Bel Air Events is a ballroom wedding venue located in Kokomo, IN. From traditional to modern, events at this venue will be remembered for years to come. August 29th, 2020 was the best day of our life thanks to our amazing family and friends, as well as the amazing staff at Bel Air Events. We were originally supposed to get married in June, but due to COVID, we had to reschedule. Cynthia was amazing throughout the entire process! She answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel a sense of calm during a stressful time! She is very organized, attentive, responsive, and so helpful! The venue is absolutely STUNNING and when all of your centerpieces and decor are I n place it looks even more magical! The food is amazing! We have had so many compliments on how well it all tasted, how it was served and it was still hot like it just came out of the oven, and how it looked on the plate! The grounds and landscaping of the venue allows your photographer to have multiple places to shoot photos and make your wedding photos look so good! The dance floor has plenty of room and allows for everyone to celebrate with you! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking! It is absolutely beautiful and Cynthia is amazing to work with!

My husband and I chose Bel Air Events for our wedding and we would do it over and over and over again!! It was our DREAM wedding!! Gorgeous venue, delicious food, amazing ownership and staff, affordable pricing, etc. I wish I had enough words to describe how incredible Cynthia and her entire team are..... Cynthia is attentive, organized, available 24/7, and above all extremely kind and thoughtful! Cynthia and her team went the extra mile to make all of our dreams come true (not to mention, she helped us tremendously navigating change after change that occurred due to being in the middle of a worldwide pandemic). Although COVID could have made planning our wedding extremely stressful, because we chose Bel Air Events it was a seamless process. I honestly could go on and on about how incredible everyone here is. 100% CHOOSE BEL AIR EVENTS. You will not regret it. I am so very thankful we did!!

Wow, I donāt even know where to start! I love this place! I love the owner, I love the staff! They go above and beyond for you to make your day perfect!!!! My husband and I had the best day! I cannot thank Cynthia and the bel air staff enough for everything ! The setting up, the food, the passing of the food and drinks, help with tear down! Everything in between! This is for sure a place where you want to get married! Itās beautiful!! My wedding date was June 20, 2020. And we had been so worried about everything and not being able to have it, but everything worked out perfectly! Oh and use pastariffic as well for your rehearsal dinner! That was amazing as well!! Donāt wait to book! They fill up fast!!!

I had my wedding reception here in July 2018. Bel Air provided many delicious entree options (included is a tasting to see what you want and o.m.g so yummy š). They also have quality suggestions on florists and DJās. That is how I found who I used! They were very flexible and accommodating for planning & day of things (setting up stuff, when the florist arrived to set up, etc). The suites are beautiful, clean, and nice bc they have private bathrooms, the balcony outside and upstairs area are also beautiful for photos. The reception went smoothly & exactly as planned. The service and food was very good too. We had no issues with anything. We were able to take some sunset pictures out back behind the building (beautiful photo ops). This is definitely the nicest place in town to have a wedding &/or reception. It was so convenient to have the venue, food, and drinks all in one place and not have to worry about figuring that out separately.

The moment I walked into Bel Air, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. It was beautiful and the girl we talked to made us feel completely at ease. I originally wanted to get married on July 6th but we ended up switching our date to July 5th, a Friday, just so we could have our wedding and reception here. I could not be happier with the way everything went on the wedding day. They took care of literally everything and made me feel at ease the entire day. Then, during the reception, they did not let me or my husband lift a finger until it was time to party. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. It is 100% worth every penny.

If you are looking for wedding venue look no further! Bel air is gorgeous venue with many unique characteristics. Once I saw the balcony I knew this was the one we would choose. The grounds were beautiful for photos and thereās a projector which we utilized for our reception grand entrance. This venue is perfect for a wedding reception of 120 people or more. The staff is absolutely amazing--true professionals who take care of anything you need. They are very good at communicating any planning details and answering all the questions you might have. The space itself is also breathtaking, and the food is amazing!

This is by far the most beautiful venue in our area! My daughter and I were very pleased with Chef Cynthia and her staff. From start to finish they answered any and all questions that we had. My daughter had her ceremony and reception at this venue. Her guest were amazed with the beauty of Bel Air Events (her guest also loved that everything was at one place). The food, and service were A-1. If you're looking for an upscale venue, look no further than Bel Air!

This is by far the most beautiful venue in our area! My daughter and I were very pleased with Chef Cynthia and her staff. From start to finish they answered any and all questions that we had. My daughter had her ceremony and reception at this venue. Her guest were amazed with the beauty of Bel Air Events (her guest also loved that everything was at one place). The food, and service were A-1. If you're looking for an upscale venue, look no further than Bel Air!

Our Wedding was last September on a Friday in the Bel Air. We had Ceremony and Reception. Since most of our guests are from Northern Indiana, we made the Bel Air the destination. The local hotels are a mile away and the Bel Air has a shuttle to return guests to the hotel or they can leave the cars overnight. We selected the Bel Air for its beauty and value. We used Indulgence for the cake and a recommended DJ. All great decisions. We love the fairy tale staircases. A backdrop for pictures and the ceremony. The Bel Air is great at Food, Facility, and Service. My little sister is preparing for now in 2019. You can only give 5 stars when 10 should have been it!!

Chef Cynthia prepared the Rehearsal breakfast in the Foyer of the Bel Air. First we ate then rehearsed (everyone listened so much better on a full tummy). Then we went into centerpiece mode. It took little time to organize them, all the tables were set and ready for us. Then off to hair and makeup upstairs in the onsite Bridal Suites. Their Photographer took beautiful images while they got ready. Soon it was time for the private reveal and then off to the ceremony. The Bel Air was a Destination for their wedding. As we all traveled from Indy. All of this was accomplished on a Sunday. I can truly say as Mother of the Bride that the value of the Bel Air is wonderful, not only is the facility a gorgeous, it is so All-In-One, The Staff and Service 1st rate and the Food Delicious and Hot! Yes Hot! Highly recommending the Bel Air.

I'm fairy-tale level happy with everything the Bel Air did for my wedding in October 2016. It's a gorgeous banquet hall near the city but we avoided the steep Indianapolis prices. Guests couldn't stop talking about how good and non-standard-wedding-fare the food was, and the servers were all really attentive and well dressed. They staff gave me plenty of time and opportunity to pick linens, customize lights, decorate inside the hall and lobby, and structure how I wanted the ceremony and reception. I loved the bride's room and that picture perfect staircase down into the hall, and we also got some great photos on the roof. There was plenty of parking for everyone and as long as you hire the right DJ, people will stick around and dance for hours. We also had a really fun Brazilian lemonade bar (you can do an alcohol bar of course) but that just shows how much they did to customize what we wanted for or wedding. Definitely recommended!

The venue was gorgeous and gave me that fairly tale wedding I was looking for! But as far as communication with the person in charge, it was very unprofessional. It would take multiple attempts to get in touch via email, text, or calls. I had to be the one on top of making sure I got my deposits in on time. No one was there during the rehearsal to help me orchestrate everything, which I had the impression someone would help me with because they lady said she would be there. My friend is currently going through similar issues. All in all, the venue is great and the food is great. Your big day will be great, as long as you fully communicate when your slide show will be played ;) But all the prep work will be stressful because communication and professionalism is no their strong suite. If you're an easy going person and can roll with the tide, but also be on top of everything, then you might have an easier time. If you need some help in these areas, I would suggest investing in a wedding planner to help clear up loose ends to lessen the stress on yourself.

Cynthia Yazdani (Manager) I have worked in the Restaurants for many years. I started out as a Banquet Server, I feel like the personal experience helps with making every little detail perfect. I know the brides appreciate not having to worry so much, when everything is handled by excellent staffmembers!
