guests had nothing but rave reviews to give the venue, staff, and food! I seriously can not recommend this venue and staff enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I truly could not have asked for a better wedding reception at Beau Chene. Our coordinator, Ashlee, went above and beyond to make it the most perfect day start to finish. She even made sure the bartenders served my favorite drink (crystal light, vodka, and soda) lol which you can assume is NOT usually on the menu! I never once had to worry about a thing, because Ashlee already had it handled. I wish we could do it all again!!

I do not know where to begin because absolutely everything was perfect from Beau Chene. We held both our ceremony and reception at the club. We had the best time not only the day of, but also the entire time planning. Ashlee was truthfully the best person to work with. Ashlee is kind, supportive, and a joy to work with. She was patient while we worked through all our decisions. She also was beyond helpful with assisting in food selections, timeline, vendors, and even helping us stay comfortable throughout the day. I cannot rave about Ashlee enough, we are beyond grateful for what she did for us to help make our day absolutely perfect. Not only was Ashlee helpful, but the entire staff at Beau Chene was immaculate. Our guests were well taken care of and each person was blown away by the service they provided. The food was absolutely incredible. Chef is absolutely amazing at what he does, every single item of food was complimented on and our guests were thoroughly impressed by the selection. Words cannot begin to describe how amazing our experience was with Beau Chene. We are beyond appreciative of each person that helped the day of and leading up to it. Truthfully if we had to do it again, we would pick Beau Chene every. single. time. This place blew us away from their service, to the food, and to the insanely beautiful clubhouse and course.

I do not know where to begin because absolutely everything was perfect from Beau Chene. We held both our ceremony and reception at the club. We had the best time not only the day of, but also the entire time planning. Ashlee was truthfully the best person to work with. Ashlee is kind, supportive, and a joy to work with. She was patient while we worked through all our decisions. She also was beyond helpful with assisting in food selections, timeline, vendors, and even helping us stay comfortable throughout the day. I cannot rave about Ashlee enough, we are beyond grateful for what she did for us to help make our day absolutely perfect. Not only was Ashlee helpful, but the entire staff at Beau Chene was immaculate. Our guests were well taken care of and each person was blown away by the service they provided. The food was absolutely incredible. Chef is absolutely amazing at what he does, every single item of food was complimented on and our guests were thoroughly impressed by the selection. Words cannot begin to describe how amazing our experience was with Beau Chene. We are beyond appreciative of each person that helped the day of and leading up to it. Truthfully if we had to do it again, we would pick Beau Chene every. single. time. This place blew us away from their service, to the food, and to the insanely beautiful clubhouse and course.

My husband and I visited several locations and we were actually late to our next appointment because we enjoyed talking to Ashlee (event coordinator) and Don (manager) so much. Ashlee is an absolute dream to work with and truly a miracle worker. Not only did she promptly answer every single one of my obsessive type-A bride questions over the planning year, she provided me with the best recommendations/options for any of my ideas, and then made sure everything went like a dream on the big day. On the day of Ashlee was like a fairy godmother making sure my every wish came true. Ashlee is absolutely amazing and it is reflected in the incredible staff she is surrounded by as well. Each person was so tuned in to the details and thinking practically about what would work best - ie. the bartender helping to make sure we had the correct tables for our custom guest book or the chef making my husbands favorite food for our sweetheart meal...and I could go on and on and on with examples like this! Ashlee and the whole team at Beau Chene gave me the best gift any bride could ask for - a beautiful, magical, WORRY-FREE, wedding day that every one of our guests has raved about. On the day of the dinner, I went by to check on set up and bring decor, floral, seating charts, photos, etc. I was able to show Ashlee and Dani one set up, provided the seating chart and they took it from there! They even coordinated the seating chart so they knew where each person’s pre-determined food order was to go. I’m VERY type-A and felt confident that everything would be handled to my standards. My expectations were EXCEEDED. As residents of Beau Chene, I am so glad that we were able to host a *conveniently located* and *beautiful* event complete with a nice sized guest list, cocktail hour, delicious seated multi-course dinner, great service and linens ALL UNDER BUDGET. I *highly* recommend Beau Chene for any scale event.

Where do I even start about how we feel about Ashlee Richardson and the staff at Beau Chene Country Club? When we first began searching for a venue for our daughter’s wedding, we made an appointment with Ashlee at Beau Chene CC. We toured at least seven different venue locations but kept coming back to BC and Ashlee. We took our daughter and her then fiancé to the club and they agreed with us that BC was the right place. Ashlee was such a breath of fresh air. She was easy to talk to, explained everything we needed to know very clearly and she confidently answered all our many questions every time we called her…over and over. From there we felt very comfortable with Ashlee and decided to choose BC as our daughter’s venue. We could not have been more thrilled with our choice of the venue or Ashlee. She accepted or returned all of our calls quickly and with a sweetness that made us so comfortable and confident that we’d chosen the sight of the wedding well. Ashlee was on top of every little detail; from suggesting florists, bakeries, foods, musicians and decorations for the reception and we could not have been happier with every detail and choice we made. Shortly after the wedding, we decided to join Beau Chene CC and have thoroughly enjoyed being there and especially eating the delicious food items by Chef Hosie. My daughter chose this venue. As the father of the bride i had two duties to perform,walk the bride down the aisle to give her away and then to pay the bill. My daughter will be posting her review after extensive meetings and collaborations with Ashlee. My interactions with Ashlee and the staff were limited in comparison but i feel compelled to offer my opinions.My first introduction to Ashlee was at the rehearsal and kudos to her for keeping everyone on point. It was like herding cats and she successfully got the wedding party thru their assignments. She then did a 2nd run just to be sure it would be perfect on the wedding day.Two days later the actual event was on time and flawless with Ashlee again monitoring every detail. Nothing was overlooked.The reception was awesome. While i attempted to greet every friend and guest my glass never ran empty as Ashlee periodically checked on the whole bridal party to be sure they lacked nothing. It seemed she was everywhere at once. Meanwhile i was being told by NUMEROUS guests that the food was outstanding so i broke off my goodwill tour to take a brief breather and sample the food. In my estimation i felt that many of the comments about the food were an understatement. My daughter had chosen an awesome assortment and EVERY dish was delicous. Not a single complaint. So on Ashlee's next pass by to check on me i expressly requested she extend my gratitude to the Chef. Minutes later Ashlee reappeared and introduced me to Chef Hosie Bourgeois. He thanked me for my comments and immediately praised his staff for the quality of the food. I agreed he had assembled a talented group but it starts at the top and filters down. So as the guy who had to foot the bill i am saying that i am a satisfied customer. Very satisfied. And i am not a member,i do not have another daughter so i will not be asking for a discount on a second wedding in return for a favorable review. I am not related to anyone at Beau Chene. I am just thankful for a staff that gave my daughter an impeccable wedding day by perfectly executing the event. IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT...NO BUYERS REMORSE.

I am so glad I decided to have my wedding (ceremony and reception) here. During the time of wedding planning, the country club started to do a renovation. Ashlee (the event planner) assured me that the renovations would be done, and that if they were not done then they would do everything possible to make accommodations. Well I did not have that problem. The renovations were completed before my wedding. The husband and I did a sweet heart dinner upstairs after the ceremony and pictures. We had the option to eat the food on the menu we picked out or to have the chef specials. We chose the chef specials, which was steak and fish with vegetables and whatever we wanted. The sweetheart dinner was amazing. The food that we picked out for our wedding was great. Ashlee had packed us up a small serving of each menu item for us to take home. She also packaged our top tier of our cake and sent us home with plenty of cake. Now back to Ashlee and the staff. Ashlee answered every question I had even if it seemed small or dumb to me. When I would email her, she quickly responded. Whenever I wanted to stop by and look at the renovations or take my mother or mother in law by to look at the venue Ashlee has no problem letting me do that. During the reception, she was walking around checking on guests and made sure my husband and I also had our drink of choice in our hand. The husband went golfing here the day of the wedding while me and my family were decorating the venue. During the decorating process, Ashlee and her staff would make sure everyone was okay and always got us what we needed. The staff was very friendly and was on top on cleanliness. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place. The price was great and the venue, inside and out is beautiful. We had our ceremony outside at the pavilion and our reception inside.

Ashlee, Jeff and the entire staff were incredible. We booked a rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter-in-law at Beau Chene Country Club. A huge renovation was conducted starting January 1st and the dinner was being held January 28th. With concern not being ready, we were promised that the room would be finished. The day of the rehearsal we dropped off some items for the dinner and the room was completely emptied. They had 4 hours left to transform the room to the setting we agreed to. Well Ashlee, Jeff and their staff did not disappoint us and far exceeded our expectations. Within 4 hours this room was absolutely beautiful. Ashlee definitely kept her promise. As soon as guest were walking in they were greeted by the staff. Very professional and they handled everything. First class from the beginning to the end. The food and service was excellent. Ashlee was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Beau Chene for any occasion. Thank you for making the rehearsal dinner a success.

As soon as guest were walking in they were greeted by the staff. Very professional and they handled everything. First class from the beginning to the end. The food and service was excellent. This review will be a little different as it wasn't for our wedding but instead for our 50TH wedding anniversary. For our review we have 50 years as a basis of comparison. We have 4 married children and experienced their weddings in different venues and parts of the country. Having said this Ashlee and Beau Chene CC are at the top of the list. You will not be disappointed. Our guests were greeted at the door with a flute of champagne. The facilities were wonderful including the main ballroom, dedicated bar area and adjoining room and outdoor patio area. Staff was attentive in every way. The food! What can I say? Our choices were astounding. One of the most consistent comments from our guests was the exceptional variety and quality of the food. We were assured that we would not run out of anything and that was the case. The chef will provide a tasting before hand if you wish. We had an outside DJ with absolutely no issues and our cake was from an outside vendor, again with no issues whatsoever. We researched a number of venues before settling on Beau Chene and were not disappointed. We must not forget Ashlee and her staff. She/they worked diligently to make our celebration perfect and when my wife and I reviewed our event there was nothing they could have done to make it better. Remember, this is 50 years of weddings and events so we have a pretty broad comparison base. One last thing. My daughter is an event planner for a major international corporation and she was very complimentary of the facility and operation of the staff. Book Beau Chene without hesitation. Ashlee and her staff will make it an event you will not forget!

Ryan and I had our 170 person wedding at Beau Chene on June 5th, 2021 and it was better than we could’ve imagined. \r\rOur wedding ceremony was originally planned to be outside by the gazebo, but due to a high chance of rain the ceremony was moved inside. Ashlee, the event coordinator, was in constant communication with us throughout. Day of, they were even able to transition the ballroom from ceremony to reception in only 15 minutes!!! It turned out to be a blessing everything was inside due to the high humidity, and since the rain did not come as expected, we were still able to still get all the beautiful photos outside with the greenery and landscaping.\r\rThe day of the wedding was a breeze, having two large rooms for the wedding party to get ready on site was super convenient. Hair and makeup for the bridal party was able to be downstairs with a large room upstairs for all of their stuff! The groomsmen especially enjoined having the men’s lounge. With large wedding parties of 9 people each we were worried how everyone would fit in the space and there were no issues! It was perfect! \r\rAll of the Beau Chene staff is super helpful and easy to work with, especially Ashlee!!. She will be your main point of contact for the venue and is very easy to reach and communicate with. \r\rThe groom and his groomsmen played golf before the rehearsal, and they had a blast. It is a great opportunity for them to let loose and play at highly exclusive course before the big day.\r\rLastly the food!! The food at Beau Chene is the best I’ve had at any wedding, their chef is top of the line. Guests have raved to us about the food and service provided! Also, something super special was the bride and groom “sweetheart dinner” we had waiting for us following the ceremony. We were able to eat all the food, take some time for just us, and celebrate with our favorite cocktails. \r\rBeau Chene truly met and exceeded all of our expectations! You and your guests will not be disappointed.

The food was amazing and people raved about how delicious it was and how friendly all of the staff was. We decided to extend our time last minute and they accommodated that request and even packed all of our stuff up for us so we could come back the next day to get it. I could go on and on about how fantastic Beau Chene Country Club was. We had such a fun and gorgeous wedding reception and owe a lot of that to Michelle, Judy, Matt, the cooks, and all of the other staff there. Beau Chene is the perfect place to have your wedding reception on the North shore and highly recommend to all :)

Recently got married at Beau Chene and by far exceeded my expectations. The staff was great especially Matt and Judy and Chef Hosie didn't disappoint with the amazing food. We had a sit down dinner which was a first for the country club for a wedding. I would have never guessed because everything went so smooth. Matt was great getting us anything we needed the week of and day off. Judy attended to us ladies during the day and then to my husband and myself the night of and couldn't have asked for better service! Everyone had a great time!

I had my September wedding reception at Beau Chene Country Club. I can not say enough good things about the staff and venue. Matt and Michelle took care of everything we asked. I do not think they said \"No\" to anything. They were flexible with the food and bar menu and did an excellent job accommodating us. Matt was prompt to respond to all questions and easy to get in touch with. Beau Chene has the perfect accommodations for a big group to get ready before hand. They provided sandwiches and champagne for our group beforehand and gave us personal and detailed attention the whole day. Adam and I even had a personal waiter at the wedding who made sure we always had everything we needed. We took pictures inside as well as outside the club house and they turned out stunning. My fiance and I love golf so we had a little fun with our sneak peak pictures on the golf course! I loved how many different areas they had at the reception to hang out at. They were very open and flexible about changing decor. It is a great venue as is but we chose to add additional up-lighting and string lighting. I dropped off all my decor and Matt and Michelle took care of setting everything up and it looked fabulous.The food was amazing and my fiance and I danced the whole night away. I personally ate a ton of food at my wedding and it was fabulous! They have such a large menu of items to chose from to build your personal menu. You end up with a very large and complete menu that everyone loves. The bar packages are really reasonable and they are flexible with everything. My Bridesmaids and family all raved about the staff and how accommodating they were. They were personal and present during the reception. My sister and maid of honor even said that she would want to have her reception there. This is one of the most affordable venues and is such a great place to have your reception. This venue really has everything you could possibly need and has exceptional staff. I highly recommend having your reception here.

We loved our wedding! It was such a perfect day and Beau Chene was the best venue! Matt and Natalie are amazing and really helped us with whatever we wanted. The two of them went above and beyond what we all expected. I emailed them for every little detail and they were so willing and happy to help which made me feel super comfortable. Our guests told us over and over again how great the food was, the staff was incredible and the drinks were flowing! They let us do whatever we wanted with the setup, allowed us to offer our guests custom/favorite drinks, and guided us through picking the menu.\rI am beyond happy with how the day went and appreciate their help and guidance so much. The only thing that keeps Beau Chene from getting 5 stars in my book, is the main event planner is a pretty tough person to get in touch with. Rarely would she respond to my emails, and when she did, it was usually several weeks later, after I had sent her a follow-up email after not hearing from her. She was kind of a hassle to work with, but after seeing how our day turned out at Beau Chene, I've decided it was worth the stress of the emails and issues. It was beautiful! I wouldn't change a thing.

I give Beau Chene three stars. On the wedding day, Beau Chene went ABOVE AND BEYOND my groom and I's expectations, and our day there was truly perfect in every way.
