My daughter and her husband were recently married at the Beauport Hotel overlooking beautiful Gloucester Harbor on Cape Ann. All I can say is WOW! Run, don’t walk, to visit this venue and book your date. This is a five-star plus wedding/event venue and resort hotel.The Beauport Hotel décor invokes the atmosphere of the seafaring town of Gloucester and the nautical history of Cape Ann. The venue spaces bring the gorgeous beauty of the surrounding area inside for all to enjoy. These spaces work well with any size wedding you are planning and the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 230 for dinner and dancing. My daughter and her husband were married on the terrace overlooking Gloucester Harbor and there was ample seating for all our guests. The cocktail hour followed in the adjoining Pavilion Room along with the Terrace. For overnight guests the hotel rooms are comfortable and beautiful. Gloucester and the Cape Ann area are rich with history and beautiful coastal New England scenery for a perfect destination wedding. The Beauport Hotel staff is professional and accessible. They work well together in order to ensure that your vision becomes a reality. The wedding and event coordinator, Danielle Maccini, is a real treasure. She has years of experience in the wedding business and is professional, friendly, detailed oriented, highly organized, flexible, responsive and thoughtful. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly and all my daughter’s décor ideas were carried out perfectly. Danielle was wonderful to work with and truly is a gem. The Chef is amazing and my guests are still raving about the food. The Chef will work with you on customizing your menu and even used one of my daughter’s recipes for a hors d’oeuvre. The food presentation, from the cocktail hour Raw Bar in a replica dory boat to the dinner service and table settings to the sparkling wedding cake stand, was impeccable and only added to the wonderful ambience of the entire event.This is a new hotel and wedding venue that opened in late June, 2016 and I can’t thank the GM, Ray Johnston, enough for convincing us to book this venue when it was only a concrete foundation on the shores of Pavilion Beach. Ray and the entire crew really delivered on a first class venue and continue to wow hotel and wedding guests alike with this beautiful resort. Did I mention they have a rooftop pool with bar! I highly recommend The Beauport Hotel for your perfect wedding with beautiful memories.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Beauport in May of 2023, and could not be happier with our choice! The venue is right on the ocean, and was a beautiful backdrop for our special day! We were fortunate to have one of the few sunny weekends this past summer, and our guests loved being able to go between both the indoor and outdoor areas. The hotel itself is beautiful, and having guests able to stay at the hotel if they chose was also extremely convenient!Melissa, our event coordinator, was great to work with! She was extremely professional, detail oriented, and brought our vision to life. Even more importantly, she looked out for us, our families, and our bridal party on the day of the wedding. She made sure my mom had time to eat dinner in between talking to guests, and rescued me when one of the many bustle ties of my dress came loose, quickly pulling me away to fix it and get me back to the party!The food at the Beauport is phenomenal – from the drinks, passed appetizers, salads, and entrees, to the extra stationary tables we chose (shoutout to the beautiful raw bar during cocktail hour and late-night Chinese food buffet), nothing missed! It’s been over 6 months since our wedding, and our guests still bring up how delicious our food was! Note for couples: Melissa had trays of our signature drinks and appetizers in a separate waiting room for us, our family, and our bridal party – take advantage of this room to take a breath and get a chance to try all the food you painstakingly chose! We also had our farewell brunch at The Beauport Hotel, and our rehearsal dinner at the Beauport’s sister venue, the Cruiseport – both of which we also wholeheartedly recommend!

My wife and I got married at the Beauport at the end of July 2023. It was truly an amazing day, and we have so many memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The setting at the Beauport is really beautiful and we loved having both indoor and outdoor space for use throughout the day. We liked that the hotel and ballroom had a modern, clean aesthetic. The food was also incredible - best food out of all the weddings we’ve attended and all of our guests were super complimentary! There is an extensive catering menu and we had such a hard time narrowing down the hors d’oeuvres and entrees since there were so many amazing options. Make sure you get the seafood risotto, which was delicious!! While there were many things we loved about the Beauport, there were also some things we found disappointing. The main thing was that during our ceremony, there was considerable background noise from the 1606 Restaurant, from both guests and restaurant staff, which became very distracting (one of our groomsmen literally leaned around the partition to ask them to quiet down). We had been so excited to have it on the deck because of the ocean view, but in hindsight, I wish we had opted for an indoor ceremony due to the significant level of noise we experienced. We’re surprised that the Beauport doesn’t close the restaurant side of the deck during ceremonies or, at the very least, do something to control noise levels. If you are hoping for a quiet and private ceremony, we’d suggest looking at another venue or opting to have your ceremony indoors, since there are multiple sources of potential background noise (i.e., the restaurant, hotel room balconies, the roof bar/pool, and/or the public beach). Regardless of this, we still had a wonderful day, and overall, the day ran very smoothly. However, we felt it important to share this feedback so future couples are aware of this when deciding on a venue.

I recently got married at Beauport and cannot imagine having picked a more perfect venue for our special day. When we first toured Beauport, I fell in love with its charm - it is the perfect seaside getaway that feels quite luxurious. There is a lot that I could say that made our wedding weekend so special but here are just a few highlights:1) Food - We had our food tasting about 8 months prior to the wedding. This was good timing as I was planning to make printed menus and gave me ample time for that. The tasting was fun & really was a great indicator for what the food was like for our big day. Everyone at our wedding raved about the apps so would HIGHLY recommend these: mini lobster mac & cheese bites, tiny fish tacos, short rib grilled cheese, beef sliders & vegetable spring rolls. They also allowed us to customize our main courses and again, our guests loved the food. Finally, they let us bring Crumbl cookies in for dessert (10/10 - would recommend doing that) and helped us coordinate bringing pizza in for our after party. 2) Logistics/Hotel Staff - From the day we booked Beauport through the day we checked out after our wedding, this place knocked everything out of the park. We worked closely with the reservations team on getting a room block set up and to coordinate distributing welcome bags to our guests. They also helped ensure that housekeeping was able to make up our rooms quickly between the time that we were getting ready and taking photos. These folks were in lockstep with the front desk and our coordinator who both were aware of everything going on relating to our wedding which was super helpful. I especially noticed the coordination when a few days before the wedding, I mentioned to the bartender we were going to have our welcome party at the bar that weekend and realized I hadn't shared that with the coordinator prior. The bartender told us that wouldn't be an issue, worked with our coordinator and the rest of the bar/restaurant team to make sure there were enough staff on site to accomodate our group size. The hotel even ended up setting up a space outside the ballroom for us to use in case the bar got too crowded. That is exceptional service!3) Coordinator - I feel it is important to give a special shout out to our day-of coordinator, Melissa. If you get the opportunity to work with her, be prepared to be blown away. She answered my millions of questions and gave me good direction on things to think about (such as ceremony seating signs) and really helped execute on my vision for our big day. Her organization put my mind at ease in terms of knowing she would deliver on the perfect day for us. She was so attentive to the finest of details which made everything even more special - including having a glass of prosecco (for me) & a shirley temple (for my husband - he doesn't drink) ready for us when we did our final decor drop off the weekend of the wedding. She was there every step of the way, including on the big day, helping me fix my bustle a few times because people would step on my dress. The service was second to none and we are so appreciative for all her hard work.Overall, Beauport was a magical place to get married. We would not have changed a thing and would STRONGLY recommend couples look there when seeking their perfect wedding destination.

The Beauport hotel was absolutely stunning and they truly provided us with best experience a bride and groom could have on their wedding day. The hotel staff were so friendly. Shout out to Melissa Nolet who was our planner. We got married over a month ago and guests are still talking about her to this day. The level of detail, professionalism and patience she has is incredible. She would respond to my emails extremely fast and made our day so special. She is truly the best and a huge asset to the Beauport!

My husband and I married at the Beauport last month on November 4th. It truly was a fairy tale and we couldn't say enough great things. Our journey with the Beauport started almost by accident, as we were in the hotel not realizing it could be a potential wedding venue. We stumbled into the ballroom and immediately were taken by it's brightness, with 2 full walls of ocean-facing windows, by the huge bar in the center of the room, and by the wood floor (meaning the entire room could be a dance floor!). Going out on the deck gave us both chills, envisioning saying \"I do\" next to the ocean, in the New England coastal setting of our dreams. We didn't have a formal tour set up that day, so we asked some folks working there if anyone was available. That was the first moment we experienced the impeccable Beauport service. Members of the staff were not only accommodating but they truly shared in our newly engaged excitement. They were so enthusiastic about us considering them and so helpful. We immediately felt like we we'd be in good hands if we chose to marry there. From the moment we signed the contract, the events staff was extremely prompt in answering any of our questions and always so helpful. Caleb from Group Travel was amazing with managing our room block. I think he probably did 5+ crosschecks of our entire guest list against the reservations that weekend which couldn't have been a quick task. He always did so like it was no big deal at all and always so fast!Before we knew it it was time to be assigned a wedding coordinator and we were so lucky to have gotten Amanda Pollock. She was an absolute dream. From the first time we met with her we felt like we were in the absolute best hands possible. She answered all of our questions without any hesitation, knowing the Beauport as well as all flower/photo/dj vendors in seemingly the entire North Shore/Boston area like the back of her hand. Beyond this was her calming and warm presence. Amanda had a way of making us feel SO at ease and like there was no need to stress, cause she had our backs. We left each meeting with her feeling on top of the world with a new sense of excitement about our upcoming nuptials. The weekend of the wedding, Amanda and the entire Beauport team made us feel so special and truly made everything go off without a hitch. All of the little details around timing and coordinating all of the vendors were all taken care of for us so that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves and soak in the moment. We were so lucky to have a gorgeous fall day, and to see our visions come true – saying \"I do\" on the deck, the sun coming out from the overcast sky just as I walked down the aisle. I'm getting emotional writing about it because it was truly, truly just perfect. The rest of the evening was too – the space was airy and bright and big enough for all of our 150 guests to feel like they could move around, get a drink without waiting in a long line, and DANCE! The arrangement of tables all around the dance floor made it feel so inclusive and like there was not a bad seat in the house. The afterparty being at the Beauport bar was SO convenient and fun! All of the firepits were open to us outside and to see all of our family and friends sit around them enjoying the end of the evening was a sight we'll never forget. Truly could never recommend the Beauport enough and say enough great things about Amanda and the entire staff.

My Husband & I had the pleasure of getting married on December 1, 2023 at the Beauport. Melissa was the wedding planner assigned to us and from start to finish she was amazing. Melissa was organized, would answer all my emails & questions, and she was super nice. It felt like she wasn't just my wedding planner but a friend. The night was absolutely perfect and everyone said it was the best wedding ever! 10/10 recommend the Beauport. Also, the food is SO GOOD. Best wedding food myself or other guests have had.

Melissa was organized, would answer all my emails & questions, and she was super nice. It felt like she wasn't just my wedding planner but a friend. The night was absolutely perfect and everyone said it was the best wedding ever! 10/10 recommend the Beauport. Also, the food is SO GOOD. Best wedding food myself or other guests have had.

We had our wedding at the Beauport and were assigned Shannon as our coordinator. From our initial meeting, Shannon made us feel so comfortable and confident that we were in the right hands. Shannon was highly organized and detailed. Starting with our first meeting, she asked all the questions about how to make our wedding day perfect. She worked with us and helped us craft our vision. She helped show us options and opportunities that we hadn’t even considered or thought possible. And through the months leading up to our big day, she was highly responsive to all of our email questions and worked to address any concerns that we may have had (which were few and far between by the way because all her hard work and preparation).On the day of the wedding, Shannon again was there every step of the way. She helped the day move smoothly and according to plan. She regularly checked in with us, making sure that we knew where we were in the timeline as well as just a friendly check in to see how we were doing. The highlight was maybe when Shannon helped get the bride a bowl of her favorite ice cream and hand delivered it, just so that we could continue dancing on the dance floor without taking a break. The Beauport as a venue was everything we could have dreamed of. The scenery during the ceremony was immaculate. The transition between the deck, to the cocktail area, to the ballroom all went smoothly and were professionally set up ahead of time. All of the food was delicious, specifically we had the cod and filet mignon. Again, the flow of the night went perfectly and all to schedule. We loved the Beauport and received so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the venue and the food. We want to thank Shannon again and emphasize how much of a true professional and a genuinely kind person she is. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Beauport or working with Shannon to any prospective couple. We had the perfect wedding and the best day of our lives.

We got married at Beauport in September and the entire staff from Valet, Front Desk, Reservations, Events, especially our Event Manager Melissa made our fairytale wedding weekend come true. The hotel and event space speaks for itself but the service was top notch. Melissa set up our decor perfectly, coordinated with our vendors, and helped keep us and our wedding party organized/on time. We can't thank her enough for taking care of us during the reception; making sure we were fed and guiding us through the finer details of our event. We don't know what we would've done without her through all the planning and the day of. We’d choose Beauport if we could do it all over again and highly recommend them!

The most magical day at the most perfect venue. My husband and I got married at the Beauport on Labor Day weekend of 2023. I truly am speechless and am at a loss for words when it comes to the day. To say it exceeded all of my expectations and wildest dreams, would be an understatement. I had the pleasure of working closely with Amanda, who was absolutely fantastic. I know everybody says this, but we really had the best day ever. We were lucky enough to have the most insane weather of the summer (and if you live anywhere in the Boston area, you know summer 2023 has broken records of rainfall). It was also Schnooers weekend, which is a sailboat festival in Gloucester every LDW, so picture the unbelievable ocean backdrop, with a bunch of sailboats – magic. My husband and I (and a few friends) started the weekend on Thursday, had dinner at the 1606 restaurant (which was phenomenal) and spent Friday all day at the pool with our closest family and friends (this was seriously one of the best days). Saturday was the day of the wedding and it was a fairy-tale. The entire day, everything went as planned. I was fully prepared for something to go wrong, but there was not one thing I could pinpoint. We did get married offsite (at a church in Manchester-by-the-Sea and took pics at Bass Rocks (which was a beautiful spot @ future brides!)) but were lucky enough to have the cocktail hour outside on the deck starting at 5pm. We purchased the raw bar, which was a HIT! My guests cannot stop talking about it! All of the other passed appetizers were amazing (the short rib grilled cheese and the rice balls were my favorite). I was very adamant on getting on the dance floor ASAP and that’s exactly what Amanda did. She was able to execute all of my (crazy) ideas (@ brides, you understand) without fail and the execution was absolutely seamless. All of my décor, my direction, every single thing we talked about in my meetings leading up to the day was fully fulfilled. Dinner was amazing – like seriously, the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding (and my guests can account for this)! I’ve never received so many messages about the food alone – people LOVED it. We were also lucky (and brides if you are getting married LWD on the Saturday keep this in mind), to have a firework show (put on by the city of Gloucester) at 9:30pm, which was absolutely surreal and just a perfect ending to an amazing day. The Beauport really blew our wedding out of the water and I would not have changed a single thing about the day. It is not only the most beautiful venue but the staff and people are really wonderful and make you feel so so special. Also shout out to Alisha Norden for these amazing pics (she's so special).

My husband and I got married at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester MA on June 2, 2023 and are over the moon for how our experience and day panned out. Our coordinator, Amanda P., was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and always a step ahead of us. Amanda made us feel so welcomed, heard, and worked effortlessly help customize the wedding package to include everything we wanted to make our day so \"us\" including sourcing in specific wine that was not on the original bar list, and ordering me a special meal for dinner that we did not offer to the guests. She handled all our decor gracefully (and we brought in A LOT!) and she was able to set the space up exactly how I envisioned it in my head, without having to ask us questions day off. The ballroom and venue space at the Beauport Hotel offer a unique and beautiful view of Gloucester and Cape Ann. For most of our guests, this was their first time at the venue and all have shared such positive reviews some have even booked future weekend stays to go back! The food was incredible, fresh, and so delicious - our guests all have said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. My husband and I are trying to convince our friends to get married at the Beauport Hotel so that we can attend as a guest at a place that is so special to us!The entire experience with the hotel was perfect from arrival, the valet and concierge, housekeeping staff, bartenders, a special gift on our wedding night, chocolates on our pillows at turndown service, and more. The Beauport is the perfect beach wedding venue. We got married here in June 2023 and wow it was beautiful. When we first toured this venue, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. It is a beautiful hotel right on the beach and what is better than having your ceremony on the deck overlooking the ocean. You get 4 adjoining spaces for your wedding which is nice. We had Shannon as our wedding coordinator, and we could not be happier. She was amazing to work with. She is so sweet and easy to communicate with. Also, very professional. Any time I emailed her with a question, she would get back to me within the hour. She made our wedding planning process much easier. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Shannon made our day run so smoothly and there was not one mess up. She kept checking in with us to make sure we were stress free and enjoying ourselves. The hors d'oeuvres and entrees were amazing. Especially the filet. Not one of my guests had any complaints. I would 100% recommend the Beauport for your wedding!

The Beauport and their staff are top notch. My wedding went seamlessly and there were no issues. The venue is amazing, and the food is 5 stars. We had perfect weather for our wedding day, which made it even more special and even our guests were blown away by the service and hospitality. The most beautiful wedding venue! My husband & I got married at Beauport on 5/19/23 and it was the day we’ve been dreaming of, plus more! From the moment we walked into the hotel for our venue tour, we knew that we would be getting married there. We had to wait over 1.5 years to get the date that we wanted, and it was 100% worth it! From breathtaking views to amazing food and attentive staff, the Beauport is five stars. We also want to thank Melissa, our coordinator, who made sure our wedding day was perfect. I wish we could re-do our wedding, just so we could experience the day again! My husband & I will be visiting the Beauport many more times in the future. Definitely recommend!

What can we say about the Beauport . Amazing wonderful fabulous is an understatement . The moment we walked in September of 2021 we knew that we were going have our March wedding of 2023 there. From the beginning everyone there treated us with respect and were very excited that we picked them as our venue . Then the waiting process started but we had the foodtasting which was amazing to help us get through the waiting ! Then all of a sudden it was time for them to assign us the wedding coordinator and we were lucky enough to have Shannon. She was amazing and were so happy to get her ! She answered any questions we had especially those questions that you have when its a few weeks leading up to the big day! The day of the wedding was executed flawlessly. We were so fortunate for a March wedding to have our ceremony outside which made the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour go smoothly! We had the best time at our wedding the guest are still talking about it a few weeks later ! The food was delicious, the drinks amazing and the atomisphere just a celebration ! Horrible customer service! We were so excited for our dream wedding at the Beauport. We were a Beauport couple, they told us they cared about us and our special day. Turns out all they cared about was getting our money. Some circumstances came up and out came the Beauport’s lack of empathy and customer service. The Beauport is perfection. Book this venue! We had our wedding ceremony & reception at the Beauport & it was an absolute dream! We are incredibly thankful to have worked with Nichole as our coordinator. She & all other event staff we encountered were prompt, professional, organized & so kind throughout the planning process. As a couple unfamiliar with event planning, they put us completely at ease, keeping us on track & communicating with all our vendors. When we had a family emergency two weeks before the wedding, they could not have been more supportive & accommodating. When our wedding weekend finally arrived, they continued to impress. Almost all our guests stayed at the hotel. From the delectable restaurant to the staff hospitality, our guests raved about their experience throughout the weekend. On our wedding day, I was in complete awe of the ceremony & reception area. The staff arranged our décor so elegantly & completely elevated our vision, creating a setting that felt beautiful & also personal. It was exactly what we wanted & so much better! The event went seamlessly & our guests even commented on how efficiently everything flowed throughout the evening (all credit to the incredible Nichole!). The food was SO good, guests told us it was the best ‘wedding food’ they ever had. We went with passed hors d’oeuvres & they were plentiful & hot. The staff were so good—quick, discreet, accommodating. Nichole ensured we had plenty of time to sit & enjoy our wedding meal (something I was fearful we would miss out on!) And we still had loads of time on the dancefloor! After our reception, we overflowed into the lobby area & got to continue spending time with our guests late into the night. The next day, we provided breakfast vouchers for our guests to have the hotel restaurant buffet & it was the perfect sendoff to our celebratory weekend. When we checked out of the hotel, all our things were neatly packed up & ready to go. From start to finish, The Beauport deserves all the credit in supporting us to make our wedding a beautiful event for our unforgettable wedding weekend!

We had our wedding here with Melissa Nolet as our coordinator. The venue is absolutely beautiful, right on the water with lovely views, modern and yet elegant style with a hint of nautical flare. We are a same-sex couple and generally vetted our vendors to make sure that we wouldn't face any discrimination. Turns out the first wedding the Beauport hosted after opening was in fact a same-sex wedding! We were treated just as lovely as any couple would be with throngs of congratulations and care. They have in house catering and were able to provide for our every request with absolutely delicious foods in a quality package! Melissa and staff made our day all about us and made sure we were all set and comfortable in every way. From frequently stopping by to make sure we were all set to bringing us platters of our hors d'oeuvres in the wedding party's ready room, to bringing us each a glass of our signature drinks to privately toast. Melissa also worked easily with all of our external vendors (flowers, photographer, band, and officiant) to make sure everything would go off without a hitch.The rooms were absolutely lovely perfect and cozy, and all of our guests loved having little chocolates on their pillows waiting for them. The breakfast buffet the next day was delicious and bountiful with a large variety of options and was a great value! A lot of our guests partook in that and were grateful! No doubt in our minds that if we needed to do some sort of large scale event we would have it hosted here again! Weddings are expensive but this felt like we were getting our money's worth and you could tell that they did their best to make it so. We are so grateful to Melissa and the Beauport for helping make our wedding absolutely beautiful and amazing and heart-felt. Thank you!

My husband and I recently got married at the Beauport the weekend after Thanksgiving. From the very beginning, before we had even decided on the Beauport as our venue, the communication and accommodating nature of the Beauport stood out to us. The entire team of coordinators worked together to accommodate out needs, and we were set from the moment we walked in. Our wedding coordinator, Melissa, was AMAZING. She always promptly responded to my (many) emails, and was flexible with accommodating our schedules so we could do all of our meetings in person. Living out of state was challenging and often meant we needed to meet on a weekend morning, which she always made work. Day of decor drop of, was seamless, even with a holiday weekend. Coordination between Melissa, and all of our vendors was stress free. On the big day, Melissa made sure everything went to plan. I was a little nervous about not having an option for a rehearsal due to the nature of their schedule, however, we trusted in Melissa and her teams experience, and we are so glad that we did, everything went PERFECT! Melissa made sure I made it down to the appropriate space without my husband or guests seeing me. She accommodated a first look with our pup and communicated clearly so all of our bridal party knew where to be and when during the ceremony. When our bridal party had accidentally eaten my tray of GF apps, she very kindly refilled it so that I could be sure to eat during cocktail hour. She attended to my husband and I throughout the reception to make sure we stayed on schedule and always had what we needed, without feeling like we were overwhelmed. Overall, thanks to Melissa, and the entire Beauport wedding team, we had the most beautiful dream wedding. We cannot recommend them enough. We are so glad we took the recommendation from a family friend, and have been able to pass that along to others!

My husband and I had the best experience with the Beauport Hotel and specifically Nichole who was our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our wedding day ! She is so good at what she does and had a way of making sure every detail leading up to the day was as perfect as can be. She is kind, patient, approachable, and most importantly detailed and knowledgeable with wedding planning. She was such a pleasure to work with. The venue is so classy, clean, and staff is always willing to help! The hall was set up so beautifully and the food was amazing, my guests were raving about it! 10/10 recommend this venue to any couple getting married its totally worth the money !!!

The hotel is gorgeous with a great restaurant and bar. The best part is you and your guest can pull their car up to the friendly valets when they arrive and not have to worry about traveling anywhere else from the start of the wedding weekend till the end. Our entire wedding party commented on her positive and friendly demeanor, organization and just overall helpfulness with everything and anything. The Beauport is such a dream venue already (the only one we saw to be honest) but to have such an amazing team that ensures people have their perfect day, the way they dream of it is something so special. Everyone kept telling me “Something always goes wrong on the big day but no one ever notices”. I honestly don’t think one thing went wrong, which says a lot about Beauport and their staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional! The food is so delicious, our guests raved about the lobster tail in the surf and turf meal. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better day! Nichole, our wedding manager, made the day run so smoothly and made every less stressful on us. She was great to work with during the planning stages and very responsive with all of my questions (I had a lot). Nichole is so knowledgeable about the wedding process and gave great recommendations! I felt very comfortable working with her, which is huge during this process!! She was on top of everything! Getting ready in the room with a balcony looking out on the water was so relaxing (and great for pictures). We lucked out with the weather and had our ceremony outside right on the water!! They were prepared to bring everything inside if necessary. All of the staff was super nice, everyone loved our bartender Meaghan too! Meaghan even helped us pick out our signature drinks! If you are going to get married here I highly suggested requesting Nichole as your wedding manager and Meaghan as one of your bartenders!!! I highly recommend getting married at this venue, you will not regret it and you will have a great experience!!

She placed our photos and other decor items so perfectly! I wish we could do the wedding weekend all over again. It was so nice having everything right at the hotel. Guests could enjoy the bar, the roof top pool or even just stay in their relaxing and luxurious hotel rooms. It truly is the perfect wedding spot. The day after we played on the beach with our nieces and nephews and I did not want to leave! I cannot wait to come back and celebrate anniversaries at the Beauport :)

Where do I even begin?! My now husband and I booked the Beauport as our venue back in the summer of 2018, our wedding was originally scheduled for October 2020 but we unfortunately had to postpone. We are lucky we did because we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to meet Kendra. We scheduled our first meeting with her and were instantly blown away. She was SO incredibly nice and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so sweet throughout the whole process. As many know, planning can be stressful. One night I think I blasted her with emails because my mind was just spinning. She got on the phone with me and answered all my questions and helped me work through everything. She was so patient through it all. Fast forward to the big day...she came to check on me and let me know how things were going with set up. She made sure everything was in the right place, people were where they needed to be and didn’t skip a beat. Our day was just absolutely seamless. We are SO grateful we had Kendra’s support on our wedding day and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts for helping us make our day so special.

The Beauport Hotel was the first place we looked at when trying to find a venue. Nothing else compared and we could not be happier with our choice. If you are looking for a venue with breathtaking views, professional staff, a place for everything (ceremony, reception, guest accommodations), amazing food/service and a place to go to celebrate future anniversaries this is THE one! -The food is INCREDIBLE - Numerous guests have told us it was the best they have ever had at a wedding -The rooms are SO nice. In the warmer months, it is great to have access to the rooftop pool and even during the winter it is so beautifully decorated and cozy! -The view and atmosphere is BEAUTIFUL and you will get the best pictures. Unless you are having your ceremony off site, you don’t need to worry about having transportation. -Staff is so professional and accommodating. Everyone at Beauport goes above and beyond to make your time enjoyable. The sales/events team at Beauport is top notch. We were matched with Devan Taylor as our coordinator from the day we toured and were so lucky to stay with her 3 years later. Devan is so amazing at what she does and helped us navigate through all the unknowns of covid. Not a detail was missed and she truly gave us the wedding of our dreams. She kept us so organized, was always responsive, and continued to be flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. All we had to do was drop our decorations off the week of the wedding and she did EVERYTHING— even packed it up so perfectly for us to take home the day after. We also had the pleasure of working with Nate Gaul. He was so personable, proactive, thoughtful and so organized especially during times that our room block situation was impacted with rescheduling from 2020. He continually went above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. The Beauport Hotel was the first place we looked at when trying to find a venue. Nothing else compared and we could not be happier with our choice. If you are looking for a venue with breathtaking views, professional staff, a place for everything (ceremony, reception, guest accommodations), amazing food/service and a place to go to celebrate future anniversaries this is THE one! -The food is INCREDIBLE - Numerous guests have told us it was the best they have ever had at a wedding -The rooms are SO nice. In the warmer months, it is great to have access to the rooftop pool and even during the winter it is so beautifully decorated and cozy! -The view and atmosphere is BEAUTIFUL and you will get the best pictures. Unless you are having your ceremony off site, you don’t need to worry about having transportation. -Staff is so professional and accommodating. Everyone at Beauport goes above and beyond to make your time enjoyable. The sales/events team at Beauport is top notch. We were matched with Devan Taylor as our coordinator from the day we toured and were so lucky to stay with her 3 years later. Devan is so amazing at what she does and helped us navigate through all the unknowns of covid. Not a detail was missed and she truly gave us the wedding of our dreams. She kept us so organized, was always responsive, and continued to be flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. All we had to do was drop our decorations off the week of the wedding and she did EVERYTHING— even packed it up so perfectly for us to take home the day after. We also had the pleasure of working with Nate Gaul. He was so personable, proactive, thoughtful and so organized especially during times that our room block situation was impacted with rescheduling from 2020. He continually went above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. I cannot get over how amazing this venue was; simply a fairytale wedding. Devan and the Beauport staff were patient, kind, and SO flexible (I mean texting her the morning of my wedding flexible) - they welcomed a very large party with open arms, and the professional courtesy was truly outstanding. Devan was amazing to work with, was helpful, involved, and on the ball all the way through the end of the wedding reception, and really worked to connect with myself and my husband. The food was incredible, and the venue is an absolute paradise.

Cannot say enough great things about our wedding at Beauport! We were married on 9/25/2021 and chose to have both our ceremony and reception in the space. Could not have been happier with our experience. All of our guests had an amazing time, raved about the food (which is EXCELLENT), and commented about how professional and put together the entire staff were - leading to a smooth and effortless event. The space is incredible, essentially you get an entire wing of the hotel including private deck space, foyer, side room, and private space for the wedding party to place all items prior to ceremony entry. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and great for \"getting ready\" pictures. The hotel room bookings can get complicated due to the amount of weddings they host on a weekend. Although they only host one event on site per day, out of town guest may have difficulty booking outside of just the wedding night due to the demand and other weddings in the area who may be staying at the hotel. And while they say they try and prioritize the weddings on site, we would still recommend booking hotel rooms early. Beauport also offers a King Suite complimentary for the night of the wedding for couples getting married, which we booked for Friday, as well and used this as our \"getting ready\" space. All together it was a great experience.We truly couldn't write this review without commenting on our amazing event coordinator from Beauport, Kendra L. She was assigned to us about 3-4 months before the wedding and acted as a true day-of extraordinaire. All we needed to do was coordinate drop off of our personal decorations, and Kendra did the rest! From coordinating with our vendors, fielding all of our covid concern questions, to helping set up the beautiful ceremony and reception space. She even had our decorations packed and ready for pick up the next morning! Truly a hands off approach for couples, which ensured we took in as much of our day as possible without worrying about the little details. Our parents and wedding party (who tend to get rowdy) were also very impressed with her professionalism, polite yet firm attitude (which is tough to pull off as gracefully as she did), and her organization. We had our wedding at Beauport hotel last month, and it was the most amazing experience ever! It was the first (and only) venue my husband and I visited and it was love at first sight- we reserved our wedding date that same day! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the views are to die for.The entire staff there are so kind and professional and it really made for an exceptional experience. Our assigned wedding coordinator, Devan, was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, professional, accommodating, and always so quick to respond to my never ending questions/requests. On our last meeting Devan, my husband and I went over all the details (in addition to me writing it all out) and I was able to put all my trust into her to perfect every little detail and the set up for the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception was even better than I had envisioned it! Devan was so calm and the whole day went over so perfectly- not one hiccup! I am forever grateful for Devan and the entire Beauport staff for their efforts in making our special day unforgettable. Our guests are still raving about the venue and the exceptionally delicious food! It was truly such an amazing experience for all, and we are so excited to be able to go back and visit! We continue to hear from our guests about how they haven’t been to a wedding that served so much delicious food over the entire night. No one left hungry! We booked our wedding for May 2020 and unfortunately had to postpone due to lockdown. All the staff are amazing but particularly Nichole and Danielle. The event staff - Nichole in particular - truly have the couples they serve at heart and do everything in their power to make the day run seamlessly. From coordinating with vendors, to ensuring guests with dietary needs were served appropriately, to ensuring that we as the bride and groom enjoyed every moment of our day - they were so so incredible! The hotel was spectacular - impeccably clean and elegant. The food was amazing; we couldn't have been happier with our menu selections; our guests raved about the hordeurves and entrees. The drinks were delicious; our His and Hers drinks (old fashioned with cranberry syrup and chocolate bitters, and a peach white sangria) were unbelievable and our guests loved them. The staff was polite, professional, helpful and timely. The entire weekend felt like a dream and we will be eternally grateful to the Beauport and staff for making our day so memorable and perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, venue, staff. Etc. We had a micro wedding here on Oct 4 2020. We planned it in 3 weeks and we cannot believe how amazing it all turned out. Nichole and staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They made this whole process so enjoyable I would do it all over ( I always dreaded having a wedding because I thought it would be so stressful but it was the opposite) it was so calm and easy I’m still amazed. The food was UNREAL, and the wait staff completely went out of their way to make sure we were all taken care of. Everyone that worked there was in a great mood and for one whole day it did not feel like we were living through a depressing pandemic. If you’re thinking of postponing your wedding, DONT. We had 30 something people outside and it was PERFECT. If you’re looking for a venue for your future wedding don’t look anymore. This place was a dream. The views were amazing, the rooms are beautiful clean and new. I literally wish I could give 10 stars. Also would like to give a shout-out to the girls working the front desk overnight who joined in on our incredibly bad late night singing in the lobby. Thank you Nichole and all of the Beauport Staff! We will always remember how special and great our day was with the help of you all!

We worked with our wedding planner Kristen from cruiseport to get in touch with Nichole from Beauport who helped make our wedding dreams a reality. With her help we made the decision to change our large NYE to a beautiful intimate micro wedding outside on Columbus Day weekend. It was absolutely stunning and they made us feel so special and supported throughout all the big changes. Since micro weddings are new territory it was kind of exciting to work with Nichole and take this “new normal” into wedding terms. We got super creative and made it safe and special. We were always reminded throughout the process this day was about us and our marriage and we even with all the rules of current society, we were able to make it our own. Though much different than what we originally planned, I would not change one thing about that day, it was the wedding we never knew we dreamed of!

My husband and I had planned the wedding of our dreams at Beauport Hotel. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit and we were unable to have our wedding at Beauport. Even though we did not get married there, I would like to touch on the incredible customer service and kindness we received leading up to our cancellation. We mostly worked with Caroline, who showed an immense amount of professionalism and interest in our big day. She was very organized and always answered our emails and calls within a timely manner. If Caroline was not available to respond to our call or email immediately, someone else from Beauport would reach out to us with an answer. The food tasting was amazing and both our parents raved about the quality and taste of the food being served. When we decided to cancel our wedding, we were refunded 100% of our deposits. This shows how extremely reputable, reliable and responsible Beauport is. If you are even contemplating thinking about having your big day at Beauport GO FOR IT!

My wife and I went through the whole wedding venue selection process of trying to find the best location for us while still staying within our budget. Growing up on the south shore of MA, we tried all of the typical locations from Cape Cod up through Boston. On a friend’s recommendation, we decided to look to Cape Ann and we’re thrilled that we did. The moment we walked into the Beauport Hotel, we whispered “This is so fancy, we’ll never afford this” to each other. From the get-go, the staff was overly attentive, accommodating, and happy to help in any way possible. They have the absolute best customer service of any company we’ve dealt with; really reminds us of the old-school “the customer is always right” mentality, and every worker goes out of his/her way to make you feel like the most special guest at the hotel. They were exactly what we were looking for, and we booked a November 2020 wedding, with plans to have 125 guests.Fast forward to COVID-19, and all of our plans changed. Listening to the news projections that COVID-19 could be much worse in the fall/winter months potentially jeopardizing our wedding, we expressed our concerns to the Beauport. We asked if there was any potential to move our date up to one of the summer months in order to take advantage of the outdoor patio space. The Beauport staff (especially the event director, Danielle, and event sales manager, Devan) were completely understanding of our changing plans and were very eager to work with us to find something that worked within the state’s restrictions. They were so flexible and accommodating, and truly wanted to help make something work, and make it special. They ultimately created a beautiful ‘micro’ wedding package that allowed us to hold a small reception in a private section of their outdoor deck on a gorgeous day in August 2020. Danielle and her team were very reasonable with regards to our contract, considering our wedding party size and venue requirements downsized significantly from our original plans.We cannot say enough about how great our experience was that weekend. The Beauport was serious about following COVID-19 safety policies, and everyone in our small wedding reception felt very safe celebrating and staying at the Beauport. We were all incredibly impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. The food was excellent, and the views were from the deck were amazing. Overall, we had an incredible experience in a beautiful venue that I highly recommend! My wife and I can’t wait to go back!

We got married in a micro-wedding at the Beauport last week after we had to cancel our large wedding at another venue. The entire experience was fantastic. Beauport was extremely accommodating to our smaller wedding and we ended up with a beautiful formal wedding in an amazing location. We would never have considered the Beauport for our larger wedding ($$) but are so happy we got to get married there and now have a place we can go on our anniversary to remember our special day. I also can not say enough good things about our event coordinator Danielle who made the entire day run smoothly and was patient with all my questions.

The ultimate summer wedding venue! The reception room and the deck overlooking the ocean were absolutely outstanding. We were torn on even having a wedding but when we walked into the Beauport for the first time we knew this was where we needed to be. My husband and I got married this past January at the Beauport and we could not have been more thrilled. When we started looking at venues, we had no idea exactly what we were looking for other than we knew we wanted to be on the water. Once we walked into the Beauport, we knew we found our spot. We were obsessed with the cozy nautical lobby, the oceanfront bar and the gorgeous ballroom. We worked with Devan for the day of and she made our day perfect. Even when we had an unexpected hiccup the day of, she managed to work with our vendors so that we had no stress. We are so grateful that we chose the Beauport and can't wait to come back to stay there soon! All of our guests are still talking about the amazing venue, delicious food and the wonderful staff. Thank you Devan and the whole team for making our wedding a dream.

We looked at many places for our wedding before deciding on the Beauport and we are so happy we did. Everything was top-notch - it is a beautiful hotel, Alex our coordinator was great to work with, and the food was outstanding! We received many, many compliments from guests on how delicious their meals were and how much they loved the beautiful setting. Plus, all of the staff there, from the door men to the concierge to the front desk, were so welcoming and helpful. It was just a lovely experience all around - for bride, groom, and guests!

I got married in August at the Beauport and it was absolutely beautiful. Getting married on the deck overlooking the ocean was so lovely. The reception area is a such a nice space. The food was incredible. We got so many complements from our guests! Devan was our wedding coordinator, and she was great throughout. She was very responsive and always had good suggestions for us. The rooms are a bit pricey, so our friends and family stayed about a mile away. It worked out perfectly fine. This is absolutely a dream venue. I could not have imagined a more perfect place to tie the knot!

I got married in August at the Beauport and it was absolutely beautiful. Getting married on the deck overlooking the ocean was so lovely. The reception area is a such a nice space. Words cannot express how wonderful my October 2019 wedding at the Beauport Hotel was. Friends and family have been raving about the food, the indoor/outdoor spaces, the seamlessness of the event, and the hotel itself. Like many brides, I stressed over the decision of where to get married. The Beauport delivered on every level and was the perfect choice. Both venue and service exceeded my expectations, with guests using words like \"magical\" and \"fairytale\" to describe the night. My husband and I planned our wedding in five short months. Because of this, we wanted a venue that would be logistically easy for us and our guests. At the Beauport, you have a great variety of spaces at your disposal: suites and a rooftop pool for prep and downtime; a large deck for your outdoor ceremony; various rooms for cocktail hour; a window-lined ballroom for the reception; a classy bar for the after-party (fireplace, leather couches, deck with firepit), and a lovely restaurant for brunch the next day. I liked not having to worry about room blocks and shuttle buses for offsite hotels. Devan (our wonderful event manager at the Beauport) and the rest of the Beauport staff made it as easy as possible to plan a wedding on an accelerated time frame. They fit us in for a tasting and kept our planning on track. Devan was always calm, cool and collected. She responded to my emails at all times of day and night, addressing each query with equal levels of professionalism and warmth. I truly felt like she understood my aesthetic and vision for the event, and made great recommendations to meet those goals. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a single detail! The ballroom and adjoining spaces looked gorgeous. The service was impeccable. Devan kept everything running on time. And the food was AMAZING. It was the best wedding food I've ever had. My haddock was restaurant quality. Even the late night snack Chinese food tasted really good - Devan moved it from the ballroom to the bar so guests could keep snacking at the after party and everyone appreciated that added touch! I was a bit nervous to have an outdoor ceremony on the ocean in late October, but fall ended up being an ideal choice for this venue. The weather was still mild yet nothing was crowded. We practically had Good Harbor (for offsite photos) and the Beauport to ourselves. Friends and family were able to book 35 rooms, as opposed to the allotted 20 in the room block. We could hear the waves hitting the beach during the ceremony and commandeer the bar, firepit and lobby for the after party. It felt like an exclusive event. While I'm sure the venue does an amazing job in any season, I highly recommend a fall wedding at the Beauport!

I have mixed feelings about the Beauport. We absolutely loved the space - it was exactly what we wanted aesthetically in a venue, and the staff did a great job on the night of our wedding, so I would never advise anyone against having their wedding here if they love the space. However, we did have the same issues others have mentioned regarding prompt and transparent communication about room blocks and other details. While frustrating, it would not be a reason to not have your wedding here. What truly bothered me about the Beauport and what does give me pause when recommending it to other couples was this - when we first went to check out the venue, the woman we met with told us that ALL gratuities were included in the overall cost of the wedding. We discussed this point for quite a bit and she explained that in addition to it being built in to the cost of the wedding, Beauport also pays their employees a higher wage as well. There was no miscommunication or confusion - myself, my now-husband and my mother all heard the exact same thing and again, we talked about it for quite a bit. Then, about a week before our wedding, our wedding coordinator sent me an email and then a text outlining what they recommend we provide for cash gratuities on the day of the wedding, which would have amounted to an extra few thousand dollars. I was floored. I explained to him, literally on the day of the wedding, that we were told when we were sold the wedding that all gratuities were included, and that there was no way this was a miscommunication as we had an extensive discussion about this very thing with the woman who sold us wedding. There is no way that a massive hotel that relies on weddings as part of its business model would rely solely on the bride and groom to decide IF they are going to provide a gratuity to the staff on the day of -- there is either a separate line item for it on the invoice OR it's built into the costs of everything else. Either the wedding coordinator is running a scam and pocketing the cash gratuities or the Beauport really needs to get all its employees on the same page because there was obviously a huge disconnect between what the first woman told us told us and our wedding coordinator. I am a very generous tipper normally - I always give at least or over 20%, no matter what service is provided, and would never want to leave someone who is expecting a gratuity without one. Because of that, this was the worst part of the entire wedding planning experience. My options were to either shell out thousands of dollars for gratuities when I was explicitly told I wouldn't to when we signed the contract to OR leave the employees high and dry. I actually have met another bride who had a similar experience at Beauport so I don't believe I am alone in this. I would recommend other couples thinking of getting married here get the Beauport to put their gratuity policy in writing before proceeding forward.

My husband and I just got married at the Beauport in August. It was unforgettable! The most incredible venue we could have chosen. They catered to our every need and Caroline was always available throughout the entire planning process! If there were any hiccups they took of everything without my husband and I even knowing if anything was wrong! So many guests have told us that they had an amazing time. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the staff were all so amazing! No complaint from anyone!

We had the best day of our lives! The Beauport Hotel has our hearts forever. Brian and I got married Friday Aug 30th, overlooking the ocean to kick off Labor Day Weekend. It was picturesque and could not have been more perfect. The Beauport Hotel went out of their way to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. From greeting our guests with such hospitality on arrival, to making sure all of our needs were met through the end of our stay (Even when the fire alarm went off due to one of MY vendors, the Beauport Hotel let my scared flower girl pick out a gift from the gift shop to calm her down, THANKS GUYS) Everyone made us feel so loved and so special on our day. The food was incredible. Still a talk of our guests. We will be Beauport guests for a lifetime. I have no complaints. This hotel is special, to us it is the North Shores' Paradise. The amenities at this hotel are truly worth every penny. What a place.To top it all off, I cannot say enough about our wedding coordinator Alex. He was such a dream to work with over these past months. I would trust him with ANYTHING and boy does he deliver when its game time. From the moment we met Alex, we knew we were in good hands. Alex is so professional, detail-oriented and executes any brides vision plus some. He focuses ALL of his attention on your needs and visions and then delivers. He has a no nonsense demeanor, that makes you feel like your the only one in the room. After all, it is a big day. Alex's expertise did not go unnoticed, he was responsive through the whole process and made sure I had nothing to worry about on my big day! Look no further than the Beauport Hotel for your special day and if you are lucky enough to land Alex, you sure hit the jackpot. What an experience, THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be back for every anniversary and then some!

He was such a dream to work with over these past months. I would trust him with ANYTHING and boy does he deliver when its game time. From the moment we met Alex, we knew we were in good hands. Alex is so professional, detail-oriented and executes any brides vision plus some. He focuses ALL of his attention on your needs and visions and then delivers. He has a no nonsense demeanor, that makes you feel like your the only one in the room. After all, it is a big day. We had the BEST wedding at the Beauport! The venue is absolutely STUNNING and all of the people working there are incredibly hospitable. Our guests still haven't stopped commenting on how gorgeous the venue was.Our coordinator, Devan, was incredible. She was always so responsive and had the best suggestions and ideas. She not only made the entire planning process so easy, but also made sure I had absolutely nothing to worry about on my wedding day. I really can't thank Devan enough for all of her wonderful work. The hotel itself is definitely very busy since it's a popular wedding and vacation spot, but I always felt so special and well taken care of by the staff. Since the wedding block is only 20 rooms the night of the wedding, we had close friends and family book additional rooms early on. The hotel rooms are expensive, but every single one of our guests absolutely loved the hotel. They were all thrilled with how gorgeous the rooms were and how amazing the amenities were (including the roof-deck pool overlooking the ocean!). We will DEFINITELY be staying here every year for our anniversary!

Without doubt the Beauport Hotel is just beautiful, with gorgeous view of the ocean. I was disappointed in our wedding coordinator, Alex Ferraro. Not sure if all the wedding coordinators work the same or if we just got the bad luck on our end. From the beginning it was a headache with the room block (he didn't have anything to do with the block). There was miscommunication were our room block was full when guest called to make reservations. But it actually wasn't full there was still 4 rooms available. They did not commute to the guest calling that if they are trying to stay more than the wedding night that they would have to check out then check back in to a new room. The whole thing was just ridiculous. From October to June I was in communication with them to get the rooms right. Then there was another mix up with our own rooms for the night before, since we had separate rooms from bride & bridesmaids and groom & groomsmen. The groom was told he would have late check out for Saturday morning by Alex so they could get ready there and take pictures. The front desk called him while in the middle of pictures to \"evacuate the premises\". Then they lost his luggage. Nothing I was asking for was out of this world, it was all basic requests that they couldn't seem to get right even 10 months out from the wedding date. Our coordinator that was assigned to us was of no help. His out of office was on for the whole 2 weeks before my wedding. He sent a floor-plan a month after he promised it would be emailed to me. I had to ask twice for it. Then the floor-plan he sent late was for 105 guest knowing I had 134 then left for vacation. I had to play around with it myself to figure out how I can fit 134 guest. Then I was told they don't have the table size I need in order to fit everyone but they can rent them. Up to the day before my wedding I still did not hear back if the tables were all set and rented, after multiple emails were ignored. I was just looking for confirmation. When I arrived at the hotel he was supposed to meet with us to go over the details, never did even though he was there and said he would meet with us quickly. There were details to go over, if anything to help ease the mind and ensure everything was all set and in good hands. Minor details he missed but would of caught had he met with us. When confronted how we were not satisfied with his services his response was \"Well I can't answer every email\". I was baffled. I could understand if I was a bridzilla or something of the sort but everything I requested was basic and not out of the ordinary. I'm happy for my other vendors and that they knew the venue and luckily didn't need his input either.

I got married at the Cruiseport in Gloucester but the majority of our guests, including myself and my husband, stayed at the Beauport Hotel. The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and very professional. The hotel is gorgeous and felt like a luxury experience to stay there. The Beauport was the first place we looked at. I had researched multiple venues but nothing compared in terms of cost and amenities. Caroline was our day of coordinator and worked with us on every detail.She made planning the wedding stress-free and enjoyable. The day of was perfect. The most amazing wedding venue! We got married here on 11/17/18 and truly had the best day of our lives thanks to the Beauport. From the moment our guests arrived they were blown away by the charm and beauty of the hotel as were we the day we checked it out. We knew right away we wanted to get married there and we are so glad we did. Caroline was our wedding planner and she made our day absolutely perfect. She is so helpful and makes the process so easy, along with her co work Mackenzie! The hotel staff is so friendly and welcome and the restaurant is amazing. The huge bar is a comfy, cozy spot to hang out after your wedding also! Not to mention the food at our wedding was truly delectable, from the appetizers, to the entree to the late night snacks. We got so many compliments on the food. We truly cannot say enough good things about the Beauport, Caroline and the rest of the staff. They go above and beyond to make your special day beyond spectacular with so many nice little touches. If you're thinking about getting married here, do it!

From the moment we visited the venue we knew it was the reception space we were looking for - beautiful harbor scenery in the back, a wide open reception space in the ballroom. With the exception of a snafu with the groomsmen's hotel room,( they were supposed to switch the room they stayed in under my name the night before into one of the groomsmen's names for the night of but didn't, so the groom and groomsmen had no place to get ready for a while), everything about the event itself was absolutely perfect. Alex was our wedding planner and he was FANTASTIC. He worked with every want and need we had throughout the entire process and made it so that I didn't have to worry about a thing! The venue is just gorgeous and all of our guests loved being able to go down onto the beach, the deck or party it up inside! The hotel bar is also lovely and was a great way to cap off the night after the reception ended, especially having the firepits outside. We are so happy with our choice of the Beauport for our wedding and we plan to come back and visit every year!
