Experience vintage elegance at Beaver Station
Beaver Station is former Pittsburgh & Lake Erie passenger station built in 1897 that was lovingly restored by the Beaver Area Heritage Foundation. Most original details remain intact. It is located 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport in the quant town of Beaver, PA. The Event Room and covered Trackside Courtyard accommodate 200 guests. Ceremonies are held outside in the Belvedere surrounded by beautiful gardens. The bridal suite welcomes your bridal party a private area to prepare for the ceremony. Pictures following the ceremony are taken all over the campus, which includes extensive gardens and a log house. The approved vendor list has caterers that provide outstanding menus for every budget. Every wedding is staffed with a day of coordinator to ensure that every detail is perfect. While couples prepare for the ceremony, staff handles all décor and set-up. Venue management is easily accessible during the entire planning process to help with all of your needs. Absolutely perfect and beautiful! Beaver Station is the place to have your wedding and reception. It is gorgeous and the space became everything I had dreamed of and more, thank you to Leanne and her staff. My guests are still telling me how perfect it was. 10/10!

From the moment we wanted to set up a tour at the Beaver Station for our potential wedding venue we knew it was going to be special. Making the initial phone call and speaking with Leanne, hanging up almost after an hour I had felt like I knew her my whole life. Leanne and her staff are the most sweetest and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met! When we drove through the adorable town pulled up and then walked into the Beaver Train Station to tour we were amazed. Fast forward to our wedding day on 10.7.2023 the start of the morning until the moment we walked out of the Train Station on our wedding night we were treated with patience, kindness, and respect. The staff is so supportive, knowledgeable, communicative, and again patient. I was a bride who had ai many questions & Leanne always had the answers or suggestions to help make the planning process go smoothly! Leading up to our wedding we felt the support we needed and the staff understood our vision. Leanne sat with me on the phone as I explained my vision & helped make our perfect vision come to life! The day of the wedding was flawless. Myself, my bridesmaids, and my family were treated so well and we had a beautiful morning getting ready. Our day of coordinator set up the entire venue and my vision translated absolutely perfectly. The day of coordinator Lindsey kept us on our timeline and gave us updates on how the day was panning out. The rest of the day couldn’t have been more perfect! Lindsey helped handle all of our vendors and coordinated every detail so that myself and my husband Sean did not have a thing to worry about. I couldn’t have been more happy with how our wedding day went! We never wanted it to end and the Beaver Train Station is definitely a hidden gem of a venue with the rustic, historic and elegant atmosphere all in one!

Leanne at Beaver Station was so easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The venue was affordable enough for our budget while also still offering a unique experience. We didn’t want a typical ballroom and stumbled upon the station. We were sold when we learned the history of the station being a passenger station in the 1800s. They have most of the same infrastructure in place with original floor tiles and beautiful windows. We also loved that the ceremony could be outside under the Belvedere which was part of a historical home’s original roof. The whole station has a beautiful charm. It is also extra beautiful in the fall due to the foliage and flowers. We didn’t need much decor at all for the ceremony! We had one hiccup because we didn’t know we needed more time to have a bartender approved so Leanne was quick to offer us another solution that was actually more affordable. The coordinator on site was great. She made sure all the decor went up and everything stayed on track the whole night. As a bride, she limited all stress on me the day of. I would book this venue again and again if I could!

My groom and I worked with Leanne and the team at Beaver Station for our 9/19 wedding. We were absolutely blown away by how beautiful our wedding turned out! The venue manager Leanne was very accessible, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was able to answer any question I had... and I had A LOT of questions! Leanne and the entire team were sincerely a joy to work with. I cannot rave enough! If you're looking for a budget-friendly and gorgeous venue with a team that cares, I cannot recommend Beaver Station enough!

LOVE this venue! The belvedere is gorgeous. Leanne is amazing!! She is just the best, responds super quickly to any questions you have and went out of her way to help us multiple times. Our wedding was during COVID and Leanne made sure we still were able to have the best day!

Leanne is an angel. she made sure that all of our questions we're answered and responded immediately to any concerns we had during the planning. I just wish she had been there on our wedding day. the station is unique and classis, both inside and out. our day was very hot so we and our guests probably didn't get to enjoy as much of the beautiful grounds as I would have liked, it is so spacious , your guests can spend all day there!

My bridal shower was held at this Event Center.The staff at the event center were impeccable. During the planning process and the day of, I could not have asked for more from the staff. They made the day stress free. The actual center is absolutely gorgeous--worth a look at the very least, but I would say you could not go wrong with choosing the event center for your next event!!

This was a fantastic place to have our wedding. The staff is quick to respond to questions. They were extremely helpful in setting up, and the running of our day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue for your wedding, this place is certainly worth checking out. It is historical, and just gorgeous from all of the outdoor areas for pictures, the gazebo for an outdoor ceremony, and the beautifully maintained building for the reception.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Beaver Train Station for approximately 40 people. The food was catered by one of the caterers approved by the Train Station and was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Leanne at the Train Station was very helpful with our rehearsal dinner and was patient in answering my numerous questions. It's a beautiful building with a nice outdoor covered patio. The rental price was reasonable too!

Leanne Rogowski (Manager) I have been coordinating events for over 20 years now. It is my true calling as I am super organized, obsessed with details and a work perfectionist. I was hired 6 years ago to open and manage Beaver Station. I am so proud of my unique venue and the success it has had. Weddings are my passion. I love being able to help couples navigate the planning process, provide suggestions and ideas so they can achieve their vision for their perfect wedding day. Providing incredible memories where their \"happily ever after\" started is so rewarding!
