Our Space, Your Vision
The Bella Room is a wedding venue in Saint Paul, MN. This versatile event space is designed to give you the flexibility you need to really bring your unique vision to life. They provide the canvas; you supply the love and dreams necessary to turn their beautiful room into the perfect setting for your fairytale wedding. Your future awaits, and the Bella Room team would love to help you begin your journey in comfort and style. The Bella Room has sufficient space for up to 150 people. You can also rent the adjoining bar room if you would like to give yourselves a bit more space. The Bella Room features hardwood floors, lovely wood paneling, a raised stage, and a wall of windows that admit lots of warm, natural light. The venue also has a private entrance and a garden patio area. The Bella Room is available for engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. In-house catering is provided by the venue’s award-winning catering partner, BRIE. Owner and chef Brian Rubenzer has been in the culinary business for more than 19 years, and he has catered more than 3,000 events. His catering menu includes a range of delicious buffet and plated meal options, including beef tenderloin, filet mignon, prime rib, Norwegian salmon, and more. Menus can be customized to suit your particular needs and budget. Food minimums don't apply, and hosted drinks and cash bar options are also available. Parking facilities, including street parking, are available, so you and your guests won’t have to worry about walking long distances in inclement weather.

We had the best experience with the Bella Room. Brian, the chef, is committed to excellence in taste, presentation, experience and the team did not disappoint. Christina, the event specialist, responds quickly and listened to our vision. She coached us on the quantities we would need and assortment... she was spot on. In fact, she recommended we do a few more and we should have followed her recommendations to a T. The team at the wedding were efficient and positive. We had 300 guests and clearly this is no problem for the Bella Room Team. Our event had a delay of a half hour and yet the appetizers and dinner were cooked perfectly. We did passed hors d'oeuvres and received many compliments on how \"fabulous\" they were. The beef tenderloin was not over done and the Mahi Mahi tender and full of flavor. I would definitely use Brian, Christina, and Team again and recommend them!

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish. The on-site cordinator was there for all our needs when it came to set-up, decorations, ceremony and reception. We had our rehearsal dinner the night before and felt like home for our family. Everything was clean and nicely done. The food was over the top and got so many compliments. Special thanks to Brian and Christina for making our day so special!!

We had our wedding at Jameson’s and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We wanted a venue that created an intimate environment where we and the guests could eat great food, dance, sing karaoke and drink. Jameson’s checked the box on all categories. The staff was amazing, the wedding food was delicious, the wedding coordinator (Christina) didn’t miss a detail and the accommodations were all met. (They let our dog be a part of the wedding). Venues these days ask for an arm and a leg to book but Jameson’s was more than affordable. Thank you for helping make our night amazing and if you’re wondering if you should get married there or have the reception there. (We did both) then you’ve found the right place.

We chose the Bella Room because we loved the unique space, the chill vibes, and the fact that it was extremely well-priced. We are so appreciative to all the bar staff who were kind, helpful, and hardworking the night of our wedding. Unfortunately, we ended up being disappointed in how things were coordinated and managed. Our ceremony was unforgettable due to the fact that staff in the kitchen were yelling and swearing loud enough to be heard clearly throughout the entire officiant's speech, which really took us out of the moment (and only stopped when my dad, who should've been enjoying our ceremony, had to go into the kitchen and tell them to be quiet). Despite having multiple planning meetings and spending time creating a floor plan with Christina, on the day of our wedding there were numerous mistakes with how the tables had been set. When we and our family arrived to the venue that morning to decorate (at the time that had been previously discussed and agreed upon with management), the space had clearly not been cleaned up from the previous night's event or prepared for our arrival in any way, adding unnecessary stress. The floors weren't cleaned before the chairs for the ceremony were set out, which didn't really make sense and was too bad because they were extremely dirty and sticky. We still had a beautiful wedding and our guests thought the venue was very fun and unique. If we could choose a wedding venue again, we would probably go somewhere with a little more professionalism.

The Bella room was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding. The space was unique with the two separate rooms and the bar next door. Brian allowed us to decorate as we wanted the night before so we weren't rushed on our wedding day. The new bridal suite was a nice addition for a private place to get ready. The staff was helpful in pre-planning and attentive to us on the wedding day. We chose a wide variety of food options and our guests raved about how delicious it was. We would recommend the Bella Room to anyone!

Perfect venue for our wedding of 100 people. Cool large historic bar with 20 beers on tap and they had Blantons! Great stage for our band, couple cool patios and the food was excellent!! Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Brian at the Bella Room and Jameson's Irish Bar. Our wedding was October 2020. Our previous vender pulled out on us last minute and luckily Brian (also owns Brie Catering) was already our caterer at the previous venue. Brian came through for us and was willing to host our whole wedding at his newly remodeled establishment called Jameson's Irish Bar. The Bella Room was the perfect spot for the ceremony and the dance floor. We had 35 people for our ceremony and could easily hold more. The space was intimate and beautiful. We did catering in house with Brian and had family members say it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. For the reception we had more people come and the four rooms of Jameson's Irish Bar flowed perfectly and there was plenty of space. Brian's staff was truly amazing to work with and they were genuinely happy to be with us on our wedding day. It also had a great location located so close to Harriet Island and the Ford bridge where we did our wedding and sunset photos. Overall we had a great experience and are very grateful for Brian, his staff, and Jameson's Irish Bar for putting together an amazing wedding!

Brian Rubenzer (Owner) Brian has been an Executive Chef since the tender age of 22. He purchased the catering company in 2005. Since then the business has grown into a large venue/ Irish bar, bar service and catering all under one roof. Brian's passion for catering and events shines through with every plate!
