If you are looking to have your event at a first class venue, look no further. From our first communications, we were treated like celebrities. Gianna helped us to effortlessly plan our wedding. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and customer service. She truly made it a pleasure. The hospitality and service are beyond all expecations. All of our guests commented on the staff. They are so helpful and welcoming, effortless customer service. The banquet staff did an amazing job. All of the food was superior, several of our guests commented it was the best meal that ever had at a wedding. They were fast, efficient, and tended to every need. The pastry chef did an amazing job on our cake. Thank you to the Omni Bedford Springs for giving us the wedding of our dreams.

We decided to have our wedding at Bedford Springs because it is one of our favorite places to visit. The stunning surrounding scenery and beautiful interiors make it such a warm and comforting place to visit and once we got engaged we were set on having our wedding there. We were married in late November so the resort was decorated for christmas and I got several comments that it looked like it was the set of a Hallmark movie. One worry we had about planning our wedding there is that our guests would not be able to stay there due to the high room prices but they were really helpful at getting us a block rate that we felt comfortable with.Their wedding package includes an onsite coordinator (ours was Lita) who was awesome and helped make our wedding perfect. They have lots of experience doing weddings and have an excellent catering and support staff! We had our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour hor d'oeuvres, reception dinner, and farewell breakfast there and all of the food was excellent! For the bridal party hair and makeup we used the Bedford Springs Eternal Spa. Risa helped us coordinate all the spa appointments and was really nice and Cassie did my hair and makeup and she did an excellent job! We also used many of their recommended outside vendors including the florist (Daniel Vaughn Designs) and the band (Bachelor Boys Band), which all worked out great! The only caution I have with having a wedding at Bedford Springs is to be prepared for some nickel-and-diming if you do not want their basic options. For example, their package included a 3 tier cake but we wanted to do cake shooters instead which included a significant per person upcharge. However, that being said, they did an amazing job decorating each one and I definitely feel like they put the effort and detail in to justify the cost. Overall Bedford Springs Resort is an amazing place to have a wedding and I can’t recommend it enough!
