Bella Maria's Event Center & Catering is a wedding venue located in Norton Shores, MI. This restaurant wedding venue provides couples with seamless and efficient planning assistance from start to finish. Our venue is unlike any other venue in West Michigan, with indoor and outdoor event spaces that overlook a scenic golf course for those all-important photo opportunities! Bella Maria's Event Center & Catering is available for all wedding-related celebrations, from rehearsal dinners and wedding showers to ceremonies and receptions. Outside, you will find picturesque views of the golf course and an outdoor terrace where guests can mingle throughout the day. Inside, warm color schemes, blazing fireplaces, and an elegant ballroom set the tone for relaxed yet refined celebrations. You can host a memorable reception in the elegantly appointed ballroom, which has a capacity of 60 to 225 guests and features a stage and colorful lighting. There are three smaller rooms available for individual hire for more intimate occasions. Alternatively, these private rooms can be hired along with the ballroom for large-scale events for up to 500 guests. Couples seeking a semi-outdoor experience can utilize the marquee, which is erected on the grounds and seats up to 175 loved ones. The tent is characterized by chandeliers and beautiful white draping, with the option of either open sides or a fully enclosed setup. Each event space offers a sophisticated yet laid-back ambiance, with ambient lighting and tasteful decor to complement your wedding vision. We chose Bella Maria's to cater our son and daughter-in-law's reception at Old Stonegate Farms in Nunica. We were blown away by the excellent food we were served at the tasting, the food at the reception was just as exceptional! Service was great and so many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. The Chef and service for the buffet style meal was wonderful. One guest joked that she wanted to fill her purse with the wonderful homemade bread. We want to thank you for the great meal and wonderful service!

We had our son's wedding reception here. What a beautiful venue! Nice dance floor, stately bar, very nicely decorated! It looked beautiful for the reception!! The food was excellent. We had offered the pasta de roma and the parmesan encrusted chicken for our guests...both very delicious dishes!! The staff was very helpful and attentive. The owner, Ted, was very accommodating. At times he was hard to get a hold of for questions before the event, but everything went smoothly. The bar tab added up to a little more than we expected. We were told that we would only be charged for half bottles when appropriate, but that didn't happen. However, we still feel the event was a huge success and we would definitely recommend this venue and will use them again for future events! Thanks, Bella Maria's!!!!

I picked this venue because of three reasons. one the amount of people it held, the location, and that they had food and venue together. we I went and saw it I loved the feel the place had. Cindy very helped with answering questions I had and how to fit all 250 in the place. The food is delicious but added up by the end. We all in the bridal party went before the wedding and got ready and did phones. The troubles I had with the venue was that on the day of set up we had some trouble finding Cindy when I had questions. Also, the bridle room was messy when we arrived, Cindy did come and vacuum it for us. As we got ready there we were the need for a trash can that was not in the bridle room. The staff of the night was fun and helpful. PS if you have it there in the winter/ fall make sure they put salt down in the parking lot!Overall I loved having my reception there.

Bellar Marias for a ceremony & reception is perfect. Their venue has the perfect amount of space and Cindy was so helpful & the food is amazing. Check it out! You won't regret choosing this venue.

We cannot say enough great things about Bella Maria's! Our wedding reception in the ballroom was everything we had dreamed of. The decor of the room fit our vision for our reception perfectly. Cindy was so extremely helpful throughout the planning process and was always responsive to our many emails and phone calls. In addition to the beautiful venue, Bella Maria's also provided all of the food for our reception. Everything was extremely delicious - our guests still rave about the beef medallions and pomodora pasta! When we were having trouble finding a vendor to make our favorite dessert, strawberry shortcake, Ted and his team stepped in and created the most incredible strawberry shortcake we have ever had. He created homemade biscuits with a homemade vanilla drizzle sauce for us and all of our guests! Cindy also took us to a secret spot on the golf course for gorgeous sunset photos. We cannot thank Cindy, Ted and the entire Bella Maria's team for all of their hard work and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
