From beginning to end I have nothing bad to say about my experience with the Bell Tower. We signed a year in advance with Brooklyn for our wedding. We ended up working with Damaris and it was such a pleasure. She answered all my questions and had great insight into planning the perfect day. The food tasting was amazing and we were really blown away on the wedding day how hot the food was and it was so good! We opted for the seated dinner and it was everything I wanted. Everyone was served at the same time and all the food was hot. This gave my husband and I a chance to sit and eat and enjoy ourselves. All the service we received was fantastic! From the attendants in the bridal suite and grooms suite to the servers and bar tenders. Damaris really made sure the day went off without a hitch and I couldnt be more grateful. The Bell Tower is stunning on its own and was great for my vision.

Worst experience in my life! Yes, this place is beautiful and the service was acceptable UNTIL the rehearsal. My wedding party came from different parts of the world with delayed flights. My coordinator, Lisa made them feel so uncomfortable. She kept saying \"rehearsal is 30 minutes!\" I'm not sure how this is even possible, especially working with kids. Moving on to wedding day. Everything was extremely micromanage. It came time for the ceremony. The ladies realized we didn't have our bouquets while I was getting dressed. I told the employees exactly where they were. We were told, we didn't have time to (walk in ONE ROOM) to get MY BOUQUETS! Are you kidding me? I refused to come out. Later someone came into the bridal suite and said \"we found one, which was mine.\" All bouquets were together, including the men's. They refused to listen, stating we were 10 minutes behind. WHO CARES? THE CEREMONY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT! Take time away from the reception. I was concerned about the day being rushed from the beginning and Lisa assured me, it would not be a problem. So concerned, I'd call to cancel and was told not to worry. This place also only allows 2 hours to set up for decorations, so unless youre 100% sure everything will run PERFECTLY, don't don't plan on having your dream wedding, unless you want to give them more $$$$ for additional time for decorations. Most venues allow access the morning before the wedding for setup. Long story short, my wedding party walked without bouquets. They found baby breath scraps that were left over from decorations and threw them in our bridal suite and said \"here, let's go!\" I spent thousands of dollars on flowers and were unable to use them. After the ceremony, I went directly to the bouquets in the exact place I said they were. Wedding photos ruined! Thanks Bell Tower!

Our experience with the Bell Tower was perfect! To start, the venue is absolutely beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures (if not better). I hardly bought any decorations and kept the floral to a minimum because we didn’t need it. They also had a lot of add-ons available that were reasonably priced. The Photo Booth was a huge hit at our wedding. The food was yummy! We received a lot of compliments from our guests on food as well. The online portal made payments and planning super easy. I also have to give a huge compliment to Damaris, our venue coordinator. She was so organized, easy to work with, and patient with questions when we probably asked her the same thing a million times. I don’t believe a single thing went wrong on our wedding day thanks to her. Although it is not the most budget-friendly venue, the experience and service we received matched the value. If we had to do it all over again, we would still choose the Bell Tower. Thank you to everyone at the Bell Tower for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

The most beautiful venue in the city of Houston, hands down. Went with this vendor because they also provide almost everything in house, including a day-of coordinator. I did not have a wedding planner so that was crucial for me. My coordinator, Leslie, was a delight to work with and has so much experience, she knew exactly what to do.

the bell tower wedding coordinator was changed few weeks prior to my daughter wedding we were very disappointed that happened since the old coordinator left without myself realizing. when we want to up grade for them to order malbec and rose they charged us full time for the premium bottles ( 96 bottles in total) on top of the gold package my daughter paid for the open bar (I raised the fact that they will save 96 bottles of their house wines they would NOT need to serve instead they are using our premium wines that we have to pay FULL price ) they refused to give us any kind of credit on the gold open bar package we already paid. What can we do except just pay $2500 . They said they will serve their in house wines as a back up in case we run out of premium wines / They recommended for my daughter to order 96 extra bottles of red & rose . They said they will buy the 60 bottles of white we paid for. I don't know who is recommendation for my daughter to essentially replacing their house wines with the extra wines we have to pay and yet not giving us any credit for the house wines that we would not use. it is so unfair and deceptive of them. Bell tower will save 96 bottles of wines that they won't use and will not give us any credit for that. Please please READ your contract carefully, they kept saying \" she signed the contract \" ... What about fair & deceptive trade act ..

The Bell Tower was an incredible venue! Inside and out, the aesthetics are so breathtaking and we are so happy that we had our reception there. All of our guests were amazed that this venue was in the heart of Houston. Our advisor, Leslie, was so helpful throughout the whole process. She and all of the staff at the Bell Tower made our experience prior to our wedding and on our wedding day so special. We used the Carillon ballroom for our reception and The Waterwall and Campanile for our cocktail hour. Upon arrival, our guests were greeted by the staff and their cars were taken by the valet. They then walked over to the Waterwall to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Because it was a little chilly, guests were also welcome to enjoy cocktail hour inside the Campanile chapel where we had the Mariachi band playing! For our grand entrance, all guests entered the Carillon ballroom through the beautiful large wooden doors and we walked down the breathtaking staircase as we were announced as husband and wife. The food we had selected was delicious and well presented. During speeches, waiters passed champagne to all the guests to make sure they could toast with us! We danced the night away and when it came time for the grand exit, our guests lined up outside of the Carillon ballroom as we walked down the middle towards our getaway car!I cannot stress how marvelous and easy the Bell Tower made our wedding! It was seamless! We didn't have to worry about valet, alcohol, food, linens, cake cutting, cleaning, waiters, bartenders, photo booth, etc. They took care of all these small details!Our wedding was on March 12, 2022 with 150 guests.

Our wedding coordinator was Donna Chun and she was the rain maker! She was the best My daughter and now son in law discovered this venue and fell in love with it last summer. It had everything they wanted: an outside wedding space, an indoor (if it rains) wedding space, and a big ballroom for the reception.Donna helped us with all the details from food to set up and beyond. She simply did an outstanding job! Although our daughter lives in Houston, we live in another state which made things challenging at times.The Bell Tower on 34th is a beautiful venue and the staff is most helpful I cannot praise Donna Chun and the Bell Tower staff enough for the wonderful wedding and reception on Mach 5, 2022.

I am still in awe of our wedding day! The team at The Bell Tower were so amazing to work with especially our in-house wedding coordinator, Brooklyn. I also hired a third-party wedding planner but they worked so well with her I literally just had to do the fun parts of planning while they took care of everything else! The day-of went so smooth because everything was setup and ready for my vendors to come in and do their thing. The food was beyond tasty and EVERYONE that attended was impressed with the menu! The venue was a dream and we highly recommend touring this venue, they have wonderful options for your big day!

I cannot get over how much we all loved having the wedding at the Bell Tower. Our experience planning there was absolutely magical. Donna, our day of coordinator, may actually be an angel. Our process was so smooth and I felt comfortable asking any and all questions. They really took the reins on the wedding day and prevented me from any stress. I can't express how grateful I am for that.Not only is the staff absolutely wonderful, but the venue itself is breathtaking. My guests were in awe.I wish we could have our wedding every weekend after the experience we had.

We absolutely loved our wedding at The Bell Tower on 34th! The entire day/night ran smoothly and beautifully. Damaris was a joy to work with from day one and we were completely stress-free knowing she had everything covered. We will be forever grateful to Damaris for allowing us to fully enjoy our big day! She has incredible attention to detail and made our wedding vision come true, as well as answered a million and one questions along the way. My dress has some very stubborn wrinkles but Damaris saved the day by providing multiple steamers so we could get the job done. Our guests were complimentary of the venue, food, beverages, and service. Huge thanks to Damaris and the entire Bell Tower on 34th team!

If you are even considering Bell Tower for your wedding, just book it!!! It is simply beautiful, elegant, and stunning with so many options to customize to your style of event. Bell Tower is a fine tuned well oiled machine in how to run an event, with every option available to make your event perfect. The best decision I think we made was not only selecting the Bell Tower, but choosing Donna as our coordinator. Donna is THE BEST, and if you have her along the way, there is no doubt every detail will be covered. Early in the process we were actually booked with a different coordinator, but it didn’t feel right and things just weren’t happening as they should. We put in the request to make the change over to Donna and wow….she is not only outstanding at her job, but became a friend. She doesn’t miss a beat, and is willing to share opinions with guidance. The rest of the staff worked crazy hard at the event both in preparation and clean up. Wow, they took care of everything. The food was wonderful as well. There isn’t one thing I can say negative about our experience. The fancy suite is just lovely for the bride and bridesmaids, which leaves two rooms for all of the gentlemen. We had 12 for hair and makeup, and the fancy suite will accommodate that set up. The owner Roger is accessible and is a professional man wanting to provide the best service possible. We had our wedding here on May 28th. From the start, the Bell Tower was such a pleasure to work with. We initially were working with Myrna (who was great) but got transferred to Damaris as our coordinator due to availability changes. Damaris did a wonderful job! She was always quick to respond to all my questions via text or email and she made sure that everything was squared away for the day of our wedding.On the day of the wedding, our guests were so impressed with the splendor of the venue and the quality of the food. We got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was and everyone loved taking photos in front of the water wall! However, we did have an issue with our seated dinner. The waiters had dropped a tray of food so we had 2 tables that did not receive their food until after cake cutting (about 1.5-2hrs after the rest of the guests). Our guests were too polite to complain so our DJ had to reach out to the waiters to let them know of the delay since it seemed they had totally forgotten about their tables. After the wedding day, we reached out to Damaris about our concerns and she was so patient with us! We were actually able to get a refund for the inconvenience our guests experienced. We really appreciated Damaris taking the time to address these issues.

We had our wedding here on May 28th. From the start, the Bell Tower was such a pleasure to work with. We initially were working with Myrna (who was great) but got transferred to Damaris as our coordinator due to availability changes. Damaris did a wonderful job! She was always quick to respond to all my questions via text or email and she made sure that everything was squared away for the day of our wedding.On the day of the wedding, our guests were so impressed with the splendor of the venue and the quality of the food. We got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was and everyone loved taking photos in front of the water wall! However, we did have an issue with our seated dinner. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our March 2020 wedding at the Bell Tower because of the executive orders put in place by Governor Greg Abbot as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Bell Tower gave us an option to postpone our wedding until November 7, 2020. However, we had to cancel the November 2020 date because of a resurgence in coronavirus cases in Houston and across the country at that time. We decided to cancel our wedding indefinitely in August 2020 to adhere to the CDC guidelines, as our guestlist was more than the recommended amount to remain compliant to the CDC COVID protocols.The Bell Tower has refused to reimburse any of the $11,932.29 that we paid for the event. The owner is selfishly keeping this money without having to render any service. Unlike the owner, We understand that $3,088.50 had to be paid to secure the wedding date. However, $8844.29 has been paid to the Bell Tower with NO consideration. In other words, we paid $8844.29, and the Bell Tower didn't provide us with any wedding or services for that manner.Per website (federalpay.org/paycheck-…) The venue received $373,200 in government support via the Paycheck Protection Loan as a result of the Coronavirus. To not consider refunding all but the deposit is callous, selfish, unreasonable and morally wrong. I hope that other people who are considering using the Bell Tower on 34th to host their events will strongly reconsider this venue based on how they treated us during a global pandemic that has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and left millions without work in the United States alone. The Bell Tower was such an amazing wedding venue!!! The day of our wedding everyone was amazed at how beautiful the venue was, and all the amenities are so lovely. We booked the venue prior to COVID-19, and they were very responsive about rescheduling options if we decided to use it. We ended up having our January wedding and it was beautiful. The staff wore mask, and the food was done in a covid friendly buffet manner. There food was also delicious and was so easy not having to find a separate catering company. It was also the venue I found with the most reasonable bar prices, and the bar included everything! The staff was also so attentive the day of the wedding. My event coordinator, Mayra, did a great job and answered all my questions and made everything super easy. The staff kept asking if I needed anything, and my champagne glass was never empty!! I definitely recommend the Campanille Chapel, Waterwall, and Carillon Ballroom. Book the Bell Tower, you will not regret it!!!

I have never seen someone move with so much energy! She is top notch! The venue is gorgeous and once it was decorated it felt like my guests and I were in a whole different place. The staff were all so professional and hard working. It did not go unnoticed! I honestly could not imagine having my wedding reception anywhere else. Next, The food was delicious! My guests loved their prosciutto stuffed parmesan chicken. It was a hit! The drinks from the awesome bartenders were also a win as well. Open bar is the way to go! Trying to plan and execute a wedding during covid was stressful in itself but the Bell Tower made it happen with no issues or problems. Donna Chun and the Bell Tower did an amazing job with our wedding. We had booked the venue 13 months in advance of our wedding date, March 2020. Then, Covid put a wrench in our plans. The Bell Tower was very understanding and worked with us to reschedule to September 2020. Even with a reduced guest list, they made the event feel so grand and special. We were able to do numerous add-ons: champagne welcome, apps, late-night snacks, cake spotlight, column uplighting, projected monogram, “fancy” bridal suite, etc. The venue was so elegant and beautiful. Our florist Javier, with Floral Events, Inc. has a great working relationship with the Bell Tower and made everything look even more beautiful. We chose black table linens and lots of tea lights, which really made the white orchids pop. As for the food -it was delicious! With our Indian and Asian backgrounds, we were able to blend the menu. My favorite was the Sea Bass and Malai Kofta (easily the favorite version I’ve ever had). If Chef had a restaurant, we would definitely be regulars. The service was great too – attentive and helpful staff who made us feel like royalty. Our coordinator, Donna, was also the best! Overall, it was a 19 month process and she helped us through the entire way. From the initial stages of visioning/planning, to the challenges of Covid, to the final adaptations, the whole experience was even better than expected, and end result so beautiful. Donna’s enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and we are so grateful to have had her on our team. I would, without reservation, recommend The Bell Tower on 34th and Donna Chun to anyone with a special occasion to celebrate.

We had our wedding at the Bell Tower on 34th with Leslie as our coordinator. Leslie did an amazing job! She was always prompt to reply, willing to help, and made sure the day / logistics were smooth. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff is very competent! I did hear from the guests that some of the food-serving staff weren't friendly, but maybe they had other things going on / it was an off day. Overall, I would recommend just because Leslie was wonderful to work with and the venue is gorgeous!

When I first saw the venue I fell in love. It is the most beautiful place. Our wedding coordinator Leslie was amazing. She was easy to get in contact with and she made sure we had everything we needed for the wedding. Everything from tasting to the actual wedding day was perfect. The Bell Tower is truly the most beautiful venue! All our guests were amazed at how incredible it was. You cannot go wrong having a wedding or event there because it’s really so beautiful as is and doesn’t even need much decor. We first had Ashton as our wedding coordinator and she was wonderful. We then got Donna and she went above and beyond for us on our wedding day! We had a few bumps on the road during the planning process, but Donna worked really hard to accommodate our requests and immediately made it all right. We are so thankful for her! The wedding day was honestly perfect and we couldn’t have done it without her. She made the wedding day so easy for me and handled everything! Angie also helped us during the rehearsal and ceremony and she was so wonderful!!! So it seems like you can’t go wrong with coordinators at The Bell Tower - Ashton, Donna and Angie are all amazing and make sure their clients are happy and well taken care of. Aside from that, we also got a lot of compliments from our guests on the passed apps and dinner entree. I would say the wedding was flawless thanks to The Bell Tower. She was so sweet, easy to talk to and very accommodating. We ended up selecting another venue, but it was so hard to make a decision because we loved Leslie and the Bell Tower so much. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the Bell Tower that led us to choose another venue except that the venue we ended up choosing had more availability in the time frame that we wanted, whereas The Bell Tower only had one date left that would work for us and this was 13-14 months in advance. So I would definitely suggest that you tour early because they will book up, but I would absolutely recommend Leslie and this venue to anyone!

We arrived early and were given a map and told to explore until our appointment time. At 345 we came back to the front area to wait. At 410 we finally met with our appointment, Donna, who asked us if we had any questions. Yes, we had several, but none that could be answered in our 5 remaining minutes before we had to leave for our next appointment. I understand that things happen and people run late, but to leave people hanging for 25 minutes of a 30 minute appointment doesn't send a good message, the very least they could let us know they are running late so we could reschedule or move on to our next venue. I'm rating it 2 stars because it is a gorgeous venue, and I'm sure many people are happy with it, we just did not personally have a good experience.

You never have to wonder what is left to be done or keep up with papers or contracts. They make it seamless. Donna was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what our wishes were. And I just can't say enough about how communication was very effective between us. Venue/Decor: This venue is magical!!! And the first thing I noticed outside of its beauty was that the smell is divine. It smells like lightly scented vanilla. It does not have that stale smell of other places. I knew I wanted to get married here! The pictures online are great but don't do it justice. You have to see it in person! Everything looked amazing on our wedding day. We got the candle package and although we had a daytime wedding/reception, no one knew because of the decor and ambiance. It was truly beautiful!Food/Service: For the reception, we opted for the buffet for our guests with open bar and the food/drink package was great! So many things to choose from and the prices were reasonable, especially for our daytime package. The head chef really works with you to make sure that your food is the way you expect it and that you have plenty of it. Service was also amazing for pre-wedding in the bridal suite and groom's suite (plenty of snacks, water and champagne). Overall, this venue really gets it right!!! Ashton was so great!! We had 9 months of planning and she made the process easy and smooth. She really helped take away the stress and assured me everything was going to turn out great! Sit down meetings and food tasting was also very helpful. Everyone is still talking about that night and LOVED the venue!

We had our wedding on June 23rd, 2018 and everything was amazing! I can't say enough good things about the Bell Tower, the service was top notch! Our coordinator, Leslie, went over the top in every single way possible to make our day so special and smooth. I would most definitely recommend getting a day of coordinator through the Bell Tower. From day one, communication was great, the food was great, the alcohol packages are very reasonable, the space is great and smells amazing! Their online client portal is easy to use and really helps with the planning process. Upon reserving your wedding at the Bell Tower, they send you a planning binder and information about vendors. I have nothing whatsoever bad that I can say because working with the Bell Tower was such a breeze! I would 10/10 recommend booking your wedding there. Not only is it a beautiful space, but even the service you get is amazing!

Not only was it gorgeous but my coordinator, Donna Chun was incredible. I am a control freak and I didn't have to do a thing. I gave her pictures of where I wanted items to go and she did it all. She designed the various tables, guest area, chapel, etc. using her ideas and they were beautiful. I couldn't have done it any better. She was the bomb and the nicest person. I would definitely recommend this venue. You won't be disappointed.

I was a reluctant bride. I was overjoyed about getting married but I really did not want to have a wedding. I caved to the pressure and I am happy I chose Bell Tower! From the first moment we visited Bell Tower, I think we knew it was the place! We met with Meredith Arthur and she was great through the entire process. I am not sure you can find a better location for the cost and the amenities. It was great. Meredith allowed us to stop by and visit as many times as we wanted after we signed the contract. The tasting was great! The chef came out to greet us and even allowed us to try other items that we had not chosen. The food was really good. I was concerned that the food at the wedding reception would not be as good but it was great! The final walk through with Meredith was so helpful and she was able to offer suggestions for room layout. She was great. On the day of the wedding, everyone made me feel so special. From Meredith, to the event staff, the valet, everyone. The bridal suite and groom suite was set up beautifully with drinks, fruit, cheese, crackers, etc. It was a smooth ride that day! I am happy that we chose Bell Tower.

This venue and ALL of the people that work there made my daughter's wedding beautiful and very enjoyable! The venue provides you with a planner to help you organize everything that goes on that day in the venue. We were lucky enough to get Ashton Adduci as my daughter's planner and she was not only very organized and covered all the details, but she worked with our budget to help us get the experience that we were hoping to have. She was also very quick to respond to all of our questions, especially that crazy week before the wedding. The venue has several beautiful areas to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in and they made sure that each area was set up with some of their decorations and they even set up ours. Everyone that worked there was very professional, and we were able to ask anyone to help us and they were happy to do so. The food was very good! They offer a tasting before the event so that you can try anything that you were thinking of serving, and they even had the chef there to answer questions. I cannot recommend The Belltower and Ashton enough! Everyone made sure that my daughter's wedding was beautiful, fun and worry free. Thank you Ashton!

From the moment you drive into the cobblestone drive, it’s like you just went to another continent; from the beautiful over-sized carved wooden doors, green ivy, gorgeous interiors with pillars and huge staircases…just stunning! We had looked at numerous wedding venues, but when we went to the Bell Tower, the search was over!Our coordinator was Leslie Gonsalves who was nothing short of awesome! From our first meeting, she was engaged, had all the right answers and recommendations; she was totally professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Her vendor recommendations were excellent and we relied on her to help make many of those critical decisions. On game day, Leslie and her entire staff was spot on, executing the wedding plan like clockwork. The Bell Tower staff was fantastic in every aspect from the setup crew, to the wait staff, to the bar tenders to the valet. The chef and food service were outstanding. We chose to go with a buffet for our wedding of 185 guests and they coordinated the buffet to keep it flowing efficiently and never ran short on any items. We had numerous guests comment on how wonderful the food was. The served appetizers were excellent as well. The servers kept them coming and the wine and champagne flowed all evening. The wedding service was in the beautiful Campanile Chapel and the cocktail hour/reception in the adjacent Carillon Ballroom. You could not ask for better logistics and the grand staircase where the newlyweds entered the ballroom is just terrific. The bottom line…The Bell Tower, Leslie G. and staff exceeded our expectations and made this special day our daughter’s dream wedding! We found the Bell Tower to be very competitively priced with outstanding amenities, ballroom options, an excellent menu selection prepared by their own chef’s and very reasonable bar/liquor packages. If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further and ask for Leslie G.!

I got married in the Campanile Chapel, had cocktail hour at the Waterwall, and then reception in the Chandelier ballroom on 11/10/17. The cocktail hour at the Waterwall was so gorgeous, and we didn't decorate at all out there. The whole venue is so beautiful you can do as much or as little decorating as you want. I used their pinterest boards a lot for inspiration. My coordinator was Angie Stubler and she was so incredibly flexible, considerate, and overall wonderful to work with! I visited several venues, but this was the first one I saw and immediately fell in love. The Bell Tower has several rooms at varying prices to fit most budgets, and I think there were 2 other events going on at the same time as mine, but we never saw or heard them. The entire staff is extremely nice and always accommodating. As part of my decor, I had thirteen 7-foot strings of carnations that were cumbersome but the staff managed to store them in advance and hang beautifully despite never having seen something like them before. I loved that Angie laid out the full pricing at our first meeting, it was nice not feeling like there would be surprise charges. The only downfall, which wasn't truly a big deal at all, is that it does cost extra to get ready in the bridal suite so we chose to do that elsewhere. The food is fantastic, and everything about the Bell Tower screams high quality. I planned our entire wedding myself, and was very happy to not have to do everything a la carte (food, drinks, waitstaff, etc.). And if you live in the loop or are looking for something in the city in Houston, this location is fantastic.

I got married on October 14, 2017 at the Bell Tower in the Chandelier room. The first time my husband and I visited the place, we knew that was it! The venue was absolutely stunning and it captured everything we both wished for our wedding day. Leslie Gonzalves was our wedding planner, she was absolutely great from the very beginning. She listened to every single detail I wanted and made sure it was incorporated into our wedding day. Planning the wedding from Minnesota was a seamless process at the Bell Tower thanks to Leslie. She responded to my emails and accommodated me when I was in town. The service there is absolutely flawless! She was just great, she was there for me and my husband all night and made sure we were okay, well fed and hydrated! I got married on October 14, 2017 at the Bell Tower in the Chandelier room. The first time my husband and I visited the place, we knew that was it! The venue was absolutely stunning and it captured everything we both wished for our wedding day. Leslie Gonzalves was our wedding planner, she was absolutely great from the very beginning. She listened to every single detail I wanted and made sure it was incorporated into our wedding day. Planning the wedding from Minnesota was a seamless process at the Bell Tower thanks to Leslie. She responded to my emails and accommodated me when I was in town. The service there is absolutely flawless! My husband and I have a 12 year old daughter, and Leslie was always so patient and kind to her and always included her in the conversations during our planning stages. On our wedding day, Leslie came to the dressing room to get our daughter to let her view the uplighting color to ensure that it was exactly as my daughter desired it to be. This truly amazed us that she remembered how important this aspect of the wedding was to our daughter!!! This truly exemplified how wonderful and kind that Leslie is and how she went above and beyond to ensure that our day went as planned!!!In addition to our friends/family in the Houston area, we had over 40 guests (friends/family) travel in from out of town -- from PA, NJ, GA, VA, DE, & NC, and it was very important that our guests had an amazing time. We had our ceremony/reception in the Candela Ballroom and the room setup was spectacular!!! The food was amazing, the room flip from ceremony to reception was flawless, photo booth setup was great, and the service was out of this world!!! Everyone at The Bell Tower made my husband, me, and our guests feel so very special and I would recommend The Bell Tower and Leslie to everyone. Our guests had a great time and they all indicated that it was a wonderful day.

The moment my now husband and I walked into Bell Tower, I knew that was the place we wanted to get married. We had our ceremony and reception here, which was perfect! I have a small pet peeve when people make you drive all over town for a wedding, so doing everything in one place really fit well with me. The venue is gorgeous! You need very little extra décor to enhance everything so you save $$ right there. Our coordinator Ashton was very helpful during the process and on the day of, as we also hired her for our DOC. She ran everything so smoothly, we still get compliments from guests of how wonderfully everything ran. She made sure to check in periodically throughout the day about if we wanted to spend more time here or there and kept us shielded from people pulling us in other directions. Very glad we had her!The food was great! We requested some Nigerian foods and the chef not only accommodated but hit it out of the park!It's on the pricier end, especially if you have a large guest list, but my husband and I would do it again in a heartbeat. After searching through quite a few other venues, my husband and I contacted Donna at The Bell Tower on 34th and were able to quickly see the space. The venue is conveniently located with plenty of parking, has multiple spaces for rental, and an extremely friendly staff. Donna was so helpful in picking out the space, setting our menu, and helping us with each step of the way. She also gave us tips on vendors, a referral to our planner (Lauren @ Something to Celebrate, another rave review) and let us know if we were skipping any steps.I cannot say enough good things about the venue itself; it is very classy, quiet, and well-organized. The venue does not allow for outside food or liquor, which was the only potential downside we experienced, but it was very reasonably priced and their internal catering was excellent and well received by our guests.They have online payment and bookings for their tastings, so scheduling things was a breeze. We live in St. Louis, so we had my husband's parents attend the tasting in our place and even though Houston traffic made them late, the Bell Tower's staff was still able to help get things done.Again, highly recommend this place!!!

Our wedding at the water wall was amazing and the reception inside the ballroom was beyond anything we could envision. I could not have asked for anything more. Also, their preferred vendors made it easier to plan as I was able to find vendors I could trust that had experience at the venue. Also kudos to Chef Sergio as the food was incredible. I cannot say enough good things, except THANK YOU for making our wedding so beautiful and memorable.

She is a true professional, responsive, organized and personable. On our wedding day, the staff was also responsive, organized and very attentive. I can't say enough great things about the Bell Tower. Leslie was our coordinator and she was awesome - from the time we requested a quote to the wedding itself, Leslie was extremely professional and her execution of the events and details of our wedding day were very precise. She communicated any potential issues with our requests timely and offered comparable alternatives (specific chargers and wines). Leslie took care of everything - we didn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day. She executed the timeline of the day flawlessly and kept everything running smoothly - we also had a couple of timeline adjustments on the day of our wedding and she took care of everything. Additionally, the venue itself is so beautiful. We had our ceremony in the Water Wall Courtyard, which is so scenic and beautiful on its own, we only added minimal decor. Our reception was in the Carillon Ballroom, which is also so beautiful. We did a seated dinner and gave the guests an entree selection (on the rsvp card) and the waitstaff carried out the instructions accurately and efficiently. The food was also excellent - we served the Caribbean Lobster, 8oz Rib Eye, and Vegetable Risotto. We highly recommend the Bell Tower for your wedding!

We had our wedding on May 1st and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone loves the setting and the environment. The venue is beautiful and classy. I had a beautiful, fairytale wedding at The Bell Tower. The venue is beautiful and grand. Everything about my wedding from start to finish was perfect. Donna Chun was my event coordinator and she did an amazing job. The Bell Tower is a perfect location for Bridal Portraits. You are given 2 hours of full access of the entire venue for pictures. I loved my bridal portraits.

We had a great experience with the Bell Tower on 34th. Our coordinator, Millicent, was easy to work with and she was always extremely responsive and never left us waiting for anything. Because we live in Lubbock, TX, planning a wedding in Houston definitely had its challenges but Millicent helped take some of the stress off of us. We were planning on having our wedding in June 2017, but do to a wonderful surprise, we discovered that my wife was pregnant! We decided to move our wedding date to a sooner date (September, 2016) and the Bell Tower was extremely accommodating! Millicent also made sure that my wife had plenty of ginger ale and snacks in the bridal suite to help ease her morning sickness.The Bell Tower as a venue is beautiful (the pictures only do the venue a sliver of justice). Our ceremony and reception were held in the Contessa Room which was a perfect size for our relatively small wedding and the staff at the Bell Tower did a great job flipping the room from ceremony to reception. We decided to do a day-time wedding (11am-4pm), and the prices to use the venue and for the food were very reasonable. Because our wedding was in the day time, we were allowed to take our wedding pictures anywhere on the property since there were no other events in progress, which was great. The food was absolutely delicious (especially for wedding food!), and they even catered to a few of our vegetarian friends who had nothing but great things to say about their dishes. We had a few kids who were also very excited to get their own special plates of chicken strips and French fries, which was great. Some other friends also mentioned that the coffee was amazing. We don’t drink alcohol but we still wanted to do a champagne toast with sparkling juice. Millicent made sure that happened and it was free of charge too since we had asked for the drink package (tea, coffee, juice, etc.). The wait staff was good for the most part, except they forgot about a table of guest when serving our cake, so they ended up waiting for a while before having it.At the time we made our contract with the Bell Tower, they had an option for our buffet to be served Caruso style (meaning the wait staff plated the food for our guest so they didn’t have to stand in line) which was free. We later learned that the venue had begun to charge for that service but we were told they would still honor our initial contract. Unfortunately, in the end, they had told us that they would have to charge us for it, so we decided not to have Caruso style for our guest. We thought that seemed a bit unfair because it was in our contract as being free of charge but we just decided to forget about it instead of raising a stink about it.A wedding has so many different moving parts and there are so many mistakes that can be made and things can be easily forgotten. While there were a couple mistakes on our wedding day, Millicent went above and beyond in almost everything she helped us with. She was a great listener when we discussed how we wanted our big day to go and seemed genuinely excited to be helping us along. I highly recommend asking for her to be your wedding coordinator the day of if you are planning on using The Bell Tower for any event.Even 6 months later when we talk to our friends and guests, they still talk about how beautiful our wedding was, how great the food was, and a few still tell us how good that coffee was.
