The Bella Rose Estate offers a glamorous outdoor and indoor wedding venue in Chandler, Arizona that is sure to delight and amaze you. Located on a luscious two-acre private estate, this venue offers the privacy of an intimate getaway surrounded by green grass, soothing waterfalls, and impressive fountains. The most challenging part of planning your wedding will be deciding to dance the night away inside or outside. Facilities and Capacity The Bella Rose Estate offers breathtaking outdoor venues and an elegant indoor ballroom. Their outdoor venue features fragrant flowerbeds, shady trees, two waterfalls, six fountains, amazing arches, a stunning gazebo, and endless picture-perfect spots. The glamorous indoor ballroom spans 5,000 square feet and features beautifully lit brick stairs, Saltillo tiled walls, three gorgeous chandeliers, beautiful wall sconces, and a 500-square-foot dance floor. These unforgettable spaces can comfortably seat 300 guests inside or 125 outdoors. Services The professional and talented staff at Bella Rose Estate offers two amazing packages to fit any budget. The Garden Rose package and Bella Rose Package are both high quality and create stress-free days. I knew Bella Rose was the venue for me the moment I walked into their open house. The gardens are beautiful, each detail is perfectly thought out, and the staff is incredible. Bella Rose made wedding planning so easy with their wedding package. Each contract/ preferred vendor was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I cannot recommend Bella Rose enough. Go to the open house, you will fall in love!

We couldn’t be happier from our experience with Bella Rose Estate. Having our wedding there was such a magical experience, thanks to them. The staff was phenomenal; so welcoming and helpful. Throughout the whole entire process of planning up until the day of, they are there for you answering every question along the way. Having almost every vendor included made the process so much easier and the vendors were so amazing. The layout of the venue is very easy to navigate and fun to hang around the night of your wedding. The bridal suite and the ballroom are absolutely gorgeous. I could go on and on about the property and the staff and how beautiful it was because of them. Thank you again Bella Rose Team!!❤️

We absolutely fell in love with the greenery and flowers and that the venue itself is beautiful even without added decor. Their entire team and all their vendors were amazing to work with and they had everything taken care of and down to a science. The wedding really do go so smoothly thanks to everyone at Bella Rose.

My fiancé and I got married at Bella Rose on11/12/22 and it was all truly spectacular. They were able to bring all of our wedding dreams to life. The whole team worked well with all the vendors and checked on my fiancé and I constantly throughout the night. They took all the extra time they needed to to make sure everything was set up just how we wanted it. We are so happy we decided to celebrate our huge day with them at this beautiful venue.

They were patient with us every step of the way. When we brought concerns regarding vendors, they resolved the problems within hours. This is a venue that doesn't need much décor because it is beautiful by itself. We had ZERO worries when planning with them and there preferred vendors. Bella rose is a beautiful venue with wonderful package options. Their decor options are amazing and the vendors are phenomenal. We highly recommend Sue Jacob’s for cake and Fresh From The Kitchen for entrees. All around this was a great venue for our wedding and the outdoor setup was perfect. If I had to give any obstructive feedback I will say that our Day of Coordinator wasn’t all the present on the day of our wedding. She said she’d help with decorating tables, but she went missing and I never heard why so I had to do them myself (which was fine but I had planned to have her support). She also said she would help since my wife’s dress before the reception but she was also missing then so the bridesmaids had to figure it out. When it was time to eat there was no one there to serve the food, but when I looked for our coordinator to grab the vendor staff I couldn’t find her and had to look for the staff myself during the reception. On two occasions I saw her in the building just standing and talking with another employee instead of being available to support my wife, myself, and our guests. I will say that she did still help a lot and she was very kind, but there were multiples occasions where we couldn’t find her - many of which she said she’d be available for beforehand.But all around we would recommend this venue. It was amazing.❤️

We had a wonderful experience with the Bella Rose staff. They were very responsive and easy to work with to accommodate our personal requests and decorations. The wedding coordinators worked as a team. We wanted an Arizona vibe for our daughter’s wedding and the venue was perfect. Would recommend attending their vendor night to experience the space. We knew the family prior to this and would not have even thought about hiring anyone else since we knew what an upstanding family they are and have had experience at this venue before with a few other events. It is a beautiful place to hold such an important memory and couldn't have been happier with the staff and the outcome of the event itself. We attended their vendor event and this made it much easier to choose different types of things you made need for a special day like this. The wedding coordinator was very organized that evening and everything went smoothly and at a timely pace even though we had a baby with us. She knew exactly how to handle such a situation. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering making them your choice!

Our wedding was on March 26 2022 and everything was perfect! The venue was absolutely gorgeous ! We had an all outdoors wedding and the place was lit up and so magical ! Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Bella rose was professional and so personable. Flowers by jodi blew us away with her flowers , sue’s cake was amazing . Shout out to Chris Birkett for being so nice and fun. Nicki (our day of coordinator) is phenomenal. She adapted to my ever changing plans and made sure the day was perfect. Our bartender from couple of bartenders was hilarious and made great margaritas. Overall we had such a fun and amazing evening . I would get married all over again !

Our coordinator, Kelsey, was incredible and made sure some of our DIY items were set correctly as well as had bobby pins ready for me when my hair started to fall out of the updo. Aubrey was also part of the support! They even made it so we got to watch some of the fireworks at a nearby venue and take a few moments alone as a newly married couple.

Bella Rose was nothing but amazing from the beginning. Honestly, this was mostly in thanks to our day-of coordinator, Aubrey. She was organized, professional, and extremely helpful from the beginning. Aubrey allowed us to relax and took control of everything on the day of. Even the smallest of things we had asked ahead of time, she remembered and took care of. I really can't praise her enough. The venue itself is stunning; it has a romantic garden atmosphere with great flow and separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. Our wedding photos were also all taken on site because it really is that beautiful. The greatest part of the venue is that they contract their own vendors, giving you a smaller option list to pick from which eliminates SO MUCH time having to research vendors. You get to meet with and trial all of the vendors before picking, which is great. The venue contracts with and communicates with all of these vendors, which again, saves SO MUCH time and hassle. You get to do the fun part- sample/try/and meet- and they take care of legitimately all of the rest. We had such great reviews of our wedding from our guests and we definitely owe a lot of it to the venue/its preferred caterers/and Aubrey.

Bella Rose was nothing but amazing from the beginning. Honestly, this was mostly in thanks to our day-of coordinator, Aubrey. She was organized, professional, and extremely helpful from the beginning. Aubrey allowed us to relax and took control of everything on the day of. Even the smallest of things we had asked ahead of time, she remembered and took care of. I really can't praise her enough. The venue itself is stunning; it has a romantic garden atmosphere with great flow and separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. Our wedding photos were also all taken on site because it really is that beautiful. The greatest part of the venue is that they contract their own vendors, giving you a smaller option list to pick from which eliminates SO MUCH time having to research vendors. You get to meet with and trial all of the vendors before picking, which is great. The venue contracts with and communicates with all of these vendors, which again, saves SO MUCH time and hassle. You get to do the fun part- sample/try/and meet- and they take care of legitimately all of the rest. We had such great reviews of our wedding from our guests and we definitely owe a lot of it to the venue/its preferred caterers/and Aubrey.

They were more than accommodating to our needs, and worked with us throughout the entire process even though we were faced with some difficult circumstances due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was very nice to have very little to worry about on the day of the wedding as our coordinator, Samantha, and her team took care of almost everything. Our guests were RAVING about how beautiful the grounds were, and overall it was an amazing experience for us all. Thank you guys for making our special day perfect!!! :D

The first time we walked into the Bella Rose Estate we were absolutely blown away. It was about a year after we had gotten engaged and finally decided it was time to looking for a venue for our big day! Not only were we in love with the grounds and all the beautiful flowers, but the kindness of the staff members really stuck with us. We decided not to get hasty and to keep looking at other venues before we made our decision. That was our biggest mistake because we found ourselves constantly comparing things to the Bella Rose and longed to go back. So that's exactly what we did, we went back to the Bella Rose Estate and each time we were greeted by the staff members who had remembered us from months prior. We knew it was meant to be and decided to book our big day! After setting the date we were assigned a Coordinator, Whitney Wilson. To say that Whitney was just our Coordinator would be an absolute lie. She helped us in so many ways and was always there to answer all of our tedious questions, she even gave us fantastic suggestions that we would have never thought of. Whitney had a way of managing both of us to make our time there completely stress free. Neither one of us is very stylish/trendy when it comes to how we envisioned our day of decorations, we literally showed up to the wedding with a box of random decorations and without any direction made each of the tables look absolutely stunning! The craziest part was we were both completely comfortable giving her that control because we knew that she cared just as much as we did. The night of the wedding I ended up getting the flu and Whitney was always there to put a Sprite in my hand and crackers in my pocket. We were truly blessed to have Whitney there for us. We were wed on November 9th, 2019 and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you to everyone at the Bella Rose Estate, especially Whitney Wilson!

The wedding day was amazing and with Whitney at the helm I didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just relax and enjoy every special moment. The venue looked truly magical with the chandeliers, the twinkly lights, and the lush garden background…..so romantic! We had many guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. After months of planning it was almost overwhelming to see how they had listened and made what I had planned into a reality. I had heard so many horror stories about wedding planning but experienced none of that, Bella Rose is a place you can trust to help make the planning process easy and your wedding day beautiful and stress free.

First off, the staff was completely rude to my guests, including my self, husband, and parents. At the end of the night they rushed us out early and even didn’t include the sparkler exit I paid for in my package. Be aware that they do disclose that you will need to grab your belongings, alcohol, and any outside decorations the night after the reception ends but they pulled myself, husband, and family back (so we missed being able to ride on the shuttle with our guests) and insisted we picked up trash. I was astounded that after we spent so much money, we’d have to spend the evening picking up water bottles, tissues, etc. I did however receive a nice email from the owners after I sent a more detailed list of everything I experienced but I do know that the wedding planner called them to confirm we had to stay back to pick up trash; so I don’t think they can defend that. If I could do it all over again, I’m not sure if I would choose this venue.

All I can say is that our wedding was magical - down to the very last detail! I love how they have an all inclusive package so you don't have to worry about every vendor so a majority of the work is done for you. Gabriela was our wedding coordinator was with us every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. She'd answer questions right away made the planning process so much easier! Diana was also with us a majority of the night always asking me and my now husband if we needed anything. She brought us our food and desserts, even made us a take away box so that we can enjoy some food the following day! We'd finish our drink and she'd be right there with a new one. It's the little things that made this place so special. All of our guests couldn't believe that this secret garden was in the middle of Chandler. The venue itself is a beautiful oasis and even if you didn't have decorations, you'd be fine! Our wedding was magical and perfect! The only downside is that I was hoping to have our dog with us the entire evening. She was there for the ceremony but we were told she had to be taken home right after because it's stated in the contract. After the wedding, I checked the contract and there is nothing in there about how long the dog is allowed to stay. That lie definitely bothered me because if you simply didn't want her there, just be honest.

I love how they have an all inclusive package so you don't have to worry about every vendor so a majority of the work is done for you. Gabriela was our wedding coordinator was with us every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. She'd answer questions right away made the planning process so much easier! Diana was also with us a majority of the night always asking me and my now husband if we needed anything. She brought us our food and desserts, even made us a take away box so that we can enjoy some food the following day! We'd finish our drink and she'd be right there with a new one. It's the little things that made this place so special. All of our guests couldn't believe that this secret garden was in the middle of Chandler. The venue itself is a beautiful oasis and even if you didn't have decorations, you'd be fine! Our wedding was magical and perfect! The only downside is that I was hoping to have our dog with us the entire evening. She was there for the ceremony but we were told she had to be taken home right after because it's stated in the contract. After the wedding, I checked the contract and there is nothing in there about how long the dog is allowed to stay. That lie definitely bothered me because if you simply didn't want her there, just be honest.

We were recommended Bella Rose by a friend who was also getting married there. We had visited several venues, but once we visited Bella Rose we knew it was the one. Gorgeous layout and super spacious. We loved the private space for family and wedding party to chill in. The outdoor space for ceremony and cocktail hour was fantastic. The property is so green and lots of flowers, so many photo opportunities. We really loved that it was an all-inclusive venue. They gave you two options for each type of vendor (flowers, dj, catering, etc.). We loved every vendor we chose (Heidi's catering, Chris Birkett for the DJ, and Flowers by Jodi for Floral). The bartending company they provided (A couple of bartenders) were awesome and the venue allowed us to provide extra alcohol on top of the bartending package. We liked that the venue provided a day of coordinator. Gabriela, our coordinator, reached out to us a few months before our wedding to discuss plans and offer advice. As the wedding got closer, she was very responsive and worked with us. We had made some plans prior to talking to her and Gabriela made it happen. The staff was wonderful and it was a great wedding.

From the moment my husband and I selected Bella Rose Estate (BRE) as our wedding venue to the execution of the wedding itself, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team. The grounds are beautifully kept, a perfect place for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The ballroom is elegant with chandeliers, a tile floor and a wood dance floor. We purchased the all-inclusive package which narrowed down our vendors (catering/florist/bakery/DJ/Bartenders) and helped limit the amount of research we needed to do. I would highly recommend this not only so the vendors are familiar with the venue, but also if you are new to the area like us and do not have many references. The BRE team was always more than happy to answer any questions along the way. We communicated mostly via e-mail and their response time was usually within 24 hours. The wedding day can be stressful for the bride with lots of \"moving parts\". I must say that our day-of wedding coordinator, Gabriela, was amazing. She was confident, experienced and helped the day run seamlessly. If there was anything that didn't go as planned, I didn't know about it. She took care of the minor glitches which allowed me to enjoy my day and evening. I especially appreciated how professional and experienced the staff was. Each person we came in contact with displayed a high level of expertise.

From the moment my husband and I selected Bella Rose Estate (BRE) as our wedding venue to the execution of the wedding itself, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team. The grounds are beautifully kept, a perfect place for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The ballroom is elegant with chandeliers, a tile floor and a wood dance floor. We purchased the all-inclusive package which narrowed down our vendors (catering/florist/bakery/DJ/Bartenders) and helped limit the amount of research we needed to do. I would highly recommend this not only so the vendors are familiar with the venue, but also if you are new to the area like us and do not have many references. The BRE team was always more than happy to answer any questions along the way. We communicated mostly via e-mail and their response time was usually within 24 hours. I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue. If you need a place where it has the outside garden/vintage feel yet the modern/ball room factor this is the place! I love how it was inside and outside so my guest had so much to take in. On top of that I loved the fact that they have a house that's on the property yet detached from the guest where you and your bridal party can not only get ready in the space but how out of town family was able to hang out there and make themselves a home! All the venues I toured the bridal suites were little closets and this suite was huge!! More than enough room for myself and bridal party to comfortably get ready and not feel cramped. All the staff at the Bella rose were so accommodating to make sure I was happy and I got everything that I wanted and more. I can't stress enough how patient and kind they were. Leslie dealt with all my vendors and made sure everything was on track for the big day. I got so many compliments from my guest on how beautiful the property looked at night all lit up. I wouldn't have changed anything at all. It was literally a fairy tale wedding. Thank you to the Bella rose!!!

After months of searching for the perfect venue in AZ I was becoming frustrated. At each place there was something missing and the prices were all way out of my budget. \r\rThen we finally stumbled upon this incredible place. It was love at first site. Bella Rose Estate literally had EVERYTHING I was looking for on my long list of hopes for our big day. (As well as a package pricing option that made it easy for us to afford!)\r\rA huge property with plenty of space for all our guests. A gorgeous outdoor ceremony area. Beautiful garden & fountain settings which made for the perfect background in photos. The PERFECT cocktail area with outdoor bar, fountain & fireplace! (We had a cigar bar and corn hole boards so we needed it to be outdoors with plenty of space.) The Bridal suite was stunning and really made getting ready with all my girls feel extra special. But really the show stopper for me was the ballroom. Incredibly high ceilings with the most gorgeous chandeliers! PLUS the wall colors matched our palette! FATE!\r\rAll of the aspects of the venue were absolutely wonderful but what really made our day so perfect were the owners Leslie & Chad. I can't thank them enough for the work they put in to make sure everything went smoothly and beautifully. Even when the weather was looking a little questionable, Leslie's calming demeanor made me so relaxed as I knew she had everything under control. We chose Bella Rose Estate for our 225 person wedding after interviewing and thoroughly researching 5 of the top wedding venues in Arizona. The reason for our decision was the grounds are spectacular, the business is family owned and operated and the many options and packages offered. After 1 year of planning, the big day arrived on 2/20/15. We had the most spectacular wedding one could possibly hope for. We could not be happier. The team at Bella Rose exceeded our expectations by a million miles. Considering this is the biggest day in a person’s life, we were nervous, but there was absolutely no reason to be. Leslie, Chad and Vicky delivered on every detail. Guest began arriving at 4pm and by 11pm nobody wanted to leave. Everyone had a great time and we had many, many guests say it was the best wedding they’d ever attended. If you want to insure your wedding is amazing, as stress free as possible and your guests have the best time ever, you absolutely have to book your wedding at Bella Rose Estate. Our wedding at Bella Rose Estate was absolutely phenomenal. Leslie and Chad provided great service and guidance over the course of the year that we were planning this wedding and helped us pull off our special day without a hitch. Even though we were not initially sold on the location of the venue due to its proximity to major roads and large office complexes, it is so peaceful, serene, and beautiful inside the walls of the estate that you don't even notice what is going on outside the walls. I would highly recommend the Bella Rose Estate to anyone who is looking for a place to get hitched.

The Bella Rose Estate is more than an amazing venue with beautiful arches, fountains and picturesque backdrops. It is an equally amazing staff committed to providing the utmost in quality and service! Our New Years Eve wedding was not the picture of beautiful Phoenix weather, but Chad and Leslie were so accommodating and flexible with everything that the cold and rainy weather are the last things people talk about when they tell us how beautiful the wedding was! Their attention to detail and seamless execution of the evenings events made our wedding truly the most special day of our lives (and this is coming from the groom!). I am not the easiest person to impress but Chad and Leslie were so warm and truly so wonderful with everything that I will continue to sing their praise. They shared their holiday with us not because we paid extra, but because they are good people.

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful an experience i had with Bella Rose Estate! \rChad & Leslie where a dream to work with. I had a very short engagement and a very small budget to make a spectacular wedding. When i contacted Bella Rose, I spoke to chad and he reassured me that Bella Rose could accommodate everything i needed in the short time span I had for the wedding and they where willing to work with me and my small budget. They set up all the event vendors for me to meet with and helped me with all the decisions for the decorations and etc. The day of the wedding i had no worries...NONE! I knew that Leslie the event coordinator would have everything under control, and i was not mistaken, the venue looked beautiful on the day of the wedding, everything was setup and delivered as we had planned, and everything went according to the schedule. The whole thing was amazing and beautiful... I had my dream wedding!\rAll of our guests complemented us on the location and how beautiful the venue was. \rI will forever be recommending any family and friends that are looking for a Wedding Venue to contact Chad & Leslie at Bella Rose Estates. They are truly both a very genuine and honest people, whom i am so lucky to have gotten to meet and have them plan my wedding at their venue.

What a tragedy.\r\rI'm getting married. To all my fellow bride-to-be's, may God not put you through what I just went through with Bella Rose Estate.\r\rLet me start off by saying, this was my dream wedding location. Everything was perfect; I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.\r\rI called right away and had a lovely one hour discussion with Chad, one of the owners. I explained this would be a unique type of wedding, as we are Middle Eastern and have different customs and traditions in our events. He was very excited to work with me, and I was even more excited by how smooth this was all turning out to be.\r\rWe talked cost over the phone. He explained the two different packages - one is an all-inclusive package and one is a DIY package for brides who have to alter certain parts of their wedding due to culture, cost, whatever the reason. You basically rent out the venue, and the rest is yours to play with.\r\rI knew I would most likely have to go with the DIY package due to our differences in culture (cuisine, decor, entertainment, etc.) and this didn't seem to be a problem. I explained the wedding would be 300+ and he mentioned the max capacity would be 300 guests, for $xyz. Perfect, I thought. I made an appointment to see the venue the very same day.\r\rI arrived and he was there to greet me, and showed me a grand tour of the establishment. I was even more in love. My heart was set - this is where I'm going to get married. After viewing everything, we sat down to discuss the terms.\r\rAfter bringing the cost sheet and other material, I saw the same price he had given me earlier for a guest count of 150 guests. Curious, I asked him how it can be the same price for 150 and 300... to which he explained, \"no, for each additional guest above 150, there is a charge of $x per person.\" Calmly (but panicking on the inside), and without accusing him of misleading me, I asked if the $x per person can be waived. He said he would go inside and discuss with his wife, and would be back shortly. Mind you, the cost difference was HUGE.\r\rIt all went downhill from there.\r\rAfter discussing with his wife, they would not waive the $x fee per person. So, I had to remind him that the cost he gave me over the phone is the cost he is showing me for 150 people... even though he was giving me that same cost for 300 people. In what seemed like a horribly scripted part of a movie... he replied, \"I know. I forgot about the extra charge.\"\r\rAt that point, I found myself pleading with him. I told him I was 1.)in love with the venue, 2.) drove an hour to meet with him, 3.) had my heart set on this place, 4.) told that 300 people would be $x cost, and 5.) this was not good business ethics. If you tell a bride a price - that's the price you stick to. No excuses... especially not, \"I forgot.\"\r\rEven though he was in the wrong for misleading me and giving me false information, he would not correct it. They dismissed me without any apology and I left heartbroken.\r\rI would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Some people might say... well, just pay the difference if you really love it. But, it's a matter of principle. If you tell a bride-to-be a certain price for the number of guests at her wedding, you can't come back and say \"I forgot to tell you...\" without correcting YOUR mistake.\r\rI'm back on the hunt for another venue and I honestly wish I never saw this place to begin with.

This was the best choice for our wedding hands down. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, green walkways with waterfalls and flowers, the reception hall is also very elegant and spacious. \rLadies the bridal suite will blow you away simply stunning!\rLeslie and Chad were both extremely helpful in every detail of the wedding, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. All the vendors were also top of the line, excellent service throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Bella Rose. \rAll of my guest were very impressed.\r\rThank you for the perfect night!!!\r\rJinnette and Jesse Landeros
